I brought my leased HRV -- 21,000 miles and under warranty—into Ocean Honda, Ventura, CA. The airbag light had come on. I was told it was rodent damage. The repair is not covered under warranty and the charge is $2,200! This is exploitation! A simple google search shows that since Honda and Toyota changed to soy-based materials, rodent damage has increased exponentially. Honda is not standing by their manufacturing decisions. I did not make the choice of materials to protect the very critical electrical system, Honda did. I feel so taken advantage of; I dont feel as if I can trust Honda ever again. Honda put out a statement that their solution is the rodent tape - ha! I called to see about buying a roll and the charge from Honda is $79! And how am I, an elderly person, going to wrap the car’s electrical wiring myself! That is outrageous. Not only is Honda not fixing the problem under warranty but is charging me outrageous prices to repair and prevent further problems. This is simply not acceptable when consumers have other choices in the market. I will not be silent about this issue and I hope others who find themselves in this position also voice their experiences and frustration. Honda was once considered a prestigious car maker. This is oh so disappointing and frustrating. If I could afford this expense, I would have a larger car and purchased, not leased. This is something like 10 lease payment for me to repair, no fault of my own. I live in a suburb, not out in the rural countryside. This is exploitative to say the least. Honda needs to step up and stand behind their product.

I have 2004 Honda Accord and the clear coat is starting to peel and it looks awful. It looks like it has a disease. I went to local dealership in Kamloops, BC and they said it was too far outside the warranty period and they wont do anything and referred me to Honda Canada. I called them and they called the dealer and then told me the exact same thing. Honda does not stand behind their product. I was a fan of Honda but will reconsider buying another one. Toyota is being held responsible for their paint problems so why not Honda. Very dissatisfied. Honda Customer relations also got very snotty with me which I didnt appreciate. I made sure I was calm and was not aggressive or assertive and she was still a bag when I was asking why Honda would not stand behind their product. Doesnt pay to be nice! May be a $5,000 paint job to even look presentable if we want to sell.

I really love Honda but from now on I will not buy this brand anymore after they denied my complaint about the rusted I have on my two years old car with only 20000 miles in it. I have to fix it at the body shop with my own cost. The Honda technician blame on the accident reported that may cause the paint scraped off. But accident report did not really tell what kind of accident. So I took the car to body shop and they told me the problem start at the door seal have a hole right at the rust is. It cost me only $150 to fix the problems. Honda technician smart enough get my tiny problem fix instead denied it. You guys losing one customer and this message will passing on to other.

There has been a shudder that I feel and hear for quite some time now. I thought it was a characteristic of the vehicle until I inquired about it online and discovered that there are hundreds of customer complaints about this very same symptom. I have tried to get help from Scholfield Honda dealership in Wichita, KS where I purchased the vehicle to help and they refuse. They then referred me to American Honda Corp. and after numerous contacts with them, they refuse to help or do anything as well. Nothing has happened to help my situation and Im very frustrated because this has been going on for a long time. I have been a very loyal customer of Scholfield Honda and have done all my maintenance with them. This is a horrible way to treat a possible return or repeat customer.

My son purchased a new 2013 Honda CRX from Colby Honda, Northridge, CA. When he took his car in for the last service they impounded his car for what they said, a period of about two months. Further, they told him he would not receive his car back until the airbag is replaced or he signed a waiver releasing Honda from any liability for damage or injury caused by the faulty airbag. The dealership did provide my son with a poor quality 2002 loaner car that had 100,040 miles on the odometer. Last week he took a trip and the cars engine warning light came on.In the meantime my son is making the monthly payments for his impounded Honda CRX. He tried to contact Honda Corporation and was referred back to the dealership. The customer service person at the dealership was rude and not helpful. I believe Honda should provide its customer with a loan car that is at least equal to the car he is making payments on or waive his scheduled payments until they return his car. The airbag problem is the responsibility of Honda, not the customer. I would assume numerous other customers are dealing with this same issue. In the meantime, Honda continues to sell and deliver new cars that must have compliant airbags. What can be done to correct the problem?

I am a very frustrated owner of Honda Accord 2.0 VTi-L, Full Spec, VTEC with plate no **, registered in Penang, Malaysia. Ive been maintaining my vehicle in your service center namely KAH Motor located in Sungai Pinang, Penang, Malaysia. Six months back, I had complained about sounds from the bottom of my car bonnet. The service engineer helped to check, but could not find the root cause of the sound. Id sent my car for checking for 3 times during the past 6 months, no results. Finally, a month back they told me they found the cause. But, the spare parts need to be ordered from others. They said theyd filed a complaint to Honda HQ and the warranty claim has been approved, spare part should be arriving within 1st week of Apr.12. Sadly, they did not update me even after 15/4/12. When I called up, they said the spare part had not arrived and they do not know when it is arriving. What an irresponsible answer?! They didnt even bother to highlight my problem to their top management and get my case solved. After all, Ive been waiting for 6 months to confirm the root cause of the sounds. And now, another infinity date to wait for the repairs?! This is totally unacceptable! I am a heavy user of this vehicle and I need to be safe on the road. I need this to be resolved.

Well let me start by saying Honda has been my go-to for many years, 14 Honda automobiles, 10 Honda motorcycles, 6 pieces of Honda outdoor power equipment. I must say though the last 2006 Honda Civic that I purchased with 64K miles has bittered me after having to put a motor in this car for a problem that Honda knew they had but refused to stand behind it. After some minor research I have discovered Honda had a major engine block casting problem between 2006-2009 in the civics. I think a recall would have been a better choice for Honda owners rather than a lousy extended warranty period. Honda informed me that I was just out of luck, after all the car does have 64K miles. How much more were you expecting? It was very misfortunate for me as I bought the car privately. What was even sadder is that I am really convinced that the people who sold me this car knew there was a problem, they possibly received the same great customer service from Honda that I did. VERY POOR HONDA MOTOR COMPANY. THE SAYING GOES ONE UPSET CUSTOMER GOES FURTHER THAN ONE HAPPY CUSTOMER!

Honda Accord 2003 purchased brand new and serviced by Honda until approxima
Honda Accord 2003 purchased brand new and serviced by Honda until approximately 2 1/2 years ago. Many years ago, while the car was being serviced by Honda, I noticed a small spot on the front of the roof, which then got progressively larger and larger; it was eventually extremely noticeable when even glancing at the car. As this was happening, I began noticing the same type of spots around the edge of the cars hood and door edges. I really dont know anything about cars so didnt know what to do. At the same time, I wondered why the Honda service techs/mgrs never said anything to me about it, especially, since it got so bad. One day, I was searching online and found pictures of other peoples Hondas that looked the same as mine - some with big spots on the cars where the paint had apparently peeled as well as others with peeling around the edges of hoods, roofs, doors, trunks... This is when I found out that Honda refuses to acknowledge and fix the fact that they manufactured cars with clear coat that was incompatible with the paint that was used on those same cars, which has resulted in the damage to these cars, which were sold to unsuspecting consumers. Until I found these pictures and articles, I had no idea what was and is still happening to my car, which I have taken very good care of.Today, I have no mechanical problems but my cars exterior looks terrible due to Hondas manufacturing error. Just because this is not a safety issue does not mean that Honda should not be held accountable to fix - at no charge to the consumer - their error in using clear coat and paint that is incompatible. 2 1/2 years ago when I found out what this problem was, I asked the Honda service mgr why he never mentioned the peeling spots on my car. He got very angry and defensive; in fact, he yelled at me. I told him that I was not blaming him for the problem but considering the extent of the problem, he and all Honda service techs/mgrs must know about it, yet, he and the techs chose to remain silent. The least they could have done was, if they could not admit to this being a Honda defect, they should have, at least, explained to me what was happening to the car and advised how to get it fixed. Ive spent $1600 repainting the roof and hood; now I have to have the rest of the car repainted for $2000. Honda should be repainting my car at no charge to me and reimbursing me for the money that I spent fixing their known error/defect. Essentially, this should be a recall. Perhaps, its not a safety recall but it is still significantly detrimental to Honda consumers. Unfortunately, we are only consumers and Honda, as a large multinational with high powered attorneys behind them, has the advantage. That said, I will never purchase another Honda again.

I bought a Honda City, which have 4 alloy wheels but I was surprise to see that the 5th wheel, which was kept in the back was an ordinary wheel. I immediately contacted the sales people but they said they cant do anything, as this has been provided by the company. Just imagine, in case of puncture, you will be driving a car with 3 alloy wheels and one ordinary wheel, which will create serious imbalance to the car thus violating/compromising the safety standards of the car. I am sure that Honda does not do this in any developed country like the US, Japan or countries in Europe.

Im going to sum this up as quick as possible. We bought a car in January of 2016 and it started to smell in March. Well me and my girls got sick and this smell wouldnt go away. It was in everything and we had to get rid of a few things. So I took it into the dealership on 4/20 and they said theyd get it cleaned up and back to me... Well its now 6/23... which is 6 months later and I still dont have my car! Yes there was a leak in the back that they couldnt find so they sealed up the whole back end. Then they found mold in multiple places, but Ive had to fit the whole way. Customer service is horrible at the dealership and at Corporate. We bought a 75,000 car! Brand new and we got sick! Mold can kill you. No one seemed to care, and all they do is pass the blame. No one ever returns calls or admits anything. They just blame someone else. And now theyre not wanting to give us the full amount of our loan back?! Im not losing any money from this! We did nothing wrong! We were sold a bad product that couldnt be fixed! And now Honda and the dealership are trying to jip us out of money?! Weve been making payments even when we dont have the car?!!

A week ago, I had a good experience with Honda sales which included a Salesman patiently pairing my phone with the Bluetooth. A week after the connection kept breaking which was verified by the salesman. He tried to connect his own phone to my Bluetooth and was unable to do so. Subsequently another salesman tried another phone which he was able to connect. The second salesman went into the service department to see if he could get any help at which time the Service Manager informed him that Honda does not support the (originally Sprint) Virgin Mobile service and showed him the Honda Canadian Website. I wrote to the Sales Manager, explaining that: 1) I was never informed that the Bluetooth was only available with certain providers, 2) My phone had worked for a week, 3) Another salesman was not able to pair his phone either and 4) My phone clearly recognizes the Honda Bluetooth even though the Honda Bluetooth has stopped recognizing my phone. I need to be helped. Have not heard back from him. Please help. Thanks.

When I was younger, I always dreamed of getting a Honda. I loved these cars. So as soon as I was able to get one, I did. So sorry I did. I have fixed my car radio a couple of times and it cost about $400. It’s not cheap with raising 4 kids! I googled it and it seems to be an ongoing problem. I called 1-800-999-1009 and no one wanted to help me. So, I told them about the radio draining my battery and dying, leaving me and my kids stranded on the side of the road and no one seemed to care. Obviously, this is not the first they have heard of this problem because it’s all over the net. This is my first and last Honda. I was trying to convince my boyfriend to get one. Now, I am convincing him not to. Now in the midst of me having temporary home due to hurricane Sandy and just lost my job, I have a car that continues to die in the freezing cold. I will never get another Honda. I will let my friends and family know of this issue and also tell them if you have a problem, Honda will not help so it’s better to go with a Nissan or Toyota. My mom has been buying Nissan for about 20 years and they have really good customer service. Boo to you Honda.

I recently took my 2012 Fit into the Honda dealership as the air conditioning wasnt working and it was making a hissing noise. It turns out that there is corrosion between the compressor and the hose that connects to it. It will cost me over $1,000 to repair. How does a 4 year old car that is kept in a garage at home and in covered parking in the day get corrosion under the hood? One of the reasons I bought a new car at the time of purchase was so I would not have costly repairs anytime soon. My 2008 Honda Civic LX have a 10 years Rust Proof warranty. I brought it back every year for rust inspection and touch up, now I found out they never did a single thing to touch up. As when I took my car to Canadian Tire to change 4 new tires, when they finished, they said I should take some pictures and show it to Honda. The underside of the car is all rust, he said when you touch it, it is bone dry, they never put anything or do any touch up. I called the manager of Honda, he said unless there is a hole, they do not do anything, so I said, it said touch up as necessary, so what the heck? Then he said when I bring in the car for transmission fluid change next week, he will look at it with me together. I took 6 pictures of all the rust underside. I was informed by the representative at Honda, that the glass people would need payment up front, and then book a date and time and the glass people will come to Honda and install. Well, here I am, Tuesday, May 28th, been here since prior to 8.30 a.m. My appointment was at nine. First of all, I was told they had no record of our payment for the windshield, which was paid on the 15th. I told them I have the record on my credit card. They said they still dont have record, they then located it after taking my car and finding the receipt in the center console.Anyway, here I am sitting at Honda, Concord, CA, 1.38 p.m., the service person came over approx. 1 hour ago, saying the car had GONE to the window place, and it will take almost all day. Okay, what happened to the window people coming here?!? Also, I have sat here for over 4 hours, unable to go to the bathroom, in case they happened to say it was ready. Also, we paid a large amount of money for a warranty, every time we come in, they cant find it on the computer, and they charge us!! Why dont they ask the financial department, as they have got it from there once before after a fuss from my husband. Now, my husband called, asking to speak to the General Manager of Honda Concord, and was told he wasnt allowed to speak to him. Was he asked to leave a message for the General Manager? No!!! He was told to leave a message for the Service Manager, who is apparently in a meeting and will call my husband back. Lets see how long that takes....

I purchased a used/leased 2008 Honda Accord EX-L with leather in 7/2011 with < 40,000 miles. Within a few weeks, I noticed discoloration and what appeared to be wear of portions of surface on the drivers seat. Basically, the dealer I bought it from, the dealer I normally work with for service and Honda of America (HoA) customer service, all have repeatedly said normal wear and tear, -past warranty. They (HoA) offered a $1,000 fix with a discount to $450. Woopie ding! I have been a loyal Honda accord owner for over 20 years based on quality and customer service. What I have experienced recently was not customer service. Sad, very sad. I recently received a recall notice for a new Honda SXS we purchased. The recall was for a safety issue related to the steering joint assembly. They say they will repair it free of charge. Keep in mind, upon receipt of this notice it is no longer safe to operate the vehicle until an inspection/repair is performed. Thus, rendering the vehicle unusable. The local dealer wants to charge to come pickup the unit or the owner must bring the unit to the dealer for the inspection/repair. Due to COVID-19 we decided to go with the first option. However, thats an additional $100-$150 charge from the dealer for a problem that Honda created! Asked American Honda is they would reimburse and they decided to recite the warranty which exempts them from paying for the transportation. Under normal circumstances this would be acceptable, however, due to COVID one would think they would make an exception and do the right thing for a lifelong customer. NOPE! There are simply too many choices out there when it comes to vehicles and too many other companies willing to do the right thing. Honda will never see my business again and I would recommend anyone looking for a Honda to reconsider and go with a more customer oriented organization that would be more deserving of your business.

We bought a 2013 Honda Accord EX in Sept. 2013. We have been driving Honda vehicles since the early 1990s, and are fierce defenders of Honda quality. At least we had been. Our 4 cylinder Accord gets very good gas mileage: 39 mpg. average. It is extremely quiet, and the heavy doors remind me of the mercedes vehicles we used to own prior to the hondas. However, at 17,000 mi. we took the car to our local tire store to put on snow tires for the winter, and the guy noticed an oil leak. He didnt diagnose it correctly, but that didnt matter as it was under warranty, which led us to have it checked at the dealership in Albuquerque. They diagnosed a bad seal btw, the engine and transmission. They had to pull the engine to get to it and repair it. It was fixed, under warranty and at no expense, but I worry now about other weaknesses that may show their ugly head as the car gets older and goes off warranty. This one seal would have cost a thousand dollars to replace had we had to pay for it since the engine had to be pulled to access it. I have an 04 Element that now has 97,000 mi., and have not had a single problem or complaint with it. Maybe the older ones were better made, as I hear Honda is having numerous quality issues with newer cars. I think well try a different manufacturer next time, as no new car should need engine / transmission seals replaced so soon.

I have owned 4 Honda/Acura vehicles in the past. I currently own a 2017 Civic hatchback and a 2017 Ridgeline. The Civics TPMS sensor went off after a day or two of owning it. It took 3 visits to the dealer for them to figure out that there was a nail in the tire. It didnt seem to faze them that they missed this twice before. This was at Sunset Honda in San. The Civic has a dash rattle that they cannot diagnose or fix after several visits. This is at Santa Maria Honda, CA.The Ridgelines parking sensor warning chime comes on every time it rains. When I dropped off the car it was raining and the sensors was chiming incessantly. In spite of this fact after waiting the whole afternoon I was told the technician cannot reproduce the problem and it cannot be fixed. This was at Santa Maria Honda, CA. What is happening to Honda and their dealers? I dont think I will buy another Honda.

My issue is my 2013 Honda CRV I financed 3years ago. Vehicle has been stalling and throwing all kinds of codes out there. Almost put 2000 into it just getting it towed. Car stalled in middle of busy street, I almost got hit. I took it to my local PEP Boys and they did 500 worth of work to it, stopped the next day. I took it back to pep boys and they kept it for 3days. And said they didnt have technology to fix what was wrong with it. I got it towed to my dealership where I financed and the symptoms got worse. More codes, misfires, spluttering, stalling, shaking. Hill-Kelly Dodge my dealer said to have it towed to my manufacturer which is Honda. My vehicle has been there for days, the advisor called day2 and said all it needed was gas. I said, Really I keep gas in my car. She also said it was driving good. I refused to pick up. I told her this has been going on for years. She kept it and said they would just run it and see if anything happens. Eventually it did. It started throwing codes again and misfiring. So she said they would work on it and hopefully see what they could find. I called honda corporation and email twice. Representatives were horrible. Its was, What do you want us to do about this problem. I said, Your company made the car. This is a big safety issue. The representative just started talking about random stuff. I was very dissatisfied with the customer service there. I really wanna get a case started against this company. I will never buy another honda vehicle about this.

Couple years after purchase, paint peeling and discoloring. Dealer swore up and down no damage he was aware of. Turned out... damaged at manufacturer and covered up. Honda wouldnt repair due to high cost of pearl paint ruined. We ended up losing 12,000 on the deal! The other car went in for trans service, came out with Honda adding something, due to recall that affects the drivability of the car. I owned the car, my girlfriend took it in and never notified me. I hate the car now. I will never buy another one, due to poor customer service and support. I just purchased a FORD F-150 and plan on selling every Honda in our family (asians). LMAO. So far treated excellent!

Having owned seven Camrys, I chose the HR-V for its size and parking ability. With one glaring exception, the HR-V is everything and more than I expected. It rides well, is comfortable (I added good sheep-skin seat covers) and gets good mileage. Everything is accessible and well thought-out EXCEPT the horns. The horns are weak and sound like a childs toy with its tinny Beep, Beep. To replace them you must remove the front bumper/grill and bolt on new ones. Not cheap.

We felt really bad after listening to the way the sales Manager Mr. Eric treated us, he was so rude and this attitude of your sales team head has made my brother to decide on another brand, you have lost a loyal customer who has been using honda all this days (I know this sales people dont care about this). This is a bad example that a salesman can set, I am a customer you need not treat me like one, can you people treat as humans and talk decently. Arrogant attitude from their sales staff is something that was so shocking.

Honda Customer Service is extremely disappointing. Items offered/described on their website imply suitability for all--not true. Example: Website describes Backup Sensors as Help yourself in or out of a tight spot while helping to protect your paint; Four Sensors emit audible beeps into the cabin while you back up, signaling objects as you approach them. Beeps quicken as your vehicle gets closer to objects. Note: Back-up sensor attachment is required for installation. ** Polished Metal Metallic; MSRP: $265.32. On the purchase of a 2011 CR-V, we had backup sensors installed for $857. Turns out that the emitted beeps are very high-frequency which my husband cannot hear. (According to The National Institute of Health (NIH) 15 percent (26 million) of Americans between the ages of 20-69 cannot hear high pitched tones because of military service (in my husbands case dating back to 1965), etc. ) We would not have requested this safety feature installed on our new CR-V, the third new Honda my husband has purchased since 1997, unless we considered it important. We are a retired couple on a fixed income, and we think long and hard prior to spending this amount of money on discretionary items. Honda personnel with whom we have dealt offered us one option--go to an after market auto shop and see if they could rig up flashing lights to supplement the (inaudible) sound. Are they serious? In backing up, we have to look forward to see flashing lights!!! What about the sides of the vehicles where the backup sensors are supposed to ensure protection?

I purchased a 2010 Honda Accord from Anderson Honda in Maryland. When I purchased my vehicle, I inquired about getting a bluetooth device installed. I was told that if I got the device as part of my purchase that it would be covered under 3-year 36,000 mile warranty that came with the car. I purchased it (the item is on my Vehicle Purchase Agreement) and subsequently, the car went from MD to CA with my daughter. The bluetooth device is now dropping calls, and my daughter went to get it repaired in CA. Miller Honda told her it was aftermarket, and they would not fix it. I called Anderson and my sales representative, Jim **, told me, “Oh that was if the car was here in Maryland.” I told him that at the time I told him I was taking the car to my daughter in California and he said it will be covered under the car’s 3-year 36,000 mile warranty. I am angry, because I financed this item when I could have paid cash for it and had it installed after the purchase. Also, I was told that this was a factory Honda item (Hands Free Link), and if I knew it was an aftermarket item, I may have gotten a NAV or more sophisticated item for my money. Finally, I am angry because Honda is not living up to its obligations and lied to me to get me to purchase this item that they now do not want to stand behind. I had a bad experience years ago with a Renault and have stayed away from companies that I thought were not reputable. I should have stayed with Toyota, I guess. I want no one else to get burned like this.

Furthermore the vehicle develops a weird action that stalls the engine when you try to accelerate to pass another vehicle. In both cases, we took the car to the dealership and they did nothing claiming that the diagnostic machine found nothing. Nevertheless we end up replacing the car for a 2013 Toyota Camry SE. I purchased a 2022 Honda HRV from Honda dealership, Carbone Honda, who sold to LED. My car stalled a couple times and salesperson said it was the energy saving feature, not really stalling. I had aftermarket car starter installed. Then car became difficult to start and stopped while driving on highway. They blamed the car starter and charged me to remove it and restore to factory. On my way home it shut off again. They then determined the washer holding the main ground wire was not staying locked and replaced it. Told me it wasn’t the car starter. I’m out $550 for car starter and removal of it. I’m afraid to put it back in because any issue will be blamed on it. I’m being bullied into buying their product. They refuse to return my money and I drove the car unsafely for a couple of months. I was basically called a liar by the Service Manager 12/17/21. Offered to discount factory car starter to $650 + tax and $100 loyalty card if I met the Honda Rep and signed a release. Honda Corp has an open case but always tell me that all they can do is talk to dealership. I purchased my first car, a Honda Civic Ex 2009, back in May 2009. I loved this car, until it started giving me troubles. Before the 60K, they have already replaced the motor brackets, the battery, and the TPMS sensors (4 times). Yes, the TPMS sensors have been replaced 4 times in the last 3 months. Last month, I had a flat tire; and no light came on. I stopped due to a strange noise and realized that I had a flat. I contacted the dealer, and they said the light does not come on until you driven over 28MPH. Well, I left it like, I drove it for a couple miles, and the light came back on. I figure it needed air pressure. After a few miles, the light came back off. The dealer had already replaced the sensor 4 times before this, and again, the TPMS sensor light came back on again yesterday. I contacted the dealer to explain to them about the situation, and they said they wanted me to bring in the vehicle for check-up. I scheduled an appointment. I also contacted Honda headquarters (for the second time) and spoke to Mohammed. I told him about the situation I was going through, and he asked me what should I expect from Honda. I told him that at this point, I was so regretful that I purchased a vehicle that was broken from the beginning, that the vehicle is non fixable, and that I wanted to return it. He said that I needed to go back to the dealer and return the vehicle. I did not like his attitude; he did not even try to resolve this issue. He said if I had already made up my mind, then I should go ahead and return the vehicle. I mean, if Im paying for this car, the least that Honda should do for me is a replacement. Shouldnt I? Well, Honda, the least that you can do at this time is give a replacement vehicle or the money that I have paid you for this piece of crap! I will like you to do this before I take matters further. At this point, I am tired of having to drive an unsafe and broken vehicle made from you, Honda. I am tired of going back to dealers to get the car fixed. I am tired of you, Honda, not paying attention to your customers! If you do not resolve this issue, I promise that I will no longer ever in my life purchase another vehicle made from Honda or its affiliates. And Im only 24. Guess how many cars I would buy from now until I cant drive anymore!

I was told by Honda that all I needed to receive reimbursement was a copy of the contract and a paid receipt. I furnished the necessary paperwork but Honda refused to pay. The Honda handler “Gary” stated the receipt was might have been for some item other than for the vehicle rental. I asked to speak with his manager and he said that ain’t going to happen!! I had the manager of the company that rented the vehicle, NeSmith Chevy Buick & GMS in Jesup, GA fax more proof of the rental contract and receipt but Honda still refuses to pay. It appears to me that after multiple attempts to get reimbursement that Honda is indeed not going to reimburse me for the vehicle rental for a total of $378.00 including tax. I assume that it is Honda policy to scam as many people as it can to help with the airbag expense.

So my car note had been behind for month due to the fact that my husband had lost his job, and I have been the bread winner. My carnote of my 2011 Fit had fallen behind, but I always sent them SOMETHING. Fast forward I come off my day shift at work and notice that my car was gone:(. I frantically called Honda like hey did you guys repo the car? And the Rep. said, Well the car is in repo status, but it does not show in our system as being picked up or not. She made a few phone calls and said that she would not know until one of the many companies they work with send in the proper documents stating that the car was picked up. Long story short Honda required me to pay a repo fee to the city (Torrance, Ca which was 12$ to the city Court House) pay the repo fee, and bring my past due balance current. The only thing that sucks is the process of running out of time during the day and having to wait a whole nother day which equals another day of storage fees. My car was picked up on a Thursday. My fees were paid that Friday afternoon, but because I paid a little after 4 pm the lot was closed :( and I had to wait until Monday to get my car. I must say my situation was HORRIBLE, but it wasnt because of Honda. And Out of all the reps I spoke to they were not all that rude to me (They were kinda like demanding and one person told me more information than they were suppose to but hey he was being nice). So all and all once my account was brought up to date Honda faxed over the release paper. I was able to go to the lot and get my car. (I did have to pay a storage fee of 362.50 CASH???) But I cant just say Honda made the process harder than what it was. If I have anything to complain about its the fact that these lots close SO EARLY and are not open on weekends and cont. to charge you :(. But I just got my car released to me today. After being gone from Thursday December 15 till Monday December 19...

I have a 2008 Honda Civic with 40,000 miles. All under-the-hood work for this vehicle has been performed at the dealer:1) Visor keeps un-glueing and coming apart. It has been replaced 3 times in less than four years, and Honda cant seem to come up with a replacement part that is durable.2) Full brake job was required. This is acceptable maintenance.3) Engine mount was missing. This is not the first time things under the hood are missing from this car that support the engine.4) Shocks and struts were supposedly leaking and had to be replaced. Not sure why this was not covered under warranty. Shocks and struts should last a very long time. I drive about 15 miles per day and drive very conservatively with speed no faster than 50 miles. What would cause struts to go bad in such short time, unless they were defective? Should the dealer have replaced these as part of the warranty?

I have 2009 Honda with only 60K miles on it, suddenly loud rattle started on a cold start. After reviewing online I found the issue to be a Faulty VTC Actuator WHICH IS A KNOWN PROBLEM WITH HONDA. I am just a few months outside of my extended warranty (of course) and the repair cost me $650.00 for again a known problem with Honda cars. (This was confirmed by the Honda service manager). I have submitted a dispute to Honda two weeks ago, I did receive a return call this past Monday to call back service rep. named Jennifer, I have called & left her 3 messages to return my call and still have not heard back. One time I called someone else answered & said oh she is ready to go unavailable, Ill put you in her voice mail. Terrible customer service & their Faulty VTC Actuators should be on a recall.Updated on 11/15/2017: Finally heard back from American Honda, they naturally wont reimburse me for replacing the VTC actuator & was basically told it was a consumer concern not a Honda issue. What??? I was told I had no loyalty to Honda & since my car is 2009 I should accept the fact I was responsible for the repairs. When I kept repeating myself about the faulty VTC actuator which was a known issue, the rep just kept saying it was a consumer concern not a Honda issue. He also stated that the engineers claim the VTC actuator would not do any harm to the car if I chose not to replace it, it was just the noise that was bothering me. I thought my head was going to explode... sorry Honda, that was just sad customer service.

I have taken my car back to service at Honda since day one for a rocky and shifting ride. I have been told over 20 times that there is nothing wrong with my car that it drives as designed. I have also taken my car to outside mechanics that have told me exactly what I felt when I drive my car. The other mechanics (not Honda) state that my car drifts left and pulls right. Each time after I take my car to an outside mechanic I then take it back to Honda service and they say the same thing, car drives as designed and that they can not find anything wrong with my car. What I found out between the 14th and 15th time of taking my car to Honda that every time that I have brought the car back that my rotors and brakes we always inspected as part of Hondas service plan. So my thing is that if it had be inspected and the outside mechanics noticed it immediately how come Honda never diagnosed the problem (Oh my bad. Theres no problem). I have gone to the attorney general and without an inspection of my car or anything they sided with Honda. I tried the Better Business Bureau but they do not deal with brand new model vehicles. They referred me to NCDS National center for dispute settlement, a carbon copy of the attorney generals office. So no matter the documents you have or proof its basically your word against the word of the big corporation. Im in a losing battle while still having to pay for and drive a vehicle that probably will be the cause of my life and my families life as well as others. Been thinking of a voluntary repo but that will kill my credit. Better my score than so many lives.

I have purchased several Honda cars over the years only to find, in 2019, how far Honda has fallen from its benchmark. I will never buy another Honda automobile. I had the great misfortune of choosing a dealership in Racine, Wisconsin (Racine Honda) to buy a 2019 Honda CRV. When I arrived to take delivery, I noticed that several of the options I had ordered were either not installed or not installed properly. When I pointed this out to the salesman and expressed my displeasure (sincerely but in a business-like manner), the salesman simply walked away from me and did not return. Neither did anyone else and, after ten minutes, I left the dealership. On my way home from this unbelievable experience, I called the dealership manager and expressed my displeasure with the salesman. Incredibly, the manager hung the phone up on me. The message was obvious: Mr. Customer, we got your money, now get out of here. With the dealership showing no regard for my problem, I called Honda corporate. Amazingly, Honda corporate would take no action to address my concerns. In short, Honda corporate told me that they created a file in regard to my problem, but that no action would be taken to resolve my concerns. When you make your important decision on how to spend your hard-earned money, I suggest you remember this experience. Honda will be only too happy to take your money, but as my experience relates, do not expect this company to come to your aid should you have an experience of the kind described here. Absolutely shameful!

Love the Honda engine and ergonomics of the rider position. Replacement parts are very costly, but the quality of the build is outstanding. Overall a very reliable bike. Honda offers many models, but they will only sell them if the volume is sufficient. For example, the Honda ST 1300 is no longer sold in the United States but it is in Europe.

I want to bring into your notice, that the service from the Honda bike showroom near my area is not satisfactory. Since I experienced myself a great discomfort. 1) Two months ago, I went for the service station with a complaint of decrease in efficiency of my brakes. But, I am forced to give my bike for 2nd time since the brakes that worked is totally defective. 2) Recently, today I was called to get my bike, as I went up for routine check. But, today I paid my accounts, and there is no sign of my bike in the servicing area. I am waiting for about 90mins, then a worker bringing my bike, which he took for his personal ride. I am doctor, and I have postponed my appointments. This is an unresponsive attitude. Please, take some actions regarding this unresponsive actions to the customers. I am owning, Stunner Fi bike. My customer code is **, and the address of the Honda service station is, Marikar Motors Limited, Honda division ** Take, some actions regarding this, as the people altogether in this area is not satisfied with Honda services. Paid over $800 for tires and alignment and after I drove off I realized I had to force the wheel to the right for it to stay on the road. Then to test it I let go of the steering wheel multiple times and it immediately pulled to the left. I called the service department three times to speak with the man who oversaw my service, he didnt answer. So I made a u-turn and returned the vehicle. He did a test drive and came up with new terms to explain why its pulling and blamed it on the road. Three different men drove the car three different times on the main road including the technician and claimed nothing is wrong with the car. They refused to service it or even take a look at it. I told them not to drive out my gas and my mileage. They still took the car anyways and drove it around. The manager asked at first I said no then yes. He also did everything to try and keep the car on the road but still refused to service it or replace the gas in my car. As he was testing the car he was raising his voice at me saying its the road the car is pulling because of the road. I will never ever return to any Honda dealer to service or purchase a car. They are a bunch of criminals running a business.

The passenger side airbag turns off and on with a ding, at random times, while my teenagers have been passengers. The car takes the same route on the way to and from work, with a teenager, and in the morning, the side passenger airbag goes off and on sometimes. One morning it went off and on 31 times, in a 35 minute drive, with the beeping warning. Other mornings, it goes off and on a few times, and some mornings it never goes off. On the way home in the afternoons, it doesnt go off. It was the same drive, with the same people involved. The teenager has only sat in the seat, and has not moved all around in the seat. Also, the car is brand new, and have only had it for less than one month.

DO NOT BUY A 2018 HONDA ACCORD - DEFECT ON BLACK PAINT ON HOOD & ROOF.
DO NOT BUY A 2018 HONDA ACCORD - DEFECT ON BLACK PAINT ON HOOD & ROOF. I went to a Honda dealership in Nashville to buy a new 2018 black Accord on September 23, 2018. The paint was ruined on both the cars they tried to sell. They offered to fix it by wet sanding it. Who wants to buy a new car that has been wet sanded? I called 2 other dealerships, and the paint was the same way. One of the dealerships transferred me in another car, and the paint is also ruined on it. The auto detailer at the dealership said all the black Accords he has seen look that way. Stain in the clear coat due to tree sap, or bugs. It looks like acid rain spots. The clear coat must be incredibly weak. If the paint already looks like this, imagine 2 years from today. Honda this is fraud to sell a brand new car that paint is destroyed. A new car should not be a damaged car.

The steering on my Honda hybrid failed while driving 55mph. When the car was taken to dealer in Eugene, we were told Honda was aware of this problem but had not notified anyone. They refused to pay for repair because they said mileage over warranty - a warranty they never informed us about. Their explanation is that if you bring auto in with steering issue, then they would inform you of the issue. So in other words - your steering has to fail and perhaps almost get you killed, which is what happened here - before they let you know its a known issue. NEVER BUY HONDA AGAIN.

I was a Honda owner for over 20 years and always liked Honda. Generally they are good cars, but if you do have an issue, the customer service is the absolute worst. I have proof of trying to call customer service many times with no return call. It’s impossible to get a number for someone “higher up”. So I tried emailing and again can prove that not one person would respond to my emails. My email got the automatic response that someone would be in touch within 48 business hours, but I never heard back from anyone from Honda, despite trying to call and email every 2 months. I finally gave up, bought a Mazda, and never looked back.

Also, after 30 minutes I called the towing company they dispatched and no one was even on their way yet... ended up calling non-emergency police and they came out in 10 minutes and changed my flat to my spare. In April 2011, at 120k, I placed my first transmission in my 2004 Honda Accord. The cost is $2345.00. 16 months later, the transmission failed. I placed a used transmission and the cost is $909.00. The cost is $676.00 for a salvage shop in Pittsburgh, PA to put the transmission in the car. It’s a used transmission. It’s no good. It’s not shifting gears and has no reverse. It’s still under warranty; another tranny was ordered for an additional $150.00. New labor cost for installing price quoted was $480. If there are no problems, the total cost so far is $4,410.00. When I purchased my Honda brand new in 2004, I thought I was purchasing a reliable car that I could maybe pass down to my son. Honda should be ashamed that they could sell with the knowledge of troubled transmissions.

In the past month my 2015 has had battery issues. Had to get car jumped a total of six/seven times in one month. Took car to Honda service department to have diagnostic. Per customer service battery is good and cant get proper reading if car is jumped. Advised to have car towed in if this problem occurs again. Little upset because I have little children and would never want to be stranded with my children do to their safety. Called corporate office, told them what happened. Made them aware that this is a safety issue. Referred me to case manager who told me that I would have to follow Honda service department suggestion and have car towed in. Next week car wouldnt start. Had car towed in to Honda who then did diagnostics and found battery was defective. Put new battery in car. Two days later (today), same thing car wouldnt start, Car towed back to dealership. Very Frustrating. Tried to get loaner and told all out and there was nothing they can do. Meantime losing money because hanging in Honda most of the day. Called corporate office and told them my dilemma and not being satisfied with service. Brushed me off and said that a case manager will return my call in 1 business day. Still no transportation to work. Not even reimbursement for rental. Not happy. Terrible customer support.

I purchased a new, 2022 Honda Ridgeline Black Edition just a little over two weeks ago. When my vehicle was less than two weeks old, with under 500kms it began throwing warning lights. The awd stopped working and my heater shut down entirely (in minus 30 weather). I was getting a total of eight different warning lights and I couldnt move my electric seats to be able to drive safely. Once I got my vehicle home it would no longer start. I figured no big deal, my vehicle hasnt even gone through its first tank of gas, Honda has a great reputation and will take care of me. I have never been so wrong about a manufacturer and have never felt so unappreciated as a customer. It took days to even get my vehicle towed. Ive now spent the past five days on the phone talking with over a dozen different people. Every person I spoke with said it was a different department or persons responsibility. Literally just passing the buck back and forth between Honda Customer Relations, Honda Roadside Assistance and the dealership. I even had my call dropped at one point. After being juggled around for days I finally demanded to speak to a supervisor at Honda Customer Relations. Customer relations told me that supervisors dont speak on the phone with customers. I thought I must have misheard what I was being told. I can buy a forty dollar watch from China and get a supervisor on the phone but not for a new vehicle? I spent 60k on a vehicle two weeks ago (though I havent actually been able to drive it for nearly half the duration of ownership) and Honda Canada doesnt even value me enough as a customer to allow me to speak to someone above the person answering the phone. I was told the only way I would be able to speak to a supervisor is if I was injured or if my vehicle injured someone else. Theyre lucky that I was able to pilot my heater less vehicle from a near laying position back to my house without injuring someone. I however, was not so lucky, as apparently an accident is the only way that you rate high enough to speak to someone with an answer other than we dont take care of that or its someone elses responsibility. Thats what it ultimately comes down to...caring. Honda obviously no longer cares if its customers are safe or remotely satisfied. My vehicle is sitting at the dealership 170kms away from my home, after it broke down due to no fault of my own. Not my fault but my problem. Hondas suggestion was either rent a vehicle on my dollar or talk to my insurance company about getting a rental. Honda Canada, as you have made blatantly clear at this point, your (technically my, though I dont actually have possession) malfunctioning, unsafe vehicle has become solely my problem after I signed on the dotted line. I however, will never buy another Honda and I will let everyone who will hear it know that Honda no longer stands behind their product and definitely not their customer. This has been unequivocally the worst buying experience Ive had to date. Im sitting here in utter disbelief, sick to my stomach trying to figure out how to get my new vehicle back home. I recommend that if youre shopping for a new vehicle that you dont just assume that Honda still stands for reliability and customer service as I had. Look into the customer complaints, class action lawsuits and youll likely figure out that Honda has adopted the money first, customer last stance that so many manufacturers are moving towards. Let my expensive mistake guide you away from a company that no longer embodies what used to be synonymous with Honda...Trust. Youll pay the Honda premium, theyll pocket your dollars, take your trust, crumple it up and toss it along side you into the trash. I may not speak for all your customers but I think all those youve tossed aside would agree...We arent asking for better.. were demanding it!

Windshield was cracked and has chips in it. It was not repaired, dealer said it was repaired. The chips are still there and the headlight on right side out of alignment. Dealer said it was fixed, it wasnt. I had a different tech at the dealer look at the light, and he fixed it with in 5 min. The main issue is the air temperature between the dash vent and floor is greatly different. The dealer said it is normal. When I picked up my car, I was told I could compare my car to another which I did. The air temp in the second car was I feel it should be the dash air temp and the floor temp was the same temp. The tech also agreed there was an issue. My issue that the dealer is saying things got fixed but really they didnt. What’s up with Checked Flag Virginia Beach, VA.? My 2004 Honda Civic EX Sedan was a great car all in all until just a few days ago when I was sitting at a stop light at almost rush hour in a busy metro area with my foot on the break. Suddenly the car went into an uncontrolled, unintended acceleration. I could hear the engine rev and I just froze with horror. A few seconds later it crashed into the car in front of me and stopped and turned off. I was extremely lucky that 1) that car was there or I would have gone into a busy intersection and 2) my daughter was not in the car. The driver I crashed into and the valet guys from the hotel across the street saw I was extremely shaken up but alert and in my right mind. The mechanics can fix the damage caused by the impact but since this is such a rare problem, they probably wont be able to identify what went wrong or prevent it from happening again so Ill have to trash the car. Given that several people had to die for Toyota to take any responsibility for their problems with unintended acceleration and that there have been several complaints to Honda of cars with this problem with no recompense, I am extremely unhappy to hear the existing complaints have not led to a recall or that almost certainly my complaint will be completely ignored.

I purchased a new 2020 Honda Talon from Nash Motorsport, Mesa, AZ. I purchased the pre-paid service contract and extended warranty. I live in Mesa, Arizona and the vehicle has been ridden in AZ and once in Southern CA. The vehicle has never been in snow, sand dunes or extensive mud. Most of the driving is typical to the Box Canyon area in AZ or Queen Valley; sand roads and routes. Very rarely has LOW gear ever been used except for a few steep hills. The transmission would not stay in gear during a hill climb and I turned it into Dealer for service immediately not to cause more damage in November. The vehicle is still there. The warranty customer support is horrible to deal with and no escalation process except open claim. They call you back with same answer. NO escalation process. Honda has out right lied and said the vehicle was driven in a way it was not and the damage was caused by switching back and forth between low and high. This is an out right lie.

I phoned Honda America at 800/999-1009 to complain about poor treatment at a Honda dealership. A representative returned my call on 9/1/15, and basically said that I was not a Honda customer, that I was a customer of the dealership and not Honda. I guess thats true! Honda sells vehicles to its CUSTOMER, the dealerships, and thus cares only about its relationship with those entities, not the dealerships customers. Specifically, the sales manager played a shell game and jacked up the sales price to the same amount of the trade in value, which brought the sale price to the MSRP. This higher price vehicle was sold to an elderly disabled person. Shame on Honda! I compared Honda America to a national fast food chain, that if tainted food is purchased at an independently owned franchise then the national company has no liability with the poisoned food that left a bad taste in the customers mouth, so to speak. The Honda America said that was not a good comparison. I disagree. A national company makes money from the end user but accepts no liability? I made the recommendation that Honda America offer me a model year end sales incentive, since the 2016 CRV models have been delayed until the spring of 2016, presumably because of a well-documented issues with excessive engine vibration when the CRV models are idling at traffic lights. (Said one person, I didnt buy a CRV, I purchased a massage chair.) The Honda America rep repeated that I was not a Honda customer but one of the dealership. I strongly recommend that those seeking to purchase a vehicle not consider any Honda model, since Honda does not care about Hondas sold by dealerships. Thing is, Honda makes a profit whether individuals buy Hondas or not. Hondas customers (and thus its loyalty) are the dealerships. So why buy a Honda if no one cares about you?

Honda fuel door: 2017 Honda Ridgeline. There is an outside door with weatherstripping, however, dust can get between the door and the capless filler opening and then on into the hose leading to the cannister. There is a flap at the end of the hose going to the tank, and there is another flap inside at the top of the hose. Between the two flaps, there is a small hole at the bottom of the filler neck, approximately 1/4 by 3/8. Dust can get between these two flaps and be sucked into the hose leading to the canister, eventually plugging it and setting the error code. This is a design error for a pickup which is advertised for use on dirt, mud, and snow. Though there is weatherstripping on the outside door, there are two small drainage holes inside the door. These two holes empty just ahead of the rear wheel. Dust can enter either through the outside door seal or through the drainage holes. At the least, there should not have been a hole between the two flaps without some type of filter, allowing dust to collect just in front of the second flap and be sucked into the cannister. Though one could clean the outside flap before filling the tank, that is not possible between the two flaps, and while driving dust can be sucked into the line going to the canister. I think Honda should pay to have the line cleaned and the canister changed if necessary.History: At about 18,000 miles the check engine light came on, emissions problem. I took the pickup to Mistlin Honda in Modesto, CA, on November 13, 2018. Their report was that the car was dirty underneath, reset the computer and told me it would not happen again. The check engine light came on again at about 23,000 miles. I took the pickup in again on May 28, 2019. That time I was told there was dust in the system and it was not covered under warranty.I called Honda at 1-800-999-1009 and spoke with a rep who assigned the call to case #** and was referred to Lovette, same number, Ext **. She called me back on August 1st and after I explained the issue to her, told me to call Dennis **, Service Manager at Mistlin Honda, 549-5000, Ext **. She said he would be able to agree that the problem should be covered under warranty. Dennis told me he was not authorized to do such a thing and I would have to talk to someone at Honda to authorize such a repair.I called her back to tell her that Dennis told me he can’t do that. I left a message; since then I have called three times but she never returned my calls. Called Aug. 9 and got another rep who was of no help. Said a case manager will call me within three working days. Old case manager, Lovette finally called back and told me, essentially, tough. Last Honda I’ll ever buy. They told me to take it to a Honda dealer (Ray Price) to do an oil consumption test. Which consist of a oil change (I pay for) then bring it back in around 1000 miles, they check level then report to Honda USA. Heres the problem, I took it back. It lost 3/4 qt by the calibrated eye of the mechanic looking at the dip stick, he didnt drain and measure. Also they didnt use the same weight oil as in the owners manual. The real misconception here is it loses at the same rate. It doesnt between the first 1000 miles and the 2nd 1000 miles it loses faster!!! Sometime between oil changes Ill put in 4 quarts!! I have the remote app and it was working fine until February 2019. I thought it must be just my phone then noticed it is the actual app itself. So, I’ve purchased the remote app for 1 Year. The remote starter has disappeared and it was showing that my subscription has expired even though I’ve purchased it. So, I’ve called multiple times Honda Customer service and was told each time it will be solved. Then, a manager would get back to me and solve the issue. Nothing was done, after numeral calls made, I’ve realized this is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I cancelled the subscription. Unfortunately, this is not something I’m used to as I’ve always had great customer service from other car companies.

I am Raj ** and I am working in a private company. I purchased a new Honda bike to sell our house which is in Delhi. I purchased a Honda Shine from Race Honda Patpargani, New Delhi. Date of sale was August 14,2011. But it is not running straight on the road, there is a problem bubbling in my bike. I checked the bike the next day, August 15, 2011.In the showroom, they loose the screw of the handle and told me that my bike was okay. But the problem is the same. When I went back there the next day, August 17, 2011, I asked why is it having the same problem. The showroom manager told me that I should go to their workshop. So I went to the workshop on August 24, 2011 and met the workshop manager, Mr Ashwani **. He told me that the rear rim found the band because of the speed breaker and digs, he said they cannot do anything for me and I have to pay around Rs 3,700 for it. I was shocked when I heard it. Then I decided to complain to the Honda Bike Company. The telephone numbers are 2290911, 2290912, 2290913. I do not feel good about them, compared to other companys customer care. But after all that, one Honda engineer Mr. Umesh came, I was hoping he could help me. But he was so busy with his cellphone and he didnt listen to a single word I said, he just told me that my bike is not under warranty so I need to pay for the repair. The parking charge was Rs50 extra, so I was so unhappy that I asked him why do I have to pay for parking and a rim. Then he told me that I have purchased a Honda bike, and that he will not give me a favor. After all that, I think I took the wrong decision to purchase a Honda Shine. My bike is still in the workshop. What can I do now. Can I fire myself?

I have a 2001 Honda Accord with 65,000 miles. The first transmission was replaced at 27,500 miles, and was under warranty. Now, my second transmission needs to be replaced at 37,500 miles, and is not covered by the warranty. I have contacted the regional representative, who only saw it was a 2001, and refused to assist in any way. I then contacted their customer service department who filed a claim for me, but a day later called, and gave me the same response. There will be no goodwill gesture on the part of Honda. I have since written a letter to the president of North American Honda, but have not received a response back. I have since had the transmission replaced on the 2001 Honda by a transmission company, for approximately $1,600 plus tax. I still feel that as a goodwill gesture, Honda should be more flexible in a situation, where both transmissions did not have very much miles.

I have been driving Accords since 1989, I learned a very valuable lesson. Once you have purchased your vehicle (this is my third Accord), per Honda of America any dealership has the option not to service your car. I was told to find a dealer that would work on my car. In my opinion this is not the way to treat a LOYAL customer. I have sent many individuals to purchase this brand---No more. Customer loyalty is not of high value to HONDA.

Hello, I visited Metro Honda service center on 4/8/2019 for regular service
Hello, I visited Metro Honda service center on 4/8/2019 for regular services. They change oil in my car on 28,503 miles and my current miles is 30,245 so just after I drive 1742 miles my cars oil life is 60% left. Actually when my car was on 30,000 miles that time I found that my cars oil life is now just 60% left. I clearly feels that this service center done something wrong with my car because as per my research I know that Honda Civic 2016 Ex-T model have synthetic oil and that have normally life of 7500 miles. In my car already 40% oil life is finished so I will get oil change soon around at 31,500-32,000 miles (from now after 1500 to 2000 miles). Every time I go to this service center and they are only the people changing oil in my car when this time I went there that customer service representative asked me that, Why are you just coming here for oil change and and why tire rotation and other services you are not giving us to do it here. I told them because they are charging too much money and not doing proper services so then customer service representative told me that, then why do you came here for oil change, go to the another service center who ever is giving you cheaper service, and that time I didnt give him any answer but I feel that this is not the right way to talk with the Honda customer. I am using Honda car because I have trust on the company. I strongly feels they did something wrong with my cars oil that why 40% of oil life finished too much early and previously I never seen that my oil life reduce this much faster. I am using my car daily. I have another same model car that is also 2016 Honda civic Ex turbo model and same silver color but that car I bought from another dealer and in that car also I drive same mileage and still in that car I change my cars oil around at 6000+ miles every time. I have trust on Honda that why I am using two same model of cars because I am driving it everyday. So I want refund for this oil change and also I want proper service for my car. I clearly feels that Metro Honda from where I bought my car and there I am going every time for oil change they did something wrong. Also, one more thing I would like to describe here that is before around 10 months ago at this service center they found that in one of my cars back side tire due to manufacturing fault there was something wrong with the brake and that they found after 2 years and 3 months after I drive my car for 24000 miles around. This is the thing which is risky for someones life. So you can imagine how much great services they are providing to the Honda customers.I want you to know that this is not a good business practice where they didnt behave good with the Honda customer and not giving them proper service. Please take some strict action on this and I want a clear justice for my car. Please fix my cars oil life problem. I hope I will get back very soon from the Honda Company and please solve the issue in my car with the oil life. -Harsh

Steering locking up for a while then no power steering and blown fuse. Took to Honda dealer. He replaced fuse. Rode it for a while like 5 min., said it was alright. Got home, rode about 1/2 mile, it did the same. This is three weeks ago. Still no ATV to ride. Now I find out that there might be a recall on it. The dealer says he knows nothing, that it may not have a recall on this one. It is 2008 Foreman. What is wrong with this picture? The steering locked up twice. I dont know if I could put trust in Honda again after this. This is the third Honda in 12 years.

The interior in the car is supposed to be leather. Thats what the company says. The interior is not leather - it is ripping. The seats are all worn too. Too worn my car is a 2009. My warranty is up and the dealer says Im responsible for paying for this. How is that right?! Its their faulty interior and I have to pay. I have several friends who are having the same problem, so its not just my car. This is a nationwide problem and Honda refuses to do anything about it. I bought a Honda because I thought I would get a good quality vehicle. That is not the case.
