There are a variety of models such as the LaCrosse and another is a LeSabre but my car was a Skylark. It was a used car and my first car so I was happy to have it. It didnt have any dents or bangs in it, it ran good and the paint job on it was good, too. I only have one kid, so there was always room, a nice back seat and it was quite roomy. I think all Buicks have nice roomy cars and can hold as many as 6 people. But it was stolen so I really didnt get a chance to update it.

2011 Buick Regal Turbo - I love, love my car! However, 2 weeks after purchase it was in the dealership with noise issues. My timing belt was replaced at 34k miles! Then my front and rear bumpers were peeling. Those got repainted, took 2 weeks at the dealership. Silver trim around both outside windows were oxidizing! Replaced. Then the headliner started sagging in the middle of sunroof. Couldnt fix, so headliner was replaced. Im not complaining since this was all covered under warranty, Im just tired if dealing with it! I want to enjoy my car. Now there is a chirping noise when my a/c is on and I put it in reverse and accelerate. Dealership doesnt know. They thought it was the alternator, and replaced it! Very frustrated but still love my car.

We have a 2011 Buick Regal with 60,000 miles. Transmission went this summer. Got that fixed. Now the timing chain is broke. Because the timing chain broke the motor went. The car is an absolute lemon and we are told nothing is covered. I wish I knew how GM could get away with this.

We bought our 2013 Buick Regal brand new from Castle Buick in North Riverside IL. We purchased the car thinking the 4 cyl. engine would be more economical than our Chevy V6 cyl. Impala. The Buick 4 cyl. has yet to come even close to the E.P.A. mileage ratings and after 60000 miles still cant touch the overall mileage of the Impala V6. At 32000 miles we had to replace right rear wheel bearings and a engine pulley that turns the pumps. Which the dealer Castle Buick replaced under warranty. Then a few thousand miles later the wheel bearing went out again. The dealer replaced the bearing for real this time under warranty. Now 69000 miles the engine pulley went out again and the dealer claims its out of Warranty even for the one they replaced at 36000 miles 20 months later and charged us $443.00. Very disappointed in the Buick Regal and Castle Buick. Ill think twice about another Buick. Honda here I come.

First of all the six cylinder engine in this car is killing my pockets, it eats gas like you would never believe. When turning the steering wheel all the way it cracks as if somethings going to break, the door slam loud noise like cheap car. When car door is open theres no signal lighting to let oncoming cars know that your door is open, transmission stays in same gear too long before changing to second gear. Very cheaply made luxury car. Not worth the money. No way. Im getting paint chips in front and sides of this car, Im leasing this car and I wish that I never got involved with this particular car 2017 Buick Enclave. Bad deal. Very bad deal, also when you first pull the car out it sounds like somethings loose or mud flapping from the tires, I dont know what thats all about but like I said very cheap luxury car. They really ** up this one. I really want to get out of this lease right now if possible.

I liked my Buick. They offer a vast variety of cars, I had a hard time choosing between a Buick LaCrosse and a Buick LeSabre. I ended up getting the LeSabre. My Buick LeSabre was red with red interior wood panelling on the dash with a wood steering wheel. It was an automatic and it drove smoothly. My Buick LeSabre had seating for six, three in the back seat and three in the front seat. There was bench seats in it and it sat each of my family members comfortably. I choose to upgrade the radio to a CD player, windows to power windows and locks to power locks upgraded to anti-lock brakes.

Buick park avenue - I really didnt have any trouble with this model especially the engine started right up even during the winter. It was the body it would rust out. The appearance of this model was very pleasing. The size was good if you didnt want a truck or SUV. When I say size I was able to transport at least six people and they were comfortable and this model has all the things that you would look for: air conditioning, heat, seat are adjustable, low on gas, large truck. The new models had a much better appearance on the inside and outside but also had the things that makes it a Buick. They kept like good mileage, able to seat more passengers, plus up to date things like Wi-Fi, rear view backup. I have a large family 4 children of my own and thirteen grandchildren and sometimes I had to pick up a whole family and get them where they need to be.

Buick offers a variety of sleek yet safe luxury vehicles that are guaranteed to leave you with leg room and trunk space, even in the smallest sedans. This car can hold up to six people comfortably because there is a secret seat between the driver and the passenger. You could fit three car seats in the back, though it would leave you limited room for diaper bags. This car has a modern design that is not too flashy. It is equipped with radio and cruise controls on the steering wheel, so you never have to take your eyes off the road, and a day/night sensor for the rear view mirror so that glare is less of a problem. You can upgrade and customize to include a moonroof, driver memory key sets, and a variety of other comfort features including radio and interior fabric, as well as screens and gps.

My mother bought this 2008 Buick Enclave CXL with every possible option for $44,000. 75-year-old female driver only, always maintained, never abused. At 45K miles, she gave the car to me. 45-year-old male, perfect driving record, & preventative maintenance freak. At 48K miles, the transmission began slipping at various times & in various gears. Took it straight to dealer, the warranty was expired 6 months ago due to time, not mileage. The dealer charged me $212 to tell me the tranny was slipping (knew that). Said it would cost me $1,200 just to drop it & diagnose. Suggested I go with a GM rebuilt for $4,800. They said Buick would not help me with repairs or discount the parts, even with only 48K miles. I took it a couple blocks down the road for a $3,000 rebuilt tranny with a 1-year warranty. The bottom line is this was my last try with an American car. I have owned 10 vehicles: 4 Toyotas, 1 Nissan, 3 GM, and 2 Dodge. I still have 1 of the Toyotas with 94K miles & never a problem. I have never gotten to 75K on any of the American cars without major tranny or engine trouble. The opposite with the foreign brands, never any major trouble. Call it luck, I call it obvious & have finally learned my lesson. I will stay with Toyota for life.

Lesabre, lacrosse, enclave mine has a V8 which makes it very cheap on gas. Mines a 1995. If you can afford to get a newer one thatd be my advice, so maybe you wont have the trouble that Ive experienced. Their motors are usually good but their transmissions arent that great. Matter of fact I have to shift mine manually & it can be aggravating & also very dangerous, a good way to get hit in the rear. So if you can buy a newer one. Mines old, been left sitting out in the weather & the clear coat is very wore, the paint is faded & its maroon with a red door, due to someone other than me having a accident. Its all electric, power seats & power windows. My advise would be to get the manual windows not power because 2 of mine are stuck up, but at least their up. When it runs its good, it just tears up a whole lot & its got plastic parts that cant take the heat, so theres another problem. Its roomy with plenty of passenger capacity & plenty of leg room, not like some of the smaller cars. You can actually stretch your legs out.

2011 Buick Enclave - I purchased this car new in August of 2010. Beginning December 2012, I have had it in the shop 10 times. The following items have broken down: water pump, passenger A/C temp actuator, memory seat motor, steering gear replaced, shift control and actuator, both front lower control arm bushings, brake vacuum booster, crank shaft seal, bad engine mount and the rear temperature control head which burned my daughter. The rear temperature control head that was replaced still gets so hot it could burn you. I was told there is nothing more that can be done. They suggested I turn down my interior lighting. Thats not going to happen. I am so disappointed in Buick.

Buick has a very large variety of models from cars to suvs. A great addition would be trucks!!! However Buick offers great vehicles at an affordable price. I have yet to see a vehicle made by Buick that was not modeled to please the eye. While Im not fond of the Riviera many people seem to love them. Buick makes very roomy vehicles. In the Century that I had 6 people could ride comfortably while 5 could ride luxuriously. The cars are very roomy and the dubs are even roomier. Buick offers many upgrade and customization packages. I had many upgrades on my second Buick and the upgrades didnt impact the price that much.

I have a 1998 Buick Regal GS. Ive owned it for 10 years. There was a recall to address a valve cover gasket that allowed oil to leak on to hot exhaust causing fires. The gasket was fixed. The car continues to leak oil onto the exhaust and the catalytic converter. Also the car cuts out when the turn signal is used. It restarts. But when it cuts out, power steering and brakes are inoperative. Many Buicks and GM vehicles do the same according to the NHTSA complaints. Why is there no recall? This is why people buy Japanese. We were told not to park the car in the garage or close to the house.

Bought a 2016 Buick Verano for my son. Monday morning he was coming home going 65 miles per hour. The car stalled or completely turned off. He managed to get to the emergency lane. Today is January 4, 2017. This car was purchased on November 29, 2016. His first payment isnt due till January 13. He called the dealership. They wanted him to bring it in the next day. I talked to the salesman. They got him a loaner car for Monday. They called me today and said there were no codes and they took it out to drive and everything is OK. Well its not OK for me. They have no idea whats wrong. The GM rep at the dealer told me the same thing Ive seen on other sites. No codes no problem it drives OK. Finally this car had 29 miles on it when bought it. Now has just under 300 and the first payment hasnt been made yet. My son is worried about driving the car. I hope this isnt a lemon.

I purchased a 2011 Buick Regal November 2011. Since that time I have been working with Sapaughs Service department to clear away problems that are causing my dissatisfaction, namely the performance of said vehicle. My greatest complaint is the near stall affect or the delayed response to acceleration and when it decides to respond it will jerk so bad that I am repositioned in my seat. I want a smooth operation. The experience of driving the said vehicle is not pleasant. I am convinced the service department at Sapaugh Motors does not know the cause of the said problem. I pay 631.00 dollars each month for a vehicle I am unhappy with. Please, can you help me?

We are NOT off to a good start with Buick! My wife just purchased a brand new Buick Encore, and her A/C failed completely on the first day of ownership! Ironically, one of the reasons we went with Buick was because of the supposed excellent reliability of the brand, as indicated by what we read on the internet (J.D. Powers, etc.). The variety of models is very selective and the colors and the new designs are simply the best out there. The new safety features are one of the many reasons why I purchased Buick. The wide selection of new colors and new styles made my decisions so much easier. The dealership sales people were extremely helpful and this made my shopping experience a great joy. Over the years Buick was really stepped up the overall look and design of their vehicles, and the new looks are extremely stylish and great looking. We can sit 6 people comfortable in my car. There is plenty of leg room and head room and no one is crammed up. The trunk space is wider and deeper and gives me the ability to put more in there.

I bought a 2003 Buick LeSabre from Faulkner Ford in Quakertown. It had 74,000 miles on it and I thought it would be a good used car. I didnt drive it right away due to car insurance problems. We took it on vacation and the air conditioner worked until we reached our destination. I couldnt take it in for service due to my work schedule. Once I took it in, they told me that the air compressor was cracked and leaked out all the freon. I believe they knew about this repair when they sold me the car. The repair is going to cost between $500 and $800. I looked around and cant afford to fix it since it was financed. I believe it was a deceptive deal. They sold the car advertising that it had air conditioning when in reality it didnt. I was furious. I talked to the service department and also the sales manager trying to get them to do the repair. I have a warranty but of course, it doesnt cover those repairs.

Purchased this 2013 vehicle used in 2015 from GM dealership. Noticed immediately that the airbag warning kept coming on and going off.. When I asked about this, I was told, not a problem. Over the years, other problems are creeping up... All electrical. Car will not start for no apparent reason, (often) battery good, alternator good, starter good, but car just wont start. Ive had more jumps in the last year than I can count. In fact, Im sitting in this car now, waiting for another. Im sooooo disappointed. All I wanted was an American made car, reliable and lasting. I barely have 42k miles on this car and it is difficult for me to express just how truly disappointed I am. I bought a 1995 Buick Regal Custom with a 145000 on it from my neighbor. It was his granddaughters. A few people owned it before her. I guess they never used the locks. I used the remote to lock and unlock the doors. After a few weeks I was locked out of my car. It kept making a clicking sound. The key would not even unlock it then. This went on for an hour before I could finally open the door. Then after that on another day my husband, my 5 yr old grandson and myself pulled into our driveway I hit the lock button in the car to unlock the doors so we could exit the vehicle. No such luck. The clicking noise started again. We sat in the car for an hour, still could not get out of the vehicle. I called my son who lives 20 minutes away, we drove to his house listening to the clicking in the doors all the way to his house. After we arrived we still could not exit the car until he disconnected the auto lock. After that, I figured everything was good to go. Guess what, I locked the drivers side door manually, my husband locked his door the front passenger door manually and I locked the back doors manually. When we made it back home we could not get out of the car. We manually unlocked our front doors but they were not unlocked. I had to take my door key, put it in the lock on the outside of door and unlock it while I was still sitting in the drivers seat. After I got out of the car I had to unlock the passenger door. The back doors unlock from the inside but not the front doors. I had called Buick. A Foreigner told me since I bought the car used and for how old it is, she could not help me. That it was not under warranty. I told her if I ever get stuck in this vehicle from a wreck, fire, etc. There will be a big lawsuit. I have never in my life had a car that would lock me out of it or in it. I never lock the doors while I am in it. But when I park it at home or out shopping I lock the doors. This car should of been recalled years ago. Is there someone that can help me with this problem.

The car has always been dependable and ready to go when I am. Maintenance is minimal and has safe airbags. Bought new tires 1 year ago. It also starts readily in 30 below 0 weather. Moreover, it has a sleek appearance, black interior, electric seats and windows, and color tan. It has very roomy trunk space that is more than adequate. Can open trunk from inside as well. Lastly, heater and air conditioning work excellent.

I contacted Nimnicht Buick-GMC about a pre-owned vehicle. After a week of email correspondence, phone calls, and online credit applications, I went into the dealership. I only traveled this far away from home because I was advised via email and telephone that I was approved for a car loan with no money down. Once I arrived at the dealership, I was asked for a $500 down payment. I refused to do this as this was not what we had previously agreed upon. As with many auto dealerships, they told me what they thought I wanted to hear to get me to come in. I refuse to make the down payment because I felt I was totally misled for an entire week. Jason ** and Elizabeth ** were the individuals I dealt with. I went to a dealership less than a mile from my home and purchased the vehicle I desired. They will never receive any of my business and as many people as I can spread this to will be turned against them. They should not make a practice of lying to their customers as this is NOT good business.

The Buick Enclave is a new SUV, and we love it. Weve never had an SUV before, and this new car rides so well. It has Bose audio, great visibility and wi-fi for my tablet, which is truly great when on a long trip. It averages 20 mpg in town and more than 26 mpg on the highway. However, it doesnt have on windshield graphics that tell you how fast you are going. We have that on our LeSabre, and its a real safety feature. Nevertheless, weve had several Buicks and highly recommend them. They are also American made!

We have a 2007 Buick with 25,000 miles on it and the GM engineers cannot figure out what is wrong. First we took the car to Richard Kay Superstore in Anderson, SC. They had it for 3 weeks, told me they called the GM engineers but never documented it. Gave us the car back, said it was fixed but the engine light came on within one hour driving the car home. Called the dealer back, they offered no solution, left us very disappointed. We decided to try the local Chevrolet dealer, Sonic Chevrolet in Walhalla, SC. They had the car for two months, replaced a number of sensors. Contacted the GM engineers, started a issue ticket with them. Sonic Chevrolet took the time with us and said if the light comes on again there are only two things left, one that will cost $700.00 and the other that costs $1,000.00. They said the engineers told them they have never seen this happen before.Well after two days the light is back on. Since we have already spent $1,000 on parts and another $650 on new tires. I should say we originally purchased the car new and always had it serviced by GM dealers and mechanics on a regular basis. We will be bringing the car back to Sonic Chevrolet in Walhalla SC. With this issue, one needs to ask, why would anyone want to buy a GM vehicle when the computer or engineers cannot find out why the engine light is on? Seems to me that if there was no computer you wouldnt need all of the sensors and there wouldnt be a issue with a engine light, and I wouldnt have had the car tied up for three months or had to spend the money on top of the regular service we had done.

Buick is the only vehicle we trust. I like my Buick Century custom. Its a great family vehicle and very perfect for my family. It has big trunk space great for a stroller or wheelchair. Its very spacious. It has a lot of foot space and arm space. The kids have a decent amount of arm space so you dont have to worry about them hitting each other. It also has child locks on both back doors and it rides smooth. Buick has amazing looks to it with its pearly white paint. Its a comfy ride and my kids love it and so does my husband. The car was given to us for a baby shower gift and we love it. Buick can do anything to this vehicle. They can personalize anything you want from paint jobs to new speakers and radio. From rims, tires, steering wheels and led lights to basically anything. If you ask they will do it.

I bought a 2006 Buick LaCrosse several years ago. Two weeks after purchase, the check engine light came on. It would take at least two pages here to list ALL the problems Ive had with this car EVER SINCE!!! I have now spent over $5,000 on repairs, and as I write this, it is powering down, and the reservoir coolant keeps leaking... somewhere not visible!!! I dont have any more money to bring it to a Mechanic AGAIN!!! The last time I brought the car in for repairs was at Auto Select at 2128 Main St., Green Bay, WI. 54302 (phone: 920-465-3790.) I had to take out yet ANOTHER loan to pay them!!! ($1,600) If A & B Auto or GM doesnt make this right, I feel personally obligated to let every one of my Family and friends know how they do not stand behind vehicles!!

I owned a Buick Lasabre as my first car and that thing lasted me over 10 years plus what it lasted the person I got it from. Buicks are durable, long lasting cars. Also, the appearance is just beautiful. Its sleek and smooth yet tough. Its sexy like a woman yet strong like a man. They have upgraded their safety features and their technology features. Its been in dealership 2 more times with a squeaking noise that steering wheel makes. Both times I was told it was fine. Now its back at the dealership because it suddenly wouldnt start. When I finally got it started a message appeared stating that engine only has half power. Not to mention that as you are slowing down from a speed of about 50 mph the front end feels like it is skipping. Guess I will be told that is nothing either. Let me start by saying that up until now I have enjoyed my Enclave, and was looking forward to buying a newer model but after today I will never buy a Buick again. I got in my car Christmas Eve to go to work and found my headlight pointing down only casting light 10 feet in front of the vehicle. I called the dealership and made an appointment only to find out the entire headlight assembly needs to be replaced at a cost of $1753.00 that’s right almost 2 thousand dollars for one headlight, so I called corporate saying in so many words, Sorry youre on your own.You would think that a part as expensive as a new transmission might have the warranty cover such a ridiculously expensive part as long as the drivetrain. Alas no. So of course not knowing if the other one is going to go in six months I would not in good conscience ever recommend buying this vehicle due to the cost of just maintaining it’s drivability. Save your money buy the Acura with more power and reliability just for your own peace of mind when a headlight on the vehicle can put you in the poor house.

There are several models of Buick including models from luxurious to very economical and from small to large. The distinct look of the buick vehicles can be identified by an emblem containing four objects and four or five openings on both sides of the hood which covers the engine compartment. There are also a lot of upgrade and personalization options available including types of engines and body styles and safety features. Many of the features that come standard are tire pressure checks, compass indicators and radios. In my Buick Lucerne it is difficult to get three passengers in the front seat because of the console between the driver seat and the passenger seat, but there is ample room for 3 people in the back seat and there is a very large luggage compartment.

One of my first cars was a Buick so buying another I was confident with the brand. The style and comfort was above expectation. The engine and handling was on point. My only complaint was the blindspot. But the outside style was sleek, sporty and looked of luxury and classic lines with just enough of toughness. The wheels looked and were an upgrade to your standard style too. The heated leather interior was on point but is hot in the summer and my pupper slide around on the seats. So I will say this. People stay away. This cars are junk. They will sell you a certified lemon. It will say certified car which is suppose to mean as good as any new car. It should really have stated certified lemon garbage rolling nightmare, POS that no one will ever fix because they dont know the issue. Do not contact Buick Corp because you will be wasting your time as they true just want you to keep bringing your car in replace parts that shouldnt need replacing and by time its all said and done you could have purchased a new car because by time you truly find the problem you will have spent more money fixing the rolling POS that they certified.

Update 11/21/2019: I did reach out again to GM and again they denied any help. I firmly believe that if word gets out , they did mine, that there will be others banging on their doors with legal representationI was very professional and nice ,I stated ,and not even a percentage ,their response ,we are not changing our decision. Whats upsetting is that this is a known issue. Original review:I ordered a 2011 Buick LaCrosse CXL AWD, it is a loaded vehicle, almost every option, it has and always will be garaged, maintained by buick, it is always clean and washed, waxed, and maintained, looks like brand new. In and out, in early June of 2019, I noticed paint coming off my vehicle in flakes, I luckily have a close friend who has a auto body shop near me, he saw it and was totally surprised to see paint flaking off the vehicle on the left side rear roof area and on the right side rear defroster glass body channel area, the rear glass had to be removed for repaint, headlines dropped, and repaired as necessary, its like new, since the auto body shop my friend owns is very professional.I reached out to General Motors with pictures and a estimate, they denied any repairs due its age, and not even a percentage, buick offered and gave me $100.00 as a service voucher. The vehicle has received many compliments on how it looks and drives, this is my vehicle, my last vehicle, and I maintain it like new. The repairs actually came to $2400.00Funny thing is that it is white, and GM had a problem then on white and silver cars due to the paint flaking off due to improper application of primer, and Mary T Barra had buick executive office reach out to me, which they never did, I reached out to her, and she appeared to read a pre scripted letter on paint, little does she know, I have been around cars for a long time, from Chevrolet, Ford and I recently retired from a BMW dealership after 19.5 years and she is telling me how it is, the problem is, general motors offered nothing, not even a percentage on something that they knew and know was a problem.

I purchased a brand new 2016 Buick Encore end of August. I had issues with the car when driving under 40 mph where it would appear to cut out or shift hard. I had researched and found where other people had the issue and it went away a few thousand miles. Then in November at 3500 miles, it happened going down the highway at 50 mph and threw me forward in the car. Then once coming to a stop, I was unable to move in reverse, it made an awful sound and would not move. It would still go in drive but again cut out heavily. The car was towed to the dealer for repair.I am now told that the tool needed to repair my transmission was just ordered last week, over two weeks of having my car, that the tool would not be received until the end of December or first part of January. I am disappointed that GM would not approve for a complete transmission replacement as opposed to repair. I purchased the car loaded with every feature and I am most upset how long I am being deprived from the car.

However, Im not a huge fan of the blind spots in the car as Im sure design wise could have been avoided a bit more. I also wish that the car would have more cup holders in it. I believe there are only 2 for a car that is able to seat up to 5. Lastly, I wish my model had a truck door that could open and close on its own so putting bags and groceries in the car would be easier. Other than that, I like the size of the car being bigger to be able to carry lots of things and match equal in size to other cars on the road. I liked the fact that for a bigger SUV, this car gets great gas mileage as I drive long distances often.

My husband purchased the Buick LaCrosse 2011, and most every time, I get out of the passenger side of the car, I hit my knee on the part of the dashboard that points out. I have so many injuries to my left knee, I cant tell you. Soon, as it heals up a little, I go in my husbands car, and hit it again. I tried adjusting the height and distance of the seat, but I dont want the seat to be way back, or someone adjusts it, and I forget to push it far back. I have never had anything like this with any car I was in, ever. I have a real dislike for this car, and I want him to give it back. I would like to know if anyone else has this problem with this car design.

I owned a 2010 Buick Lacrosse Touring with less than 55,000 miles that was diagnosed as having a serious lower engine problem and malfunctioning transmission by a GMC/Buick dealership here in St Louis, MO. All but $1000 of the $4000 repair bill was covered by the 5 year drivetrain warranty. So I sold it at a big loss and found a 2012 Lacrosse Touring with low miles because my wife insisted on buying an American car. Guess what people, same problem. Bad engine and transmission. My engine sounds like its ready to quit any minute and my transmission revs up to 1500 RPMs to shift gears. Its my experience and opinion that the Buick company officers should be held accountable for blatant fraud.

I love my Buick. It has all luxury feature and bells and whistles. I love my back up camera. The color and spaces is amazing, too. Plus having the automatic start in it is even better, especially in the winter months, as well as heated seats. Plus the second row bucket seats too. However, I wish it came with a DVD player and sunroom. Still, I would highly recommend the Buick Enclave to other people. My experience was a great one. Its a nice luxury spacious SUV.

I have been arguing with customer relations about the brakes being incorrect on this car for at least 6 months. The brakes are smaller than what was suppose to be on the car as advertised by Buick. I went to replace the fronts and the pads on the car are smaller than the OEM replacements and it turns out I had to buy standard Lucerne pads. Then I had the rears replaced. OEM for the car dont match. Had to hunt and search and buy 2001 La Sabre pads. The car has 98k on it and uses a quart of oil every thousand miles. Cant get a dealership to diagnose it. The transmission has erratic shift and flare ups. Dealer cant diagnose it. If it doesnt have a trouble code, it doesnt have a problem is what Im told. The door trim is delaminating. Some of the pieces replaced before for the same problem. Oh its out of warranty. The wheels clear coat is coming off and these were replaced once under warranty for the same problem but its out of warranty.

My Buick has issues with my coolant. I had to install a water pump and a new thermostat was installed. Now they tell me my motor mount is broken. Also one day my 2006 Buick Lucerne would not shift out of park. I take it to the dealer and they tell me I need a shifter assembly. This is starting to be very costly. I did some research and a lot of people have these same problems. How would I file a complaint directly to GM.

We have a 2011 Buick Regal. Its a nice car, but it couldnt make it past 7,000 miles before the check engine light came on three times. The first time it came on, it turned out that it needed a new timing chain and 4 new valves. The second time it came on, the fuel injectors needed to be cleaned. Then, time went by and after five months, the engine light came on for the third time because the car needed a new fuel pump. So far, everything has been fine with the car.

Buick has great variety. Definitely more versatile than I originally expected going to a Buick dealership. I truly enjoyed the experience and the variety. It has a super sleek and modern appearance. Much more visually appealing than the older Buick models that people usually associate with this particular car brand. The various upgrade and personalization options was amazing. I do not necessarily need a lot of gadgets and upgrades but there were definitely a lot available for other people that may want those sorts of things. It also has plenty of passenger capacity with lots of leg room and armrest plus lots of cup holders and a comfy seat from what Ive heard from the passengers in my car.

They have a wide variety of all sizes of cars and SUVs which is nice to have a selection to choose from. And they all ride really nice as well even the bigger models. I really liked the appearance of their SUVs. They did not look big and bulky like some of the SUVs that offer a lot of room. I also like how easily accessible all the features were, and they were all easily reachable for the driver. I got my Buick used so it was mostly standard features and not upgraded or personalized. But there is a wide variety of options to choose from if you want to upgrade and personalize the vehicles. I loved how roomy the Rendezvous was. Each passenger had more than enough space and mine sat 5 very comfortably, because I didnt have the third row seating. If I was to buy new I would definitely upgrade too!

Ive even had some people argue with me about it being a Buick. They truly stand out among other cars and I couldnt be happier with the way it looks. The power windows and Bluetooth capability is a huge bonus. As a businessman who is on the way home a lot it allows me to continue discussing things while Im on the road. It seats 5 people comfortably. I recently took a road trip for work with some coworkers and we all traveled comfortably in the car.

I purchased my 2021 Buick Encore on 7/29/21 with only a few miles on it. In less than 2 months, I have paint chipping off the hood of the vehicle. I went to the dealership who said that it must be rocks or maybe I hit something. I drove the same route to and from work for the last 3 years in my previous vehicle, a BMW 328i and never had problems like this. Also the last area that has begun chipping off started after the Encore was washed and while I was wiping the water off with a soft towel. The paint just began chipping off. The dealership stated to me on 9/22/21 that they werent sure if it would be covered under the warranty. Unbelievable! I chose to purchase a GM product due to my dad being a retired GM employee and my sister a 36-year employee of GM. If they do not do something about this issue, I will never purchase another GM product.

I purchased a used 2006 Buick Lacrosse in August 2014. It had just under 32,000 miles on it. With so few miles on it I thought it would be like driving a new car. I took it for a very short test drive and bought it. What a mistake. All the lights on the dash go dim, off and on all the time. Also, this week in the space around the odometer I get the message ice. Also, with the heater and air conditioner, it pauses if you change the settings at all. Ive never had this happen with any car Ive ever owned. The comfort level of this Buick is terrible. When you go over a manhole cover, brick road, railroad track, or uneven pavement, you feel every little bump. I also dont like the fact that the windows are so much smaller than all my previous Buicks. If I were to ever need to crawl out of one it would be impossible as they sit much higher up than in the other Buicks Ive owned. When I am merging onto the highway I really have to punch the gas to get up to speed. With my Park Avenue and LeSabre I could just push a little harder on the gas and be at speed very quickly. The gas mileage on this car is also terrible. Im lucky to get 20 to 21 mpg in town and 26 to 27 on the highway. With the Park Avenue I got 26 to 28 in town and 38 on the highway. If you have any walking problems and lean against this car, you can hear the molding move. This car is like being in a tin can. This will be the last Buick I ever buy.

We got a used car from Billion in Bozeman, MT and we asked them to fix the door locks. They said all they had to do was put a fuse in. But when we could not get them to work from two month, we had someone check it out. It was found that the fuse was not working. When they pulled out the fuse, it was a 20-amp fuse and not a 15-amp fuse. We tired a new fuse, and it blew it out as soon as we hit the button. Then we took the car to Beaverhead Motors in Dillon, MT and they check it out more and found the wiring was all melted together. When we asked Billion auto group they help with it, they said no and that they would not help. We had a lot of Buicks in the past and have liked them, but with the way Billion was with us, we will not have anymore Buicks or GMC cars or trucks.

I purchased a 2011 Buick Regal CXL literally 73 days ago. It only had 56,000 miles and came with power train warranty. After acceleration issues on the highway I have been informed that I should also have a manufacturers warranty on the vehicle. It spent about a week in the service department at the dealership. I purchased it at for a cosmetic piece, they agreed to fix when I purchased it. During that time they were supposed to inspect my current problem which was that the check engine light came on while on the highway and I could not fully accelerate. Their conclusion was that they could find nothing wrong. So about 24 hours later on my trip back on the highway, the check engine light went back on again. Not only could I not fully accelerate, I could not get the vehicle to go into gear at all. The gear shift would blink when I put it into drive but would not go. I had to get towed to the dealership which I had to pay $100.00 for. And now after getting my vehicle back yesterday afternoon (after two weeks) and being told it was a system update that needed to be done and all was well, I found myself once again on the highway with a check engine light and not able to fully accelerate. I was able to coast home obviously under the speed limit but I have called the dealership where I bought the vehicle and tried two different 800 numbers that I have and cannot find anyone jumping out of their seats to try and fix my car. Needless to say I am displeased and concerned. I just want my vehicle running correctly and safely and want to feel good about this purchase. And I would love some assistance in making this happen!!!

There are many different kinds of Buicks. Personally I like the less compact and smaller kind, but theres something for everyone. Buick has continued to make many different and great models of cars. The variety is my favorite thing about them, honestly. The appearance is one of my favorite things, too. The look of the car is what first made me want it. It was the perfect color and the perfect size, my ideal car. Its a very roomy car. Big enough for my Great Dane and my very petite friend. I would recommend it to a friend or somebody car shopping. Bought a used 2012 Buick Enclave with just 60k miles on it. I was told it was a great safe family vehicle (by sales associate). 3 days after purchase the #2 injector failed and stranded us. We brought it back to dealership and they took it to Buick hall and had it repaired. A week later we were stranded again for the same issue (reduced power, smoking, fumes in car, stabilitrak alert all the same symptoms). This time we took it back to Buick hall and they said it was just an injector misfire, refused to replace it. We asked about recalls and they said there were none. A few weeks later all the same things happened and we called them. They wanted 200 to test fuel system, knowing we knew what the issue was, then said if it was in fact the injectors again its eight hundred per faulty injector. I have NEVER had so many issues with a vehicle in my life. We are a single income household with four young boys, we cant afford to shell out all this money and now we are stuck in an unsafe lemon that has stranded my family on the side up the road for this same issue several times since. Total of 6 months weve had this LEMON!!!

I bought my 2002 Buick Rendezvous in 2006. It had 43,000 miles on it. Not bad for a four-year-old car, or so I thought. The guy who sold it to me said it was their second car and did not use it much. I later think that he did not use it because it is not worth it! Within a month of purchasing the car, the drivers side window went out. I had that replaced, no biggie, I understand there are costs with cars. Then a year later, the air conditioner went out. I live in California and with temps over 100 degrees in the summer, my small children and I need air. The repair was just under $1,000. That repair lasted a year and a half. The air went out again. However, shortly after the air went out, so did the engine! To have the heads replaced, it was $3,500. I contacted Buick directly at that time and got the Oh, well, sorry you are having problems, but thats not our problem response. In paying for the engine work, I could not afford the work on the air again. So, I have been without air and just try to drive as little as possible when it gets hot outside.I get my regular oil changes and took it in for that last week and was told I have an oil leak now. There goes another $500 dollars. Well, that is what they quoted me. I need a few weeks to come up with the extra cash. But once they get under the hood, we will see how much more they find. If I could stop paying for repairs long enough to save a little money, I would definitely be using it for a down payment on a non GM vehicle! But GM has made it practically impossible. I have since read about recalls that Buick has had over the years on this car. However, I have never been contacted over a single one of them! The car is now 10 years old and only has 112,000 miles on it. The reason, because it spends more time broken than it does running. Highly unhappy with Buick, I will never buy one again and will make sure my children do not either!

Just leased a 2016 Buick Encore, base with interlink radio, non-touchscreen display. Cant see out back due to glare, fog or general distortion. This could be dangerous! I tried adjusting the contrast, dark, light on the dash display switch. No effect except darker, blurry. Dealer had no remedy.
