DONT BUY THIS MOWER!!!! Poor design. Put blades to close to roof of the deck and grass sticks and builds. While it compresses it hardens... It does not throw the grass out from under the deck! We bought one last summer and the grass sticks to the underside ceiling of the mowing deck, causing serious damage to the bearings and belt. Now I have to jack it up. Get underneath, take a ridged 3 putty knife after every other use and chisel out hardened (Concrete like) grass clippings. It is not an easy chore for anybody to do. You should not have to do this every 2 weeks after spending 3 grand on a mower.

Just received my second HUSQVARNA chainsaw. My first one is a Rancher 455. First time using it oil leaked out the bottom. We work on all of our own equipment so we tore it down and found the flexible oil supply line hose had a hole in it. We obtained a replacement part locally and fixed it. Great saw, cuts great. It sucks to have to repair a brand new saw. Today I received my second HUSQVARNA saw a T435 14 inch. Filled it with gas and oil, tried it out and guess what. Right oil running out the bottom. Tore it down and again a big split in the oil supply line. Again we have to fix a brand new saw. Went to HUSQVARNA website to try to contact them and nowhere is there any way to email them. So I will wait til Monday to get a replacement part. I have attached a photo of the split hose. Very disappointed in HUSQVARNA quality control and lack of ability to contact them.

I purchased 48 Husqvarna cut lawn tractor last fall. I owned it approximately for two hours. It lefts strips all over my lawn. I called the dealer and they sent a mechanic out that same day. Three times they sent the mechanics out. I told him I wanted a refund. I was told, Too bad. We arent giving you your money back, just have to cut my grass every day. They even picked it up and brought it back. Not fixed. I was told I just couldnt use the mulcher. That could be why it isnt cutting right. I bought it because of the mulcher. So that tells me they admit there is something wrong with the mower. My broken Craftsman lawn tractor cuts better than this piece of junk.

I currently own a Husqvarna hedge cutter and at age 67 I have tried many other name brand hedge cutters, but I find Husqvarna to be worthy of my usage as its easy to operate, and have not had any downtime. I am looking for a riding lawnmower and will be considering a Husqvarna as Im quite sure it will be as dependable as my hedge cutter.

On 7/22/2010, I received a new Husqvarna Rotary Lawn Mower (Part no: 917.376823 / Product no: 7021) as part of an exchange for another mower from Sears. I have had nothing but problems with the Husqvarna’s carburetor. On 11/26/2010, the mower stopped running and I had to return the mower to Sears for repair. After two weeks, I was told the problem was with the mowers carburetor; it was repaired and returned to me. On 6/20/2011, the mower stopped running and I had to return it to Sears. The problem was again the carburetor; it was repaired and returned to me after 2 weeks. On 10/8/2011, the mower stopped running and I had to return it to Sears. The problem was the carburetor; it was repaired and returned to me after two weeks. On 5/1/2012, the mower stopped working. I returned it to Sears and they told me it was yet again a problem with the Carburetor. It was repaired and returned to me on 5/19/2012. I have since purchased a Toro lawn mower. On 10/6/2012, I decided to use the Husqvarna and the mower stopped running after a short period of time. I will not be returning it to Sears; I know what the problem is. Based on the number of problems with the same component and the constant returns and long periods of time without a mower, I would not recommend the purchase of a Husqvarna lawn mower.

I purchased a Husqvarna (46-in, 21-hp, YTH21K46) a year ago from Lowes. After using the mower twice, the transmission brackets broke. I had to take it and have it repaired. I used it one more time and the deck brackets broke and the deck was dragging on the ground, had that welded, used it one more time and the transmission brackets broke again. This mower is a complete waste of money. I will buy anything else except Husqvarna.

Since I owned this unit, nothing but trouble. Deck welds broken 2 times. Both front tires worn out and recalled, took 4 months to get mower back under warranty. New tires on 2 weeks and rims broken in half at welds. Also new tires are wearing out again. We have a nice yard with no problems hitting things. Our front tires face outward with steering wheel centered. This as well as all my front end concerns must be related so why wont they fix it and not take so long. We are very unhappy.

This riding mower is one of the Top-of-the-line Hydro mowers Husqvarna sells. 54 inch cut. The front wheels keep falling off and presenting a very dangerous situations. The spring clips that hold the washers and wheel on just destroy themselves with no warning even after keeping the entire environment well lubricated, above and beyond what is required. I have over 30 years’ experience maintaining my mowers, mostly riding mowers. This is a factory defect in manufacturing and Husqvarna needs to provide free replacement of defective parts. If not, I will never buy another Husqvarna product (I have a fair amount) and will make sure everyone I communicate with will know my recommendation. I will let you know what I find. UNBELIEVABLE BUT TRUE. Purchased a 30/52 Husqvarna Ride on from Karls Mowers Burleigh Heads, cost almost $6000. Had 240 hours, had all of its required services on it when it started to play up. Went and seen Karl who said spray carby cleaner into the carby. You can buy it from Supercheap, that should fix it. Thats exactly what it did. Fixed it for good. Rang them up to say it has a problem and quickly got diverted to ring Husqvarna and tell them what has happened. Got told off by the Husqvarna service people for calling them on the number Karls gave me and was told that I should take it up with the person who sold me the mower or take it to the nearest approved Husqvarna outlet. Did that and they pulled the motor down and sent pics to Husqvarna. Yes you guessed it, not our problem they said. I have failed to do maintenance on it by the book, we can see that in the photos. How about the carby cleaner solution provided by Karls Mowers I asked. Not interested, as we said you have not done regular maintenance on the mower. But wait on I have done all the maintenance by the book. Can I send you the proof and claim my warranty? No you cant. We dont deal with customers of Husqvarna directly. You will have to go back to a dealership. Anyway our warranty only covers manufacturers faults. Mmmmm so even though I have serviced the machine by the book and it only has 240+ hours on it, you have no obligation whatsoever to recognize any warranty. Yes thats correct. You must have put an aftermarket air filter in it rather than a genuine part.So here I am now taking action against the big guy. Anyone else out there who has a similar story about being shafted on a warranty from Husqvarna, let me know. Im putting together a list of sites who I can take my case further to. This social media thing is great for letting people know about who isnt giving good service. Costly experience for me and costly for Husqvarna, Im sure. By the way if youre looking to apologize, my incident number is **.

$440.00 RIP OFF - worse thing ever. Less than 2 years -- spent over 400 and it is in the shop. Part for kohler engine is back ordered. THEY SUCK. Could not get warranty - choke issue. Machine was a problem the day I bought it. Auto key start would not start it. Then broke, choke issue, fuel leak and I babied that engine. Had a craftsman for 20 years and when I got rid of it, it started on the 1st pull still, but had to go due to metal fatigue!!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS WITH A KOHLER. I cannot speak for their other stuff but they assembled it and made it - HUSQVARNA. Be careful.

I have had this lawn tractor for 26 months. Ive lost count how many times its been back to the dealer. This is a POS. It wouldnt start in cold weather, and now it wont move forward or backward. It has 112 hours on it. After, 105 hours, I had to replace a pulley on the mower deck. I am totally dissatisfied with this mower. The dealer doesnt even sell them anymore. POS. First cant reverse without shutting off mower (Husqvarna 46 Rider w/ lg bags) or unengaging blade which causes unneeded stress on drive belt being engaged off and on (a lot!). Lever to engage/unengaged slams your right knee cap! OW! Safety??? Bagging SUX! Bought large bags. They are terrific. Problem is the mower clogs constantly. Wet or Dry = clog. Short or tall = clog. Small twig = clog. I spend more time with this crappy mower then I ever did with my old Sears on the Fender shifter. Takes me an EXTRA HOUR to mow my 1 acre. Tires? SUCK! Small uphill grade and the tires just spin. DO NOT BUY this mower unless you like frustration and have a great deal of time you dont need.

Ive had my lawn tractor about one month, mowed my lawn 3 times. Each time the belt broke. Im very unhappy. I think the company should either buy it back or fix the problem. Mower model 206128961 - Bought 1/22/2016. No oil drain plug. Must flip mower almost upside down to drain. Plastic oil hole cap cant provide a tight seal. Fine threads in the oil hole but very coarse threads on cap - Result is Oil leakage when operating. Kohler has other engines with a oil filler tube assembly that provides a tight seal. This engine on this mower was made to Husqvarna specs. It appears Husqvarna eliminated the more expensive oil tube assembly to increase their profit. This is the LAST Husqvarna product I will buy.

Ive bought a 1998 350 and a 2008 445 chainsaws this year. Ive had the privilege of finally getting a 2009 455 Rancher last month, all from pawnshops this year because thats all I can afford. They all have been well used and abused, I fixed a few things, disassembled them, cleaned them and they all run every time a need one to feed myself. I looked at all the boards and all the reviews and I think some of the bad reviews are from people that have no experience with simple repairs. Ive had an oil pump failure on the 350, I pulled the pump, cleaned it. Replaced the $8.00 plastic gear and moved on with my life. I didnt pay $120 to a service center or get upset and post a angry review calling all Husqvarnas junk. I can not speak to the quality of a new saw because I never had one but I can personally speak for the used Husqvarna saws with some personal information about my own situation. Im happy with the ones a have and my new 455 Rancher....well new to me. The 455 is a beast. Its my pride and joy. I love it and we have a great relationship. I care for it and treat it like its my child. I give it only the proper fuel and oil and bath it regularly at the end of the day before bed. Its leaks some oil but hey, what 5 yr old child doesnt leak overnight? In return it allows me to WORK, this winter it will keep me warm. If you pay $419.00 plus tax for a saw and you have problems with it I can understand being a little angry but dont trash Husqvarna because the product went down or is having an issue, at least you didnt have to work all month to buy a used one at a pawnshop. If I ever get a new 455 Ill let you know what quality it is in ten years because I wont be complaining to a dealer or a forum about how my toy broke and mommy wont buy me a new one and they all are junk because mine broke. If you dont like you new junk saw send it my way and Ill send you a picture of it in ten years when Im still using it. Oil pumps go down, bolts fall out, my favorite I heard was the saws are junk. If they all are junk then how come I paid my child support this week with my well used junk? Junk doesnt pay your bills. The information forums should be for information not venting... Wait thats what Im doing 8-(. I guess because when I hear someone say all are junk because the one that was GIVEN as a gift to me wasnt perfect I get a little angered. Again if you do not like your new 455 Ill take it off your hands gladly. For people who are truly having problems out of your new saws I truly feel for you, I have the advantage of never being able to afford an overpriced shop repair bill so when one goes down I fix it myself very simply. Cost me little of nothing because my labor is free and the saw was already well used so I didnt take the hit as hard as you did. If you will ask some of the people on the forums how to fix your problem, Im sure most of those guys would be very happy to help and the people putting Husqvarna chainsaw repair videos on YouTube makes most repair tasks very simple. Again I see the biggies in the Husqvarna saw is the cheap plastic oil gear but hey it does say Rancher on the side and not xp. Husqvarna provided a product for $400 and it is a good $400 product, notice I didnt say $1000 product? All in all I would buy another 455 Rancher in a minute if I come across one, in fact if I can get an opportunity to get a brand new one later this year you better believe Ill jump on it because I trust the product. In fact I trust it so much Ill bet my next meal on it....oh wait I do.

My John Deere GT 275 finally gave out after 15 years of reliable service. I was intending to buy the current equivalent until I saw the price. Decided to try Husqvarna GT52XLS Riding Mower - never had a Husqvarna product up until this point. Spent $3200 on the machine. First few mows it was great! Within the first 6 weeks I had it back to the shop - trouble starting/running. Within the first 6 months I had it back in the shop two more times for broken parts (I only mow my lawn grass with this machine - I have JD tractor/brush-hog for pastures). 3.5 years later, I have spent over $1500 in repairs (not including regular maintenance) and am taking it into the shop this morning for them to try to figure out why it hardly moves forward or backwards. If I had known than what I know now I would have never bought Husqvarna - and never will again. The dealer told me on my last visit the deck on their machines is much better than the JD - WHAT GOOD IS THAT WHEN EVERYTHING AROUND THE DECK IS JUNK??? Their products are very poor quality and I will not only never buy Husqvarna again, but will make sure anyone I talk to about tools and machines knows what a terrible experience I have had with Husqvarna. BEWARE!

Husqvarna 173cc 21 Kohler Rear Bag Rear Propelled Lawn Mower - Ive had this mower for 2 1/2 years. It was purchased in the middle of summer 2011. It did not last from June until October and I had to take it in for service. I replaced the Carb 6 months later; first time mowing after winter, I replaced Carb again. It was not under warranty this time so it cost me $140. It didnt LAST the summer and I had to pay to rebuild the Carb. Today, the first time mowing this year, I have to take it in to REPLACE THE CARB. And yes, I have used Sta-Bil in the gas. Do yourself a favor. STAY AWAY from Husqvarna.

I bought this Husqvarna 42xls in Sep. of 2012. It has 120 hr. on. It started burning up belts. Went through 3 new belts before carrying in to the dealer for repairs. Said it would be 10 days to two weeks before it would be ready. Two weeks pass did not hear from them. Just went in to check on it. And it was push in the back of the shop. Said they could not get a hold of me. The case on the trans. was cracked on both sides. I had made a power hatch and installed it on the back. They took one look at it and that was the cause the problem. They say the belt was out under the mower that the tram and frame is connected to was not hooked up. I told them it never was but they did not believe me. So what good does it to buy a warranty.

In 2006, I bought a 42 Craftsman LT3000 built by Husqvarna. It has the single cyl. Briggs 20HP Intek Plus I/C motor and Hydr. trans. I mow 3 large yards with it. Once I ride my mower 5 blocks to get to pull a wagon holding a push mower and trimmers etc. In 7 years, here’s what’s been done other than oil/greased/filters/sharp blades each season.First issue at 4 years old: In 2010, I replaced deck belt - squealed in damp grass/still cuts but was annoying. In 2011 replaced blades with Gator Mulch blade. Wish I done it when it was new. Great blades cut much better than OEM! In 2012, I replaced the battery. In 2013, changed right front tire out – it kept leaking – That’s it! It’s been a wonderful mower and has never leaked/used any oil.1) I keep grass off its deck because that shortens belts/pulley life. 2) I remove the battery and battery tray at the end of every season to charge and clean grass away from fan on top of rear end because grass buildup blocks air and over heats hydro rear ends. Did you know there’s a fan under your butt? It’s not to dissipate farts… LOL. 3) I grease all steering gears/axle zerks and change oil every spring or fall. 4) Turn gas off and run carb dry every fall to keep gas from gumming up in carb. 5) I keep tires aired up.This is all Ive ever done to keep my Husqvarna going... It’s really all maintaining the mower. Grass buildup can cost one a lot of money in repairs. It’s very important to clean it off your deck/hydro. I have a friend who has the LT2000 model a few years older than mine. He was surprised I had to replace the deck belt. He still has his original belts on his after 10 years or more. But like I said, it still cuts fine. It annoyed me squealing in damp grass. I cut grass early morning its cooler.I know Kohlers had cracked blocks. They started making their motors in China years ago. Ive had Briggs and Kawasaki. I prefer Kawasaki but the wife and wallet makes me buy the Briggs. It’s been a fantastic mower and Id buy another one like it in a flash... shocked to see so many bad issues on them here. I also have a Husqvarna weed eater (Lowe’s) that Ive used 3 years now without a failed start on 2nd-3rd pull. Runs great! Hope I helped someone?BTW: Cracked frames you read about. It’s usually from larger riders riding them up ramps loading them in trucks/trailers. It happens to about every brand of mower. If you’re big, say 225+ lbs, do not ride mowers up the ramp. Push it up! A JD dealer told me that years ago when I owned one of those. JD, now those are problem mowers… $$$.

I just finished my third mowing season with a 54 inch Husqvarna lawn tractor purchased from a dealer not a big box store. Mine has the kawasaki 26 HP engine which works fine, no issues. My problem started when I noticed the brackets that are welded to the deck were starting to tear off. I guess the weight of the deck is quite heavy for these under-engineered brackets. My old 42 craftsman lasted 5 seasons before I sold it for $500 to get this one. The brackets on that one lasted almost to end, I did weld those. We modified the Husqvarna bracket with additional supports to help with the weight. I did not call dealer after reading about all the negative feedback about the company, I just took care of it myself.

This is the WORST garden tractor I have ever owned, period. Mine had 3 hours on it when, on a flat grass field, the Weldment Front Deck Suspension Husqvarna part # 574822501 separated from deck and started tearing (ploughing) the grass, while it was badly bent as the result of going backwards for just a couple feet. I stopped operating and removed the Weldment Front Deck Suspension. It costs $61 to $100 to replace... but Im bringing it to the dealer as I suspect my garden tractor could be a LEMON, because of the following additional problems:As mentioned before, the fabricated deck is very heavy and thus the tractor consumes a lot of gasoline and is hard to drive. This tractors deck shaves the soil on every small bump instead of adjusting and cutting the grass properly. No matter how high or low the deck is raised/lowered, it just does not work right. The deck goes straight on a slight slope and cuts the grass unevenly. Steering wheel is a joke and the covering on it slides down preventing me from concentrating on what I should be doing, which is mowing the grass! No... I must watch the steering wheel and the cover on it keeps on sliding down! Plus the steering wheel is not exactly round and is hard to turn. The entire tractor is hard to handle because it is too heavy for the engine and too awkward made and it gulps gasoline by a bucket! Prepare a lot of gasoline to mow your field with this one! The left (clutch) pedal is jerking already while idling. Something is wrong. I dont know what. The battery could not handle the starting and died. Took too long to start it and so I bought a new batter already! This is a major one - while mowing grass on a flat and level field (had 3 hours on it) the Weldment Front Deck Suspension Husqvarna part # 574822501 separated from deck and started ploughing or tearing the grass, while it was badly bent. I stopped operating immediately when I noticed that and removed the Weldment Front Deck Suspension. It costs $61 to $100 to replace... but Im bringing it to the dealer as I suspect my garden tractor could be a LEMON. My first one GT52XLS had to be returned as it was spitting lots of oil and the engine kept dying. I had quite an effort (struggle) trying to get a replacement! Now this is my second one, again multiple problems!Hard to start when cold. Much harder than my older, smaller Husqvarna. I overpaid for it by at least $250. Cost wise this product is unsatisfactory. Rearing this tractor is a joke, because the deck grass shoot protector is only made to go drive forward. When you drive backwards, the black rubber shoot protector keeps on jumping up and down like crazy unless you bend over and hold it up with a hand risking getting stones into your face. The whole tractor is awkward to drive and handles rather like a stump. And did I mention the consumption of gasoline on it is through the roof! No wonder it got a 5 gallon tank! The deck lift has weird and confusing numbering on it and is hard to operate. It gets stuck and I cant lower it or raise it to the max. It is just plain weird. And this is a new tractor with 3 hours on it! One of the wheels on the tractor is wobbling and it feels like it is going to fall off soon! The rear push or drive wire is so thin and looks so out of place with this rather large garden tractor. Why not designs something that looks and feels good? The entire thing wants to go straight when I turn. The deck drives it straight and down into the ground. It feels really weird operating this tractor, as if I was driving a stump and the steering wheel feels like it is badly dented and is wrapped with some soft material that prevents me from mowing the grass properly! This is a COMPLETE FAILURE of a product and I demand my money back or another product of my choice. HUSQVARNA refuses to replace it with a new one either. They say it is my fault that the weldment suspension separated from a deck. Yes! My fault for mowing grass with it! I should have kept it in the garage instead! Husqvarna told me to bring it to the dealership for repairs. How can you repair a lemon or something that was badly designed and made? This tractor is PURE TROUBLE! No wonder there are no reviews on it! People are probably returning these in droves!Buy cheaper, smaller ones with stamped decks. You will be wasting your money, time and health buying this one! I would avoid Husqvarna products. Buy Japanese or whatever. One good thing so far - the engine seems to be quieter. It is a Japanese engine after all. Shame on the Japanese for allowing to use their engine on this POS.Conclusion - no more Husqvarna products for me. I will try with Kubota or some other. When I had a Volvo and Saab, I had many problems with them and the design was so ugly. Sorry, but no more Swedish products anymore for me either. And in general, I stopped consuming whatsoever, cut my spending on food and cut other bills, only keep spending on my hobby. Im tired of increasingly crappy products and especially the Planned Obsolescence thats being widely practiced by todays corporations.

I bought a HUS960430109 riding mower 3/28/2012 new. I used it about 5 times before the drought set in. I began watering from our lake and needed to mow. The right front tire was flat. On 8/6/2012, I took the tire to my dealer for a repair and was told the cracks in the tire were delamination and was a problem to be handled by Husqvarna. He called that day. I have called about the status of the tires and was told today (8/17/12) that it would be 4 to 5 weeks for Husqvarna to correct the problem. The dealer is handling it for me. If I had both tires and rims, I could solve the problem at one time. Now, I have to pick up one tire and then take the second tire to the dealer. This is a lousy way for Husqvarna to handle a problem.

After contact with the company and no results, find Husky snowblower engine
After contact with the company and no results, find Husky snowblower engineering very inept. My new 30-inch and neighbors 24-inch blower have same problems. After using for a few minutes in real cold, the chute assemblies refuse to rotate and even the deflector hood freezes up. Ice build up seems to be the problem. A hair dryer and a few seconds later the darn thing works again. Who needs to spend a lot of money for a name product, only to have to purchase an additional tool to use it? My driveway is too long for the extension cord and the blower may not be a good place to use a torch. Beware.

We bought a new Husqvarna mower at the end of last summer. We have had problems with getting it in gear and with breaking. The local dealer informs us that there is a recall for this problem. Husqvarna has no fix and advises not to use it. So, we have a new mower and cant use it for safety reasons. I am not happy at all.

We purchased the 24 HP 54 cut Husqvarna lawn tractor last fall 2013. Every time we mow the lawn, we have to scrape the deck with a putty knife to clean the grass that builds up while cutting the grass. We have had to stop cutting the lawn because the deck packs up with lawn grass clippings. This has been a continuous problem since we bought it. We have taken it back to the dealership and they changed the blades, put on gator blades and even tried mowing themselves and still it builds up under the deck. They let us use a brand new zero turn and it too had to be cleaned. The deck is poorly made and Husqvarna does nothing to help you.. It is under warranty and I am sure they WILL do something about this problem.

I am amazed at the amount of people complaining about Husqvarna products on this site. I have always owned Husky products and never had problems. They made killer motorcycles when I was a teenager and now I use their home and garden machines constantly. I bought a 350 chainsaw when I lived in the Colorado mountains, burning seven cords of wood a season and it has never failed to start on the second or third pull. Now, I live in N.C. where everything grows like crazy, using a YTH 2348 lawn tractor mowing a two-acre yard. Other than replacing a drive belt and a front wheel bearing the keeper ring, it has never given me any problems. I wonder if some of these people just dont have a good working knowledge of power equipment maintenance.

Purchased Husqvarna ST 224 Snow Thrower in Oct. Live in NJ during blizzard last month the auger stopped after an hour of using. Removed cover, auger belt was frayed and off the pulley. I put it back on in the middle of a blizzard under a carport. Started and tested, the belt was so stretched it would not turn the auger. Found through surfing Husqvarna has a Technical Services Bulletin (TSB) addressing the problem. This has occurred on other Husqvarna models too! Called Husqvarna and spoke to a rep. He did not know what a TSB was and blew me off to a dealer. Call them, theyll take care of it. I then asked if Husqvarna was going to reimburse me for paying to have my driveways plowed, he said NO! The dealer will have my $850.00 HUSQVARNA SST 224 Big Orange POS for 2 weeks this Friday 2/12/16. IT SOUNDS LIKE ITS TIME TO FILE A CLASS ACTION SUIT AGAINST HUSQVARNA AND THEIR INFERIOR PRODUCTS.

We purchased our mower 5 years ago and right after we got it, the wheel fell off. So, Lowes brought us a new machine. We purchased the 4-year extended warranty and wouldnt you know it, one month after the warranty expired, the motor went out. We have a new motor $1,200 later. That was in July. Now, in May of the following year, the transmission goes out…that’s another $985. We could have just bought a new mower. Now, we’re spending another $2,200 only 5 years later. I will NEVER buy another Husqvarna ever again. Im very upset that weve just spent $4,400 on a $2,000 mower in a matter of 5 years.

In 2009, I bought a 4000.00 Husqvarna zero-turn mower. That same year, 4 issues were needed to be attended to. This year so far, the mower has had another 4 issues. Sears has been very rude, unhelpful and very disrespectful. The mower has a warranty on it. The mower has sat in the garage this whole season waiting to be fixed! I bought my Husqvarna gas push lawn mower at Sears. It had a 3 YR warranty compared to Sears 2 YR warranty on their Craftsman brand mowers. I had a gas (ethanol) problem within 3-4 months... Sears fixed it. I had another same gas problem 1 year later. Husqvarna sent me to one of their authorized service repair centers. They fixed it with Husqvarnas OK. I now have a 3rd same gas problem. Husqvarna sent me to another service dealer. They will NOT fix it since Husqvarna does NOT cover the Kohler engine. I called Husqvarna to ask about this and they said the 3 YR warranty is only for the mower (housing only??) and not the engine. They told me they didnt know why they fixed that same problem twice before even though it is still under the 3 YR warranty. Beware and do NOT buy Husqvarna!!!

I have owned a Husqvarna Riding Mower LGT 2654 for 3 years and have had a number of problems with this product. First, I had problems with the Lowes in Gonzales, LA giving away my owners manual. Long story short, they had 2 mowers, one was outside and one inside. The manual outside was soggy wet. Both mowers sold on the same day but I had to get a trailer to get mine home. When I picked mine up later in the day, there was no manual. My real problem is with the mower. In the first year, I had to replace the deck belt once, excessive backfiring, and the engine stopped running. I discovered the push rods for the intake and exhaust valves came loose. Forget using the warranty - it took 3 months to get them to even look at it. I made the repairs myself. In the 2nd year, you better own a welding machine, deck wheel brackets x3 , replaced deck belts x2, deck adjustment rod fell off and went under the mower. The deck bent a blade and destroyed the rod. I replaced blades and rod. Now we are early in year 3 and I have cut about 8 times. I had to replace the spindle for the left deck pulley 2 weeks ago and yesterday I replaced the deck belt for the 3rd time this season (belt # 6). It still backfires but not as bad as before I made repairs to the push rods. As for the headlights, they are just for looks. What a joke. This mower has never had the power that I expected and it has never had an even cut. My old Murray had more power and cuts better. I just cant get parts anymore. I will never purchase another Husqvarna. If you choose to purchase one, you better be a mechanic, welder, and electrician. As for the couple of people who claim to have had no problems because they take such good care of their mower, well, mine got washed, oil changed, greased, and checked as required by the owners manual (once I got one). So consider yourself lucky.

I bought a new Husqvarna lawn tractor model #YTH22V42 just over a month ago
I bought a new Husqvarna lawn tractor model #YTH22V42 just over a month ago and the second time I used it, the mower blade drive belt came off. I re-installed it and continued mowing, but it came off again. I repeated this one more time and then I parked the mower. I had the dealer pick the mower up the following week and told the dealer that the belt kept coming off. He did not ask me any questions about circumstance or time used. The tractor was in their shop for 6 days. When they returned the tractor to me, they gave me a bill for $131 for parts (new belt), repair, and pickup/delivery. The dealer called me later that day and told me I was supposed to pay the bill and that the repair was not covered under the warranty. When asked why they would not cover the repair under the warranty, the dealer said the belt came off due to operator error, that I had re-installed it incorrectly, and that basically I had ruined the belt. However, the belt was not ruined when they picked up the mower and I noted this. In fact, it still looked new. I disputed this claim to the Husqvarna customer support and submitted that the belt was either installed incorrectly to begin with or was the wrong belt. I spent over 30 minutes on hold only to have the Husqvarna customer support person say that they would have their Warranty department review the claim and call me back in 1-2 business days. They did not. I am very disappointed with both the Dealer and the Manufacturer. I will never buy another Husqvarna product, nor will I ever patronize the Dealer, Robinsons Western Auto in Starkville, Mississippi.

I bought this mower to replace a 25 year old John Deere. After a while one gets tired of working on them before using them. I purchased it at Lowes in April, In May the belt came off so I called Lowes and they told me to bring it in. I did and after three weeks I picked it up. Right away the belt came off again. This time I called Husqvarna and they told me to take it to a dealer, I did. Two weeks later the mower is back home, I have finally been able to cut the entire lawn, but guess what? The belt came off AGAIN! Husqvarna used to make really quality equipment, I have a 20 year old chainsaw that has never given me any problem. In October 2016 I purchased a Husqvarna 125BVX Leaf Blower from Lowes. After 13 months of use it refused to start. I replaced the spark plug and still no start. I checked the compression with my thumb over the plug hole while pulling the rope and thought it was low. I took it to my local Husqvarna repair shop and was told in fact the blower had 55 lbs of compression, about half what it was supposed to. It has a two year warranty but was told that since I didnt purchase it there they would have to disassemble the blower and send pictures to Husqvarna to see if they would repair it under warranty. If they did I would have to pay for the repairs and file a claim with the company to get re-reimbursed. I thanked them and took the blower with me. I then took it to Lowes and they sent it to their authorized repair center. The center called after about a week and informed me that the blower had been operated with improper lubrication and with water in the fuel mix. Both things I knew to be incorrect. They told me it would cost me $207.00 to replace the piston and rings and rebuild the carburetor. I told them I could replace it cheaper than that just send it back unrepaired. I went to pick it up and was presented with a $61.00 bill for diagnosis. I told them to just keep the blower for the fee and they couldnt do that. Lowes marked the fee off and gave me the blower back. It has no evidence of being disassembled. I contacted Husqvarna customer service and they stood behind the incorrect diagnosis, and said they were sorry. So now I have replaced it with another brand. I wouldnt recommend buying anything with the Husqvarna name on it. It seems that they will come up with any kind of lame excuse to refuse to do warranty repairs.

I researched all brands and bought this one even though I was skeptical after seeing the tractor in person. It was a plastic piece of junk. It scalped the grass even though the deck was leveled at the dealer twice. Uneven cut and forget about going around a corner on a slight angle. One side was cut down to the dirt while the other side was 3 inches high.I tried everything and still good. Putting the deck lift handle on the left side is ok if you are left handed but It was impossible to raise while moving with my not dominate left hand. No power steering was another mistake that I made. I actually sprained my wrist trying to make a close turn and I am 6ft. 230 lbs. I paid for the mulching kit but it threw so much grass up over the top of the tractor I had to take off the mulching plus and use it with no diffuser. The dealer was very co-operative but after having the tractor for only 3 days I paid a 10% restocking fee and that along with losing the sales tax cost me nearly $600.00. I called Husqvarna and got no return call. I bought a Cub Cadet and paid more but it is a world of difference better.

I purchased a 440 Husqvarna chainsaw less than a year ago. Ever since I took it out of the box, it has been hard to start. I took to an authorized Husqvarna repair shop to see why it was so hard to start and was told that, after removing the muffler, they could see that the piston was showing signs of being discolored from overheating. I was told that the warranty was voided because I was not using Husqvarna brand 2-cycle oil. I was using ACE Hardwarde 2-cycle oil and that the same mixture was working in all of my other 2-cycle engines. I asked if there was another reason the engine could overheat and was told that a too lean fuel adjustment could be the cause but that they did not have the time to do further investigation and most likely Husqvarna would refuse any warranty work anyway. On Husqvarnas suggestion, I took it to another authorized repair shop who confirmed that the carburetor was set out-of-limits and was in the full lean position. Husqvarna still refused any responsibility for the malfunction. I was told that there was no one in Husqvarna that can override a decision made by their warranty department. My advise is not to count on any warranty help from Husqvarna.

At 22 hrs on the 54-inch Zero turn mower, a piece of metal under the mower
At 22 hrs on the 54-inch Zero turn mower, a piece of metal under the mower deck came loose and got wadded up in the blade. The dealer was NO help at all, but referred us to a warranty center that told us it would be at least 8 weeks before they could repair it - so we found another warranty center in town here. The second repair center said it would be about 2 weeks to get it done -- THEN we find out that they had to send it to the ACTUAL repair department 150 miles away - then we found out that it would be 6 to 8 weeks before a Husqvarna rep could look at it to see if it would be warranted. We could not talk to the person at the repair station because he was out for the day. We then called Husqvarna customer service (LONG wait to talk to someone - AND - EVERY time we get transferred to another person). The person we were talking to called the repair department where the mower is (STILL) and again, the person to talk to there is out for the day. The one time we did finally talk to the repair department head guy (when we finally were told about the 6-8 week delay). He said that our mower was the FIRST one that they had gotten to work on since becoming a warranty shop (THAT is scary). The Husqvarna company says they will call me when they talk to correct person at the repair center. At this point, we are without a new mower for 4 weeks.

Riding mower serial #031915A056372 - Bought riding mower from Lowes. Husqva
Riding mower serial #031915A056372 - Bought riding mower from Lowes. Husqvarna mower was recommended by salesman. The mower was purchased on 5/2015. It worked beautifully for 2 seasons. However on June 4 2017, my son cut the front half of the yard with no issues. When he got to the last half of the yard, the mower started making a horrible sound. My son disengaged the deck and jumped off of the mower, thinking that it was going to explode. After waiting several minutes, we tried to start it up again. It started right up but had an even worse grinding noise, complete with a horrible vibration. He immediately turned it off and we had to push the mower up the hill to the garage. I called Lowes warranty number and after 2 days the local repair shop picked it up. Today they call me and say that the deck is completely busted loose along with the PTO clutch. Numerous other pieces and parts missing (there were no pieces found in my yard) and that the mower was abused or used commercially and is therefore not covered under warranty. The mower has always been garaged kept, fluids check and changed regularly. I told the repair shop that there is nothing in the almost 2 acres that could have ripped off the deck and clutch. No damage could be seen anywhere on the mower, no scratches or dents, just the deck and clutch hanging. Right now, nothing is covered under warranty. Im responsible for repairs. $2000.00 thrown out the window. There is no way that I would pay for repairs on this thing. Ill put the money on a new, different mower.

The new yth20k46 lawn tractor was bought new with 60 hours on meter because the geniuses at Lowe’s left the key on. The carriage bolt for shield under front of the deck fell off first time mowing. It swung back and hit the blade. The blade was bent. Also, the blade dug into the ground and snapped the mandrel, bringing mower to screeching halt and almost throwing me off. 4 weeks of trying to get it repaired resulted in a new yth21k46, after nearly going ballistic with their service rep on the phone. Fast forward to 84 hours on the new one and bang! I look down to see the deck being dragged sideways after left supporting bracket simply broke off the deck, defective welds. You can clearly see that one had been cracked/broken probably since new and the other just fatigued and finally snapped at a whopping 84 hours. In order to keep from voiding my warranty and repairing it myself (which would have taken 5 minutes), again I wasted another month trying to get it resolved. The welds the service center put on this thing look like my 11 year-old did them. I can hardly wait for them to break again as Im sure the whole flimsy surrounding area is now brittle from too much heat. I waited the last week for them to “finish up” and finally drove the 45 miles to the shop to find out they were just waiting for the claim to be approved. Seriously?! Hope it worked out for them, because I came home with my mower! Something about welding on the deck done by a “certified welder”! What like the factory? Im sure anyone out there who knows a thing or two about welding would only shake their head and scowl at the photos of how they “fixed” this deck. So, to sum things up, two spring growing seasons spent without a mower for a month each time. You can bet Ill never buy another one of these orange pieces of junk. Next year, I can only assume itll be the same thing. Unless of course, we have a severe drought in which the grass doesn’t grow. Another peeve, the discharge chute arrangement stinks, unless you like everything you mow to be left in clumpy and piled up streaks of cut grass all over the yard. It looks like, well, you get the idea.

I have a 455 Rancher, and on 9-21-11, I was trimming some trees and had a serious accident. I cut a limb that fell and swept the ladder out from under me. I fell about 12 feet and was seriously injured. I sustained cuts which require stitches, contusions, and a broken arm. As I fell, my hand came into contact with the running chainsaw. The chain had come to a complete stop, because the emergency brake had been activated, and so the damage to my hand was minimal.I am writing you to thank you for making the finest chainsaw Ive ever used and for making it safe. That particular safety feature absolutely saved my hand. Thank you so much.

We bought the weed trimmer at Lowes after comparing many brands and styles. I already owned a Husqvarna leaf blower and have been very pleased. The weed trimmer was light, quiet, and very easy to use. The string feed is a major improvement over other styles offered by other manufacturers. It only takes a light push on the ground to advance the string. It starts easily and has a lot of power for a 2 cycle. I will definitely purchase other power tools from Husqvarna in the future.

I took it back today wanting a replacement or a refund. I took home, I can fix it myself, but it is a royal pain to have to do this on a regular basis. Has anyone else had this problem? Bought model 725 AWD push mower from Lowes in Sept. 2015. Used it 5 times and begin having to pull rope too many times to get mower started. Suppose to start in two pulls. Then at about 10 times using it All Wheel Drive cable stopped working. After looking at the underside of mower noticed molded part of transmission where cable goes into was broken off and missing so AWD is useless now.Mower is too heavy to push without the belt working. No help from Lowes customer service and couldnt find a local dealer to try and get it fixed under the 3-year warranty. Which Im pretty sure they would say it was my fault. Transmission part that broke was made of plastic. Bad choice for a $500 mower. Husqvarna doesnt even carry the transmission after a year old. Replacement part online from source other than Husqvarna is $80 plus the cost of having it installed. Not buying another mower from them!

My wife thought she was doing a nice thing by replacing my 10 year old Sears Craftsman riding mower with a new Husqvarna. In 10 years, I only had to replace blades and belts. My new mower eats belts at a prodigious rate. Every time I apply the parking brake with it running it eats a belt. The dealers have been no help with a solution. Also the rear transaxle broke both sides where it mounts to the frame. The mower engage switch has failed 3 times and the pulley housings break repeatedly. The belt also wrapped up all the safety switch wires and broke them when the belt flailed around. It also cleverly jams beneath the pulley on the transaxle so it needs to be cut into sections to remove. I will never buy another Husqvarna product. It is only 2 years old and was not a cheap purchase.

I had to send it to be repaired to the place I bought it from. Two weeks later they installed a new part and I could use it again. But I had to pay $200 because they said that Husqvarna did not approve this repair to be covered under the warranty. I called Husqvarna to find out why. I could not get an answer. I bought a LGT 2554 from Lowes in Muncie, In.. They also sold me a push plow for snow. The first winter I started pushing snow and broke the frame where the transaxle met. Called Lowes, they had a dealer come out and re-weld the frame (needless to say, I didnt have my tractor for the rest of the winter). The following summer I was mowing my yard for the first time that summer and again, broke the frame where they welded it. Called Husqvarna and complained. They had another guy come up from Milroy, In. to get it and fix it. I got to looking at the frame. It is a one piece stamped into the whole frame with a long throw off then bolted down. Got to looking at John Deere and Cubcadets and they both had a L piece angle iron running from the frame to the transaxle. I told the guy in Milroy about it and he got to checking it out. So that is how he fixed my Husqvarna. He was telling me that that tractor had too much torque for that frame. I have been pushing a lot of snow for 3 years now on that setup without a single breakage. Told Husqvarna about how to fix it, and they just simply said they would look into it.

I purchased this mower in May and in October it stopped working. it had been pretty solid until then with the one exception that the self propelled drive belt kept coming off and I had to remove the pulley and re-thread the belt each time. After it failed in October (wouldnt start) I took it in for service and they told me the oil was low and the motor had burned up. I had checked a few times over the Summer but had not been checking religiously with each use. After considering it a bit I think I know what happened. I had to tip the mower each time I fixed the belt and Im guessing the last time oil must have leaked out the air filter or into the cylinder. It never occurred to me to check the oil again after putting the belt back into the pulley. Long story short the warranty tech looked at it and said its user error for running the unit low on oil so its a total loss. Kiss that 400 bucks goodbye. I can see their argument but Im pretty unhappy that tipping the mower to fix the belt that kept jumping off resulted in trashing the motor. Anyway, Im off Husqvarna for life. I replaced it with a Toro and Im getting ready to buy a snowblower - a Craftsman.

I purchased Husqvarna GHT2754 garden tractor 9 years ago from a local dealer. The first year all was well. The second year a pulley bracket broke. Brought the tractor to the dealer for repairs. Was told the tractor was out of warranty so I would have to pay for any repairs. The third year a similar thing happened. Dealer told me he feels the mower deck was under-designed for its size, (54). Would have been nice to know before purchase. Repairs were made. Later that year or possibly the next the deck broke for the third time. Again this was a pulley mount. This time the dealer asked if I would mind if he sent it to a friend who has experience fixing farm equipment. A year passed with no problems but the next year the mower deck front mounting plate broke. I was so frustrated I had a friend fabricate a reinforced part and weld it. Last year the steering stopped working. When disassembled the plastic bearing had failed and wore through the steel mount. Again a new much stronger mount and bearing were fabricated and installed. Yesterday while installing a new drive belt I found the bracket for yet another pulley was cracked to the point it will need to be welded and reinforced as well. Each time I had a failure it cost me time and money to make repairs, hire someone else to cut my grass and even pay to have the dealer pickup the tractor to bring in for repairs. I wish I had kept better records and photos because I think I would be talking to a lawyer regarding this. I should have researched Husqvarna better prior to buying this tractor. I would have been far better off and money ahead, if I had hired a lawn service these past 9 years. My recommendation is to stay away from Husqvarna products unless you enjoy spending your free time rebuilding poorly designed and manufactured products.

I bought this to replace an old Craftsman riding mower that had served me well. This model has essentially the same body as the Craftsman so I was able to look at the old Craftsman to see why the Husqvarna was so low to the ground. The Husqvarna body is directly bolted to the rear axle while the Craftsman has a bracket that lifts the body about an inch above the rear axle. Because of this, the mower deck on the Husqvarna cant be properly adjusted. Also, when I use it to pull a broadcast spreader, the spreader is tipped forward too much and the mover deck is dragged through the grass the whole time. Ive since found many reports of this problem. Too bad I hadnt seen these reports before I bought it earlier this year.

It is the 750 V twin engine and has lots of power to pull our trailer add-ons. Never been stuck through not enough power but have been stuck through only one rear wheel drive and wheels churned the grass to mud then lost traction. 2 wheel drive, gears for more control of speed would make this great mower even better. My girlfriend and I bought a new Husqvarna GT52XLS FOR $3,339.00 IN CASH on June 21, 2013. The dealer did their set-up and delivered it that afternoon. I noticed that they did not fill the gas tank like they promised. So I filled it up and started to mow the lawn. About an hour of mowing, I started to hear a noise coming from the engine. I stopped and checked the oil and there was NO oil on the stick. I called the dealer to let them know and went down to get a qt. of oil from them. The mower took the whole qt. to put it between the lines.I went back and finished the lawn and the mower had 2 1/2 hours on the meter. I looked it all over to see if there were any leaks at all and saw none. Then I checked the oil again and there was NO oil on the stick again. I cleaned it up like I do every time I mow the lawn. The following morning, I went to the dealer and told them about it and asked them to replace it with a new one. They came by Monday morning to look at the mower and also found that there was no oil on the stick. Andy put in another qt. of oil and that filled it up. He then ran it for about 15 minutes to check for leaks or to see if it was burning any oil. He did not find any. Later that morning, they came by to pick it up so they could check it at the shop. That afternoon, the owner called and said that they couldnt find anything wrong with it from having it sit and run for 5.2 hours. On Tuesday morning, we went down to the dealer to see what they would do. The owner was in the back and did not come out to talk with us. Instead we dealt with one his employees. After 1 1/2 hours of my girlfriend talking to them, they said there was nothing wrong with it and that they would only stand behind the warranty on the mower. We asked for a new mower, a new engine (Kawasaki motor to replace the one that was in there), and we asked if they would fix any problem with the Kawasaki engine after the warranty ran out. Their answer was NO!!! So we asked to return it. They had to check with the owner who was in the back during the whole time. They gave us a check for $3,339.00, the same price we paid for it. When we took it to the bank that it was written on, we had to pay $7.50 to cash it.

I am very dissatisfied with 2015 42-inch riding mower/garden tractor. It sounds like a bucket of bolts. It is very hard to start and the battery is no good. I only have a few hours on the mower and am just beginning the second season. I wish I had bought something else. As for service, I bought from a regular mower shop, hardware store. They sell massive amounts of mowers. But, when I complained about the problems beginning shortly after I bought it, there was no response from them. They acted as if these things were normal. I am sorry for all the troubles folks have had with Husqvarna power equipment that have expressed their disappointment here. However, I feel that I must tell all of you that I own several units of Husqvarna power equipment (chainsaws and mowers) that have operated flawlessly for many years. I am not the only one who is happy with their Husky either. My equipment has been properly maintained by authorized service centers and myself as per the maintenance schedule in the owners manual. I use the recommended additives, fuels, oils, grease and filters for maintenance. They were bought from authorized dealer/repair centers that properly assembled the equipment from the beginning, not Lowes employees that I doubt have any training or very little at best on proper assembly (not the employees fault). A cheaper price is not always a better buy my friends! As for the axle and engine troubles with riders, everyone who makes anything makes a mistake now and then. Its not a personal attack against you, Husqvarna relies on others to build quality components to mate to their equipment. As a result, Husqvarna suffers from disappointment also. I know your problems are your main concern and they do matter, but read the reviews from the Husqvarna website for the product you are wanting to buy or already own. You will see a pattern of where things were purchased, how they were maintained and operated and the problems that soon followed. There are instances where the product just failed to meet standard, Husqvarna is not perfect. I have just never encountered one of those instances where they failed me.

I bought the Husqvarna Brand 125B leaf blower thinking I was buying quality, but I was awakened by the fact that this company doesnt stand by their product, and that the leaf blower I bought is pure junk. I used it 4 times for my small yard, at periods of less than 10 minutes each time (estimated), and the blower stopped functioning. I tried to return it to Home Depot, but it was past their 90 day return policy. Home Depot recommend I take the blower to my nearest dealer, which I did, but, they were 12 weeks out. Meaning they couldnt work on it until then. So, my dealer told me to call Husqvarna to see if they could return it. Husqvarna said no, but they could recommend another repair shop about 50 miles away. I will never ever buy anything from this company again. The dealer happens to be a small local outfit which cannot keep up the demand of bad product from Husqvarna. This is what they told me, and after buying this piece of crap, I believe them. I purchased a Husqvarna RZ46i on Wednesday the 21st of May. I arranged to pick up the mower after work on Thursday the 22nd. I got home late and decided to mow the lawn knowing that it would be dark by the time I got half way done. I noticed that the mower had a vibration in the deck when it was off and the motor was on idle. I looked at the electric clutch and noticed that there was far too much run out between the clutch and the motor shaft. I engaged the blades and idled the motor up to about half throttle and deck shook badly. If I sped the motor up the deck would smooth out some but vibration was sure to take a toll on the life of the bearings in the clutch and the deck spindles. I mowed the grass and the right headlight went out within 15 minutes most likely from the vibration. I called the store and arranged for another mower to try. They called me back when it was ready and I went to check it out. The other mower acted the same way! The mechanic said that it had a three year warranty and I told him that that would be around the time that the bearings would start failing. He said I could buy the extended warranty and I told him I could buy the clutch for less than that. I rejected that mower at the store and left it there. I told the mechanic that I wanted to call Husqvarna on Tuesday the 27th since they would be closed on Memorial Day and see where they stood on the issue. The customer service rep. had never heard of this problem and did not seem to know anything about belts and clutch alignment. She threw the responsibility back on the distributor as the one that should fix their Quality escape. Since the stores fix was the extended warranty and Husqvarnas was its not our problem then my decision was simple. I canceled the sell and bought a John Deere Z425. It was about a $1000.00 more but the clutch is aligned correctly. It runs and mows smooth as glass. Vibration is the number cause of failure in a bearing and then the heat that is generated in the process. When purchasing one of these mowers I would caution you to check the vibration and the run out on the clutch. Just because it may smooth out some at high RPM does not mean that everything is OK.

My Father-in-Law gave this tractor to me as a gift in Dec. of 2016. I was currently using a Craftsman 20hp 24 cut that I was perfectly happy with but decided to sell it and within a couple days it was gone. Still crying. The new Husqvarna made it to 5 hours before the transmission quit. Into the shop where the owners told me they didnt know if the company would honor the warranty because I didnt purchase it. So I loaded up, took it back to Lowes where I got one run around after another until I was told it was older than 30 days. I said it only had 5 hrs on it but they refused a refund or a trade. Back to the shop which had it for almost a month before repairs were complete. Warranty did cover tranny replacement. 10 hours in the Solenoid had to be replaced. 25 hours in and all three spindles had to be replaced. Not worth the hassle to try warranty. Im at 125 hours and one of the pulleys failed to the point the bearings were falling out of it. Husqvarna is hard to get ahold of, hard to work with and want everything done in paper. Ill never own another Husqvarna product, period! And I never shop at that big box store either.

I purchased a zero turn less than 1 year ago. After only 6 hours of use the spindle started smoking. The dealer took it into the shop for repair. Two weeks later I got it back. In the spring this year, after only 9 hours of use the spindle started making grinding noises and smoking again. This time they replaced the spindle and the pulleys. Two weeks later after I got the mower back it immediately started making strange noises. I called Husqvarna consumer support and told them I believe I have a lemon for a mower. The customer service agent told me to contact the dealer again and have them pick it up to be looked at. I attempted to cut my grass again and with only 10 hours of use the mower melt came off and would not drive. The dealer picked up the mower and it has been in their possession for almost 3 weeks. I called Husqvarna customer service again and spoke with **. He told me that I need to deal with the dealer and there was nothing and no one else I can talk to about my issues. I specifically asked to speak with his supervisor. He refused to do so. I repeatedly asked for another manager or anybody that can help me resolve my issues. He said there was no other person in the entire company that I can contact about my problem. I explained that I am very frustrated because I, the consumer, have a $4000 lawn mower that has spent more time being worked on and in the possession of the dealer than it has in my possession doing it intended purpose. I just want a mower that works!

I purchased a new Husqvarna 2042LS riding mower. I did not receive an owners manual. I found no satisfaction following several requests. The Husqvarna site wants $29 to tell me if manual will be provided. It should have been provided.

Four years ago, I purchased a Husqvarna mower - XT722FE. I will be purchasing a new mower in the next few days and will not be getting a Husqvarna. The engine is good but nothing else is. I have replaced wheels twice, the blade and now the self-propelled has stopped working. Everytime I go to mow, it is something else to fix, replace, etc. If I didnt take care of it like oil changes, cleaning underneath, using the right gas, etc., I could understand all the problems but I make a point to take care of my things. I will not nor will I recommend this mower or any Husqvarnas to anyone I know.
