A continuously-variable transmission (CVT) with paddle shifters is standard, but the 2023 Integra will also be offered with a 6-speed manual transmission. Manual cars also get a helical limited-slip differential. 2023 Acura Integra The Integra will be sold in base, A-Spec Package, and A-Spec with Technology Package configurations. All three get Acura's Integrated Dynamics System with Comfort, Normal, and Sport drive modes. The A-Spec with Technology Package gets a 9.0-inch touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, and a 5.3-inch head-up display. A 16-speaker ELS Studio 3D audio system with two headliner-mounted speakers is also available in place of the standard 8-speaker system. 2023 Acura Integra Like other Acura models, the Integra gets AcuraWatch driver-assist features, including automatic emergency braking, traffic sign recognition, adaptive cruise control, and active lane control. Blind-spot monitors and rear cross-traffic alerts are standard as well, while the A-Spec with Technology Package adds front and rear parking sensors and front and rear automatic emergency braking. Acura didn't quote fulling pricing, but said the Integra will start at around $30,000 when it arrives at dealerships this spring. Customers can put down a $500 refundable fee to reserve an Integra, and the first 500 reservation holders will be able to claim an Integra NFT. Vehicle assembly will take place in Marysville, Ohio, making this the first Integra built in the U.S. Engines will be sourced from the Anna Engine Plant, also located in Ohio.

I purchased my 2006 Acura TL on 7/13/12. When I purchased my vehicle, I was told some issues were fixed with it regarding brakes and computer. I was told everything was fixed. I was also told by Rich that the salesperson would show me how to use my navigation and pair my phone to my car via bluetooth. As far as the bluetooth issue, the salesperson tried to help me pair it to the car. But the bluetooth asked for a code that the original owner setup and no one knew it. They said they would try to contact the original owner. I have been waiting since I purchased the vehicle. Today, I spoke to Rich in person about my issue (who has not returned any of my phone calls) who is the sales manager and he told me in a rude way, I am not fixing it. I spent over $2,000 in that car to get the lights off and that is your problem, not mine. And he said this after I told him the vehicle was advertised that it has bluetooth and I wanted it fixed. I told him I was going to make a complaint and he said that isnt going to do anything. As far as the check engine light issue, that car has been to Acura three times within the past three weeks. The last time, I dropped it off which was the 3rd time on approximately around 6/28/12 to fix the engine light issue and to do an alignment. I was then told the light has something to do with the computer and the brakes which I was promised was fixed before I bought the car. They gave me a loaner and I was told it should only take about 2 or 3 days. Then, I was promised that car would be done on 7/5/12 and it still wasnt. And when I picked it up today on 7/9/12, I have different lights on and my VSA (Vehicle Stability Assist) lights are on and are not working. The salesperson apologized and said he would get with the service manager Carl who I spoke to multiple times and made promise when my car would be finished and was not. Right now, I am very disappointed on how a luxury dealer treats their customers and not take ownership of their issues. I want my car fixed without waiting a week and my bluetooth unlocked.

I own a 2015 Acura MDX that is the months old and it has less than 4000 miles. I was driving down the highway early morning when suddenly I heard a loud boom (sounded like a shotgun). I looked around to see if someone had a flat tire but there were no other cars in sight. All of a sudden I heard loud wind noise and felt pieces of glass all over me. I even suffered some scratches on my hand and on my head. Thats when I realized that my sunroof had exploded. There were no other vehicles in sight that could have caused the damage plus the moonroof had exploded upwards. I have contacted several dealers, also called Acura customer relations but no luck. Ive find some research to find out that Acuras have had this issue on most of their vehicles. Acura doesnt want to assume any liability and wont pay for the repairs.

Acura offers affordable luxury models in sedans and crossovers. The TL, the RDX are some of the more popular models they offer. I bought the TSX, which isnt as popular but handles well, came with the standard Acura warranty, spacious interior, and climate control seating. The appearance is sporty. Something that would turn heads on a crowded street. The exterior is smoke grey with a black leather interior. Very impressive. The features are top notch, blue tooth link to cell phone, climate control seating, back up camera, etc. My car seats up to 5 adults comfortably. Some of the other models, in particular the RDX and some Sport Utility models can seat up to 8 adults comfortably.

My Acura MDX drives very smooth and has excellent gas mileage. It has wonderful features which assists in driving. The seats are super comfortable and have warmers or coolers in them. It has a great entertainment package which is great for my backseat passengers. It has great sound and I was worried I would have to replace the factory speakers, but it works and sounds great. But I wish there were more functions on the steering wheel to control everything, including volume, bluetooth functions, etc. The power windows could be a little faster when going down or up too.

The Acura car works well with great quality including technology and runs fast. It has a lot more experience and it is also expensive, but its worth it. The appearance is amazing and they run in different colors. And dont get me started with the features. Theyre really creative!!! Their upgrade and personalization options are okay. However, I feel this is not their best decision or choice but they can do much better. But basically, great quality and compansive. The passenger seat feels just right. Its very comfortable and I feel secure right in place. Good job.

Leather seats, heated seats, GPS, moon roof, 6 disc player, power windows, power locks, automatic and manual 6 cylinder, rides smooth, radio sounds really good and loud. Acura is generally a good looking car and it gets a lot of compliments and its not that bad in the snow. The passenger capacity holds about the driver which is 1 and then the passenger up front is 1 then the back holds at least three people so the car holds about five people.

I purchased a 2019 Acura RDX. EPA standards, it should receive 22 city/27 highway. I have curtailed my driving to TRY and get anything higher than 22 and am not able to achieve it. My commute is 30% city and 70% free traveling highway, so I should easily be able to consistently achieve 22. Currently, sitting at 20. I have read a ton of reviews and anyone that pays attention is complaining about the same misrepresentation of the MPG. Also, the Android Auto was a part of my sales pitch in November 2018. Its mid-January 2019 and its still not released.

I leased a new 2018 Acura ILX, with 20 miles on the car. Drove home, and fitting and finish is below average at best. No spare tires, very cheap. After 2 weeks. the fuel gauge is still at full level, added a tank full of gas, well, it still shows full :-), contacted Acura client service, they suggest to tow the car to dealer for repair, called dealer, told to local Honda dealer for help? Dont lease Acura ILX like me, because I have to drive around to dealer, waste all the miles and plus the time to get a new car fixed. The car is louder, rough at low speed and they want 30000 dollars for it. Is this what Acura has become?

We purchased a new Bellanova White 2015 Acura TLX in June. We noticed that there were runs and pits or dimples in the paint in several areas of the car. After contacting the dealer, they took the car in to repair the paint run. The service manager took pictures and sent them to the Regional Rep who approved repainting the runs, but since a camera could not pick up the pits, the Rep said that he would have to personally inspect the vehicle. The service manager told us that his staff would inspect the entire vehicle and he sent it out to have the runs and pits repainted. After having our car for about 2 months, the pits in the paint are still not fixed by the dealer. The regional rep, who was scheduled to personally inspect our car on Oct 20, 2015 cancelled the viewing and to our knowledge has never seen the vehicle. We have contacted the Acura corporate office and they notified us that Acura will not take any responsibility for the pitting/dimples in the paint and they dont consider it a defect. BUYER BEWARE!!! Our only option at this time is to report this matter to the State Attorney General and apply for a solution through the states Lemon Law. My wife and I have owned 8 Hondas/Acuras since the 80s including 1 new RSX and 3 new TLs/TLX. This is the most disappointing new car, or used car purchase either of us have ever experienced. As I said earlier, BUYER BEWARE!

I purchased a new 2014 Acura RDX with all-wheel drive and technology package from Apple Tree Acura in July 2013. The dashboard has slowly warped where it meets the windshield and has a dip or sag about 6 inches long and inch deep. The Apple Tree service manager as well as the factory representative determined that the problem is a characteristic of the RDX, that there is no fix and they will not attempt to repair or replace under warranty. They have admitted that my dashboard is the worst they have seen, but all RDXs have this characteristic to some degree. I believe this is a flaw and it should be repaired under factory warranty. A $40,000 vehicle should not have a sagging dashboard as a normal characteristic. It certainly was not sagging when I purchased the car. When Apple Tree Acura sold me the RDX, they promised me a comprehensive warranty and exemplary customer service for 4 years or 50,000 miles. They now point to the factory representative’s decision as final and refuse to honor their commitment to me. I strongly urge buyers not purchase any vehicle from this dealership! They have absolutely zero integrity.

I bought at 2006 Acura TSX in 2006 from the dealer. The car was a certified used car. In 2011 the actuator went out on the passenger front door. I had that fixed and then the next month the driver door actuator went out. These are very expensive to fix and Ive read on the internet that many customers have complained about this problem and Acura has done nothing to fix the problem. I am happy with my car except for the actuators not lasting that long and being so expensive to fix. Its very inconvenient to have to use the key to get in, especially when there is only one key hole on the drivers door. I would like to use the remote, but it will not work now that the actuator is out on the drivers side door.

Many models to choose and I liked the way the car moved on the road because the way it drove was colorful and bright and lovely and swerve so really today I will drive to work forever. So many features of this car to deal with. It was so cool to put the windows down and ride around in the fancy car with the leather seats and carpeting to dress up the fur. Got to upgrade all elements with leather seats and heaters and sunroof and satellite radio and automatic windows and trunk space and tires. You can fit so many people in the car. It is almost like you are going to the zoo and take your whole family.

I bought a 2016 MDX at Apr 2015. The car has usual new car smell. At the beginning, I thought I will disappear soon. I am wrong. I cant stay in the car without the window open for about two years. But unfortunately after two years, the smell of new car just reduced a little bit and the leather seat still gives off strong chemical odor. I can confirm because if I smell closely to the leather its just too strong. I have owned multiple cars with leather seats before. This is the first time I hit the issue. Its not typical genuine leather smell. Its unpleasant chemical smell.

For a first time buyer I find it reliable and luxurious compared to other I tested drive. At first I must admit I was a bit hesitant on purchases because, originally my first two choices were BMW or a Chrysler. I test drive them both, the BMW was M3. Was enjoyable but it was missing something and Chrysler I thought would eat up a lot more gas and less comfortable. So when my last option I was hesitant but when I tested it. I felt right there this was it the one I would buy. Beautiful interior design but it could be a bit more glamorous. Its not as nice as a BMW but its great for a first time buyer. Somewhat roomy depending on size and weight of individual. I do unfortunately have a friend is a bit heavyset who seats in the passenger seat to have more room but even pushing back seat is not enough, so it would be nice to have more legroom for heavyset people. The stereo is wonderful and car floats as if I am flying. Very spacious whether going shopping or traveling out of town. Its very roomy for luggage or my purchases. Im also have many envious friends who want my car because of the comfort it has compare to theirs. The air conditioner and heater are wonderful. Not to mention the stereo to plug in your phone or MP3 are topnotch compared to other models. But one of the best would be GPS which is one best feature in the car.

2009 Acura TSX is Junk. Interior that looked like leather is really rubber as thin as a balloon, all around the seat sides, head rest and arm rest. Falling apart at 90,000 miles and looks like the car has leprosy. Very sad for such an expensive auto. Burns oil like an old Chevy. I will never by another Acura or Honda. Compare that to my Toyota Tacoma. 12 years old, 130,000 miles, interior looks new and mechanically have never had any failure of any kind. What was I thinking to buy to Acura?

I purchased my first Acura TL in 2002 as a leased car and then I purchased it since I was such a satisfied customer. To my dismay, my car is slowly showing signs of oxidation on the hood, rear trunk and front hood. To my surprise, I have noticed other Acuras on the road that are about the same age as my car and they too are showing signs of erosion in the same areas. This appears to be a manufacture defect. I plan to create a blog or use my Twitter account just to get a mass response from the over-public who have Acuras if they too are experiencing this problem. Before I did the internet probe I wanted to first check with you to see if you have received complaints about erosion occurring on your cars. Im told that Honda has a growing problem with cars that rust/erode based on poor construction. My car trunk leaks into the area where my donut is stored since day one. Thanks you for your attention to this. The cost for a paint job is in the several thousands.

Acura RDX has been a very dependable vehicle until recently. We started having a water leak come from behind the windshield. It took a week for the Acura dealer to figure out where the leak was coming from. Also, when I drive over any bumps, it has always made a rattling noise and its annoying! I purchased it used around August of 2010. The vehicle had approximately 122,000 miles on it and was in great shape body wise and mechanically. About four months ago, I could feel the transmission beginning to slip. Recently, it has become dangerous to drive this vehicle. While accelerating, the car will slip into neutral. I was nearly rear ended by a vehicle following too closely when I lost power. Once, while stopped at a red light, it drove with my foot on the brake and the car went into reverse. If I had hit the gas hard, I would have crashed into the vehicle behind me.

I also like the exterior design. They come in many different colors and models like the NSX, MDX, RDX, and TLX models. I think the number of choices was desirable and I had a good experience choosing my car. Also, the number of seats is adequate, not too small and not too large. And there is also enough trunk space. I can fit most of the stuff I need to in there.

My wife and I purchased a 2012 Acura TL from Montgomeryville Acura on 04/26/2011. It was our first luxury car. It was a very exciting time for us. We even have pictures that we posted driving home from the dealership. On 08/31/2015 we sold the car. Took car to dealer. Various updates and resets to electrical systems performed. 12/04/2014 – Messages and indicators on dash – “check battery”, “check oil”, “air bag fault”, “fuel cap loose” -Took car to dealer. Switch replaced. Dealer could not replicate the issue with the phone. 05/29/2015 – Message on dash – “Air bags may not work”. Beginning to have problems with paired phone. Many dropped calls. Took car to dealer. Switch replaced.I spoke with Garrett ** (business manager) and Russell ** (lead service advisor) numerous times. I do believe that they did everything within their powers to help to resolve the issue. We left numerous messages for Steve ** (dealership manager) who never responded to an email or phone message. I had two primary concerns. This vehicle was not safe to drive. The warranty was due to expire in April 2015. Would I be expected to pay for repairs that clearly existed while the car was under warranty that could not be repaired? I asked the dealer to provide a letter indicating that they would be responsible to repair anything beyond the warranty period that was identified an issue within the warranty period. They refused. I was told that we should trust that they would stand by their product.Eventually I was referred to Acura client relations. My first contact was with Kristine (extension **). I asked to be called on my cell phone. She mostly left messages on my home phone. Eventually I was able to reach her. Her solution was to take the car to the dealer. I asked to escalate to her supervisor. She refused stating that she was in charge and no one else could do anything. I asked her to provide some sort of acknowledgement of the situation. She refused. Other than a fax, she only would communicate with me by phone. Eventually she admitted to having a boss. She told me his name was Michael, but policy did not permit her to provide his last name. After a fair amount of wasted time I found that his full name was Michael **. He said that there was nothing that he could do to help. The issue would be escalated to an arbitration group at Acura. He would forward the issue, but would not give me any way to contact them. They would call me if needed. To date, I have not heard from them or Michael. My feeling was that the car was not safe to drive. I had no idea if the airbags or brakes were going to work. This car spent over 30 days in 2015 at the dealership while they looked, but didn’t find a solution. I suggested to Garrett that we swap out the car. He said that he would get us a deal that we could not refuse. He would give us a deep discount on a new car and a generous allowance on a trade in. The deal was $1500 below sticker. The trade in allowance was also not that exciting. The offer was an insult. I believe that Acura makes a quality vehicle and that the problem happened to be in the one that I purchased.I also believe that the dealership and Acura as a company came up very short in how they dealt with me as a customer. I’ll be sure to share this experience with my friends. I posted when I purchased the car. I will do the same now that it is gone. I am very pleased that I no longer own an Acura.

The car vibrates at any speed. I have had it to the dealer three times due to the vibrations. All engine mounts were replaced as apparently the vibrations from the VCM (Variable Cylinder Management) are so excessive that hydraulic/electronic motor mounts had to be installed to mitigate the vibrations when the engine goes from 6 cylinders to 3. Even when the mounts were replaced there remains a distinct vibration in the steering wheel. Prior to the replacement passengers felt the vibration in their seat. Now its an annoying vibration in the steering wheel. One more time back to a dealer and if the ride doesnt improve, my only recourse seems to be the lemon law. If youre looking for a smooth driving sedan, stay far away from this thing.

Got the car in July 4. To start it is a beautiful car but first day of having the car had to call because the rear cargo door every time it opened sound like a whale and the cooling on the seat was making noise. When I came back they tell me they have to leave the car because they need to order parts and the head liner has to come down in order to change the hinge. I talk to someone about getting a new car that was less than a week and they were like, You put miles on it, in which I replied, Of course I have to use it to go to work, otherwise I can’t pay the car, but they refused. Resolution on that was replacing the hinge and the seat. It was a plastic that was never removed and was making the noise. Now around September I start hearing noise from the brakes and took the car on October for oil change and ask them about it and they said there was a service bulletin to replaced the rotors because it is a known issue. Got rotors replaced and they still make noise. Call them about it and they tell me I have to deal with it until they come up with a fix because the service bulletin did not fix that issue and they are working on it. Now today is December 5 and the screen does not turn on then I try again and again and it finally came on but is stuck on the Acura disclaimer turn on and off the car and the screen now remains turn on on the disclaimer screen killing my battery. Called SPRINGFIELD ACURA again about it and they tell me again that they know about the issue and to disconnect the battery terminals for 15 minutes. First off I don’t have personal tools to do that. Second I am in warranty. If I touch it they will blame it on me. Apparently the engineers they have are not doing a good quality check on their work and for a luxury top brand of Honda like Acura very terrible service.

Before I purchased my Acura, I had a VW Passat and although the VW ran good, the upkeep was ridiculous. I had to get breaks and it cost me 1200! The final straw was that the rear privacy screen was broke and would not retract. I hardly ever use it so I was mind blown as to how it would break on its own, even more mind blown when VW said that they couldn’t fix it, only replace for $600. After that, I traded that VW in and purchased my 2008 Acura TL. I have made that car for 11 Years and have never had any major issue, just the normal wear and tear stuff but as far as reliability, they can’t be beat! I was rear-ended a couple years back and ran into the car in front so I had both rear and front damage. Insurance totaled the car cause it cost more to fix than what it was worth. They paid me $8000 for it and I kid you not, it still runs. I got a new hood and had someone paint and it STILL runs without any issues, even after being totaled and now having over 150,000 miles! Since then, I have purchased at 2017 ACURA MDX and it’s awesome. Fully loaded with all the amenities for thousands less than what you’d get from BMW or Mercedes. You just can’t go wrong with Acura or Honda!

Bought the Acura RL used with @30K miles. Had some factory warranty remaining plus I bought an extended warranty from Acura dealer and had car serviced regularly at that dealership. At @50K miles, the car developed a malodorous odor of burning oil, especially strong when parked in enclosed garage after having been driven. I suspected an oil leak dripping onto hot exhaust component and complained to dealership on each of three or four service visits while warranty was in effect. Dealership claimed they could not smell the odor or find any leak. On the next service visit AFTER the warranty expired, I complained again and dealership said the engines rear main oil seal was dripping onto exhaust causing odor and wanted @$1000 to fix it. Appealed all the way to Honda headquarters but was not able to get Honda to fix the problem which had been present and had been reported during warranty period. Leak has now reached the point to where it puddles on garage floor. In addition, on the same visit, dealership said front shocks were bad. Additionally, had five repeat problems with SRS system, and the fuel pump relay failed and stranded me at the grocery store with a car load of groceries. The car looks good and drives good, but it is unreliable, prone to breakdown and definitely not worth its cost.

Acura almost put the highest quality in their vehicles. They have models such as Acura MDX, RDX, and many more. The appearance is very stylish and the features are great. They come with the latest technology and everything to make your drive comfortable and safe. The upgrades are always top notch and I never have to worry about the quality. The personalization options are the best I have seen. I love being able to customize it the way I want. The passenger capacity is definitely the best. Always enough room for my passengers to have a comfortable ride. I dont have to worry about leg room. Im very satisfied with the look, performance, price, safety and much more.

Acura has a lot of options depending on the size of the car that you are looking for. I would recommend that you try different ones. They also have a lot more of high tech options that are necessary in this age. Sports car SUV sedan has great stereo equipment and easy to learn how to work things. As with technology there are many options that you can gauge which ones are more important and fix those ones and personalize as to your comfort. Plus their cars are very roomy have plenty of room in the back of the car space for cargo and really good amount of leg room in front and back. Even with car seats can fit 3 in the back.

We bought a certified pre-owned 2019 MDX hyrbid in June 2021, and it is a lemon. Weve had four breakdowns in less than 2,000 miles worth of driving time, all involving components of the car that should not break down in a vehicle that has less than 30,000 miles on it. The car has been in the shop over 40% of the time weve owned it, and we cannot use it for the thing we bought it for - long family road trips - because it breaks down once every couple of weeks. On top of that, Acuras customer service has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. They do not respond to any written communications and make it as difficult as possible to try to resolve your issue. We still have not been compensated for the substantial out of pocket expenses we suffered from the first breakdown in July, which was a life-threatening incident that stranded my family away from home for a day.I bought this car because Acura supposedly has a reputation for great cars and great service. This experience has exposed both of those ideas as lies. Stay far, far away.

My dashboard has large cracks over the passenger side, and hairline cracks on the drivers side of the vehicle! I am at a standstill with Acura client services as most of the rest of you are! Its pretty sad when you shell out your hard earned money for a product that you had such good faith in, and it falls apart literally in front of you. I was brushed off with them saying that it was cosmetic and not a safety factor.People refuse to drive with me as passengers for fear that the air bag will deploy when we go over a large bump, or if we get into a minor fender bender. This is scary stuff! I dont understand why the government is permitting them to get away with this and not forcing a recall. I truly wish that there were some way that we could unite, and have some sort of legal recourse.

Acura has SUVs, sedans and different varieties of them and they are pretty well laid out. Pound for pound it is one of the best luxury values in the market hands down, and I am overall very satisfied with my purchase. There are a lot of personalization options for the average buyer but the price points are the main issues. Since it is luxury the options are priced accordingly and if you are on a budget, can break or exceed it. The car has a gorgeous interior and is a pretty car. It is very modern with a lot of technological innovation. You have options for leather or less luxurious interiors but it is all well done and nice. The car is generally pretty roomy and comfortable. It is not a bed or your favorite chair but as far as driving from place to place it is a good seat, and certainly more comfortable than lower end brands and things like airplane seats.

Our daughter has a disability but she works. She worked hard and saved her money to buy a car. She bought an Acura. Now the transmission is shot and the sad part is there is a recall for this issue but Acura will do nothing. They dont care. This is a longstanding problems with their transmission and they wont honor or support their own products. Its disgusting. This issue has been going on for years, what they do is have a car owner bring the car in to be check (you dont have any problems at that time) so now they can say Oh you used the warranty. Its disgusting nobody cares, its such a shame. Now we have to get another transmission on our own. Its wrong. If there was not a recall, we would never have even questioned it. This is a sin. Its like stealing from our daughter who has worked so hard and keeps her car in top condition. Car makers should be made to fix issues if its a known issue. Come on people. I dont even know what to say. ACURA IS NOT A GOOD COMPANY/NOR IS HONDA> You are rotten. They should be made to fix this issue as they know about it. They have 100s of complaints for this issue. Just makes me sick...

After doing a lot of research and test-driving Lexus, Mercedes, Subaru, Nissan and others, I finally bought an Acura-RDX and realized immediately after buying the car that the famous Honda Company/Acura suppressed the fact that this RDX didnt have trunk/hatch release key inside the car. Unless I go near the car with key in-hand and open the trunk door. I called Acura customer service and a guy told that Dont worry. We know that. Next year models will have the trunk release key inside the car. We cant do anything for you and he hung up. I was totally disappointed with this elusive answer. Why Honda deliberately suppressed this fact? Deceiving the customer is not good at all. I never buy any Honda car or Acura car. Though expensive, I should have bought Lexus SUV with better options than Acura RDX or MDX.

Me and my family have roughly owned 20 Acuras in the last 15 years including buying 4 in the last 2 years. Had our ups and downs. The bad - losing my key. Running my Credit without my permission then making me pay for it to fix it... Messing up payments that were being taken out of my account (extra money). Lots of overcharges in any transactions. Whatever. I am over it. Everyone messes up. The good - great lease rates. Mostly reliable. Great looking car. So I bought another used Acura for a winter beater. There was apparently a recall for MDX active suspension struts. 5k repair up to 160 kms. I am sitting at 180. I called them and said hey I dont expect a full repair but some help would be great considering I am probably one of the best customers. I also own a body shop and obviously we pump parts from Acura. You know how the story goes. I was in talk with them for two weeks. They told me to beat it. We wont even look at it was the answer. I dont know if the people I am speaking with just also made an error but I am getting rid of all my Acuras after they are off lease and simply going to try something different and see how customer service treats me. I know grass is not greener on the other side but hey Mercedes makes some nice cars of all types.

They include navigation systems, internal and outer cameras so you know you have a safe distance from others. You can personalize and add more options to your car such as style, color, extras included. They also have a lot of options for the right car for you. Whether you need lots of space or just a little, they have it all. I have 3 kids so I needed something with lots of space and I found exactly what I was looking for. Love these cars. Very stylish and safe family cars. Very minimal to no problems. Would highly recommend.

I am faithful Honda buyer. Currently, I own a 97 Prelude, 08 Accord V6, 08 Pilot and a 07 Acura MDX. Of all these cars, the MDX has been the worst in quality. First, there was the left suspension that rattles at 12k miles. My dealership (Continental Acura of Naperville) took countless of trips to diagnose the problem; they replaced the whole front left suspension, rear left suspension, re-did the brakes and after 6 visits, it was determined that the battery holder was cracked. Now, the car has 33k miles and the oil sensor switch has malfunctioned. In all my years of owning cars ranging from 0 miles to 200k miles, this has never happened. My car is past the warranty, so I am out of pocket $230. However, if you do a bit of research online, Acura has had this issue with 07-11 MDX, but did not issue a recall on the system. I own a 08 Honda Pilot and I have never had any issues. If you are considering buying an MDX, I employ you to take a look at their cheaper sister, Honda, who has better service and quality. And if luxury is what you really want, then go check out a Lexus. This is not a biased view, but rather a fact from US News and World Report, Motor Trend and Edmunds. I also talked to a US rep (1-800-382-2238, if anyone else needs it). There’s no help on the matter, just an apology for the poor product.

I know it’s a huge review but please read it before you make a decision to buy Acura ILX! Maybe it will help you to change your mind! Since the moment I bought a brand new Acura ILX 2020 as a pleasure car in July 2020, I have already visited Prime Acura Dealership 10 times. The main issue – is a loud clunking noise that coming from the front side of the vehicle so you can feel it in the floor when tapping the gas while cruising and also from the passenger’s side and also hesitation while driving. All these problems occurred when the mileage on the car was about 3500 miles. To solve the issues, the dealership made a decision to replace the right axel (twice) and the intermediate shaft. They unsuccessfully tried to resolve the issue with the noise two times. When I came back to the dealership with the same problem the 3rd time, they told me that the noise is actually a normal characteristic of the vehicle. When I asked them why it was considered abnormal before and now it became normal, the mechanic told me that he didn’t know this particular model very well at that point. When I tried to look for a help in the other dealerships, I had received the same answer – the noise is the normal characteristic and the car is acting as designed. When I came back to the dealership with the same problem (it was my 6th time) the mechanic with more than 20 years of experience at Acura, who did a test drive, told me that the main reason of the noise could be transmission defect and that, possibly, there is a transmission replacement required. But after couple days of working with my car, the manager of the dealership got back to me with the answer that the car is acting normal. I have a camera in my car that recording 24/7, and the moment where the mechanic mentioned the transmission defect was recorded. But when I came home and check my recordings, I found out that that particular piece is missing. I have never had any issues with my camera before! Unfortunately, nobody from the dealership was able to explain me how that happened. To my great luck, I forgot to switch my clock to winter time, and because of that I have all the videos that I thought have been deleted. I decided not to give up and made an appointment with the engineer at Prime Acura. I requested a joint test drive with him, but at the dealership they told me that this is impossible because of the COVID-19. It was weird to me, because they allowed joint test drives with the mechanics but no with the engineers. When I realized that nobody at Prime Acura wants to help me, I went to the independent licensed mechanics who confirmed that the problem exists –“ there are hesitation during acceleration and thumping noise during up shifts, problem is indicated as internal transmission or TCM programming issue”. It was exactly the same words that the mechanic at Acura said to me before they changed their minds. One day I couldn’t start my car, because the battery died (Brand new car!). I had to ask my husband to jump the car and rafter that I went to the Prime Acura right away. The mechanic performed the test and told me that the battery died because it was defective. They replaced the battery, but 3 weeks later I found out that my camera was not recording in the parking mode, although it was before the battery was replaced. The mechanics who installed the camera told me that the battery voltage falls below 12 volts and the camera stops the recording. I came back to Prime Acura to ask what battery they installed, because before the replacement there were no issues with the camera whatsoever. The answer that I received was the power capacity of the battery is small and the camera is too heavy for it. When I asked them why it never happened to my old battery they just tried to avoid to answer the question and only repeated that the battery is too small.I tried to look up the problem and found a few articles about the camera, stating that the camera can’t kill the battery. I sent those to the Prime Acura rep. I just wanted to get answers on my questions but instead I received very rude email from him where he says that he doesn’t want to continue the conversation. Bottom line, I haven’t seen worse customer service that was provided by Prime Acura. They haven’t fixed my problem, they haven’t shown any desire to help or at least sympathy and respect towards me as the client. I DO NOT RECOMMEND to buy Acura ILX! This 26k purchase only gave me a huge headache and a lot of stress, humiliation and prejudice of my customer and human rights. Acura doesn’t stand by their product or does the right thing by the customer! The actual quality doesn’t comply with stated, car warranty is nothing but a joke and the “premium class” is just a dial tone.

Not many different models, but there are great colors and have different engine sizes. The car itself was great looking and I loved the easy going body. It didnt look like some weird spaceship like other cars look. The car had a nice sleek looking dash and is easy to clean too. Looking at all of the reviews that preceded the one I am writing, I think the problem is that Honda Corp. has allowed itself to become Americanized. The service culture of North America has increasingly taken over the company and it is behaving more like a GM, FORD or Chrysler. The pedantic, customer-oriented style of Japan has slowly been wrung out of Honda North America. My Acura 2008 MDX which I purchased as a certified model in late 2011 has been a basket of problems. Poor shocks (which they wont acknowledge), tire replacement after just 25,000 miles, a GPS system that needed to be replaced, battery that failed quite conveniently after its warranty expired, a power tailgate that didnt operate properly, a failure of a relay that affected the Air Conditioning are just a few of the problems. The ride on my MDX is very rough and I cant figure out why. Most have been taken cover under the warranty - but its a pain to keep going into the shop. I thought the whole idea buying a premium SUV was that as long as you did the regular maintenance, this type of thing wasnt supposed to happen. This is certainly the case with Mercedes E350 that I own and my previous Lexus RX 350 (which was a fantastic vehicle). The service culture at the dealerships is okay but it feels more like a Ford dealership than a Lexus or Mercedes dealership. The other day, their shuttle driver forgot that my son had been waiting for 45 minutes for a lift home and he ended up having to get home on his own. It was an innocent mistake but the problem was indicative of some structural problems. Again, this is okay for a middle value car but for a company that is holding itself out as a premium company, its not acceptable. Its unlikely Ill buy an Acura again. Ill go back to Lexus where frankly the product and after market service was just a league above. To put in airline terms, Acura feels like premium economy not business class. I dont know if anyone at Acura reads these reviews, but someone should start paying attention. There is a lot of competition out there. Finally, the weird thing is that whenever I send my car in for servicing, I get assailed for customer feedback. Yet when I sent an email on this, there was still no response. Hopefully, our reviews are taken seriously by someone who has some influence within Acura.

Rear passenger leg room is so small, my old Toyota Camry got much larger leg space. Acura provided two 12 v chargers. Guess what, they are cigarette lighting chargers. I purchased an Acura Care certified extended warranty when I purchased my MDX from the Acura dealership. However, just before my warranty was set to expire, my car broke down due to a seized motor. I had the vehicle towed to Acuras service center, Pleasanton Automotive, because the vehicle was still under warranty. They dismantled the entire motor, called Acura Care who sent an inspector, and the inspector determined that Acura Care would not cover the repairs because the vehicle was damaged due to negligence. At this point, I would like to note that I have kept up with the preventive maintenance on the MDX - regular Mobil 1 synthetic oil changes and vehicle inspections done at Walmart, and regular tune-ups and inspections done at my ex-husbands automotive service shop. The Acura Care inspector said he determined that my car had been run without oil which caused the motor to become extremely overheated and seize. However, not once did my car show any indication of overheating, nor was it ever run without oil. When questioned, the Acura service advisor confirmed that the oil was full, there were no metal shavings found in the oil, and the vehicle did not have any leaks. The Acura representatives have verbally blamed Walmart for the damage, but they refuse to put the accusations in writing. Now, Acura is saying that I have to pay almost $9000 for a new motor and labor, but I still believe all costs should be covered under the extended warranty.

So I would not recommend anyone to buy an Acura, specially ILX.

I purchased two CPO Acuras. A 2014 RDX with 8000 miles on it and a 2015 TLX with 5,000 miles. Since then have performed all maintenance as specified through a dealer. I have had issues with both vehicles as described below. With under 50,000 miles on the RDX a check emissions light came on and I replaced a front rocker arm oil sensor switch. One month later the light came back on and I was told the the vehicle needed to have a software upgrade for the engine and transmission for $200. 3 days later the light came back on and now the Im told the rear oil sensor switch needs to be replaced for another $300.With TLX I experienced something I had never seen. Approximately 3 or 4 months after replacing the battery at the dealer the car shut down completely at an intersection with no power on to anything not even the emergency flashers. I was forced to call the police and a tow truck to get me to the dealer $400 later the dealer informed me that the replacement battery had failed. Of course they replaced the battery at no charge but no compensation for the cost of the tow or my time (I was on my way to a client). I would seriously advise anyone looking at spending the money on an luxury brand to be advised to careful consider not only the vehicle but how youll be treated afterwards.

I had the experience of buying two cars from Paragon. The prices were good and the service when Kevin was there was great. I recently had a problem with another car of which I called Acura client relation and treated so bad by Katrina. Acura instead of moving forward had moved backed. Katrina was very rude and UN-professional. She stated that since I did not buy the Acura she would have not spoken to me, but when the owner was on the same call with all of us she stated she still will not speak to me. I remembered when a family members buys a car, it doesnt matter who calls. We as customers should be treated with respect just as how they would like to be treated. Acura has declined both with service and their cars. Katrina assumes she does favor for Acura customers but in reality if Acura customer never bought cars there will be no purpose for Katrina having a job. Treat customers with respect and yes, Katrina your call is monitored, but just to let you know you are the one that was very rude and UN-professional. It’s a shame that you carry the Acura name.

Acura has so many different varieties. There is really something here for everyone. I am picky, but it was easy for me to find something unique and luxurious. Love built in GPS, fresh acceleration and sleek design. The car seems luxurious but with reasonable price, very eye catching and I love the image that comes with it. Also has fantastic size for the whole family and the dogs. Perfect for my road trips and always really great to take hiking. It was very functional and realistic. However, my husband had way more options with his Lexus. I also had many more options with my Subaru. If there were more features I missed, I was not made aware of them.

MDX is a nice mid size SUV and the RDX offers more seating. The TSX is a smaller sportier sedan. We have the TSX. The dealership also has a lifetime supply on Acura grade cleaner for the exterior and interior as well as superb customer service. Very sleek and stylish. Definitely looks like a luxury vehicle. The leather has not cracked at all and the paint has stayed in perfect condition. You can upgrade pretty much anything from upholstery to wheels to the technology inside the car. Bluetooth aux output plus Bluetooth ability to hook up and play music without any cords. While other models of Acura may be roomier we chose the TSX. We bought it fully knowing that there was not going to be much room. One kid fits well in the backseat with maybe one additional person.

Acura RDX 2019. I bought my RDX in Aug 2019. The brakes immediately were squeaking. I thought because they were new it had to be broken into. At 4000 miles I couldnt take it anymore bought to acura and they replaced the pads and rotors. A month into it here I am again. Now they claim its a known issue and it cannot be fixed. How can a 40000 + car not be fixed. They expect me to drive this car with these embarrassing brakes making noises. Shame on acura. They are a disgrace. I have always had a Lexus should of never switched. Worst mistake in my life. Acura cannot shine their shoes.

Worst decision I have ever made!! I purchased a 2014 Acura MDX a year ago. The Heater in this car is absolutely awful! I live in Minnesota where below zero climates are very common. I try warming up the car (Heater on HIGH, Blower on HIGH) nearly 15 minutes in advance of driving it only to find the cabin temperature at about 50 to 60 degrees at best. While driving for at least 45 minutes, again, heater and blower on the highest setting it is still cold in this car. The driver side temperature is the worst. My feet are never warm. Ive noticed cold air coming in from the outside below by the Gas pedal, so the outside cold air flowing + the minimal warm air that is blowing from the so called heater = NO heat at my Feet!! Clearly a void in the design of this car. Ive also noticed when the car is idle at a stop the heater basically shuts down with only cool air flowing from the vents. Only when you accelerate the heat starts flowing, making it nearly impossible to warm up this car.Ive taken the car back to the dealer a half dozen times with no solution. The response I received from the representative last week when I returned with the same complaint was, Ive heard the heaters in these cars are not the best. Really??? It didnt occur to me when I purchased a $50,000 dollar car that I should be concerned if the heater was sufficient. I am so disappointed with this car. Really the only solution I have now if I want to be warm this winter is to sell this car. I can assure you the next car I purchase will not be Acura, Never, Ever!!!

I took my Acura MDX 2011 for its 1st service in Bellevue dealership. They checked and took the car into the service area. When they gave me the car back after service, there was a big windshield crack. When I asked, they said this commonly happens many times and my service manager will have to see and approve for the replacement. After 2 days, the service manager said that it happened before leaving the car for service. The guys said they did not notice it when leaving the car and noticed it after the car wash. This service manager is very rude - I cant replace it; it’s all your fault, he was asking me to claim insurance for this and saying thats what insurance is there for. When I said I will complain to the Acura Company, he said, Nothing is going to happen, do whatever you want. When I asked him to see the cameras, how it was before, he said, I dont have the time for all of this, and hung up the phone. I am thinking of going to a lawyer to handle this with that rude guy.

I bought this car new in 2005. Having owned 5 Hondas over the previous 25 years I was sure I was buying a quality vehicle. I could not have been more wrong. The car engine is sound and runs well. But, the car is falling apart around me! *. 2 years in the silver metal covering on the driver door handle began to bubble.*. 2 years in the black trim that surrounds the outside windows began to peel. I took a hairdryer to it and peeled it all off revealing a nice shiny silver edge. So those were easily fixed by me and everything was well. Then year 5 happened and it has been all downhill since. *. Leather seats began to crack and tear. *. Seat warmer on drivers side no longer works. *. Navigation system went down. *. Battery consistently dies if not driven for 2 or more days. Batteries have been checked and rechecked by 3 different companies. *. Dash computer is dead. I cannot set the clock. Every time the battery dies the clock resets to a different time. Bluetooth gone. *. And then we are driving down the road and Im in the passenger seat and I see something move on the dash. I look closer... ITS CRACKING!!! It split from the window all the way down to just above the glove box in about 30 minutes. It has since split on the drivers side.*. Poor quality paint. We are two women in our 50s. We have had this car detailed every year since we bought it. It does not sit out in the sun very often. We own a 1998 Subaru Forrester with leather seats that it showing very little wear and tear and has 80,000 more miles then the Acura. Both cars have been well maintained and cared for. The Acura cost $20,000 more than the Subaru. Our nephew still drives our 86 Honda Accord, it has had an engine and transmission replaced and has over 300,000 miles on it. The interior looks better than the Acura. We thought we were buying a luxury sedan. I am embarrassed by this car and very disappointed in its quality. Too bad because we were loyal Honda owners for many years, NO MORE! Im buying a Subaru Outback next time.

I purchased Acura Care for my Acura MDX. The engine failed and it took 76 days to replace. Acura Care attempted to put a 60,000 mile engine back in my vehicle but I prevented it. They finally had the Walser Acura dealership install factory parts, but they delayed the process for two months. I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of customer service, care, and professionalism offered throughout this experience. IF I would have signed a forever discharge release, they would have made my car payment while it was in the shop. Since I would not sign, they withdrew their goodwill gesture. Acura, American Honda, Acura Care and the Walser Acura dealership left me very disappointed that a luxury automobile company would treat their customer in such a manner. If I could rate them lower than 1 star I would. I would not recommend purchasing Acura Care for your next purchase if you choose to take your chances with an Acura.

Had new battery installed, but still died again. Now my navigation system says it is reconfiguring and if it isnt working in 10 minutes to take to dealer. Well, I cant afford to just run down to Acura every time there is an issue! The last time I brought it in, when I went to p/u my car wouldnt start! The side board was hanging off and remote key wouldnt work! They never offer loaner vehicles and overcharge everything. Now I have no navi. I bought brand new Acura MDX in 2007. Since I bought I have had issues related to either Accelerator noise, Air conditioning leakage, or low brakes and cracks and scratches in seat leather. I have been taking my MDX to fix these issues at Bloomington Acura dealership where I bought it. I am very much disappointed with Acura manufacturer as these issues have arisen at baby miles. I am also very upset and disappointed with Bloomington Acura Service Dept. as far as finding the source and fixing issues at the first place. I always have to bring my Acura MDX twice or three times before they are able to diagnose the exact symptoms. In the past, I had to take my Acura MDX three times to the service dept to figure out the source of Air-conditioning leakage.Currently, I am having issues with low brakes. Few months ago, the brake pedal is almost to floor before I am able to stop the car, I took my Acura MDX to Bloomington Acura service dept. I was told initially that they will try to find any brake fluid leakage, if not then they will have to change the Master Cylinder part to fix the issue. I agreed, eventually they had to change Master Cylinder but when I drove the car I still didnt see much difference because the brake pedal was still almost to the floor when pressing the brake pedal. So, I took my Acura MDX again to the service dept and they said everything is fine and up to the coding standards. There is nothing else is remaining to be done by them. They suggested to drive the MDX for couple more months and see if it comes back. Within three weeks the issue came back and again the brake pedal is almost to the floor. I have taken an appointment with the service dept again and will find out if they come up with some different stories. I am really disappointed first of all with the quality of Acura MDX because I have not driven my car much and it has only around 43K miles and yet I have brake issues. Also, what drives me crazy is that the service dept cant fix the issue although they are so called Acura Specialist which they charge tons of money. I wish they have experienced and certified people to fix cars in the first visit.

It has navigation, XM radio activation, a sunroof, an awesome back up camera, and other amazing features that cater to the drivers need. But I would love for my suv to have a hatch that is motion sensored on the bottom of the car though, so that I can open to back hands free.

Acura looks really cool and girls like it a lot. They want to make sure you buy a car that makes you look Iike a big shot and not a total jerk. You cant get red because that is a stupid color for a car. Acura was really basic and didnt have any features to speak about. I left my Canadian 2001 Acura 3.2TL at AutoWest Acura of Stevens Creek for a recall check up on the automatic transmission overheating problem on 1/30/2012. I communicated with Sarah from Canada Acura client services and she said that AutoWest Acura of Stevens Creek just needs to give her a call and shell provide the procedures necessary to perform the recall. Jaime from AutoWest Stevens Creek, on the other hand, left me a voicemail yesterday at 6:42 pm saying that his service manager needs to do more research on my car before working on it and that the last Canadian car that was brought in about a year ago sat there for 3-4 months, almost 5 months, and he implied that I might not want to wait that long to get the required service from them.Quoting their recall letter, What is the problem? Certain operating conditions can result in heat build-up in the transmission second gear set on certain 2000-2003 vehicles. This could result in gear tooth chipping or, in very rare cases, gear breakage. Gear failure could result in transmission lock-up and a crash could occur without warning. In most cases, abnormal transmission noise will indicate a problem.I refuse to accept the fact that they are showing absolutely no urgency in having this defect remedied. It is ridiculously that a dealership who sells Acura cars could not locate the necessary documents to prove that this recall exists. I literally had to make all the calls and walk the service advisor through their own company website as if it was their first time seeing recalls. Even then, Jaime insisted that the recall letter on Acuras website was not enough information.Who dares buy an Acura now?

We have owned many vehicles and we decided to give Acura a try mainly because we liked the body style and Hondas reliability. Worst mistake we have made in a long time let alone a very costly one! The car performs alright but the $5000.00 upgrade for the technology package is a sad story. The dealership along with tech experts there can barely explain its functions. Been there several times after reading the limited information in the manual and each time it takes three of these geniuses to solve one issue. They say to play with it but if trained personnel from HONDA CANT do it how is the consumer supposed to? Very unfriendly compared to other makers. Dont make our same mistake.

Plus all fluids low and dirty including the transmission and brake fluid. After picking up the vehicle with just A/C service, I immediately drove it over to a reputable repair service that is AAA approved. The only item that would need to be replaced within the next 10K miles or so was the right front stabilizer Links. I own a 03 TL. I purchased it used back in 2006 with less than 42,000 miles on it. About 7 months later, I had issues with car skipping gears. Took it to the dealership and was told I needed to get my PCM, 2 engine mounts, and transmission replaced. At this time, I had only 53,800+ miles. Had I not bought the extended warranty, I would have had to pay for the PCM and engine mounts to be replaced. Now fast forward the 2014, check engine light is on as well as TCS. Had various places check it out and they told me it appears to be a transmission problem/torque converter clutch solenoid issue and to have the dealer check it out. I was hoping that it wasnt that. They tell me my transmission is pretty much shot. Im like, seriously? Im just now getting over 173,300 miles and my 2nd tranny has failed? Very disappointed. Acura knew about these problems and they should be held responsible for this. People cant afford to replace things like that every 100k miles or so. That should not happen. Needless to say, I will not be owning another Acura.

2008 Acura MDX rear cupholder - We had an issue with the rear cup holder not opening properly. It was getting stuck. We dealt with it for several months. Finally, I decided to bring it in. They said, It looks like liquid was spilled on it, and could not be fixed, needed to be replaced. I paid for replacement parts and labor. Within a few months, it was doing the same thing. I questioned if my original one was defective and, in fact, not my fault at all. I asked if they could please fix and have the part ready so I would not have to make the trip out there again since it takes at least 2 hours for oil change. When I got there, they said, It looks like someone spilled liquid in it; we will order another one. It will be a day or two. I was frustrated because NO ONE spilled on the new one. Now I had to come back again when I specifically asked so we could avoid this. Then I find online an Acura Service Bulletin stating there are issues with this. Several people have the same problem and bring it in to have it fixed under warranty. Now I am really frustrated. When I confronted the service rep, Charlotte, she said, Well, that could be a new bulletin. No, it is 5 years old. Why did I have to find this on my own? Why did they just keep telling me, You spilled liquid? I expressed my aggravation and stated that I wanted my money back for the first one that I should not have had to pay for. She told me to call Acura. I said, Im in Acura dealership; who do I call? She said, Call California. Seriously! Then the service manager came out and said, I am not replacing this one as it is sticky, as he proceeds to show me the outside of the housing unit, which clearly has no effect on the internal mechanism. Then he began to ask me to read the bulletin. After 2 new cars from there and 8 years of loyal service to them? I spent thousands on new tires, service appointments, new parts, etc. And I am left with, Call California. I am very disappointed and I will no longer service my car there. I will no longer consider Acura for any future purchases.

I bought the Acura MDX 2007 1/1/2014. The car had this battery issue that caused it to died. In the span of 5 months, four of the car battery died. Each time we replaced it with a new battery. After the fourth time we brought it up to the dealer because we have a warranty. The dealership claimed that replacing the HFL unit and the the battery cable which would total around $670. We only have drove it for around 4,000 miles and this was outrageous. The dealership would refuse to accept that the warranty would cover this. The warranty claims that this isnt cover and the dealer said that the warranty refused to pay the $670 required to fix this. After calling the warranty company for hours, they refused to fix this. After reading online for a while I notice that Im not the only one with this issue, its a common occurrence for other acura owners. A note to buyers, check your warranty! Make sure to check what they cover and what they dont. We paid around $2,400 for the warranty for 3 years and this hasnt even been a year and were having this issue. The warranty company is MPP (mechanical protection plan). Make sure youre checking what you get before you buy it! We basically spent $2,400 for nothing. Another annoying thing was when we sent the car in for repair, the dealership didnt offer us a replacement car to help us travel around while its being repair. They also didnt bother calling us back. I had to call them and ask whats going on. If you have had similar car issue and resolved this Im in need of help. Please message me!

The Acura RSX model was definitely a nice vehicle for me. It got me to where I needed to go. And was a nice, fast, smooth ride, but not great in cold weather at all. I loved how it had cruise control for smooth, reliable, fun ride. The stereo was nice. Almost sounded like I had a system in it but it was generally just stock. All and all the heating was nice. You could change it for passenger and back seating. There was enough space as I didnt really have anyone riding passenger. However, not enough leg room for anyone over 57 in height. So I am only satisfied, not super happy about that. Nevertheless, it is sleek... Ultimately got so many compliments while driving it by random people in public places. Was quite impressed by how many people said I looked hot in it.

Dealership totaled my car while in for repair and tried to hide it, they tried to pay me off not to leave reviews. 9/5/17 I received a call from the service department saying my car was involved in an incident at the shop that they had found that morning. I was told that they were unsure the extent of the damage at that time. I sent my mom down to get important papers out of my glove box as I was unable to get there. When she arrived, she found someone still working on the car and she opened the glove box to it full of water rushing out like a fish tank being dumped over. The next day I went down to the dealership to see my car myself and speak to management. We met with George who promised to bend over backwards to help me.I was continually pushed aside and treated like I was a nuisance. Once their insurance finally claimed it a total loss (over a week later) I then was left to do all the work, I had to fight for 104 days to get my car paid off. This was daily calls and emails and hundreds of hours of work. When it came time to get me into a new vehicle I was shuttled back and forth between salesmen (who were all friendly but couldnt help) and the 2012 that was comparable to my MDX was sold before I could get there to see it the next morning. I was hopeful theyd cut me a great deal on a replacement vehicle for all Id been through but alas all I got was a lousy $1000 off the price (something anyone could haggle down) and still paid over blue book, and 15% off floor mats and I had to pay for moldings to be put on to cover all the scratches on the passenger side. To get the $1000 off I had to fight for $250 of it and was told by Gene **, Fine if its a fight over $250 Ill do it just to get you done and out of here. He was incredibly rude to me and honestly I shouldnt have proceeded with the purchase of the new car especially since the only viable option was a 2015 MDX that now costs me an extra $150 per month and I had to start payments all over again.Once my car was paid I reached out to the dealership to try to work out some compensation for my time and losses like new tags, paying double insurance while I fought to get my car paid off, and interest accrued during that time. I sent a certified letter to George, and Gene called me in return, I asked to hear from George who refused to contact me and I never heard from again. I then put a complaint in with the BBB because I was receiving no response. George blank told the BBB they bent over backwards to help me and there was nothing more they could do.I then contacted Acura corporate directly (who were wonderful by the way) and they couldnt believe how I had been treated and they tried to help me. They arranged a call with the dealership which was between me, Acura and Gene. Gene again was not very friendly in his tone and took no responsibility for what had happened. His apology is, We are sorry this happened, and that WEVE had to deal with this. He finally offered me some compensation for my loses. $1000 with the stipulation that I leave no negative reviews and do not discuss the dealership negatively. And 3 years free oil changes (no way would I bring my car back to them).I refused his offer because I believe people need to know that while I was fighting the insurance I found out from their own tech and from their incident report I had to collect, MY CAR WAS ACTUALLY TOTALED 4 DAYS PRIOR TO THEM CONTACTING ME AND THEY TRIED TO HIDE IT!! Ive collected thorough documentation on all the events that occurred, and it is now my mission to warn people about this dealerships poor business practices. There are good people that work there that if they could have would have helped me more; these people are Bob **, Chris ** and Matt in sales.

When we purchased the 2011 Acura RDX Turbo, I asked my salesman what was the actual gas mileage for this car. The sticker said 19/26 but he said 16/22. This car is driven very conservatively and we are averaging only 13.5 to 14 per gallon. My question is what can be done about this and why would Acura produce a car that only gets this kind of mileage when all other car makers are engineering their cars for economy driving, not a gas hog? The car is a decent automobile except for my complaint. I just might sell this car and go to another brand.

Just purchased the 2022 Acura mdx advance, has issues with body panels lining up properly, tried the have dealer fix it 3x with no success. Contacted the acura motor company customer service. They said they cant do anything to help with body panel issue, mdx cost 63k. For that amount I expected better service from acura and dealership. Dealer said thats the way it is, we cant fix the body panel alignment issues (really said I heard that from the dealer). We contacted the acura customer service and was told thats the way it is, I have to live with the body panel alignment issues front of the vehicle. On top of that the customer service spokeperson hung up on me. I guess thats what I get for spending $63,000 dollars on the poor looking 2022 acura mdx.. Never recommend acura to anybody ever for their poor service and cant fix their own product. Dont buy this vehicle and also on Youtube they also said 2022 mdx has body panel alignment issues, I should of listen to them and stayed away from this 2022 acura mdx, like a child put together. Hope this helps you out, thanks for reading my review....

The Acura I purchased was sporty and fun to drive. It had all the safety features I wanted as well as most of the options I was looking for within my budget. I had bought a sport coupe, but even with the 2 doors, the back seat had ample leg room for anyone sitting back there. I was pleasantly surprised how roomy the car was. The upgrades I got were rear spoiler, power sunroof, and leather interior. All other options I wanted were standard features with the model I chose. There is a good selection offered by Acura, however, they could diversify their cars a little more. They should offer a more affordable selection of sport coupes.

Acuras are very stylish both inside and out and have a great technology package that makes driving much more productive and fun. Although theres not a lot of different cars that Acura produces, there are quite a few variables that go into each car, such as options. Plus they makes a variety of cars with differing sizes. I have the TLX which is a perfect size for my needs. I rarely have any passengers in the back seat but there is plenty of leg room for them when I do. I wholeheartedly recommend Acura as a great choice in cars. I would also strongly recommend anybody purchasing an Acura get the technology package because it provides an awesome GPS and sound system. It has very intuitive controls and easy to operate.

The brands that this car offers are RSX, TSX and many other styles that are cool, efficient and reliable. I personally like the Integra cause it is sporty and fast. The car has many features that arent new but are what a vehicle needs and its very comfortable. I highly recommend it to people who like JDM. There are many modifications one can do with the Integra from engine mods to the interior. There is room for 8 people in the back because Im Mexican and Mexicans can fit 30 people in a mini van with no problem.

One of the best cars around. Acura offers one the most comfortable, spacious, and trendy car Ive seen on the market. Its models remind me of body builders, strong and muscular. Buff appearance and very durable. It appeals to both genders with its sporty models. The mid size sedans can be compared to many luxury cars by being both spacious and appealing to the eye. An Acura can fit an average size family comfortably. I personally have driven the car holding 5 passengers with no problem or space issues. There are many options for upgrading and giving your Acura a personal touch. LED lights are my personal favorite. You can also add things like all weather floor mats and automatic car start for reasonable prices.

Acura offers vehicles for whatever your reason and needs. They offer the TL models, TSX, ILX, sedan. SUVs include the RDX and MDX. Sedan models seat up to 5 people. SUV models can seat up to 8 people and plenty of room for cargo and can be adjusted for smaller families as well. Their cars are very sporty and luxurious. Clean lines and sharp features are often found in these brands. Comes in colors white, black, and grey. Features include navigation in the touring models, CD player, remote alarm, seat warmers, blue led lights, window defogger. Upgrade stereo to DVD player or in dash system. Personalize every drivers seating preference like the navigation system and music settings and volumes. Overall great customer service and luxury models always come fully loaded. Warranty is awesome and great efficiency in gas mileage. Value of car is worth it in the long run.

Bought a 2017 RDX Advance only to find out that 1/2 the features will not work without purchasing Acura link. Has been almost a week trying to set it up because they put in a wrong email address. It still doesnt work! I have found them to be unhelpful, and incompetent! Hands down my worst car buying experience! Like the RDX. Hate the customer care.

I have a 2015 Acura MDX that I purchased brand new and it has been garage kept ever since. The paint on the roof started to peel and slough off right above the front windshield between the windshield and the sunroof. I contacted the dealership that I bought the car from, and I was informed that this was a factory defect on this model and make car that they were aware of and they had extended the paint warranty. They did tell me that they would repair the defective area and this would take about 7 to 10 day. I asked for a rental or a loaner car but they said that their policy regarding extended warranties did not cover loaners or rentals. Due to this policy, I knew I would have to fork out several hundred dollar to pay for a rental car. Ok, I agreed to bring my car in to have the defect repaired and pay for my own rental. Three weeks later, when I went to drop my car off at Acura, I was informed by the service manager that there was a possibility that my windshield would break because it would have to be removed to properly fix the defective area. He did tell me that, if the windshield broke, it would be my responsibility and he recommended that in the event that this happened, I should file a claim with my insurance company. They did give me the option to have it painted without removing the windshield but that would void any further warranty on the paint job. My windshield was in good condition when I brought my car in to be painted. It had two small stars on it that had been previously repaired. The windshield did break during the repair and I was then forced to make a claim with my insurance and paid the $1000 deductible. In the end, I have had to pay my insurance deductible and the cost of a rental car for a week due to a defective paint job by Acura. I am now hoping my insurance company does not penalize me with higher rates.
