Product Reviews:

Cadillac has a wide variety of models and selections. Each model included different packages allowing me a selection with items that allowed me to customize my vehicular selection. From color selection combined with interior combinations I was able to find just the right style that pleased both my spouse and I. Coupled with a wide variety of features led to a unique car built just for me. The inside capacity of the sedan offers a very roomy space for my passengers. Both front and back seats are comfortable. The leather seats keep warm in winter and offer a body hugging feeling.

Consumer alert: If you buy a new Cadillac there will be some GM locations that will not work on Warranty items. I was told today by Cadillac, the hopes of going full electric by 2025 and because of this, some GM dealerships are not required to work on Cadillacs if it is covered by warranty. I was not told this before buying and actually was told that any GM dealership would accept the Cadillac. The nearest Cadillac dealership is over 40 miles one way.

Bought a 2011. After 3 months one headlight went out. Had water condensation inside. 1500.00 to replace whole seal and light. Now I have had car 18 months the other headlight did the same. Call Cadillac Corporate. They acted like they had never heard of this. There 100's of complaints about this online. They were no help. No discount to help. Nothing. Don't buy a Cadillac. Seems like they are not the car they use to be!

Cadillac offer many varieties, models, etc. There is something for everyone. From basic to luxury you can find it. I would definitely buy again. The appearance is sharp, nice. I like the way it looks. Features vary greatly, but there are many features that you can add or remove to make the car tailored to you. There are many upgrade and personalization options. You get to choose what you want or don't want for your car. This makes it very appealing, and customizable to each individual. Capacity is great. Very roomy without being uncomfortable. My family of 5 can easily get into the vehicle and take a trip while still being comfortable.

We have a 14 ats. We bought new.. The cue cracked 2-3 later, it was under warranty so they fixed it.... Now it’s cracking again... They told us it’s a flaw that they screwed up, they should keep fixing it... And fix it right... We paid a lot of money for this car.

I bought a 2007 CTS in March 2010. Early 2013, the engine light kept coming on. So, in April 2013, on Monday morning I went for an oil change. Two days later on Wednesday, I changed spark plugs and gaskets. Two days later on Friday, I was driving on the highway and noticed the car had no power. I stopped the car and the transmission had completely blown. The radiator fluid mixed with the transmission fluid. I had to replace both the transmission and the radiator. In total, this has already cost me over $4,000.00 (four thousand). If this wasn't bad enough...I went for an oil change in July 2013 and the mechanic showed me that the main frame holding the car together has completely rusted through on the bottom. I pushed on it and my finger went through the rust. This of course is extremely dangerous and will cost me a lot of money to fix. I can't believe a car with the reputation and price tag as high as a Cadillac can make their vehicles so badly. My vehicle is only 7 years old and has already cost me an extreme amount of money. I still owe money on the car, so I'm stuck paying for the repairs. I am not sure who to turn to for help. Can anyone help me...or am I stuck with a LEMON?

2012 CTS Bought from Crest Cadillac in Hoover, Al. Bought car new off lot Nov. 2012. Within 3 months engine light on. Took to dealer said nothing was wrong. Another month light came on again. Took back said something with injectors. Was not sure. I think they replaced one. Car hesitates, the RPMs rev up to 4K when I'm going downhill or even going around 45 MPH. While sitting still, rpm goes from 1 to 0 constantly and the air stops cooling at same time. I have taken back so many times I have lost count. I ask before 50K warranty went out to put on diagnostic. They said nothing was wrong with it, no reason to. Still doing same thing. I have been called a liar and made fun of. When I pull up, I am treated like I am there for nothing. My car is a LEMON and I am not going to stop till something is done about it. This is the first new car I have ever bought. I thought it would be the last due to the reputation and supposed quality of a Cadillac. If I ever get out of this car, I will NEVER buy another Cadillac. I have contacted a lawyer and I do want something done. I was told that if the car computer doesn't say it happened, it didn't happen (Wow, a manmade computer). I need someone to contact me so that I can get info on who to speak with about car asap.

Took my 2010 Cadillac SRX 81,000 miles. Dealership said I need new Timing Chain. The Chain has been stretched out of place. $1900.00 dollars to repair. GM has to know they have a problem with the Timing Chain on these vehicles. Talked with local repair shop who has seen the same problems with at least one other SRX. What a lousy car, will never buy another American made vehicle.

Cadillac offers a wide range of vehicles. SUV's, crossovers, sports models and high performance as well as a huge selection of family-friendly vehicles. The distinct appearance was one that was modern and stylish with high tech. features. Sleek and attractive vehicles and I especially liked the black ones. The upgrade options were unbelievable! Super stylish high-tech upgrades to the interior and exterior of the vehicles as well as paint jobs. Sirius satellite radio and power windows and locks. The passenger capacity was ample enough for the whole family. You can easily fit five or six people comfortably even on long road trips to your favorite destinations.

I recently bought a USED Escalade, but I was smart enough to buy a warranty. Unfortunately, after 3,000 miles, the check engine light came on and it had low oil pressure due to worn cam bearings. When I brought it to Cadillac, I found out it happened to also be certified, which was great because not only do I have my warranty, but it is warranties through Cadillac. Now, I know my vehicle has only 53,000 miles on it, but I can't blame Cadillac for this problem. I blame the previous owners for not maintaining this vehicle. I also own an Automotive Service Center, but because of my warranty, I did have to bring it to Cadillac, and there is no way the selling dealer would have known this was going to happen when selling the vehicle. This is why I purchased a warranty. No matter how new a vehicle is, when you buy a used vehicle, you never know how it has been maintained. So for the guy that bought his car in Naperville and drove to Tennessee, you bought a used vehicle. Shame on you for not having it inspected! Yes, they were deceptive, but how can you blame Cadillac. All vehicles, whether they are American or foreign, have their own distinct issues. For instance, Honda Odyssey. I have heard from many of my customer that they had to have their transmissions replaced. Chrysler use to have problems with their transmissions. GM 3.1 liter intake manifold's leak coolant and oil. There is a technical service bulletin in which you have to take the engine out of the Toyota Avalon to change the timing chain and guides at around $4,000.My point is that vehicles are lasting much longer than they ever use to, as they should with all of the technology. The key is to maintaining your vehicle and stay on top of them when they fail. Granted if your vehicle is within 1 to 3 years and there is a serious problem, but come on after 4 to 5 years, things are going to start failing. One of my biggest complaints with the automotive manufacturers, like the gentleman with the broken window stated, is that his glass is on back order. I find that either parts are on 5 to 6 month back order, or in some case, they discontinue parts after 7 to 8 years, sometimes less. Some of the parts are not available aftermarket, which just leads me to believe they just don't want their vehicles to last so you have to purchase a new one.
