Nissan Automobile Model 2025 Nissan Murano

2025 Nissan Murano

The 2025 Nissan Murano is the fourth-generation version of Nissan’s two-row, midsize crossover SUV. It brings a sizable update in terms of styling, technology, and drivetrain, positioning it as a more upscale choice in its segment.

Powertrain & Performance

The previous V6 engine has been replaced with a 2.0-litre turbocharged “VC-Turbo” four-cylinder engine that develops approximately 241 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque.

A conventional 9-speed automatic transmission replaces the older CVT, which was often a point of criticism.

Front-wheel drive is standard on base trims, while all-wheel drive is available and becomes standard on higher trims.

Maximum towing capacity remains modest for the class, around 1,500 lbs.

Fuel economy remains similar to the prior generation: roughly in the low-20s mpg combined (or about 23 mpg combined) in U.S. estimates, with some improvement in city driving offset by slightly lower highway efficiency.

Exterior & Dimensions

The 2025 Murano is wider and slightly longer than its predecessor, enhancing interior space and presence.

It features new “Crystal Cube” LED headlights, a revised front fascia, flared rear fenders, and a cleaner, more premium look overall.

Higher trims offer larger wheels (up to 21-inch) and additional luxury styling cues such as two-tone paint schemes and chrome trim.

Interior, Technology & Practicality

The cabin is significantly upgraded with upscale materials, including available quilted semi-aniline leather and refined finishes.

A major tech highlight is the dual 12.3-inch displays (one for instrumentation, one for infotainment), standard wireless smartphone integration, and optional head-up display.

Comfort features include available massaging front seats, ambient lighting (with many configurable colours), heated steering wheel, and rear passenger amenities.

Cargo space is competitive for the class: when second-row seats are folded, you’ll find a generous load area suitable for luggage, gear, or family outings.

Seating is for five; there is no third row in this model.

Safety & Driver Assistance

The Murano comes standard with Nissan’s “Safety Shield 360” suite, covering features such as automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection, blind-spot warning, rear-cross-traffic alert, lane departure warning, and high-beam assist.

Available advanced features include ProPILOT Assist (and ProPILOT Assist 1.1 on higher trims), which provide semi-autonomous driving aids such as lane-centering, curve speed adjustment, and highway stop-and-go assistance.

Optional surround-view camera systems, “Invisible Hood View” for tighter manoeuvring, and premium audio upgrades are available.

Trim Levels & Pricing (Canada Estimate)

In Canada, pricing for the 2025 Murano starts around CAD $46,848 for the base SV trim. Mid-level SL is about $50,498, and top Platinum roughly $54,498, before options and destination.

Features escalate with each trim: the SV provides a solid base of comfort and tech, the SL adds premium touches and mechanical upgrades, and the Platinum offers the highest luxury appointments including semi-aniline leather, massaging seats, and advanced driver assistance.

Strengths

Significant leap in interior quality, technology and refinement compared to previous Murano models.

The new engine and 9-speed automatic address longstanding critiques of the outgoing V6/CVT setup.

Premium-leaning design both inside and out makes the Murano feel more upscale than many of its rivals.

Strong blend of daily usability, comfort, and mid-sized SUV presence.

Trade-Offs / Things to Keep in Mind

Despite the upgrades, the towing capacity of 1,500 lbs is modest compared to some midsize SUV competitors—restricting its appeal for heavy trailers or boats.

With the switch to the 2.0-litre turbo four-cylinder, maximum horsepower is down somewhat compared to the former V6, though torque is up. Some buyers may detect different sound/feel characteristics.

Fuel economy improvements are not dramatic; the highway efficiency has slightly declined even while city figures improve.

Because it lacks a third row, this model may not fit buyers who need seating for seven or eight.

Pricing at higher trims moves into near-luxury territory, so cost of ownership and competition from premium brands should be compared carefully.

Ideal Buyer Profile

The 2025 Nissan Murano is well-suited for those who:

Want a stylish, well-equipped midsize SUV with a focus on comfort, technology and premium feel rather than maximal cargo/towing capacity.

Value modern infotainment, advanced driver assistance, and high-quality materials.

Drive mostly with five occupants and don’t require a third row or heavy towing.

Prefer a refined, smooth ride and a distinctive design, and are willing to pay for those upgrades.

2 weeks ago I had a problem with my Nissan Sentra which I bought in 2015 brand new. The problem was about the transmission system. Whenever I drive my car I felt some noise at low speed and increase with speed increase. I reported the case to Nissan service centre in Sultanate of Oman Azaiba branch. After their diagnosis, they confirmed the transmission issue and informed me that they will send the report to insurance company as I had 5 years extended warranty. 2 days later I received a call from Nissan service saying to me that warranty didnt approve the repair and no realistic reason was provided to me. I was very upset how such company is playing with our trust. I now understand the meaning of cheap treatment and products offering. The people from the service centre looks to be trained more for sales than customer support. I am still waiting for Nissan to check what other option is available to fix my issue. But it looks that I will have to pay from my pocket. The next option I have is to file a case against them in court. My company policy is to buy a car every 160k or 4 years. I bought already 2 cars from Nissan and this one will be the last one for sure.

I bought a 2014 Pathfinder Hybrid from Robert Allen Nissan in Helena Montana. I bought it for one SPECIFIC reason. It was supposed to get 30MPG highway. I told them I drive 150 miles a day to work and they said this would be the car to buy. I test drove several that day but settled on what they recommended. It does NOT get 30MPG. The best I get is 21 to 22. When I complained to them they said Well hybrids dont get good mileage in the winter. I said, “Why didnt you tell me that when you sold it to me?” They acted like I was just another stupid consumer. Another thing, DONT BUY A PATHFINDER HYBRID 4X4. It will get stuck in the driveway. When the wheels start to spin the battery takes over and it powers out. BAD DESIGN.

I leased a 2013 Altima in June 2013. Car shuddered, had torque converter replaced still shuddered. New transmission still shuddered, another transmission still car shudders. Nissan says they will take car back if I pay usage fee or they will give me money and I keep the lease. I fail to see the benefit to me if youre considering a Nissan. The cvc transmission is to be worried about. Own 2 Nissans at this time and a total of 5 since 2006 but will find a way to unload them. Stand behind your products.

I purchased the new 2016 Titan XD Platinum... 62k. Within 30 days they offered the 2017 with a standard 5 year 100k warranty and a rebate of $4500 on the 2016s. After contacting Nissan, I was given 1000 Nissan points which doesnt even cover the cost of a warranty extension to match what is standard on the 2017. As for the rebate, I was given an analogy using Walmart as their example about things going on sale. Nissan offered no help for the loyal customer, but big discounts for potential customers. Seems a bit backward to me. Nissan wants to be respected like Honda and Toyota but lacks the substance and customer understanding to be a tier 1 player. To add insult to injury, now Im hearing that there are turbo issues with the diesel motors. Save yourself the disappointment by staying clear of Nissan.

I have a Service Contract with Nissan and is a joke. At 15,000 miles I was told that Regular routine issues like replacing an air filter was not covered. I was at Nissan for an oil change and after they were finished the Service Department presented me with a $300 bill. Air Filter, Brake Fluid; minor items. Then the Tires which is really the reason why I am writing. NISSAN ROTATED MY TIRES AND NEVER PERFORMED AN ALIGNMENT!!! I have spoken to at least 3 experts that informed me the tires were worn from the inside out. How CRAZY is this!!! I had to replace my tires for $700 just recently and have the bill now to submit the highest person that runs NISSAN. I want to be compensated for a pro-rate on my tires. I will pursue this matter with Nissan until I cant talk anymore. Literally! The sad part is that I am disabled and putting 2 sons through College so they get a decent chance in life to chase their dreams. I cannot afford these tires. Another sad issue is my Parents always owned American made Cars and I talked them into buying a Nissan Rogue and then a Sentra. How Sad! I want help with compensation on my tires. I have all the documentation.

Nissan has known their transmissions were faulty and yet did not make the consumers aware. When our transmission had to be replaced, their response was for us to join the class action lawsuit. We paid $3500 for the replacement to Nissan and they couldnt offer to pay at least half. Only offered us lip service. We are very good car owners and usually keep our cars a long time without major repairs. Never Nissan again. We are not unique, hence the reason of the class action suit.

As a person who purchased six (6) high end Nissans, I was treated like crap when I lost my job. The payment extension that was supposedly mailed out didnt show up. After 2 weeks and at least 2 calls, Im getting really frustrated. It took nearly 3 weeks to receive the one (1) sheet form. A few days after not receiving the paperwork, I called to request extension form be faxed to me. A few days and three calls later, I finally received the fax. I signed and returned immediately using priority mail (2 day). I confirmed with USPS that the package had been delivered in specified time. I had verification of receipt, and verbal confirmation after calling. Nissan did not process the paperwork for over a week after receipt. The form is one sheet of paper, and I returned it before specified return date, despite Nissans 2-week delay in sending.Lo and behold, I see my credit report and it has a 30-day late mark. I call Nissan. The representative stated, The return date doesnt mean we wont mark you late if we dont process your paperwork immediately. I tried disputing and writing a letter of dispute. However, Nissan just changed the date of the mark on the credit report. In fact, the date was changed 3 times, changing the 30-day late from from Jan. - Feb., Feb - Mar., Mar - Apr. Finally, I contacted the Better Business Bureau. After an inquest, the late was changed to January again; I just became tired of trying to fix the lie. Im not going to even get into the nightmare with Nissan sequel a year or so later, when the car was stolen. I really hope there is a class action lawsuit soon...Im in!! Nissan no more!!! If anyone knows of a class action lawsuit in the midst, contact me, please!

2013 Nissan Altima, 3.5S VIN#**. Issue: The readout for the heat and AC located on the center dash console constantly will go blank. Everything is still operational but, blindly, due to the screen being blank. Ive had the car in to Grubbs Nissan for this issue several times. On one occasion I drove in as it was going off and on and had a service tech drive around with me. She videoed it on her phone. I was told the part was ordered and almost two months later called in to have it replaced. Within the same week of having it replaced the same issue began again. I drove in and told my service guy who was there but off duty. He went and scheduled an apt for the following Monday but neglected to put down what the issue was so, when I took it in on Monday I also told a different service guy about another issue I was having with the radio. The radio is the only issue they touched. The excuse I get is, Our service department could not get the issue to reproduce. For the full month of December 2014 I recorded date, time, weather when this issue was repeated. I also have a video of it. I needed a part for my Nissan Versa that was on national back order. For almost 3 weeks West Hills Nissan in Moon Township, PA and Nissan North America treated my problem with no care and refused to give me a used car or a rental car. After talking to about a half dozen people and complaining they got some guy named Angelo from Nissan Corporate to help me. He told me Nissan parts often go on national back order and this was a common thing. He said it was too bad I didnt rent a car because he would have reimbursed me - although I was told they wouldnt when this nightmare started. Emails sent to the president of customer quality - Brad Thacker went unanswered. Ill never walk into another Nissan dealership again.

I bought the vehicle(Nissan Navara) new in 2006. In 2009 (less than 3 years old) I complained about severe chassis rust. I was fobbed off but also told in writing Should you have any issues with corrosion of the chassis in the future, your vehicle is covered by a 12 year perforation warranty. Now the chassis has failed and broken in half! They say on 18/3/2015 this isnt a situation where we would be able to offer a gesture of goodwill because of your vehicles age and mileage and the fact that the corrosion warranty does not cover the chassis.

Coming from a Loyal Nissan customer FOR ELEVEN PLUS YEARS, I am disgusted at their lack of care and concern for issues that my recent lease CAME WITH. I just signed this lease, trading in my old one at the end of May. I will NEVER go with Nissan again after my recent experiences with the Patchogue, NY Dealership and Consumer Affairs absolute lack of care and effort to mend anything. Problems at the dealership level have left me going to Consumer Affairs which were of no further help at all. They act as if all of this is out of their hands and there is nothing to do to reassure their efforts at trying to make me satisfied. They cannot get one person on the phone to speak with me. I have had issues regarding my new 2018 lease 3 months in, leaving it in the shop to be repaired with NO ETA of time it will be done (because items are back-ordered) and ready for me to drive again. Though they did mention maybe some time in October... awesome because I dropped off my car on 8/27. I also only get this info through voicemails because every time I try to call back it goes to voicemail and I wont receive another call until they have their scheduled time to call me back. Horrible customer service and quality of care.My new lease has a safety brake issue where the auto safety break will go off when no one is around, breaking my car while going 40+ mph. Apparently this is a VERY COMMON issue (talk about safety) with ALL Nissan models starting with the VIN K. So Id check your VIN because I am sure if you dont say anything about it, they wont either. I have also had the issue of my backup camera lagging and freezing as backing up since the beginning. There was no point to even use it because it was inaccurate and dangerous to do so. My radio has also just decided to black out one day for a good 10 minutes. Couldnt do anything about it. This is my THIRD time back to the dealership where they finally kept the car to fix it fully, even after showing them video evidence of my experiences the second time I went back.Patchogue has provided me a loaner of not even the same model or year of my current Rogue lease. Which is fine and I normally wouldnt care, BUT at this point, still paying for a new lease yet driving around an older vehicle for over a month has me fuming. I have been polite and patient up until now. The back and forth phone calls that go nowhere are leaving me stressed and in disbelief with this company. I am in shock and SO dissatisfied with all this new 2018 Nissan Rogue and Nissan Customer Service has come with. This is my fourth Nissan, third lease. I have NEVER had an experience like this. I am beyond shocked and pissed.

We purchased our family dream car and recently noticed an issue. Online I read the likeliness of the CVT transmission being the issue that many customers are experiencing so we took it to our local dealer expecting the recall. The recall covers several years worth of Nissan car makes and models, but did not include ours. At 88,000 miles we were told the entire transmission needed to be replaced, with a cooler for the transmission too. The grand total quote of nearly $5500. We only owe $4000 on the car. A hard working family of 4 now has a family dream car that they cannot afford to fix. I read online calling consumer affairs would be a joke, it was. I called and waited the 24 hours for Nissan Consumer Affairs to tell me that there was nothing they could do.What this customer heard, my family hears, what everyone I know will hear is that Nissan does not stand by their cars. Nissan does not care about my family. Only 88,000 miles and we have a dead car, along with a sorry theres nothing we can do. Obviously there is a problem with the CVT transmission that needs to extend to the 2011 models too, Nissan. Very disappointed.

My transmission went out at 5 years old and 74000 miles on my Nissan Murano
My transmission went out at 5 years old and 74000 miles on my Nissan Murano. There were absolutely no positive comments about Nissan the corporation. After receiving the horrible news. The reason my vehicle felt like it was in neutral all the time was because the transmission was out. Patterson quoted me $5200. I called a local transmission shop and they said they would do the job for $4300. I asked Patterson about it and they said they would match the other shops price... WOW. Then I said, Well I may have definitely not had $5200 but I still dont have $4300 so I decided to call Nissan the corporation. Still within the years warranty but not the mileage warranty. They did not have to do anything. I went through the process of the phone answering service. Talked to one person then to another. The lady said on a Wednesday that she had 3 days to get back to me with an answer. All this time the dealership had our vehicle and had not been authorized to do the work. I felt like if I made it look like I could afford it by authorizing the work to be done that it would be a no brainer and they would not feel the need to help me out. Soooo all in all my vehicle had been at the dealership for one week now... The corporate lady calls and tells me that Nissan would pay for half of the repairs. Well that was not the whole repair but I felt grateful that I didnt have to come up with 4k. And plus I had already negotiated their repair shop down $900. Every little bit helps. I could not find anyone else who had the same circumstances that I did. Well I thought I would write this review because of how Nissan took care of me and so maybe someone else would find some courage to call and see if they would help their case. Nissan transmissions have had a rough path here over the past 10 years although I did not know that when I bought one nor all the way up till I had problems with mine. Once I authorized the $2150 which was my part then it took them 3 days and I had my vehicle back. Also I had already made up my mind that no matter what decision they came up with I was going to be nice and say thank you. Even though it wasnt the full amount I said, Thank you maam I appreciate it so much. I think she was totally thrown back and said, You know what let me give you my direct numbers and you can call me any time with an issue on your nissan vehicle... well there you go its pretty much against my nature to be nice when Im upset but hey Gods in control anyway right??

I purchased a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder in September 2013. In the first months two rear seals went bad. Shortly after that, the left rear wheel bearing went out. A few months later, the two motors in the passenger door window (which never gets used) went bad. Then about a month ago my right rear wheel bearing went out. Two weeks ago there was a loud bang in the rear end and the left rear shock absorber broke. REALLY NISSAN??? I would be ashamed beyond belief to have a product of this poor quality and not stand behind it. Your free advertising started after the two seals went bad in the first months of ownership of this vehicle. Then, I read just recently that the Nissan Pathfinder is in the top 10 worst vehicles to purchase right now. My son in law was about to purchase a Nissan Armada, but that will not happen now. Never again Nissan. Poor quality product with big corporation not standing behind their product.

I purchase a 2012 Nissan Juke Oct 2013 with 5700 miles - now 15,000 miles, it kept on cutting out. I took it into my local dealer. As a single mother with 3 children, I just cant afford it and the sales person whom was soon nice to me before I purchased the car now fobs me off and say there is nothing they can do. Everyone (9) spoke to says its a manufacturer fault and they should consider giving me at least a refurbished gearbox, etc. as for such a new car with low mileage. In 2014 my husband and I bought a brand new 2014 Nissan Rogue. I thought I had my dream car; little did I know, it was a nightmare car. In the last three years we have owned the car it has been in the shop at least 5 times for repairs that were covered under our warranty and two other times for voluntary recalls. I knew there was something not right with the transmission less than a year after we purchased the car. It made funny noises and jumped when changing gears. After 2 and a half years and many attempts to have Nissan look into the problem they finally replaced the transmission when it about fell out in their parking lot! Now, less than a month after having the transmission replaced, I am sitting here trying to get the air conditioning looked at cause there seems to be a leak that WAS NOT there before the transmission replacement. Nissan corporate has refused a buyback and I am stuck with a new car that I am still paying for that is still under warranty which has more problems than any used car Ive ever had!!

The CVT Transmission in my 2007 Nissan Sentra failed. I contacted Nissan customer affairs as advised by the authorized Nissan dealer repair shop. Nissan has acknowledged that the failure is due to a design flaw in the CVT transmission and based on their own diagnostics, they have agreed that I, the consumer, am not at fault in any way for the failure. The representative admitted this is a flaw Nissan is aware of, and acknowledged that this has been an issue for other Nissan customers. After waiting for more than a week for a resolution, I was contacted by a Nissan corporate representative and informed that Nissan would offer no assistance with the repair or replacement of the faulty transmission. This is a direct quote for the representative: Youre just out of luck, maam. Nissan refused to let me speak with someone who would be authorized to alter this decision.

I just replaced a transmission on a 2008 Nissan Rogue with only 133,608 miles on it. This car had a grinding noise in the transmission initially. It was a widely known problem (Check the NICO Club Rogue Forum). Nissan released a software patch in 2009 which resolved the issue. I got the update shortly after it was released on 11/30/09.On 10/20/14 my transmission failed, without warning, in four lanes of highway traffic. The car lost forward momentum and it was a miracle my wife and I were not killed getting the car off the freeway. We were towed to a dealership nearby and they informed me the transmission was dead and would have to be replaced. I paid $1000.00 out of pocket for replacement. The dealership said they got me help from Nissan who covered $3000.00. I requested reimbursement from Nissan of my $1000.00 and was denied. They basically said they had done enough. When I asked if they had actually paid the dealership $3000.00 the rep said that was proprietary information. Sound shady? Yep! I will never - EVER - buy a Nissan product again and I will never own a CVT again. Buyer beware!!

I had to seriously take a loan to pay for this. Not to mention that this should not be happening at this mileage. I should also mention that we have had to take this car in for the Seat to be fixed and the seat belts on more than one occasion. Looks like this will be our last experience with EVER owning a NISSAN! I purchased a 2013 Nissan Sentra SR only 8 months ago with 80,000 miles! After leaving the dealership (hrs after) I had contacted the manager to inform her that I felt as if there was a problem with the transmission because of the problems I was experiencing, the car was revving very high while in park or stopped and jerking. It almost felt as if I was driving a standard and taking off from a stop sign in 2nd gear! This is what my car feels like taking off after every stop I make! I have a ton of text messages between the manager and I about this problem. She somehow made a way to make ME feel like I had been driving the car a certain way or that I just hadnt had any experience driving new cars. This was the response I got for about 90 days until my warranty was up!I have now only had my car for 8 months and with only 93,000 miles and 3 years old, I am being told my transmission is GONE and this is going to cost me $3,200! PLEASE TELL ME HOW THIS IS POSSIBLE FOR A 3 YEAR OLD CAR!? I still owe $11,000 on this vehicle! And while paying family and friends and taxis to get myself and my 2 infant children to and from work, school and daycare, I am now struggling to make my monthly payments because at this point, I cannot afford to mess up my credit! I dont know what to do!! And after reading all of these complaints I feel absolutely taken advantage of, and absolutely no hope for nissan! If you cant stand behind your vehicles then you should not be selling them! I am literally crying reading all of these complaints! It has definitely hit me that I am totally screwed!!!

I gave my car for the service which supposed to be under warranty. Initial phone from customer service asking for $300 and later on final bill more than $500!!! For flushing the fuel path!!! The labor rate was $135.0 per hour and calculated for 3 hours. Most of the service person I encounter as novice apprentice!!! And the topping was the annoying service manager (Mike) seems that he was hand picked from. I believe the Nissan business in North Vancouver is very dull and slow and the service manager wants to make money but its a rip off.

I initially took in my 2008 Nissan 350Z roadster convertible to Tony Nissan to have them repair the convertible roof because it is not fully closing into its compartment. They looked at it and eight hours later, said that they couldnt find anything wrong with it. They even showed me that it was working before leaving.Later that day, I wanted to test it out for myself. And much to my dismay, the same problem occurred. Being busy with work, etc., I wasn’t able to take it back in immediately. I was under warranty and thought I had time (my mileage at the time was under 36K). When I took it again (about a month and a half later) stating that it was not fixed, they tried to charge me for $350.00 just to look at it because now, my warranty had expired. I was under the impression that my warranty was going to expire at 60K or five years. Of course, I refused to pay that outrageous fee and left.I then returned at Tony Nissan with my husband and he demanded to speak to a manager. They looked at my vehicle at no cost but said they needed to contact Nissan corporate to get an approval to cover the cost of the repair. Three weeks thereafter, Nissan denied my claim stating that 1) I didnt have enough history with maintaining my vehicle and 2) my warranty is expired. This is such an incredible injustice for Nissan should have fixed the problem initially while my vehicle was under warranty. My vehicle is maintained immaculately with regular oil changes, etc. I intend to sue Nissan corporate and Tony Nissan to recoup the costs to repair my vehicle. Furthermore, I will not trust any brand with the Nissan name.

My husband and I leased a Nissan Rogue as a second car for him to drive back and forth to dialysis. We choose Nissan because of a very good lease program available to us. This was our first experience with a Nissan vehicle but not a lease program. 14 months in the lease, my husband passed. I called Nissan numerous time to work out a deal to get released from the Nissan and lease program. The penalty to get out of the lease is full payment of the lease minus one payment. Much to my surprise there is no death penalty in the lease agreement and basically I am stuck with the car and lease. I explained my hardship on not needing 2 vehicles with no longer having my husbands income, no longer having a need for a second car, no longer needing to make vehicle insurance payments or license payments. Needless to say, how disappointed I am with Nissan to not honor a death of a spouse or hardship. I have been very vocal on my disappointment of Nissans treatment and their lack of sympathy of my husbands passing. This was my first and last time I will ever purchase a Nissan vehicle.

I have referred 7 buyers in the last year and a half to the same salesman his name is Aziz. I have spoken to him many times and each time I am told the checks will be coming. They have not, not one. However mechanic did not support exhaust pipe when they said I could take it home, and when I brought it back immediately with the car making the most horrendous noise it could possibly be making, I was informed my catalac converter was now broken, and had to be replaced, however the warranty is going to cover this.

I filed complaints with Bakersfield Nissan, Dept. of Consumer Affairs and B
I filed complaints with Bakersfield Nissan, Dept. of Consumer Affairs and Better Business to no avail. Then I filed the complaint with Nissan. Last February I purchased a 2006 (used) Nissan Murano which had 33,660 on the odometer. I had a hard time getting credit due to a 3-year divorce action, which messed up my credit. Bakersfield Nissan ended up making paper work for three different credit agencies. With this voluminous amount of paper work, I didnt read everything. When I purchased the car, I was not informed there wasnt any warranty on it. I should have been told this and offered an extended warranty. The sales manager tried to tell me it was my responsibility and I told him (cant say it) in no kind words. I worked as Office Manager-Accountant for 4 dealerships back in Rhode Island, one being an AMC-Datsun-Peugeot dealership in Provided operated by the Gabrolowitze brothers back in the late 60s.While going over the car with the salesman I pointed out several items that had to be fixed, including a dent below rear tail light, missing tire caps, dent on rear aluminum panel below trunk, loose visor (drivers side), etc. I told him Id wait; bring it in after a few weeks in case of something else was wrong. When I returned, the salesman wasnt there, so I brought it to repair shop. They gave me a bill for $2,000.00 and I left in a huff. Before a couple weeks I noticed oil leaked on my driveway and thought it was the transmission. I was informed by the service manager that the power steering ($800.00) was leaking and needed to be replaced. The visor cost was $400.00. They were only going to repair the damage at the paint shop. After much complaining, they fixed the visor but that was it. You should have copy of my December 7th letter complaining about all this.I ended up paying $400.00 for something else as the power steering element was okay. Then the alternator went and I had that repaired for another $410.00. I can see that nothing was done to prep this car for sale. I brought it to EZ Lube for an oil change ($40.00); American Tire (4 Michelin tires) at $813.00. I know this would be my obligation, but mileage was only 54,284. To ensure tires would last, I had front end alignment at Pep Boys ($75.00).I told people at Nissan I would never set foot in their establishment again and have not been a good ambassador for Nissan. They kept sending me service reminders. So Id call and told them to remove my name from their customers. I am almost 80 and have had many cars in my life but not a Nissan. In the late 60s I purchased a Datsun, 210Z for my daughter. Most of the vehicles I purchased were Fords. Also, Chevys, VWs and Toyotas.Going back to the contract, when I wasnt offered an extended warranty they charged me $695.00 for GAP insurance which I didnt want. This money could have been used for a warranty. I cancelled it before the 90 days and received a refund. Also, after all the complaints I filed, the sales manager offered me an extended warranty $100.00 over his cost to which I declined and told him it was too late and should have occurred in February when I could have had it included on my contract. I found the salesmans card: Alex **, a Filipino friend of a friend of mine.

This is the first time I have purchased a Nissan. I am pretty sure I will never again. I have been to the shop numerous times for things that should not be happening in the first year. The underneath trim which is supposedly useless has fallen off twice. My brakes squeaks (which I dont understand why) never had another car that did unless brakes pads need to be changed. Oh and that has already have been done. The wheel well had to be replaced twice as well.Along with all the starter issues. Seems to me that pieces of a brand new car that has been repaired twice on two separate pieces should not be falling off. And for Nissan not to care that I have been to the dealership as often as I have. I think I have been there way too often for my liking. Very disappointed in the things happening to this car and Nissan reaction to my concerns is so concerns of theirs. When I first purchased the car another customer by the car talked so highly about Nissan in general so I was excited to have a good quality car and that is far from what I have had since purchasing.

In March of 2012, I purchased a new 2012 Nissan Versa sedan. I paid cash for it. In September 2012, I struck a deer while driving. My insurance company and body shop determined just over $7,000 in damage, not totaling the car. Within two weeks, the body shop had completed all repairs except replacing the backseat, which had been ordered from Nissan shortly after the accident. The body shop and I have been in constant contact with Nissan trying to get an estimated date of arrival on the seat. Nissan has no information except that the seat has been ordered. It has now been almost 8 weeks that I have been without my vehicle. The insurance only covered the expense of a rental car for 30 days. I was told by Nissan to contact Consumer Affairs regarding this matter.

I just paid my van off when I started having engine issues. At 120,000 codes read p1701 tcm wiring, p0746 pressure control solenoid, p1778 step motor, p0868 pressure control module. Is it the transmission? The mechanic doesnt want to touch it. Just wants to change the tranny. I can not afford this. I am single mom. Is there not someone that can rebuild them properly??? I bought a Nissan (2011 Quest) because I thought it would last longer. I have not driven the van in 6 months. Its a total loss if I spend the money and it happens again then I am putting good money after bad. Its not worth anything as a down payment if I have to tow it in. Has anyone got to the bottom of this???

I believe the problem starts with Nissan in the first place. I honestly think that they feel they are too big for their britches. It is my opinion that the local Nissan trained dealership really doesnt care about the customer and refused to address issues that popped up in my particular case. To ignore the problem from my impression is to get rid of the customer. After dealing with them for 9 solid years they display a total lack of Customer Care. I think they only want the rich customers and if you are at the Altima level... Dont bother us!!! My immediate solution is to go directly... and test drive a KIA where the dealership treats you like a valued client and provides a Superior, Efficient and Reliable mode of transport.

I bought my new Nissan in 2007, and has no problem until now with my CVT transmission @ 121.800 miles. I was concerned because I was over the extended warranty of 120,000 miles. I contacted Nissan affairs and open a case with them explaining my hardship of repairing the transmission of $4,300 stated from one of Nissan advisors. I was asked to provide the name of the advisor, location of the dealership, and the amount quoted. And within 24 hours, I would be contacted regarding a decision of if they can or cant help with this matter.Glory be to GOD. I received a call in 24 hours from the same advisor that quoted me the $4,300 dollar a day before stating Nissan will take care of the cost of my transmission which has 0 miles and I would only have to pay the labor cost and I also receive a warranty... I believe Jesus touched somebodys heart at Nissan Consumer and I thank JESUS for it. The labor cost is between $1,000 - 1,500 dollars but Im trusting that it will be fair. Im encouraging anyone that is having a difficult time with the repair of their car to Contact Consumer Affairs and see how they may be able to help them...

Nissan is, by far, one of the worst companies in terms of customer satisfaction. You can clearly see it from all negative reviews. Nissan is pretty much done with you once they were able to secure your money. Please stay away from Nissan with a clear margin. Ive bought my car 4 years ago and I take my car to the certified dealer (Royal Moore Nissan Hillsboro) couple of times a year for regular maintenance and any major work needed. I was hoping that my car would last, as long as a certified technician touches it. Obviously, I was too naive. I took my car to another dealer (CARR Nissan). They told me that my car has not been touched for years. This is only 1 month after my visit to the Royal Moore with full service.Ive complained to the Nissan consumer department. Their answer was that they cannot do anything about it and that I need to close with the dealer. The dealer is certified by Nissan but Nissan cannot guarantee the best service. The dealer obviously does not care about the customer satisfaction. That is why I sought help from corporate Nissan. For me, this is not how you treat a customer if he/she is willing to spend ~20K on your car.

At 113,000 needed new transmission. After 18,000 heard same high whining noise after driving for 30 minutes. Said was transmission - gave me a new one. Its been 5,000 miles - same thing - and now say I need a transmission cooler kit which isnt covered under my transmission warranty. Will cost $1800. My question is how come when I got 2 new transmissions, the noise went away. If this was the original noise, how come it goes away after new transmission? The dealer and corp cant answer that. I believe wrong diagnosis and it is the transmission. I wont add $1800 to a used car without knowing thats the problem for sure. It may be the problem. Like I said every time I got a new transmission, it never made any noise. Only later after certain miles put on it. I will never buy a Nissan again and my family who owns will not either.

Where to start; I returned my leased Nissan Sentra in pristine condition, new tires, new brakes, new windshield wipers, immaculate inside and out, not a scratch. The car was garage kept under the mileage. Went to return it in January of 2014 to Paramus Nissan in NJ. They would not take the car back, after I called and asked if I could return it there. I bought it in Hackensack in 2011, the sister dealership, who now only does used vehicles. I went to Hackensack NJ and because I screamed and yelled, they took the car in. About 2 months later, I receive a call that they are putting my account in collections; now I was receiving calls all along about my monthly lease fees. However, I just kept telling them the car was returned in January of 2014. I even faxed over the paper showing I returned it. When they called 2 months later, I finally had enough and asked to speak to someone over them. There is no one. I have made phone calls, threatened the company with a lawsuit, media, exposure - they did not care. Finally, someone caring enough called the dealership in NJ and got everything straightened out. I told them since they ruined my credit, my score was 750 and now it is 62. I wanted them to wipe the slate clean for my disposition fee. They agreed, as they didnt want me to sue or go to the police to fill out papers about the fraud. They just committed in saying my car was not on the lot.Six months later, they are still saying I owe them money. They want $379 as they cant wipe out the disposition fee, the other fees for a scratch on the wheel cover, and 90 miles over my contracted mileage, they would waive. I explained the circumstances, and how I was told it would be forgiven because of the damage they had caused me. However, it fell on deaf ears. So now not only is a collection agency calling me regularly, but now I owe money I didnt owe before. I have tried feverishly to call Nissan. I tried corporate. I have left messages. I have called their consumer affairs department. I have called the leasing department. I had a very nice woman on the phone who put me through to corporate again, only to get a message stating to leave your name and number. Well, I have left my name and number about 30 times, starting about 4 months ago; still no answer. Please let everyone know to stay away from Nissan products. They are the most horrible company around. I am now the proud owner of a Honda, and they are fantastic. Their company truly cares. I have had not one single problem. I owned Nissans since 1993 and it was nothing but problems with their lock box and not getting payments and their warranties and now them losing my car. I just need to speak with their CEO to tell him what I think of Nissan, and how I want him to rectify this mess I am in. Imagine working so hard on keeping your credit clean. Nissan comes along and shots it down.

Consider this. I have a 2011 Rogue and found out the CVT needs replacing. Since Nissan has created a monopoly around their CVT you cannot find parts to rebuild as you cannot buy them. The only way is to replace the entire CVT which you must purchase from Nissan. Ever wonder how they extended the warranty for 2008-2010 only but did the extension in 2014? They knew that the 2011, 2012, 2013 would all have the same problems. Maybe not enough complaints at that time for those years. So I checked the warranty on the brand new replacement CVT direct from Nissan and installed by Nissan... 12 months/20000kms. Although the exact same CVT on a brand new 2017 comes with 5years/60000km warranty. Read between the lines... Nissan cannot even back their own monopoly on CVT with a decent warranty. What a crock of **. Bye bye Nissan FOREVER. The GM of the dealership wont even return my call, probably because he has no excuses for the crap product the CVT is. Someone start a class action and take Nissan and their CRAP CVT down.

Came in to look at vehicles on 5/23/2015 to this dealership. Liked the 2015 Nissan Murano. Traded in our car and purchased the vehicle. Since the purchase (at the time of vehicle delivery) there was a defect with the center console. After 2 service visits and a vehicle in service for a whole day it is clear that Service Department does not know how to fix... No Parts available. Plus why would I buy a car that needs service from the delivery time? After complaints with ** (Dealership General Manager) I was given a $400 service department credit and a replacement Murano (unwind from one and into another.)The 2nd Murano did not have the console issue, but had a drivers door issue... The door would not properly close, would not align to other doors and seemed like the car has either been in a repair or an accident or simply was not assembled correctly. Same thing. Brought the vehicle in for service. 2 days in the body shop the vehicle is returned back with some door adjustments, broken door molding, need new parts, will need car into service again and a 2nd conversation with ** (general manager) is now on a different tone. Essentially he has said that we have helped you out... Cant help you again other than repair, repair and more repair... And thats why there is warranty. Not to mention that both times I have brought in the vehicle for service I did not receive any paperwork as to the vehicle taken to service or what was done to it, or who worked on it. As it stands now I am extremely disappointed with the purchase, with the vehicle, with the dealership and its management. However I do appreciate the sales person ** for his time and assistance with the process. And I doubt anyone should buy a Nissan from this or any other Mossy Nissan dealership so that you will need to take it to service for immediate warranty repairs... Buyers beware. Today is June 25th, 2015. Still waiting for door molding parts (Which are clearly not going to fix the problem anyways, but someone at Nissan or Mossy Nissan decided that the molding is an issue after door adjustment and they want to replace this first) 3 weeks and on just waiting on parts.Should have left the vehicle at the dealership, but they gave me a Nissan Versa with all stickers for sale as a loaner to drive. Contacted Nissan Consumer affairs... Pretty useless experience as well. They are telling me that they are in communication with the dealership and thats it. Still no paperwork provided for any service performed on the vehicle to date. DO NOT BUY VEHICLES FROM MOSSY... This can happen to you. A reputable dealership would not sell a 40k vehicle with defects and let customers repair vehicles. Imagine if you bought a Brand new vehicle and immediately had to take to service. For weeks. This is obviously last time I bought a Nissan and the last time I bought a vehicle from any Mossy Dealerships. This is how a company lost a customer. And none of my friends and family will even consider Nissan or Mossy Nissan.

First my brake module failed which by the way is an $1100. Part only covered under extended warranty... After leaving from this repair the same day I went to get gas and the gas pump valve at the gas station kept clicking closed like the tank was full when it was not. I thought it was the gas pump at the station. Went to another one and figured out that it was the truck. Took it back immediately and it was not covered... In a miraculous coincidence if you believe in those I received an notice from Nissan two days after the repair that there was an issue now covered under extended warranty for a gas vent tube... In the letter they described the exact symptoms I was having but when I inquired they would not cover the problem because it was the valve and not the tube. Sorry Nissan but you dont get a pass on this one. When you purchase a vehicle you should be able to put gas in it no matter how old it is... Ridiculous.

I leased a 2014 Nissan Maxima in June 2014. The automobile has only 18,000 miles on it. In the last 40 days, it has been in the shop 4 times. First time, the servicing dealer said it was an O2 sensor. Second time, I was told it was the REAR-END O2 sensor. Third time, they kept the car 5 days and couldnt find the problem, so they replaced the wiring harness. Fourth time, the gauge cluster (display) went completely black, and when I took it in to get it fixed, rotate tires and change my oil, they found a front axle leaking oil. I talked to my servicing dealer about trading out of the lease, and they told me the value of the vehicle had dropped in HALF in ONE year, leaving me with no option to trade out. I then contacted Nissan Consumer Affairs to discuss being released from my lease. They drug the process out over a month, hoping I would go away. I continued to pursue them via daily telephone calls. They sporadically returned my calls, using my cell phone, rather than my preferred number at work, thus avoiding direct contact with me. They had indicated they were reviewing my complaint and would have a response by Monday. They notified me today they are only willing to provide me a two-year maintenance plan, but nothing further. THIS CAR IS A LEMON. I recommend NO ONE purchase a new Nissan with this buy the car, but forget servicing the customer after the sale attitude. I have always been a fan of Nissan - purchased many vehicles in the past, and strongly recommended their product to many of my friends. I am sorry to say I have lost all confidence and URGE anyone to live under the BUYER BEWARE philosophy.

I took my car in to get the leather fixed, bubbling AGAIN. This has already been replaced once. My vehicle is barely a year old. They told me its because of the oil I used to clean it. The first and only time I have ever even attempted to clean my car was 3 days ago. Nissan cleans it when they service it so frequently. It is NOT because of the oil. I have already been to arbitration because the convertible top scrapes the seats when it goes up and down. In the past, I have owned two Nissan cars, a 1992 Sentra and a 2004 Murano, both paid in full. Well, in 2012, the transfer case/transmission went out on my Murano and the cost to get it repaired was going to be over $3,500 plus labor. Because of lack of income and I just started to work as a caretaker, I could not afford to get it repaired at that time (I loved my Murano). I had to check online and found there are so many people that had problems with the transfer case on their Murano (I do not know why Nissan has never done a recall). Since October 2012, I have been renting a car at Enterprise, which I was paying over $1,081.00 a month. So if you do the math, I have been giving Enterprise, over $8,600 for the last 8 months. So, I had been praying about what to do and since I was paying this money every month, I thought I would try to go to Nissan dealership in Victorville, California to see if they would help me get a used car. I was looking around and a salesperson asked me if I needed any help, I told him that I was looking for a used car. I explained to him my financial situation and what was going on with credit. He went and got another salesperson; they went and got a sales manager and they did the numbers. I told them that I could afford to pay $400.00 a month. Next thing I was told go and test drive a 2013 Nissan Sentra. I told them that I did not want to have very high payments. Well, I was told that my payments would be around $400 plus a month. When we got back from test driving, the salesperson told me the black Sentra which was on the show floor would be the car that I would drive off with. I told them that my credit was not good, but they told me that I did not have to worry about anything. So, on May 10, 2013, I drove off in a brand new car from Valley Hi Nissan in Victorville. Well, to my nightmare; on June 14, 2013 I received a call from Mr. George ** one of the finance managers. Nissan had denied my loan because I could not show even funds in my bank account. I told him that if Nissan would have looked at my statements carefully, they would have seen that all my funds were going to Enterprise every week to cover for the car I was renting from them. I told them that if they did the numbers, they would see how much I was spending every week. Mr. ** told me that Nissan did not care about me renting a car; they wanted to see the funds in the account. I told him, How can I keep the funds in the account, if I am renting every week? He told me to bring the car back to the dealership in Victorville. I am very upset with this whole situation because Nissan never gave me an opportunity to even make one payment. I understand that I have had some credit issues, which is not Nissan and the banks problem, but how many people in America are having problems with their credit? I am very upset with the people at the dealership, because now they are saying, Well, we did all we could do. You know, if we mess up how credit scores, the bank and finance companies will hold our past over our heads until we die, and sometimes they hold the past still against who have died. All I wanted them to do is to at least give me a chance to make the payments. So now, here I am back to renting a car so I can get to work, and the dealership has their car which now is a used car. So who wins? I just thank GOD that he does hold our past against us for life.

My 2009 Nissan Altima just died on me one evening. I was stranded so I had it towed across the street to a Shell station. I did tried calling the closest Nissan dealership which was several miles away but they were closed. I have been paying for an extended warranty mind you thousand of dollars and they told me even if the part was covered they wouldnt reimburse me because I took it to a garage other than Nissan. This is absolute bull. Theyd rather I do that vs go right across the street late at night stranded. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER NISSAN AGAIN. I WILL DO EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO STEER EVERYONE I KNOW TO NOT BUY A NISSAN!

Still trying to pursue a Lawsuit over a negative life-changing experience which cost me negative and fraudulent credit reporting by NMAC of which I did end up homeless, (my line of work depended heavily on a near perfect credit report) for which NMAC finance/accounting department exercise Corporate Greed to the Max!NMAC lacks Leadership in their Accounting Department. Will accept Fraudulent paperwork that High School Graduates with ZERO accounting background, are the financier within Nissan Dealership cross country. The Nissan Dealership Mission is to prey on the Independent Purchaser; check / run credit background, even at a great Credit Score Rating, will state Zero% interest, yet Contract at 4.99% interest... Gross financial administrative error! Then, they will overinflate car cost. (Bait & Switch rule) Targeting and profiling minorities. (**s, Hispanic and Single Women purchasers.)Truth is, the dealership gains!!! The NMAC financial service gains, the State DMV gains, and the infrastructure within the county gains at the expense of the Consumer! As a whole, Nissan Capitalizes on good citizens absent of Financial Accountability by accepting fraudulent contracts by their own dealership!! This action would never hold merit in US Banking or Security grounded financial institutions. The Dealership will sell maintenance issue Vehicles under the pretense that car is without flaws. While the very own Consumer Protection Lawyer in that particular district eats lunch with the local Lawyer who represents Nissan Dealerships and NMAC! Even the Lemon Law doesnt hold up in Court, to include Consumer lawyers must be paid heavily as a kick-back bonus to steer clear of Lawsuits targeting Nissan. Similar to pharmaceutical Corporations and malpractice suits with cross-contamination probable issues! Those Consumers lack legal representation as a whole! Still hoping to get involved with a Class Action Consumer Violation on a Federal Scale! Oh, did I mention its a Japanese Corporation; manufacturing in Tennessee... NMAC Financial Department lacks Leadership, fails to correct issues and prey on U.S. Citizens as a whole! Now, lets talk about tariff issues of an overseas corporate business dealing in the USA. The last I saw, the Yen is stronger than the dollar and we continue to be screwed one way or another...THINK ABOUT THAT, before you buy Asian based Products. For the love of MONEY!

I purchased a NISSAN Altima and took a loan with Nissan motor. That was the worst mistake of my life. I had my system on auto pay with my bank using e-bill. One day their e-bill stopped hitting my auto-pay and they made me default on the loan for 30 days. It has spoiled my credit history. When I try to contact them and explain it, they don’t respond, don’t care and don’t even want to find out what had been wrong with their IT systems. Worst company do deal with. Better avoid it.

According to Nissan, the problem is that I updated my phone. Nissan wants you to keep your phone months to years behind in updates so their app might work. I have been told at least 4 different versions of IOS are the latest that have been approved. It seems as if they are just guessing, hoping it might work. Its no wonder they now use Car Play. The head of Nissan Connect (at least by her own admission) Amanda, claims that Nissan Connect is a great system but had no answer for why, if it works so well, are they switching?

I have been a customer with Nissan Finance since May 2015. I never had an issue with them. I decided to trade my 2015 for a 2018 this past April. I paid $2500 down (which I did have to do in 2015) and my payments went up. However back in July, I ran into some financial difficulties and communicated that with them in able to get a payment extension which they declined. I made payments which weren’t the full amount and kept communicating with them for an extension.I owed them about 2 months and made a payment on 9/1/2018. They reposted my car on 10/12/2018 and are not allowing me to pay the past due. They want me to pay the full balance of the loan which is unheard off. If I’ve been requesting an extension for 2 months, how would I be able to pay off the entire loan in one day on a 72 months loan. They are not in the business of keeping customers in their vehicle. I will be filing a lawsuit against them and American Repossession. I reside in a gated community with Security at a guard gate. No towing truck is allowed in our complex with Security Knowledge or Resident Approval. They illegally gained access to our community.

I had to have my 2009 370Z towed to the dealership twice. The dealership did not know the cause and the car just started after some testing. They released the car not knowing if it would do it again. 1-2 weeks later, on a Monday morning, the car did not start after my appointment with a client. The dealership, after weeks of review, could not test out or get the car started. In the meantime, I am working with a gal at consumer affairs. I told her what happened, and a week she called back stating they are not accepting the claim as if it were an owner maintenance issue and 3 months out of warranty. As we found, it was an electrical something in the steering column locking the car down as if it were being stolen. This is certainly not an owner maintenance issue and the car was only at about 32,000 miles. This little bit of time did not affect the outcome and certainly not the mileage. The problem is Nissan did not want to stand behind a known problem in other vehicles with the similar theft deterrent systems, but also because of the cost of replacing the whole steering columns - $1,200 plus. Welcome to my first Nissan experience. I will not buy another.

ATTENTION NISSAN ROGUE OWNERS PLEASE READ: I am extremely disappointed in the results of my visit. My 2008 Nissan Rogue of South Brunswick Acme Nissan went in because of a problem the Rogues had with their passenger airbag lights and problem with the sensor in the seat. Ive never had an accident nor problem with the seat. Now Nissan tells me, Sorry, the seat needs to be replaced to the tune of OVER $1400.00. They claim it was covered for 5 years or 50,000 miles. Oh yes and by the way, it was a recalled item at one time! Well gentlemen, I will not have this seat replaced and I will rely on the primary safety seat belt. I have 4 cars in my family, 2 of which are Nissans, and just for your info, I will NEVER and I mean NEVER buy another Nissan as long as I live or take it for service to Nissan. One last thing if I may. Why was I charged over $50.00 just to find out whose problem it was? Oh wait if it was Nissans problem you would absorb the cost but because it was not your problem you passed it on to me. Thank you for making my choice of vehicles in the future easier the next time because it WONT be a Nissan. A letter will follow up to Corporate of Nissan, BBB of NJ, and the Home News Tribune and their sister paper, the Asbury Park Press, Star Ledger, YouTube and anyone else I can inform via electronic media.

I will never buy a Nissan again! I own a Nissan Rogue and my car stopped working while I was on the freeway while my daughters were in the car. I found out it was my transmission (CVT) but Nissan refused to replace it since I was 1,700 miles outside of the warranty. There was no indication there was even an issue or that I should take my car in; which would have saved me thousands of dollars, prevented being without a car for over a week, and putting me and my family in grave danger. It is extremely upsetting and disheartening that Nissan cares so little for their loyal customers.

Nissan consumer affairs is a JOKE! Purchased a used 2011 Nissan Murano convertible from a Chevy dealer. Before the purchase though I made an appointment and brought the car to the local Nissan to have a pre-purchase inspection done from dealership the car was orig sold and maintained from. Got the thumbs up. I asked if there were any major issues. Was told no. Asked if I could get a print out of all services completed and was told I could not have that but the service tech read to me minor repairs that were done. So I purchased the car. 2 months into owning the vehicle the convertible top stops working... Come to find out the top on this vehicle had already been replaced at 12k miles and was brought in several times for complaints with the convertible top not opening properly. Now we have a car that the top DOES NOT WORK and they say it will cost $17,000.00 in parts to repair... This does NOT include labor. Nissan doesnt feel they are responsible for this repair. How can you expect a consumer to spend SEVENTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS + labor to repair a car worth 24K when it is clearly a known issue with this vehicle? We even found a bulletin Nissan published stating known issues with the top. This is the most unbelievable thing I have ever come across. NISSAN was my very first vehicle. Ive always thought they were great vehicles. I will never EVER purchase or recommend to ANYONE to ever buy a Nissan. We will be wrapping the car as a lemon and serving free lemonade out of it. DO NOT PURCHASE NISSAN.

Since day 1 of having my Nissan Rogue 2016 SL FWD, have had constant issues. Front auto braking sensor malfunctioned the day I drove it off the lot in July 2016. Didnt have my car for 2 weeks, dealership was clueless on when the parts would be coming in. Dealership said they would paid for all the gas consumed in their loaner car for those two weeks and they paid 75% of it. At that point, didnt care to deal with them. Factory tires on the Rogue are junk, so loud on the highway. Acceleration is awful and the gas pedal vibrates. Had issues with something being loose in the driver side door, made a chirping sound when I closed it. Passenger door does the same thing now. Back door hatch makes a noise when turning or backing out of the driveway. Took the dealership and they took it all apart, broke a couple clips for the back trim and put it back on anyways thinking I wouldnt notice. Took it to the dealership I bought it at, the Midwest Regional tech and Service manager messed with my back door to get it to stop making noise and said they would order all new parts for it. They never called me back when the parts came in so I just now have them doing the work. Now my steering wheel shakes a ton when braking on the highway with speed over 50mph, its back in the shop for a second time to figure out the problem after a quick resurface of the rotors. I will never suggest a Nissan to anyone ever again, these cars are junk. Overheard so many complaints about their new Nissans from other customers while I was in the dealership the other day.

I own a 2012 Nissan Versa with only 38000.00 miles. The car broke down last week on me while I was driving. I had it towed to the dealership where it is still. There they say they cannot find out what is wrong with it but they too cannot get it to start. When I called them today they are now saying they believe it may be something wrong with the transmission. Thank god I bought an extended warranty on it. I cannot be upset with the service department as so far they have been very nice and I do have a rental car compliments of Nissan. But with this car having less than 40000.00 miles and the transmission going out already that is not a good sign. I love my car but if this is an indication of what is to come I am going to get rid of this car and will not go back to Nissan.

I own a 2007 Xterra 4X4. I had to replace the rear wheel axle twice! The first time at around 34000 miles and Nissan replaced it under warranty. The 2nd time it happened at around 60,000. Nissan was of no help and it cost me almost $3,000. The vehicle was in the shop for 6 weeks, while I was waiting on Nissan to respond to my complain. To top it off, when I picked up my Xterra after Kraft Nissan installed the new axle, the mechanic forgot to release the brakes (axle comes complete with new brakes) and they started smoking and I had to return to the shop!!! My husband and I bought a Nissan Rogue in California a couple years ago. It started having what we thought was transmission issues at about 95,000 miles. We immediately took it to the shop to be evaluated. They said there was nothing wrong. I continued to drive it and kept having problems. We took it in several times and every time they said there was nothing wrong. A few months ago we moved to Tennessee and drove our Nissan. We were in the middle of nowhere and suddenly my car stopped shifting. It was stuck in a high gear. We were finally able to make it to Tennessee to a Nissan dealership in Cookeville. We had an appointment for 8am. I took the day of so we could drop it off and came back to pick it up later in the evening. When we got there they were not friendly and clueless as to what was going on and where our keys were. Finally they figured out that nobody even looked at our car. They didnt apologize, take ownership of their mistake or offer us a discount! I had to take the next day off again to be able to go back and pick it up when they were done. They finally called and informed us that the transmission needed to be replaced. The reason my husband and I are so upset with Nissan is because we were then informed that the transmission had a warranty until 120,000 miles and we were actively trying to get it fixed since about 95,000 miles because we could tell it was going out! We have contacted Nissan to inform them of our experience and they dont seem to really care about their customers. The Nissan of Cookeville website states that their commitment is to provide their customers with top notch customer service but that is not near what we received!

I just bought a Nissan on April 13th and wanted to inquire about the payoff amount. NMAC informed me that my contract (i.e., purchase date of the vehicle) was March 29th. NMAC then informed me that I have been accruing interest on a vehicle I did not own for two weeks racking up nearly $200 in interest for this timeframe. I was told to contact the dealer to adjust this. Dealer told me to go ** myself speaking with the financing manager. I tried contacting the general manager only to be blown off. Sales manager has been negligent as well. Nissans objective is to sell a vehicle then screw the customer. If I had known this, I would have never bought a Nissan. Now, I am told I am SOL by both the dealer and NMAC. This is flat out fraud. In this economy, customer service is more important than ever. I wonder why Hyundai, a once inferior product, is gaining traction where Nissan is losing traction and value. Nissan and NMAC are prime contributors. I purchased a New 2016 Nissan Rogue with 3 miles on it on December 13, 2017 from Clay Cooley Nissan in Irving Tx, 3-4 months into the purchase I start having an issue. While driving the O/D light comes on by itself, the RPMs rise, the car revs high and drives rough. I have read it is a possible transmission or computer problem. I have taken the car to the original dealership of purchase and another one to get checked out. They both claim they have driven the car, hooked it up to their machines and dont see the error. But as soon as I get the car back the issue repeats itself. They told me I need to bring the car to them when it happens which is hard because it happens at random on my way to work, school, and other daily activities. The dealerships are either too far to make it or outside of normal business hours.I complained and reached the sales manager J **. He prompted me to come down and they would trade me out of the vehicle into a new one and keep my payments the same! A complete LIE, I get there and they pump me up, “This is going to be painless. We will get you in & out,” and start asking me for a money for a down payment and try and put me in an Altima which is not what I purchased originally. After getting upset, I leave in the same messed up car. NO HELP. Just a full tank of gas and one of the managers says, “Well the car still drives so just keep driving it and when the error happens switch the gear. Itll go off.” So he wants me to pay for a car that is clearly giving me trouble and just drive it and jerk it around and keep rolling! Then says drop it off at service when I just picked the car up. How many times do I have to leave the car and be without a car to drive? I am disgusted and disappointed by the service I have received. This was my first time treating myself to a NEW car and it was a complete mistake. I hate Nissan. The car still has the issue, nothing resolved.

And then I bought a brand new 2015 Nissan Altima in Sept 2014 and the transmission went bad at only 5,000 miles, the cotter pin in the axle had to be re-tightened, the radio has static, there is a popping in the Bluetooth, and the speaker lid popped up. It hadnt even been 120 days and the day that we were on the phone which was Thursday, February 23 to pay the notes. We were put on hold for a long time only for the company in which they had repossess the car took the car. Finally someone comes on the phone with the amount due then she tells us to hold on for the fees. I asked, What are the fees for? She explained for repossession and storage fees which came to the amount of $567. I asked more than once. Once this is paid will we have to pay any other fees once she retrieve the car from the towing company. I was told, No you shouldnt be because what was paid. Only for us to get to the towing company and they are charging us an additional $175 plus an additional 50 because we didnt make it in time to pick up the car before they closed. I am very very upset because we were given false information once I called back and spoke with a different young lady whos name was ruby and she told me that wasnt the correct information. Im very upset because I feel like we have been taken for more money. If a company pays a towing company to retrieve a vehicle why should we have to pay additional fees?

I worked for a Nissan Dealer for 3 weeks, so I could find out why the cars had lost the great reputation of the 280ZX, and why most people hated the dealers. I sold my shop and moved to Florida to find out what was the problem. They only paid 30% of the labor fee to a mechanic if it is warranty. If it was warranty work and good mechanics did it, they would have quit if it was warranty. Mostly new bad mechanics, with no customers, got the warranty work and oil changes. They would change the oil with recycled oil on hot motors, thus spilling it all over the trans, causing warranty work for leaks all over. They paid me $75.00 to replace a rear main engine seal that was dry as a bone, oil was all over the trans, because of boys changing oil. I only use Fully Synthetic German 20w 60w LIQUI MOLY oil. Back in 2000 a cheap $20.00 oil change at Nissan was recycled oils, garbage. They did not care about customers. I still hear from my customers back home in Louisville and they miss me. I took good care of them from a wreck to a clutch, and when the Dealer told them they could not fix it, I had like new used parts and would have it going in one date with a year or more warranty for 1/5th the cost. I drive a Lincoln Towncar now and a BMW Z4, cause BMW charges much more, not a better vehicle, 240Z easiest car to work on.

I purchased my 2017 Nissan Murano on 2/27/17 from Frank Fletcher Nissan, Joplin MO. Prior to 5/8/18 (I do not have this date or who I spoke with at Fletchers) but I stated to them when my husband drove the car and placed his arm leaning on the center console the drivers seat would rub against the console causing this annoying squeaking that was continuous until he changed positions. I was asked if my husband was a bigger man and I said yes 63 230 lbs but what does that have to do with it? He stated they have had several complaints about this and all the men were larger. I said that is no reason for the seat to squeak! We had other vehicles & not ever had this issue. So on 5/8/18 I took my car in and the service dept said they could and I agreed to let them install washers to tilt seat slightly and prevent rubbing. This seemed to work briefly but then it started again. Nothing like before but still it should not be happening. So I went back again to report it. This is my 1st brand new car and this should not be the way it is & I have never had a car that had this issue and I am sure I could have bought any other car & not had this issue. So I said if you cant fix it who should I speak with that might be able to assist me and at that time he gave me the 1-800-nissan-1 #. On 6/6/18 I contacted the 800 Nissan consumer affairs and the person I spoke with said they will send case to regional consumer affairs specialist to get in contact with dealer and investigate giving me a case # ** from agent #**. on 6/8/18 I spoke with regional affairs rep and he had authorized technical resource to talk with Fletchers and that my car was under warranty so call and make an appointment to take my car in. 6/8/18 I called Fletcher for an appt. They said they will need my car 1/2 day but he will get ahold of Regional consumer affairs and find out how to get set up with tech. 6/11/18 Fletchers called. Will get tech line assistance with them to get help on resolving problem. Appt set for Wed, 6/20/18, 10 a.m. 6/20/18 took car to Fletcher Nissan Joplin, MO. Service manager said will contact tech line and see what they can do. He came back to get me in just a short amount of time and said I could take car and he would call me to bring it back in once tech line calls them back to let him know how to resolve. On 6/29/18 I receive a call from Fletchers customer service dept asking if my problem was resolved to my satisfaction and I said no and explained I was still waiting to hear back from service dept at which time she transferred me over to the head of the service dept. The man said he had spoke with tech line and they were not to modify seat or replace it. He was told it is a characteristic of this vehicle. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! At which time I told him I would NEVER purchase another Nissan again and it is a shame because my sister bought one just like mine because I liked mine so much until this and now they will never buy another Nissan either. I called 800 Nissan back and spoke with agent #** and asked for a supervisor. He said he will have a supervisor call me back no later than tomorrow. He did have me explain to him my issue so it could be noted prior to supervisor calling me back. 7/12/18 a supervisor called, left a message on my phone and said the dealership provided me with correct information. The vehicle is operating as designed and it is a normal characteristic. They will follow up with me tomorrow to make sure I received this message.7/16/18 Sammie called and I was not where I could talk so told her I would call her back Tuesday at 10 a.m. She gave me her direct #. 7/17/18 Sammie called me back at 9:40 a.m. Said all she could do was restate what I had been told which was it is a characteristic of this vehicle. I said I knew of other people per Fletcher dealership in Joplin that are having this same problem but I also know it is not every car since my sister bought the same vehicle due to my recommendation and hers does not do this so how can you consider this a characteristic. She once again said it is a characteristic of this vehicle. Call was ended! Case # ** 7/17/18 I called Sammie back. Left message to call me back - no return call. 7/18/18 called her again leaving another message with my # to please return my call and to this day still have not received a return call.

I have done business with Nissan Motors for the past 6 years. I recently turned in my Lease for a 2010 Nissan Maxima. After near 45 days, I received a bill for $1600 for excessive wear and tear. I have never seen such a high bill and even when I turned my car to dealership, they mentioned this was one of the cleanest cars they ever got back. When I called Nissan Acceptance, they started saying you should review the contract and should have done a 3rd party inspection before giving the car back. They claim they sent me a letter too... but I never got anything. All I got was phone calls asking me to release another Nissan. I have leased vehicles before and this is the shadiest process. Good luck to Nissan as I will ensure none of my friends will get a Nissan anymore... Awesome customer service... Way to go Nissan...

I was really concerned after reading reviews online. I mailed my payoff and it did not show up online for the first week. I called customer service. The rep was very nice and very reassuring telling me it usually takes 2 weeks to process and that the title can take approximately 45 days. True to her word, the payment was posted during the second week. The pleasant surprise was that I received the title the following week.

I am the unlucky customer of Nissan; my 2013 Nissan Sentra has a transmission problem without any previous symptom. My wife was driving to California when happen and need to bring the car to the dealership located at Tracy CA. The only dealer in town! They took several weeks to have my car ready and as a familiar person to the automotive industry. I know that there are design issues and manufacturing errors. I am an open minded person and understand that errors happen. I patiently wait for the repair of the car and pay for the additional travel to pickup my car. I am located at AZ. After that I let my son attending Tulsa University to take the car with him. He noticed a noise under the car and with the months the noise go worse. I instructed my son to take the car to the dealer at Tulsa; they completed the diagnostic and determine an error made during the replacement of the transmission where a bolt was left loose or too tight ended to stripping or damaging the bolt threads. They also recognized an extended warranty for additional 12K miles and the whole repair will cost nothing to me. Well too good to be true! After two weeks waiting for the parts; the dealer at Tulsa notified me that the dealer at CA didnt accepted the claim! They said that there is nothing they can do and I should contact and deal with the dealer at CA directly. The dealership at Tulsa denied to honor the warranty! Well, I contacted Nissan directly and they reported the receipt of my complaint; within the following two day they completed their investigation. It is an issue that needs to be solved at the dealership and it is nothing that they can do! I got a copy of the procedures created by NISSAN to replace the transmission and the additional procedure to remove the parts where the bolt in question is located. It is more than clear that the last person to touch that bolt was the Nissan technician during the transmission requirement. Well after all the evidence still Nissan denied any support or ruled to make their representatives responsible for their mistakes. I am writing this review to help some other potential customers to became victims of their poor quality of products and services. I asked for a writing report from their investigation and it was denied; they do not want to provide anything in writing. Too much to ask? Nope! It is a normal covering for a crooked organization! Do not repeat my mistake; do not buy any Nissan products! I am not complaining for the poor quality. It is for the silly expectation of Nissan that the dealership are independent of their organization. That I cannot have a service across the whole USA but I need to deal with independent dealers, that they are trying to push me to go to CA and fight with an independent organization whom by the way hold a big SIGN OUTSIDE SAYING AUTHORIZED NISSAN DEALERSHIP with their big logo there! NEVER NISSAN AGAIN!

Bought this truck about a year ago. Nissan charged me $31000 plus financing and extended warranty up to $45000! Tires were crap. Had to buy new ones @ 40,000K which should have been covered under extended warranty... No tire sensor in the spare tire so if you rotate with the spare your low tire light stays on. Thing rides very uncomfortable... Is it the wheel base or the suspension? Dont know but it feels like there are no shocks at all! Took it in for service lately @ around 60,000 just bought new tires and that service had the wheel alignment package. Anyway there was a problem. My low tire, traction control & 4 X 4 was disabled and the warning lights were on prior to the service about 2 weeks, so I stated the problem on the service order and let them know I was hearing grinding in one of the front wheels and I figured that was the source of the disabled safety features. The service tech said that one of the sensors in the back wheel was damaged and had to be replaced and he somehow determined that we had hit something and damaged it and it was not covered under warranty and wanted $500 for the part, even though it should have been covered under extended warranty! We refused to pay for the part and insisted that we would take it up with the warranty dept. so the tech did not address the original stated problem. He said until we repair the sensor the error code would prevent them from detecting other errors. By this statement I assumed that he obviously did not check out the original stated problem visually either! So he discontinued all other service work till we agreed to pay for the part... so we left... all safety systems disabled. Steaming mad cause the warranty dept was not getting back to us. 2 days later just after Christmas 2013 I rolled the truck into the ditch on an icy back road, injuring myself and my girlfriend and writing-off the truck due to the disabled safety features!

I was in an accident at the approx speed of 40mph, impact was drivers front and rear. The air bags did not deploy and the seat belt did not catch, allowing me to hit the steering wheel with my right shoulder and throwing my glasses to the floor. Please explain to me why there was no deployment of any air bags and why my seat belt did not lock especially at that speed, I think because that was the biggest selling point, the safety. How can I have confidence in the safety and what the company states and the actual result?

Purchased new Nissan Juke 2016 with CVT transmission. The transmission was bad from day one and family and passengers would notice, but I loved how the car looks. Come February 2020 and the vehicle literally stopped in the middle of the highway, very dangerous but I turned the engine off, restarted and moved to the shoulder. Took it to a dealership and was quoted $4890 for repairs. The vehicle has been sitting at Sterling McCall Nissan waiting to be repaired. I follow up every day with the service department and they claim Nissan North America has not shipped the part. I drive for Uber and for a month now I havent worked a day losing income, time and causing psychological damage. Given theres a class action on defective CVT transmission in the Nissan Juke, Nissan should do the right thing and foot the bill for my repairs. I believe Nissan sold lemon cars to consumers and are not prepared to fix the mistake.

Purchased a 2013 Nissan Altima two months ago and had 85,000 miles on it when the CVT transmission went out. In hindsight if we had read more reviews we would not have purchased this vehicle due to the number of complaints about the transmission in this model! Only advanced warning we had was that the car seemed to shake and vibrate at lower RPMs and engine would race causing the tachometer to rev at higher speeds. This started about 75 to 100 miles prior to the car losing acceleration. Went from driving with the traffic on the interstate down to a limping top speed of about 25 miles an hour. Managed to get to a parking lot and ended up hauling it the last 70 miles home on a car carrier.Contacted the Nissans National Customer Support Center which was of little help. Hauled the car to a local transmission shop where the owner found the pan full of metal shavings and the transmission shot. Called 2 other transmission shops which both offered the salient advice of you should not buy a Nissan with a CVT transmission. We are now facing a $3,200 bill to replace the transmission. Unfortunately we also have to haul the car to a Nissan dealer to have the transmission programmed or flashed after it is installed. Nissan extended the warranty to 120,000 miles on earlier models but the 2013 only has the 60,000 mile warranty because of the new transmission. May be new but certainly not better!!

I recently brought my vehicle in to be serviced due to some noise coming from the rear of the vehicle. After looking at the vehicle I am told that the rear end pinion bearings have gone bad, and that the pinion seal is also leaking and is described as a nonreplaceable part - as such, the rear end assembly needs to be replaced for a cost of close to $4000. Note, I do not have a trailer hitch, and do not tow anything. This seems like a very extreme repair for a truck with mileage in the 80k range - and would seem to be a reflection of the poor quality and craftsmanship when it was built. Ive regularly taken this vehicle to the same dealer service department for previous repairs, oil changes, etc.- there were no previous signs or indications that this would be an issue.

Volume on radio out of control. When I click the volume control on the steering wheel to go up one notch it goes to the highest volume and the only way to lower it is to shut the car engine and then re-start the car. This happened on the day I picked up the car from the dealer and it has been back to the dealer at least 4 times for repair. On 2 other occasions a repairman came to my home to fix it. New wiring, new parts, grounding and even a new unit has been installed. Dealer has been very attentive each time I brought the car in. However they cannot fix the problem. I called Nissan consumer affairs yesterday and was assured I would get a call back today. I did not receive a call and when I called again today I was told I would get a call tomorrow. At this point I think a new car should be awarded to me.

I recently purchased a 2013 Nissan Rogue with 133,000 miles. Seemed to be just what I needed. However, just a few days after I purchased I noticed the engine would power down when taking off. I had it checked out and it was the transmission. I verified with the Nissan dealer and they confirmed it was the transmission. When calling to make the appointment and telling the problem that was experienced the service guy expected it to be the transmission. Seems that it is a common problem with the 2013 model. However, I have since found out that is a problem for 2010. Nissan needs to extend their warranty repair for this problem.

I purchased a Nissan Rogue 2015 from Koeppel Nissan, Queens NY. It has been in their service department several times for different issues but the main Issue is a Broken Transmission within 6 months of having this car. I had a Nissan Versa 2012 and traded in for this Rogue 2015 and I really regret have done that. Nissan Koeppel has been really unprofessional with me. I found out that they were claiming repairs for my car when my car was not even near their service department. I think that because my car has been IN so many times, they thought that they could claim repairs any time they wanted even when my car was not around.I tried to get in touch with Nissan Consumer Affairs and asked them for support, but they have done anything for me. So I had to contact the BBB and open a complaint. My car still has issues that hasnt been repaired, make noises, the transmission still has issues, the engine is weak, the MPG is only 15 in the city when is supposed to be at least 28, I feel like Im driving a Non-fuel Economy car, Im having issues with my entry Key, the car wont turn on sometimes and the list goes on... And the fact that this dealer in Queens New York was faking some repairs which I confronted on Sep 18th, and because of that I was asked to leave and never come back because I found out that they were lying about my car repairs, at this point, I dont know if they actually fixed my car when my car was actually in their service department.I dont feel safe with this car, I dont believe that they have done anything to my car and Im really disappointed with the service of Koeppel Nissan and Nissan Consumer Affairs. I believe this Nissan Rogue 2015 is a faulty car!!! And I dont want anyone to go through what Im going through, especially as a single mother. I was able to get a meeting with Nissan North America and BBB this month and hopefully they can replace this car or give me back my Nissan Versa. I will keep you posted!

I have complained to Nissan Customer Service Malaysia about the occurrence of a small crack line at the center of my Nissan Sylphy dashboard. They replied that the crack line was due to external impact and therefore not claimable. I requested for a detailed explanation of what sort of external impact that has caused the crack line. This is because they have taken photos of my car both externally and internally. They did not give me a satisfactory reply but instead requested me to pay some USD1000 for the repair.Sir, the only impact on my car is a small dent on the lower left door of my car that has happened more than a year ago. My mechanic can testify to that. But, the crack occurred just one month ago. So there is no relationship between the dent and the crack. It really hurts when I received such response from Customer Service Nissan Malaysia as I have been a strong supporter of Nissan cars in the last 15 years. I have owned a Nissan Serena (1997), Nissan Sentra (2005) and now a Nissan Sylph (2009). Your kind intervention is much appreciated.

I purchased a CPO (Certified Pre-Owned) vehicle from a local dealership. 12 hours after I got the vehicle home it absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke. This is not hyperbole: the garage smelled like an ashtray the second morning because the car sat in there overnight, windows up. The entire garage. In the 167 point Nissan Certified Pre-Owned inspection smoke odor is called out as being checked for and Meets Standard, Replaced, or Repaired/Adjusted (the check for my car indicated Meets Standard). I struggled with the dealership to get it fixed but they stonewalled me past casually trying to fix smoke odor that all the advice online says cant be removed with the methods they employed (ozonator and bombs). From Nissans website: Can all Nissans be Certified? No. Most important, pass a comprehensive 167 point Nissan Certified Pre-Owned inspection. When I called Nissan corporate about being sold a car that was obliviously doctored just enough to not exhibit smoke smells during the sales process but is now undrivable because of the toxic smells inside the vehicle I was told that this is between me and the dealership that sold me the car. I asked them directly: So you are telling me that Nissan made a CPO promise to me that included no smoke odors and is now unwilling to stand by their customer. The response was, and I kid you not, was Yes. Furthermore, there was no concern or followup that the dealership was playing fast and loose with the inspections and the how the dealership dishonestly presents CPO cars for sale. Based on this experience I will never buy from Nissan again. Its all promises until they get a sale, then you are on your own. I wont be doing any more business with a corporation like that.

My daughter purchased a 2013 NISSAN SENTRA in November of 2013. In May of 2014, out of nowhere, the car transmission started slipping after 10,000 miles. She immediately took it to her dealership and they proceeded to diagnose the problem. I was advised that there have been some problems with the CVT transmissions, but they were working on them. Once sending proper testing documents to Nissan, the dealership replaced the transmission. It is a major concern of ours that the same year transmission was put back in the car, after being advised that once the transmission is replaced there were very few problems with them.I thought that since Nissan was confident in their product, that there wouldnt be any reservation in extending the new transmission warranty. Not so. Unfortunately, she will be losing 10,000 miles on the transmission warranty as it will run at the same time as the whole power train warranty, 60,000 miles or six years. Maybe they arent so confident in their product after all, nor am I!!!! Will not be recommending Nissan to future buyers.

My brand new car (Nissan Sunny XL petrol), right after the second free service, the car started having problem like heating up of the engine and frequent shutdowns. When checked with the service center, it assured me nothing was wrong with the vehicle and in a perfect condition. I, with my little daughter, drove the car to our relatives next day. On the way, it broke down again while passing a dangerous valley. It stopped more than 20 times during the travel of 200km. When I contacted the service station in charge, he said that he cannot do anything. When asked what should be done next, his answer was, HE DOESNT KNOW ANYTHING.I then called Nissan Call Center. With much effort and persuasion, they connected me to the local technician who, after inspection, declared that the problem occurred because of the FAULTY FUEL PUMP and DUPLICATE COOLANT, which the service center used. More than 15 days has passed and in spite of sending a number of mails, no action has been taken until date.

Diagnosis indicates problems with a different sensor with every visit to the mechanic which is at least twice a week.
