Chevrolet Automobile Model 2026 Chevrolet Corvette E-Ray

2026 Chevrolet Corvette E-Ray

The Corvette E-Ray is a performance-oriented variant of the 2026 Chevrolet Corvette that combines the Corvette’s mid-engine sports car platform with an electrified all-wheel drive system. It represents a new evolution in Corvette performance, blending traditional internal combustion power with electric propulsion to improve traction, acceleration, and driving versatility.

Unlike conventional Corvettes that are rear-wheel drive, the E-Ray uses electric power to drive the front wheels, creating an all-wheel drive setup that enhances grip and handling in varied driving conditions while still delivering exhilarating performance.

Powertrain and Performance

The E-Ray’s hybrid system combines a high-output V8 engine mounted at the rear with an electric motor that powers the front wheels. The result is a performance hybrid system with characteristics that include:

All-wheel drive traction, which improves launch grip and confidence under acceleration

Instant torque from the front electric motor, boosting low-speed acceleration

Strong overall power and performance, tailored for both street and track use

This setup allows the E-Ray to accelerate quickly from a standstill and maintain strong performance through corners, thanks to both improved traction and balanced power delivery.

All-Wheel Drive and Handling

The defining feature of the Corvette E-Ray is its all-wheel drive system. Compared with traditional rear-wheel drive sports cars, this offers:

Better traction off the line, especially in wet or low-grip conditions

Enhanced stability during hard acceleration

Improved all-weather capability, making the car usable in more climates and seasons

The system distributes power between the electric front axle and the gasoline rear axle in real time, allowing the Corvette to adapt to driver inputs and road conditions dynamically. This makes the E-Ray both quicker on acceleration and more composed during spirited driving.

Transmission and Driving Dynamics

The E-Ray uses a dual-clutch automatic transmission that delivers rapid gear changes, helping the car stay focused on performance. Combined with the hybrid power delivery, the transmission supports:

Quick acceleration transitions

Smooth shifts under hard acceleration

Efficient power application during normal driving

Suspension, steering, and chassis tuning are calibrated to take full advantage of the all-wheel drive system. This balance supports both agile handling on twisty roads and high-speed stability, giving the driver confidence in a variety of driving scenarios.

Body Style and Aerodynamics

The E-Ray is available in the same body styles as the standard Corvette, including coupe and convertible configurations. Aerodynamic elements and bodywork may be tuned to complement the hybrid powertrain and performance focus, including:

Slightly more aggressive front and rear spoiler designs

Airflow management to aid cooling and downforce

Unique trim cues that distinguish it from other Corvette models

These aerodynamic enhancements help the E-Ray maintain stability at high speed while supporting cooling for both the engine and electric components.

Interior and Technology

Inside, the Corvette E-Ray maintains the driver-focused cockpit found in other Corvette models, with layout and features that support performance driving:

Driver-Centered Design

Clear visibility of performance data

Supportive seating for aggressive cornering

Controls oriented toward quick adjustments while driving

Infotainment and Connectivity

Large central display with performance and navigation features

Smartphone integration and voice controls

Options for premium audio and comfort upgrades

The interior blends performance intent with everyday usability, making the car comfortable for both track days and everyday driving.

Performance Features and Driving Modes

The E-Ray includes driving modes that allow the driver to tailor the car’s behavior to different situations. These modes adjust:

Throttle response

Steering feel

Suspension firmness (if equipped)

Power distribution between front and rear wheels

Specialized performance features may include launch control, performance traction systems, and customizable settings that let drivers dial in their preferred balance of comfort and aggression.

Safety and Driver Assistance

While oriented toward performance, the E-Ray includes modern driver assistance features to enhance safety during everyday use, such as:

Forward collision alerts

Automatic braking systems

Lane-keeping aids

Rear-view and parking assist tools

These systems are calibrated to support high-performance driving while still being useful in daily traffic and highway conditions.

Who It’s For

The 2026 Chevrolet Corvette E-Ray appeals to drivers who want:

Sports car performance with improved all-weather traction

Hybrid powertrain benefits, including instant torque

Both thrilling driving dynamics and everyday usability

A unique Corvette experience that bridges traditional V8 performance with electrified propulsion

It is ideal for enthusiasts who want a Corvette that feels more capable in variable conditions while still delivering the high-performance experience that the Corvette nameplate is known for.

Summary

The 2026 Chevrolet Corvette E-Ray stands out by blending:

Traditional V8 power

Electrified front-axle propulsion

All-wheel drive capability

Sharp handling and dynamic versatility

Purchased my 2016 Chevy Equinox in May 2019. I fell in love with it immediately. The heated seats were my # one must have on my car. We have put at least 5 thousand miles and so impressed with its quiet ride and how it is so easy to drive.

The reason I chose the Cheverlot Cavalier was the color and how it rode when I took it for a test drive. It was the perfect car for my small family. I didnt need anything big. The dealer was very convincing and told us about all the luxuries the car had, let us take it for a test drive and I was very pleased. I tested drove 2 other vehicles and they were not what I was looking for. They was nice but not what I wanted. But the last car I drive was suitable for me and met my expectations. Its got a lot of room in the trunk, tires are not expensive, doesnt take a lot to fill up the gas tank and gets me to work and other places I need to go without any problems. Like sunroof, radio, AC, seats are comfortable and the gas Mileage is amazing. But seat should be leather so they can be heated for cold days. For better quality maybe have power seats and windows instead of crank. Have more comfortable seats. Should have better radios in it and should get a backup camera so you dont hit anything or another vehicleOther than that Cheverlot Cavalier is one of the best cars Ive bought in years. If someone would ask me about buying a car I would recommend this model if they want something thats is easy in gas and just the right size. I would recommend it to all my friends and family and hope they would purchase and feel please about it. Also there is lots of different colors. In the car I chose comes with different luxuries. Its also American built car and not imported. I love it and I would buy another one.

We have purchased Chevy vehicles for at least 10 years. We have never had a complaint about any of our vehicles. The new innovations from the power plant, to the look and style of the vehicles has always been an eye catcher. We bought the Uplander cert - pre owned but it has really been a good car. It has a lot of room and the back seats fold down for extra room. It gets fairly good gas mileage too. We were looking for a Chevy van and this one came on the lot that day. We drove it and liked the way it handled. The price was right so we bought it and drove it home that day. However, I wish it had lock windows but other than that is an ok van. It doesnt have all the features my last van had but we really didnt need bells and whistles. The seats are not as comfortable as the last one either.

I love my Malibu. It has served me well. I am 80 yrs old and it is perfect for me. The ride is smooth and it handles easily. The display panel is convenient for me, and I enjoy all the options. The seat adjustment has come in very handy on those occasions when I have had knee issues and needed room to get a straightened leg in the drivers side. I liked my Malibu so much, I converted the lease to a purchase!

Reported problem: Full Charge mileage range reduction from 238 plus miles t
Reported problem: Full Charge mileage range reduction from 238 plus miles to ~156 miles. Courtesy Recall ** Loss of propulsion High Voltage Battery Without Notification. Complaint: The normal vehicle range of 238 miles is reduced 35% to 156 miles. After the courtesy recall the range was further reduced another 27% to 115 miles. GM acknowledges this reduction in range but is calling it normal. When the vehicle was delivered to Jack Evans for service, I reported the issue with decreased range. I noted that I drive ~150 miles round trip for work daily, with the decreased range I was unable to use the vehicle for the intended purpose as there was insufficient margin. I feared not being able to get home. The dealer agreed that the vehicle was reporting range of 157 miles with full charge but were unable to find any issue with the battery. They contacted GM Technical support for advice and were provided no additional information on the problem. Sarah the Service Manager at Jack Evans told me that GM tech support advised her to report the issue on the invoice as “Customer Concern Not Reproducible” and the decreased range is due to customer driving conditions and connecting my Cellphone to the infotainment system, what I am seeing is normal. After completion of the courtesy recall the vehicle was connected to a charging station, with zero miles driven. On 50-degree day the full charge range decreased from 157 to 115 miles. The Service Manager again told me this is caused by my driving style and environmental settings. The reduction in range after the service recall happened with no changes to driving or environmental settings. I was again advised to unplug my phone from the infotainment system as this could reduce range expectations. If I did not agree with the information presented, I should contact GM Customer Care. The dealer did not report the additional service recall related range reduction to GM Tech Support. GM Customer Care Case ** called in on 2/13/2019 was escalated to a Customer Care Manager. After receiving no further contact or status I contacted GM Customer Care on 2/21/2019. I was promised a status by end of the day. With nothing heard I again contacted GM Customer Care on 2/22/2019 only to be told I would be contacted in 2 or 3 business days. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that would also take 2 or 3 business days. I contacted GM Priority Care where I was forwarded to a Customer Care Manager. I was again told there is no problem with the vehicle. After some time reviewing the record, we determined the information I had been providing was not being documented, such as the reduction in range after the service recall. I was also told that Jack Evans service department reported no problems with the vehicle. As noted above, Jack Evans service department told me that service code was at the direction of GM technical support. My dispute with GM Customer Care is based on GM advising Jack Evans on how to report an issue then telling me there is no problem based on what was reported by Jack Evans. Further background: I drive the vehicle ~150 miles daily, charging the vehicle every night for the next day. I drive the same path every day, my environmental settings are set for 70 degrees, heated seats and steering wheel heater set to off. From April to November my typical range exceeded the estimated range of 238 miles, more likely around 300 miles. On the coldest day (5 degrees) with headlights on the reported range was ~185 miles, after 150 miles the system reported ~50 miles to go. The decreased range of 156 miles no longer allows me to use the vehicle for my daily work commute as intended. The further range reduction to 115 miles will not allow commuter use at all. General Motors Customer telling me the range reduction is normal when I know from experience this is a significant change from routine use is not acceptable. Usage and environmental settings are no longer an issue as I can no longer using the vehicle other than for errands. When I purchased this Chevy Bolt EV there were only two vehicle manufactures making an electric vehicle with a range above 200 miles between charges, one being Tesla, the other GM. With issues being reported and ignored by GM, there is only one remaining.

The initial quality of my Avalanche was great. Then the bottom fell out. At 30,000 miles the inner workings of my dashboard had to be replaced. At 50,000 miles the engine had to be replaced. But before those things happened, I was in and out of the shop while GM was repairing those items piecemeal. Now at 130,000, it’s running better than it ever has, ”after tons of repairs“!

Purchased the 2016 Trax in April of 2016. Since then it has been in the shop 6 times for 3 different issues; which the service department still has not fixed. They also lied many times about fixing the issues and also just recently scammed both myself and the insurance company. This dealership is not to be trusted as they lied to me about the quality of the car when I purchased it. There are manufacturer defects in the car as well. This dealership and the manufacturer have done NOTHING to resolve these major issues with this car. Now; they wont even talk to me. They have basically washed their hands off me without actually taking care of the problem.

I got the Chevrolet for cheap and was in need of a vehicle. The parts are not expensive and easy to find as well. And Vermont is where I live and there are plenty of Chevy dealers around and mechanics dont mind working on Chevys so thats a plus. Everyone loves American made cars. Cheap and easy. The car stereo is not very great though. And there is nothing electric about the car. The windows even have manual rollers on them. The windshield wipers kind of are not very good either but that doesnt really have to do with the model car. The wheel baron is going and that sucky. It has minor problems like the window and door wont open but the rust under it I dislike the most. Still, it has been one of the best cars I have owned even though its old. It has lasted me much longer than I thought it would. If I had to drive a Chevy again I would definitely choose a Chevy over many other car models out there. The engines on Chevys like to run for miles and miles.

We purchased a 2016 Chevy Impala for my husband. In the 3 years we have had the vehicle, we have replaced the following items: 2 batteries, 1 starter, 1 purge valve. I am writing a review today in regards to the purge valve. Our check engine light came on and so we took it to our mechanic. The mechanic stated that the purge valve needed to be replaced, so we replaced it. 3 days after we paid for the repair, a letter in the mail came from Chevy stating the purge valve may be bad and to take it to the dealership to be replaced. Since we already replaced the valve, I applied for the reimbursement. Chevy is denying my reimbursement since it was not done at the dealership. This is the last Chevy we will ever own.

I bought it used for $2000.00 and I felt like I had a mediocre deal because it had 300,000 miles already but I was desperate at the time. The car over all is good, it served its purpose and gets the job done. It runs good, it has no body damage but I sad to say I feel its on its way out now. Im having some problems and I cant afford to fix it now, so Im riding it til the wheels fall off.

My Chevrolet is pretty good except I needed a new engine so the car kept breaking down on me and this was only a year in. Luckily I had a warranty on it so I was covered. Otherwise that would have been really bad. I wish the gas was a little better and that it didnt sound like a go cart. I also wish my windows worked better and had the GPS in it. We were going to get those factory installed but then that didnt work. I chose this car model because I was between this and the GMC Terrain. However the GMC Terrain was the first year it was out, I read online you should never buy a car the first year its out.

I would definitely improve the motor aspects of the car itself in the whole body. It was very weak and needed much replacements during the time Ive had it. The battery is located in the trunk of the car. I show up to work and I smell burning wires. Thats the smell I smell inside the car. I opened my door and I see smoke coming out of the cracks of my trunk I freak out, I popped my trunk open and see theres a fire inside my trunk. The day prior I was working on a vehicle so I had my toolbox, a brand new can of carb cleaner in my trunk where tools should go. Well the can had hit the battery terminals and my toolbox managed to find its way on top of the can causing the spark and the contents inside the can obviously kept the flame going caught the toolbox on fire. Thank God nobody was hurt but thats a poor design. If youre going to put a battery in a trunk as a maker of a car put it in a contained area. A box of some sort. Protect the battery from anything a person may put in their trunk. Or even have another area for storage space for your tools, jumper cables, tow rope things like that keep the battery separated from anything that could be hazardous. That should only be common sense.

I purchased the Malibu brand new with 52 miles in March 2016. The first 6 months was good. The gas mileage did not meet what was specified but it wasnt bad. Towards the end of the year my car wouldnt start after stopping at a local grocery store. I had to wait till 2 hours later for it to mysteriously cut back on. Once it did the air was stuck on high and the radio wouldnt come on. Took it the following Monday to the dealership that determined the computer needed a reboot. Everything was fine for a few more months then the car cut off again. This time the dealership could not find anything. The car continued to cut off randomly at times while driving. Each time two different Chevrolet dealerships could not find the problem or cause. I am concerned for my safety as this occurs while driving. This makes me rethink and question the brand Chevrolet.

The seat, which appeared to be ergonomically designed, actually hurt my back after a few minutes. The transmission generally was efficient and smooth, but without warning occasionally jerked or failed to accelerate sufficiently from a stop. I come from a family that prided itself on owning Chevrolet trucks – trucks that ran for 200K+ miles. That came to an end for me today. I own a 2016 Suburban LT thats used as our primary family vehicle. At just over 64K miles, the car started to show signs of a delayed shifting between P, R, and D. It would hesitate and then jump into gear. The vehicle would also shake when on the highway and shifting between gears. The dealer first suggested re-programming the transmission and a fluid flush at a cost of $700, but the symptoms persisted. Upon further investigation by the transmission technician, I was presented with a price of $7,000 to replace the transmission with a remanufactured one.Visibly frustrated, the dealer suggested that I could approach GM about cost sharing of the repair, but only after performing a tear down of the transmission which was another $1,500. The dealer suggested that they needed to tear down the transmission so that they could identify precisely what went wrong and then report back to GM via a software application (not person to person interaction). Also, how convenient for GM and the dealer to have my vehicle taken apart before presenting me with a cost sharing proposal. GM already knows that the transmission needs to be replaced - and after its replaced, the broken transmission is sent back to GM to be remanufactured and sold to another dissatisfied customer whose transmission has failed because of poor mechanical craftsmanship. After several conversations with GMs Sr. Advisor and a Supervisor, which knew very little about transmissions or repairs in general, I was told that they would not consider any cost sharing until the tear down was performed - and it was my full responsibility to pay the $1,500 for tear down. So, before even knowing the full cost of repairing the vehicle, I need to pay $2,200? GM doesnt need the transmission torn down to address my issue. The Sr. Advisor and Supervisor should have had autonomy to escalate and do what’s right – which is be highly empathetic; own the mechanical flaw in craftsmanship; problem solve with me; and tell me that they’ll pay a certain percentage of the total repair cost to replace the transmission with one that’s been remanufactured. But, they didn’t do that; they didn’t stand by their product or their customer commitment. To me, it’s disgusting to see on GM’s website that they pride themselves on ensuring an exceptional ownership experience”. It’s a poor product and terrible company – that’s why they reduced the power train warranty from 100K in 2015 to 60K in 2016 – and have a class action lawsuit against them on the Yukon XL (not sure why Suburban is not on here, but will investigate). Ford may not be any better, but that’s where I’m headed – and that never would have happened had GM stood by their craftsmanship issue and done everything that they could have to satisfy me as a customer.

I have owned a big variety of vehicles Fords Dodge Volkswagen Etc. My first car was a Chevy 1968 Chevelle Malibu El Camino. Really nice car. Never had any issues with it. Really tough engine. Great transmission. My second one was a 1969 Chevy Impala. Never had any issues. Both of them nice old muscle cars I put together myself. Put a lot of money into it. Was all Chevy parts. You cant go wrong with them. I put a small block 400 in the El Camino and a 350 in the Impala both with Turbo 350 Transmission. I would recommend Chevrolet product to anybody. I really enjoyed both these vehicles that was in my younger years when it was all about speed and looks. Now its more about comfort and safety. Chevrolet has all of that wrapped up in their vehicles now. I would recommend it to anybody.

To start I love Chevrolet. Well I did. I have literally owned 15 Silverados from 73 to my 2019 and by far I am more disappointed in spending 50k on a z71 truck than anyone of my old ones. I drove through 1ft of water and it took out my engine. Some may say its my fault just like the dealer. However if you advertise a truck let alone a 4x4 z71 offroad addition it should be able to handle some water. I have had plenty of my old truck in 3ft of water/mud and kept going like champions. A lifetime of driving chevys and I still just cant believe this. And Im stuck with the bill. Absolutely horse crap. Besides all the recalls that are going on with starts and rear windows leaking.. Chevy needs to start taking pride in their vehicles again.

Have not had a major problem with this truck since I purchased it in 2009. I have a 2009 Chevy Colorado Truck. It runs smooth after 62,000 miles with no tune up. Love the on-star feature... no engine problems, handles very well on the road, feels and sounds like you going 50 miles per hr when you are actually going 70mph even now. Of course I keep the oil change and do regular maintenance on the car. My husband bought this truck new because he wanted something that a female could drive due to its midsize. He died a yr later and I decided to keep the truck and sell my car... Best decision I ever made.

If anyone thinking about buying a Chevy, maybe you should give it a second thought. My radio quit, been trying, for a month, to buy a new one. Now before you get ahead of me you have to know that a radio is no longer just a radio. My radio (Chevy Sonic) makes all the noises for signal lights, seat belt chime, door ajar, oil pressure, overheat, stop engine, keys left in ignition and maybe some stuff I dont know about. You set all the stuff the car does: Rear wiper, lights on when leave and a dozen other stuff. ALL OF THE ABOVE NO LONGER WORKS. 3 years old and I cannot buy a radio, dont have them, farmed out to another company, back ordered for??? Called a US dealer (just across from me). He said last time he ordered one of them took 6 months. Thought I would buy used, cant. They are tied to your VIN number. Oh, and by the way, the price installed (they have to install, gotta use GM computer) has varied from $1300.00 to $617.50. But because I cannot buy one have not spent any money. DOES GM care, nope, they just tell you the dealer (not you of course) must order and wait. IMPRESSIVE HUH!

Fraudulent sales. In late October I purchased a vehicle from Herb Easley Chevrolet in Wichita Falls. I found the car online. I talked to a salesman and we reached a deal. The deal was 3%+ interest, 300+ per month for 60 months. I was out of town. The salesman mailed me the papers to my job site. When I received them, the note was for 72 months. My wife texted the salesman and said that was not what we agreed on. We wasn’t buying the car for 72 months. The salesman stated it was a financial department mistake. When we come to get the car, the papers will be for the 60 months. We show up to sign the papers and get the car. The financial guy had the papers printed out. I looked at them and they were correct and then I signed. They were as stated above for the 60 months. He went to put the papers in a folder and said he was out of folders, for us to go with the salesman and have him show us about the car while he found one. After the salesman showed us the car, another salesman brought us the paperwork in the folder. I never looked at it again. I went to pay it off and the bank said the note was for 72 months. This is what I claim the dealership did. They had the 72 months paperwork, then, they printed another paper with the 60 months as well. They showed me the 60 month one. I did not calculate the 60 month and the payment to see what it totals. The totals were the same on both contracts. Like everyone else, I just paid attention to the monthly payment and amount of payments. Once signed, they shredded the 60 month one and put the 72 month in my folder they had to go look for. This is all possible because they don’t have financial contracts that are put together. They use single page typing paper. I told the dealership I could show her exactly how they did it. She claimed their dealership would not do that. Strange that both employees somehow don’t work their anymore and they are under new management since I was in there. It’s not rare salesman come and go, but the financial guys usually stay a long while. I strongly recommend you not shopping at this dealership and I hope General Motors will investigate as well when I notify them.- [ ]

I bought a brand new 2016 Silverado in 2016 and have put 72000 (highway) miles on it. Took it into my local Chevy dealership because of a transmission shudder and whine right before shifting to the next gear. Torque converter is failing sending metal shavings through my transmission and destroying it. A bill of greater than 5500 for this transmission is absurd but not as crazy as a 3 year old transmission failing. Must be why they lowered the drivetrain warranty from 100k to only 60k. Have been a Chevy guy all my life, now looking into other brands due to their lack of standing behind a crap product.

I purchased a brand new Corvette SR in June of 2019. This is a body style that has been in production for 5 years. In September, my car was hit and required body work including a headlight. I found a body shop at a dealership and confirmed all parts were available for the repair. After confirming this, the car arrived at the shop less than 3 hours later on Oct 3. The service adviser committed completion by Oct 23. I got my car a month later (11/22) due to the headlight availability. All along, NO information was available until about a week prior to completion indicating The order (Headlight) was being processed Whatever that means. Once the headlight did arrive, the car was ready for pickup within two days. When a virtually new car is tied up for a month for something that is totally within Chevrolets control, they need to accept responsibility. Here is where they broke down in this long story. 1) Parts availability information is inaccurate. The parts manager can see inventory available but when he goes to request it, the item is reserved. Visibility of a reserve is a very basic inventory function. 2) Delivery - When a backorder does occur, available to promise showing an anticipated delivery should be the norm rather than leaving a customer guessing. 3) Allocation - They would move parts to build new cars before covering service requirements. Does this make sense? Build a new car knowing full well you cannot keep it roadworthy due to material shortages.4) Customer Service - I called in my complaint on 11/21. I have had multiple contacts since then til now 12/3. Today they called and left no message. Three minutes later I get an email indicating they have been unable to contact me. I called back less than an hour later and left a message. No replay as of this writing. They simply try to wear you down rather than step up and take responsibility for a problem of their creation.I absolutely cannot recommend Chevrolet as a go to source for a luxury or performance vehicle until they are prepared to manage the supply chain better in both supply and information. And provide a customer service department that actually is expected and empowered to do something about these problems.

This is my very first car purchase. A car that I fell in love with and built myself down to the features in this car. Car purchased 8/16/17 drove off the lot with 30mi on it. About a week after having the car it shut off on me and has been happening since. For a brand new car why is it shutting off intermittently? This car has been in and out of the shop since I got it. The dealership Carl Black of Kennesaw finally witnessed it after having my car for about a month in January and replaced the fuse block which they thought was the issue. 2 week after getting my car back it shut off on me again! Brought them the car back the following day for them to keep it for two weeks and put over 1000mi on it. This is beyond ridiculous. Chevy is telling me they cant buy my car back because its under warranty. But dont safety issues qualify my car as a lemon?! If this car dies on me on I-75 and I get into a car accident will GM/Chevrolet really want to deal with this type of lawsuit?

I own a used 2004 Chevy Tracker. Up to now it’s been reliable. The body doesn’t have a spec of rust and the engine and transmission are still running strong. The issue I have is with the integrity of Chevrolet Motors. Recently while driving on the highway my left front wheel became unresponsive and the front end vibrated violently. My mechanic informed me that the front cross member/subframe had rotted out. After doing some research on the internet I discovered this is a known problem and the warranty was extended to 10 years or 150k mile. When I contacted Chevrolet Customer Service to see if they would still honor the recall they refused because it was past the 10 year warranty. This is disturbing because it is a known and documented SAFETY defect. My realization is that Chevrolet still puts economics ahead of the safety of its drivers & passengers. So if you’re an advocate of Chevrolet please check the internet for any recalls or complaints for your vehicle model on a yearly basis because our safety appears not to be Chevrolet Motor’s priority.

Very comfortable car and easily seats five people. Excellent gas usage and uses regular and flex. Comfortable leg room for long distance driving. Like the style and a way of staying in the SUV. I have taken it on a few long trips and was able to keep up with traffic in all conditions in various parts of the u.s. The add works fantastic without the hassle of my old 4wd. I would buy it again.

Until everything started going wrong with this car. When I got the car I was told right away that I need to get the two latest recalls one for the ignition switch and the other one was for the electronic power steering motor -- which was done without delay. One month after this one of my headlights started getting water damage and both of the bulbs stopped working (150$ repair). Right after this my driver side speaker stopped working (which makes the blinker noise - another 150$ repair). The next issue that occurred was my whole power system unit stopped working (not even two months past getting the EPM recall fixed - 1200$ GM only repair) which resulted in them breaking my steering wheel cover (that they werent trying to tell me about or fix). The steering wheel was crooked and didnt drive straight (told the GM dealership and there wasnt anything wrong with it supposedly). Reported this to the appreciate channels -- Chevy shouldnt be able to get away with this kind of malfunction when the problem was identical to the EPM malfunction. Of course, no recall or any form of help came of it. Not even one month later and my gear shifter it almost getting to the point where it wont go into gear (hard almost stuck like feeling to get it into position). Once again GM dealership says that there is nothing wrong with it.Finally weeks after this issue my check engine light is on (yet to be diagnosis), have a feeling Im not going to be happy with whatever is broken this time. I seriously hate this car so much and I have low mileage. My 04 Chevy cavalier (that was burning oil, and ran dry a few times) never gave me any problems and ran like a champ. I seriously hate this Cobalt and the Chevy dealership Ive taken the cobalt to. As soon as I can Im getting rid of this car and never ever going to buy another Chevy (it use to be the only brand Ive ever bought but your newer models are lemons).Chevy found a way to get their newer models to a certain mileage and then one by one everything stops working or malfunctions! Ive never spend so much in one year on car repairs and they call the Cobalts sure money savers and even found a way for local news programs to market them like they are cherry cars. DO NOT BUY A COBALT OR ANY NEWER CHEVY MODEL-- YOURE GOING TO REGRET YOU EVER DID.

Chevy Trax 2017 had problems since I bought it. Dealer management changed during process. Wanted them to take it back and get a different car, but they wouldn’t help me. Car pulls to the right so bad it will pull you off road. The service manager said they fixed it, but it’s worse than it was. Trax not comfy, it’s cheap, seats are foam, doesn’t flatten easy in back. Mpg good, but it’s so bouncy and noisy I can’t drive it far. Do not recommend Freeland Chevy or this car. Been Chevy owner many times - worst experience ever!

In 2015 I bought a brand new Chevy Sonic so that I would not have to put money into a car besides maintenance. Well since the car was under 2 years old I’ve been spending thousands of dollars and 1 part breaks every year for the last 3 years and GM refuses to do anything about it. They told me it’s cover, well the part is covered. Still that’s $55 but the labor is not which is over $400 dollars. I’ve took my car in the shop because it continuously jerks. I spent about $1400 2 shop visit plus a new purge valve which they only charge me for the part because they missed it. (This is also the same valve that has broke for 3 years straight) But they said that’s why the car was still jerking. The valve was missing. But got it home it was doing the same thing but worst so I personally called GM to do something about their brand of car. Do you think they did anything? NO they direct me back to pay another Chevy dealership $160 for another diagnosis. I will never in my life support this business and I will make sure to tell all my family and friends to never buy a Chevy.

My Tahoe LTZ is all and more they said it would be. It is very stylish and beautiful. It has snap when you press on the gas at zero and even snap at 60 miles per hour. There is plenty of room for 6 people but I will say that the 2 sitting in the very back need to be agile or of the younger generation. Overall, I love my Chevy Tahoe LTZ. I would buy another one all over again.

I’ve been a Chevy driver for 20+ years but will never buy another one after the one I have now. I currently have a 2013 Silverado crew cab. Not my first one but over the years that I’ve had it 2 of the handles have come off 2 different doors. I’m single and not many other people get in my truck. I’m not rough on it and it’s frustrating that this has happened twice. It’s right at $200 to have the handles replaced with part and labor. My daughter has a Suburban and 2 different handles have fallen off her vehicle, and my neighbor has a Tahoe and one of her handles fell off also. I thought it was just me but obviously it Chevrolet. Crazy!! I’m 57 and I’ve had a lot of vehicles in my many years of driving and I’ve never had this happen before. As much as these vehicles cost, they are made cheap!! Never again!!!

I sold my Mercedes CLS500 to buy a VOLT, it broke my heart but I found it necessary at that time. And I like the Volt, in sports mode it will outrun anything, the mileage is great, barely needs service, but it has one big downside - propulsion problems. At any given time theres a good chance your Volts little gas engine will start howling up like crazy, you will drive max 20 mph and sit (roll) and wait until the car gets over his propulsion power reduced moment... what can be very inconvenient if not dangerous on a freeway or driving up a hill. You might give it to your dealer for software updates, as this is the only service this car needs :) But the problem will come back. Also the initial 45 miles on a battery will get less and less, mine is currently 27. How much that all annoyed me? I bought my Mercedes CLS back and now we have 2 cars that could not be any more different form each other. Guess which one I drive most....

The 2018 Chevrolet Trax is a small SUV base model, thats missing a lot of bells and whistles. Found out the hard way after taking a road trip, there is no cruise control. No center console; no passenger armrest; no camera alarm when backing the vehicle up; one of the USB ports stopped working after 1 mo; feels like the AWD kicks in when it should not. Had an issue with the wifi after the trial period, reported to OnStar however, OnStar didnt tell us they fixed the wifi issue.

Bought a brand new 2018 1.5L Malibu with 2 miles on it, have had extreme acceleration problems off and on everyday. It will have no power and sit at 3400 rpms even when the pedal is at WOT. Dealer cant duplicate the problem so were stuck with it... Monitoring it thru the OBDII port I can see that there is little to no boost PSI on the turbo during acceleration when Im having this issue. No check engine lights on at all and we now have 1700 miles on it and it hasnt stopped giving us issues.

My Chevy Astro was a customized conversion van that I wanted to be able to use if and when I went weekend camping. It was perfect van for myself and my children. It was easy to clean, especially since it had its own built in dust buster that you plugged into in the back and could just run off the regular car battery. The van had a TV in the back with ear phones, a separate radio/cassette tape player with & w/out headphones, first aid kit, Kleenex box, cooler, bed in back that went down with the push of a button, fancy lighting in back, shades that pulled down in the back & sides & had the high top. Its just that the tires were an odd size that always needed special ordering so they were always more expensive. Also, I would have liked better gas mileage. The Astro wasnt a very comfortable traveling van for long trips but it was comfortable and roomy for everything. Wish I hadnt sold it.

The Chevy Sonic LTZ Turbo 2015 gets great gas mileage. Its reliable, its small and in the backseat area it has a video player in radio. It also has bluetooth radio connections. I have had a few repairs but nothing major. Though I would like it to have more radio features, more room, dual AC and sunroof. They could also make OnStar GPS bigger when doing directions, make it easier to play videos on the TV, have a CD player loader, horn, armrest on passenger side and cup holders in back air vents in back. But other than those, I like the OnStar and XM radio. I also like that its a hatchback, has touchscreen radio, Pandora and USB port. It is easy to use radio and app for car information on gas mileage, oil mileage, turn car on and off and tire pressure diagnostics.

A complete waste of money for the purchase of this vehicle. I bought this new in August 2013 and every year since I have had it, separately from routine maintenance or normal wear and tear, I have had it in the garage to have some part replaced and whenever I have called General Motors or the dealership it is always the same response, Oh that is not covered under warranty, so basically NOTHING on their vehicle is ACTUALLY covered under warranty. Their bumper to bumper which is only 3 years or 36,000 miles whichever comes first is a JOKE!!They have used poor lousy parts in their vehicles and they are fully aware of it so they sit in their BOARDROOM and put their hands in the air because they just dont care but until they finally OWN up to the problem they have lost my BUSINESS!!! This business acquired a government bailout during the Bush administration and they DO NOTHING to assist their CONSUMERS!! I will never again purchase a Chevrolet/GM vehicle, this car has been nothing but a pain in my pocket!!

Im really pleased with my Equinox. Drives GREAT. Good gas mileage. Zero things to dislike about the car. Buying it, and dealing with Chevrolet has not been satisfactory. Problem 1: Chevrolet wants to sell On-Star. Fine. I dont want it. Eventually, On-Star called me one day when I started the car. I couldt shut it off. Chevy was broadcasting an add into my car, without my consent. I was so mad. They got me to press the button. I tried to be nice to the operator. But, told them no, and dont do that again. And, yes, someone can contact me about this. No one every has done so. Bottom line: Chevy could not PAY ME to own On-Star. (Ive designed electronics for 40 years. I bet I can disconnect the antenna).Problem 2: I love the multi-media center. But occasionally, they lock it up with a text message. It is a warning that I should not look at the screen while driving. And, I must acknowledge by pressing OK to release the screen. How hypocritical that I should read, and acknowledge a long text before the screen functions. I would like to punch the attorney whose idea this is in the nose, and then in the groin (hypothetically, of course). That is a piece of software that is broken!

Re: Chevy Trax. The first year this model came out, it had a few glitches, but still was fun to drive, easy to park, not too bad on gas mileage and had enough space for a small SUV. Having had a decent experience with my first Trax, I opted to re-lease again. The newer Trax still has a few glitches and not too many upgrades. Still, its a good, solid, dependable little vehicle. In my opinion, the price could be lower since there arent too many extras included, just enough to not think youre driving a low-end vehicle. All in all, I like my Trax, and will continue to lease them in the future.

I’m a retired senior widow. In August 2019 I gave up my Chrysler in favour of what I thought would be an economical Chevy. I bought a new Spark. I knew within the first week that I didn’t like it. When I stepped on the gas it hesitated. The service manager told me that that is normal for the Spark. Now, January, the car is plugged in. I drive it every second day to go shopping etc. One Monday morning the car wouldn’t start. On the third Roadside Assistance call I had the car towed back to the dealership. They checked everything and told me the battery was dead and I needed a new one. I asked how that was even possible with a new car. They advised me that if I wanted the battery to stay charged I would have to drive it about an hour every second day. I’m retired! I don’t need to drive an hour anywhere! So much for economical. So they didn’t have the required battery. They ordered one from the USA which got sent to Toronto instead of Winnipeg, or so they told me. By day ten they were telling me that they couldn’t track the battery so they really had no idea where it was. Still waiting! To summarize: I would not, nor would I recommend that anyone buy a Chevy Spark. Perhaps not even a Chevy of any kind.
