Engine Options: The 2019 ATS offered a variety of engine choices, allowing buyers to select the level of performance they desired:

A 2.0-liter turbocharged inline-4 engine with 272 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque.

A 3.6-liter V6 engine with 335 horsepower and 285 lb-ft of torque.

A high-performance 3.6-liter twin-turbocharged V6 engine in the ATS-V model with 464 horsepower and 445 lb-ft of torque.

Transmission Options: The ATS typically came with a 6-speed manual transmission for the 2.0-liter engine, and an 8-speed automatic transmission for the V6 engines. However, some models offered an optional automatic for the 2.0-liter engine.

Rear-Wheel Drive or All-Wheel Drive: The ATS was available with either rear-wheel drive (RWD) or all-wheel drive (AWD), depending on the trim level and configuration.

Interior: The ATS featured a well-designed interior with high-quality materials, leather upholstery, wood or metal accents, and advanced technology. It had comfortable seating for up to five passengers.

Technology: Cadillac equipped the ATS with a range of technology features, including the Cadillac User Experience (CUE) infotainment system with an 8-inch touchscreen display, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, navigation, a premium sound system, and available advanced driver-assistance features.

Safety: Standard safety features often included forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, lane departure warning, lane keeping assist, adaptive cruise control, and a rearview camera. More advanced safety technologies were often available on higher trim levels.

Ride and Handling: The ATS was known for its sharp and agile handling, making it enjoyable to drive on curvy roads. Magnetic Ride Control was available on some models, providing adaptive suspension for improved ride quality.

Luxury Amenities: High-end amenities like heated and ventilated seats, a heated steering wheel, adaptive cruise control, a panoramic sunroof, and a hands-free power trunk were often available on the ATS.

The 2019 Cadillac ATS was designed to cater to buyers seeking a luxury compact sedan with a balance of style, technology, and performance. When considering a used ATS, it's important to research the specific trim level, engine, and features of the vehicle you are interested in to ensure it meets your luxury and performance expectations. Product Reviews:

We purchased a 2014 Cadillac SRX and have been very delighted with its ride, performance and overall comfort. One year after we purchased it our rear power liftgate stopped working. I looked online for an answer to this issue and was very disappointed to see that the issue is an ongoing problem with MY 2010-2015 SRXs. I also discovered this issue is far more serious. Apparently there are drain tubes along the top on both sides inside the car. These tubes clog and cause water to instead run off back into the car soaking the front carpets, rear carpets and more importantly the control module for the rear power hatch which is located in the spare tire compartment. It was easy enough to open the rear hatch manually and also get to the module I understand, I can replace this, however the most disappointing issue overall is that Cadillac is aware of this issue from numerous complaints previously but refuses to step up and both recall and repair this issue. No wonder Cadillac has an overall satisfaction rating of 2 Stars. I would be very interested in joining a class action lawsuit with other SRX owners to force GM to fix this and cover all costs. It could be like the strut issue they are being sued for and someone may have to die before they decide to spend the money to do so! A month ago the tailgate started coming down on my girlfriend who was reaching in the back for something. Had she not noticed and got out of the path of the door this could have turned out a much worse story. I now realize this was the beginning of the circuit board deterioration as it quit just a month or so later. This issue obviously also hurts any resale value we had which was also an important part of our decision in purchasing the SRX. Anyone reading this that may have any info on a possible lawsuit please feel free to advise us so we may jump in. I am beginning to understand why American products are losing to our foreign competition. GM, the right thing to do is to step up for the Americans that you are supposed to represent and that put you on the map to start with, so admit this default, recall and repair this issue for us all at your expense and let us get on with our lives. Otherwise, I will never purchase another GM product again!

On October 26th, 2012, our 2009 Cadillac SRX was hit by a kicked-up rock on a local tollway. The cargo area window on the driver's side was completely shattered. This window also houses the antennae for the navigation system. The SRX model was redesigned beginning with the 2010 models so this window is no longer used. GM has had this window on backorder for months, if not years. It does not have a manufacturer for this window, and obviously has no plans to obtain a manufacturer. There is no ship date! I will never purchase another Cadillac or GM product and I will make it my mission to spread the word about the totally unsatisfactory experience I've had with this brand.

Car will not start with jump. Makes a click, click and a deep thump sound then nothing. I parked in my driveway and it sat for a while. I thought I had problems with my catalytic converter, rough idle, black smoke. Real heavy. My question: what is wrong with my car?

We have a 14 ats. We bought new.. The cue cracked 2-3 later, it was under warranty so they fixed it.... Now it’s cracking again... They told us it’s a flaw that they screwed up, they should keep fixing it... And fix it right... We paid a lot of money for this car.

Cadillac had a lot of selections of cars to choose from. I was really impressed with the amount of inventory they could fit in a showroom. They have good sales people, too. They will let you upgrade the heck out of the car just as long as you have the money for them. You can do it all if you want to spend. I knew the car was upgraded but the features were great and I could not believe it had so many different bells and whistles. You can also fit a lot of things and people in this car. It is quite roomy.

I bought my 2007 Cadillac for my birthday in 2013. It's been a nightmare since. To be fair, I don't place my blame solely on Cadillac, but also on Rancho Motor Company in Victorville, California. I have spent the last year trying to get the engine light on my car corrected. To date I've had the o2 sensor, timing solenoid, spark plugs, and ignition coils replaced. None of this solved the problem. On Monday 9/28/15 I took my car back into the dealership one more time for an oil change and diagnostic. This time they finally tell me that the timing chain needs to be replaced and that it's going to cost me $2500. Disappointed and angry for being lied to for so long, I took it to another mechanic for a second opinion. This is when I learned that a recall was issued for the timing chain in 2014 and I was not notified. This is also when I learn that the recall is void when the car reaches 120000 miles. My car is now at 123000 and the dealership refuses to honor the recall.I was also told that I was not contacted about the warranty because since it isn't a "safety" recall, consumers were only made aware of the recall if their call showed signs of timing chain problems. In other words, Cadillac and Rancho Motors don't respect their customers. They knew in 2014 what was wrong with my car. There is no way they couldn't. Now my car is unsafe to drive and the timing chain and snap at any moment.

The CUE system has died, the steering wheel had to be replaced because the heater wouldn't turn off, the wiper sensors never turned off so the wipers would go off all the time so they had to be replaced. The wiper motor needed to be replaced cause it died in a storm and when they replaced it they broke my windshield. Only have 60K on it now and I can't get the air-conditioning to go to the vents as the CUE system screen is dead.

Unfortunately the 2011 excellent DTS Cadillac we owned was in a head on with a loose horse and my husband was killed and me suffering injuries for 3 years. Needless to say that Cadillac was totaled. It was my mother’s day gift from my love. To top that in 2 months I lost my only grand daughter and her 3 year old girl in a horrific wreck roll over auto accident where they drowned in the bayou of Louisiana. It was so devastating to where all I wanted to do was die. Then 2 weeks later lost 3 very long time best friends in weird tragic ways.Rented a car for 3 months then found this incredible awesome 2013 Cadillac XTS 4. Only 6,000 miles from previous owner. I was happy to say the sales rep got me through to the purchase and it was my Miracle Car. I have loved it with all my heart and had more compliments than ever on an auto from young kids to people so old they could hardly walk with their canes or walkers. It is an absolute beauty.BUT now... along with so, so many I found online with exact same problem, most threatening, suggesting or planning to file a class action suit, I too am so distraught because the CUE SYSTEM is OUT! It began (like most others) at the bottom level, then in short time, maybe 2 weeks, the entire system went out. NO navigation, no radio, no Sirius XM, which I've paid a year in advance for. No car phone, no emergency contact info. The car was purchased as a luxury with all of this in it, but now it is NOT working! I suggested to the big online group to let’s ask Cadillac to do a RECALL since so many have or will have this same problem, trying to talk them out of a class action suit.I do NOT want to make a bad name for Cadillac as I LOVE the dealership, the SERVICE representatives and mechanics and the dept. Their services are the BEST ever! The salesman who sold it to me was the BEST ever. I'm 77 so I've purchased a lot of cars and dealt with a lot of salesmen! Will you PLEASE, PLEASE help me to get this CUE Infotainment Center replaced? I was told by dealership it would be a minimum of $1,200 and others were told up to $1,900.We are appalled that our warranties and extended warranties do not cover replacement and there is no fix for it. Warranties state that the only classification is RADIO and radio is not covered. Thanks for your help. Hopefully to assist me in pulling out of this deep depression and downhill slide with this all now happening on top of everything else. This system is really the only companionship I had when traveling alone.

I have been really happy with this car make and model (Cadillac SRX). Performance is wonderful, it is great on fuel economy and the price we got it for is superb. Also, the body style is sleek and modern and is a very pretty car that drives like a luxury Sedan more so than a Crossover vehicle. However, since purchasing there have been a few minor maintenance hiccups. Nevertheless, I love this car the most of all cars I have ever owned.

MY CUE screen suffer from a known problem in some of the SRX and other models. Brought the car under warranty still to the dealer who recognize that the screen is freeze (not working) in the lower center part of the screen and they said it might take 3 weeks to get the part... it's 2 month later without any answers and specific date for the part to show up?! I contact GM customer service and end up with nothing but same words and promises like the dealer. I'm driving without navigation for 2 month already and who knows how long until this part will show up. My car is 2013 SRX with 50k mileage (been at the dealer before the warranty expire for that issue). I'm in the point where I'm looking for a new car as I usually does every 3 years and if for a minute I was considering Cadillac then after that hell NO. There is no way I buy Cadillac or GM to find out that they have NO PARTS for something they knew for awhile now. Very disappointment and even considering to sue.
