Nissan reveals trio of Frontier concepts to inspire outdoorsy types
Posted On: February 10, 2022
Nissan launched a redesigned Frontier for the 2022 model year, and the new mid-size pickup truck is not only a huge improvement on its predecessor, it also outshines some of the competition. As a result, the new Frontier is likely to appeal to more than just your average work truck buyer. Nissan is well aware of this and plans to use this week's 2022 Chicago Auto Show to present a trio of Frontier concepts aimed at different types of outdoor enthusiasts. The concepts include the Project 72X, Project Hardbody and Project Adventure, and all are based on the Frontier Crew Cab. Crucially, they're fitted with many parts already available from Nissan or aftermarket firms, though some elements are custom designs. Nissan Frontier Project 72XNissan Frontier Project 72XNissan Frontier Project 72XNissan Frontier Project 72X The Project 72X is a modern take on the popular Datsun 720 truck first introduced in 1979—and the first Nissan to be assembled in the U.S. Local production started in 1983 at the then-new Nissan plant in Smyrna, Tennessee. The modern truck is based on the Frontier's S grade and features a 2.5-inch lift kit, adjustable front upper suspension arms, a sport bar, and off-road tires. Nissan Frontier Project HardbodyNissan Frontier Project HardbodyNissan Frontier Project HardbodyNissan Frontier Project Hardbody The Project Hardbody, as the name suggests, is a nod to Nissan's D21 “Hardbody” truck of the 1980s, which was popular in on- and off-road competitions, particularly in Southern California. The modern take on this classic is an SV grade Frontier with a 3.0-inch lift kit, adjustable upper control arms, body cladding from the current PRO-4X model, and retro wheels wrapped with 33-inch tires. Nissan Frontier Project AdventureNissan Frontier Project AdventureNissan Frontier Project AdventureNissan Frontier Project Adventure The third and final concept, the Project Adventure, is easily the wildest of the lot. This truck has been designed with overlanding in mind, and as a result it features a 5.0-inch lift kit, custom wheels with 34-inch mud-terrain tires, a bed rack, and a tent and storage system mounted to the roof. The vehicle also features a custom snorkel made from carbon fiber. The 2022 Frontier is offered exclusively with a 3.8-liter V-6 that makes 310 hp and 281 lb-ft of torque. The most off-road friendly version is the Pro-4X which comes standard with off-road shocks, underbody protection, an electronic locking rear differential, and 17-inch alloys wrapped in Hankook Dynapro AT2 all-terrain tires. The Chicago Auto Show kicks off on Thursday. For more coverage, head to our dedicated hub.

Im Malibongwe ** and Im very sad because of how a car dealer hurted me. Me and Rebecca ** bought a Nissan Qashqai, a 2015 model with mileage of 75000 km and now it happened that the car is no longer clutching anymore. We bought the car at Imperial Ford at Kempton Park. First of I took the to the dealer where they requested me to go, where I had to use my recourses to take the car there. It was diagnosed and the asked me to pay R19.182.77 for the clutch. REMEMBER THE CAR IS UNDER WARRANTY and under motor plan... at Imperial Ford they failed to 75000 km service. I paid R850 at Nissan Sinoville for diagnoses fee. Now Im frustrated because the car with is not in good condition. Please help me to resolve this issue.

My 2010 370Z started making a clunk sound from the rear of the vehicle. Dealer worked on it for nearly 3 weeks and eventually told me that the noise is just a characteristic of the vehicle. I asked other 2010 370Z owners if they had the same noise and every response was no. This noise is not normal. I called Nissan Consumer Affairs and they reviewed my case and eventually told me that there is nothing they can do other than extend a portion of the warranty. What good is the warranty if they refuse to fix the problem?

I am a returning customer of Nissan and I leased a 2015 Nissan Versa Note and while I have owned the car I find the car is very hard to stop. Many times I found myself in the middle of the intersection finally stopped. I also had my foot get caught by the carpet and molding below the dash which Nissan had a recall for this and they corrected it but now my foot still gets caught so they didnt fix anything there.I also found six months in with the car that there was a humming sound coming from the rear wheels and I had the tires checked many times and nothing. Finally I found out the wheel bearings were going out. I took the car to the dealer and they said the car is unsafe to drive so they gave me a loaner car and replaced both wheel bearings. Now about 2 months later the humming in the rear wheels is humming again. The humming is not consistent yet. I called Nissan to tell them I am returning the car early because I feel its unsafe to drive and they advised me that I need to talk to Nissan consumer affairs so they sent a claim over to them.I then got a call from a lady who said she was with consumer affairs and she was gathering information on my case for her co-worker and that he would contact me in a week and they would advise me if Nissan could repurchase the vehicle from me. I got a call a week later from a guy telling me, You talked to my co-worker and we have everything we need so I will call you this Friday. Well Friday came and went, I was contacted by a woman the next week explaining the guy is no longer with the company and she would be handling the situation and she would call me in a week. A week goes by and I didnt receive a call so I called myself and they said they were sorry the woman helping me was no longer with the company, so now here I am 2 people who were helping me are no longer with the company. I think this is sign that maybe Nissan isnt the company I was led to believe. The end result was Nissan offered to give me a warranty to cover the breaks and the wheels but didnt offer to purchase the vehicle, so they want me to drive an unsafe vehicle and if it breaks and causes and accident I may be dead but the car will get repaired because of the generous nature of Nissan providing me the extended warranty. So in the end I might be dead but my family could get the car fixed and be able to drive it around. So I just got an inspection done and I am now going to turn the car into the dealer and deal with Nissan coming after me, trying to get me to pay for a death trap. So thank you Nissan for absolutely nothing and I will be sure everyone in the USA is aware of my situation and the quality of your products and your desire to not help your customers.

2013 Nissan Sentra SV with transmission issues. Took it to the Premier Nissan of San Jose and was told they could not find the issue. Test drove with the mechanic. Next day they say they cant reproduce the issue. Went back again and went on a test drive. Next day again they say they cant find the issue.I went back and this time another mechanic went on a drive with me and brought the computer to record data. He said that the car will need to stay there. This was already a week in the shop and they did not provide a loaner.Extremely poor customer service. The service advisors are a bunch of liars. They dont even call me back with a status update. I had to call them multiple times to find out. They changed their statement 3 times about me getting a loaner. 2 weeks in now and I am still without a car. Stay away from this dealership and stay away from Nissan. ABSOLUTELY MY LAST NISSAN EVER EVEN IF THEY GIVE ME A 50% discount.

I have been a heavily vested customer of the Nissan Product since 2005, being a Army veteran I have learned that many decisions are made quickly without complete information. My first Nissan that I purchased was a New NISSAN 2005 Pathfinder, my second new purchase was a New 2008 Nissan Xterra, my third New vehicle was a 2009 Nissan Sentra (this purchase was co signed with my mother Terry ** - I still drive this Nissan today with over 100K miles ) and my fourth New Vehicle is a 2014 Nissan Sentra. I provided this information so that you can confirm that I have been a committed customer of your product and the reason I have stood by the Nissan product is due to not only the reliability, dependability and low maintenance of the Vehicles but more importantly we are a family on a fixed budget like many families and having a low maintenance cost vehicle is that more important to us. We live in the great hot state of Florida the city of Orlando and having an AC unit that works properly in our vehicle is a crucial component. Our 2014 Nissan only has 34,216 miles on it - yes it is outside of the warranty for the years but the mileage average is less than 10K a year and no one would expect the AC compressor to go bad with such low mileage in a Nissan Product, my 2009 Sentra still blows cold air with over 100K mileage. Up until now I have had no issues with any of the Four Nissan Vehicle that we have purchased and its shocking to me to have a major component go bad with only 34,000 miles driven. Yesterday I paid $160.39 to have the vehicle diagnosed and confirmed to have a bad compressor by my local Nissan dealership. I believe Nissan should really stand by their product and Recommend Goodwill and replace the bad unit free of charge to me for such an unusual circumstance.

We leased this vehicle and it was nothing but trouble. We would go on business trips and returning to car, it wouldnt start. The battery was ok but we couldnt figure out what to do. This happened many many times and was told by the dealer they couldnt figure out what was wrong. At one point the radio would come on blasting and there was nothing we could do to turn it down or off. Nissan did replace the radio but it ended up not being the trouble with the car stalling. This was not reliable and we ended up having to return it early from our lease agreement because it was a LEMON!!!

Why is Nissan using this Mickey Mouse third party vendor for collecting payments? Now my credit will be affected because of non-payment??? I am trying to make my payment but Nissan/BillMatrix will not accept my payment because BillMatrix does not accept credit cards in California! I purchased a new Nissan pathfinder in 2005 and I did just had issues with it at 87k miles transmission broke and Nissan didnt want to take responsibilities for the repairs so I had to fix it myself. Exactly one year later the radiator broke and leaked coolant to the transmission and transmission broke again. This time Nissan said OK we are going to give you a free transmission, but we have to install it. I paid Nissan 4k dollars to install the transmission and 6 months later I had problems with the thermostat and I decide to exchange it and I promise to myself that I will never buy a Nissan vehicle in my life again. In the past I had purchased Nissan Sentra, Pathfinder 97, Armada, Nissan pickup hard-body and I just have Toyota and Chevrolet, and I am very happy with my vehicles.

I have received one statement in the 5 months I have now had the car. I have not received one email, correspondence, or phone call from these people. I was not late in January for a payment and they lied and reported to the credit bureaus that I never made a payment in January when I paid $465 on 1/10/13. And then on 2/1/13, I made another payment which was supposed to be on 1/31/13 and then 2 payments in February as well on 2/23/13. They suck as a car manufacturer and as a lien holder. There was a reason that I had never purchased a car from them after 10 years ago and now I know why. I had leased a car with them for 7 months and got rid of it and now, after 5 months, I am ready to get rid of this car too. The fact is that it is a piece of crap and so is the company. They suck and they need to fix their error on my credit report as because of their screw up, my credit score dropped 40 points and now I will lose the new home I am buying.

I leased a 2012 Altima SL and made all the payments on time. I turned the car in at a Nissan dealership and paid all balances due. Several months after that apparently NMAC decide there was a balance due of $127 and never contacted me (email, phone, postal mail). Since I was unaware of the situation the amount went past due and I got a 30 day late notice on my otherwise perfect (770+) credit rating. Thats how I found out they felt I owed them some stupidly small amount. Absolutely horrendous customer service and I will never deal with them again. I made 32 phone calls (documented), 2 faxes to car dealer, certified letter – NO RESPONSES. All I wanted was to make my first payment before it was late! I HAD a credit score of over 750 and in 2 months NMAC (Nissan finance) RUINED my credit – now its 620! I spent over 5 weeks just trying to get the mailing address to make my payment. I called 3 different published phone numbers for NMAC and they didnt have my account registered! I didnt exist – no account number to put my $$$ towards! Next thing I know – REPO! Even before repo I had my atty involved and they even ignored her calls! Finally, after the Repo, the repo company was obligated by law to give me the phone number to contact. I had a 3-way phone call with Nissan and my lawyer on the line. I explained everything and said I would be willing to pay the entire amount, even plus 1 month in exchange for them faxing my attorney, admitting that NMAC made an error and I was never late on my payments. Thats all I asked for! I was willing to let them get away with doing this to me, but they refused to admit fault. I told them Id see them in court then. My atty was even surprised at how they treated me and said she never had a company REFUSE $$$.

Overall experience of buying car was ok. When we were checking out the new car, I noticed dust in the engine compartment and requested that they wipe it clean. The salesman promised that they will take care of this during the detailing process. I did not check when I took the possession and later found out that it was never done. I emailed him with no response, meanwhile he keeps sending me emails about giving them a positive review. They gave me one wrong key for the car. I am trying to contact them to fix the key issue, NO response back from the dealer for over a week. Still waiting. Opened a case with Nissan Customer Service. Took them over 10 days to respond to say that they cannot do anything about this. Only thing I can do is take it to the dealership to evaluate the issue. Dealership is 100 miles away and no reimbursement of travel expenses.

Flash forward to a month with no return emails or calls from the regional customer service office. Not as much as a single update. My 2017 Nissan Rogue on a dozen frightening occasions while I was accelerating uphill on a dry flat road dropped into lower gear and flashed the red alert triangle. Very scary. I have to take my foot off the gas pedal in order to be able to continue accelerating. Very terrifying especially with cars behind me. Nissan service manager and mechanics refuse to acknowledge the problem and treat me badly and tell me to come back with the incident recorded. I think that Nissan is very aware of the problem and is hiding it until there is a major fatality and they have to have recalls. I dont feel safe in my brand new car and I am treated terribly by the dealership management because they are sexist. Does anyone else have this problem? Please post if you do. If I could rate Nissan a 0 I would. All around terrible service from the advisors up to management. Brought my vehicle into Pine Belt Nissan of Tomsriver NJ. I had what I believed to be a stress crack across my windshield. The advisor along with the service manager both looked at it, and clearly said they could NOT find any point of impact, obviously with that being said it would be a factory defect. They sent all my info along with photos to Nissan corporate. Who I went back and forth with to have it covered since the glass had NOT been hit. Anyway it had been denied all across the board. Not a single person could provide an explanation on why the glass broke, of course they only work there but know NOTHING. I even asked them if they could Pay half the cost. Again was told NO. I would of happily taken aftermarket glass didnt have to come from the factory. Im guessing Nissan knows nothing of “goodwill”. Customer service is TERRIBLE! They cant even do the right thing for their customers, they would much rather lose them instead. Nissan is pathetic. I would never ever lease or purchase anything from this awful awful company again! Everyone else tell your friends and family! All they could come up with was, Sorry car is not in warranty, spare me Nissan. I will never serve my car in any Nissan service center again. Nissan does not do the right thing and thats the bottom line! Poor product and terrible employees.

Dont take it! Bad customer service, broken web, incompetent employees, managers that are quitting and credit department with its own world. LIARS AND RUDE TO CUSTOMERS. I had a car loan with Nissan going directly from the bank. (Draft) 2012-2017. In the year 2015 Nissan changed the rules that the last payment must be paid hard check not directly from the bank as draft. Nissan never informed existing customers about it (me being one of them) and this is common knowledge when you call Nissan customer service - they know they did not tell existing customers. Nissan did not contact me until the payment was already 30 days late. Manager at the time swore up and down this will not be sent to creditors as it was not my mistake and because they did not contact me - they had issues with new web that was put in place in 2015 (also known to all of them). That manager left a note in my account, as that I did not know my last payment must be done by physical check. However, Nissan still reported me to creditors as they dont read managers notes and dont care that this is their mistake. I was never late in my life. My credit score dropped from 850 to 698. There is nothing else bad on my credit, I paid for the report. Nissan credit services refuse to send a note to creditors, but when managers answer the phone, they tell me it will be ok and they stand by their mistakes. Because of their disconnect with credit department my life is ruined. I have never made a mistake in my life. I lived by the rules for 22 years building my credit score and perfect history. None of the higher ups offered to fix this mistake for me. It takes one letter to creditors to get my life back.

He stated he would check it. Next day he told me brake shoes are OK and that noise is normal. He said the brake shoes needed cleaning but would continue to make that noise. The strange noise that I also was concerned about, he stated it was from having the air on and the gas needs to idle more to keep it running. (I know this as the previous Director of the BBB & of the Consumer Assistance Council in our region working closely with our State Attorney Generals Public Protection Bureau.)As an educated consumer, I cancelled this useless policy, and surprise - in December 13, 6k miles over the ridiculous 36k warranty (less than any other manufacturer to my knowledge), my beautiful Maxima had me, a woman, stranded in a dark parking lot on an icy rainy Sunday night. It was incapacitated due to a faulty part in the steering column connected to the push start. After research I found that there are MANY HUNDREDS of complaints and horror stories regarding this issue & that Nissan had recalled the defective part on 2009 models. Although I expect the 2010 Maximas also contain this defective part. This brought me on a journey to complain to Consumer Affairs and a regional rep. Neither were concerned with standing behind their expensive, luxury, top of the line vehicle, and were not even interested in extending the repair as a goodwill gesture as, after all, I didnt purchase the Extended Warranty! Try as I might, I could not get through to them that they were STILL bound by Implied Warranties in Massachusetts under MGL. Ch. 93A Consumer Protection provisions. Nissan CANNOT develop and sell extended warranties (Express Warranties) in order to avoid what they would be required to do under an implied warranty. Basically: a product must perform properly for a reasonable amount of time or it is the seller/manufacturers responsibility to rectify. Nissan is attempting to coerce purchasers of their vehicles into purchasing expensive extended warranties - therefore GETTING THE CONSUMER TO PAY FOR (NISSANS) RESPONSIBILITY BY LAW. This is fraud & misrepresentation to consumer and an illegal practice! I am SO disappointed in Nissan Corp. This was my fourth Nissan and the other 3 ran forever! Truly, one of the reasons I wasnt worried about an extended warranty is because in the past Nissans were exceptionally reliable. At this time I dont know WHAT is going on with Nissan Corp., but they apparently feel no responsibility towards the consumer if they havent purchased an expensive and unnecessary extended warranty, therefore absolving them of any financial liability (ie - YOU, the consumer, already paid for yours & everyone elses repairs by purchasing this so-called warranty). Ive filed a Consumer Complaint with Consumer Protection and intend to file a MGL. Ch. 93A claim for treble damages. I also intend to inform our Attorney General of this fraudulent practice to gather information to prepare a class action lawsuit to obtain monetary damages for consumers!

I bought my Maxima new back in 2005. I recently started having transmission problems. The car only had 51,000 miles. I took it back to the service department next to the dealer I bought it from in New Jersey. They confirmed the transmission needed to be replaced. They also found the timing chain needed to be replaced. The service guys said both should not have to be replaced so soon with the shape the car was in and the low mileage. I opened a case with Nissan North America. They basically said warranty expired, so too bad. Then they told me to take it to the dealer for possible trade in. They would take care of me. Yeah, right. They offered nothing for the trade. Sales knew about tranny and timing chain. New car deal was nothing special. This was second and last Nissan. I have since bought a Kia Optima.

A nice bug, the Micra K12, 2006, 65ps Petrol 1.2 Engine. I have bought this car from Nissan in Germany, at 71.000km, and I drove it for 9.000km. 65ps, manual gearbox, 1,2L petrol engine. 2 doors, in bamboo green. Lovely little bug. I bought it as an emergency need for a cheap car, and I am quite happy with the purchase. So happy in fact, that I decided already to change it with the newer model, 2017, 1.2L 80ps. But back to the K12 bug. Drove it mostly in Berlin, Germany, and occasionally on the Highway, maximum 130km/h due to the noise and fuel consumption, but drove it briefly up to 160km/h... (slightly downhill probably:). Pretty loud on the highway, but perfect for the city traffic. Agile between the city streets and easy to park. A bit of a stiff ride at low speeds, but quite comfortable where the road permits speeds over 50-60Km/h. Feels stable and has some power reserves until 110-120Km/h, at high RPM regime, between 3500 – 5000rpm. It responds well to the throttle paddle. The engine pulls lovely between 3rd and 4th gear, 60 to 90Km/h, it feels quite sporty. The 1st and 2nd gear are a bit slow. Never had any beef with, but yet again, for just 9k it should not be the case anyway. The gear box felt sometimes a bit too long, but it did the job. I would have kept it, but I just wanted the newer model. Overall a good experience. Hope the new model will follow the trend.

Nissan is one big scam. Do not lease or buy a car from them. A windshield cracked on a New car. They put the part on back order without a date. The car is not able to be used and they are still requiring for the leasee to pay for the lease when they are not providing any part, For over a month already! In addition I believe there are laws in certain states requiring a manufacturer to have parts available for up to 5 years on certain items. Good to have Warranty Compliance Advisors as our assistance here. We reached out to Nissan and got a pathetic response still nothing doing.

Timing chain tensioner guide premature failure. This is a known problem Nissan has with their engines. Timing chain tensioner premature failure. Nissan has a timing chain that requires no maintenance, yet they use a tensioner guide that is not up to par. There is already on lawsuit for similar Nissan cars maybe there should be two. Fontana Nissan quoted me $800-$1900 to replace this $30 part that was made with a poor quality plastic. If it wasnt a quality problem the OEM guide would still be sold instead its a new part and new part number. Ive owned one Nissan Altima before this and currently own a Murano, Cube and Altima in question. $800 - $1900 to replace a $30 part that is poorly designed and no mentions of any maintenance on the part is insane.Does it seriously make sense to have a customers engine removed from the car, have the customer pay $800 - $1900 and not have a car for a week, or take a chance of the guide failing completely, the chain slipping and would destroy the INTERFERENCE engine possibly on the highway for a $30 part that is poorly designed?

In November 2007 we bought our 1st and last Nissan. Against my better judge
In November 2007 we bought our 1st and last Nissan. Against my better judgement, I relented and agreed to buy my wife her Nissan SUV. My reluctance was based on the cvt, which in my opinion was unproven technology. My fears were not unfounded. After 75000 miles of fair service the cvt issues began to manifest themselves in the form of a load clicking when cold. This load clicking is only under load or when car is in motion, also while cold there is a metallic screech or scraping noise on acceleration, and lastly a shuttering on acceleration from a stop as if hunting for the right gear to start out in.Wife took car to Mcgrath Nissan of Elgin Il for routine oil change as she always did, and asked to check for the noise, she was told “We can hear no noise but there is rust on your brake rotors and the rear pads are very low 1-2 mm. Do a brake job and see if your noise goes away. So I think for argument’s sake let’s do a brake job and eliminate their rederick. I performed a 4 wheel brake job pads, rotors, and hardware. Upon removal of said parts rear pads were actually closer to 5mm and fronts 10-11mm. But ok I bought the parts, let’s put them on. Guess what? Same noises and symptoms. Back to Mcgrath. Now we’re told $120.00 to diagnose problem. But that would go away if they found it to be cvt problem. I was confident they would find the problems to be the cvt and agreed. After letting car sit out and cooling down tech took for a test drive, and heard the clicking, and screech, but not the shuddering. It was his diagnosis the clicking is in the upper engine. Now how can this be if it only happens while transmission is engaged? We can pull the valve cover off and inspect the engine for $350.00. There may be varnish or sludge build up. The oil changes always performed on time, at your facility with your recommended oils how would this be possible? Well stuff happens Im told. How is it the noise only occurs while transmission is engaged? No answer. What about the screech? The tech said it is slight or faint and not bad enough for Nissan to warranty the problem. What good is a 120,000 mile cvt warranty if Nissan won’t honor it and repair a problem? In all fairness to Mcgrath Nissan they did waive the $120.00 charge for the inspection, when confronted with my disappointment in their product. And I do understand they dont want to get stuck with a repair that Nissan won’t reimburse them for. But at 76000 miles on a car to have a failure of the cvt that has been problems from day 1 for hundreds if not thousands of rogue owners, they obviously know there is an inherent problem with the first generation Rogue cvt’s as they redesigned them in subsequent years, and replace the catastrophic failures with the new design. There is no one in the world that can convince me that the Japanese manufacturers build quality is superior as I have had a similar experience with Toyota as well. MY advice is buy American, my friends.

BUYER BEWARE. We set our payments up on auto draft, but it didnt work. We had no idea the payment wasnt being made until it was too late, and now its tanking our credit. We could have paid outright for the car, but financed it for the sole purpose of increasing our credit score. We began getting calls from Nissan shortly prior to the payment being 30 days late, which sounds like they were doing their due diligence, correct? Wrong.Their calling system is antiquated and set up exactly like someone committing identity theft, like the spam calls everyone gets numerous times per day. We had no way of knowing it was a legitimate call because sometimes wed answer and it would automatically disconnect. Wed call back. Sometimes it would answer and automatically disconnect, sometimes an automated system would ask for our FULL social security number (not just the last four of our SSN) before agreeing to connect us to a representative. Considering we thought we were set up on auto draft, therefore thought our payments were being made, and were getting calls from an automated system claiming to be Nissan, at times disconnecting when we answered, at times disconnecting when we called back, and asking us to enter our full social security number when we got through, it all seemed sketchy. It would not be difficult for anyone attempting identity theft to figure out we are making payments to Nissan, call us under the guise of Nissan, and ask for our personal information. Considering the circumstances, we legitimately thought these were spam calls. Furthermore, we received no written communication from Nissan letting us know payments werent being made, and no phone calls from a live representative. Just sketchy automated phone calls, like the numerous ones we get each day that are spam.My husband finally decided to figure out what was going on and called the dealership where we purchased the car. We had an incredible experience with them when we bought the car, which is the reason we bought a Nissan in the first place. The finance manager called the number with my husband to verify whether or not it was spam. Thats when we realized these calls were legitimate, our payments werent set up on auto draft, like we thought, and we had a payment over 30 days late. We explained our situation, brought our payments up to date immediately, even paying extra, and they submitted our account to the legal and credit department for review, to hopefully reverse the negative mark on our credit. Not only did they not reverse it, the customer service supervisor I spoke with when I called to find out the status of the account was incredibly rude and disrespectful. In all my years of talking to customer service representatives, some are fantastic, but she was among the worst. Degrading words, degrading tone of voice. It still astounds me that she spoke to me the way she did.I wish I would have read all of the negative reviews regarding Nissan Finance before we financed our vehicle. Like I stated before, we could have paid cash for it, but decided to finance it for the sole purpose increasing our credit score. At the very least we would have financed it through our own bank, it was just easier the day we purchased the car to go ahead and finance through Nissan. BIG MISTAKE! We aren’t done fighting this. If there is a resolution other than our current situation I will update this review. I’m not looking forward to the hours we are going to have to put in to correct a situation that wouldn’t exist if Nissan Finance operated like a company that legitimately cared about its customers, like Honda, Toyota, etc. etc. Again, BUYER BEWARE! If you finance through Nissan, get ready for a rough ride. Keep track of your auto drafts – DO NOT trust that the system will do what it’s supposed to do. And if you happen to have an issue to work out be prepared to be talked to very disrespectfully.

My family and I were debating about purchasing a new 2016 Nissan Rouge thinking it was a safe and a reliable family car but encountering these extremely dangerous mechanical issues I faced with my family in the car going 65 mph on the interstate had me thinking otherwise. The transmission fails when needing to accelerate then cuts back on after we just nearly missed getting into an accident with an 18 wheeler. This car is unsafe and was recalled by Nissan to get this issue fixed so I mean, they should be aware of this problem with these cars now that we are out of the extended warranty. Ms Amber ** the manager and Joe the specialist both specified (that they are not in the position to do anything) for our family that they are sorry, OK, thank you. Just like that she ended the conversation. So now that you know they will not back up their product and at least help the cost of repair or completely exchanging it for the type 2 transmission for the car, please dont buy a Nissan. Read all defects and reviews, know how many people they have turned away because of this problem. Please choose a safer car for your family to drive in. Thank you for your time.

We purchased this Frontier SV 4X4 King Cab new in 2011. Other than standard maintenance there have been no issues. I change the oil every 5 to 6,000 miles. It might use a half quart of oil in that time. We tow with it occasionally, We haul Mulch. The truck has 78,000 miles on it. I can not complain. I would purchase another one if I could get it with a manual transmission.

I drove in and told my service guy who was there but off duty. After reading all the poor reviews on NMAC, it made me so afraid that I was thinking about trading in the Nissan I bought yesterday for a Honda or Toyota! The complaints seemed to say NMAC is eager to ruin Nissan customers credit, wants Nissan customers to pay for NMACs general incompetency, refuses to correct their own mistakes, and employs illegal or dishonest business methods. Thank you all for posting. We, who finance through NMAC, will need to be extra careful and not to expect decent business dealing from NMAC. We should document everything in case some guy from an attorney group actually experienced NMAC ways and wanted to start something against the big guy for their arbitrary and wrongdoing against customers. My experience at the dealership finance dept for NMAC did not go well because the guy did not explain the finance at all. When asked, he just said it is zero percent at 36 months; pointing at the monthly payment and read the inserted terms off a printed contract. He hurried out a lot of paperwork and wanted me to sign off on each of them. The consumer protection law should have required the finance person to explain in detail on what finance rate and duration of the loan, and if the rate will be changed. The consumer will then sign off acknowledgement by writing in essence the interest rate, length of loan, fixed or variable rates, terms on possible penalties, and anything that may increase the cost of the loan. That is more real of a protection than to have consumer sign acknowledgement papers that basically is to protect the finance company.Lets hope Nissan will change and correct NMACs ways to reflect Nissan as a company it wanted to build up to. Lets hope that NMAC is not out to get Nissan buyers who finance through them. If NMAC is that bad as reviewed and people are paying more than they agreed to, why is NMAC and Nissan still allowed to continue their obviously wrong practice without consumers joining forces to protest?

First, Nissan Finance has no email address to send improvement suggestions to so they really dont care what type of service a customer gets on their website. Im an IT person and have designed customer service websites. The Nissan site is the WORST one I have ever dealt with. One would think changing your bank information would be simple. I am a MAC user and Safari is not supported. There a certain time frames related to payment due dates to contend with meaning you can change information when you want and the help desk cant explain the complicated process you need to go through. After 2 weeks of trying website and help desk I was finally able to accomplish this change.

After seeing my check engine light came on the following week and went to take my Vehicle to Nissan South @ Morrow, GA. The attendant was cool and help me out the best that he can. He even suggested to me the findings of my vehicle, (which was a transmission problem) and if I had an extended warranty that could of fix it. Sorry to say for myself I didnt, so I am left with an 80,000 mileage 2015 vehicle with a transmission problem involving a transmission switch that needs to be replace and they refuse to touch it because it seals with the transmission and suggested that I either pay for a new transmission (4000 dollars) or have one rebuild. I am not happy with the findings cause I look at my vehicle as being a very durable vehicle under 100000 mileage and a transmission problem should not be in the mix. I have own a 1995 Toyota Camry with its mileage over 145000 and never had a transmission problem (probably would of still had it if someone did not hit into me on the road). To hear that Nissan vehicle is that unreliable make me question why my family supports them in the business. My cousins (4 of them), brother, myself, and other military friends and teachers have these vehicle made from Nissan and need to know; when the chips are down Nissan is not there for you to assist you in any way. They toss you aside like you are just another number to them. Their manufacture quality seems to be low and they dwell on customers paying extra for an extended warranty in order to fix their poor mechanical car issues. If I ever choose to get a car from them again it would be a while cause I have to make sure I am able to pay for their extended warranty.

My claim was denied, although this is clearly due to no fault of my own but rather by someone who did not observe the problem. The rear end has popping sound when the brakes are applied and the list of issues continue to grow. I have gotten to the point that I scared to drive the truck let alone have family ride with me in it. I have been in constant contact with the dealership and consumer affairs. I recently purchased a 2011 Nissan Rogue, on August 26th at Concordville Nissan in Pennsylvania. At first, it seemed as though I purchased a very good vehicle. It was a certified car, the mileage was reasonable, it had only one owner and it looked great. This praise quickly turned into a nightmare. During the test drive the passenger side windshield was covered by the cars feature list and certified sticker, covering the small crack I noticed the next day. I called Concordville and informed my salesman (Pat) about the crack and he told me to bring it in to be fixed. I wasnt able to do that then because I was going away to New York and then to Baltimore. On both of my trips I noticed the front wheels were swaying slightly, gliding to the left or to the right. On my return, I immediately contacted the service department (Sept. 11) about this new concern. After the car was inspected (Sept. 14), the Service Advisor (Darren **) informed me that there is a crack in the right side axle. WOW! I tried to shun the idea of what could have happen if the axle would have broken with my family and me driving that car while on vacation. Even though, the problem was fixed the same day, I am now worried about what new problem will arise. I no longer enjoy driving this car in fear of what other unknown defect will surface. On the same day the car was being repaired, I spoke with the Sales Manager (Ryan **) about my issues, explaining the entire situation. He seemed concerned about my frustration and even said he would confer with the Service Manager (Mark) about getting me into a different car. After, I asked if that was an option. No promise was guaranteed. As I returned to pick up the Rogue I requested to speak with Ryan **, he was unavailable, but Ryan ** was. So, I explained to situation again and again talking about getting a different car. He said he would look into it. This was around 3:30 pm. After waiting around for about two hours a salesman name Mark approached me and asked if I was being helped. I told him I was waiting on Ryan **. Mark went to the counter where Ryan ** was, talked to him a little and came back over and said who is helping you again? Then Pat, the salesman who sold me the car came over and asked me was my car still being repaired? No, I replied. Now getting angry because, not only was I forgotten about, no one seemed to know what Im talking about. I explained my situation once again. After 3 hours I was finally called over to the counter where now both Ryans are. Theyre telling me that: (1.) the axle wasnt cracked. The problem was with the ball bearings, but I have an invoice explaining the issue was the right front drive shaft. (2.) I can get into another certified car, a 2012 Morano that is going to cost me $645 a month with a $4000 down payment. I left the dealership very confused and upset. I just want to express how disappointed and frustrated I am with this whole process, from the issues with the car to the poor customer service. Now I see why they wouldnt show me any other car. I will never purchase another nor, will I recommend any of my family, friends or co-workers to purchase a Nissan Certified Car. I am also filing a consumer complaint with the Attorney General office in my state.

I found the recall and the campaign on the highway safety commissions website for the 2005 Nissan Armada fuel sending units. On 11/7/2014 my husband was driving my 2005 Nissan Armada at 3 AM on the busy 5 Lane Highway in Washington state at 65 mph. My SUV came to a abrupt stop in the middle of the highway. It would not turn over to start. The hazard lights would not come on. The state police put out 15 road flares and still they were both almost hit by three trucks and two cars. My Armada showed I had a quarter of a tank of gas. I had to have my sub towed to Campbell Nelson Nissan dealership in Edmonds Washington. Robert, the service manager called and advised me that the fuel sending unit was bad. It shows I have a quarter of a tank but I was really out of gas. John, the manager told me thats what he suspected was wrong with my SUV. John also advised me that there was a warranty on the fuel sending unit but it was only for 72,000 miles but at the least I feel that I should not get stuck with the bill because I bought the car used and had no clue that they had this issue or that it would almost cause the life of my husband or an innocent state trooper. I feel Nissan should open the recall and extend the warranty for the 2005 Nissan Armada fuel sending units. I know only certain 2005 models were in the campaign and recalled but this is what was wrong with my Armada the same thing Nissan campaign for. I want Nissan to cover the bill. Its an unsafe issue and if you guys do not reopen this recall Nissan is going to get somebody killed. If I have to take it to my Lawyer then so be it.

I purchased Nissan Murano from West Hills Nissan 2 years ago. Had no problem with them, treated me fairly, and I liked the car. Few weeks ago received a brochure from West Hills, offering me new car with lower monthly payment, so I went there, showed me Nissan Maxima and asking me $525 a month to lease. Told them it is expensive and they said ok. Few days later received a call from Kenny ** Nissan in Cranberry, PA and offering me a good deal. Told them the story about West Hills that I could not afford it, was told not to worry and they have many cars in their lot and I could get a deal. Called me few more times, so I agreed to go and see what kind of deal they got. I went with my son and we got there before noon. That was my biggest mistake to go there. 1st said $509 but I told them it is too high for me. I swear I tried to leave many times but they were keep asking me to wait to see what they can do for me. I was tired, my son was tired, but they didnt let us leave. It was late evening and we were still asked to stay. They had my Murano and because Murano was in excellent condition, they wanted to trade. By late evening the manager took me to Maxima in the showroom and reach out his hand to shake my hand and said he made mistake that $509 was for different color not for black one and asked me to shake his hand for $528 and he started shaking my hand. It is hard to believe but that is exactly what happened. They knew what type people we are, obviously not a smart one, who would pay $528 for Maxima for 3 years lease. They treated us like an idiot, took us to a room and said you have won something and asked us to pick a card from the board hanging on the wall to get our prize. He was one of the managers and congratulated us for winning the prize. He said you have to pay $35 or something similar to get an AAA insurance for road assistance. Told him I have road assistance included in my own Insurance. He got mad and for 10 minutes was pushing for me to sign up. Asked him about the car, said he does not know much about that car, that he was new, but still was asking for AAA to be added to my monthly lease payment. I had to force myself to leave that room. I asked almost everybody in there about some future in the car, they just wanted me to leave. They got their deal and I was not worth any more. I told them I had worth of $150 of dash cam accessories in the car that either let me take the car to outside shop to remove it or they have to do it for me. Was told to not worry they will remove it and I can come back to pick it up. The next day went back gave them the other key for Murano, but was told Murano was not there and they will call me. Waited 2 weeks and called the dealer was told they sold the Murano. I told the salesman that I am not happy and I am going to make a complaint, said he will call me back. 2 days later I called him myself said he talked to General Manager and they dont want unhappy customer so they offered 2 free oil changes. I just hung up on him. I dont know how many people were ripped off by these people, but its time to investigate their unhealthy business. I also contacted Nissan USA before make my case to public. I got a call from a very angry lady from NISSAN USA that kept telling I have to deal with the dealer.

I contacted Nissan customer care. I currently own a 2013 Xterra Pro4x with 66,000 miles. I have driven manuals for 30 years. First clutch burned out 35,400. Second clutch was looked at in a dealership service at 63,000 miles. Was told clutch looked perfect, drove perfect. Had a smell coming from the clutch. 3,000 miles later driving at 60 mph in 5th gear, the clutch blew up. Sounded like an explosion followed by sounds of metal fragments rolling around inside. Nissan required a dealership to look at it. Their conclusion is the driver error caused the clutch failure.Ive never had to replace a clutch before 90/100k. Ive heard from other with the Xterra and Frontiers of this exact same problem happening. Now Im hearing if the transmissions going out at 76,000 miles. They are wanting $2700 to replace a clutch that is sure to fail again. Something is causing these clutches and transmissions to fail. So many mechanics and friends are telling me to get rid of the car ASAP. Lesson learned do not buy Nissan. Nissan does not stand behind their product.

My name is Tommy ** with Pro Parts Center. We have be purchasing fleet of NV2500 vans from Central Houston Nissan past couple of years. We have about 12 NV2500 in our fleet. Every single one of the van have had warranty issues with catalytic converter and fuel pumps. I am amazed how Nissan has not issued a recall on this yet. For the most part Central Nissan has taken care of my warranty issues until today. This NV van had 60K miles and I was told by service adviser Anthony that its out of warranty since the catalytic converter has a 50K mile warranty. I explained to him all my other van had the same issues. He advised me the cost will be around $3500 for repairs. Knowing this is an ongoing issue with these vans I wondered why wouldnt NISSAN warranty this one on good faith.Anthony suggested that if I had done their recommended fuel service then this wouldnt have happened. (This angered me more than the $3500 bill.) I told him I even had brought the same vehicle in around 30K miles and had service adviser David ** check on the same issues. He assured me nothing was wrong with this one and noted on my account if the issue arise after warranty that he would take care of it. After I complained and told them the situation was documented in my account prior to the expiration of my warranty, they offered to pay 80% of the cost to repair. I dont understand that if they admit guilt and will pay 80%, why dont they pay the entire balance. This is obviously a defect and should be a nationwide recall. But instead of taking ownership of the problem, Nissan tries to pass the cost to consumers. THIS SHOULD NOT BE TOLERATED. I will continue to send this message to anyone in Nissan that will take my concern seriously. This will be posted to all Nissan social media account until I get a response. This is terrible service especially to a customer that has a fleet of Nissan vehicles. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER NISSAN AGAIN!

2011 Nissan Juke: So far I have had to turn my car in for 2 recalls. One was the engine and the second was the timing belt. The second time they had to fix my car. They told me they would be keeping it for 4-5 days! This wouldnt be a problem if they would give me a loaner car. However, they dont give out loaners unless you have 70,000 miles or less on your car. What? Why? My car only has 80,000. The only reason my car is in the shop is because of their faulty manufacturing and recall. The Town Center Nissan in Kennesaw, GA serviceman said I would have to call Nissan headquarters in order to get the rule overruled. OK... whatever.I call them and then it takes a day for them to get back to me to say they refuse to help me because I didnt buy the extended service warranty. Well, if I would have known what a piece of crap car and company I was buying from (I wouldnt have made the purchase) I would have bought the warranty. I asked kindly for them to make an exception because I am a good customer AND I am right at the line. Still they refused and had no other response except to say, You didnt buy the extended service warranty. What are you trying to do Nissan? NO Customer Service? Teach me a lesson about buying extended service warranties?! Its not enough to be a customer who spent 18,000 on your faulty product?! This will be the LAST Nissan I own.

Updated on 04/05/2019: I bought my Nissan Juke Shoro in the UK 2012 brand new. I live in Spain and had it shipped out to me. it never was a fast car but that was ok with me as I cruel around town anyway. A friend drove my car in 2016, it was the first time I had allowed anyone to drive her. He said it didnt seem to have any power and as there was a slight noise from the engine, took it to Nissan Dealers. I was told the gearbox had broken and it needed to be replaced, €10,000!!! I was out of warranty by age but was within milage. I had to fight with Nissan Spain for 5 weeks. They agreed to replace the CVT and I was to pay €1,000 to have it fitted, I was pretty annoyed but paid. Less than 2 years later the same thing, CVT gearbox had gone again. That was in Oct 2018, Nissan refuse to admitted that the car as a fault and now want me to pay €4,000 for a recondition CVT. Its now April 2019 and I have heard nothing. I ended up buying a little Opel for €5,000 with very little mileage. Nissan can keep the car, I wouldnt want it back now anyway. The service I had with Nissan every year was a waste of money. I am very very disappointed with Nissan and would never buy a car from then again.Original Review: I bought my new Nissan Juke Shiro Limited in 2012 and had it shipped to Spain. In 2016 after a friend had driven it, they brought to my attention that it had no power! Nada! To be honest I had always felt a bit un-at-ease when driving my Juke and felt I didn’t have much control on the speed but never through much if it. Especially as I had always serviced my car at a Nissan dealership approved garage and always got conned into paying premium instead of a standard service. So took my Juke to Nissan dealership and I am told the gearbox had broken, a new one would cost €10,000 including fitting! I was just 3 months out of my 3 year warranty but luckily within the mileage. So after 5 weeks of talk and waiting for decisions, Nissan Europe decided to replace the gearbox and I agreed to the €1,000 cost to fit it. It only had 1 year warranty but surely I wouldn’t need another new gearbox. 2 years later, 3 months after the premium service at Nissan... A friend drove my car and said the same as my last friend who had driven it in 2016!! No power! I took it back to Nissan garage, only to be told the gearbox was broken, again. Metal getting into the oil because 2 disks are grinding together in the gearbox... 2 months later, several phone calls, emails and messages. Nissan will only offer a 35% discount on a recondition gearbox €3,998! I can’t see how a faulty car manufactured and badly made by Nissan can be my fault. It cost me over £18,000 new.I am now out of pocket by €1,500 on rental cars and Nissan just don’t give a damn. I was never offered a courtesy car this time or back in 2016. This whole situation has had me sick with worry and not even having €3,998 to pay for the reconditioned gearbox that Nissan have offered! So I can having to pay another month of car hire cost, I am totally lost as to what to do. The head office in Barcelona that have also dealt with my case have been totally unprofessional and unresponsive to my phone calls and my emails. Needless to say, I would never buy another Nissan again???

I recently purchased a 2018 Nissan Titan XD diesel with the midnight package. Everywhere online Nissan advertises that the midnight package XD comes with a bed liner, floor mats, wheel well flares, and more. The dealership I purchased from was nice when I bought my truck. The next day were complete jerks when I went back to ask for floor mats only. So I called customer service with Nissan and they did not do anything and did not care. Flat out told me I was just out of luck. The truck is a piece of crap. It has no power. It is not a diesel. I do not know how Cummins whatever advertise their name on that piece of junk. When I purchased it had 5 miles, picked up it had 137. It has been back in the shop 2 times for multiple days, even weeks for a repair that we are told they have no idea how to fix. I have been trying to contact Nissan Consumer Affairs. Left over 7 messages, only one return call while I was at a DR. so could not answer. This has been a nightmare and would really just appreciate Nissan standing behind their product and helping us out. Well here goes. Nissan car/van owners beware. Their customer service and warranty is horrendous. And without a doubt they have an issue with the engines, same recall as Toyota but instead of calling it a recall they are simply finding an excuse to revoke your warranty and make you pay for the new engine. We’ve owned nothing but Nissans since 1996. Our 2 year old passenger van with 56k Miles started burning oil. No engine warning light came on, no low oil warning light, nothing. We brought it to the dealership three times for oil level tests, then they took the van last Monday to do more tests. They don’t pay for a rental, don’t give you a comparable rental so I’m in a 5 passenger car. They then tell us it needs a $12,000 new engine and warranty was revoked because we are missing one receipt. I’ve spoken to at least 9 people at Nissan Corporate. No one can do anything because Nissan Warranty is not “customer facing.” Their decision is final. So, our van will get its new engine. We’ll suck up the cost then trade it in for something new. NOT NISSAN.

2 problems I am having with this car....1.) I will be driving down a freeway for about 20 minutes.... Go to get off freeway and stop at a light.... Wait for light to change and car will not go over 2-3 mph for about 30-45 seconds then all of a sudden jumps up to 15 mph from my foot being on the gas pedal which has almost caused a few car accidents. 2.) I recently moved to California from Arizona and on my trips back and forth, the car after an hour of driving will all of a sudden slow down from 80 mph to 35-45 mph in a 75 mph speed zone. Happens going up hills even the slightest incline in the road and once you go down hill it will slowly start to speed up.I drive around with 2 children in the car ages 4 and 5.... This is so beyond dangerous and blows my mind that Nissan will not do ** about it. I have taken it to Nissan dealerships, mechanics and everyone says... I dont know what it is. I even took my iPad in showing a YouTube video of a gentleman that was driving having the same problem!!! And they still said, I dont know. I am beyond pissed and want a class action lawsuit against Nissan for having defaulted vehicles out there and not doing anything about it. Go online and its page after page of people having the same issue. Nissan get off your lazy ass and fix this problem!!

I bought a 2012 Nissan Versa CVT in November 2011. In the summer of 2013, it started hesitating and squealing when I lightly touched the accelerator to adjust my speed at freeway speeds. The winter of 2013, it started hesitate-surge behavior, like it was searching for the right gear, at freeway speed limits or when accelerating to freeway or city speed limits. Sometimes it was so strong I was afraid I was going to lose control of the vehicle. A couple of months later, I was driving 75 mph (the speed limit) on a flat stretch of TX190 when the vehicle suddenly lost power. I was only able to keep it at 60 mph by pressing the accelerator to the floor. I was only able to resume normal driving speed by taking my foot off the accelerator and then pressing it to the floor again. From what Ive read online, Nissan has had problems with its CVT for years, yet I was unable to get 3 Nissan dealers in 3 different towns to service this problem. One said they couldnt reproduce the problem. The other two wouldnt even give me an appointment. They basically said this is just how this transmission works - live with it. It got worse. I live in Central TX, and my parents live in Phoenix. The morning of March 21, 2014, my dad died. I found out at about noon, went home to make plane reservations and pack, then drove to the nearest airport, about an hour and a half away, mostly interstate.Less than an hour in, I started having trouble, so I stopped to eat lunch and let the CVT cool. Shortly after I started out again, one exit before the airport exit, the car suddenly dropped to 40 mph -- in a 70 mph zone -- and kept losing power. I had barely enough power to get off the freeway and coast into a gas station. I had it towed to a Nissan dealer, rented a car, rescheduled my flight for the next day, and booked a room in a hotel. I was gone for over a week. It took a whole week for the dealer just to get permission to replace the CVT after the mechanic pulled CVT oil pan and found excessive metal shavings in pan and inside transmission, so I had to rent another car to get home and to work the next few days. The invoice only said All Nissan genuine parts carry a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty, so I asked if that was the case for the CVT as well. The response was so outrageous - I asked for it in writing. I was told that, if I had bought an SUV, the CVT would be warrantied for 120,000 miles, but as I owned a Versa, it was only warrantied for 20.5 months or 60,000 miles, whichever came first. I had only had the car for about 1.5 years before the original CVT started to go. It died at 2 years 4 months and 34,167 miles, which means this CVT is warrantied to last less time and mileage than the original. Nissan should be ashamed of itself, and my government representatives should be ashamed to allow such a company to continue to do business in this country.

Nissan is one of the most crooked companies in the world. Many people do not know that they have been committing criminal business practices for ten years now by fooling consumers with their fancy CVT transmissions that have prematurely failed on tens of thousands of Versas, Sentras, Rogues and other models and it is a disgrace that they have been allowed to get away with this kind of egregious behavior for so long. A class action lawsuit was filed against Nissan, but many car owners never received the details of the lawsuit until it was almost in settlement which settled in March 2020. Sadly this court in Tennessee and all the crooked lawyers attached to this class action lawsuit really received all the benefits of the settlement but tens of thousands of Nissan owners were left out in the cold because they sneakingly increased the warranty to a random 84,000 miles when many many transmissions have failed after that mileage but still very prematurely. I am one of those victims and had I known about the crookedness of this disgusting company I would have never purchased my 2015 Sentra from Hertz. My transmission started showing failure issues at approximately 70,000 miles, but it finally totally failed at 99,000 miles. I only found out about the class action lawsuit because of the research I was doing online and taking the car to a repair service to find out it had failed. I petitioned the court and objected to the settlement, but because there were only a few of us who objected, the judge denied the objection. I am not done with this, but because of the pandemic, I am not able to reach the news media investigative teams to report this crookery. It is an unconscionable act that Nissan has duped 100s of thousands of customers the last ten years. I intend on writing to the newspapers to further expose these crooks. They do not deserve being in business, and if people knew how the company was run and their ex CEO is an international fugitive, people maybe would stop buying their cars. Adding insult to injury I just received a disgusting piece of mail that Nissan has been forced to send to Nissan owners extending this disgusting warranty only because they were mandated to do so. What about the other 100s of thousands of customers who already got screwed? And furthermore, they have made it so repair services cant rebuild them, they have to purchase an already rebuilt transmission probably from a company that is connected to them. The cost is prohibitive for most of us, a whopping $4,000. My poor car has been sitting outside unable to be driven for seven months now and furthermore these cars will have no resale value due to the criminal business practices of Nissan. Couldnt get any worse than this!

We regret dealing with and purchasing from this particular dealership. Our sales guy (AM) was fantastic. Knowledgeable, genuine, got us a deal. 5 stars for him. We do also like the Nissan brand. But the second you hand over the money, customer service stops abruptly and completely. Total breakdown. Something is always wrong or forgotten, every single time. Received a vehicle with no spare tire, broken windshield and peeled off window tint (and some other minor stuff). Now you may think ok, nbd, theyll fix it. Thats what we thought when we accepted the vehicle with deficiencies. And we thought that because thats what they said they would do. But they wont. We have been trying since May 10th....yes, almost 3 months. 3 months of ignored phone calls, not returning messages, having to go in numerous times to see them in person and we are no closer to having any of our concerns addressed.Id advise caution against Mark **, the finance manager. He is dishonest, disorganized and has given us false assurities many times. Him we regret dealing with the most. Id avoid dealing with Austin **, one of the managers. Same thing. Speaking with him can best be described as a complete waste of time. We have decided that we will no longer chase after them. Cant keep wasting time calling and driving over constantly. Weve lodged a complaint with Nissan Canada and BBB so hopefully something comes of that. We will fix the deficiencies elsewhere and pay for it, even though it was threatened that doing that will void our warranty. They love to hold you hostage. Long read, but hopefully it will save somebody from making the same mistakes we did. *If you refer to them, they dont actually pay a referral fee as advertised. That is a false advertisement.

We bought a brand new Nissan Sentra 2013, have had problems with it and has been in to be repaired and told every time that that is normal. Problem 1: had rattling in dashboard. Told several times that is normal. Transmission doesnt always shift until you are 2 plus miles in, that is normal. Area around the door, that is normal (this is brand new car). The passenger seat belt will lock and you cannot move, have to unclasp and let it go all the way back and start fresh, that is normal. This doesnt happen every day. But come on, new and all this. We have been battling with this issue for over a year. Will not buy or tell anyone Nissan is anything but a high-risk car. We are senior citizens and cannot afford costly repairs, thus reason we bought NEW. Now trying to pay off and get Toyota, Honda, anything but NISSAN. We have had several other brand new cars and NEVER had a problem with them.

I purchased a 2008 Nissan Rogue in March 2009 with only 9700 miles on it. Within 45 days of purchase, the vehicle needed a CVT replacement. Over the years I continued to experience various issues with the vehicle and found myself visiting the dealership every three months or less. The CVT failed again in April 2014. I was covered by the extended warranty (120,000 mile/10 year) with only 118K on the vehicle. Unfortunately, two years and 15K miles later, the CVT installed in 2014 has also failed and the vehicle needs a third replacement. Nissan said the CVT is covered by a one year/12K mile warranty. Despite knowing the part is defective, Nissan is not stepping up to assist with this most recent failure, not even offering a discount on the service or part to help offset the cost of their faulty part. On top of the poor quality of these CVTs, Nissans customer service is a huge failure. Their consumer affairs representatives do not communicate and then completely blow you off once they have decided to deny your request for assistance or coverage on the faulty part (clearly they do not understand part of their jobs as customer service representatives is providing results and sometimes bad news to customer, not just ignoring them). Nissan closed my case without ever speaking to me regarding the final results of the investigation. I have approached the local dealership directly in an effort to receive a quote for this repair and have been waiting two days for a service rep to call me back with the estimate despite follow calls to inquire on the situation. Nissan has failed on both quality and service.

Murano - Well when I purchased car I was looking on the invoice. They had charged me with pin strips on car but it was no pin strips. Had to call them about that to tell them and have them put them on. Then I was paying my taxes on car found out they had it put in system a higher price model that is when I noticed that they forgot to put the letter on the car what it is, s, sl or whatever. I would appreciate if I could have that on my car sent. I pay for it would you please let me know about taking care of this. I called the Five star Nissan 8436658467 just got the runaround for one person to the other. How would you like transfer from this one to another. Thanks if you could take care of this matter.

I had my 2011 Nissan Versa towed into the Service Department. They quoted me $1000 to replace the fuel tank. Do they not realize that next month is Christmas??? I said No thank you. I will come by and get my vehicle and take it home and replace the fuel tank on my own. When I arrived Darryl ** and Eric informed me I owed them $55. I asked for what? They said because they had to drive the vehicle in and out of the shop twice. So they are just charging me because they drove my vehicle around. Are they serious??? Really? They did nothing to my car. They only inspected it and looked at it. They did no work whatsoever to it. But they want to charge me $55.I mentioned Ive been in the Air Force for 18 years. Is there any way to waive this. They said no. Wow. They apparently must rip off everyone with what all the comments below say! Everyone seems to have the same complaint and mention being ripped off. I see a pattern here. Hmmm!!! It is also apparent to me that Nissan of Melbourne does not support the military. Seriously if they did would they not have waived the fee??? I plan to mention to every military member I know, and ask them to mention to every military member they know not to go to this place, and not to go to any Nissan at all because they consistently rip people off and do not support the military in my eyes. Would anybody else agree with me?

I purchased a Nissan Rogue 2015 from Koeppel Nissan, Queens NY. It has been in their service department several times for different issues but the main Issue is a Broken Transmission within 6 months of having this car. I had a Nissan Versa 2012 and traded in for this Rogue 2015 and I really regret have done that. Nissan Koeppel has been really unprofessional with me. I found out that they were claiming repairs for my car when my car was not even near their service department. I think that because my car has been IN so many times, they thought that they could claim repairs any time they wanted even when my car was not around.I tried to get in touch with Nissan Consumer Affairs and asked them for support, but they have done anything for me. So I had to contact the BBB and open a complaint. My car still has issues that hasnt been repaired, make noises, the transmission still has issues, the engine is weak, the MPG is only 15 in the city when is supposed to be at least 28, I feel like Im driving a Non-fuel Economy car, Im having issues with my entry Key, the car wont turn on sometimes and the list goes on... And the fact that this dealer in Queens New York was faking some repairs which I confronted on Sep 18th, and because of that I was asked to leave and never come back because I found out that they were lying about my car repairs, at this point, I dont know if they actually fixed my car when my car was actually in their service department.I dont feel safe with this car, I dont believe that they have done anything to my car and Im really disappointed with the service of Koeppel Nissan and Nissan Consumer Affairs. I believe this Nissan Rogue 2015 is a faulty car!!! And I dont want anyone to go through what Im going through, especially as a single mother. I was able to get a meeting with Nissan North America and BBB this month and hopefully they can replace this car or give me back my Nissan Versa. I will keep you posted!

I am filling this out on my mothers behalf. I am sorry I do not have more information. I can get if I pressure her to give it up. But she has been victimized by this company and is giving up because she is mentally drained. Basically, what happened is that the car broke down while on a drive across country, out of state. The part (transmission) needed to fix the car took about a month to come in. We had to rent a car to complete the trip and get home on time. The $850.00 in rental fees are not going to be reimbursed by Nissan. This car already in its short life had a muffler break apart and disintegrate. Our trusted mechanic couldnt get a new muffler because Nissan hadnt made one yet. So, he had to fabricate one. He said that he never saw anything like this! The car is only a 2007!

I have a brand new Nissan Rogue. I live in Colorado and sometimes have to park under trees during the day for work. Other than that, the vehicle is kept in a garage and is washed frequently as I use the car to pick up business clients at the airport sometimes and want a good professional impression. Last week during a few days that seemed like spring here, a group of robins in a tree above my car managed to use my car for target practice. When I got in the car at about 6:00 p.m., I noticed the droppings and took it to a professional car wash the next morning at 8:00 a.m. on my way to work; only the droppings didnt wash off. The bird droppings damaged the seal coat and now I have dull smears all over my shiny new car. We hand washed, tried wax, took it to an auto body shop for their advice and then to the Nissan car dealer we bought it from. They said that they had seen this before from bird droppings and the only way to get it right was to repaint. This is a $27K car. Seriously, I cant drive anywhere where birds exist from now on or I need a new paint job? So here is where we are. Even if they do manage to fix the spots that exist on the car now, throughout ownership of this car, I will have to protect it constantly or expect to drastically reduce value every time a bird flies over! This is ridiculous to expect that paint on a vehicle can get totally ruined within 24 hours by bird droppings. Needless to say, this has and will greatly reduce the value of the vehicle. I am going to file an official complaint with Nissan and if they do not give any results, I will pursue this all the way up the ladder. Anyone else having this problem with new Nissan products?

I have always been very proud to say that I have purchased all of my cars from Nissan. I’ve been loyal customer to Nissan for 20 + years, buying all five of my cars and referred many of my family and friends who were looking for a car. My financing company for my Nissan Altima is Nissan as well. I travel many times a year and rent my cars through Nissan. Corona Nissan and Downey Nissan have been my dealerships. Tim ** is my loyal dealership representative who always took care of my car buying experience. Because of him he had proven to me what great customer care and loyalty Nissan has toward their customers. On 1/20/16 I got off work and attempted to head home. The indicator or key was lit up on my dashboard. I figured it was the battery in my remote and I could replace it. I stopped at the store on the way home. My car didn’t start leaving me stranded. After being towed to Carson Nissan, I was informed that the reason it didn’t start was because the Intelligent key malfunctioned and it would cost $1018.23 to fix. I had to borrow money to get this fixed. Looking in the owner’s manual, it clearly states that it is a Malfunction which to me is an issue that needs to be handled by Nissan.I contacted Nissan Consumer Affairs in hopes that I could get some kind of financial support with this situation. The agent that contacted me within 24 hours left a message and said they would be making a decision on the matter within 7 business days. I tried to call her back to discuss the situation but receive a callback. I received a call denying my claim. I was told that this decision was based on the year of my car, mileage and my warranty expired back in July. Of course, for me, I was VERY disappointed. As a customer of Nissan I should have had the opportunity to be able to talk to someone that listened. Every time I called Nissan ConsumerAffairs I received an answering machine. The agent I spoke to I felt didnt listen. I believe that this decision was completely unfair. Not one person asked what kind of customer I am to Nissan. I always believed that Nissan took care of their customers but now that isn’t the case. Through the years, I have never contacted Nissan ConsumerAffairs for any kind of assistance. I understand that I am responsible for my car’s wear and tear. I would never take advantage of the company that I have always thought so highly of. However, in this matter, I feel that because my owner’s manual says malfunction this is an issue that Nissan should be responsible for. Due to this decision and how it was handled, I will NEVER buy a Nissan nor will I ever refer my friends and family members again.

I bought a 1989 Nissan Hard body pickup (D21) from a friend. The DMV (Riverside, California) allowed me to register it but said I must send a certified letter to Nissan Corporation to obtain the Title. So I sent Nissan a certified letter requesting a title and they sent it back to me without even opening the letter. Then the DMV said that I needed to buy a bond and they (the DMV) would make me a new Title. So I bought a bond and gave it to the DMV. Then I received a letter from the DMV from Sacramento, California stating that I would still need to contact Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation to obtain a Title. My friend paid this truck off back in 1994. There is no reason that I know of for Nissan to withhold the Title. I cannot get in touch with anyone from the company. My registration expires in October of 2014. Please Nissan call me and lets get this problem solved.

Our 2013 Nissan Altima (3 years old), only 89, 000 miles and we have owned for 2 years, the transmission went completely out. We have maintain, like clockwork, all maintenance on this car. If tire pressure light appeared we took it to the DEALER ONLY. This car has only been serviced by the Nissan/Infiniti dealer. We logged a complaint with Nissan consumer affairs and they declined repair and/or assistance with repairs for a major component of the car. Her response because we were 28,000 miles past the 60,000-mile warranty or 5 years, which we are under the 5-year mark, they could not do anything and we are responsible for the repairs. $4500 dollar repair and they refuse to even assist with the repair. We were told by a Nissan mechanic that Nissan is fully aware of the issues with the transmissions in the 2013-2015 Nissan Altima and yet they won’t do a recall or provide assistance to owners. This is heartless and senseless of such a major company. Lost and dont know what to do as this is major, while we are in the middle of planning our wedding, daughter car went out and its the holidays. Real nice Nissan.

Ive had the privilege of driving 3 Nissans because our family owns 3 models: a Sentra, a Vanette and an Exalta. I first learned how to drive using the Vanette. Simply put, its my favorite car brand. Ive also had the chance to drive other car brands, but I just dont get the same feeling as when I drive a Nissan. Ive been driving for 12 years and I hope that when I can finally afford to buy my own car, therell be an awesome Nissan car waiting for me to buy it. BTW - that Nissan Juke advertisement with the typo was genius. Kudos to Nissan for thinking of something brilliant to promote their SUV. Cant wait to see what they have to offer next!

I have experienced multiple major issues that required me to repair my car
I have experienced multiple major issues that required me to repair my car at a huge expense. These are issues that car owners should not experience during the timeframes that I have owned my vehicle. They have caused an extreme amount of stress and required a large amount of time to fix. I purchased my car new, direct from the Nissan dealer. Some of the issues I have experience is as follows. Right when I was leaving for the airport for my honeymoon, the key would not turn in the ignition and the car would not turn on. I almost missed my flight to the airport. Later, after major diagnosis, it turns out the pins in the ignition moved, which would not allow the key to turn. One entire summer, the engine temperature gauge would shoot up after I drove my car for 15 minutes. My engine would constantly overheat, the A/C would turn off, and I would have to pull over to cool my engine down. It turns out the radiator was malfunctioning, which was a very difficult problem to diagnose and required multiple assessments. My newest problem is that my key no longer works and Nissan wants to charge me $500 to get new keys because they have worn out. I contacted Nissan, asking for financial assistance because I believe that keys should last the lifetime of the vehicle. Nissan told me that because my car is outside of warranty, they are not legally obligated to help me. This shows me that Nissan does not care about its customers at all. For an issue like this, Nissan should fix a key outside of warranty. I have only owned my car for 6 years. I am no longer a loyal Nissan customer and will be purchasing my next car from another company. My dad has been trying to tell me to sell my car and I think he is right. I have had enough.

Long post... So I purchased a car brand new this past June (less than 3 months ago) from Gunn Nissan in San Antonio’s. Regret #1, buying from Gunn Nissan - bad delivery of a new vehicle. Regret #2, buying a Nissan - I have a lemon and want Nissan to buy it back. This has been an awful few months as a Nissan owners. Two major issues... Delivery of my new vehicle and major mechanical issue.First of all - when I purchased the 2019 Nissan Armada platinum reserved brand new...there were deep scratches in the paint of the bumper and the bumper guard. I noticed this before driving off - shame on me for taking it then. A couple attempts at repairing it - photo attached of first repair when they had it for 24hrs and literally dabbed on some touch up paint (not very well) and left the bumper guard as is. It was finally painted in the body shop (yes, my brand new car) and it appeared that they sprayed bed liner on the bumper guard to cover those scratches. I was not happy with the repair but then again...there was nobody even there to ask how I felt or sign paperwork. I’m a busy person (single mom, 3 kids, multiple jobs and activities and it was not high on my priority list as it had already taken so much of my time. Shame on me again for not making a bigger fuss then).Oh - and it only came with one key and they had to locate floor mats and take from a different vehicle since they couldn’t find the ones that came with mine. I had to go back on a Friday when the person who could program a new car keys was in since they couldn’t locate the second key. I did ask by the way during this time to please just trade it in for a similarly equipped vehicle and the manager was happy to tell me that he’d give me blue book value... It was less than two weeks old at this point and already they had attempted the first cosmetic repair.Fast forward a couple months. Last week I got a message - BCI malfunction and it wouldn’t start. Eventually got it started while waiting for the tow truck and just a few minutes later I couldn’t get it out of park. Took it to dealership next morning. REPAIR #1 Thursday - dropped it off at 8am and picked it up around 2:30 pm that afternoon. They replaced the brake switch - didn’t make it a mile down the road when the same BCI malfunction light came on, turned around and took it right backREPAIR #2 - dropped it off Thursday afternoon around 2:30 pm picked it up Friday around noon. They replaced the brake sensor. Made it about 3 miles this time and the same message came on again... BCI malfunction. Called this time furious and they offered to pick up the car from my work. They pick up my car around 3pm and had it Friday, Saturday (their service dept is open all day Saturday), and Monday - I got a call on Monday around 3:45 which they left a voicemail because I was on the phone with Nissan USA regarding my case and replied to an email I had sent earlier that day checking on the status of repair. In the email and on the voicemail they clearly stated they had replaced the front end collision sensor and did the alignment for it, test drove the Armada and no lights came on. So it was ready but they said they would keep it until the next day (Tues) to drive it again just to be safe. I consider this to have been REPAIR #3 since it was the third part and attempt at repairing it.I emailed Tuesday afternoon thinking I would have had my car by now since the Monday test drive went well. The service advisor replied saying that it looks good and they were out test driving it and if it worked they’d bring it to me shortly. Got an email about an hour later saying they were going to order another part. So to me... REPAIR #4 attempt. I replied... So the light went off again huh and they said yes. Got an email Wed afternoon that part was in and replaced but they wanted to again keep it overnight to be safe. Thursday everything was still good and they delivered my Armada to me Thursday late morning. When they delivered the car the paperwork did not include repair #3 so I didn’t want to sign paperwork. I called the service advisor who told me they never replaced the front sensor even though I have an email and a voicemail stating that they did and it had been completed. He tells me it’s a miscommunication and I didn’t understand but nothing had been replaced. I reluctantly signed the paperwork but figured since I knew I had the voicemail & email as back up I would be good.Lemon law states that you must attempt the same repair 4 times to be considered a lemon. Am I crazy to think it’s a lemon or should I be happy that I don’t have the BCI malfunction message??? The fact that I have them caught in an outright lie is very concerning and shady. This is such an abbreviated version - if you’d like a longer version I have it typed up and ready to share with you - just message me.I could go on and on about how nobody returns calls as well but that’s all just petty I guess at this point and my main concern is a vehicle that is less than three months old with this many issues and the lack of response and deceitfulness of the dealership repairing it. Can’t get through to a manager or get a call returned on many occasions. Once you buy the car they could CARE LESS as soon as that paperwork is signed. I will say that I feel both my salesperson and service advisor were both very nice and just had their hands tied by Gunn management.

Bought Rogue in April of 2011. It is a 2011 model. Car was BRAND NEW! Approx. 8-12 months later, noticed transmission making high-pitched whining sound. Call Nissan, Norwich, CT where I had purchased vehicle. Was told that the noise was normal for the CVT transmission. So I didnt worry about it after that. Finally in May of 2014, I really thought the transmission wasnt right. I brought it in and paid Norwich Nissan 116.00 diagnostic fee. Was given invoice/statement saying that the transmission had been checked and that no problems were found and that no service needed. Then in November, my transmission suddenly stopped working, and I barely made it home. I was furious! I took it to a local trusted mechanic and he told me the transmission was shot and had been going for a long time! I contacted Nissan Corporate Consumer Affairs and it took over a month of phone calls back and forth for them to finally tell me that that would claim no responsibility because the car was too far out of warranty (82,000 miles). When I first asked Nissan about the car, it probably only had about 24,000 on it. Then in May when they checked the transmission, it had 70,000 miles. I did some research and found several other customers whose transmission had died around 70 - 72,000 miles just like mine. DON’T TRUST NISSAN......VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IF THEY KNOW YOURE RIGHT! I will continue to seek legal action against this company. In the meantime, Ive bought a Mazda, so far very happy with. Am in the process of trying to sell my 30,000 dollar Rogue (now worth about $6,000 without a transmission!).

Nissan extended their CVT transmission warranty from 60,000 miles to 120,000 miles on the Nissan Versa because they knew about the transmission failures. My Nissan Versa transmission died at 132,000 and Nissan said they wouldnt do anything about it. When they thought I was going to hire a lawyer they seemed very responsive. I didnt hire a lawyer unfortunately and Nissan didnt provide any support for the problem. I had to pay over $4,000 to put in a refurbished transmission. The cruise control and the tire light stopped working a long time ago also. They should have covered at least some of the cost of the transmission because they knew about the failures. My previous car which was a Nissan Quest didnt have any transmission problems so I expected similar results and was disappointed with the Versa.

Buyers beware! I am so extremely disappointed and frustrated with this company who refuses to help their customers in order to make some extra money in their pocket. I have been on the phone with so many of their reps and supervisors, people feeding me different ** and after more time, stress and headache, never getting to an actual solution, but rather the way they would have it, money for them and an unhappy customer. This company is known for their terrible billing practices. Even the Mass Turnpike knew I had a Nissan without me giving any personal account information because this is what Nissan does. Thats a good reputation you’ve built for yourself Nissan. I hope I can help the next potential buyer so that when they read this, they go get a Honda instead. Trust me, you will regret getting into business with this company. I am seriously looking into getting a lawyer about this because this is just wrong. She bought a new Nissan Juke 2017 at 417 Nissan (Ottawa, Ontario) thinking there wont be issues, its new right? The car had maybe 25 km on it when she left the dealer, drove for 10 km and service engine came up (just left the dealer). She went back to the dealer, it took 1 week for them to figure out that it was a manufactured pin that was not pushed completely down. She picked up her car, approx. 1.5 months after, she broke down again, got towed. Now they said it was the wiring harness that needed to be replaced, it took forever to get the part (4 wks). It got replaced and fixed, drove it again for not even 1 month. This time it was worse. She thought the car was going to explode, RPM going crazy and could hardly go forward, service engine everything was lighting up in the dash, she got towed the 3rd time. My daughter is only 18 years old, making her bi-weekly payments and working 4 jobs. Now Nissan Finance have no problem digging in her account to withdrawal the payment when she has been asking since the 2nd break down to replace it with another Juke. Nissan (head office) wont even return our calls, they are not professional at all. Now the car is in the garage, lord knows what is the issue but service is terrible, not keeping us up to date and Nissan (head office) senior person is supposed to call us back within 24 hrs, still nothing. This is not acceptable.

We purchased our family dream car and recently noticed an issue. Online I read the likeliness of the CVT transmission being the issue that many customers are experiencing so we took it to our local dealer expecting the recall. The recall covers several years worth of Nissan car makes and models, but did not include ours. At 88,000 miles we were told the entire transmission needed to be replaced, with a cooler for the transmission too. The grand total quote of nearly $5500. We only owe $4000 on the car. A hard working family of 4 now has a family dream car that they cannot afford to fix. I read online calling consumer affairs would be a joke, it was. I called and waited the 24 hours for Nissan Consumer Affairs to tell me that there was nothing they could do.What this customer heard, my family hears, what everyone I know will hear is that Nissan does not stand by their cars. Nissan does not care about my family. Only 88,000 miles and we have a dead car, along with a sorry theres nothing we can do. Obviously there is a problem with the CVT transmission that needs to extend to the 2011 models too, Nissan. Very disappointed.

I purchased a 2016 Nissan Altima 2.5 on February 19th 2016. I’ve had the car only 8 months and already the CVT transmission needs to be replaced. This is very frustrating and not acceptable for the fact I financed a newer car so I wouldn’t have this issue. Nissan only gives a 60,000 mile warranty and because of the work I do = Uber the car now has 83,000 miles but it’s all highway miles. Also my regular warranty ended at 75,000 miles so now for a vehicle that I’m still financing I have to pay $2500 out of pocket plus my standard car note. I contacted Nissan and they was suppose to call me back. I’ve never received a call but they keep telling me they did to give me a decision and nothing yet.

I took my vehicle in for an oil change and 60,000 mile tune up. For prevent measures the service technician advised me to have my transmission replaced. When i picked up the vehicle, I noticed within 5 miles a popping noise and hesitation during acceleration. The consequence was I had to take the vehicle back to Nissan and was told at that time that the Transfer Case had to be replaced, unneeded service and unneeded out of pocket expense. For both the corporation and myself.

My problem with NMAC began in December of 2011. I was behind two payments and I was making agreements with NMAC to satisfy those payments. In the past, I have tried to obtain a copy of my title so that I could register the vehicle where I am currently living. Mrs. ** of collections lied to me and told me that the document was requested and it is on its way but it never arrived. I have called NMAC several times to address this matter and they never assist me. They have threatened me about repossessing the vehicle although I have been making payments and keeping the agreements that I have with them. Currently, my vehicle has been sent out for repossession and an account representative by the name of Mrs. ** has been calling my job although she has been speaking with me daily regarding my car loan as the result of a complaint that I have filed against her. Today, she called and threatened the office manager at my job. She has asked personal information about the office manager and I. Mrs. ** has a personal vendetta against me and she is using her position at Nissan to harass me. My job does not want any more calls from NMAC because of this incident and has advised to me to seek legal action against NMAC and Mrs. ** personally. She has informed my employer that her calls are regarding an unpaid bill which is against the law. Mrs. ** is harassing me and I want it to stop immediately. I would like for my account to be assigned to a different department due to the fact that her and John ** and a few other individuals badger me on the phone and treat me as if I am not a person. I would like to file a complaint against Mrs. ** and her supervisors for allowing this to occur.
