I have had nothing but trouble with the front steering system. The front tires tow outward, Ive done everything to correct but it did no good. Im going to purchase a new different brand because this one continues to destroy my lawn and also tears my tires, bought a new set and they are showing signs of wear. Last Husqvarna for me.

On 6/06/2011, I purchased a Husqvarna LGT2554. I used it once, and then it would not start. No fuel at carburetor. Lowes replaced it on 7/25/2011. I used this one 3 times. I went to start to move and have the same problem as the first one. I called Lowes for the repair center; I was given a wrong number. I called Lowes again and was told if I wanted it picked up for repair. I should have bought a John Deer. I still have not gotten a number for a warranty repair. Next time, I will buy a John Deer. I do not have any way to get this thing to a repair shop. No name and number for a repair shop. I dont know of any place to purchase parts to repair for myself. I just wanted you to know that your high-priced piece of junk is just that. I am a businessman in Tulsa, OK and I assure you, everybody I come in contact with will be made aware of my problem and the quality of your product.

I bought a new garden tractor/riding mower from Husqvarna via Amazon in March 2017. Within two months it would not go into reverse. I used it as is so I could care for the 10-acre garden/lawn/orchard/vineyard I maintain until the damn thing blew up, scattering parts everywhere. It was the transmission and the clutch. Under warranty. Called Husqvarna to find a local dealer for service (I live in an extremely remote area of the US) and was referred to one some miles away who refused to service my tractor because I had not bought it from him. Called Husqvarna to report this and to see what else I could do. Turns out there was a dealer in the town closest to me, which they had failed to mention first time. It sat in the shop for weeks as we waited for parts and/or argued with Husqvarna about the warranty.Finally got it back and guess what? Two months later the transmission did the same thing: No reverse and then no forward either. It has been in the shop for weeks while we wait for parts that are back ordered or whatever is the most recent excuse. In short, out of the 17 months that I have had ownership of this equipment, I have had only 4 months of full service. I have had three garden tractors over the years and never had these kinds of problems. I will never, ever buy a Husqvarna again and would not recommend it to my worst enemy. Not only is the product inferior (plastic parts in a transmission?!) but the customer service is terrible. Perhaps I have a lemon (that can happen) but I will never take a chance like this again - and it cost twice what I am accustomed to paying! In truth, Id just like my money back so I can buy something that performs. And I have any number of witnesses to this so Husqvarna cannot dispute my claims.

Never have a issue. Always starts right up and havent had to buy new blades. Yet have it over a year. Its a amazing machine. I highly recommend. It does what its supposed to do with minimum maintenance. The best brand out there by far.

Bought a 4824f zero turn last yr. Ran great. Ended up with about 42 hrs. on it. It started fine this yr., but since then had 5 issues. First was supposedly because of the gas and ethanol, but it wouldnt fire. I put gas on spark plugs and no fire. The mechanic claimed because of water and tore the carburetor apart twice. He DID get started so ok. That was $205, I paid. Then I mowed a lawn and had to clean the deck. When I got back on it, no start again. Solenoid this time. So the dealer replaced it no cost. Yaaaa. Then I mowed two lawns and the next time I jump on it, no start. Take it back to the dealer because electrically, something is wrong. The mechanic replaced the starter after 1 1/2 wks. And it starts. Then he puts the starter on his bench and guess what, the bendix no longer was stuck. It worked fine. What is going on!? Finally today I mowed my lawn, and it stopped in midstream. I thought I ran out of gas, but I checked and had gas. Jumped back on it and nothing. No noise whatsoever. I checked voltage and had 12.74 V to the started. No what. I figure what of the sensors. A buddy of mine said maybe a fuse to the ignition. Why, why, why? 52 hrs. and so bs ready to trade, sell, and go somewhere else.

Like so many others, after 3 years the axle broke and the left back tire fell off. After 4+ weeks (at the end of the season) a new axle and transmission was supposedly repaired for $1,100. First time out this season and first time used since the repair the forward/reverse lever sticks and there isnt enough umph to get up a slight incline. Have taken the lawnmower back to hopefully get it fixed right! Have had other smaller issues with the lawnmower in the last couple of years. Wish I had read all these reviews before I bought. Needless to say, Husqvarna NEVER AGAIN!

I just bought a Husqvarna riding mower from Lowe’s that I paid $1600.00 in May 2014. THREE months later I called the local dealer to come pick it up because what I thought was the blade failing turned out to be a Spindle. They called me the next day to tell me that the repair wasnt covered under warranty and that it would cost $175.00. When I asked why it wasnt covered they told me that the spindle was broken by serious impact. BY WHAT the freaking GRASS??!! I live on 2 acres of flat land. The same land that I had been cutting for the past 3 months. It seems that they find any excuse to not to cover something under warranty. Then had the nerve to say there couldve been a rock or something in the grass??!! Seriously, if a little rock can break my $1600 piece of equipment just goes to show how shoddy these things are made. NO way it shouldve broken. They obviously do not care about customer satisfaction. After only having for 3 months and a measly $175 repair, they shouldve just fixed it at no charge. Very dissatisfied. Live and Learn. Will never purchase another piece of Husqvarna equipment EVER!!

I bought a 46 inch/24 hp lawn tractor and also purchased the three year extended comprehensive warranty. The rep told me that with the extended warranty I was almost guaranteed to have no maintenance expenses. I have found out the emphasis should have been on the word almost. In less than 1 year the machine broke down (i.e. carburetor and other parts went bad, etc.). To their credit, the service Husqvarna used did pick up the machine without charge, but that is the only positive aspect of this experience. I was told it would take more than 2 weeks before they could even look at the machine (and of course it was spring-time and the 3 acres of grass was not in a cooperative mood). After nearly a week, the rep called to tell me all that was wrong with this nearly brand new machine and was sad to inform me that nothing was covered under the extended warranty (big surprise). More than 2 weeks later and out more than $500 for repairs, I was livid. I wrote a detailed letter to Lowes, where I bought the machine and to Husqvarna. In that letter I cited provisions in the extended warranty where I was sure the repairs were covered and asked that someone contact me to set up an arbitration hearing, as set forth in the maintenance agreement. It has been more than three months now and I have not heard from either Lowes or Husqvarna. Both companies obviously have two customer service standards - pre-sale they are all smiles and supportive, post-sale they want nothing to do with customers. I spend a lot of money annually at Lowes and I will never shop that store again. I also will never purchase Husqvarna products again.

Does not mulch... belts that control the all wheel drive get clogged no matter if the setting of the lawnmower is low or high. Shouldnt have to mow your grass more than once. The lawn looks terrible when Im finished mowing.

Mower has 21 hours and now wont start. Have to wait 3 weeks for service to come out and pick it up via Lowes then wait and see if they will repair under warranty! It has 21 hours on it. Warranty should not even be a question. Wont buy another Husqvarna nor recommend one. My Troy-Bilt is better quality than this piece of crap.

On June 10, 2008, I purchased a Craftsman/Husqvarna 19.5 HP/42 cut lawn tractor from Sears. Although I have owned it for eight years now, I have literally been unable to use it even once without the mower deck belt breaking. On average, it has cost me ~$40 for parts and labor to have the belt replaced then only to have it break again at the very next attempt to mow with it. The cost each time, when the repair shop charges for pickup and return delivery is more like $60. I have now concluded that the mower deck/pulley/belt design on this mower is very poor and certainly unreliable when compared to the Murray lawn tractors which I had owned and used over the past 25 years or so. In conclusion, this Sears/Husqvarna lawn tractor is worse than useless.

Front wheels fell off because of weak clips after 12 months mowing regular sized lawn. Charged me for repair as stated not covered by warranty. Well you wouldnt cover badly designed rubbish like this with a warranty or you would go out of business. After 18 months axle on rear right tyre broke, guess what their response was. Never buy this crap brand again.

Lowes ended up taking the tractor back, and gave me a new one... New one works great.

My chainsaw has a design flaw. Ive had to replace the gas line 5 times. As the chainsaw is running, it vibrates the gas line back and forth and the edge of the gas tank severs the line, causing gas to leak every where and then not run at all until line is replaced again. Very upset. Would like line replaced.

I am very dissatisfied with 2015 42-inch riding mower/garden tractor. It sounds like a bucket of bolts. It is very hard to start and the battery is no good. I only have a few hours on the mower and am just beginning the second season. I wish I had bought something else. As for service, I bought from a regular mower shop, hardware store. They sell massive amounts of mowers. But, when I complained about the problems beginning shortly after I bought it, there was no response from them. They acted as if these things were normal. Well they are not. Husqvarna has lost my business and so has the store I bought it from. That so, they have lost my future sales and sales of others that ask me how my mower runs. I am very disappointed.

My Husqvarna blower model 125B is less than 2 years old. It quit running so I called Husqvarna to learn what I had to do to get it fixed. I took it to one of their authorized dealers for repair. When I went to pick it up, they charged me $42.08 to repair a gas line. So I called Husqvarna again and was told that gas lines were not covered and they hung up on me. I have a Stihl blower that is 7 years old and a Sears blower that is 12 years old and I never had problems with the gas line. They must be using very cheap gas lines and obviously dont care to keep me as a customer. I would never buy one of their products again and I will tell anyone I see looking at one of their products not to buy one. Buy a Stihl or anything but a Husqvarna.

Tough machine that does the job. This mower is easy for a woman to use. Will go over small sticks in the yard and large swatch covers lawn quickly. Plus it looks cool.

My husband bought the chainsaw 6 months ago. The chainsaw recently blew up. The dealership kept it a month to test it and now Husqvarna says the warranty is no good because of the gas my husband was running in it which was regular gas plus he used the oil that came with the saw that they told him to use. Husqvarna this is so not right!!!!!!!!!

I brought a zero turn mower and the second time I mowed my yard a spring broke a pulley broke and the deck belt was ruined. I took it to the dealer and it took 2 and 1/2 months to get it back. I had to pay for all the parts and the labor. I will not recommend this product.

I purchased a new Husqvarna saw from Lowes and use it twice. On second, the use of the engine seized mechanically. I contacted Lowes for repair. The service advisor tried to say I used too much oil in the gas mix and caused the failure. As a mechanic for over 30 years, I informed him that a rich seize was not possible. Foul the plug, maybe, excess smoke, probably, seizing; no way! Authorized to take to local service center. I was informed that the saw was three years old and out of warranty. Produced my (6-month-old) receipt as proof of date. After several weeks of wrangling on the part of the service center, I was authorized to do repair. I found that the wrist pin clip had fallen out and allowed the wrist pin to become lodged under the cylinder. Okay, problem identified and repaired. I was informed by repair center that the carburetor should be replaced for $175, thanks. I got the saw back and sold it on e-bay for 50 cents on the dollar. I went to real chain saw dealer, bought it and it works awesome; 30 cords in and no problems. Never again for Lowes or Husky!I lost $200 and got way too much aggravation.

We purchased a Husqvarna Z254 Zero Turn Mower last fall 2017. We tried it a couple of times at the end of the season and stored it under cover for winter. Got it out 3 weeks ago and mowed a long strip on my farm where we have been mowing for the last 18 years with a Murray rider then a John Deere C190. After mowing for ~45 minutes, the right mandrel (housing that holds shaft and blade to mower deck) broke completely off the deck. The center mandrel was cracked. Husqvarna said it was due to abusive treatment. Totally untrue. This mower has a total of about 2 hours use. The authorized dealer repairing the mower said they have stopped stocking Husqvarna mowers because of this and other problems. Very disappointed. I purchased this because the reviews said it was good on hills and uneven ground. Dont buy this mower! Were done with Husqvarna.

Do not ever buy a push mower from Husqvarna. 1st pull of string or last eventually the metal cover for shaft will break literally in half putting you or something in danger of being hit by 1/4 in steel and a good size chunk of it! Took it to certified lawn mower repair man. He said its common in these and almost everyone WILL do it eventually, so got it repaired. Found an old push mower for my small, flat yard and havent had a problem - got it free or Id burn down their factory! So Ill make $ selling to some idiot.

52 Lawn tractor - I asked the people at Lowes for a recommendation for a lawn mower. I told them I Had some sizable hills on my lawn up to a 20 degree grade. They said Husqvarna was the best and I bought one. WOW! Its the worst mower on hills Ive ever drove. Even a 10 degree grade makes the wheels spin. My Neighbor has an old Craftsman and it has no trouble with the hills. Very disappointed. I spent $3000 on a lawn tractor that I have to push up hills. I ordered tire chains for it. Hope that solves the problem. It also leaves two lines about three inches wide that do not get cut. Every thing must be cut twice which doubles the time I take.

I feel great on my Husqvarna lawn mower. It makes mowing more likely to look forward to rather than dread. I like how it feels to drive rather than it shaking you as you ride. It takes me only two days to mow at least 2 acres around my house.

Ive bought two of these mower (Husqvarna yth24k48) in the past ten years and always had problem from the day I got it. Fuel line went out and the oil line wasnt install properly after 5 year of the newest one. I have the transmission went out on it. Dont buy a Husqvarna. I bought the recent one in 2012. The one had problems since day one.

My Husqvarna is a workhorse. I live on a 20-acre parcel. It has done the job over and over again. I do not know what I would do without it. I really never had a problem with it. Other than changing the blades a few times, it has never had a problem.

My mower does not turn well, as soon as you put any weight on the back of the mower, the front wheels do not grip the ground well enough. Also both rear wheels turn at the same time so when you make a turn the inside wheel turns faster and digs up the lawn.

I see a lot of complaints about theses tractors; Ive had exactly the opposite experience. I put 550 hrs on my tractor on my farm in Oklahoma before any problems. I worked it hard and am finally upgrading to a new gearbox which should make it last many more years.

The name LGT stands for Light Garden Tractor. Emphasis on LIGHT. These have the Tuff Torq 46A hydrostatic transmission. This transmission has to be the most widely panned transmission amongst all riding lawnmowers. Add me to the list of very unhappy customers. My transmission is slipping badly after 5 years. A new transmission will cost over $300.00 without labor. Once installed I would have a LGT with the same crappy transmission. Please do your research and stay away from all the Tuff Torq 46A transmission. Forewarned.

Riding mower serial #031915A056372 - Bought riding mower from Lowes. Husqvarna mower was recommended by salesman. The mower was purchased on 5/2015. It worked beautifully for 2 seasons. However on June 4 2017, my son cut the front half of the yard with no issues. When he got to the last half of the yard, the mower started making a horrible sound. My son disengaged the deck and jumped off of the mower, thinking that it was going to explode. After waiting several minutes, we tried to start it up again. It started right up but had an even worse grinding noise, complete with a horrible vibration. He immediately turned it off and we had to push the mower up the hill to the garage. I called Lowes warranty number and after 2 days the local repair shop picked it up. Today they call me and say that the deck is completely busted loose along with the PTO clutch. Numerous other pieces and parts missing (there were no pieces found in my yard) and that the mower was abused or used commercially and is therefore not covered under warranty. The mower has always been garaged kept, fluids check and changed regularly. I told the repair shop that there is nothing in the almost 2 acres that could have ripped off the deck and clutch. No damage could be seen anywhere on the mower, no scratches or dents, just the deck and clutch hanging. Right now, nothing is covered under warranty. Im responsible for repairs. $2000.00 thrown out the window. There is no way that I would pay for repairs on this thing. Ill put the money on a new, different mower.

I would NOT recommend this product. Please do not purchase unless you plan on paying for any issues that may arise. We purchased the mower 3 months ago! Yes, only 3 months ago. The starter is gone and there is a 2 month backlog for THEIR local service retailers and we need the mower now. We have to just figure it out or drive an hour to the next retailer and then pay out of pocket until the warranty is processed. Everyone is sorry but no one can help!

I’ve had this mower for years and it still cuts grass as if I just bought blade is still sharp and it’s easy to use. My father bought it for my very large yard since 2004 and I am still using it. No service needed.

Husqvarna CTH194 Ride On Mower - Purchased the mower in France for 3750 Euros. Cut Grass 3 times and mandrel broke on all 4 lugs. Supplier said it was not covered by warranty. Purchased new one and fitted it myself. 2 cuts later, mower screeched to a halt with smoke coming from deck area. The small gear case assembly above the right pulley revealed exploded bearings (ALL MADE IN CHINA). The shop refuse to pay for it even though admitting it is a bad design. Proprietor of shop becoming more and more elusive. They tell me all that is covered by warranty is motor, chassis and gearbox. Hours on the clock 33.

Husqvarna Model GTH2448T. 24hp 48 cut. 173 hours. Garaged and serviced annually. Mower will move forward on level ground, but slows to a stop on inclines. No warranty. Service center recommends new rear end. $800.00 repair. Worthless!

I tried to buy a replacement cover for my lawn tractor grass catcher directly from Husqvarna. Was politely told there is no replacement part available even though I have the cover part number. For $400.00 I was informed I can buy a whole new grass catcher accessory. Love their equipment but this situation is disappointing.

Bought a Husqvarna YTH18542 Lawn Tractor from Lowe’s. After the first use, I found the parking brake would not lock in the on position. This is a safety issue, the mower could roll into someone or something. The problem was a pin or clip that joins the locking mechanism to the brake mechanism was missing. Whether it had fallen out or was never installed I don’t know. Called Lowe’s, they were great and replaced the tractor. Took the new one out, used it for two hours and guess what? Same thing. Contacted Husqvarna. Useless. “Take it to a dealer or we can send a part and you can fix it yourself”. No interest in trying to determine if it’s a design or quality issue. Thank God they don’t make aircraft!

My husband and I purchased a Husqvarna YT H2042 20.0 gross horsepower 540 cc Briggs & Stratton engine riding lawn mower from Lowes in our neighbor town. We thought we were purchasing a good quality mower, but we were wrong. We purchased with a 0 interest for 18 months and before we had it paid off the problems started. The mower would not pull itself - totally stopped. First repair cost $400.00 - the valve was bad. That repair lasted about two weeks. Took it back to the repairman. The mower would not start - starter was bad. Another $400.00 repair bill. Asked why all the problems, answer was mowers just arent made like they were. That repair lasted about 6-7 months. The mower would not start or move again. Took it to a different repair place another $350.00 repair. The starter, battery (which we were told was the wrong size for the mower but was the same that came on it), belts were bad and the engine was making a noise. This repair lasted again about 6 months. The mower stopped pulling itself and the engine sounded terrible. Fourth repair cost $498.00 the engine had moved around some way and the belts were bad again, the starter was bad again, the engine mounts had to be drilled out and reweld so everything would line up correctly. We have cables laying on the cutting deck from rewiring repairs. Again it lasted about 6 months and now we have a mower setting in the garage that will not pull itself again. Very very bad product. The warranty covers nothing. Lowes needs to stop selling these products.

Bought a Husqvarna commercial mower pz6029 zero turn mower for lawn cutting. The mower started making noise at eight hours of use under the deck. It was the spindles. The place I bought it from got it fixed for me. At 50 hours of use, the same problem again. At 100 hours, the same problem. Lets get it fixed, it ran fine for another 50 and the same noise. Im still waiting on the answer for the repair of the mower and the Husqvarna rep told me to get air plugs well.For a 11,000 machine, this is crazy. I have older machines that make no noise and work perfect with 1200 hours. This machine is a piece of junk.

I bought my RZ4623 on 3-12-12 and my first invoice for warranty work was 6-21-12. While cutting a flat space of grass the deck began to shake violently. I raised the deck and again engaged the blades and it didnt shake as bad but the blade on the right side would not turn. Upon inspecting it closer I noticed that the pulleys are PLASTIC?!? And the bolt and shaft that hold the pulley to the blade housing is METAL? During normal use any mower deck gets a rough ride and it is just a matter of time before metal chews up plastic in such a rough place. I took it in for service and was without a mower for the better part of the summer. Last year was ok. Now this year I was cutting my grass and the same exact thing has happened with the same exact pulley on the right side. I see some people have said the belt comes off and Im guessing the bind and pressure puts extra force on that right side and either the belt comes loose or that metal shaft wears out the plastic on that side. $2600 from Lowes for this piece of crap and 2 out of 3 summers it will be spent inoperable. Lowes passes the buck to Husqvarna and Husqvarna wants me to take it to a service center and fix it. I dont want it fixed, I want a different mower. This is the last full summer of my warranty coverage and I already know this pulley WILL fail again. It already has done the same exact thing twice, why do I want the same LEMON back to break down again next summer to the tune of a $200 repair? There is a definite design flaw on this mower, a manufacturer defect, a LEMON is what it is. But you can forget a recall being issued. There is too much money spent to recall it. They would rather settle their issues one at the time even if it comes to a lawsuit which mine may come to because $2600 for a mower that wont mow 2 out of 3 summers is absolutely unacceptable!

We had ordered an AWD Push lawnmower online and picked up at Ace Hardware. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! Ace Hardware will not take this back/exchange and we had it less than 1 month. Mowed lawn once. Husqvarna DOES NOT CARE about customer satisfaction!!!! It does not work well with bushes, fine if you just go straight. BEWARE when you buy any products from this company. Very unhappy in Georgia!!

Had my 54 Husqvarna mower 1.5 years on a 3 year warranty. Deck cracked. Called service center and they told me I had to bring mower them so that they could take pictures. Then I would have to wait for Husqvarna to come back with an approval. I told them I dont have a truck, I am 76 years old and had no way of getting mower to them. They told me they would come and take pics for a $100.00 non refundable fee.

I purchased and received a new Husqvarna chainsaw at the end of June. I used it three time cutting fallen trees in my yard. I was using it at the end of August just two months old and it stopped working. I was mid cut when it felt as if the engine seized. I followed all of the manufacturers requirements. I went to Lowes where I purchased it and they do not cover outdoor power equipment if it has been used. They said the manufacturers warranty was good for three months. They sent it to what they I understood to be Husqvarna but it was a repair vendor for them in conjunction with Lowes.They called and said it was an internal part some type of coolant air conductor which was broken and would not be covered. They also said the carb was dirty. I questioned the warranty and even though it was an internal issue, it was not covered. They said they would fix it for a total of $98.14. I told them to send it back. They billed the machine as being covered under warranty but it isnt.

Hi, I purchased a Husqvarna tractor - yth2348 in 2012 which ran OK for 2 years, and since then continually throws off the drive belt every time I try to back the machine up. Its starting to do that in forward direction now too. I put a new drive belt on which did nothing to help, checked the pulleys and belt retainers at the pulleys, and all are good. It is a shame to spend so much money on a tractor that is the most unreliable machine I have ever operated. And I am a heavy equipment operator. I usually dont write reviews but feel compelled to tell everyone from what I have read about Husqvarna machines and my own experience... DO NOT EVER purchase a Husqvarna ANYTHING! THEY are all junk, and the US Attorney General should intervene as it is a CRIME to sell these pieces of Husqvarna junk.

I purchased this mower just 1 year ago and its been in the shop three times already. The first time the adjusting lever would only go in three position and it would not cut right. The second time it was same thing. The repair shop said some of these mowers did that. Third time I had to take it to another shop about thirty miles away and they were a Husqvarna dealer and they kept it three weeks because they had so many Husqvarna mowers to work on. I brought it home and the same thing it would not cut right. I had to pay 75$ out of my own pocket. The warranty people said they couldnt do anything for me to take it back to Lowes and they had to send it off again, said it might be over a week and if its over 300$ I would have to pay it. I really thought this was a good company, but I just wasted 2000$. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!!!

I bought a Husqvarna YTH22V46 riding lawn mover in Aug. 2013 and also bought the extended 3-year warranty to go with it. I use it on the average of about twice a month on a very flat, smooth terrain. The months of Nov-Feb, I did not use the mower at all since it was winter and the grass doesnt grow as fast during those months. So far, Ive had to replace the mower blades, the belt and just recently, two spindle ears. The spindle problem required the mower to be picked up and delivered back, which Husqvarna has done without a problem, and the other two problems, I took care of myself.Ive only asked Husqvarna to pay for the spindle issue since that is an obvious defect in the workmanship. My repairman agrees with that since his shop has seen three Hus. mowers very recently, all with the same spindle problem. I called Hus. and spoke to a representative who then informed me that the repairman said that I was the cause of the spindle problem and there was nothing they could do about it. This is obviously untrue b/c the repairman, whom I know, did not say such a thing and since when does a repairman tell a huge company as Hus. how to conduct business. I am really disgusted with Hus., not only for the shoddy product I was sold, but for also trying to blame their own inaction on someone else. I would not recommend buying this product or any other way do business with Hus., as I certainly will not be doing either of those in the future. I wish now that instead of buying this Hus. mower, I would have spent the $700.00 it would have taken to fix my 17-year-old Kubota. Oh well, live and learn, I guess!

Purchased a Husqvarna #032414M040682 push lawn mower on July 23, 2014. Used 2 times and 2014. Attempted to start in 2015 and lawn mower failed to start. Took lawn mower back to Lowes and was told that the carburetor needed to be replaced and I needed to pay for it. Was told by Lowes Husqvarna refused the claim for repair.

Bought My Husqvarna Lawn Tractor New in 2013 this past summer 2019. The rear axle folded up to the bottom of the transmission. There was no big noise, the tractor just stop moving forward or backward. Noticed cracks around the housing where the U bolts hold the axle to the frame. The metal used to hold the axle to the farm is very lite weight allowing it to crack and give way. The drive belt disengaged. I contacted Husqvarna as did the Dealer I used to fix the Tractor, they were no Help.

I bought a Zero turn Husqvarna Z246 mower, had it 33 days, 6.3 hrs on the hour meter and the transmission went out on both sides. Called customer service and was told to take it back to Lowes and they would replace it with a new one. So I returned it back and the store manager asked if I had a return authorization number and I said she didnt give me one. So he calls Husqvarna customer service and was told that since it was 3 days past the 30 day return they would not authorize the exchange.So I spoke to the woman on the phone and she would not authorize it because it was past the 30 days even just by 3 days. So I asked to speak with someone above her and she said it would be a waste of my time because they would say the same and would not authorize the exchange either. So I asked for her name and employee number and she would not give me her first name and stated that employees are not given employee numbers - like I believe that. So I left with a new broken mower. I will never buy another Husqvarna product ever.

I purchased an all wheel drive Husqvarna mower from Lowes and it was a good reliable lawn mower for about a year, after that I started having problems with the transmission. I ended up pushing more than it went forward on its own (it went very slow). The 3rd season (still under warranty) I brought it in for repair and the service center said it was used commercially and not used for residential cutting so they said it was abused. I had a Toro for 20 years and it was still running when I got rid of it. I live on a half-acre so theres a lot of grass but I dont own a lawn maintenance service and I do not let anybody else mow with my lawn mower. I also dont know how you abuse a transmission, the outside of a lawnmower is just fine and so is the oil and it starts up just fine. I called Husqvarna to dispute it but they said they stand by the repair centers judgment since they cant see the lawn mower. They sent me a $50 gift certificate to go use at the service center. I never brought the lawn mower in for any repairs, this would be the only warranty issue and they still would not cover it. I do not recommend Husqvarna.

$440.00 RIP OFF - worse thing ever. Less than 2 years -- spent over 400 and it is in the shop. Part for kohler engine is back ordered. THEY SUCK. Could not get warranty - choke issue. Machine was a problem the day I bought it. Auto key start would not start it. Then broke, choke issue, fuel leak and I babied that engine. Had a craftsman for 20 years and when I got rid of it, it started on the 1st pull still, but had to go due to metal fatigue!!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS WITH A KOHLER. I cannot speak for their other stuff but they assembled it and made it - HUSQVARNA. Be careful.

I bought a 48 in. Husqvarna last year. When they got it off the truck it did not work. Had to get new battery and 1 tire was flat. About 2 months later the mower will not go into reverse. They fixed that. We tried to mow and the paddle broke off. Now 3 spindles broke, warranty would not cover. I paid out of pocket. We get it back. I now part of my yard and the spindle in making a lot of noise and not working correctly. This is such bull, you pay so much and you get crap. I now cant mow again. Something needs to happen.

Husqvarna self-propelled lawn mower from Lowes is one of the worst products ever put on the market. It never started very well from the beginning and locked the motor up after 4 uses. When returned to Lowes because we purchased an extended warranty was told there was no lubricant in the mower. We have purchased a number of mowers in our 50 some odd years of mowing and know that you must put oil in the mower!!! We are out over $500 dollars and if I could them zero stars Lowes and Husqvarna I would!!!

Bought a Husqvarna weed eater Model 224L at Lowes, 4/12/2015. Paid $367.40, used the product twice and it would not run any longer. On 7/30/2015 took the machine to repair shop that was suggested by Husqvarna which was The F.M. Pile Hardware Company in Charleston WV. Was told they would look at it and repair within a week. On 8/05/2015 called the Hardware Company and was told they had not looked at the product as of yet. Contacted the Husqvarna Company and at 1-800-487-5951 and was on hold for 20 minutes then told there was nothing they could do.

Bought a 42 riding mower to replace my 12 year old Craftsman 42. The Husqvarna seemed to be stonger steel body and deck. Deck is claimed to be armored and guaranteed 10 years. This spring I did my first cut and was hosing it off and under the deflector chute the deck was tearing. Honestly the same thing happened to the Craftsman but after 10 years of use. I had to pay to have it brought to a dealer to inspect for warranty coverage (photos from me would not suffice). Dealer said I cant put in for warranty defect your blade obviously hit and tore the deck. I asked him to weld it which he did. Question is: under normal use when we all hit the rock or stick or whatever should we expect the deck to tear. Why not armor the edge of the chute like you do the edge around the base of the deck?? How does a deck fail in 10 years to be covered by the warranty? Rust? I should also warn possible buyers that the center of gravity on Husqvarnas is much higher than my Craftsman---meaning it will tip over on a grade where the Craftsman kept steady. So be careful if you feel the grade bringing you to a tipping point.

Bought the YTH18542 riding mower at Lowes 3 years ago. Nice machine, when it works. Poor traction if the grass is damp going uphill. Probably needs slightly larger, wider rear tires or more weight over them. The real disappointment has been the mechanical problems. After one mowing season the engine wouldnt start. Problem turned out to be the carb solenoid failure, which stopped fuel from going through the carb. Early in the 3rd mowing season, one of the pulleys for the drive (not the blades) had its bearings go bad. Bought a new pulley but the carriage bolt which secures it to the underside of the frame is loose so the nut cant be tightened enough. I would not recommend this machine if you value reliability.

Always garage kept and maintained. All this within 8 years and $8000 invested in two Husqvarna Y48 riding mowers. The first mower after couple hours of use wouldnt start. The steering has become loose with play, can turn steering 1/4 turn before engaging wheels - no fix. Replaced all deck wheels and front roller - twice. Front bracket and main bracket for rear axle broke after 4 years. Seat material split open. Difficult to maintain good and level cut with deck. On many occasions, I had blades fall off due to spindle bolts loosening up and falling out. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. IM BUYING A JOHN DEERE X700 SERIES NEXT.

On May 2nd, 2012, I bought a Farm Tough chainsaw from Tractor Supply, which I paid $399 for. I needed a 20 saw for some of the bigger trees that fell during tropical storm Irene. I have a 16 Poulan, and an 18 Homelite. I have owned chainsaws my whole life. I figured I would pay extra for a top of the line product. Boy, was I wrong! It ran great when I first used it, and I babied that saw like no others because it was so expensive. I was really impressed with it. Then, on the sixth time, I was using it right at the beginning of Hurricane Sandy when a tree fell across the street. While cutting it out of the way, the chain popped and a ping sound came from around the recoil/brake area.After I put the chain back on, it felt funny when I tried to start it so I bought it to the Husqvarna Authorized service center Curtis Feed & Farm Supply located at 3454 County Route, 74 Greenwich, NY 12834 (518-692-8529). They took it in on Tuesday and were finished with it on Friday. But to my amazement, they handed me a $33.12 bill claiming that a defective hand guard isnt covered under warranty. He couldnt give me a reason why it broke, got misuse or so forth. So, I paid for a top of the line chainsaw worth $400 and every sixth time of using it, it would cost me $33? Really? I could have bought two Craftsman 20 saws for the same money!I took it back to Tractor Supply which was on the way home from the service center, not expecting them to take it back and refund my money - but they did even though I bought it back in May! So A+ to Tractor Supply, and a big F to Husqvarna and their authorized service center. Their brand will be forever junk to me and anybody whoever asks me!

Purchased Husqvarna ST 224 Snow Thrower in Oct. Live in NJ during blizzard last month the auger stopped after an hour of using. Removed cover, auger belt was frayed and off the pulley. I put it back on in the middle of a blizzard under a carport. Started and tested, the belt was so stretched it would not turn the auger. Found through surfing Husqvarna has a Technical Services Bulletin (TSB) addressing the problem. This has occurred on other Husqvarna models too! Called Husqvarna and spoke to a rep. He did not know what a TSB was and blew me off to a dealer. Call them, theyll take care of it. I then asked if Husqvarna was going to reimburse me for paying to have my driveways plowed, he said NO! The dealer will have my $850.00 HUSQVARNA SST 224 Big Orange POS for 2 weeks this Friday 2/12/16. IT SOUNDS LIKE ITS TIME TO FILE A CLASS ACTION SUIT AGAINST HUSQVARNA AND THEIR INFERIOR PRODUCTS.

The mower deck has never been level and will scalp the lawn at a 2.5 setting. The dealer will not or cant get it level. The engine is always hard starting and has had 3 batteries in 3 years despite being garaged and a battery tender being placed on it. I dont feel that Husqvarna screens their dealers or checks on the service quality before their machines leave the factory. $3200 for a lemon.

I buy all brand new Husqvarna equipment when I opened my landscaping business 8 months ago. I paid for Lowe’s no hassle warranty, and thought that the nicest equipment from Lowe’s and extra warranty would start me in the right direction. Boy was I wrong! Lowe’s warranty is completely worthless. If they do anything at all it will be blame you for the damage, then charge you for the repairs that don’t even fix the problem. Husqvarna is no better, when I’ve given up on trying to have my equipment fixed again I asked to just get my money back for the garbage they sold me. Then they reply to me that they will only fix it and that’s if they feel that the damage is due to something that they deem under warranty! Wtf!? Really? I paid for an extra warranty that Lowe’s won’t uphold because it’s under Husqvarna’s warranty so Lowe’s isn’t responsible, and then Husqvarna’s warranty is that they will only fix what they feel like fixing if they feel like doing anything? Don’t bother with Husqvarna. Every piece of their equipment I’ve purchased has given me trouble and if you do definitely do not waste your money on the extended warranty at Lowe’s. It’s worse than the garbage you just paid for!

Do not buy a Husqvarna zero turn lawn mower. It will nothing but trouble. I had my new RZ5424 for about 3 weeks and it broke down. The warranty did cover it, but it was a hassle to get them to honor it. A plastic pulley locked up and the belt burn right through it. Then 2 weeks later the engine would not start. But again it was under warranty? But another hassle. Now a year later the blades engagement system went bad and the blades will not even try to move. If you want something to work on or hauling it to service center ever few weeks of usage, this is your zero turn lawn mower. Otherwise get something else. Now I have an expensive mower that keeps breaking down. Terrible mower!!!

I recently purchased a Husqvarna chainsaw. After 2 uses, it needed to be tuned up as it did not work anymore. I went back to the place I bought it from and they informed me I was on my own, even though I purchased the saw there. They informed me Husqvarna was not paying them for the warranty work. I talked to Husqvarna and they informed me of the same, I was on my own. So now to get my $500 brand new saw to work, I have to drive out of town at my expense to get it to work. I would advise anyone about to buy any of their products not to. It is amazing how happy they are to take your money but not to inform you that after 2 uses, it will not work and you are going to have to spend more money to get it working! Great job morons. No wonder the Chinese are taking over. At least their products work.

The AWD walk behind lawnmower with a Honda engine we used it 3 times and the skirt at the back is tearing away, Husqvarna will not cover under the warranty but the dealer will cover it at cost. Really disappointed with the company that makes the mowers as I am going to have this problem with a new mower for the rest of its lifetime.

Purchased Husqvarna Lawn Mower from Lowes within past two years. To date, has been in for repair 6 times for the same complaint (pukes gas upon start up). Fuel line replaced; Carb jets cleaned; Carb replaced; Fuel tank replaced (dealer found Filter Screen never installed at assembly). So far the initial purchase price has been exceeded by the cost of repair not to mention the inconvenience of no mower... Father-in-Law has cut my grass 5 times so far this season with his HRX Honda. Husqvarna dealer unable to resolve problem, but has offered to replace at cost. I have elected not to do any further business with Husqvarna and will be scrapping this LEMON.

Product is fair. Chronically slips drive/blade belt. No close dealer to do warranty work. Mower is one year old, has 3 year warranty. Cut is chronically bad even with new blades. Internet, videos, calls, chat are all near useless. I will never buy any Husqvarna product. Product fair. Service is one of the worst ever. Dont waste money on their products. They dont help when you need it.

I bought this to replace an old Craftsman riding mower that had served me well. This model has essentially the same body as the Craftsman so I was able to look at the old Craftsman to see why the Husqvarna was so low to the ground. The Husqvarna body is directly bolted to the rear axle while the Craftsman has a bracket that lifts the body about an inch above the rear axle. Because of this, the mower deck on the Husqvarna cant be properly adjusted. Also, when I use it to pull a broadcast spreader, the spreader is tipped forward too much and the mover deck is dragged through the grass the whole time. Ive since found many reports of this problem. Too bad I hadnt seen these reports before I bought it earlier this year.

We purchased a new Husqvarna YTH21K46 riding mower from Lowe’s located in New Hartford NY store a few years back. While I was mowing our lawn yesterday (7/16/17) I noticed flames shooting out the front cowl. This appeared to be a fuel line that may have became defective and failed. The mower is complete loss and we are now looking for a new mower within only a few years of purchasing this one. Local law enforcement and fire department were called to extinguish the blaze since the fuel tank was nearly full. We have had nothing but problems with this mower since we purchased it, the engine mounts were never tightened from the factory and I had to install new ones. The welds on the mower deck broke and had to be re-welded. The exhaust manifold kept coming loose, the list goes on and on.This is very disappointing and somewhat disturbing knowing this fire could have caused serious injury. We won’t be purchasing another mower from Husqvarna due to the quality of the product. I have reached out to Husqvarna about this issue and they did take an incident report and said they would be calling me back. I will update again once they respond or if they respond.

Where do I start? First off its battery was weak. Most times, I would kill the battery starting the machine. Brought it to the dealer several times (I dont live in town so had to trailer it each time costing me gas and time). Eventually they said the battery was faulty and replaced it. Brought it home and it happened again. Brought it back, and it took two weeks to have it looked at, parts ordered, and get it back. Turns out they had to replace the whole wiring harness even though they didnt see anything wrong with it...the only thing left that it could be they said. By this time, the summer was over and I had only one more mowing for the season. Now to backtrack a little, I was having another problem with the belt coming off and had it to the shop at least twice to have it adjusted. I am quite capable of doing this myself of course but it kept coming off so...back to the shop. They put the belt back on and tried another tension adjustment. Got it home, mowed about 5 minutes and off it comes again. Didnt finish the grass, was pissed so I hauled the battery out and shoved it in the garage. This spring I raised the mower with my backhoe, put the belt back on and inspected the system. ** design, the belt is nearly round and as far as I can tell, it inverts and pops off. With only 5.6 hours on the machine the belt is in tethers from coming off. Good enough. Laid her back down and put the battery back in. Not a gig. Boosted it, not a gig. Again brought it back to the dealer. Turns out the flywheel had a crack in it. Another three weeks waiting with the grass now to my knees. I have a lot of area to mow. I have had this mower two years now and it spent the bulk of its life in the shop with 5.6 hours on it. I contacted Husqvarna and said I wanted a replacement machine as this one is a lemon. I cant begin to say how dissatisfied I was with the response. I got a complaints department who said that there was no one above them that I could talk to. What bull. What were they, the owners!? I run a resort here and I have a lot of equipment around that I have to depend on. I always buy new no I dont get other peoples junk and full warranty. I could have bought a cheaper brand and got a better machine but no, I spent $4000 on this piece of crap that has been in the shop for two years. They told me they couldnt replace it unless the cost was 70% of cost. What about customer service?

I bought a Husqvarna LGT2554 which I paid 2600 for. Thought it would be a good mower that would last me for awhile and I even bought a four year warranty. Boy was I wrong! It wasnt long that I had the mower that the Right front wheel fell off. The bearings chewed up. That came out and took it to the shop. Bearing on back order. Finally get the mower back weeks later and start mowing again. After several hours of use same wheel falls off. To shorten the story this went on for the first three years I had this mower not to mention the starter going out. After three years of the wheel falling off they finally put a new front axle on it which was on back order. Didnt get to use the mower the whole year. When I did get it back it didnt take many hours of us before the same wheel fell off. They put a new wheel on it this time. Started mowing again when I got it back and the next thing it wont move. I figured the main drive belt broke but it was intact. Started pushing it back to the house and lo and behold the left rear wheel falls off. Upon inspection, the axle broke. By this time my extended warranty had ran out. Called Husqvarna and they basically told me that they were not going to do anything. I had this mower four years and it stayed in the shop more than I mowed with it. I had to buy a new mower this year and you can bet it wasnt a Husqvarna. I think when you pay that much for something it should last for years if you take care of it. This on was a lemon from the word go!!

My Dad and I bought this YTH2454 mower new and used it for only a short time before problems started. The front axle is bogus. It starts to lean backwards and then the front wheels start facing out. We took it to a service center and Husqvarna told them it was an operator error? When this happens the wheels will fall off. I took it to a friend and we welded brackets to the frame so there is no way for it to lean back which fixed this problem. The hydrostatic transmission went out which I replaced. The deck hangers keep falling off. I am in the process now of engineering a new deck hanging system instead of the brackets that slip into a hole. This hole keeps wearing out which in turn lets the bracket fall out and the deck drop on the ground. I have had the holes welded up and drilled out several times. The electric clutch for the blades went out. I have had to replace the steering column. My small engine repair man says the reason Husqvarna will not fix these problems, is that they are in the parts selling business. He said every one of these machines that comes into his shop has the same problems!!! I will never own another Husqvarna product and would advise everyone else to do the same!!!

I bought a new saw from Lowes, used it 10 over last year or two. Then I started the saw left it running on my porch and then I looked outside and it was on fire. I couldnt put it out. Had to throw in snow. I hurt my back, there is damage to the porch, and Husqvarna has done nothing. I have called them a dozen times and still never get to talk with someone in headquarters. I will tell everyone to look at reviews look at their customer service. Dont buy. Find someone who will stand behind their product. Its bad if they could have killed someone or my house burnt down and where is Husqvarna? Counting their money in a room! Not how I want to do business.

After trying to get my McCulloch chainsaw to continue running after 25 years and unable to get parts, I finally decided it was time to break down and get a new chainsaw. I was at Lowes and decided to buy the Husqvarna Model 440 as it seemed to be the best fit for my needs. Between being extremely busy and injuring my elbow, I did not get to using the chainsaw for several weeks. When I went to use the chainsaw, it would not start. I tried several times and the chainsaw would not fire up. A check of basic systems indicated it was getting gas (the plug was wet) but saw only minimal spark. I called Husqvarna expecting customer service but I was told that I would have to take it to the dealer for warranty repair. They gave me the name of a dealer with hours that are difficult for my work schedule. When I took time off from work to get to the dealer, he told me that he does not do warranty work on chainsaws purchased from Lowes. He directed me to another dealer not listed on Husqvarnas locator who does this work. They were also closed. So I still have a chainsaw that does not work, have had to take time off from work to get to the recommended dealer who does not perform this work, and spent money on gas driving around for a defective product. My expectations were: 1) Husqvarna telling me to take it back to Lowes where they would give me a new one and send the defective one back to Husqvarna; or 2) Send me return postage labels so I could send the saw back to Husqvarna (similar to Dell Computers policy). Instead I have the burden of repairing a defective product placed on the customer instead of the supplier of the defective product. Of all the items I have purchased in my life, I do not believe I have ever had such a poor buying experience. I will never buy another Husqvarna product and will warn my friends against purchasing Husqvarna products if this is their definition of customer service.

I bought a Husqvarna riding mower in July 2010. After 48 hours of use, the drive belt stretched and the mower stopped. The manufacturer said that they dont warranty belts! I just hope that I dont have to replace the belt every 50 hours!

This is in reference with my Husqvarna rotary lawn mower (Model Number: 917.376822 21). My mower wouldnt start this spring. As it was still in warranty, I took it to an authorized repair center, Maximum Outdoor Equipment Service. Although I had prepared the mower for storage last fall by putting a fuel stabilizer in the gas tank, as described in the owners manual, I was told that the mower wasnt covered by warranty because the carburetor had gummed up. Apparently, the information in the manual was inaccurate and that a fuel stabilizer should never be used in a mower gas tank.I pointed out that the owners manual said to use stabilizer but I was told that it was erroneous information and that they were compelled to honor the warranty because Sears had their logo on the back of the book. I then went to Sears and was told that since Husqvarna had published the book, Sears could not be held responsible for the information in the manual.Additionally, I understand theres a bulletin from the factory regarding a fault in the carburetor on this model. So far, this farce has cost me $105 for something I feel should be covered by warranty. Your timely response with any help or guidance you can provide would be very much appreciated. After this experience, I will not ever purchase another Husqvarna product or anything powered by Kohler.

I purchased this mower (Husqvarna PZT-60 PROF GRADE MOWER) new. It now has just under 50 hours! In that time both hydro units have fallen apart; the last time it threw me into my dump truck! I was injured during the incident and the mower was picked up Oct last year and returned! Six months later no resolve with the mower. I call Christine, after the killer car! They turn the matter over to CORVEL, a third party administrator! No intervention. The man from CORVEL DAVON ** WILL NOT RETURN MY CALL! The incident number is **! The mower is absolute trash. It is underpowered and lacks torque to mow hills. It drops hydro parts faster than it does grass! What warranty one might as well pay high dollar for a pile of scrap metal! One difference the pile of metal will not hurt me like the mower did!

Husqvarna LTG 2654 mower is trenching my yard. The mower deck is digging up my yard. When I raise the deck so it doesnt dig up my yard, it cuts the grass too high. A voltage regulator had to be replaced in 1 year of operation. I did it myself to save 6 hours of driving to a Husqvarna dealer and was told by a Lowe’s rep that Husqvarna wouldnt pay for the regulator. I tried to call Husqvarna and was put on hold for 45 minutes (no one answered).I had a Sears mower that only needed a fuel pump replaced in 8 years of operation. I gave it to a friend a year ago and its still in use today. I wish I had it back. I would encourage you to not buy a Husqvarna. Their consumer department is not user-friendly. I should have bought a Simplicity mower from a local dealer.

I have return (27/11/2015) Husqvarna RZ4622T. Weld/metal fatigue on the cutting deck. The second bracket on the deck is showing signs of fatigue. Item purchased 23/06/2015 (124 hours run time to date). The supplier suggested it will more likely not be covered by Husqvarna. If this is the case it is poor support.

2 years ago I purchased the $99 gas weed trimmer. This summer, would not run. Had it checked at a certified dealer, needed carburetor kit & tune up kit for $50. No way, going to put my $50 towards a LI battery model of a different manufacturer. Very disappointed with Husqvarna.

My experience worse a disaster from day one: The first year/year and a half entered the shop 6 or 7 times for different reasons. One time the people at the shop were surprised to find out that the clutch was gone, they said it was very rare. I had a John Deere 15 yrs old, and I never knew there was a clutch in these machines. Everything that could break got broken. I am taking it tomorrow again because the belt broke for the second time. Changing the oil is the messiest job you can do, and the deck does not raise high enough, so it cuts so short that the Florida sun burns the grass immediately. On top of that I spent $300.00 in attachments (what the hell was I thinking??!!) that I used only a few times because the chute was getting clogged. It is hard to believe that there was any engineer involved in this product.My John Deere started giving me problems at the end and I sold it. I dont want to sell this one because I FEEL I AM DEFRAUDING PEOPLE. This machine may be great in Canada, or to ride with the grand kids at 6 mph, but certainly useless to mow the grass... unless you dont care about destroying your lawn. I WISH I HAD READ REVIEWS BEFORE I SPENT 2,000.00 IN THIS PIECE OF METAL. By the way: The customer service people are very nice because they are so used to complaints but do not solve absolutely anything. 40 on the phone to be transferred yesterday to the escalation department, they apologized saying that the escalation department was very busy. Well... I believe that!

Crank, no start at times. Starter drive does not engage the flywheel. When finally engages engine barely runs blowing black and gray smoke! Seems to be run on one cylinder. ONCE ENGINE FINALLY CLEARS OUT RUNS GOOD! Tractor stored in covered location under cabin Northeastern Pa. It is 2013 w/ 52 hrs on it! It has been at Husqvarna dealer going on week 4. Been told on 3 different phone conversations that it needs starter, SHOCKER KNEW THAT WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF! Now being told it would be quicker for me to pay for it myself and fix myself than to wait for warranty to clear for authorization from Husqvarna/Kohler! Hoping the best, expecting the worst!

I bought a Brand New what was supposed to be a 2018 but turned out it was a 2017! In April of 2018 I have had to replace everything above the deck at least once due to failure of components! Also I have had to change the blades at least 4 times! Leepers is where I was screwed at, and after fixing it again this last time, I found the deck was cracked at the weld of the back bracket! So I took it to an authorized warranty dealer. They called me and told me Husqvarna will not service my warranty! I paid $3000 for a mower that’s a $$$ pit! I WILL NEVER SHOP FOR HUSQVARNA EVER AGAIN, NOR DO I ADVISE ANYONE OF BUYING THEIR PRODUCTS!

Riding mower purchased from Sears was a headache from the jump start. Had to call and set up appointments for mower failing to start, smoking, parts loose. Times were set so far in the future yard got in a mess. After warranty expired had to take it to local certified dealer and spent a small fortune. This gave me buyers remorse in the worse way. The product wasnt durable at all. I bought about 5 batteries in 5 years which makes me think I may have had electrical issues. It finally died September 4, 2017. Funeral services September 14, 2017. Sunrise 2011 - Sunset 2017.

I have it services every year, but Tractor lost HP within three years. It sometimes struggles to get up the 20 degree incline in my backyard. I would probably not buy this brand again.

I purchased a 122c weed trimmer midway through the last summer season. I decided on this unit, because it seemed like it was made for much more than would be needed for my yard. I wanted something that was going to last. I even bought the overpriced Husqvarna canned fuel mixture. I didnt want any problems. The unit stopped working in August of this year. My guess is that the 122c was used 20 times. I emailed Husqvarna with no response. We had our yard equipment tuned up this fall. The tech opened the 122c up, cleaned it out. He didnt see anything out of the ordinary. He spent a half hour (and $30 of my money) on the unit with no success. I will not ever again buy a piece of equipment manufactured by this company. Caveat Emptor.

Purchased Husqvarna riding mower. The locking differential (mechanism that makes both back wheels rotate at same time) is literally tearing up my yard. DO NOT PURCHASE MOWER WITH LOCKING DIFFERENTIAL.

Bought mower from Sears, it was made by Husqvarna. The mower might have 30-40 hours of use. Towards end of last year wasnt working just right, mower went to repair shop in April, found clutch plate broken, mower has 2 in it, one was fine. I should have mentioned earlier this is a MODEL # 944.601380. Part listed key #59 part #441097. Guess what - no longer available. To get this part now I have to purchase the whole clutch assembly $369.00 US compared to $20.00 for clutch plate. I am not a happy camper and I will never buy a Husqvarna product again and will tell all about my experience. Their claim to fame is #1 in outdoor power tools but do they work and worth your money? NO.

I bought a brand new chainsaw Husky Model 240. Short chain aside. It only worked once. I have checked the plug, rinsed with gas the gas tank, added new fuel and nothing. I hate it and I want my money back, its junk! All my other gas engine out workhorses are Stihl and they are going strong after 18+ years of service. If Husky would return my money, I would never look back. It is true the Husky is being produced in the Poulan factory, by me it is. One door sends out orange. The other door sends out green. Essentially you are paying for a Husky and getting bottom of the barrel Poulan chainsaws. I saw the plant doing this personally.

I bought a new Husqvarna riding mower from a local dealer. Ever since the purchase, I have had nothing but issues with the mower. The mower would stop turning over and so I took it back to the local dealer who fixed it. I typically get one mow out of it, and when I go to use it again, the same problem again. Brand new $3,000 mower and I am taking it to the repair shop every week! It is the carburetor. We have done everything to try and fix this horrible product and nothing works. We finally bought a good mower, a John Deere, and now we are stuck with a $3,000 mistake! It seems like this is an ongoing product issue with multiple consumers. I, too, would like my money back or a new mower that works.

Bought model 725 AWD push mower from Lowes in Sept. 2015. Used it 5 times and begin having to pull rope too many times to get mower started. Suppose to start in two pulls. Then at about 10 times using it All Wheel Drive cable stopped working. After looking at the underside of mower noticed molded part of transmission where cable goes into was broken off and missing so AWD is useless now.Mower is too heavy to push without the belt working. No help from Lowes customer service and couldnt find a local dealer to try and get it fixed under the 3-year warranty. Which Im pretty sure they would say it was my fault. Transmission part that broke was made of plastic. Bad choice for a $500 mower. Husqvarna doesnt even carry the transmission after a year old. Replacement part online from source other than Husqvarna is $80 plus the cost of having it installed. Not buying another mower from them!

I bought a new Husqvarna push mower at Sears last March. However, I have had nothing but issues with the company and mower. The mower stopped turning over. I called the helpline and they said to put high grade full in the mower. That did nothing but cost me $3.89. I took it to a required Husqvarna repair center (Eds Lawn Mover in Addison, Texas). They said that the carburetor would not be covered under the one year plan so I paid the $60.00. Two months later, the same problem. I called Eds and they said nothing they can do. I find it very interesting that the company is posting on its website how ethanol may/can damage motors. It seems like this is a widespread product issue and I would like my money back or a new mower that works.

I have this mower just over 1 year and it has spent six months of that in the repair shop! I went out to mow this evening and it will not start! Battery and starter is working fine; its just not starting! My last two mowers were John Deeres and they are still running and over twenty years old! The Husqvarna didnt have one year on it and I started having breakdowns with it!! As soon as it is repaired, this time it is going to get sold and I will buy a John Deere, Toro or Snapper! - Something with known reliability and not another pile of junk like this Husqvarna RZ3016 30-Inch!!

We bought a Zero Turn Mower Husqvarna with a Hydro-Gear transmission and ONLY used it for 2 summers. The transmission went out and neither companies want to warranty out the transmission! I told one of the guys with Hydro-Gear, Im sure you dont have one of these mowers because they are crappy, he laughed and said, No. I will make sure EVERYONE finds out about their crappy mowers and service!!! So pissed!!!

We bought the weed trimmer at Lowes after comparing many brands and styles. I already owned a Husqvarna leaf blower and have been very pleased. The weed trimmer was light, quiet, and very easy to use. The string feed is a major improvement over other styles offered by other manufacturers. It only takes a light push on the ground to advance the string. It starts easily and has a lot of power for a 2 cycle. I will definitely purchase other power tools from Husqvarna in the future.

I called 4 days ago. No reply. I have 6 saws (372xp saw) and the piece broke off. Holding the handle to the crankcase. Its a paper thin magnesium bracket. Absolutely only saw that has a piece like that and most expensive!

No parts support at all from retailer (Lowes) or Husqvarna themselves! Do not buy this mower. Looking for trouble if you get one! Mine has been silently sitting for over a month now waiting for someone to manufacture a steering shaft for it.

I bought a Husqvarna riding mower. First mowing season a bolt to the blades fell off and I noticed it would spin and get stuck easy. Had problems when it got warmed up sometimes you had to wait for it to cool off to start it again. Next year to it to a dealer and had it repaired. Long story short it had less than one hundred hours and it doesn’t like to start when hot again and the transmission went out. If you want a dependable mower and one you don’t have to fix all the time don’t buy this brand. I will never buy anything from them. Even the dealer said it was a bad model and he doesn’t sale it so Husqvarna knows it’s junk and won’t make it right.2400 dollars wasted and over 700 to fix something that will break down again.

In 2012, I purchased a self-propelled Husqvarna 22-inch lawn mower. What attracted me to the product was the 3 year unconditional 2 pull to start warranty. I thought that was unambiguous, but found I was wrong. I used the mower 5 times in 2012, then siphoned the gasoline out of it and ran the carburetor dry before storing it for the winter. In the spring, I put gasoline in the mower, started it up and it ran for only 15 minutes before stalling. It never started again. I called Husqvarna and was treated like the village idiot on the telephone. I was told I would have to pay to have the mower engine and carburetor rebuilt to prove it was under warranty. Seriously? So I took the mower back to Lowes, where I had purchased it, and arranged to have the unit evaluated by Husqvarna. I was forced to sign a contract stating I would pay $85 toward the repairs (forced, as in, you sign this and make this guarantee or we wont even look at the mower). Weeks pass with no word. Then, yesterday, I received a call from the Lowes evaluation team telling me the mower was not covered by warranty for the following reasons: 1) There was gasoline in the carburetor... seriously, they voided the warranty because the carburetor had gasoline in it after the mower would not start. 2) There was evidence the unit had been used because the oil had not been changed.In other words, my used lawn mower with only a year on its unconditional warranty was not covered by that warranty because it was used. Sorry, but that sounds like a condition to me. Now they want to charge me 2/3 of the cost of the original purchase to repair the carburetor, an integral part of the starting system, which is not allowing the mower to start but somehow this is not covered by the unconditional warranty.This company is a cheat. They lie, they overcharge for shoddy equipment which does not live up to even the most basic of use, and they refuse to cooperate with or support their customers. Oh, and the $85 pre-repair fee? They now call that an evaluation fee even though the repair contract doesnt say squat about evaluation fees and it is now up to me to fight my credit card company to cancel that fee. Talk about adding insult to injury. Conclusion: Do not, under any circumstances, buy a Husqvarna anything! If you do, assume the warranty is useless and that it will fail within a year.

Bought a Husqvarna gas blower at Lowes. After running for a total of less than 2 hours, it simply will not start. Call Husqvarna, only to find nearest warranty dealer is over 30 miles away. Will NEVER buy Husqvarna again.

DO NOT BUY the Husqvarna Forest Helmet. It is shipped in pieces and the instructions are on the back side of the pictures and so small you will have to have a magnify glass to even read them. The instructions are so incomplete as to how to assemble the pieces to the hat, the person should be fired. I have spent 20 plus years instructing on how to assemble Data Center servers and this is the most ridiculous and useless instructions I have ever seen.
