Have been ripped off and treated so poorly! I paid for a brand new Nissan Ultima. Before it had 30,000 miles on it the thing over heated three times shutting down on the side of the road! A fire started under the hood. They would not even come and get me or tow the car! I had to pay for it even though I got roadside service! When I called for help they said I wasnt eligible then the next day they said they wouldnt refund the tow! Then the heater broke! They said they found the problem and fixed it but when it broke again in two weeks they refused to even look at it saying nothing was wrong with it to begin with and they couldnt spend money to keep trying to fix it. They never fixed it. They kept saying it was fine. LOL so patronizing and unhelpful. I wear coats in the car now. I applied to Nissan corp for help. They stalled me two months then said no. Dealer only said the repeated overheating and fire was a bad alternator that we should have caught but they wouldnt replace the car or engine. On a NEW car??? Other shops now tell me the heater malfunction is due to the critical overheating and that many other systems will be significantly damaged. I asked what are the specs on the heater: they said, Ohh we dont have any. Lemon laws are useless if they can get the thing to drive off the lot. Shame on them. I was ripped off. Karma will get you boys.

I purchased a 2013 Nissan Altima a year and half ago with 33,000 miles on it. The car is now at 74,000 miles and the transmission goes out. I got a check engine light on 05.20.2016 and the car would not start on 05.21.2016. I called and spoke to a Nissan Rep, with no comfort or remedy. I had to get my car towed to a mechanic, who confirmed the transmission was a bust. I searched the internet for reviews, and to my surprise, there were 100s of complaints and experiences just like mine. I dont get it Nissan... I thought you were one of the BEST... But disappointingly you the WORST!!!

I bought a 2012 Nissan Versa CVT in November 2011. In the summer of 2013, it started hesitating and squealing when I lightly touched the accelerator to adjust my speed at freeway speeds. The winter of 2013, it started hesitate-surge behavior, like it was searching for the right gear, at freeway speed limits or when accelerating to freeway or city speed limits. Sometimes it was so strong I was afraid I was going to lose control of the vehicle. A couple of months later, I was driving 75 mph (the speed limit) on a flat stretch of TX190 when the vehicle suddenly lost power. I was only able to keep it at 60 mph by pressing the accelerator to the floor. I was only able to resume normal driving speed by taking my foot off the accelerator and then pressing it to the floor again. From what Ive read online, Nissan has had problems with its CVT for years, yet I was unable to get 3 Nissan dealers in 3 different towns to service this problem. One said they couldnt reproduce the problem. The other two wouldnt even give me an appointment. They basically said this is just how this transmission works - live with it. It got worse. I live in Central TX, and my parents live in Phoenix. The morning of March 21, 2014, my dad died. I found out at about noon, went home to make plane reservations and pack, then drove to the nearest airport, about an hour and a half away, mostly interstate.Less than an hour in, I started having trouble, so I stopped to eat lunch and let the CVT cool. Shortly after I started out again, one exit before the airport exit, the car suddenly dropped to 40 mph -- in a 70 mph zone -- and kept losing power. I had barely enough power to get off the freeway and coast into a gas station. I had it towed to a Nissan dealer, rented a car, rescheduled my flight for the next day, and booked a room in a hotel. I was gone for over a week. It took a whole week for the dealer just to get permission to replace the CVT after the mechanic pulled CVT oil pan and found excessive metal shavings in pan and inside transmission, so I had to rent another car to get home and to work the next few days. The invoice only said All Nissan genuine parts carry a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty, so I asked if that was the case for the CVT as well. The response was so outrageous - I asked for it in writing. I was told that, if I had bought an SUV, the CVT would be warrantied for 120,000 miles, but as I owned a Versa, it was only warrantied for 20.5 months or 60,000 miles, whichever came first. I had only had the car for about 1.5 years before the original CVT started to go. It died at 2 years 4 months and 34,167 miles, which means this CVT is warrantied to last less time and mileage than the original. Nissan should be ashamed of itself, and my government representatives should be ashamed to allow such a company to continue to do business in this country.

I have a brand new Nissan Rogue. I live in Colorado and sometimes have to park under trees during the day for work. Other than that, the vehicle is kept in a garage and is washed frequently as I use the car to pick up business clients at the airport sometimes and want a good professional impression. Last week during a few days that seemed like spring here, a group of robins in a tree above my car managed to use my car for target practice. When I got in the car at about 6:00 p.m., I noticed the droppings and took it to a professional car wash the next morning at 8:00 a.m. on my way to work; only the droppings didnt wash off. The bird droppings damaged the seal coat and now I have dull smears all over my shiny new car. We hand washed, tried wax, took it to an auto body shop for their advice and then to the Nissan car dealer we bought it from. They said that they had seen this before from bird droppings and the only way to get it right was to repaint. This is a $27K car. Seriously, I cant drive anywhere where birds exist from now on or I need a new paint job? So here is where we are. Even if they do manage to fix the spots that exist on the car now, throughout ownership of this car, I will have to protect it constantly or expect to drastically reduce value every time a bird flies over! This is ridiculous to expect that paint on a vehicle can get totally ruined within 24 hours by bird droppings. Needless to say, this has and will greatly reduce the value of the vehicle. I am going to file an official complaint with Nissan and if they do not give any results, I will pursue this all the way up the ladder. Anyone else having this problem with new Nissan products?

My cars battery was still under warranty (which I was not aware) but Nissan roadside assistance sent a technician to me when my car was not starting up properly, who gave untruthful and misleading information that my battery was already passed 3 years. Complained to Nissan, these people in customer service was even more ridiculous, they said they did not change my battery last time, so they were not responsible for warranty claim. They were just a group of liars so please seriously consider whether you wanted to purchase from them.

The CVT Transmission is junk. Disintegrated at 76K miles. It is well documented the CVT transmission has a history of problems. Nissan only extended warranty of a very small subset of vehicles that have the CVT. I spoke to Nissan Corporate and they were unwilling to help. If you buy a Nissan, put away another $3k to $4k to rebuild the transmission.

I never thought I would dislike Nissan, after having purchase two cars from them in the past. But the preown side have a car salesman (Jose **) that is very unprofessional, and arrogant. The issue did not just end with me buying a car and in less than a month had to bring it back two times but the service I receive from Jose have ruined my chances of giving them another try. And when asked his manager to call he never did. Humberto **. Be careful buying from there. The cars have issue, they charge. They may want to charge you for their inspection they did before selling car, ask for that money back because the cars are taken not to Nissan if it is not a Nissan car, some to Jiffy Lube for oil change etc. The cars are not checked out properly and the only good person that helped was ERiC, the sales manager Humberto ** will not follow through. Be very careful. Buy at your own risk and ask questions on the wear and tear, get the car facts beforehand. It is not always driven by one driver. They use cars on lot as loaner cars.

This is the beginning of my campaign against Nissan. They build crap cars and dont stand by their product. Do not buy a Nissan. You will regret it. There are ridiculous problems that you would not expect from a car built in the 21st century. They are common across the board. The door handles come off simply by opening the door. Water pools in the driver side floorboard. The airbags will go off for no reason. The airbags are the only thing theyll fix because they know its a liability.

Nissan says they will take car back if I pay usage fee or they will give me money and I keep the lease. I fail to see the benefit to me if youre considering a Nissan. The cvc transmission is to be worried about. Own 2 Nissans at this time and a total of 5 since 2006 but will find a way to unload them. Stand behind your products.

I bought my Nissan Juke in August 2012 and have had no problems with it until June. I set up a recurring payment with Nissan Finance so that I wouldnt fall behind. When we fell behind 2 months, I found that the account never saved, although it said it did. My mom even went in and set up an account, which again, never saved. So we called customer service and a lady there set it up for us, so we thought we were fine. WRONG. Our car got repossessed last night because we were behind on payments. How? I dont know. The only to get it back now is if we pay the off the car in full. The card that was supposedly supposed to be on that account is still active, so whatever happened, is beyond me. This wouldnt be the first time Ive gotten such bad service from Nissan.

I BOUGHT NISSAN X-trail in 2015 it is still under warranty. My car I-stop (Stop & start function) is not working since last one year. I have been to Nissan many times for the same reason. Till now they have changed few different parts to work it out still its not working. Now at last they are saying I have to changed I-stop battery which will cost me $350AUS though still under warranty. So I dont why I should pay money if the car system is faulty and still under warranty.

I purchased a 2013 Nissan Rogue. Brand new. Have no problems until this week. The car wouldnt crank. Replaced battery works fine. Now the radio wont work. Speakers just went out. All the sudden a burst of smoke came from the vents that smelled like burning wiring. Called Nissan my warranty is out. Seen on edmunds.com that a recall is in place as of Jan 28th 2015 but hasnt been mentioned yet. The wiring harness is shorting out and can cause the car to catch fire. And nothing can be done unless I pocket out the 2,000 + grand to get it fixed. You pay 25,000 for a brand new safe car to drive your children around in and this is the repayment. I will never do business with Nissan again.

I have recently had a terrible experience with my 2009 Nissan Rouge CVT transmission and working with the Nissan customer service you should know about. This issue is not new to Nissan. In fact Nissan extended the warranty to 10 years 120,000 miles. However, they never notified customers about this issue until they start to having a problem. Our problem came at 123,000 miles. If you go to Nissans website http://www.nissanassist.com/ProgramDetails.php?menu=2they state that they will provide financial assistance for those customers who may be beyond the warranty period. Nissan just called to tell me that they will not provide any assistance. What a crock. I came to find out that many people who own a 2009 -2013 Rouge or Murano will have issues with their CVT transmission. For those who own Rouge or Murano made between 2009-2013 have your transmission checked out before the warranty expires.

Never in my life will I return to this dealership (Power Nissan at South Bay) and I advise to be very careful when dealing with the people here. I came into the dealership requesting a Lease Buyout Packet which I was instructed to get from Nissan USA after calling over the phone. So I come in and I was told to wait for **. I waited over 1 hour to only be rushed out of his office, and after declining extended warranty, he literally threw me the purchase order. I couldnt believe the service this man was providing my father and I. I took the purchase order to my credit union to finalize the loan being that I didnt like the customer service given to me there at the dealership. The credit union mailed Power Nissan South Bay the check. I figured we were done and the loan was paid off. Well I was wrong. The same rude unprofessional man by the name of ** called my father and basically threatened him with returning the check back to the credit union if he didnt go in the dealership right there and then to sign the paper work for the extended warranty. My father told him “I don’t speak English.” He then told my father “You’re in America, not Mexico.” My dad couldnt believe his ears. He then called me to tell me what was going on. I then called Power Nissan and requested to speak to ** and then it all went down. This man began to yell and curse me out after I questioned him for harassing my father. He stated that we better go in there ASAP or else. I then asked to speak to his manager and he stated “I am the manager. I’m the senior manager and I don’t have time for you. Go somewhere else” and hung up on me. I called him back and told him Id be coming to pick up the check. He then said “Don’t bother its been destroyed.” So now my question is what’s going to happen to my loan. And where did all this come from. Never in my life have I seen or dealt with such an animal. Yes animal, he is not human. A human doesnt treat others this way. I am so disappointed and don’t even want my 2 Nissan vehicles anymore. I will never ever purchase or support a Nissan dealer after this horrific experience. I have reported this incident to Yelp, BBB, Nissan Corporate I want this to be known. You do not have the right to treat customers this way. I don’t know if this was an act of racism or if this man is just plain evil. Just because we are Mexican/Hispanic doesnt give you the right to treat us any less. The manager of Power South Bay is a total jerk - the rudest, meanest, ugliest person Ive ever met. Hope God forgives you.

I purchased a 2018 Nissan Murano with 14k miles on it in Feb 2019 with full warranty. It was the first time I had bought a used/program car and it will be my last. In mid-July the sunroof started experiencing an issue when closing it. Id press the button to close the sunroof and it worked fine until it got to the front and instead of closing it would kick back open. I took it to the local dealer and they thought it would be a simple fix to change out the motor. Fast forward to now and 3 motors later and still NO RESOLUTION. Im now at DAY 50 of not having my vehicle back or fixed. The dealership tells me they are not getting support needed from Nissan Tech Engineers, have tried 3 different motors and nothing is working. Last Friday I reached out to Nissan Consumer Affairs because the dealership is getting nowhere and they inform me there will be ANOTHER 10-day wait until while they act as liaison between myself and dealership. The communication on both ends has been horrible and its completely unacceptable for them to have my car for almost 2 months with no resolution in sight. The service experience between the dealership and corporate has been a nightmare and I will never buy a Nissan again. The rep at Nissan Consumer Affairs sounds like shes reading off a script and also made it sound like it was my fault for not reaching out sooner. Up to this point Ive always trusted my local dealership and I believed they were working diligently on my issue. It appears Nissan just doesnt want to replace the entire track for the sunroof under warranty... Maybe they are fighting about who is going to pay for it. All I want them to do at this point is to buy this car back so I can move on. Im so done. It shouldnt take 2 months to fix a sunroof.

My car has been held at Nissan repair shop for 30 days, for a faulty transmission, that a lot of the public has an issue with. I spoke with Nissan customer service (Katey **) on 4/25/2018 case **. I was suppose to receive an email on 4/26/2018 with documents, for this action to proceed with the credit to my account. I NEVER received them yet and its now May 10, 2018. I called customer service today at 6:45 pm, and Jazmine the representative answered with a nasty attitude, consistently asking me for a payment, when Nissan owes me a credit. She began speaking over me, and would not allow me to answer any of her questions. I then requested to speak with a Manager, she put me on hold, then I heard her mumble a under her breath, then she disconnected the call on me. I called back, and I immediately requested a Manager, his name was Chuck, he also answered with a nasty tone, and was basically flipping me, Yeah yeah maam whats your issue. I then asked if they were happy with their jobs, because I am an innocent customer, who does not deserve the DISRESPECT, I have spent nearly 20,000 with this company. I deserve respect and excellent customer service. They should be fired!

Route 23 AutoMall was pleasant when I purchased the lease on my Nissan Maxima, however when my lease was over and I needed to return the car, everything was different. I purchased my lease at Route 23 AutoMall in NJ and then moved to Rhode Island. However, when my lease term was over, I returned my car back to Route 23 AutoMall where I originally purchased the car. Once a customer, always a customer, think again!Route 23 AutoMall lied about willingness of returning out-of-state license plates to the DMV and instead, salesperson ** kept them in their desk drawer. This action resulted in property tax from Rhode Island for 3 months when I no longer had the car. Returning the plates to RI DMV is the only indicator to stop property tax from being generated. I am seeking $148 from dealership to cover the timeframe (June-August) where I no longer owned the car, but was being charged taxes because salesperson kept the plates in their office and had me believe they were going to mail them back to Rhode Island. When I complained to Route 23 AutoMall, I was given no consideration by the salesperson **, office manager **, office manager **, and instead treated like a bothersome customer.#Route23automall #Nissanlease #Nissancustomerservice #Nissancomplaint #NJNissandealers

In 2014 my husband and I bought a brand new 2014 Nissan Rogue. I thought I had my dream car; little did I know, it was a nightmare car. In the last three years we have owned the car it has been in the shop at least 5 times for repairs that were covered under our warranty and two other times for voluntary recalls. I knew there was something not right with the transmission less than a year after we purchased the car. It made funny noises and jumped when changing gears. After 2 and a half years and many attempts to have Nissan look into the problem they finally replaced the transmission when it about fell out in their parking lot! Now, less than a month after having the transmission replaced, I am sitting here trying to get the air conditioning looked at cause there seems to be a leak that WAS NOT there before the transmission replacement. Nissan corporate has refused a buyback and I am stuck with a new car that I am still paying for that is still under warranty which has more problems than any used car Ive ever had!!

I attempted to make two payments to NMAC through my banks bill pay service. The first time, I entered the account number from my statement by hand. The second time, I entered my account number through copy and paste from my statement on NMAC’s website. Both payments were returned for invalid account number. I contacted NMAC’s customer service to inquire and they could not explain why the ACH payments from my bank were returned. I then mailed a check to NMAC for my payment. I prefer to pay my payments in an electronic fashion so I dont have to worry about my check being lost in the mail or a delay with the postal system. I then signed up for recurring payments on NMAC; their only option is to pay once monthly. I prefer to pay specific amounts each check to reduce my interest costs to myself. I guess with Nissan, its their way or the highway. In addition, when I purchased my vehicle from Sheehy of Manassas, I was told my GAP insurance was free. When I reviewed my sales contract, the GAP insurance is included in the contract and the balance reflects my loan with NMAC. How is the GAP free if Im paying for it? The first contract on the vehicle was at 4.99% interest. I was called back and told I dont qualify for that rate. So if I purchase the Sheehy VIP care maintenance service and lockout service, then I can receive 2.09% but lose one of my rebates, which made my payments go up $3 per month. I have read all the forums and Nissan is aware of the issues but will not issue a recall.I would like for them to take ownership and repair my car, I am a retired disabled veteran and I need my car to go back and forth to my doctors appointments. If I dont get any satisfaction, I am prepared to go to the local news to let them do a story on how Nissan mistreats its customers and disabled vets. I am a member of National Organization of Veterans Advocates (NOVA) and they are waiting to see the outcome of this before they intervene. Nissan knows that this is an ongoing problem and they should do the right thing by allowing me to use my car warranty to fix the issue. I am on a fixed income and I cant afford to pay absorbent amounts of money for car repairs, that is why I purchased the car warranty.

2012 Nissan Rogue S AWD, with a CVT. 2015 Oct, I purchased the vehicle use with 96K miles, still within the bumper to bumper warranty (different owner). 2 Weeks after purchase during an attempt to vacation, we arrive in St. George with a smoking engine compartment and loss of fluids. The transmission blew due to it overheating. It over heating due to the poorly manufactured cooling portion of the CVT. Which resulting in the transmission being overheated and blown. The Nissan Dealer in St. George charged my purchased extended warranty for the replacement. Not the extended manufacture warranty it should have been covered under still. $4,600 total - $480 out of pocket.June 6th, 2017. (1.5 years later, 7 months outside of warranty and 124,500 miles) Traveling to Grand Junction. Vehicle started mimicking similar issues as prior. Had to replace the cooling portion of the unit. They upgraded it to the better version (the external cooler) that would prevent the transmission from over heating. $1,000 total $160 out of pocket. (Thank goodness for my extended warranty AGAIN). July 7th, 2018. 1 month outside of warranty for the external cooler and 136,907 miles. Traveling to Twin Falls. Same issues start occurring. AGAIN. Took to the dealership on 7/9 where I was advised that my transmission had went into fail safe mode 111 times. Leading to need to replace the transmission once again due to the external cooler not doing its job once again.I have contact Nissan Consumer Affairs, I opened a case which went to review. Subsequently being denied for Goodwill Assistance on 7/10 at 5:20 PM for assistance on another $5,000 repair due to defective manufacturing due to the vehicle being outside of the 60,000 mile manufacture warranty. I was very friendly offered the opportunity to purchase another vehicle from Nissan though. I THINK NOT! Nissan, it is time for you to own up to your defective vehicles and repair them at your cost since there are so many of these that are occurring with the same issue! I also urge everyone to contact the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and report the problems of loss of acceleration etc.

I recently purchased a 2011 Nissan Rogue, on August 26th at Concordville Nissan in Pennsylvania. At first, it seemed as though I purchased a very good vehicle. It was a certified car, the mileage was reasonable, it had only one owner and it looked great. This praise quickly turned into a nightmare. During the test drive the passenger side windshield was covered by the cars feature list and certified sticker, covering the small crack I noticed the next day. I called Concordville and informed my salesman (Pat) about the crack and he told me to bring it in to be fixed. I wasnt able to do that then because I was going away to New York and then to Baltimore. On both of my trips I noticed the front wheels were swaying slightly, gliding to the left or to the right. On my return, I immediately contacted the service department (Sept. 11) about this new concern. After the car was inspected (Sept. 14), the Service Advisor (Darren **) informed me that there is a crack in the right side axle. WOW! I tried to shun the idea of what could have happen if the axle would have broken with my family and me driving that car while on vacation. Even though, the problem was fixed the same day, I am now worried about what new problem will arise. I no longer enjoy driving this car in fear of what other unknown defect will surface. On the same day the car was being repaired, I spoke with the Sales Manager (Ryan **) about my issues, explaining the entire situation. He seemed concerned about my frustration and even said he would confer with the Service Manager (Mark) about getting me into a different car. After, I asked if that was an option. No promise was guaranteed. As I returned to pick up the Rogue I requested to speak with Ryan **, he was unavailable, but Ryan ** was. So, I explained to situation again and again talking about getting a different car. He said he would look into it. This was around 3:30 pm. After waiting around for about two hours a salesman name Mark approached me and asked if I was being helped. I told him I was waiting on Ryan **. Mark went to the counter where Ryan ** was, talked to him a little and came back over and said who is helping you again? Then Pat, the salesman who sold me the car came over and asked me was my car still being repaired? No, I replied. Now getting angry because, not only was I forgotten about, no one seemed to know what Im talking about. I explained my situation once again. After 3 hours I was finally called over to the counter where now both Ryans are. Theyre telling me that: (1.) the axle wasnt cracked. The problem was with the ball bearings, but I have an invoice explaining the issue was the right front drive shaft. (2.) I can get into another certified car, a 2012 Morano that is going to cost me $645 a month with a $4000 down payment. I left the dealership very confused and upset. I just want to express how disappointed and frustrated I am with this whole process, from the issues with the car to the poor customer service. Now I see why they wouldnt show me any other car. I will never purchase another nor, will I recommend any of my family, friends or co-workers to purchase a Nissan Certified Car. I am also filing a consumer complaint with the Attorney General office in my state.

I have two problems with this vehicle (2013 Nissan Rogue). It is only three years old and the transmission is failed twice. I replaced the transmission at 80,000 miles and with a little over 150,000 miles. It is failing again. Second, the car has pearl white paint on it, and it is peeling off across the car. Every area of the car has paint peeling off. I submitting a claim and took the car to the dealer several times. Nissan Consumer Affairs refuses to help defray the cost of these repairs, $4800 for a new transmission and $1500 for the paint job. I have filed complaints with the BBB, Nissan USA and the NHTSA. No one is helping.

I needed a part for my Nissan Versa that was on national back order. For almost 3 weeks West Hills Nissan in Moon Township, PA and Nissan North America treated my problem with no care and refused to give me a used car or a rental car. After talking to about a half dozen people and complaining they got some guy named Angelo from Nissan Corporate to help me. He told me Nissan parts often go on national back order and this was a common thing. He said it was too bad I didnt rent a car because he would have reimbursed me - although I was told they wouldnt when this nightmare started. Emails sent to the president of customer quality - Brad Thacker went unanswered. Ill never walk into another Nissan dealership again.

Dear Nissan, for everyone that had a car before the policies changed for the 8 payment extensions to 6 payment extensions you should still honor them because we were told something that is no longer being honored. I understand that it is a courtesy, but that doesnt change the fact that you should honor your word to us because when you say something you should do it. Especially for some of us who have been loyal towards our payments and the Nissan Corporation. Also, we never get anything for being a customer. We hardly get discounts and the service team at almost every location is always trying to sell you another car for overpriced numbers. Unsatisfied.

I bought a 2012 Nissan Murano 7 month ago and the last 5 month its been sitting in the driveway. The cvt transmission has went bye bye at 120 thousands km so I call Nissan Canada. Gave my vin number only to find out that there was an extended warranty bought and paid for already for that Vin/. My 2012 Nissan Murano. But heres the thing. They got the money already for the warranty but was up to them to let the dealership who I bought it from that there was an extended warranty on this vin and was to be transferred to the new owner within 30 days of purchase which they had failed to do so you went on to have camvac do an arbitration and Nissan sent a legal representation and at the end of it all Nissan could care less about their consumers at all and come good and honor the warranty that they already made the money on and fix my vehicle for me. So now Im stuck with a truck that dont run and a loan that I have to pay for 18 thousand and have nowhere to turn. Im a single father thats been raising my 2 girls for the past 7 years alone. I work my butt off to afford to drive and pay for the car and raised my girls and Nissan has all the money in the world and cant do anything or dont even care. So what Im saying is if anyone reads this think twice before you buy any Nissan car or truck. They really dont care about the consumer at all and the transmission on these vehicle are garbage and if you research them you will see all the problems on them cvt transmission. I just dont want anyone else to have to suffer the way I have and for through this. Thank you.

Worse Purchase Ever!!!! I bought a brand new 2014 Altima as a graduation gift for myself in 2014. Within a year my transmission had to be completely replaced as well as my computer. Recently my air went out. The dealership informed me my Air compressor was bad and I was out of warranty. When I complained about the car I was told Sometimes they just have bad parts and there was nothing I could do but pay for the repair. I told them I felt they sold me a lemon and was told its the companys problem and not the dealership.

I dont know why I never learn my lesson always coming back to this dealership. When I would search for car loans for bad credit, they would always come up. Been turned down 4x, the last humiliating incident, finally got approved through the help of a friend whos only supposed to cosign with me but ended up having the loan under his name only, my name - hopeless. So we drove home and just before the 2nd week, they called asking for my friends tax returns. Wrong timing coz this a few days before the long weekend. I was able to submit what they want right after long weekend. Now theyre saying bank got suspicious and asking for cosigner. I said, You guys are the ones who decided the loan be put solely under my friends name, and we kept you posted about the delay on the docs being asked so you can somehow keep your bank posted and now we are faced with this. My salesman said, Bank said no cosigner no deal. I said, Ok heres the key... TAKE IT. So they did even if I already put 3,000 miles in it in only a 3 wk time. What I cant forget is the humiliation of taking my stuff out under the heat of the sun and piling them up on the side of the guest parking while I wait for my friend to pick me up. FIRST TIME that I experienced such humiliation, although Im a BIG FAN of the NISSAN JUKE, and 2nd GENERATION NISSAN JUKE IS COMING OUT NEXT YEAR; NEVER MIND AND NEVER AGAIN. Thanks Nissan LB. That review is posted on their website. Customer Relations messaged me and left a number to call in case I want to further discuss and get help, but for 4 days Ive been calling but no ones answering. I thought they are testing me how far can I go about telling my ordeal, so Im escalating it to you.

I have complained to Nissan Customer Service Malaysia about the occurrence of a small crack line at the center of my Nissan Sylphy dashboard. They replied that the crack line was due to external impact and therefore not claimable. I requested for a detailed explanation of what sort of external impact that has caused the crack line. This is because they have taken photos of my car both externally and internally. They did not give me a satisfactory reply but instead requested me to pay some USD1000 for the repair.Sir, the only impact on my car is a small dent on the lower left door of my car that has happened more than a year ago. My mechanic can testify to that. But, the crack occurred just one month ago. So there is no relationship between the dent and the crack. It really hurts when I received such response from Customer Service Nissan Malaysia as I have been a strong supporter of Nissan cars in the last 15 years. I have owned a Nissan Serena (1997), Nissan Sentra (2005) and now a Nissan Sylph (2009). Your kind intervention is much appreciated.

2 weeks ago I had a problem with my Nissan Sentra which I bought in 2015 brand new. The problem was about the transmission system. Whenever I drive my car I felt some noise at low speed and increase with speed increase. I reported the case to Nissan service centre in Sultanate of Oman Azaiba branch. After their diagnosis, they confirmed the transmission issue and informed me that they will send the report to insurance company as I had 5 years extended warranty. 2 days later I received a call from Nissan service saying to me that warranty didnt approve the repair and no realistic reason was provided to me. I was very upset how such company is playing with our trust. I now understand the meaning of cheap treatment and products offering. The people from the service centre looks to be trained more for sales than customer support. I am still waiting for Nissan to check what other option is available to fix my issue. But it looks that I will have to pay from my pocket. The next option I have is to file a case against them in court. My company policy is to buy a car every 160k or 4 years. I bought already 2 cars from Nissan and this one will be the last one for sure.

I bought my 2000 Nissan Maxima new and just after the three-year mark and at about 27,000 miles I got an SES light. I took it to the dealer and they told me all 6 ignition coils needed to be replaced. I was in shock. How can all 6 be bad on a car with only 27,000 miles. I asked if there was a recall or if the parts were defective. All they said was to call Corporate Nissan! When I did I got blown off. They said since my car was past the warranty period they were not responsible for anything. I was out of luck. I said maybe they could make an exception because this was not something that normally happens. They would not budge. I was stuck and what made me really angry was that these parts had to be ordered through the dealer and they were on back order. I tried AutoZone and online but no luck. The parts took about 5 weeks to come in since there was a shortage of these parts. This was very common for this year and model car. I had to rent a car for this period and ended up spending a total of $1600 including the rental car. This was a nightmare I will never forget. A very good example of very poor customer service. Leave your customer stuck and say we cant do anything for because we do not have to. Excellent way to make your customer say I will never buy another Nissan product again. I actually had to call the customer rep because she did not return my call. I left her a message saying thanks for nothing and calling me back like you said you would. It was not her fault but she could have returned my car with courtesy and respect even though there was nothing Nissan would do for me. I really felt that there should have been a recall but they took the cheap way out. Better to lose a few customers than to shell out bucks to help customers with a manufacturer defect. The sad part is that after all that I went through, I still have this car today. It has 172,600 miles and is still running good. Still will not buy another Nissan because of this bad experience. I had to replace 3 O2 sensors, MAF sensor, radiator, alternator, starter, thermostat, front axle, dimmer switch, front struts.

Buyer beware! If you have purchased a vehicle through Nissan please review your paperwork/contract. Several dealerships have been adjusting the cost of the vehicles with dealer add-ons and making it seem as though these are items you have to sign off on and not options that can be declined. These include (VIN Etch, Paint Protection, Fabric Protection. Portfolio Protection Package, GAP Insurance) and can add thousands (mine was over $5,000.00) to the overall cost to the vehicle and if you are financing you will pay interest on all these add-ons as well. This is an unfair and deceptive trade practice and has fallen under scrutiny of the State Attorney Generals Office as well as the Federal Trade Commission. If this has happened to you please report the dealership to both your States Attorney General and the FTC.You can also file a record of complaint to the DMV as I am having to do because of the above listed as well as now finding out that the salesperson committed fraud by falsifying the loan application. Currently Nissan Corporate is not taking any accountability for the dealerships unscrupulous practices and so by filing a complaint, the more people that do will show that there needs to be repercussions and Nissan Corporate needs to be held responsible as well. We the consumers have the power to say NO MORE! Please be cautious and do research online before your next vehicle purchase and if you are a Nissan owner, take a look at your documents to make sure you werent duped. After looking, you may just find out you were. :(

My brand new car (Nissan Sunny XL petrol), right after the second free service, the car started having problem like heating up of the engine and frequent shutdowns. When checked with the service center, it assured me nothing was wrong with the vehicle and in a perfect condition. I, with my little daughter, drove the car to our relatives next day. On the way, it broke down again while passing a dangerous valley. It stopped more than 20 times during the travel of 200km. When I contacted the service station in charge, he said that he cannot do anything. When asked what should be done next, his answer was, HE DOESNT KNOW ANYTHING.I then called Nissan Call Center. With much effort and persuasion, they connected me to the local technician who, after inspection, declared that the problem occurred because of the FAULTY FUEL PUMP and DUPLICATE COOLANT, which the service center used. More than 15 days has passed and in spite of sending a number of mails, no action has been taken until date.

We purchased a new 2015 Nissan Rogue with a CVT transmission, we also paid for an extended warranty. We have since put 91,000 highway miles on the vehicle. The transmission began to stutter and lightly slip at random intervals. I DROVE it to an authorized dealer (Antwerpen Nissan here in Owings Mills, MD). They told us that after ($149) diagnosis, it needed a valve body and cooling assembly. We were then informed that it needed a new Catalytic converter as well. They stated that our extended warranty expired at 60,000 miles, but Nissan would cover 60% of the transmission work. After replacing the parts, the vehicle was still doing the same thing and now would not shift out of 1st gear. We were informed that we were now responsible for an additional $1377.00 for another transmission part. Remember that I drove the vehicle there, with NO issues of shifting our of 1st gear. Bill at this point would now be around $3700.00. They have now replaced the additional part (I was not told what the mysterious part is) and again the vehicle will still not shift out of 1st gear and still slips. I have now been told that they will have to try and figure out what to do next, however it will of course be an additional charge. They have had the Rogue for 2 weeks now, they DID provide a courtesy car after 4 days. I have cited multiple online recalls for 2012 to 2018 Nissan Rogue with the CVT transmission, as well as lawsuits I have found about them. I was told that my vehicle is not listed by the Highway administration as being part of any recall or bulletin. BEWARE. We are adult drivers who are not rough on our vehicles. We are without our vehicle, currently sitting at a huge bill, a broken vehicle that has only gotten worse from the work that was done, and still waiting to hear how much MORE we will have to pay to get our Rogue back.

When I purchased a 2011 Nissan Frontier, I was asked, How would you like your payments to be made? Through automatic withdrawal or through mail? I clearly stated that I would like an online account that would draft my payments automatically on the 17th day of every month. When I first discovered that payments were being taken from my online account and through mail, I contacted my bank to stop the payment. I then contacted Nissan to inform them I did not want my account being drafted twice a month. Fast forward to a year later: the same thing, but only this time Nissan Finance writes an email to me apologizing for mistakenly drafting twice out of my account. I took the initiative to cancel one of the two payments that they were taking. Once I did, Nissan did the same thing; therefore, no payment was received for the month of July. Harassing phone calls everyday all day began approximately 4 days after. I spoke with a lot of callers (all of which I cant understand due to language barriers). I explained my grievance and they said, Sorry, but you now must make a payment for last month.” I find this company to be poorly run, disorganized and filled with negligence across the board. I can promise that this Nissan 2011 Frontier will be the last Nissan I buy and I will gladly share this story with anyone interested in buying a Nissan.

I had an accident on 2/13/12 and took my 2012 Nissan Frontier SL Crew Cab 4X4 to the body shop and it has been stuck there for about 4 weeks trying to get parts to repair it from Nissan. I called Consumer Affairs and it was referred to Regional Consumer Affairs, but nothing has been done to resolve my problem. I cant reach anyone by phone that can help me and I really need to get my truck repaired and out of the body shop. Can someone please help me? My body shop is unable to obtain Nissan parts for repair.

I purchased a Nissan Rogue 2015 from Koeppel Nissan, Queens NY. It has been in their service department several times for different issues but the main Issue is a Broken Transmission within 6 months of having this car. I had a Nissan Versa 2012 and traded in for this Rogue 2015 and I really regret have done that. Nissan Koeppel has been really unprofessional with me. I found out that they were claiming repairs for my car when my car was not even near their service department. I think that because my car has been IN so many times, they thought that they could claim repairs any time they wanted even when my car was not around.I tried to get in touch with Nissan Consumer Affairs and asked them for support, but they have done anything for me. So I had to contact the BBB and open a complaint. My car still has issues that hasnt been repaired, make noises, the transmission still has issues, the engine is weak, the MPG is only 15 in the city when is supposed to be at least 28, I feel like Im driving a Non-fuel Economy car, Im having issues with my entry Key, the car wont turn on sometimes and the list goes on... And the fact that this dealer in Queens New York was faking some repairs which I confronted on Sep 18th, and because of that I was asked to leave and never come back because I found out that they were lying about my car repairs, at this point, I dont know if they actually fixed my car when my car was actually in their service department.I dont feel safe with this car, I dont believe that they have done anything to my car and Im really disappointed with the service of Koeppel Nissan and Nissan Consumer Affairs. I believe this Nissan Rogue 2015 is a faulty car!!! And I dont want anyone to go through what Im going through, especially as a single mother. I was able to get a meeting with Nissan North America and BBB this month and hopefully they can replace this car or give me back my Nissan Versa. I will keep you posted!

I have experienced more incompetence from this dept. than any other customer service center I have ever contacted. It has been 3 months I have been attempting to get them to send my title to the state DMV for registration. I have faxed them documents at least 6 times during this period. I follow-up with the fax to confirm everything was received and it is all in order. I am told all is in order and the request is being processed. A week later I follow-up for status to be told something or other is missing or incorrect. They do not have the courtesy to contact me when they discover the error, they simply throw it out and never inform the customer. I will never buy a Nissan again.

****AVOID NISSAN.**** AVOID NISSAN.**** I hate writing about this, but I told them I would so I will. I bought a Nissan Versa about 5 years ago. I wish I had used Google and listened to my wife. If Id simply done a search I wouldve discovered a design flaw in the transmission from that period of vehicles. I thought, Hey, an import. Good on gas and reliable, right? ... Not this one. What I needed was a vehicle that will be good on gas, relatively comfortable and reliable. The car I had previously was a Toyota Echo. I drove it for 350,000 miles and sold it for $300. I never had any engine or transmission trouble at all. Being a design flaw problem, I asked Nissan for help twice. I got nothing. They said no for any help. I wouldve even gone for a 50/50 on their $3800 transmission. $1900 each? Cmon you multi-billion dollar automotive manufacturer!! The car has 164,000 miles on it and is now, an expensive paperweight.Knowing that I put about 2500 miles/month on my vehicles, you know that it is a good testing ground. No abuse, just many highway miles. It is in my professional opinion that Nissan ... sucks. I encourage everyone to avoid Nissan, not because I think all of their vehicles are crap, I dont, but because they DO NOT stand behind a product they KNOW is flawed from the beginning. Im off to listen to Deftones and look for another car now. (whispers) ... Nissan sucks.

Cape Cod, MA: At the end of Jan. 13, I purchased a high-end 2010 luxury Maxima SV with 33k miles. The dealer pushed a $2000 extended warranty on me saying mine would run out at 36k. When I read it over carefully, I realized that this did not cover everyday issues (exp: brakes, tires, etc.) and every item that was covered were parts/issues that Nissan would be bound by LAW to correct anyway! (I know this as the previous Director of the BBB & of the Consumer Assistance Council in our region working closely with our State Attorney Generals Public Protection Bureau.)As an educated consumer, I cancelled this useless policy, and surprise - in December 13, 6k miles over the ridiculous 36k warranty (less than any other manufacturer to my knowledge), my beautiful Maxima had me, a woman, stranded in a dark parking lot on an icy rainy Sunday night. It was incapacitated due to a faulty part in the steering column connected to the push start. After research I found that there are MANY HUNDREDS of complaints and horror stories regarding this issue & that Nissan had recalled the defective part on 2009 models. Although I expect the 2010 Maximas also contain this defective part. This brought me on a journey to complain to Consumer Affairs and a regional rep. Neither were concerned with standing behind their expensive, luxury, top of the line vehicle, and were not even interested in extending the repair as a goodwill gesture as, after all, I didnt purchase the Extended Warranty! Try as I might, I could not get through to them that they were STILL bound by Implied Warranties in Massachusetts under MGL. Ch. 93A Consumer Protection provisions. Nissan CANNOT develop and sell extended warranties (Express Warranties) in order to avoid what they would be required to do under an implied warranty. Basically: a product must perform properly for a reasonable amount of time or it is the seller/manufacturers responsibility to rectify. Nissan is attempting to coerce purchasers of their vehicles into purchasing expensive extended warranties - therefore GETTING THE CONSUMER TO PAY FOR (NISSANS) RESPONSIBILITY BY LAW. This is fraud & misrepresentation to consumer and an illegal practice! I am SO disappointed in Nissan Corp. This was my fourth Nissan and the other 3 ran forever! Truly, one of the reasons I wasnt worried about an extended warranty is because in the past Nissans were exceptionally reliable. At this time I dont know WHAT is going on with Nissan Corp., but they apparently feel no responsibility towards the consumer if they havent purchased an expensive and unnecessary extended warranty, therefore absolving them of any financial liability (ie - YOU, the consumer, already paid for yours & everyone elses repairs by purchasing this so-called warranty). Ive filed a Consumer Complaint with Consumer Protection and intend to file a MGL. Ch. 93A claim for treble damages. I also intend to inform our Attorney General of this fraudulent practice to gather information to prepare a class action lawsuit to obtain monetary damages for consumers!

I know these complaints are mostly about Nissan Muranos. I presently own a 08 Nissan Rogue in which my transmission went out on me while on road trip from North Carolina. I purchased it from Nissan dealership in 2011 with approximately 50k. I presently have 121k miles. When I found it was the transmission I did some research because as long I have been driving I know transmission dont go out on cars at 121k. I called Nissan consumer care and found out that an extended warranty is on Rogue transmissions. Being that I had 121k I ask about the mileage on warranty at 120k. I was told mileage didnt matter and take to Nissan dealership. The dealership diagnosed as needing a new transmission. I found a letter on Nissan website stating that the warranty on CVT transmission had been extended to 120k /10 yrs from 60k 5 yrs. The letter also states that even past warranty mileage that decrease in repair cost would occur by Nissan. After speaking with Nissan Ive been told that no previous problem with transmission and being out of warranty they couldnt assist me with my transmission. Doing further research there are many people having/had issues with the CVT transmissions in Rogue/Muranos. I spoke with a few mechanics who said that transmissions dont fail @121k and Nissan had issues with CVT transmission. Right now I feel Im caught in rock and hard place. I have to spend $3500-$4000 for a major repair for a car that Im still paying for. I have purchased 3 prior Nissans and always thought highly for their cars. I believe that Nissan is trying to deflect responsibility for having a defective part. I just want Nissan to own up and replace it in good faith. I like the car, but after this Ill seriously consider and likely purchasing other brands and models of auto other than Nissans

In the past, I have owned two Nissan cars, a 1992 Sentra and a 2004 Murano, both paid in full. Well, in 2012, the transfer case/transmission went out on my Murano and the cost to get it repaired was going to be over $3,500 plus labor. Because of lack of income and I just started to work as a caretaker, I could not afford to get it repaired at that time (I loved my Murano). I had to check online and found there are so many people that had problems with the transfer case on their Murano (I do not know why Nissan has never done a recall). Since October 2012, I have been renting a car at Enterprise, which I was paying over $1,081.00 a month. So if you do the math, I have been giving Enterprise, over $8,600 for the last 8 months. So, I had been praying about what to do and since I was paying this money every month, I thought I would try to go to Nissan dealership in Victorville, California to see if they would help me get a used car. I was looking around and a salesperson asked me if I needed any help, I told him that I was looking for a used car. I explained to him my financial situation and what was going on with credit. He went and got another salesperson; they went and got a sales manager and they did the numbers. I told them that I could afford to pay $400.00 a month. Next thing I was told go and test drive a 2013 Nissan Sentra. I told them that I did not want to have very high payments. Well, I was told that my payments would be around $400 plus a month. When we got back from test driving, the salesperson told me the black Sentra which was on the show floor would be the car that I would drive off with. I told them that my credit was not good, but they told me that I did not have to worry about anything. So, on May 10, 2013, I drove off in a brand new car from Valley Hi Nissan in Victorville. Well, to my nightmare; on June 14, 2013 I received a call from Mr. George ** one of the finance managers. Nissan had denied my loan because I could not show even funds in my bank account. I told him that if Nissan would have looked at my statements carefully, they would have seen that all my funds were going to Enterprise every week to cover for the car I was renting from them. I told them that if they did the numbers, they would see how much I was spending every week. Mr. ** told me that Nissan did not care about me renting a car; they wanted to see the funds in the account. I told him, How can I keep the funds in the account, if I am renting every week? He told me to bring the car back to the dealership in Victorville. I am very upset with this whole situation because Nissan never gave me an opportunity to even make one payment. I understand that I have had some credit issues, which is not Nissan and the banks problem, but how many people in America are having problems with their credit? I am very upset with the people at the dealership, because now they are saying, Well, we did all we could do. You know, if we mess up how credit scores, the bank and finance companies will hold our past over our heads until we die, and sometimes they hold the past still against who have died. All I wanted them to do is to at least give me a chance to make the payments. So now, here I am back to renting a car so I can get to work, and the dealership has their car which now is a used car. So who wins? I just thank GOD that he does hold our past against us for life.

Nissan Rouge - Steering wheel vibration that started 7 months after purchas
Nissan Rouge - Steering wheel vibration that started 7 months after purchase. The steering wheel vibration has gone from mild to moderate/heavy in the last month. Changing to sport mode or turning off the overdrive helps a lot, and even sometimes stops the vibration for a while even after returning to the default driving mode. The vibration can be felt most of the time while accelerating but is worse at and above 35 mph while maintaining a steady speed. However I have noted the vibration to be moderate/heavy at all speeds. At times when driving a distance, the vibration will actually make your hands go numb and can also be felt in the gas pedal. My other concern is on two separate occasions while accelerating to enter the interstate while in sport mode, the vehicle hung in a lower gear until the RPM was extremely high and when I let off the gas it was almost like putting the brakes on as the vehicle slowed to the speed of the gear its stuck in, creating a very dangerous situation in traffic. Nissan refuses to acknowledge the problem and service people say They all do that.

Nissan of Duarte - I brought in my car to get my USB port checked and strange noises coming from under the car. When I went to pick up my car, I found a long crack in the windshield. I left the car for a week to get the windshield replaced. When I picked up my car the following week, I was really disappointed. There was a scratch on the windshield by the drivers side. The glass is not OEM glass, much cheaper glass. When I play the radio, the sounds dont resonate as well as before. The seals around the windshield dont look like as good as it should be. The glass looked very dirty/dusty like it was an old windshield lying around. They did some things they believed would make the strange sounds go away, like tightened the emergency brakes and tightened the steering wheel. I absolutely dont like the changes and plus, the strange sound didnt go away. Worst yet, I found out that my seat is broken. It was not broken when I left my car for the windshield replacement. Overall, my experience has been horrible with Nissan and Nissan cars.

I am a current leaser of a Nissan Murano since November of last year. On June 2011, my automatic payment was withdrawn ahead of time, giving me difficulties with my budget. I spoke with a representative and canceled the automatic payments. On July 3, 2011, I sent a check of $831.93 to cover two months payments. However, for unknown reason check was delayed and I was receiving calls from different representatives everyday. On July 13, I got tired of the calls so I paid by phone and told them if they receive a check, do not cash it. On July 14, they cashed they check with the same amount, making my account go overdraft. On Friday, I spoke to Elvira, she told me I was going get the money back the next day, nothing happened. The next week I called with my complaint but people put me on hold and never came back to the line.I spoke with supervisor Darling and she told me I was gonna have my check the next day. Two days passed-by, nothing happened. I was hungry, with no transportation no money for food or gas and my account was overdraft. I called and spoke with Tamy, Megan, Steven, Carla, Karen, Rick and nobody did anything. I have struggled with no money. For almost two weeks everyday they said tomorrow you will receive a check. I reported to Consumer Affairs, it was useless. After almost 2 weeks I received my refund check, but no check for the overdrafts. The supervisors Rick and Darling, promised me that they will refund me the overdrafts. I checked my bank statement but nothing until now. I keep on calling them, they are never at the office. Representatives told me they gonna contact them and return my phone call and nothing. I am so disappointed at Nissan, this situation has put me on 2 weeks struggle of food, gas and transportation. Representatives of Nissan have ignored my complaints and lied to me, made fun of me with false statement, and put my economy in jeopardy. I will submit my complaint of this horrible action to any Nissan web site and complaints site as well if I do not receive a result.

With 38,215 I was told this weekend that I would have to replace the blower motor and resister. Estimated cost of parts and installation $1,100.00. This is the third time for this problem. First two times were under warranty. So other than the inconvenience, I had it repaired as instructed. Now that I have had the car for 6 years, it has happened a third time and the local dealers says it will cost $1,100.00 which is over 8.0% of what I paid for the car new.I filed a complaint with Nissan and have been given the customer service shuffle. Nissan has repeatedly refused to call at the time I have requested. I have provided the title to the car, the bill of sale, the insurance policy information, etc, etc, etc.Even requesting four different times that Nissan call between 1:30 PM and 3:30 PM Monday through Thursday, I received a call this morning at 9:25 AM. The polite young man indicated he had received prior e-mail (everyone requesting the 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM time). While his English was very good, he clearly had not read the e-mail he said he had (could be from India).I know this is one of Nissans cheapest cars, but I have owned Sentras (before Versa) but never had this many problems with something as simple as a fan switch (resister). I will never buy another Nissan and will buy American in the future. If Japan is going to make cars as bad as the America cars, I might as well buy American. At least the parts are cheaper.

I had a beautiful WORKING 2011 Nissan Sentra. But after being flooded by a hurricane I ended up getting a 2013 Nissan Sentra. The car was great until 12k. It started to have all kinds of issues and after a long back and forth, I sold the car back to Nissan. (But here is the kicker, even though the brakes were faulty on it and would wear out too fast (I was not riding them), Nissan still refused to refund me. So I had to take a huge loss and look for a new car with already negative equity). The dealership I bought my 2013 Sentra with was willing to work with me and got me into a 2014 Nissan Altima. (Of course with payments being high and this was the only deal I could get.)A month of owning the car, I get a call from Nissan saying I did not make a payment for my 2013 Sentra and the car is in jeopardy of being repo. I told the guy that I sold the car and asked why that information was not in the computer. Thinking it was an honest mistake, I called the Nissan Dealership where I bought the Altima and they said, Oh yeah we sent that in, you should be fine. 2 months of owning the Altima I get another call asking about payments on the Sentra. Then 2 days after that, I get a letter stating that I was not approved for the loan on the Altima and needed to return it. I was confused because I had already made 2 payments towards the loan on the Altima. I called corporate Nissan and asked what was going on. They stated that when I applied for the loan, I was approved but then I got disapproved. WHAT??? I stated that I already made two payments for the Altima and was wondering where that money was going. They told me Oh that is going towards your loan. I asked what loan was that. The 2013 Nissan Sentra. I could not believe that I was paying for a car that was no longer in my possession. (It was even sold at the dealership.) I immediately called the Nissan Dealership and asked what was going on. They said not to worry. We will fix it. A month later I get the same letter. Repeating last month, I finally got the whole situation resolved. I took my car into its first oil change and then the problems started occurring. The radio and back up camera stopped working after a month. I took the car in to express my concerns about the radio. They updated it and said Everything is good to go. I didnt even leave the lot and I put the car into reverse, the camera flickers green and shuts off. Then the radio reset itself and shuts down. I went back in to tell them nothing was fixed. They replied Oh we will have to order a new radio. That will take about 2 weeks. I took the car home and waited 2 weeks for the radio to arrive. Once it came in, they replaced it and I tested out, everything seemed great and I drove off. 5 hours later it stops working again. (Keep in mind this radio is brand new.) I take it back in and they hold it for a week to find out the issue. Upon returning the car to me, they told me they replaced the back up camera and the radio.I have had the car for a day and now there is a very loud clicking and rattling noise coming from the engine. THE ENGINE! Now I am not a mechanic but I am pretty sure you do not need to access the engine when replacing a backup camera and a radio. I called the dealership where it was for the past week and there was no answer. (I called 5 times.) Then I tried a different Nissan dealership and was told, Well we dont want to touch what they have done and would need copies of all the paperwork. Also if we were to move forward, we would have to call that dealership to get permission from them to work on the car. WHAT?! Last I checked I am paying the monthly payments on my car, not the dealership. I tried contacting Nissan consumer affairs and they tell me Take it to your local dealer. It is my dealer that has caused this mess. I cant take it to a different dealership because they want permission, I cant get a hold of anyone from my current dealership, and I am stuck with this car because of the negative equity. This is my last Nissan. Their mechanics are terrible and their whole business is shady. I am done.

I have experienced multiple major issues that required me to repair my car
I have experienced multiple major issues that required me to repair my car at a huge expense. These are issues that car owners should not experience during the timeframes that I have owned my vehicle. They have caused an extreme amount of stress and required a large amount of time to fix. I purchased my car new, direct from the Nissan dealer. Some of the issues I have experience is as follows. Right when I was leaving for the airport for my honeymoon, the key would not turn in the ignition and the car would not turn on. I almost missed my flight to the airport. Later, after major diagnosis, it turns out the pins in the ignition moved, which would not allow the key to turn. One entire summer, the engine temperature gauge would shoot up after I drove my car for 15 minutes. My engine would constantly overheat, the A/C would turn off, and I would have to pull over to cool my engine down. It turns out the radiator was malfunctioning, which was a very difficult problem to diagnose and required multiple assessments. My newest problem is that my key no longer works and Nissan wants to charge me $500 to get new keys because they have worn out. I contacted Nissan, asking for financial assistance because I believe that keys should last the lifetime of the vehicle. Nissan told me that because my car is outside of warranty, they are not legally obligated to help me. This shows me that Nissan does not care about its customers at all. For an issue like this, Nissan should fix a key outside of warranty. I have only owned my car for 6 years. I am no longer a loyal Nissan customer and will be purchasing my next car from another company. My dad has been trying to tell me to sell my car and I think he is right. I have had enough.

Auto body shop cannot complete a repair due to the dashboard not available. They (Nissan) have given me dates several times and still no part for over 6 weeks... I call them and it’s the usual smoke and mirrors...they just run their mouths and get nothing done... Car is unusable without the dash... They have basically done nothing to help get this car back on the road.

In August of 2014 I purchased a year end Model Altima, my trade was a 2011 Nissan rogue for which I still owed 13000 on. I was given more than I owed on the trade. The sale from this point upon hindsight was extremely sketchy. There was no negotiation on the price of the new car. They simply presented you with 3 payment plans and dollar amounts for repayment so as the price of the vehicle was never mentioned. (There was zero negotiation.) We were just simply taken advantage of because of the excitement we had of owning the new vehicle... Forward to today, we are looking to turn the 2 vehicles we own into 1 vehicle but upon looking up the value of the Altima we would be 7000 under water with its current value. Almost impossible. I can see a thousand or 2 but 7 is just wrong and this dealership is just extremely bad and sketchy. If I were you, I would look elsewhere or consider yourself married til your final payment with what you buy from them. They will prey on you and take advantage of you through their sales tactics. Its sad. They should look to make good on bad deals that people like me call them out on!!!

I purchased my 2013 Nissan Pathfinder SV on 9/25/14 from Miller Nissan In Fairfield CT. It was not disclosed that the vehicle had 3 previous repairs for the transmission. I brought the car in on 10/13/14 and was told it needed a new transmission since this was the 4th time trying to repair the issue. Upon pulling the records for the vehicle, it was shown that the previous owner had been in numerous times for the transmission. The first date the transmission was reprogrammed was 12/5/12. The car was sold to the previous owner in 2014 and on 3/29/14 she reported a bucking with the car. They reprogrammed the transmission at this point. She did not have the vehicle from 3/29-3/31/14. She returned again on 4/2/14 with the same complaint bucking. She returned again on 4/4/14 and they reprogrammed the transmission again. She did not have her vehicle from 4/4/14-4/25/15 (mileage 6127). She had at some point returned the vehicle to Miller Nissan. I went in to buy the vehicle 9/22/14 and they put in the leather as I requested ($1500). On the repair order it also stated that they should check the transmission for shudder on access. I went in on 9/25/14 and picked up the vehicle and NONE of this information was given to me. I purchased the vehicle and 2 weeks later brought it in on 10/13/14 with 13,316 miles on it because of a heavy shudder and shaking. They replaced the transmission at this point with 13,983 miles on it. I was not happy, spoke to all the managers at Miller Nissan, 6 months pregnant with my 3rd child, Not having my car for 15 days. They said there was nothing they could do. Basically I was sold the car under a lie about the transmission because I specifically asked about the transmission and was NOT TOLD that it had been in previously 3 times for the issue. On 2/18/16 I brought in the vehicle due to recalls and they reprogrammed the transmission again at that time. I did not have my car from 2/18-3/18/16. Again Very pregnant and I had my baby on 3/2/15. I contacted Nissan 9/11/17 regarding transmission issues again. I went into the sales department to try to see if they would take my car in and get me a new one to fix the issue they created by selling me a car that had known transmission issues that were not disclosed. The salesperson and manager wanted me to put in another 5K into the car I wanted to purchase and raise my monthly payments, not only throwing away that already $10,000 I paid on the car but also putting more money into it. I walked out and told them I would contact Nissan corporate which I did on this day to open a case. I went back on 9/14/17 because of the transmission issues that had been ongoing and they advised me that I needed another transmission replacement.I asked for a big rental car for my 3 kids and they said they did not have one. Finally after complaining and leaving no choice to them they got me into an Enterprise rental. I did not have my vehicle from 9/14-9/22/17. I picked up my vehicle last Friday and drove it over the weekend and it drove worse than when I dropped it off. I called Nissan, when in the meantime I was in contact with ConsumerAffairs in an attempt for Nissan to buy back this car upon which I was denied. I called Miller Nissan and brought my car back in on Friday, 9/29/17 and they provided me with a rental with took 2 hours for them to get for me. No one called me on Friday and when I called they advised they were still working on the car and that they found another transmission issue. I got a call today 9/30/17 and they advised me they attempted to reprogram the car and it did not fix the issue so they had to take it apart and install new parts to the transmission and needed to look at the torque converter along with other issues. This car is CLEARLY A LEMON. Nissan needs to make this right. This is not fair to me and my family and our well being and safety is being compromised by this car. I will be without my car again until next week again. This just shows this car is NOT FIXABLE and will continue to have issues with the transmission. Neither Miller Nissan nor Nissan USA is resolving this issue.

Long post... So I purchased a car brand new this past June (less than 3 months ago) from Gunn Nissan in San Antonio’s. Regret #1, buying from Gunn Nissan - bad delivery of a new vehicle. Regret #2, buying a Nissan - I have a lemon and want Nissan to buy it back. This has been an awful few months as a Nissan owners. Two major issues... Delivery of my new vehicle and major mechanical issue.First of all - when I purchased the 2019 Nissan Armada platinum reserved brand new...there were deep scratches in the paint of the bumper and the bumper guard. I noticed this before driving off - shame on me for taking it then. A couple attempts at repairing it - photo attached of first repair when they had it for 24hrs and literally dabbed on some touch up paint (not very well) and left the bumper guard as is. It was finally painted in the body shop (yes, my brand new car) and it appeared that they sprayed bed liner on the bumper guard to cover those scratches. I was not happy with the repair but then again...there was nobody even there to ask how I felt or sign paperwork. I’m a busy person (single mom, 3 kids, multiple jobs and activities and it was not high on my priority list as it had already taken so much of my time. Shame on me again for not making a bigger fuss then).Oh - and it only came with one key and they had to locate floor mats and take from a different vehicle since they couldn’t find the ones that came with mine. I had to go back on a Friday when the person who could program a new car keys was in since they couldn’t locate the second key. I did ask by the way during this time to please just trade it in for a similarly equipped vehicle and the manager was happy to tell me that he’d give me blue book value... It was less than two weeks old at this point and already they had attempted the first cosmetic repair.Fast forward a couple months. Last week I got a message - BCI malfunction and it wouldn’t start. Eventually got it started while waiting for the tow truck and just a few minutes later I couldn’t get it out of park. Took it to dealership next morning. REPAIR #1 Thursday - dropped it off at 8am and picked it up around 2:30 pm that afternoon. They replaced the brake switch - didn’t make it a mile down the road when the same BCI malfunction light came on, turned around and took it right backREPAIR #2 - dropped it off Thursday afternoon around 2:30 pm picked it up Friday around noon. They replaced the brake sensor. Made it about 3 miles this time and the same message came on again... BCI malfunction. Called this time furious and they offered to pick up the car from my work. They pick up my car around 3pm and had it Friday, Saturday (their service dept is open all day Saturday), and Monday - I got a call on Monday around 3:45 which they left a voicemail because I was on the phone with Nissan USA regarding my case and replied to an email I had sent earlier that day checking on the status of repair. In the email and on the voicemail they clearly stated they had replaced the front end collision sensor and did the alignment for it, test drove the Armada and no lights came on. So it was ready but they said they would keep it until the next day (Tues) to drive it again just to be safe. I consider this to have been REPAIR #3 since it was the third part and attempt at repairing it.I emailed Tuesday afternoon thinking I would have had my car by now since the Monday test drive went well. The service advisor replied saying that it looks good and they were out test driving it and if it worked they’d bring it to me shortly. Got an email about an hour later saying they were going to order another part. So to me... REPAIR #4 attempt. I replied... So the light went off again huh and they said yes. Got an email Wed afternoon that part was in and replaced but they wanted to again keep it overnight to be safe. Thursday everything was still good and they delivered my Armada to me Thursday late morning. When they delivered the car the paperwork did not include repair #3 so I didn’t want to sign paperwork. I called the service advisor who told me they never replaced the front sensor even though I have an email and a voicemail stating that they did and it had been completed. He tells me it’s a miscommunication and I didn’t understand but nothing had been replaced. I reluctantly signed the paperwork but figured since I knew I had the voicemail & email as back up I would be good.Lemon law states that you must attempt the same repair 4 times to be considered a lemon. Am I crazy to think it’s a lemon or should I be happy that I don’t have the BCI malfunction message??? The fact that I have them caught in an outright lie is very concerning and shady. This is such an abbreviated version - if you’d like a longer version I have it typed up and ready to share with you - just message me.I could go on and on about how nobody returns calls as well but that’s all just petty I guess at this point and my main concern is a vehicle that is less than three months old with this many issues and the lack of response and deceitfulness of the dealership repairing it. Can’t get through to a manager or get a call returned on many occasions. Once you buy the car they could CARE LESS as soon as that paperwork is signed. I will say that I feel both my salesperson and service advisor were both very nice and just had their hands tied by Gunn management.

I bought a 2014 Nissan versa note from dealership on June 9th 2014. I signed the contract and took it home that day. A week later I took in my down payment and signed another contract to reflect that. A week later I get a letter from dealership saying my loan was not approved and I needed to return the car within 48 hours. I called the finance office and was told they were working on it and would call me the next day. The next day I received a phone call saying they got my loan approved and I would have to come in and sign a new contract...which I did on June 30th. From June 30th to august 28th I was waiting for title, plates, payment info etc. from the bank. I never got those things. Instead, the dealership came out in the wee hours of the morning and took the car. Apparently because my loan was not approved. I have contacted legal counsel and will fight this.

I was a loyal Nissan fan after switching from a Honda to Nissan in 2012. Recently the CVT transmission gave up on my 2014 Maxima and I contacted the dealer to then find out the warranty expired at 60,000 miles so I emailed a formal complaint with Nissan headquarters only to receive a templated reply within 12 hours stating their warranty bound goodwill assistance and reimbursement policy which basically came down to me having to cover the repairing costs of $3400 myself! Seeing the number of negative reviews with no intended solutions on Nissans behalf, Ive decided to Never ever purchase a vehicle from Nissan again or any of their affiliated brands! Nissan lost another one!

There are 76,000 miles on my Nissan Xterra. While attempting to pull out onto a roadway my vehicle lost power and would not accelerate to a normal speed. So thankful I was not in heavy traffic. After having two different local repair shops assess the vehicle, I found that Nissan used faulty radiators on certain year models that allowed fluid to leak into the transmission and destroy it. I contacted Nissan and ConsumerAffairs didnt think I had wasted enough of my time and money and told me to take it to a certified Nissan shop for a diagnosis before they would even consider helping... so I did. After waiting another week or two, they finally called me back to say they could not help because the vehicle was out of warranty. I pointed out that my vehicle only has 76,000 miles and the transmission issue was caused by an issue Nissan was well aware of (but had not recalled the vehicles to fix the issue). That didnt seem to matter. THE VERY LEAST THAT NISSAN SHOULD DO IS OFFER A DISCOUNTED PRICE ON A NEW TRANSMISSION. I will NEVER buy another Nissan.

I want to know if anyone else is having a problem with their Rogue not accelerating in the expressway. I was driving back from Alabama to Atlanta yesterday evening and took my foot off the gas pedal briefly and as I tried to give my car gas, the car wouldnt go pass 40 miles per hour per speedometer. I almost had an accident with my child in my car trying to pull over from the left lane to get to the emergency lane. After waiting two hours for the road side assistance to locate me, my car was towed to the nearest dealership. I finally was able to get it back to Atlanta that same night. No check engine light came on at all. The car seems to be running fine. Took it to the dealership to be check and was informed that I need a new transmission.

Altima 2009 was returned, inspection (wear and tear) - no charges. 5 1/2 months later, a letter from NMAC says they found engine sludge and they are charging me of improper maintenance. I did the proper maintenance. The cars engine light was not on, no sluggish acceleration, and no smoke when lease was returned. Now, NMAC is charging me for a new engine if I did not produce evidence of oil changes. I no longer have records of a lease returned 5 1/2 months ago. I called many times and explained their answer for me to find the records. Second letter, 3 months later, and now its over 8 months since the lease was returned. New engine charge is $3,737.06. Nissan needs to do more in-depth inspections, not just the wear and tear. It is illegal, unfair, and unreasonable to charge $3,737 for a new engine 8 months after a lease has been returned. Nissan needs to inform the consumer of any costly repair so that proper economic decisions can be made by the consumer before a lease return. I am at NMAC’s mercy now. They can charge anything they want and spoil my credit. I am held hostage by NMAC.

To say Im disgusted would be an understatement. On Saturday when I tried to leave my house my car was humming and driving slow so I assumed the oil was low. I went to have the oil changed and it drove fine for the rest of the day. Monday it started acting up again so I added transmission fluid and did some research online and noticed that Nissan was extending the warranty on the CVT transmission (obviously others were having issues). Im being told now by Nissan that my warranty is VOID since I added transmission fluid. Really?? First of all no one even contacted me. I had to find out when the car starting acting up by doing my own research. If you are shopping for a car DO NOT get a NISSAN. The way they treated me today was horrible. Nissan Consumer Fair showed the worst customer service today, but I guess they carry themselves the way Nissan does.

Our 2013 Nissan Altima (3 years old), only 89, 000 miles and we have owned for 2 years, the transmission went completely out. We have maintain, like clockwork, all maintenance on this car. If tire pressure light appeared we took it to the DEALER ONLY. This car has only been serviced by the Nissan/Infiniti dealer. We logged a complaint with Nissan consumer affairs and they declined repair and/or assistance with repairs for a major component of the car. Her response because we were 28,000 miles past the 60,000-mile warranty or 5 years, which we are under the 5-year mark, they could not do anything and we are responsible for the repairs. $4500 dollar repair and they refuse to even assist with the repair. We were told by a Nissan mechanic that Nissan is fully aware of the issues with the transmissions in the 2013-2015 Nissan Altima and yet they won’t do a recall or provide assistance to owners. This is heartless and senseless of such a major company. Lost and dont know what to do as this is major, while we are in the middle of planning our wedding, daughter car went out and its the holidays. Real nice Nissan.

I purchased brand new Versa Note in August 2014, from the beginning the car was acting strangely - turning signal didnt work properly, the car was wavering on the road, made all weird cracking sounds and after every long ride, burning smell was coming out from left and rights tires. I brought it to Nissan services, but they couldnt determine the problem. I dont know anything about the cars, but can tell that eventually part of the axle was changed. Two weeks later I was driving back to Nissan with emergency lights on. Car was shaking so badly that I couldnt keep it in one lane. Once they took it on a test drive the wheel fell off!!! And they had to evacuate my car!! No one knows what was the problem, but they decided to replace the whole axle. Thanks God I didnt take a freeway that morning when I was bringing my car to a dealership! I am not satisfied!! I am pissed!! I am upset!! I purchased a new car, because I believed it would give me a sense of safety and security. But actually I got a lemon instead!! Mine and my kids life was put in danger! The car has a bit more than 5.000 miles on it, I am so caring with it, but it is bad. I am afraid to drive it now, even when it is being fixed, one week ago the wheel came off (which I doubt happens on a regular bases), how can I know that one week from now the roof will not be blown away or the car will not explode, or something else!!And another thing - when I cancelled some of my Christmas plans and was ready to go to pick up my car, Nissan representative called me and left a voice mail, saying: Oh, the car is not ready yet, I forgot to tell you that while we were fixing the axle we scratched the bumper... It sounded like they forgot to fill up the tank! I dont know if they are the one who responsible for the wheel falling off (because 2 weeks before it happened they were replacing the bolt) or Nissan just makes lemons, but I want this crap to be resolved! I have never heard or been in such a ridiculous and at the same time stupid and banal situation! I am going to talk to a lawyer. I want you to replace my car, return my money or other options. But I dont want to have any business with your company anymore. It is a big name, but a thin quality level.

I purchased my 2017 Nissan Murano on 2/27/17 from Frank Fletcher Nissan, Joplin MO. Prior to 5/8/18 (I do not have this date or who I spoke with at Fletchers) but I stated to them when my husband drove the car and placed his arm leaning on the center console the drivers seat would rub against the console causing this annoying squeaking that was continuous until he changed positions. I was asked if my husband was a bigger man and I said yes 63 230 lbs but what does that have to do with it? He stated they have had several complaints about this and all the men were larger. I said that is no reason for the seat to squeak! We had other vehicles & not ever had this issue. So on 5/8/18 I took my car in and the service dept said they could and I agreed to let them install washers to tilt seat slightly and prevent rubbing. This seemed to work briefly but then it started again. Nothing like before but still it should not be happening. So I went back again to report it. This is my 1st brand new car and this should not be the way it is & I have never had a car that had this issue and I am sure I could have bought any other car & not had this issue. So I said if you cant fix it who should I speak with that might be able to assist me and at that time he gave me the 1-800-nissan-1 #. On 6/6/18 I contacted the 800 Nissan consumer affairs and the person I spoke with said they will send case to regional consumer affairs specialist to get in contact with dealer and investigate giving me a case # ** from agent #**. on 6/8/18 I spoke with regional affairs rep and he had authorized technical resource to talk with Fletchers and that my car was under warranty so call and make an appointment to take my car in. 6/8/18 I called Fletcher for an appt. They said they will need my car 1/2 day but he will get ahold of Regional consumer affairs and find out how to get set up with tech. 6/11/18 Fletchers called. Will get tech line assistance with them to get help on resolving problem. Appt set for Wed, 6/20/18, 10 a.m. 6/20/18 took car to Fletcher Nissan Joplin, MO. Service manager said will contact tech line and see what they can do. He came back to get me in just a short amount of time and said I could take car and he would call me to bring it back in once tech line calls them back to let him know how to resolve. On 6/29/18 I receive a call from Fletchers customer service dept asking if my problem was resolved to my satisfaction and I said no and explained I was still waiting to hear back from service dept at which time she transferred me over to the head of the service dept. The man said he had spoke with tech line and they were not to modify seat or replace it. He was told it is a characteristic of this vehicle. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! At which time I told him I would NEVER purchase another Nissan again and it is a shame because my sister bought one just like mine because I liked mine so much until this and now they will never buy another Nissan either. I called 800 Nissan back and spoke with agent #** and asked for a supervisor. He said he will have a supervisor call me back no later than tomorrow. He did have me explain to him my issue so it could be noted prior to supervisor calling me back. 7/12/18 a supervisor called, left a message on my phone and said the dealership provided me with correct information. The vehicle is operating as designed and it is a normal characteristic. They will follow up with me tomorrow to make sure I received this message.7/16/18 Sammie called and I was not where I could talk so told her I would call her back Tuesday at 10 a.m. She gave me her direct #. 7/17/18 Sammie called me back at 9:40 a.m. Said all she could do was restate what I had been told which was it is a characteristic of this vehicle. I said I knew of other people per Fletcher dealership in Joplin that are having this same problem but I also know it is not every car since my sister bought the same vehicle due to my recommendation and hers does not do this so how can you consider this a characteristic. She once again said it is a characteristic of this vehicle. Call was ended! Case # ** 7/17/18 I called Sammie back. Left message to call me back - no return call. 7/18/18 called her again leaving another message with my # to please return my call and to this day still have not received a return call.

I have a 2009 Nissan Altima. The car will not go. I almost got hit twice. I took the car to Nissan and had a diagnostic test done for 120.00 dollars for them to tell me there is nothing wrong with my car but when I took it to Kia they did one... They came up with the step motor (778) code. I took it back to Nissan and they said they never heard of that code. They reset my car and drove it, and they said it was fine, but when I drove my car home, check engine light came back on and once again got stuck on a hill. The car would not go and almost got hit again.Nissan does not want to fix this problem or recall this vehicle that they said cant fix if they cant find the problem. Im writing this review to inform others of this problem and to put on record Im getting an attorney to file a class action lawsuit, and to let Nissan know when I end up in a accident and hurt or dead they will have a big lawsuit on their hands. Its going to take for someone to die for Nissan to recall these vehicles and that is sad. I will never buy another Nissan vehicle. I will keep everyone informed on what an attorney has to say so you can get in on this lawsuit. Nissan dont want to take care of this problem. I will.

I have had to change the gearbox of my Nissan Lafesta thrice in three years. The car has two main problems. Loses power after doing 20kms; it suddenly stalls on the road and gives the check-engine light. Diagnosis indicates problems with a different sensor with every visit to the mechanic which is at least twice a week. I have had to replace the gearbox twice in three years and yesterday my mechanic recommended I change the gearbox again. This is the first Nissan I am owning after good experiences with other car brands. I WILL NEVER BUY A NISSAN AGAIN.

My 2002 Nissan Frontier automatic transmission RWD VSS sensor failure cause
My 2002 Nissan Frontier automatic transmission RWD VSS sensor failure caused sudden acceleration and deceleration. I found out the hard way how deceitful lying BS run around crap NORTH AMERICA CHARITY THE BIG BOSS. SUCKS!!!! When my truck rolled off assembly line and off to the dealers the first sensor was changed as was the tranny. Then a second sensor and tranny the same year and third time’s a charm at last the final sensor and tranny for the 2002 Frontier XE. Amazing. I loved my truck. Have all documents. It has only 58000 miles on it and lucky me there are aftermarket parts or a part you can buy to replace my sensor. Why I wonder? Why would Nissan change the sensor and tranny three times on their 2 RWD automatic Nissan Frontiers? And why do they still have parts for second tranny and third but not mine??? The Nissan Xterra same tranny and sensor issue. Truck suddenly lost all speed on highway. Crawled. Not sure of speed. Speedometer wasnt working. Then coming off the nearest exit take off so fast. Had I not had two new rotary and brake pads installed I could have been killed as well as the persons unlucky enough to run into me. Once off the exit on back roads truck was running like ** but I made it to AutoZone which by the way is free unlike Nissan expensive BS. Put your car on their computer - Code came up. VSS. Vehicle speed sensor. After three unsuccessful attempts to attain my sensor I was finally told by Nissan they no longer made my sensor? Just mine. The other two for my truck with different tranny and sensors in stock? WTF AM I MISSING SOMETHING HERE FOLKS? From July 30th 2015 to September 11th and Charity said truck was too old and that Nissan wasnt doing anything for me. I implored Charity that it was unfair that only my sensor was discontinued but same year truck were available??? She said she was sorry and I said “When this goes viral Internet TV etc. etc.” and my lawyer she had a chance to do the right thing and make it right 6500.00 and I was out of her hair and they could have my ticking time bomb. Anyone interested in contacting Charity instead of the months of BS and run around she can be reached at this number **. I also have a Facebook page set up using Nissan corporate pic with sucks across the name. Please like, share your problems there. We can knock these rotten sob on their **!!! Fight with me and maybe we will actually get whats fair.

I purchased Nissan Murano from West Hills Nissan 2 years ago. Had no problem with them, treated me fairly, and I liked the car. Few weeks ago received a brochure from West Hills, offering me new car with lower monthly payment, so I went there, showed me Nissan Maxima and asking me $525 a month to lease. Told them it is expensive and they said ok. Few days later received a call from Kenny ** Nissan in Cranberry, PA and offering me a good deal. Told them the story about West Hills that I could not afford it, was told not to worry and they have many cars in their lot and I could get a deal. Called me few more times, so I agreed to go and see what kind of deal they got. I went with my son and we got there before noon. That was my biggest mistake to go there. 1st said $509 but I told them it is too high for me. I swear I tried to leave many times but they were keep asking me to wait to see what they can do for me. I was tired, my son was tired, but they didnt let us leave. It was late evening and we were still asked to stay. They had my Murano and because Murano was in excellent condition, they wanted to trade. By late evening the manager took me to Maxima in the showroom and reach out his hand to shake my hand and said he made mistake that $509 was for different color not for black one and asked me to shake his hand for $528 and he started shaking my hand. It is hard to believe but that is exactly what happened. They knew what type people we are, obviously not a smart one, who would pay $528 for Maxima for 3 years lease. They treated us like an idiot, took us to a room and said you have won something and asked us to pick a card from the board hanging on the wall to get our prize. He was one of the managers and congratulated us for winning the prize. He said you have to pay $35 or something similar to get an AAA insurance for road assistance. Told him I have road assistance included in my own Insurance. He got mad and for 10 minutes was pushing for me to sign up. Asked him about the car, said he does not know much about that car, that he was new, but still was asking for AAA to be added to my monthly lease payment. I had to force myself to leave that room. I asked almost everybody in there about some future in the car, they just wanted me to leave. They got their deal and I was not worth any more. I told them I had worth of $150 of dash cam accessories in the car that either let me take the car to outside shop to remove it or they have to do it for me. Was told to not worry they will remove it and I can come back to pick it up. The next day went back gave them the other key for Murano, but was told Murano was not there and they will call me. Waited 2 weeks and called the dealer was told they sold the Murano. I told the salesman that I am not happy and I am going to make a complaint, said he will call me back. 2 days later I called him myself said he talked to General Manager and they dont want unhappy customer so they offered 2 free oil changes. I just hung up on him. I dont know how many people were ripped off by these people, but its time to investigate their unhealthy business. I also contacted Nissan USA before make my case to public. I got a call from a very angry lady from NISSAN USA that kept telling I have to deal with the dealer.

My daughter decided to replace her Ford Fiesta 2010 which she had many problems with the dual clutch. She bought a new Nissan Juke 2017 at 417 Nissan (Ottawa, Ontario) thinking there wont be issues, its new right? The car had maybe 25 km on it when she left the dealer, drove for 10 km and service engine came up (just left the dealer). She went back to the dealer, it took 1 week for them to figure out that it was a manufactured pin that was not pushed completely down. She picked up her car, approx. 1.5 months after, she broke down again, got towed. Now they said it was the wiring harness that needed to be replaced, it took forever to get the part (4 wks). It got replaced and fixed, drove it again for not even 1 month. This time it was worse. She thought the car was going to explode, RPM going crazy and could hardly go forward, service engine everything was lighting up in the dash, she got towed the 3rd time. My daughter is only 18 years old, making her bi-weekly payments and working 4 jobs. Now Nissan Finance have no problem digging in her account to withdrawal the payment when she has been asking since the 2nd break down to replace it with another Juke. Nissan (head office) wont even return our calls, they are not professional at all. Now the car is in the garage, lord knows what is the issue but service is terrible, not keeping us up to date and Nissan (head office) senior person is supposed to call us back within 24 hrs, still nothing. This is not acceptable.

Horrible service and no accurate response to sudden failing brakes and light coming on. My car has been in government storage for over four years. My front driver and passenger side window rolls down but not up, the brake light comes on, and a grinding metal to metal sound is made, and sounds and feels like a spring is loose with no breaking control. Almost ran into a car the other day. I am in the military, this would not be good and this does not appear right. Next time it happens, will be taking it on base to see what the issue is. What I noticed is if you put the car in park, turn it off and restart it, it resets itself as if nothing ever happened. So, my plan is the next time it happens, to not reset it, record it, and drive all the way to the base to have them look at it, this could possibly if not, be a legal issue since the dealerships seem to think there is no issue and dont see a problem. Standby...for my next comments.
