Lesabre, lacrosse, enclave mine has a V8 which makes it very cheap on gas. Mines a 1995. If you can afford to get a newer one thatd be my advice, so maybe you wont have the trouble that Ive experienced. Their motors are usually good but their transmissions arent that great. Matter of fact I have to shift mine manually & it can be aggravating & also very dangerous, a good way to get hit in the rear. So if you can buy a newer one. Mines old, been left sitting out in the weather & the clear coat is very wore, the paint is faded & its maroon with a red door, due to someone other than me having a accident. Its all electric, power seats & power windows. My advise would be to get the manual windows not power because 2 of mine are stuck up, but at least their up. When it runs its good, it just tears up a whole lot & its got plastic parts that cant take the heat, so theres another problem. Its roomy with plenty of passenger capacity & plenty of leg room, not like some of the smaller cars. You can actually stretch your legs out.

Within two years of owning this vehicle (2014 Buick Verano) we noticed what appeared to be paint looking dull on the hood, roof and trunk lid. The change was gradual and now there is no top coat left - did anyone else experience this with their Buicks? Our car is black. We do not live near the ocean.

I need a part replacement for an oil or transmission leak. Its not available according to dealership and on back order...for over a week. While not a large leak, the possibility exists it may increase and prohibit further driving. Buick is a 2010 Lucerne and is also ready for a recall which was to be performed simultaneously. Is it possible a company as large as GM cannot ship said part immediately? Further, Jim **, Dealer of Orchard Park NY should return my calls and at least let me know of progress or lack thereof.

Buick Lesabre, Buick SUV, Buick LaCrosse are all mid to full-sized luxury vehicles. V6 engine and considered an old lady car, but still a luxury vehicle with power everything. Priced high, but long lasting and very reliable. I bought my Buick used. Smooth ride, very comfortable, rides like a Cadillac, and has roomy interior which seats about 5 people tops.

My 2011 Buick LaCrosse was the first (and last) Buick I have owned. The car is really attractive (on the surface) but has been a nightmare of mechanical and technical issues since the first day. On the day I picked it up it was raining really heavily and the windshield kept fogging up so badly that I couldnt see where I was going. Come to find out there was a recall on this, but the dealer didnt fix it before delivering the car. Within a week the drivers seat started to make this loud squeaking sound whenever I drove around a corner. After a half dozen attempts the seat has still never been fixed. Then the engine light started coming one every few weeks. This was supposed to be because of some software issue, but everything they fixed it never lasted and a few weeks later the light was back on. After 4 trips to the dealer it was finally resolved... I think. The transmission slips whenever I take off going up a hill, the front end has never been aligned correctly and the car drifts to the left, the paint is peeling off the rear bumper sensors, the transmissions makes a whining sound every time it shifts from 3rd to 4th gear and the list goes on and on. The dealer has been completely worthless in trying to fix any of these issues. Buick sent their regional manager down to my dealer to tell me the drivers seat squeaks because Im too fat. I weigh 195lbs which is not skinny, but Ive seen the other people who drive Buicks and they are not skinny either. Buicks customer service line has been completely worthless as well. Their solution was to offer me free oil changes for the life of my car... Wow! How about standing behind the car and fixing the problems? Ive been a lifelong GM customer (mostly Chevrolet) but have to say after this experience I dont think Ill make that mistake again.

Buick has a great variety of vehicles. It was a wonderful color, kinda looked black but in the sunlight it was a deep purple. It had an on dash Gps that was placed very nicely, I didnt have to take my eyes off the road to look at it. It also had heated seats, for Michigan that is wonderful. My son is over six foot tall, and he did in the passenger side with comfort. The back seat was quite roomy as well. It had a hatchback making it easy to load and unload groceries. But I would love to buy the smaller Suv they have out now. It seems very stylish and so Good be excellent on gas mileage.

WAS TOLD is a CHARACTERISTIC of the NEW car. The TRANSMISSION was deemed to have an internal leak and the INPUT OUTPUT SENSOR needed to be replace, still has WOBBLE, have a claim with GM. Dealer that sold it to me will not help me. GM will not replace the vehicle with another nor take this one back. Driver seat squeaked horrible, took in 5 times for them to repair, left car seat in disrepair. Heater in driver leather seat was all busted - had to replace. Heated seats not working, took back again for repair 2 times. Heated steering wheel not working, took back again for repair. This complaint is not about customer service at any Buick dealer, but a complaint against the design and production engineers who designed a 2008 Buick Lucerne that requires the fender well to be removed at a labor cost of $250.00 to replace a low beam bulb that costs less than $20.00. How stupid can GM get and what a ripoff to a long-time Buick owner? If I have to pay $250.00, I will never buy a GM product again.

I have a 2014 Buick Regal. This morning I took it to the dealer because there it was a message on the car regarding the power steering. They changed the car battery cause they said that was the reason of the message. I just want to let people know that I previously had a brand new Buick Lacrosse 2013 that I changed for this Regal and that it gave me the same problem with the battery in less than 2 years. Im not a mechanic specialist but how it is possible that 2 different brand new cars are exactly giving the same problem? It means that the manufacturer it is using a very low quality batteries on their cars to reduce their costs. I was thinking to buy a Lacrosse again but I will think it three. What a shame because I really like Buick. However, I recognize that the service at the dealer is extremely good. The guys over there are awesome, excellent attention. Thank you guys!

Frustrated and disappointed owner of a 2010 Buick Enclave CXL with 86,000.0
Frustrated and disappointed owner of a 2010 Buick Enclave CXL with 86,000.00 miles. I cannot begin to describe how awful my experience with Buick and this Enclave has been. Ive owned this vehicle for 3 years bought it used at 30,000 miles with full maintenance records including tune ups and oil changes. Since Ive had the vehicle I have experienced the following: I have been left stranded on the freeway 4 times with 3 small children ranging from ages 3 months of age to 5 years of age with the same recurring issue Reduced engine power. I kid you not, the vehicle begins to fail locks up and then shuts off. I cant begin to describe how incredibly dangerous and frightful that experience is of having your vehicle shut off on you while traveling at 50-70 miles an hour with small children in the vehicle. And to make matters worse its out of warranty so I have paid over 13,000.00 in repairs alone. At least once a year our beloved family car shuts off and leaves us stranded in an incredibly dangerous situation and all Buick can say is we are sorry, you have had such a negative experience with this vehicle. Maybe its just a bad batch, lets offer you a newer model. As delightful as that sounds its not something I cant afford to do when I have paid you in full for a vehicle that doesnt work. And these vehicles are not cheap. Yes its a beautiful vehicle and has great features such as on star, blue tooth, heated leather seats, full 3rd row, towing capabilities, wood trim and all the other bells and whistles but Ive spent more money than any consumer needs to pay for a newer vehicle with low mileage. Since May of 2013 Ive had the following issues, power steering failure, reduced engine power (yearly occurrence), replacing a water pump twice, fuel injectors twice and transmission issues and those AC failing on one side of the vehicle. My biggest concerns are Safety and Reliability, your vehicles are not safe. I am proof of that and I have all the towing documents and dealership repair receipts to prove it. When you hear Oh my goodness, you are all lucky to be alive from your own Buick service technicians and other customers when explaining to them why your car is not working and why you were walking in from a ride on a small and uncomfortable tow truck with 3, yes 3 small children in car seats... you might just want to reach out to your customer and offer them a replacement or reimbursement. This is not how I would handle my business, this is not the type of poor service or experience any customer should endure, especially a client who has been loyal and understanding and paid their vehicle on full. I hope this helps other very frustrated consumers like myself who do not plan on remaining silent while companies like Buick continue to make money and make mistakes that might one day cost us our lives.

My fiancee was driving the vehicle and the left front tire locked up causing her to lose control of the van until it unlocked itself. This has happened several times. We took it to the dealership at least three times trying to get it fixed. They tell us nothing can be done. This appears to be a common issue as I found hundreds of occurrences on the internet of this happening. I would really like to get this fixed before she or the entire family gets into a serious accident.

Was told it was ok. Drove 200 miles had same problem. Drove to closest Buick dealer, paid for another diagnostic. Was told it was ok. Drove 40 miles, same problem. Drove back to same dealer was told what the problem was. Same as the first diagnostic from OnStar. Had to order part. Finally repaired and drove home. Had to deal with Delco direct to get a partial refund for the battery.

I have a 2008 Buick Enclave, which I thought was the perfect mid-size SUV for my 3 children and I. Needing more space, I traded in a more reliable vehicle in order to purchase it. However, my vehicle has caused me nothing but grief and $$$. Today 6/2/15 I took it to the dealer again at Fremont Buick because my air conditioner stopped working about 3 weeks ago (I live in the place with the drought, California). I first reported hearing a hissing noise last December and was told that nothing was wrong, but they did say that I needed to replace my rack & pinion and that the right axle was leaking. I spent $1,000.00 on that repair. Come March, before a road trip to Southern CA from Northern CA, I took my vehicle in again to ensure that all was well (it would feel like the car wanted to cut off at random times and the hissing noise still was happening). I was told again that the boot axle was leaking and also to replace the same rack and pinion. Umm, I just had that repaired 3 months ago?! They assured me that it was under warranty and fixed it again, now for free claiming that it must have been a defective part sent. They also told me that my timing cover needed to be replaced and was leaking. I did not elect to have that work done and didnt even understand what that meant since they said I could indeed drive to San Diego fine. Now for todays repairs needed: Timing cover plus water pump (leaking) $3,200.00, rear evaporator (leaking) $1,140.00 and power steering rack $2,079.00 for a grand total of $6,419.00. I still owe about $12,000 on the car! I just sat at work fighting back the tears... What a waste of money? In addition, I kept all services/maintenance up to date and none of this is my fault. Its not even normal wear and tear on models from the last decade according to an outside mechanic. I did purchase my car certified pre-owned from the Chevrolet GM dealership. So I decide to google for recalls... none! Google for complaints/issues with Buick Enclave and I see that tons of owners are having the same 3 issues that I am having with my vehicle. Im sure that GM is aware but for us we all simply have lemons. I work hard for my money and am a divorced mother of 3... THIS IS UNFAIR!!! SOMEONE HELP ME. I cant afford $7,000.00 in repairs for a faulty design that is not my own fault. I called GM and was transferred to the rudest senior advisor who I then ended up complaining on to a different supervisor. Guess the rep that I was transferred to is beyond annoyed with us whining customers calling daily with our gripes about safety & expensive repairs. PLEASE HELP A.S.A.P. Today I paid $160.00 which was the fee for them to tell me what was wrong. As an adult woman, standing there paying at the cashier holding my three-year-old daughters hand, tears began to fall from my eyes. These are truly widespread issues and GM is doing nothing about it. In addition, there has been no media coverage whatsoever. They have to be exposed, for these vehicles are leaving entire families unsafe!

We bought the 2006 Buick Lucerne CXL 2.5 Years ago @ Taylor Automotive in Martin, TN. We drove it down the road for a test drive. I drove, didnt drive very far, possible 3 miles. The Car drove sorta good. We bought it. That Sunday night drove it to work, we worked 3rd shift. The Monday morning got in the car, it would not go into reverse. So, I put it back into park and got the rpms up. Then put the car into reverse. It went in gear. The next day Tuesday got the tires rotated. The car had new tires on it. The guy at Melvins Tire in Murray, KY said, Bobby these wheels are bent. So, I called Jermany @ Taylor Automotive. And told them. They replaced 2 wheels. Then later on I found out the car had the wrong battery on it. I emailed Jermany and told him. I Also took pictures and got on GMs website and called GM to confirm if it had the wrong battery on it. Jermany told me that it was the right battery but later on he retracted his words and told me the battery would be there Tuesday. Then the car kept on not going into gear, so I called GM and they told me to take it to the dealer. So, I did.Taylor Automotive said there was nothing wrong with the transmission. Which 2.5 years now it still doesnt go into gear right away. The dealer told me that the new Buicks did the same. I have a 1977 Chevy Nova, it will go into gear in any position. I bought one other wheel because Taylors would not replace it. There is still one more wheel which is bent. They are 17 wheels. I have it documented @ GM that all this is true. I will never buy a GM product. I am going to send one of the bent wheels to GM CEO so he knows what kind of the cars that Taylor Automotive is selling, being a GM dealership. I have more for later.

Bought a used 2012 Buick Enclave with just 60k miles on it. I was told it was a great safe family vehicle (by sales associate). 3 days after purchase the #2 injector failed and stranded us. We brought it back to dealership and they took it to Buick hall and had it repaired. A week later we were stranded again for the same issue (reduced power, smoking, fumes in car, stabilitrak alert all the same symptoms). This time we took it back to Buick hall and they said it was just an injector misfire, refused to replace it. We asked about recalls and they said there were none. A few weeks later all the same things happened and we called them. They wanted 200 to test fuel system, knowing we knew what the issue was, then said if it was in fact the injectors again its eight hundred per faulty injector. I have NEVER had so many issues with a vehicle in my life. We are a single income household with four young boys, we cant afford to shell out all this money and now we are stuck in an unsafe lemon that has stranded my family on the side up the road for this same issue several times since. Total of 6 months weve had this LEMON!!!

Second dealership has had car since first week of August with turbo part 30 to 60 days out. When I scheduled a routine oil change, the service writer recommended changing transmission fluid at 50000 miles. Three days after this was done, my transmission completely stopped. They persistently denied that the procedure caused the transmission failure or even that they should have seen the problem when doing the fluid work. They charged over 3600 for the new transmission on top of what I had already paid for the fluid. After I complained to GM about this, they contacted the dealers customer relations department. The decision was to refund half of the cost of the new transmission. The dealers representative said the refund was coming because I had been a good customer, still not admitting the obvious cause. The check was to be sent in about a week. Nearly three weeks have passed and no refund has been received. Please note this review concerns the above incident, not my overall satisfaction with my Buick. As far as I know, installation of the new transmission was successful.

I talked to the salesman. They got him a loaner car for Monday. They called me today and said there were no codes and they took it out to drive and everything is OK. Well its not OK for me. They have no idea whats wrong. The GM rep at the dealer told me the same thing Ive seen on other sites. No codes no problem it drives OK. Finally this car had 29 miles on it when bought it. I purchased a 2018 Regal TourX in August of 2018. On December 8th while parked the car was hit from behind. My hatch was damaged. That week the dealership requested parts. We received a call from the dealership stating that A new hatch was not available and there was no known date for delivery of the part. They asked if I wanted to have them bump out the dents and do a body and paint repair. I said no, it was a brand new car. I wanted the new part. I didn’t want to deal with corrosion down the road. The first of January the dealership called and suggested we escalate our problem to Buick Customer Service. We did. It took 2 weeks to speak to someone at customer service. She stated she would called me back within 3 business days. She didn’t. After 5 days I started calling her. I could not reach her. I left several messages over the next week and finally heard from a ‘Senior Care representative. She took the details again and said she would call me back in two days. She did not. After 3 I started calling her and leaving messages. I finally spoke with her after a few days and told her that I wanted to talk with someone higher up the chain than her. She said I could not speak with that person directly but she could. She said she would speak to him and then follow up with me within two business days. She did not. I called her and left messages. I finally spoke to her yesterday and she had this follow up information for me: the Manager she spoke with said I had been offered a repair at the dealership that was adequate and I chose not to take it. Because of that and the fact that this is not a warranty issue it’s not a high priority for Buick and they would not release a part from production for the repair. The part is on backorder indefinitely. We’ve owned 7 Buicks in the course of our marriage as well as 5 Pontiacs and a few Chevys. We build vehicles for the emergency rescue vehicle market. I can not imagine delivering a message like that to any customer. Buick, I am so disappointed in you.

I immediately took it off cruise control and the noise stopped. I reengaged cruise control and the noise started again. So I disengaged cruise and every time I tried to accelerate, that noise started again. I took the car to the dealer the next day, and was told that the turbocharger was gone. Then the bad news got worse. They told me there were no spare turbochargers in the country. They put it on national backorder and couldnt tell me when one would be available. After nearly a week, the dealer told me that they had made arrangements for a one-way rental which I would have to turn in when I got back home. They also told me that I could then rent another car until mine got fixed, and then they would ship it to me here in Maryland. They also told me I could submit the rental car bill to GM and MAYBE they would pay it. I decided to buy a new car instead, primarily because I had no idea how long I would be driving a rental car and there was no guarantee that GM would pay the bill. Now my brand new 2019 Encore is in the shop with a broken charge air plate. No idea how long it will take to get the part. Meanwhile Im in another rental. What happened to quality control??

I recently purchased a 2012 Buick LaCrosse AWD. I traded in a 2008 Chevrolet Impala LTZ. After driving the Buick for several months now, I wish I had the Impala back. The Buick is a beautiful car with a huge defect. GM has designed and programmed the 6-speed automatic transmission to shift at over 5,000 RPM. At the high RPM, the engine noise is very noticeable. Perhaps the worst effect is that the high RPM sucks gas and the car gets nowhere near the advertised mileage. The Buicks engine has as much, if not more power, than the Impala so the high shift points are completely unnecessary. They will result in higher engine and transmission wear, and they are killing the gas mileage. I am seeing growing complaints from other Buick LaCrosse owners, but when I contacted Buicks Customer Service about the problem, they blew me off saying the car is performing normal. They wouldnt admit the other complaints, and refuse to discuss any remedy. When entering the highway and accelerating to highway speed, the transmission only uses three of the six speeds before reaching the speed limit. I choked when I heard the new Chevrolet Cruze TV commercial say, With the 6-speed transmission, it allows for lower shift points. If this is the way GM is going to treat loyal customers, then its time for me to check out Toyota and Honda. I dont know how Buick avoided the Gas Guzzler Tax with this vehicle. Someone must have lied to EPA.

Its a older car but still my favorite and includes bluetooth radio and remote for the radio as well. It also includes sunroof and bigger engine a 455 big block. You can add a lot of things to the cars. They have a lot customizable features and can even change the sunroof style. 4 people is good enough. Its a family car. It can do anything you need to do with your average size family and has somewhat good gas mileage as well.

Buick comes pretty much standard with all that comes on ANY new car in this day and age. Electronic locks and windows, sleek, almost space time looking, nice four tires and rims, four-door sedan model with boot assist trunk for when your hands are full, looks incredible and we love it. There was plenty of room for 3 adults in back or 2 full-size car seats or boosters plus room in the middle for a third passenger.

I bought a 2003 Buick LeSabre from Faulkner Ford in Quakertown. It had 74,000 miles on it and I thought it would be a good used car. I didnt drive it right away due to car insurance problems. We took it on vacation and the air conditioner worked until we reached our destination. I couldnt take it in for service due to my work schedule. Once I took it in, they told me that the air compressor was cracked and leaked out all the freon. I believe they knew about this repair when they sold me the car. The repair is going to cost between $500 and $800. I looked around and cant afford to fix it since it was financed. I believe it was a deceptive deal. They sold the car advertising that it had air conditioning when in reality it didnt. I was furious. I talked to the service department and also the sales manager trying to get them to do the repair. I have a warranty but of course, it doesnt cover those repairs.

We are NOT off to a good start with Buick! My wife just purchased a brand new Buick Encore, and her A/C failed completely on the first day of ownership! Ironically, one of the reasons we went with Buick was because of the supposed excellent reliability of the brand, as indicated by what we read on the internet (J.D. Powers, etc.). They always try to provide the best looking and the most up-to-date features that come with their vehicles. And the quality is amazing. Also, I am satisfied that my vehicle is all the features that it does have to offer. Vehicle that I bought is very roomy, and has enough room for at least up to six passengers. I have a 2010 Buick Enclave. It recently started having steering issues at low speeds. I took it to my local repair shop and recommended a rack assembly replacement. It did not fix the issue. I did some research and found that Buick has been problems with this issue. I took my car back to the repair shop and they looked and found that there was a special coverage adjustment for this. It extended the coverage for 10 years or 150,000 miles. They say they will pay for the expenses if they have already been done. I was told I was mailed a recall in 2014, which I did not. This was about the time I purchased the car used. The representative had my mailing address as MA not MS. Then said it was MS.Bottomline, they refuse to pay for it, saying my deadline was 2015 and I should have taken it to a dealer. I had no knowledge there was a recall (even though it had been in dealer earlier in year) and did not have issues until late 7/2016. If I did, why would I take it to a local repair shop. Guess the 10 year extension really does not mean the paper it is printed on. The local dealer would not even attempt to help with getting a refund, even though on page 14 it says they should help. Not please with the Buick family with my first Buick. Likely to be last due to this.

I want to enjoy my car. Now there is a chirping noise when my a/c is on and I put it in reverse and accelerate. Dealership doesnt know. They thought it was the alternator, and replaced it! We recently bought a 2017 Buick Encore and the first time it reached about 115 degrees my acceleration became nil. Id press down from a stop light and the car would barely move (1000 miles on it then). Then coming home from work my wife was getting on the freeway, she pushed down, hardly did anything, had to punch it. When she did it moved, but the AC turned off altogether. We contacted Buick about this problem (acceleration) and they said put higher octane gas in it, it might solve the problem. REALLY!!! Come to find out after many phone calls that the Turbo in the Buick Encore cant take the higher temps and will hesitate badly when pushing down on the gas. Theyre working on it so they say.Ive even spoken with people in Detroit who say the Engineers are working to find a solution. Yet, they are still selling these cars without telling anyone of the consequences. I believe the Engineers and top Exec knew of this problem and just told the dealers to sell them anyway. We will never buy a Buick again. In closing let me say that many dont realize how many days over 100 degrees we have in AZ, NV, CA, TX and a few other states. Last year we had 99 days over 100 degrees. This year is expected to be more and yet even at 100 or 105 this car acts up. The other thing many dont realize is that here in AZ like many other western states our humidity is only about 5-15% most of the time. Thats extremely Dry and means that Sun is hotter. We dont have any moisture in the air to speak of. This is very telling on the cars and people. This is why Buick needs to DO SOMETHING NOW!!!

I dont know how well those guys have road tested the 2011 Lacrosse v6 with the 18 wheels before they put it into production, but I can tell you they did not do a good job. I am one of the unlucky owners of the 2011 Lacrosse and I am completely disappointed with this supposed luxury vehicle. The main culprit is the terrible road noise coming from the wheels. On any surface that is slightly rougher than completely smooth asphalt, the noise is very excessive. We compared the road noise with a 2002 very used Nissan Altima and found noise in the Lacrosse to be much worse. Especially on any metal junctions, such as the bridges and overpasses, and on rough cement or asphalt surfaces, the tires sound as though someone was hitting the vehicle with a hammer on the metal joints and there is that overwhelming low frequency noise like a plane flying in close proximity on gravel and other rough surfaces. The tire noise is the same on all the 2011 Lacrosses with the 18 rims. The other problem is the exhaust. The two mufflers sound like a boom box at very low rpms. We plugged one up to test where the noise comes from and found the car 50% quieter. Apparently the other muffler is just for the looks and does not serve the purpose that it was designed for; that is, muffling the noise. I did not have a chance to see if you did anything about the tire noise on the 2012 models, but I did see that they did something with the exhaust system. I am a dissatisfied owner and will most likely never buy any GM product again. I have contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but to no avail. I only wanted them to put the17 wheels on, which are much better suited for this type of vehicle. I hope no one else gets fooled like me. I have read many reports by the owners on the web, I guess they must be deaf.

I purchase my 2017 Buick Verano April 29, 2017 from Hanlee Hilltop Buick in Richmond, CA. The vehicle had under 40 miles on it when I purchase, so I felt that it was a brand new vehicle and with the deal it was great. My problems with the vehicle started in August 2017. I went out to start my vehicle one morning and it would not turn over. All my lights and radio came on when I turned the key. I called roadside service to give me a jump start and the vehicle turned over. I took the vehicle back to the dealership to get looked at and the mechanic stated that nothing wrong with the vehicle. The vehicle started up and I drove off. After that incident my vehicle start acting up again on November 23, 2017.This time the vehicle wouldnt arm and I had to lock it from the inside. November 24, 2017 the vehicle wouldnt start again. So my vehicle was towed to Lehmers Concord Buick since theyre closer to me. Concord stated that they checked my vehicle thoroughly and they couldnt find anything wrong with the vehicle. December 13, 2017 my vehicle would not start, Buick roadside came out and jumpstart my vehicle. So as of right now Im fed up, Im having more problems with this brand new vehicle. The mechanic specialist at the dealership cannot find the issue. Buick roadside service had to come out multiple times to jumpstart my vehicle or tow. Also my neighbors or family members would jump my vehicle. The service department ask me all the time, are you leaving anything on in the vehicle? No, Im not. If I was, its a new vehicle why is it shutting down. I had problem in Feb. 2018, end up getting an jump from a neighbor. My vehicle is still under warranty and Im afraid that they going find whatever is wrong with the vehicle after my warranty has expire. The wouldnt start on June 10, 2018 at a family event after the vehicle sat for five hours. I had to get a jump from a family member. Again, on June 16, 2018 went out to the vehicle after shopping with my daughter for a couple hours and the vehicle wouldnt start. I took the vehicle to Buick on June 18, 2018. They again look at my vehicle thoroughly and reset some things. Vehicle was running good for almost a month.July 13, 2018 about 1140 pm I was leaving an event went to start my vehicle and it wouldnt start. I sat on OnStar for three in half hours to try to get someone to tow the vehicle to Buick in Richmond or Concord. I end in Richmond around 430 am on Saturday and had to catch Uber from Richmond to Antioch. My vehicle was left on the streets cause Buick didnt have no open drop off location with a situation like this nor a drop box for keys. I went back to the dealership Saturday morning about 9 am. I was told that its nothing they can do to my car until Thursday or Friday of the following week. My vehicle would have to stay on the street until Monday morning. As of today Im trying to use the Buick roadside assist to tow my vehicle from the Buick in Richmond to Concord. Thats hassle, I spoke with a young man at Buick roadside and he stated that someone will give me a call within four hours due to my situation. No callback! I called this morning and received a little help, still waiting for the call back about my tow from Richmond to Concord. Im going have to take further action, cause I know Buick most likely not going to let me out of the contract. THIS VEHICLE IS A LEMON!!!

Check engine light came on with major loss of power and hesitation. After three times turning off ignition, computer reset. Took the auto to a Buick dealership in Buford, GA and was told to bring back when light on. When back in Mass went on internet and found accelerator control light and traction control caused by moisture in connector junction. Mechanic found moisture in junction box and applied fix recommended by Buick tech order - moisture remover and covering tape. Under drizzle and fog condition, problem reoccurred. Suspect this is a manufacturing engineering problem - junction box in wrong location (over strut) allows road spray to be kicked up from wheels causing condition to reoccur during wet road conditions. Why hasnt Buick corrected this problem?

Initially you would be blown away. Its so luxurious and comfy inside. Great features. Seems high end. STOP! Dont let that fool you like it did me. Dont believe my review. Just google complaints with Buick Enclaves and thousands of consumers have the same complaints as me. The transmission and powertrain needed to be replaced. Was stuck on highway out of town several times with transmission, powertrain, and StabiliTrak problems. The SUV decelerated to less than 10mph many times on the road... DANGEROUS. That check engine light stayed on. I took it to many many mechanics who could not fix it. Buick wants you to pay to just replace the whole thing... thousands of dollars. If I didnt have an initial extended warranty I wouldve been out $3k when it 1st happened on natl highway. The wave plate needed to be replaced then. The valves and hoses constantly break and leak and need replacing. I have spent thousands out of pocket as a teacher and single momma. This car is a money pit! Beautiful, spacious. Comfy, but you will never be able to relax! Passenger airbag light is on and rear backup alert is on. The airbag alone in a passenger seat 800. For what you pay for the luxury car, you might as well drive a cheap car that gives you no problems. GMC wont recall these terrible engine and transmission problems either though they know about it and many consumers complain about it. Rip off. They should spank themselves! They deserve 1 star.

Stalling and not starting of 97 buick lesabre - I have watched the recalls
Stalling and not starting of 97 buick lesabre - I have watched the recalls and saw that they go back as far as my year but not the model. My one owner 97 was purchased from a Buick dealership 3 yrs ago with only approx.117,000 miles. I figured was going to last until I quit driving as Im 66. In the first 5 miles I drove, the check engine light came on. My sister who got the car for me was adamant it was fine when she drove home and dew places trying it out. She had to have them replace the battery before she got it. We took to a garage where the gas cap was replaced and the man said that was probably all it was. Light went off till filled up next day to return back to me home...right back on, was running fine so ignored it, drove 225 miles home. About 2 months later after having auto parts house check codes went off. Stayed about 1 month. The next time came on, different code showed up. Had towed in to shop after wouldnt start and they kept 2 days, said couldnt find anything wrong. Week later stranded me a second time ..so after waiting about 20 min it started up. Got home...son looked, checked all wires etc...said didnt see a problem. I drove back 225 miles. Back in July, got there - had to have water pump replaced and the air quit working on. Hi fan only works on med. Now for 3 yrs I have had nothing but problems. Replaced starter because after having to bump start to try get going, it went out. Wires plugs all small stud trying to fix, nothing has worked. The car cut completely off while going down highway at 55, 6 months after got it. Now happens about once every few weeks, nothing works at all. Cant steer and so afraid someone will hit me trying to get off road. This car is only transportation I have and on fixed income. Cant afford another one, still owe my sister about 1000 dollars on it. She pd $3500.00 at Buick dealership in Statesville N.C for it. She just recently had to replace thermostat and needs serpentine belt which I have but not on yet. The other thing is the not starting when you drive. Make a stop or 2 then wont crank....have to wait at least 12 - 15 min. Sometimes you get lucky and it started. Most of time you have a cycle 1st try 12 min....2nd, wait 15 - 20 more min, then wait full 20 min again. Usually 3rd time after waiting up to as much as an hour she cranks...but has had to be let sit in yard at home for several hours before will start. This is serious and needs to be addressed, this car is dangerous and needs to be on the switch problem recall. Im at my wits end with nothing to fix it with. Yes it was a used car but supposedly according to your dealership was a heck of a car. Nothing but worry and problems, since Ive had it Im stuck. Please help me before I become one of your GM statistics.

I purchased a 2011 Buick Enclave with 35,000 miles on it a year and a half ago. First 3 months I had it the transmission went and needed new brakes. Its been in dealership 2 more times with a squeaking noise that steering wheel makes. Both times I was told it was fine. Now its back at the dealership because it suddenly wouldnt start. When I finally got it started a message appeared stating that engine only has half power. Not to mention that as you are slowing down from a speed of about 50 mph the front end feels like it is skipping. Guess I will be told that is nothing either. Each time I am without my vehicle for days. Guess I should have kept my Honda Pilot.

Purchased Buick Lacrosse 2010, not thirty days in, the power begins to slow down at 23 to 24 miles. Take to dealers, they charge me 115.00 to tell me it may be my air filter and may need throttle body induction. Now in my mind, youre a Buick dealership and you have no clue of whats wrong. And Im forced to pay for that information. My check engine light comes on soon as I left, I call back. They tell me they will charge me 150.00 to put a machine under my trunk switch that advance auto uses for free to read me the codes. It is because Im a woman or dealerships are heading to hell in a hand basket. Signed dont trust ideal Buick.

I purchased my 2011 Buick Regal CXL Turbo October 2013. There has been multiple issues with this car, ALL electrical. The signals and headlights continues to blow and I had to change my battery twice in 2 years. I really like the idea of purchasing an American made car but this car is going to bankrupt me. I am now dealing with a blown fuse. GM had really failed with this vehicle. I ran into a lady with this make/model vehicle and she is experiencing the same issues. GM really needs to be held responsible for this. I have all of my receipts for service and with this vehicle, something has to be done!

I was able to customize the vehicle to my specific needs, and not have ones that were not ideal. The cars are sleek, modern, and stylish. Theyre also very ideal and comfortable. The Buick Enclave for my family of six has given me nothing but problems. My check engine light would stay on majority of the time. It use to sound like something up under the vehicle was loose because it would rattle really badly. Whenever you started the truck up, it would make a loud roaring sound and grinding when making a left hand turn. My heat/air went out. All of the warning signals began lighting up. My front driver tire would always go low; but I was told by the dealership that the passenger back tire sensor needed to be replaced. The list goes on and on, but now it has been inoperable and parked in front of my garage since May 4, 2017. I had just got the vehicle used from a car lot; that had just purchased it from the dealership next door to them that morning. The downside was that it was purchased AS IS and with no extended warranty. The worst part is that it was purchased to replace a car that I had just lost, due to a total loss of being in an accident where I was not the at fault driver. I went months without a vehicle after being forced to turn in the rental. Now, my family has to endure being without a running vehicle now for almost a year. It is extremely unethical on GMs part because they were already aware of many of their plethora of models/years before they even started. Now, my family has been going in debt to pay for a vehicle that we cannot drive. I have been forced to turn down temp jobs because the strain of lack of multiple public transit routes not coinciding with job schedules. Most people in social media groups have been bragging about at last getting rid of their money pit vehicles. I wish that was even an option for me. However, if I was even able to afford to get it fixed, I would still be taking a major loss with the $4000 that I put down plus the loan payments that we are currently still making in addition to when I was still making full coverage insurance payments. That could have been going towards the loan payments, repairs, or even another vehicle.

The Buick Enclave is a new SUV, and we love it. Weve never had an SUV before, and this new car rides so well. It has Bose audio, great visibility and wi-fi for my tablet, which is truly great when on a long trip. It averages 20 mpg in town and more than 26 mpg on the highway. However, it doesnt have on windshield graphics that tell you how fast you are going. We have that on our LeSabre, and its a real safety feature. There are several models of Buick including models from luxurious to very economical and from small to large. The distinct look of the buick vehicles can be identified by an emblem containing four objects and four or five openings on both sides of the hood which covers the engine compartment. There are also a lot of upgrade and personalization options available including types of engines and body styles and safety features. Many of the features that come standard are tire pressure checks, compass indicators and radios. In my Buick Lucerne it is difficult to get three passengers in the front seat because of the console between the driver seat and the passenger seat, but there is ample room for 3 people in the back seat and there is a very large luggage compartment.

I purchased my 2021 Buick Encore on 7/29/21 with only a few miles on it. In less than 2 months, I have paint chipping off the hood of the vehicle. I went to the dealership who said that it must be rocks or maybe I hit something. I drove the same route to and from work for the last 3 years in my previous vehicle, a BMW 328i and never had problems like this. Also the last area that has begun chipping off started after the Encore was washed and while I was wiping the water off with a soft towel. The paint just began chipping off. The dealership stated to me on 9/22/21 that they werent sure if it would be covered under the warranty. Unbelievable! I chose to purchase a GM product due to my dad being a retired GM employee and my sister a 36-year employee of GM. They offer a wide variety of options for cars and SUVs and even on the same models the options the cars come with vary vastly! Many dealerships carry this brand in both new and used so you are able to choose where you want to buy your car while still having options. I own a 2010 Buick Regal that is gray with leather interior. It came with navigation and xm radio. It gets great gas mileage while still looking classy and modern. You are able to add custom rims and tint to make it your own as well as navigation and DVD capabilities. Heated seats are also an awesome customizable option. The back seat in this car is big making it easy to easily fit 3 people comfortable or even 3 car seats without issue. This is really great for a smaller car! You can fit 5 comfortably in the car. It also has a large trunk to make traveling an easy and enjoyable experience.

I purchased a used 2006 Buick Lacrosse in August 2014. It had just under 32,000 miles on it. With so few miles on it I thought it would be like driving a new car. I took it for a very short test drive and bought it. What a mistake. All the lights on the dash go dim, off and on all the time. Also, this week in the space around the odometer I get the message ice. Also, with the heater and air conditioner, it pauses if you change the settings at all. Ive never had this happen with any car Ive ever owned. The comfort level of this Buick is terrible. When you go over a manhole cover, brick road, railroad track, or uneven pavement, you feel every little bump. I also dont like the fact that the windows are so much smaller than all my previous Buicks. If I were to ever need to crawl out of one it would be impossible as they sit much higher up than in the other Buicks Ive owned. When I am merging onto the highway I really have to punch the gas to get up to speed. With my Park Avenue and LeSabre I could just push a little harder on the gas and be at speed very quickly. The gas mileage on this car is also terrible. Im lucky to get 20 to 21 mpg in town and 26 to 27 on the highway. With the Park Avenue I got 26 to 28 in town and 38 on the highway. If you have any walking problems and lean against this car, you can hear the molding move. This car is like being in a tin can. This will be the last Buick I ever buy.

There are thousands of complaints on the 2008/2009 Enclave on several blogs & forums. Since this was my first time actually purchasing a car I went with various updates. I purchased a brand new 2016 Buick Encore end of August. I had issues with the car when driving under 40 mph where it would appear to cut out or shift hard. I had researched and found where other people had the issue and it went away a few thousand miles. Then in November at 3500 miles, it happened going down the highway at 50 mph and threw me forward in the car. Then once coming to a stop, I was unable to move in reverse, it made an awful sound and would not move. It would still go in drive but again cut out heavily. The car was towed to the dealer for repair.I am now told that the tool needed to repair my transmission was just ordered last week, over two weeks of having my car, that the tool would not be received until the end of December or first part of January. I am disappointed that GM would not approve for a complete transmission replacement as opposed to repair. I purchased the car loaded with every feature and I am most upset how long I am being deprived from the car.
