The Cadillac Motor Car Division is a division of the American automobile manufacturer General Motors Company that designs and builds luxury vehicles. Its major markets are the United States, Canada, and China. Cadillac models are distributed in 34 additional markets worldwide.

Cadillac's first entrant into the luxury electric vehicle market will be the Lyriq SUV, which offers sharp styling and a modern cabin. Cadillac says that both single-motor rear-wheel drive and dual-motor all-wheel drive models will be offered, and that its new SUV will have a driving range of more than 300 miles. The Lyriq has been designed from the ground up and will ride on General Motors' new scalable battery architecture; the company claims a low center of gravity and a spacious cabin as benefits of the dedicated EV-architecture. The Lyriq should be on sale sometime in early 2022 as a 2023 model.

Product Reviews:

I love Cadillac and the style, innovation, how it feels to drive. All around class and statement of character. It’s the only car I’ve driven the last 10 years.

I purchased a Cadillac ATS in April 2014. Within one month it developed an extreme odor from the ventilation system. Went to the dealer in July 2014. They minimized the odor, it returned with a vengeance. In July I had my 4th visited where they implemented a Service Bulletin for the odor. Apparently there are many people with stinky Cadillacs. Within 2 weeks the odor returned worse than ever. I called the dealer and they advised they would contact Cadillac Engineering. I wrote to Cadillac who sounded sympathetic, but no real response for a remedy to my extreme problem. The problem comes from mold forming in the ventilation system. I am concerned about potential health issues as the air is very bad. Has anyone else had the same problem where Cadillac made a successful repair?

There are lots of Cadillac models. However I was only shown large models and SUVs. There was a nice large car, a few Coupes and the Escalade, which is an SUV and what I choose. There were some models with wi-fi and rear mounted cameras so that a person can see what's behind them as they back up. There were some with GPS and SiriusXM satellite radio, leather interior and natural wood grain panels. Then I was able upgrade to get a more durable stitching so that the seats would last longer, a rear facing camera, wi-fi and an extra row of seats in the back that is removable. The original model was capable of seating 6 comfortably. I opted for the removable back row because I shop at Sam's and usually need the extra room.

Do not ever buy a Cadillac. I am on my second SRX, the first was totaled and was the standard model 2011. I upgraded to a 2015 and was excited about the luxury features. Heritage Cadillac in Cobb County sold me a vehicle with a frozen CUE screen and luckily I caught it and they replaced it immediately the day after I drove it off the lot. Then I slowly realized my headlights weren't working properly over the following months. They seemed too "dim" but they were on. Finally after the second time somebody almost hit me at night I knew something was amiss. I googled and sure enough, lawsuits and complaints! I will never buy another GM car and I am beyond disgusted that a dealership would knowingly sell me a car with faulty parts without disclosing the information beforehand! I cannot WAIT to get in on this headlight class action lawsuit! Buyer Beware! Once GM agrees to pay for these lights I'm getting them fixed and trading it in for a Mercedes!

Cadillac offers a variety of different appearances when it comes to its vehicles. They range from an everyday looking vehicle to standing out among all others. Models range from small compact size vehicles to luxurious SUV's to trucks. They are reliable and safe and have multiple different options to add on to your vehicle. They have numerous upgrades possible including but not limited to sunroof, tinted windows, surround sound, lifted vehicles, touch screen navigation/stereo system, built-in DVD player in back seats, and many more. They have LED lights that make them look brighter than other makes and models. As for standard features Cadillac offers more standard features than most other makers have. Navigation system comes standard in almost every vehicle. You can also personalize Cadillac in almost any way possible. Passenger capacity ranges from two passengers to as many as 8 passengers in the Cadillac Escalade. For the Escalade, it has a 3rd seat that is removable and can seat an additional three people. Anything you're looking for you can find at Cadillac.

Cadillac had a lot of selections of cars to choose from. I was really impressed with the amount of inventory they could fit in a showroom. They have good sales people, too. They will let you upgrade the heck out of the car just as long as you have the money for them. You can do it all if you want to spend. I knew the car was upgraded but the features were great and I could not believe it had so many different bells and whistles. You can also fit a lot of things and people in this car. It is quite roomy.

I have had the same issues as all other owners with the CUE screen freezing up, as you run out of the warranty. Starts off as a small area won't work and then all of a sudden the screen is frozen and nothing you touch on it responds. Hard reset doesn't work and so on. GM knows about the issue and will not issue any recalls on them. Cadillac owners are left to fend for themselves, and costly bills to rectify the issue.

Cadillac is a very classic and sleek car. It's very smooth to drive and really the safest car I ever bought. These car are always roomy and it's great for large families. You never feel squished and uncomfortable and never have to go to a rest stop to stretch your legs. It's always a relaxed drive. I also like the inside and stereo. You are able to customize your car as they have many option available for you to choose from which is great way to express yourself. I love the brand. It's not as pricey as other cars and I can't recommended it enough.

Took my 2010 Cadillac SRX 81,000 miles. Dealership said I need new Timing Chain. The Chain has been stretched out of place. $1900.00 dollars to repair. GM has to know they have a problem with the Timing Chain on these vehicles. Talked with local repair shop who has seen the same problems with at least one other SRX. What a lousy car, will never buy another American made vehicle.

Bought a Cadillac XT5 in December. Been in the shop 4 times for the same problem. According to the dealer there's no fix available till sometime in May. The vehicle falls under the Missouri lemon law. Dealership trying its best to help us. District manager/gm being difficult to deal with. Called owner assistance. Now we wait. Worst car we ever bought. Wife afraid to drive it. Please note this is the 3rd caddy we have owned and our last one ever...
