2022 Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio

The Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio is the high-performance version of the Giulia sedan, designed for enthusiasts seeking exhilarating driving dynamics and track-ready performance. It offers several unique features that set it apart from the standard Giulia models:

Engine: The Giulia Quadrifoglio is powered by a Ferrari-derived 2.9-liter twin-turbocharged V6 engine, producing an impressive 505 horsepower and 443 lb-ft of torque. This engine is mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters.

Performance: With its powerful engine and lightweight construction, the Giulia Quadrifoglio can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.8 seconds and has a top speed of 191 mph, making it one of the fastest sedans in its class.

Chassis Dynamics: The Quadrifoglio model features an advanced chassis with performance-tuned suspension, Alfa Romeo's Active Suspension system, and an Alfa DNA Pro Drive Mode Selector with Race mode, allowing drivers to optimize performance for different driving conditions.

Carbon Fiber Components: To reduce weight and improve performance, the Giulia Quadrifoglio incorporates carbon fiber components such as the hood, roof, front splitter, rear spoiler, and drive shaft.

Active Aero Splitter: The Quadrifoglio features an active front splitter that adjusts its position based on speed and driving conditions to optimize aerodynamics and improve stability at high speeds.

Carbon Ceramic Brembo Brakes: For superior stopping power and fade resistance, the Quadrifoglio comes standard with carbon ceramic Brembo brakes, providing exceptional braking performance on the track and the road.

Performance Seats: The Quadrifoglio features bolstered performance seats with Alcantara inserts and carbon fiber trim, providing excellent support and comfort during spirited driving.

Quadrifoglio Badge: The Quadrifoglio model is distinguished by its iconic Quadrifoglio badge, which symbolizes Alfa Romeo's racing heritage and performance excellence.

Active Driver Assistance Features: Despite its focus on performance, the Giulia Quadrifoglio also offers advanced driver assistance features such as adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning, blind-spot monitoring, automatic emergency braking, and more, enhancing safety and convenience.

Track-Ready Package: Alfa Romeo offers an available Track Package for the Giulia Quadrifoglio, which includes performance upgrades like carbon fiber Sparco racing seats, a carbon fiber steering wheel with integrated shift lights, and a Harman Kardon premium audio system.

Overall, the Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio offers an exhilarating combination of Italian style, high-performance engineering, and advanced technology features, making it a top contender in the luxury sports sedan segment.

Their overpriced STELVIO 2019 13k miles let me down twice already for battery related problems. Electrical needed 2 trips to the garage and is still not working. Paint coming off the bumper and fuel van deforming. 1 day waiting and counting for being rescued after another electrical fail. 7 phone calls to an indifferent customer service could not spare me from waiting such a long time .... and that would be a Premium brand ? Alfa Romeo ... all show and no go,

I bought a new Stelvio Milano Editzione in September 2019.In May 2021 the brake pad warning light illuminated at 8,500 miles.Given the mileage, I assumed it was a fault with the warning light. When I took the car to my nearest dealer I was informed that the rear discs were heavily worn and pitted and that the rear pads had less than 1mm of friction material left. They also confirmed that they wouldnt be covered under the cars 5 year warranty which had been a key consideration in my buying process. The replacement cost was 575.I asked them to clarify why the rear pads and discs were effectively destroyed after only 8,500 miles, while the fronts - which do the bulk of the stopping - were virtually brand new. They were unable to provide an answer. As I needed the car back, I paid the repair bill and kept the displaced discs and pads for the inevitable argument. After contacting Alfa Romeo UK and eventually threatening them with court action, they agreed in writing on the 4th June to cover the replacement cost of the discs and 50% of the pads, amounting to 430.I provided them with my bank details on the 5th June.On the 6th July I had still not received the refund so emailed them again. On the 8th July I received a reply confirming that my refund would be made within 28 days.Perhaps predictably, this didnt happen.I therefore emailed them again on the 6th August which generated a call back to tell me they couldnt find a director to sign off my refund.I spent 50,000 with Alfa Romeo, yet after two months they apparently cant rustle up a 430 refund, as promised in writing???After a further month of getting the runaround but no money, Im now at the point where I feel I have no choice but to recover the monies via the courts.Alfa, I love my Stelvio. It does everything I want. its practical; quick; good in snow; and other than the brakes, has been utterly faultless. However what you laughingly refer as a premium brand customer service, truly stinks. So sad.
