Final Thoughts

The 2027 Buick Enclave is a strong choice if your priorities are space, comfort, technology and value rather than aggressive performance.

The Preferred is probably the best value, while the Avenir gives the Enclave a much more luxurious feel.

The Buick Rendevous is very dependable, durable, and comfortable for long car journeys. The car is very roomy with lots of space to not feel claustrophobic. In addition there are plenty of seats, vents for air, and windows to individually control. All the electronics work and function for my needs with nothing I dont know how to use. However, Im not a huge fan of the blind spots in the car as Im sure design wise could have been avoided a bit more. I also wish that the car would have more cup holders in it. I believe there are only 2 for a car that is able to seat up to 5. Lastly, I wish my model had a truck door that could open and close on its own so putting bags and groceries in the car would be easier. Other than that, I like the size of the car being bigger to be able to carry lots of things and match equal in size to other cars on the road. I liked the fact that for a bigger SUV, this car gets great gas mileage as I drive long distances often.

I purchased a 2007 Buick Lucerne for my mother. The car has had some issues. I currently am deployed to Afghanistan. Now, the car is making noise from the transmission, a suspected plastic plate on the flex plate between the torque converter and flex plate. I have been told this may not be covered, even with a warranty. I am now on a limited budget and will be expected to pay about $2800.00 for another bad design. I am a mechanic in the Navy and find it hard to believe that a car with less than 55,000 miles should have this kind of trouble. I am asking for some help to correct this issue.

My 2015 Buick Encores engine blew at 40,000 miles on Christmas eve. It is all under warranty. Theyre replacing the engine and that took a few weeks for the Buick dealer to get because there were problems getting the correct engine from GM. Then, when they installed it, it had a wrong part. The dealer had been trying to get that part from GM for weeks but no idea when they will get it. The dealer asked me to help by calling Buick Customer Service to escalate the problem of getting parts to the dealer. I have left messages every other day for over a week now and twice requesting a Supervisor but I still havent received a response from Buick. My car has been at the dealer a month and a half now, I have no car, no loaner, and still no response from Buick customer care. I recommend choosing a car made by a different company because what good is a warranty when they cant get parts to fix your car and nobody cares enough to return a phone call. Not a good company.

Wrong head rests on Envision. Sales lady promised the Capital Buick in Edmonton could fix the problem. Now that we have signed the lease and have the vehicle she denies saying they could resolve the issue. The Envision is unsafe to drive, with the present head rests and we are stuck with a SUV that is extremely expensive. Paddy is wild with rage and is planning on taking the Envision back to Capital Buick and demanding they cancel the lease. We are considering a Mazda, as our friends recommend the SUV and the service people. Now I know why there are so few Buick on the streets.

I purchased a 2014 Lacrosse and was told the number 2 package would ride better, so I purchased it. The thing rides like a lumber wagon. Unless you want a ruff riding vehicle stay away from this package. Customer service offered little to no help, referred me back to the dealer, and they had very few ideas to improve the ride and never offered me any compensation. So far I have spent about $1700.00 to fix the problem. I dont know if the customer service people know anything about fixing a problem like this? You would think someone in the company would know what to do!

I was waiting at a signal in my 2015 Buick Enclave, I heard a loud boom. I looked thru the rear view mirror as I heard the sound of the glass shattering then it exploded. The glass exploded into my car, landing on the front seat, mid row seat and on the dashboard. The lady behind me witnessed the whole thing. She said nothing hit my car window as we looked for signs of anything on the ground and in the car. Im so thankful my children (who love the third row) were not in the car.

Buick have lots of different models to choose from, from SUVs to smaller cars and all are quality vehicles. Ive bought Buick my entire adult life. The car has a very sleek look. Ive even had some people argue with me about it being a Buick. They truly stand out among other cars and I couldnt be happier with the way it looks. The power windows and Bluetooth capability is a huge bonus. As a businessman who is on the way home a lot it allows me to continue discussing things while Im on the road. It seats 5 people comfortably. I recently took a road trip for work with some coworkers and we all traveled comfortably in the car.

The car brand is very nice and up to date, too. They have the feel of a luxury car with a price you can afford. The insides are very easy to keep up with and to keep the Car clean as well. The Buick Enclave for my family of six has given me nothing but problems. My check engine light would stay on majority of the time. It use to sound like something up under the vehicle was loose because it would rattle really badly. Whenever you started the truck up, it would make a loud roaring sound and grinding when making a left hand turn. My heat/air went out. All of the warning signals began lighting up. My front driver tire would always go low; but I was told by the dealership that the passenger back tire sensor needed to be replaced. The list goes on and on, but now it has been inoperable and parked in front of my garage since May 4, 2017. I had just got the vehicle used from a car lot; that had just purchased it from the dealership next door to them that morning. The downside was that it was purchased AS IS and with no extended warranty. The worst part is that it was purchased to replace a car that I had just lost, due to a total loss of being in an accident where I was not the at fault driver. I went months without a vehicle after being forced to turn in the rental. Now, my family has to endure being without a running vehicle now for almost a year. It is extremely unethical on GMs part because they were already aware of many of their plethora of models/years before they even started. Now, my family has been going in debt to pay for a vehicle that we cannot drive. I have been forced to turn down temp jobs because the strain of lack of multiple public transit routes not coinciding with job schedules. Most people in social media groups have been bragging about at last getting rid of their money pit vehicles. I wish that was even an option for me. However, if I was even able to afford to get it fixed, I would still be taking a major loss with the $4000 that I put down plus the loan payments that we are currently still making in addition to when I was still making full coverage insurance payments. That could have been going towards the loan payments, repairs, or even another vehicle.

I love the Volkswagen Jetta appearance throughout the years. Its always been a very adorable car and its features have been getting better with the years. They offer a lot of features with the new vehicle. It does get pricey but honestly its cheaper than most brand new vehicles out there and they are very reliable cars. They are very comfortable and spacious. They are differentially the type of luxury Im looking for. Besides, a SUV would be more room for everyone in my house.

The previous work was guaranteed but they are having trouble fixing the problem and I have once again incurred rental expenses. 2014 Buick Regal GS - First, the good about the car. It has a really nice ride and the 4 cyl turbo has plenty of power, and I come from owning vehicles with over 400 horsepower (only because I want a vehicle to do what I want it to do when I need it to do it). The Regal is nimble, agile, and comfortable even on long drives. Sound system is ok (underpowered) and I have the premium bose system (actually every option available). The bad… After about 6 months, the dash started squeaking (for lack of a better term) and rattling and I found that the trim ring around the instrument cluster is seemingly just pressed in, therefore the two plastic pieces hit each other at certain vibration thresholds. Also the center console below the radio and controls is pressed in, probably using some kind of sticky tape that is not very sticky, and it squeaks, ANNOYINGLY.The Gracenote audio software seems to take everything available in the usb, sd card, and smartphone audio inventory and initializes it each and every startup because if you play music from say the phone, then get out of the car, say to shop for a few, then get back in, it cant remember where you were at. So many pain in the ** things with the implementation of the interface that I cant believe it was actually released to the public. Seems like it was developed in a vacuum, meaning without any input from people that use media devices. A child could have tested these things. I also added about 150 lbs of batting in different areas of the car (hollow spots). Youd be amazed at what GM calls soundproofing or sound dampening. The Regal, while it looks nice and there are several other nice things I could say about it, such as whoever designed the exterior and specd the wheels and tires as well as the ground clearance in the front (so you dont rip off very expensive plastic underneath the car when parking) did a good job, also the steering wheel is a great improvement over the 2013… Anyway, one of my real concerns with quite a few cars is that it is 2015 and we still have vehicles that have chrome in either the WRONG place, or angled poorly and at certain times of the day, practically blind anyone in the front seats. This isnt just for short periods of time, say when the sun is directly overhead, or at exactly 6pm pst in the bay area California, no, this is most of the day. It was so bad I removed mine, shift trim and painted it.Follow up pics for my review showing the materials used to dampen sound in the Regal cabin. Just a small example, there are several others. Look at the little accordion style batting used in what is a very large space inside the rear trunk covers.

I bought a 2006 Buick LaCrosse several years ago. Two weeks after purchase, the check engine light came on. It would take at least two pages here to list ALL the problems Ive had with this car EVER SINCE!!! I have now spent over $5,000 on repairs, and as I write this, it is powering down, and the reservoir coolant keeps leaking... somewhere not visible!!! I dont have any more money to bring it to a Mechanic AGAIN!!! The last time I brought the car in for repairs was at Auto Select at 2128 Main St., Green Bay, WI. 54302 (phone: 920-465-3790.) I had to take out yet ANOTHER loan to pay them!!! I purchased a brand new 2021 Buick Encore GX AWD just back in February 27th, 2021 with 12 miles on it at signing. As of May 14th, 2021 it has been at the Belleville, IL Cardinal Buick dealership shop due to a check engine light that occurred that day. After 5 days theyve yet to call me to tell me whats going on nor how long it will take to fix or replace. I only drove 960 miles and filled the tank twice since I got it. The car upon starting made a rumbly sound shaking the left side of the car violently and the check engine light went on immediately after. Not to mention the car was sounding like a 20 year old car a few weeks prior to that but no light ever went on for that reason. I never even had that car running above 3,000rpm so its not like I was abusing it.I figure it was just because its a 3 cylinder. It sounds like a rattling can after starting it. Way too loud for a new car. I noticed there was a bolt missing on the turbo block which when I checked to see if anything liquid was leaking under the hood from the rumble. The shocks and struts are terrible, too. You go over a slight asphalt repair in the road at 10 miles per hour and youre glad you got a seat belt on. Imagine what its like on the highway. They also sold me one with a flawed paint job with poorly done spot touch ups. Theres a huge scratch that looks like some moron scratched it with a key or snow scrapper by the driver-side rear window and a huge notch by the hood like a mechanic dropped a tool on it. Why a mechanic would be under the hood of an unpurchased car with 12 miles on it is something to wonder. Makes me think some previous test driver messed it up and they tried to fix it.I didnt see any of this when I test drove it due to the dealership holding us hostage there for 8 hours with our credit credentials. By the time we actually got to test drive, it was already getting dark. This is a common theme for this dealership I later found out. I asked if they could give me a replacement when I took it in to have it looked at and they said they cant because its already financed. Translation: We know we sold you trash, that we tried to mask a previously damaged car as new that we failed to report to carfax or authorities, and were not taking it back because that admits guilt and we can be legally liable and subject to possible civil or criminal charges punishable by fines or imprisonment. They didnt even give me a loaner car while its being in their shop.Im stuck paying $25,000 on this overpriced garbage thanks to the useless Lemon Law of Illinois because it has to break a certain number of times in a 12 month period. New cars shouldnt be failing at all...period. If it breaks early on that means somebody at the factory didnt do something right and theres obviously more problems lying in wait soon due to lack of quality control. I dont want it back. I only made two payments on it and it failed. I dont trust any of their products or dealerships now. Maybe I can sell it to an art museum if Im stuck with it. Experience Buick...The Trash of the Future...Today now showing at the St. Louis Art Museum.

I purchased a brand new 2016 Buick Encore end of August. I had issues with the car when driving under 40 mph where it would appear to cut out or shift hard. I had researched and found where other people had the issue and it went away a few thousand miles. Then in November at 3500 miles, it happened going down the highway at 50 mph and threw me forward in the car. Then once coming to a stop, I was unable to move in reverse, it made an awful sound and would not move. It would still go in drive but again cut out heavily. The car was towed to the dealer for repair.I am now told that the tool needed to repair my transmission was just ordered last week, over two weeks of having my car, that the tool would not be received until the end of December or first part of January. I am disappointed that GM would not approve for a complete transmission replacement as opposed to repair. I purchased the car loaded with every feature and I am most upset how long I am being deprived from the car.

This car has almost 300,000 miles and is still a decent car. My Buick Lesabre has almost 300,000 miles and is still going. I purchased this vehicle due to great reviews on the engine Buick used for this vehicle. I have kept my oil changed and regular tune ups. And I believe that makes a difference in the life of your car. I recommend this vehicle. I see a lot of older Buick Lesabres on the road daily. So they must be doing something right.

I purchased a used 2006 Buick Lacrosse in August 2014. It had just under 32,000 miles on it. With so few miles on it I thought it would be like driving a new car. I took it for a very short test drive and bought it. What a mistake. All the lights on the dash go dim, off and on all the time. Also, this week in the space around the odometer I get the message ice. Also, with the heater and air conditioner, it pauses if you change the settings at all. Ive never had this happen with any car Ive ever owned. The comfort level of this Buick is terrible. When you go over a manhole cover, brick road, railroad track, or uneven pavement, you feel every little bump. I also dont like the fact that the windows are so much smaller than all my previous Buicks. If I were to ever need to crawl out of one it would be impossible as they sit much higher up than in the other Buicks Ive owned. When I am merging onto the highway I really have to punch the gas to get up to speed. With my Park Avenue and LeSabre I could just push a little harder on the gas and be at speed very quickly. The gas mileage on this car is also terrible. Im lucky to get 20 to 21 mpg in town and 26 to 27 on the highway. With the Park Avenue I got 26 to 28 in town and 38 on the highway. If you have any walking problems and lean against this car, you can hear the molding move. This car is like being in a tin can. This will be the last Buick I ever buy.

One of my first cars was a Buick so buying another I was confident with the brand. The style and comfort was above expectation. The engine and handling was on point. My only complaint was the blindspot. But the outside style was sleek, sporty and looked of luxury and classic lines with just enough of toughness. The wheels looked and were an upgrade to your standard style too. The heated leather interior was on point but is hot in the summer and my pupper slide around on the seats. Wow the legroom in the back seat was amazing. Im short so of course it worked for me but my 63 husband fit comfortably as well. Plenty of leg & head room.

I purchased a 2015 Encore in 2016. I took it in for regular service at the dealer from which I purchased the car. Didnt have any problems with it until this year. We were taking a cross country trip to Albuquerque. On 6/23, we were about an hour out of Albuquerque when there was suddenly a loud noise coming from the engine. I immediately took it off cruise control and the noise stopped. I reengaged cruise control and the noise started again. So I disengaged cruise and every time I tried to accelerate, that noise started again. I took the car to the dealer the next day, and was told that the turbocharger was gone. Then the bad news got worse. They told me there were no spare turbochargers in the country. They put it on national backorder and couldnt tell me when one would be available. After nearly a week, the dealer told me that they had made arrangements for a one-way rental which I would have to turn in when I got back home. They also told me that I could then rent another car until mine got fixed, and then they would ship it to me here in Maryland. They also told me I could submit the rental car bill to GM and MAYBE they would pay it. I decided to buy a new car instead, primarily because I had no idea how long I would be driving a rental car and there was no guarantee that GM would pay the bill. Now my brand new 2019 Encore is in the shop with a broken charge air plate. No idea how long it will take to get the part. Meanwhile Im in another rental. What happened to quality control??

First of all, we were lied to by the sales person. The dealership in Cleveland, TN. We were informed I could get a sunroof installed for $695.00. We chose the Buick Verano we have because of that fact. There was another Buick Verano at the dealership we would have chosen had we known the actual cost of the sunroof was DOUBLE what the sales lady told us. The dealership owner refused to honor this and she had no concern for her employees lying to us. Her overall presentation was not a good one at all. I forwarded my concern to BUICK and GM without any success whatsoever. ABOUT THE CAR. This is not buyers remorse. The car has a HORRIBLE odor inside that air freshener does not work on. The side windows fog up except on warm sunny days. The steering wheel radio channel changer does not function. The automatic climate control only works for the air conditioning. You can feel the car change every gear upon take off and slowing down. The passenger seat sometimes slides when the car is moving - it doesnt seem to lock into position very well. The back windshield needs a wiper because of the slant. Dust and rain obstruct the rear view at times. I had such high hopes. I am 48 years old and I have only owned two new cars in my lifetime thus far. The first was a Chevrolet Cavalier which eventually got repossessed because I had to spend so much money to keep it running. I only had it for 2 years before they took it. I was 22 years old then. The car was under warranty but the things that kept tearing up were not I was told by the dealership. Now another GM product with liars and what I feel to be a terrible car. Fortunately I dont have a car payment and it cannot be repossessed this time. I gave this car to my cousin to drive and I now own a new Honda Accord that I really like. I am PRO AMERICAN and bought a Buick for that fact and for the first time in my life I am ashamed to be an American because our businesses have no morals. From the dealership to the company. How they stay in business I will never know. However, I can promise you that my partner and I will never buy another GM product.

I purchased a Buick LaCrosse. The vehicle is very good on fuel and is extremely comfortable to drive and ride. The heating and air conditioning adjust the comfort in the car very quickly when left outside. The aerodynamics make the car look very sleek. Powered moonroof has a net to protect from pests when open. I have never seen that on any other vehicle. Then I adjusted the grill cover for online that was custom made. Very comfortable seating for 4 adults. On a few occasions I attempted 5, but there was limited leg room in the back.

I have owned my Rainier for 4 1/12 years and have recently had issues with the air suspension system. As I drive or when it’s parked, the vehicles rear end drops, which causes headaches and stomach pain from the bouncing around as I drive. I have researched this issue and found numerous complaints with the same issue. I have taken very good care of the vehicle, and feel that Buick/GM should cover the costs of the repair, since this is a default/defect in the manufacturing of the vehicle and no fault of my own. Buick is the only vehicle we trust. I like my Buick Century custom. Its a great family vehicle and very perfect for my family. It has big trunk space great for a stroller or wheelchair. Its very spacious. It has a lot of foot space and arm space. The kids have a decent amount of arm space so you dont have to worry about them hitting each other. It also has child locks on both back doors and it rides smooth. Buick has amazing looks to it with its pearly white paint. Its a comfy ride and my kids love it and so does my husband. The car was given to us for a baby shower gift and we love it. Buick can do anything to this vehicle. They can personalize anything you want from paint jobs to new speakers and radio. From rims, tires, steering wheels and led lights to basically anything. If you ask they will do it.

The smooth lines of the body, the distance in the lights, without leather also, stereo, surrounding sound, feels like it had a lot of room when riding passengers. I can take myself, my mother, three other grown adults and have so much leg room to stretch out, you dont feel like youre squished, on top of each other. While driving, my 2011 Buick Regal CXL suddenly lost acceleration and when I tried to change gears from drive to reverse...nothing! The car would not change gears and if I put my foot on the gas it had power but no acceleration. When I took/towed it to the dealer, after their check, I was told they could not find anything wrong with the transmission, sensors, nothing...except the brakes!I was told I do not drive my car very much, 7000 miles in 13 months, and my brakes pads were sticking causing the sensors to be confused, and the car did not know what gear it was to be in so it stopped. This does not seem possible to me...however, I am not the expert. I do not want to spend $650.00 on an overall brake job and still have the same problem. I definitely do not want to be on the highway and lose control like this, no acceleration and no gears.

I contacted Nimnicht Buick-GMC about a pre-owned vehicle. After a week of email correspondence, phone calls, and online credit applications, I went into the dealership. I only traveled this far away from home because I was advised via email and telephone that I was approved for a car loan with no money down. Once I arrived at the dealership, I was asked for a $500 down payment. I refused to do this as this was not what we had previously agreed upon. As with many auto dealerships, they told me what they thought I wanted to hear to get me to come in. I refuse to make the down payment because I felt I was totally misled for an entire week. Jason ** and Elizabeth ** were the individuals I dealt with. I went to a dealership less than a mile from my home and purchased the vehicle I desired. They will never receive any of my business and as many people as I can spread this to will be turned against them. After driving a Mustang convertible for several years, it was time to change to a car better fitted for the winters in the Pacific Northwest. The Encore AWD was the perfect fit for me and made my family feel better about my safety. I love it all year round. Also very stylish for a small SUV. Also love the color.

I have taken my Buick Regal turbo 2011 in for repairs 19 times. The serpentine belt is squeaking again so that will be 20 times. I also have a suspension light on which they report will be a 1000 dollar repair. The lemon law gave me a small amount of cash but I think Buick should have replaced this car. It all started with 2000 miles on it. It also had a cracked turbo which needed to be replaced. The dealership has been rude and horrible. I will never buy a GM product again.

I bought a 1995 Buick Regal Custom with a 145000 on it from my neighbor. It was his granddaughters. A few people owned it before her. I guess they never used the locks. I used the remote to lock and unlock the doors. After a few weeks I was locked out of my car. It kept making a clicking sound. The key would not even unlock it then. This went on for an hour before I could finally open the door. Then after that on another day my husband, my 5 yr old grandson and myself pulled into our driveway I hit the lock button in the car to unlock the doors so we could exit the vehicle. No such luck. The clicking noise started again. We sat in the car for an hour, still could not get out of the vehicle. I called my son who lives 20 minutes away, we drove to his house listening to the clicking in the doors all the way to his house. After we arrived we still could not exit the car until he disconnected the auto lock. After that, I figured everything was good to go. Guess what, I locked the drivers side door manually, my husband locked his door the front passenger door manually and I locked the back doors manually. When we made it back home we could not get out of the car. We manually unlocked our front doors but they were not unlocked. I had to take my door key, put it in the lock on the outside of door and unlock it while I was still sitting in the drivers seat. After I got out of the car I had to unlock the passenger door. The back doors unlock from the inside but not the front doors. I had called Buick. A Foreigner told me since I bought the car used and for how old it is, she could not help me. That it was not under warranty. I told her if I ever get stuck in this vehicle from a wreck, fire, etc. There will be a big lawsuit. I have never in my life had a car that would lock me out of it or in it. I never lock the doors while I am in it. But when I park it at home or out shopping I lock the doors. This car should of been recalled years ago. Is there someone that can help me with this problem.

I purchased a 2010 Buick Enclave CXL. This car is the most unreliable car I have ever owned by FAR. The steering column has been replaced twice, the car has leaked water into the passengers side cabin, and then the car leaked water again due to the sunroof rails and caused my Bose amplifier ($1000 to replace) to burn up. Today the wave plate for the transmission is gone ($3500) replacement. Apparently the wave plate is a consistent issue with any of the GM products but they have refused a recall. Also, the air conditioner will now blow in all vents except for the front blowers. Apparently an evaporator issue. I will never purchase a GM product again. It doesnt matter how beautiful a car is if you cant drive it because it is always in for repair. The scary and irresponsible fact is that the steering column and wave plate issues are very dangerous for the families driving the car. GM should take responsibility for their faulty parts and recall both. I contacted three different people at GM to discuss the steering column issue and they stated that because I didnt purchase the vehicle brand new that they wouldnt assist me. The car had 68000 miles on it when I bought it. I contacted them with 69,000 miles.

Lesabre, lacrosse, enclave mine has a V8 which makes it very cheap on gas. Mines a 1995. If you can afford to get a newer one thatd be my advice, so maybe you wont have the trouble that Ive experienced. Their motors are usually good but their transmissions arent that great. Matter of fact I have to shift mine manually & it can be aggravating & also very dangerous, a good way to get hit in the rear. So if you can buy a newer one. Mines old, been left sitting out in the weather & the clear coat is very wore, the paint is faded & its maroon with a red door, due to someone other than me having a accident. Its all electric, power seats & power windows. My advise would be to get the manual windows not power because 2 of mine are stuck up, but at least their up. When it runs its good, it just tears up a whole lot & its got plastic parts that cant take the heat, so theres another problem. Its roomy with plenty of passenger capacity & plenty of leg room, not like some of the smaller cars. You can actually stretch your legs out.

I have owned a Buick for over ten years and it has yet to let me down. This is a used car with a few problems from wear and tear. Has always been a well-performing vehicle that has the security and comfort I need with my disabilities. I can get in and out easily, which is a big factor in my choice. Furthermore, It has the durability that I want. It is definitely built to last. The Buick LeSabre is the perfect vehicle for me.

Check engine light came on with major loss of power and hesitation. After three times turning off ignition, computer reset. Took the auto to a Buick dealership in Buford, GA and was told to bring back when light on. When back in Mass went on internet and found accelerator control light and traction control caused by moisture in connector junction. Mechanic found moisture in junction box and applied fix recommended by Buick tech order - moisture remover and covering tape. Under drizzle and fog condition, problem reoccurred. Suspect this is a manufacturing engineering problem - junction box in wrong location (over strut) allows road spray to be kicked up from wheels causing condition to reoccur during wet road conditions. Why hasnt Buick corrected this problem?

I received a letter from Buick saying that the timing chain on my 2011 Regal could break causing engine damage (Really?). They said I should not take it to the dealership and they would not do anything about it until it broke, so they extended the warranty on the engine. If I am on the interstate doing 70 mph and the chain breaks, the engine stops and I lose steering. That is a really comforting thought. I could get killed or even worse. How long have they been making timing chains? Do they not test components any more? Buick is supposed to be a quality vehicle. What has happened to GM? When I contacted Buick, they were very sympathetic and said they were sorry and hoped nothing happened. Me too.

Buick has vehicles of all different types for all different people, it has small compact cars, 2 door and 4 door, SUV and large passenger cars. You can have all different colors and wheel types. They come with all different types of upgrades including blind spot warning lights in the side mirrors, back up camera with a large screen, seat heaters, electric mirrors with miniature mirrors to help see further behind you, wheels, navigation with built in screen, Bluetooth connection to your cell phone, sunroofs, Onstar, built in wifi hotspots and Sirius satellite radio. Plenty of room for 5 plus passengers in basically every one of their vehicles. And plenty of room in the trunk and still more than enough room in the inside of the vehicles. No matter how many people are inside the car you are comfortable and feel like youre floating while driving. Id definitely recommend this brand to people. Very awesome, and super pleased.

Broke down while traveling. First dealer replaced a warranty battery which I had to pay for because the dealer I bought it from did not provide the proper info according to service manager. Was told it was ok. Drove 200 miles had same problem. Drove to closest Buick dealer, paid for another diagnostic. Was told it was ok. Drove 40 miles, same problem. Drove back to same dealer was told what the problem was. Same as the first diagnostic from OnStar. Had to order part. Finally repaired and drove home. Had to deal with Delco direct to get a partial refund for the battery.

Buick has basically only cars and CUVs, not a variety of either. But what they do have they are good at. However, they are missing several models of cars that seem comparable to others. Cadillac had the ultra luxury space, so it makes it unclear exactly what Buick is going for. We purchased the LaCrosse and were very happy with the appeal overall. The color options were excellent and the curves were attractive. Overall the car had a modern, sleek, expensive look. Several personalization options were excellent, specifically some of the technology options. However, I feel that the Buick is lacking some of the more innovative safety features that other vehicles offer as options. While it doesnt have any huge passenger vehicles, it carries the popular and necessary options that carry between 5 and 8 people, which fits most families.

First of all the six cylinder engine in this car is killing my pockets, it eats gas like you would never believe. When turning the steering wheel all the way it cracks as if somethings going to break, the door slam loud noise like cheap car. When car door is open theres no signal lighting to let oncoming cars know that your door is open, transmission stays in same gear too long before changing to second gear. Very cheaply made luxury car. Not worth the money. No way. Im getting paint chips in front and sides of this car, Im leasing this car and I wish that I never got involved with this particular car 2017 Buick Enclave. Bad deal. Very bad deal, also when you first pull the car out it sounds like somethings loose or mud flapping from the tires, I dont know what thats all about but like I said very cheap luxury car. They really ** up this one. I really want to get out of this lease right now if possible.

I tried adjusting the height and distance of the seat, but I dont want the seat to be way back, or someone adjusts it, and I forget to push it far back. I have never had anything like this with any car I was in, ever. I have a real dislike for this car, and I want him to give it back. I had my fuel pump replaced, had to have my fuel drained, lines cleaned and because of the E85 gas I used Im still having issues. The dealership advised me not to use E85 again. GM has a bulletin out since Jan. 30, 2017 saying E85 is damaging these vehicles but REFUSED to help me when I filed a complaint. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM GM. They will not back up their product ESPECIALLY since this is a mistake on their part! I will be contacting legal help concerning this matter.

I own a 2012 GMC Enclave and I have the same problem with the timing chain. The problem is not with the timing chain but rather with the motor. Every model of GMC auto that has this motor has the same problem. After several conversations with the executive customer service department I came to the conclusion that they will not acknowledge this problem unless we force them to. If everyone that has experienced this problem begin by writing unto their state consumer protection dept we can begin to put pressure on the company to acknowledge the problem. If this does not work then there are other steps we can take.

My 2012 Buick Verano at around 15,000 miles makes a noise when it shifts from park to drive and reaches 10 mph. I have had the part replaced once, the dealer and GM will not replace it again. I am supposed to live with this sound my car makes daily. They told me its the ABS sensor and its supposed to make that noise. Its not the clicking noise that I was told the sensor was supposed to make, it clunks like the transmission is having trouble with the first shift. I could not sell this car on my own while its making this noise, they refuse to replace. Why should I be expected to drive a car, still under warranty, while it makes this clunking noise daily? If its the ABS, should they not replace that, can this not be a safety issue?

I have a 2006 Buick Lucerne, purchased new and maintained regularly at GM dealership as per the maintenance manual. Last week of December 2012, a grinding noise was heard. My wife took it in to Highland Dealership in Aurora, ON and she was told after a thorough check up that there was nothing to worry about and she could drive it safely. Four days later, I took the car back to the dealership complaining about the same noise. Later on that day, they called me to let me know that the transmission broke down while they were test driving it.Again, the car was maintained regularly as per the maintenance manual at the GM dealership and they had flushed the transmission at 65K. The transmission broke down at 124K. I have never pulled or towed anything with the car. I was surprised, called in to GM Canada customer service to complain and was told by a manager that regular car maintenance at the dealership means nothing and will not elongate the life of the car. What had happened was an expected mechanical failure and is due to bad luck! Sorry, you are on your own and the dealership that repaired my car gave me an excellent deal and I should be happy. I just could not believe my ears and after all the expensive maintenance as recommended by GM at a GM dealership, it does not elongate the life of a car and GM Buick transmission is made to last only 120K?!

2017 Buick Enclave - 2nd Enclave we have owned. Has dangerous problems with blind spots. Almost 0 visibility on both sides. We had to add spot mirrors on side mirrors. The worst problem is with the Navigation system that Buick is aware of, but is not making any effort to correct. Nav sys will tell you to make a U-turn where there is no place to make a U-turn within 10 miles in the middle of the freeway. Used Nav Sys to get to an appointment, set it for our home address on the way home, told us to take a freeway going south instead of East--would have been in the middle of downtown Los Angeles had we followed the directions. We have contacted Buick - about 3 weeks ago and requested that they buy the automobile back from us and let us get on with our lives. However, we have heard nothing from either GM or the dealer we bought the car from. WILL NEVER OWN ANOTHER GM CAR AS LONG AS I LIVE! Will encourage everyone I know not to buy GM. It is unconscionable that they refuse to even talk with us!!! Dealers service person advised us that the Nav Sys is a problem with this model and there is no indication as to when or if they will have it resolved.

This 2010 Buick Enclave CXL has been a problem from start, its had the steering system changed, the front end changed, water pump, thermostat, wiper motor, ignition key security system failed, motor mounts, the A/C went out, navigation failed, radiator and fans replaced, etc. I have had more problems with this vehicle in 6 years than I did with a 12 year old Infiniti. And its still not working right, thats why I went out and purchased another Infiniti, I was going to buy another GM Yukon Denali but not after going through so much headaches. And recently I have the engine idle is working rough almost stalling, warning that engine power has been reduced, and the other day the engine would not shut off after taking key out of ignition, its like if it were possessed. This is a definition of lemon. Wont recommend this vehicle to anyone.

Initially you would be blown away. Its so luxurious and comfy inside. Great features. Seems high end. STOP! Dont let that fool you like it did me. Dont believe my review. Just google complaints with Buick Enclaves and thousands of consumers have the same complaints as me. The transmission and powertrain needed to be replaced. Was stuck on highway out of town several times with transmission, powertrain, and StabiliTrak problems. The SUV decelerated to less than 10mph many times on the road... DANGEROUS. That check engine light stayed on. I took it to many many mechanics who could not fix it. Buick wants you to pay to just replace the whole thing... thousands of dollars. If I didnt have an initial extended warranty I wouldve been out $3k when it 1st happened on natl highway. The wave plate needed to be replaced then. The valves and hoses constantly break and leak and need replacing. I have spent thousands out of pocket as a teacher and single momma. This car is a money pit! Beautiful, spacious. Comfy, but you will never be able to relax! Passenger airbag light is on and rear backup alert is on. The airbag alone in a passenger seat 800. For what you pay for the luxury car, you might as well drive a cheap car that gives you no problems. GMC wont recall these terrible engine and transmission problems either though they know about it and many consumers complain about it. Rip off. They should spank themselves! They deserve 1 star.
