Buick was once known for building exciting luxury and performance cars, but has lost its magic touch in recent years, and now sells vanilla-looking SUVs to people who don't like cars. The good news is that this is all set to change soon, as the brand gets ready for its reincarnation as an exciting new global brand, and the first glimmers have now been spotted in China. The Buick Electra concept has been doing the rounds for a couple of years now, and we first caught wind of this new car back in September of 2020 when it was unveiled as a 580-horsepower EV. Now the crossover version has finally been teased as the Buick Electra-X Concept, and we think it looks absolutely stunning. The new concept car will go on display at the 2022 Buick Brand Day in China early in June, and will be the first vehicle based on GM's new Ultium battery and drive motor technology. The Electra concept was first presented at the 2020 Beijing International Motor Show, and promised an exhilarating new future for Buick based on zero-emission vehicles. The Electra was far from being production ready when it was first showcased, but the Electra-X Concept has taken a big step closer to being production ready, and features design elements that will be making it into a wide range of Buick EVs in the near future. From the teaser images we can clearly see a sleek, yet aggressive front end design with slim LED headlights, not unlike those seen on the Buick Envision, and camera side mirrors. We expect the Electra-X concept to feature all the latest tech on offer from GM such as the Super Cruise semi-autonomous driving system, and Virtual Cockpit. The Electra-X is a key element in Buick's plans to carve out a piece of the highly lucrative Chinese EV market, and the brand has stated that the vehicle has been specifically developed for the demands of Chinese consumers. Buick has not released any significant information regarding the concept's powertrain and range figures, but we expect the company to reveal more technical details in June.

When I scheduled a routine oil change, the service writer recommended changing transmission fluid at 50000 miles. Three days after this was done, my transmission completely stopped. They persistently denied that the procedure caused the transmission failure or even that they should have seen the problem when doing the fluid work. They charged over 3600 for the new transmission on top of what I had already paid for the fluid. After I complained to GM about this, they contacted the dealers customer relations department. The decision was to refund half of the cost of the new transmission.The dealers representative said the refund was coming because I had been a good customer, still not admitting the obvious cause. The check was to be sent in about a week. Nearly three weeks have passed and no refund has been received. Please note this review concerns the above incident, not my overall satisfaction with my Buick. As far as I know, installation of the new transmission was successful.

It had 40,000 miles on it after 3 years and since I take the train to work and the car was inexpensive and seemed to run well, I figured why not take over the lease. As soon as I did, the turbo boost failed. So I brought it to the dealership and they fixed it. When I got it back, the ENGINE EXPLODED. After having it towed to the dealership, they told me that it was irreparable. When I asked Buick for help, they said that there was sludge in the engine which must mean I never changed the oil, which is patent nonsense – how would I pass inspection three years in a row with an unmaintained vehicle? Not to mention I had my service station pull receipts from as many oil changes they could find (7) and sent those as proof but they replied those were written in pencil and so are not valid. That is nonsense. But even still, I dug deeper and found another receipt, an original carbon copy on the yellow paper, typed out. They just ignored that, as they also ignored the OnStar system report showing a robust maintenance history with oil changes at about every 5000 miles. No matter. They closed the case. I still owe $15,000 to GM Financing. Why do they think Im going to pay it? I will get justice and have my credit repaired despite their evil tampering. And I will sue for damages too. And Ive started a Facebook Group for other people who have had problems with (what Ive come to learn) their notoriously awful, neglectful, careless, thoughtless, ignorant, unjust, and bullying customer service. This company should be gutted and replaced with a newer generation of younger executives who understand todays customer as well as the power of social media.**

I have a 2008 Buick Enclave, which I thought was the perfect mid-size SUV for my 3 children and I. Needing more space, I traded in a more reliable vehicle in order to purchase it. However, my vehicle has caused me nothing but grief and $$$. Today 6/2/15 I took it to the dealer again at Fremont Buick because my air conditioner stopped working about 3 weeks ago (I live in the place with the drought, California). I first reported hearing a hissing noise last December and was told that nothing was wrong, but they did say that I needed to replace my rack & pinion and that the right axle was leaking. I spent $1,000.00 on that repair. Come March, before a road trip to Southern CA from Northern CA, I took my vehicle in again to ensure that all was well (it would feel like the car wanted to cut off at random times and the hissing noise still was happening). I was told again that the boot axle was leaking and also to replace the same rack and pinion. Umm, I just had that repaired 3 months ago?! They assured me that it was under warranty and fixed it again, now for free claiming that it must have been a defective part sent. They also told me that my timing cover needed to be replaced and was leaking. I did not elect to have that work done and didnt even understand what that meant since they said I could indeed drive to San Diego fine.Now for todays repairs needed: Timing cover plus water pump (leaking) $3,200.00, rear evaporator (leaking) $1,140.00 and power steering rack $2,079.00 for a grand total of $6,419.00. I still owe about $12,000 on the car! I just sat at work fighting back the tears... What a waste of money? In addition, I kept all services/maintenance up to date and none of this is my fault. Its not even normal wear and tear on models from the last decade according to an outside mechanic. I did purchase my car certified pre-owned from the Chevrolet GM dealership. So I decide to google for recalls... none! Google for complaints/issues with Buick Enclave and I see that tons of owners are having the same 3 issues that I am having with my vehicle. Im sure that GM is aware but for us we all simply have lemons. I work hard for my money and am a divorced mother of 3... THIS IS UNFAIR!!! SOMEONE HELP ME. I cant afford $7,000.00 in repairs for a faulty design that is not my own fault. I called GM and was transferred to the rudest senior advisor who I then ended up complaining on to a different supervisor. Guess the rep that I was transferred to is beyond annoyed with us whining customers calling daily with our gripes about safety & expensive repairs. PLEASE HELP A.S.A.P. Today I paid $160.00 which was the fee for them to tell me what was wrong. As an adult woman, standing there paying at the cashier holding my three-year-old daughters hand, tears began to fall from my eyes. These are truly widespread issues and GM is doing nothing about it. In addition, there has been no media coverage whatsoever. They have to be exposed, for these vehicles are leaving entire families unsafe!

They make lots of other models, but nothing can hold a candle to the Roadmaster... I had to go to Lincoln to find one almost as good as the Roadmaster. The car was elegantly styled, with comfortable seats, power steering, power brakes, a headliner that was firmly anchored to the ceiling of the car, front and rear defoggers, and heated rear window plates that would quickly melt ice and snow. The 8 cylinder engine had more than enough power to tackle the steep mountain roads, even in the Tetons. Also, the audio system was superb and an upgrade would have been a waste of money. Although rated as a 6 passenger vehicle, the nice middle arm that folded down in front made it essentially a 5 passenger vehicle... but 6 guys of my build (6 ft. and 350 lbs) could easily fit.

I think it was a good choice and its very comparable other models but I do like a lot of the features that this car has. I have a fairly large family and the Rendezvous offered the space that we needed to travel comfortably. With 3 kids space is important. One important feature that I like is it easily accessible for my husband and I to use because hes taller than I am and the seats are just comfortably for both of us. I think I would have preferred 3 row seating instead of two and for some reason by Side mirrors seem to be bigger than most cars. The body of it is big and I prefer it to be a little smaller. But other than that Im very happy with the purchase.

Much more visually appealing than the older Buick models that people usually associate with this particular car brand. The various upgrade and personalization options was amazing. I do not necessarily need a lot of gadgets and upgrades but there were definitely a lot available for other people that may want those sorts of things. It is not as sleek as I would like but that is due more to the age of the car than to the workmanship. I overall like the style and appearance of this type of car. I have electric doors and automatic locks are not present but that is due to age of the vehicle. This vehicle will seat 6 people comfortably which was great. I have yet to see a vehicle made by Buick that was not modeled to please the eye. While Im not fond of the Riviera many people seem to love them. Buick makes very roomy vehicles. In the Century that I had 6 people could ride comfortably while 5 could ride luxuriously. The cars are very roomy and the dubs are even roomier. Buick offers many upgrade and customization packages. I had many upgrades on my second Buick and the upgrades didnt impact the price that much.

Theyre replacing the engine and that took a few weeks for the Buick dealer to get because there were problems getting the correct engine from GM. Then, when they installed it, it had a wrong part. The dealer had been trying to get that part from GM for weeks but no idea when they will get it. The dealer asked me to help by calling Buick Customer Service to escalate the problem of getting parts to the dealer. I have left messages every other day for over a week now and twice requesting a Supervisor but I still havent received a response from Buick. My car has been at the dealer a month and a half now, I have no car, no loaner, and still no response from Buick customer care. I recommend choosing a car made by a different company because what good is a warranty when they cant get parts to fix your car and nobody cares enough to return a phone call. Not a good company.

We took it on vacation and the air conditioner worked until we reached our destination. I couldnt take it in for service due to my work schedule. Once I took it in, they told me that the air compressor was cracked and leaked out all the freon. I believe they knew about this repair when they sold me the car. The repair is going to cost between $500 and $800. I looked around and cant afford to fix it since it was financed. I believe it was a deceptive deal. They sold the car advertising that it had air conditioning when in reality it didnt. I was furious. I talked to the service department and also the sales manager trying to get them to do the repair. I have a warranty but of course, it doesnt cover those repairs.

When I took/towed it to the dealer, after their check, I was told they could not find anything wrong with the transmission, sensors, nothing...except the brakes!I was told I do not drive my car very much, 7000 miles in 13 months, and my brakes pads were sticking causing the sensors to be confused, and the car did not know what gear it was to be in so it stopped. This does not seem possible to me...however, I am not the expert. I do not want to spend $650.00 on an overall brake job and still have the same problem. I definitely do not want to be on the highway and lose control like this, no acceleration and no gears.

The dealership stated to me on 9/22/21 that they werent sure if it would be covered under the warranty. Unbelievable! I chose to purchase a GM product due to my dad being a retired GM employee and my sister a 36-year employee of GM. If they do not do something about this issue, I will never purchase another GM product.

I love that my car can climb my hill ridden terrain and still get phenomenal gas mileage. The car has a wonderful sound system and Bluetooth connectivity, too. Also, the car is extremely roomy. I can fit four adults rather comfortably in back seat of the car and I love the dual climate control up front because my wife is always cold and I cant stand having the heat blow on my face. My wife took it in to Highland Dealership in Aurora, ON and she was told after a thorough check up that there was nothing to worry about and she could drive it safely. Four days later, I took the car back to the dealership complaining about the same noise. Later on that day, they called me to let me know that the transmission broke down while they were test driving it.Again, the car was maintained regularly as per the maintenance manual at the GM dealership and they had flushed the transmission at 65K. The transmission broke down at 124K. I have never pulled or towed anything with the car. I was surprised, called in to GM Canada customer service to complain and was told by a manager that regular car maintenance at the dealership means nothing and will not elongate the life of the car. What had happened was an expected mechanical failure and is due to bad luck! Sorry, you are on your own and the dealership that repaired my car gave me an excellent deal and I should be happy. I just could not believe my ears and after all the expensive maintenance as recommended by GM at a GM dealership, it does not elongate the life of a car and GM Buick transmission is made to last only 120K?!

November 24, 2017 the vehicle wouldnt start again. So my vehicle was towed to Lehmers Concord Buick since theyre closer to me. Concord stated that they checked my vehicle thoroughly and they couldnt find anything wrong with the vehicle. December 13, 2017 my vehicle would not start, Buick roadside came out and jumpstart my vehicle. So as of right now Im fed up, Im having more problems with this brand new vehicle. The mechanic specialist at the dealership cannot find the issue. Buick roadside service had to come out multiple times to jumpstart my vehicle or tow. Also my neighbors or family members would jump my vehicle.The service department ask me all the time, are you leaving anything on in the vehicle? No, Im not. If I was, its a new vehicle why is it shutting down. I had problem in Feb. 2018, end up getting an jump from a neighbor. My vehicle is still under warranty and Im afraid that they going find whatever is wrong with the vehicle after my warranty has expire. The wouldnt start on June 10, 2018 at a family event after the vehicle sat for five hours. I had to get a jump from a family member. Again, on June 16, 2018 went out to the vehicle after shopping with my daughter for a couple hours and the vehicle wouldnt start. I took the vehicle to Buick on June 18, 2018. They again look at my vehicle thoroughly and reset some things. Vehicle was running good for almost a month.July 13, 2018 about 1140 pm I was leaving an event went to start my vehicle and it wouldnt start. I sat on OnStar for three in half hours to try to get someone to tow the vehicle to Buick in Richmond or Concord. I end in Richmond around 430 am on Saturday and had to catch Uber from Richmond to Antioch. My vehicle was left on the streets cause Buick didnt have no open drop off location with a situation like this nor a drop box for keys. I went back to the dealership Saturday morning about 9 am. I was told that its nothing they can do to my car until Thursday or Friday of the following week. My vehicle would have to stay on the street until Monday morning. As of today Im trying to use the Buick roadside assist to tow my vehicle from the Buick in Richmond to Concord. Thats hassle, I spoke with a young man at Buick roadside and he stated that someone will give me a call within four hours due to my situation. No callback! I called this morning and received a little help, still waiting for the call back about my tow from Richmond to Concord. Im going have to take further action, cause I know Buick most likely not going to let me out of the contract. THIS VEHICLE IS A LEMON!!!

I had some work done by my local garage that I have been doing business with since 1988. It needed a new gas tank, shocks and a few other items. I have it serviced regularly. Due to being parked on gravel, rust has taken over the undercarriage. I need to replace the car not because of mechanical issues, but because it is rusting away. I like this car so much that I am seeking another one. **, my mechanic told me to stick with the 3600 Series motor and do get a turbocharged one. He said that you have to change the oil in the turbo unit. I agreed. I no longer have the need for speed. Im 67, I want comfort. This car never failed me. I use to drive 100 miles a day back and forth to work. It got 30mpg on the highway and 20-22 in the city. I drove mostly on the highway. The car took me to Indiana twice, Tennessee twice without missing a beat. I know how to parallel park. I can turn on and off my headlights and wipers. The problems I see here are people want all the bells and whistles. Well, there is a price to pay for all that.

I forwarded my concern to BUICK and GM without any success whatsoever. ABOUT THE CAR. This is not buyers remorse. The car has a HORRIBLE odor inside that air freshener does not work on. The side windows fog up except on warm sunny days. The steering wheel radio channel changer does not function. The automatic climate control only works for the air conditioning. You can feel the car change every gear upon take off and slowing down. The passenger seat sometimes slides when the car is moving - it doesnt seem to lock into position very well. The back windshield needs a wiper because of the slant. Dust and rain obstruct the rear view at times. I had such high hopes. I am 48 years old and I have only owned two new cars in my lifetime thus far. The first was a Chevrolet Cavalier which eventually got repossessed because I had to spend so much money to keep it running. I only had it for 2 years before they took it. I was 22 years old then. The car was under warranty but the things that kept tearing up were not I was told by the dealership. Now another GM product with liars and what I feel to be a terrible car. Fortunately I dont have a car payment and it cannot be repossessed this time. I gave this car to my cousin to drive and I now own a new Honda Accord that I really like. I am PRO AMERICAN and bought a Buick for that fact and for the first time in my life I am ashamed to be an American because our businesses have no morals. From the dealership to the company. How they stay in business I will never know. However, I can promise you that my partner and I will never buy another GM product.

Now 104,000 miles from since I bought it and seals need to be replaced. I have to rent a car to drive any distance since afraid I will break down again! Not dependable at all!!! General Motors claims that it is due to obstructions and obstacles in the market. I have driven 6 other vehicles without any problem and work with an additional 75 co-workers that do not have any issue with FM reception. The odd part is I live in Scottsdale, AZ where there are no tall buildings, obstacles, perfect weather, no trees or bugs. Im not sure what obstructions they feel we have in Scottsdale.

It has a really nice ride and the 4 cyl turbo has plenty of power, and I come from owning vehicles with over 400 horsepower (only because I want a vehicle to do what I want it to do when I need it to do it). The Regal is nimble, agile, and comfortable even on long drives. Sound system is ok (underpowered) and I have the premium bose system (actually every option available).The bad… After about 6 months, the dash started squeaking (for lack of a better term) and rattling and I found that the trim ring around the instrument cluster is seemingly just pressed in, therefore the two plastic pieces hit each other at certain vibration thresholds. Also the center console below the radio and controls is pressed in, probably using some kind of sticky tape that is not very sticky, and it squeaks, ANNOYINGLY.The Gracenote audio software seems to take everything available in the usb, sd card, and smartphone audio inventory and initializes it each and every startup because if you play music from say the phone, then get out of the car, say to shop for a few, then get back in, it cant remember where you were at. So many pain in the ** things with the implementation of the interface that I cant believe it was actually released to the public. Seems like it was developed in a vacuum, meaning without any input from people that use media devices. A child could have tested these things. I also added about 150 lbs of batting in different areas of the car (hollow spots). Youd be amazed at what GM calls soundproofing or sound dampening.The Regal, while it looks nice and there are several other nice things I could say about it, such as whoever designed the exterior and specd the wheels and tires as well as the ground clearance in the front (so you dont rip off very expensive plastic underneath the car when parking) did a good job, also the steering wheel is a great improvement over the 2013… Anyway, one of my real concerns with quite a few cars is that it is 2015 and we still have vehicles that have chrome in either the WRONG place, or angled poorly and at certain times of the day, practically blind anyone in the front seats. This isnt just for short periods of time, say when the sun is directly overhead, or at exactly 6pm pst in the bay area California, no, this is most of the day. It was so bad I removed mine, shift trim and painted it.Follow up pics for my review showing the materials used to dampen sound in the Regal cabin. Just a small example, there are several others. Look at the little accordion style batting used in what is a very large space inside the rear trunk covers.

Ive enjoyed everything I need and the newer vehicles have a wide variety of features that Id look forward to in the future, such as a wifi hotspot, phone integration, and auto start/stop. When purchasing, the variety of options is extensive, from a basic model, to adding AWD, leather seating, collision alerting, adjustable seats, and a premium sound system. The car has grown with me, and in the future, Ill be able to upgrade to a larger vehicle with all of the same benefits. Legroom is excellent overall!

Then in November at 3500 miles, it happened going down the highway at 50 mph and threw me forward in the car. Then once coming to a stop, I was unable to move in reverse, it made an awful sound and would not move. It would still go in drive but again cut out heavily. The car was towed to the dealer for repair.I am now told that the tool needed to repair my transmission was just ordered last week, over two weeks of having my car, that the tool would not be received until the end of December or first part of January. I am disappointed that GM would not approve for a complete transmission replacement as opposed to repair. I purchased the car loaded with every feature and I am most upset how long I am being deprived from the car.

I called the dealership and made an appointment only to find out the entire headlight assembly needs to be replaced at a cost of $1753.00 that’s right almost 2 thousand dollars for one headlight, so I called corporate saying in so many words, Sorry youre on your own.You would think that a part as expensive as a new transmission might have the warranty cover such a ridiculously expensive part as long as the drivetrain. Alas no. So of course not knowing if the other one is going to go in six months I would not in good conscience ever recommend buying this vehicle due to the cost of just maintaining it’s drivability. Save your money buy the Acura with more power and reliability just for your own peace of mind when a headlight on the vehicle can put you in the poor house.

We were so proud of ours when we bought it, but have been so disappointed. Nothing but issues. Started with cracked transmission gear (which they DID fix). Then the front end issues began. Popping and rattling in the front end. Took it in and paid to have it fixed. Caused uneven wear on tires and had to replace those (and 17 tires arent cheap). Since then, have had front end done 4X!!! Finally a mechanic friend of the family told me to Google (Buick Enclave front end issues) and could not believe what I found. Evidently there are known issues that Buick has decided NOT to stand behind. Several of the complaints said that their repairs usually lasted 3k-5k miles and then came right back (at $1k-$2.5k a pop). Why do I still have it you ask? Because this issue is so known that the dealers I would like to trade with (definitely not Buick), comment on the issues. Dont take my word for it, Google it for yourselves!

I did some research and found that Buick has been problems with this issue. I took my car back to the repair shop and they looked and found that there was a special coverage adjustment for this. It extended the coverage for 10 years or 150,000 miles. They say they will pay for the expenses if they have already been done. I was told I was mailed a recall in 2014, which I did not. This was about the time I purchased the car used. The representative had my mailing address as MA not MS. Then said it was MS.Bottomline, they refuse to pay for it, saying my deadline was 2015 and I should have taken it to a dealer. I had no knowledge there was a recall (even though it had been in dealer earlier in year) and did not have issues until late 7/2016. If I did, why would I take it to a local repair shop. Guess the 10 year extension really does not mean the paper it is printed on. The local dealer would not even attempt to help with getting a refund, even though on page 14 it says they should help. Not please with the Buick family with my first Buick. Likely to be last due to this.

After retrieving the error codes which show that cylinders 1, 3 & 5 are misfiring she contacts the dealer who asks if this was the 1st time this has happened, to which she answers yes. The dealer then states that this is a common occurrence & that this GM 3.6 liter V6 engine misfires but not to the point of creating a mechanical issue. After doing some research I come to find out what appears to be plenty of reports/complaints of the exact issues (& plenty more) that shes having.The check engine light eventually goes off the following day just to come back on about a week later but this time causing the vehicle to completely shut off & losing the power steering while navigating a left turn onto a busy freeway on ramp. Once again its the same error codes so after advising her she contacts Buicks Customer Care 800 number to assist her getting this issue resolved. After being reassured by a supervisor she makes an appt to drop her car off & be placed in a loaner. On the day the car was dropped off no loaner was available until almost end of business day at which time shes told shell be charged another hour of diagnostic fees ($119) because after having the vehicle from 8am they were not able to diagnose the problem but do state that theyve discovered what appears to be rodent damage, yes rodent damage to a wire harness. What they dont realize is that I removed the top cover that protects the cylinders to inspect & take a few pictures prior to the vehicle being arranged for drop off. As a foot note the vehicle is parked in a garage in Goodyear, AZ every night where there is no rodent problem.She is now waiting to hear back from Yates Buick. The vehicle is also experiencing transmission issues (delay in shifting/jolting) as well as an odor from the AC unit, the driver seat doesnt always recognize one of the programmed memory settings & although the heated side mirrors function is turned off, when the vehicle is started through the remote start feature they turn on. This vehicle has 54,000 miles & is in great exterior condition. Hoping that GM (Buick) stands behind their name & brings the vehicle back to a reliable working condition that one would expect for the price one shells out. Stay tuned for the outcome.

The steering column has been replaced twice, the car has leaked water into the passengers side cabin, and then the car leaked water again due to the sunroof rails and caused my Bose amplifier ($1000 to replace) to burn up. Today the wave plate for the transmission is gone ($3500) replacement. Apparently the wave plate is a consistent issue with any of the GM products but they have refused a recall. Also, the air conditioner will now blow in all vents except for the front blowers. Apparently an evaporator issue. I will never purchase a GM product again. It doesnt matter how beautiful a car is if you cant drive it because it is always in for repair. The scary and irresponsible fact is that the steering column and wave plate issues are very dangerous for the families driving the car. GM should take responsibility for their faulty parts and recall both. I contacted three different people at GM to discuss the steering column issue and they stated that because I didnt purchase the vehicle brand new that they wouldnt assist me. The car had 68000 miles on it when I bought it. I contacted them with 69,000 miles.

The appearance of this model was very pleasing. The size was good if you didnt want a truck or SUV. When I say size I was able to transport at least six people and they were comfortable and this model has all the things that you would look for: air conditioning, heat, seat are adjustable, low on gas, large truck. The new models had a much better appearance on the inside and outside but also had the things that makes it a Buick. They kept like good mileage, able to seat more passengers, plus up to date things like Wi-Fi, rear view backup. I have a large family 4 children of my own and thirteen grandchildren and sometimes I had to pick up a whole family and get them where they need to be.

A few weeks later all the same things happened and we called them. They wanted 200 to test fuel system, knowing we knew what the issue was, then said if it was in fact the injectors again its eight hundred per faulty injector. I have NEVER had so many issues with a vehicle in my life. We are a single income household with four young boys, we cant afford to shell out all this money and now we are stuck in an unsafe lemon that has stranded my family on the side up the road for this same issue several times since. Total of 6 months weve had this LEMON!!!

There is protective coat on the paint and special stuff to prevent stains inside. It is roomy, has good gas mileage, nice interior and I love the storage area. There is enough room for the whole family as well as baggage and stroller. It is able to fit 7 people total. It’s amazing because I have two kids and I am married so I can also take other kids with me if needed and have plenty of room without squishing people.

There are a variety of models such as the LaCrosse and another is a LeSabre but my car was a Skylark. It was a used car and my first car so I was happy to have it. It didnt have any dents or bangs in it, it ran good and the paint job on it was good, too. I only have one kid, so there was always room, a nice back seat and it was quite roomy. I think all Buicks have nice roomy cars and can hold as many as 6 people. But it was stolen so I really didnt get a chance to update it.

Buick had the LaCrosse, Lucerne, Regal. A pretty good variety to choose from but I went with the Lucerne cause I liked that model the most out of them all. It has leather seats which also come with the heated feature, it has steering wheel controls and 8 way adjustable seats and there is just too much to go through. There is no upgrade or personalization features except the memory seats but it really is a nice car. It can fit up to 4 passengers in my medium sized car and they dont have to worry about feeling crowded and it is really comfortable and all passengers enjoy it. I love the car a lot.

First of all the six cylinder engine in this car is killing my pockets, it eats gas like you would never believe. When turning the steering wheel all the way it cracks as if somethings going to break, the door slam loud noise like cheap car. When car door is open theres no signal lighting to let oncoming cars know that your door is open, transmission stays in same gear too long before changing to second gear. Very cheaply made luxury car. Not worth the money. No way. Im getting paint chips in front and sides of this car, Im leasing this car and I wish that I never got involved with this particular car 2017 Buick Enclave. Bad deal. Very bad deal, also when you first pull the car out it sounds like somethings loose or mud flapping from the tires, I dont know what thats all about but like I said very cheap luxury car. They really ** up this one. I really want to get out of this lease right now if possible.
