Ordered some parts from Triumph website 7 days ago. Still no shipping information or parts arrived. Received a rude response to my first email, stating that my order was now on shipping stage so should be dispatched to you today (7th April). Still no email confirming this despite my attempts to get in touch with the company. Would never buy from this company again and would not recommend it to anyone I know.

Bought a brand new street triple RS in June and took it home on July 21st 2021 from Triumph Como.Since August 10 the bike started randomly displaying an immobiliser fault, leaving me on foot. Everyone was on vacation and there was no emergency number.I bring the bike to the dealer on Aug 23, and on Aug 24 they claim to have fixed the issue. On Aug 29 the bike has the same issue again. Its been a week and the dealer now still doesnt know when theyll receive the part the bike needs to be fixed. How am I supposed to go to work?

Just awful. Please steer clear. I signed up a couple of weeks ago and I am deeply regretting it now. The new policy came with a clause that I would always have a Thatcham or Sold Securelock on the motorcycle if I was away from the bike or it was uninsured. This was not agreed to when I took out the policy. Having it removed cost me another 30 admin fee. They then misinterpreted my NCB doc and want to charge another 30 admin fee. Just awful people who want to slap on hidden charges. Triumph is a quality brand. Triumph Insurance degrades that brand significantly. Avoid if you dont want to be stung

Bought a new triumph t120 from this company. From the word go had a series of faults/quality control issues that have never been resolved to a satisfactory level. The bikes has also been plagued by factory safety recalls mainly due to faulty electrics as the wiring loom is very poorly made.Last year started to encounter problems with the gearbox. ( gearbox failures are a feature of these bonneville models widely reported)Triumph took the bike to check the gearbox out and tend to yet another safety recall for the wiring harness. Said they could not find a problem with the gearbox and returned my bike. While they had it they caused multiple scratches to the sprocket cover and managed to break the fuel gauge and fuel computer while effecting the wiring repair. Neither now work. Attempts to get them to rectify the problem have been fruitless. They caused more damage to the bike in a week than Ive managed through wear and tear all the time Ive owned it. This company is laughing all the way to the bank with every bike they sell.

I bought a Ducati 1199r from Youles Motorcycles Blackburn which are their dealer 1 month ago for just short of 15,000 and the chain snapped 412 miles later causing serious damage to the bike, my leathers and injury to myself. I brought it up with them and one day later they sent me a letter falsely blaming external factors to try sneak away from any liability. These guys are SHARKS STAY CLEAR. They never offered any support or conversation but simply kicked me to the kerb.. not the way to treat your customers especially at no fault of theirs. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS

I recently brought my bike in salone for a repair on the engine. They returned the bike saying that the damage had been fixed, instead I have found several additional damages that werent there when I left it.Still to this day they have not been able to fix it and my bike is basically useless. Its important to point out that my bike is not even a year old yet!I am so dissapointed with the service Triumph Officine has provided and even more upset that they cant fix the damages which they were responsible for.

I cannot understand these bad reviews of the service dept. I took my Triumph atrophy (14) plate fir a big service. Not only did the bike come back looking like a million dollars it ride sweet as a nut and more responsive afterwards. The guys kept me informed throughout the whole process including a small part that was out on stock but they are trying to source for me ASAP. It turned out Triumph will have to make a new part. I am so happy with the level of knowledge displayed and the care taken of my bike. I have always had EVERY service done here and will continue to do so.

I dealt with Lee (who serviced the bike I sent it) and with Tony - such exceptional service. Highly recommended services. From the sale of the bike to the service and the feedback. I am more than happy. The Youles branch in Manchester really knows how to look after their customers. :)

You cant judge a book by its cover and thats unfortunately the case with Youles Motorcycles.I bought a motorcycle from their Blackburn branch in May. It was expensive to me (6,700) and my first time buying from a dealership. All seemed good at first. I knew what i wanted and bought it without seeing or test riding.I initially had a date for collection so i booked my train ticket and day off. I was then told the night before that they needed another two weeks. Two train faires later and Im finally there. The bike looks great, its been sprayed with a silicone like spray to give it that wet/shiny look. The trouble came when i asked how the TPMS worked. A factor in me buying the SE model. I was told that because it was an old bike (2013) they didnt know how it worked. A different salesman came out and was able to get some menus up to change the ride settings ect. I was assured that the TPMS would be in there somewhere. I thought that it might need the wheels to turn before it displays, so i took it back to Scotland.A few days later and I still couldnt get the TPMS to display. I checked the forums and was told only the dealer tool can activate or amend the TPMS menu. So i called the dealership to see if they could help. The service manager later called me back saying he would look into it and call me back in a few days. Two weeks later, nothing! so i called again, I was told someone would call me back. I waited a week and the same situation again. Fourth try and I get put to a salesman who quite blatantly makes me out to be an idiot for wanting TPMS. He even quoted their General Manager who apparently said why would you want TPMS.So in short, I bought a bike expecting it to have working TPMS. Youles Motorcycles have now told me I will need to pay to have something that the bike should have came with in the first place. So if youre planning on buying a bike from Youles Motorcycles WITH all the gadgets make sure they actually come with them. Their after sales service has been extremely disappointing. I would not recommend Youles Motorcycles and I wait to hear back from Triumph as Im sure they put TPMS on their bikes for the user to use! not for the dealer to cost save on.

Absolutely appalling customer service. I bought a new Triumph Scrambler 1200 motorcycle at the end of April and Im still waiting for hundreds of pounds worth of accessories I paid for up front. I was expecting (and told) the accessories would be fitted when I picked the bike up on May 1st and was given no information to suggest that they were delayed until the day after I paid in full. Since then Ive been fobbed off by both Triumph and the dealership, with each blaming each other, during which time several promised delivery dates have been missed. Im still missing several accessories with some not due now until the end of July at the earliest. I had email communication with Triumph about this issue and received a reply from Pete which was dismissive and unsympathetic. This is my second new Triumph and but will be the last due to this poor experience and contemptuous way Triumph regards its customers.

I bought a second hand triumph sprint gt 2016 and has only done 5,300 miles so was time to put it in for an MOT and as this was my first ever bike I never noticed the rear shock had gone so as of now trying to get triumph to help with this issue as I dont think this part should have gone at this early time as bike has never had luggage filled with gear and as this is a touring bike has never had any weight on it (well apart from the rider)I love this bike even tho I might have bought to bike to early but learning a lot on itI hope this doesnt fall on deaf ears

I have several motorcycles and cars, insured with BMW, Peter Best etc.All good. When I bought a Triumph recently, I needed a new policy and had no no claims bonus to add. I tried the usual search engines and saw Carole Nash being the cheapest and others costing not much more. I then saw Triumphs own Insurance scheme. Although it was more expensive I decided to buy. I didnt realise then that I was dealing with Adrian Flux whom Ive always found expensive in quotes for classic insurance. From the insurance search engine I clicked through to buy it now and Triumphs own page. I played around a little looking for the best value for money, initially it wanted a total of 1000 in excesses but I reduced the voluntary marker to zero at no cost.My bike is a 67 plate but Adrian Flixs site, could only find the bike as being made between 2011 and 2015. I was forced to select that from the menu. I also wanted to declare medical conditions which DVLA were aware of and so were all my other insurers. The Triumph site took my submission but didnt allow me to explain my declared ailments. I bought the insurance, it was to be 154 but weirdly it dropped for no reason to 145. The next day youd think Id committed a crime, started to receive emails saying we have concerns about your application and that I might not be insured. I was concerned and rose the next day to phone them. I described that their website was not working well, wouldnt let me submit the correct year for the bike. They said nothing wrong with our site..I said I wanted to declare health conditions and pointed out I couldnt. It even said my ailments started on the day I took out the policy. Anyway, I felt that they were accusing me of being dishonest..Im a retired Traffic Police Officer and try to be honest and certainly want my insurance to be correct. The woman kept me on for half an hour as she engaged with underwriters. She came back and said all was well and I hung up still dissatisfied. I reflected if this was the companys attitude when I was trying to pay them money what would they be like if I had to claim. I phoned back an hour later having been insured for one day when my policy may or may not have been in place and having been made to feel like a fraudster. I want no more to do with your company I said, please cancel my policy and refund under 14 day cooling off. The woman checked with underwriters and I was charged approx 35 by the insurance company but I was also charged 60 admin fees by Adrian Flux. So thats 145 paid and 50 ish refunded because they, Adrian Flux and their computers, are incompetent. Now I have to write to ombudsman for decision. Oh, FYI, this company wants to see your driving licence and registration document before theyll confirm your policy...its a new thing, apparently. To rub salt into the wound I got another email from them saying weve charged your credit card twice due to .....a computer error !Re Simons message. I never received a message from him. Who wouldnt want it the matter enquired into. I didnt get good service, Adrian Flux waltzed off with almost 100 because their service was incompetent and poor and money grabbing.2/10/20 Just had a call from Bike sure/Adrian Flux/ Triumph saying well give you another 30 back ( so still 70 ish out of pocket ) After all says the woman you did have one days cover. I tried to point out that on the day of cover they were saying on texts and emails that I might not be covered and that they had concerns about my declarations. I only cancelled because I felt that I couldnt trust this company and I was right. Incidentally, Ive had about ten calls from them saying you asked for an online quote and if you call us we can beat that quote. The calls dont seem to stop. You might find them trustworthy and honourable, I certainly didnt.Later on 2/10/20. Ive just seen all the one star reviews this company has on Trustpilot, cant believe there are so many even over the past month, many seem similar to my complaint. Certainly a bit of a theme. Im surprised Triumph allows their good name to be associated with them and I now have to write two letters, one to the ombudsman and one to Triumph.

I purchased a new Triumph Trekker e-bike from Carl Rosner dealership. I paid them the full retail price plus 60 insured delivery. The box arrived with the front wheel spindle poking through the box, the spindle was damaged and the brake disc bent, there was other severe damage to the bike when I unpacked it. I took timestamped photos. On examination the entire bike was not new at all with a lot of general wear and tear. There was a pre- delivery form included that showed the bike was assembled in the shop a year ago. There was no original Triumph packaging or protection at all. I contacted Carl Rosner who have essentially accused me of crashing the bike and they are refusing to help. They are not pursuing a claim for transit damage, despite me supplying them with photos of the sealed box with a damaged spindle poking out. I spent 3010 on an e-bike, Carl Rosner Triumph is so far refusing to cooperate in any way. I am utterly appalled. I will not accept this. Carl Rosner replied to my complaint and expressed some suspicion of my claims, they also said transit damage claims must be made within 72 hours, which of course I couldnt know because they never sent me any details of the insurance I paid for. They did give me a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill though as a consumer I have rights and Im owed a minimum level of service, not gestures. I gave another star after we settled the matter. Triumph themselves never bothered to reply to anything I sent them either directly or indirectly and as such dont reall deserve any stars at all.

I dealt with Triumph insurance. NEVER again. Bought the policy yesterday (in advance of the renewal date) and ended up selling the bike. So asked to cancel the policy which was purchased less than 24 hours ago. Have been charged 60 for the pleasure. Got given the standard blurb about cancellation Ts&Cs but I think this is a short sighted approach. Its not blindingly clear about the cancellation fees and I dont think it unreasonable to stop a policy within such a short timeline. I will NEVER use Triumph motorcycle insurance ever again. And I will happily tell all my friends who ride bikes about my experience. Im deeply unhappy with what has happened today and totally disappointed in the money grabbing ethos of large organisations.
