For the most part its been a good car but we have had some issues. There have been some issues with the engine and with the a/c which I was not happy about at all. You shouldnt have problems like that with a new car. However, other than those it has been a good car, good price, and good gas mileage.
2011 Chevy Aveo - This car has been nothing but trouble and a headache!! Ive had to constantly get this car repaired! I got this car in 2014, with 35,000 miles. Its now July 2017, 76,000 miles and Ive had so many misfires, have to change the thermostat, alternator, spark plugs constantly, head gasket, fuses, hoses, and I am still making payments on this car. Chevy isnt any help!!! Im at the point I want to upside down it and I just started building my credit, so this sucks! Dont buy or finance this car, big mistake!!! CHEVY IS HORRIBLE!!!
I’m a retired senior widow. In August 2019 I gave up my Chrysler in favour of what I thought would be an economical Chevy. I bought a new Spark. I knew within the first week that I didn’t like it. When I stepped on the gas it hesitated. The service manager told me that that is normal for the Spark. Now, January, the car is plugged in. I drive it every second day to go shopping etc. One Monday morning the car wouldn’t start. On the third Roadside Assistance call I had the car towed back to the dealership. They checked everything and told me the battery was dead and I needed a new one. I asked how that was even possible with a new car. They advised me that if I wanted the battery to stay charged I would have to drive it about an hour every second day. I’m retired! I don’t need to drive an hour anywhere! So much for economical. So they didn’t have the required battery. They ordered one from the USA which got sent to Toronto instead of Winnipeg, or so they told me. By day ten they were telling me that they couldn’t track the battery so they really had no idea where it was. Still waiting! To summarize: I would not, nor would I recommend that anyone buy a Chevy Spark. Perhaps not even a Chevy of any kind.
I loved the style of the car. The Chevrolet Cavalier was an older car, but it was a great little car. It got great gas mileage, Air conditioning and FM Radio and it was just the right size car for me. It looked like a sports car, but with a 4 cylinder engine, and had all the features that I needed in a car. It had a roomy trunk for groceries and enough room in the back seat but I would have liked to have a little more room in there for the passengers.
My Dad worked for GM for over 30 plus years on the line and other departments in the Ohio plant so with total shock pulling into his retirement home in FL 2 yrs ago. We see a Hyundai SUV parked in the driveway. After 10 mins of dogging him out about it. His came back with what most of you suspect. With demand for trucks and SUVs rising year after year GM has gone to cheaper parts in drive train and once damn good engines 200k without a problem. At the same time prices keep going up for some plastic bling that hides the crap underneath. I myself have been a chevy guy for over 40 yrs and many good cars and truck over the years... But no longer!!! Next truck end of this year will be a Tundra Ford and Dodge have problems of their own. For what is worth the Hyundai now has over 100k with zero problems in FL heat and traffic... Would I buy one? NO...Well maybe the genesis v8 425hp.
I own a 15 Chevy Colorado and I love this truck! It’s comfortable and is like a big truck without the added expense. It has been extremely reliable! It actually exceeded our expectations. Absolutely no complaints.
Way to go Chevy for making sure your pockets stay padded while the rest of us have a car that’s spent more money fixing it than what they paid for it! I am up to almost $2500 in repair costs and have been without a car for 6 months. I have replaced the ENTIRE PCV system. The water pump, the terminal block fuse, the starter, engine oil cooler, sensors etc has been replaced and some have been replaced numerous times. It’s horrible how this is clearly a problem from the factory and a poorly designed system but yet Chevy has no fix, swears there’s nothing wrong, will not issue a recall, and are allowed to get away with it. Don’t get me wrong because I always have and always will drive their vehicles and I’ve had no problems to date with any of the others I’ve owned. But this one sure has left a bad taste in my mouth and highly disappointed that they don’t care about our/my loyalty to their line. I loved the car except for all the issues. Once I get it back I have no choice but to try and get rid of it before the next 50,000 miles since that’s the average they last until the PCV system starts to fail again.
In February 2017 I purchased a 2016 Chevrolet Tahoe with 26 miles, brand new. When it hit 2000 miles, the Tahoe stopped by itself, took it to the dealership, found nothing. Second time at 3300 again it stopped, stalled, took it again, found nothing. Third time 4500, took it in, replaced negative battery cable. Fourth time 5357, took it in, replaced fuse box. Really. Unbelievable. Frustrated, not confident in vehicle, safety issue. What to do, suggestions. Anyone.
My Chevy Colorado had been totaled for a vehicle fire, truck almost killed me. There was no apparent reason why it happened, so most likely a product defect. There is a recall on 2018 Chevy Colorados, a fuel pump failure, which increases the cause of fire in fuel line. According to the fire report from the fire department, the cause of fire was fuel tank/fuel line. Apparently my Colorado was not part of this recall but maybe should have been based on what happened. To be sure, I wanted GM to investigate their vehicle, seeing as how it was less than 2 years old, bought brand new off the lot, only 17k miles. They stated that because my insurance company has it, that they will not look at it. My insurance company is fully willing to let them investigate it, but that means nothing to them. They stated that I would have had to call them before my insurance company in order for them to investigate and have a claim open. To me this is less about the claim and more about the fact that the vehicle caught fire while I was driving, no apparent reason why. It also feels like they are 2 separate issues. This is a safety issue that they need to address, and their only response is well log the issue. My insurance company hasnt been much help either. If GM is producing Trucks that are a hazard on the road, they need to do something about it rather than log the issue. No further efforts have been made on their part to help me, I have not been treated like a loyal customer but rather a nuisance and just a number. Worst customer experience ever.
I would purchase the 2012 Chevrolet HHR LT again but they no longer make this model. Midsize SUV with a lot of room in the back. I have almost 89k miles and not one ounce of trouble. Very comfortable car and easily seats five people. Excellent gas usage and uses regular and flex. Comfortable leg room for long distance driving. Like the style and a way of staying in the SUV. Also had an Explorer Sport at the same time, but chose to use this most often. Tried Kia Soul, Ford Escape, Jeep and Chrysler Sebring. I was amazed at the power this Chevrolets 4 cylinder car had and its ease of getting in and out. I would have preferred the gas tank be on the drivers side though and the rear window wiper control higher up on the dash, although I didnt use it often.
I love my Chevy Silverado 4x4 truck. I am a realtor and it is so comfortable when I go to show houses. Does not matter if I am driving in the city or highway, no more back pain at all. This full-size truck has spacious interior and exterior and strong V8 engines. I think the Silverado has a nicer interior and it also rates slightly better for reliability than other trucks. It is very quiet and rides great. Nice tight ride and handling. The biggest change for me is the mileage. Real-world driving city and highway on the very first tank 17.5 mpg. The best so far was 21.8! I will never look at another truck again, I am a Chevy girl for life!!!!
This is probably a fine car for short trips in climates that dont get snow. Terrible Denver, Colorado. No wiper on back window. No weather protection for charging port. Drivers entry is difficult. Suspension has limited height range. Radio controls not intuitive. Mileage is only 38 mph after the gasoline motor kicks in at 35 miles.
Bought a 3500 diesel. Was told motor and tranny would last forever, after 3000 miles brakes wore out on a Saturday. Replaced brakes and rotors with aftermarket on Saturday night so I had a vehicle for the weekend, went to dealer on Monday morning and was told brakes were not warrantied, Brakes should last longer than 3000 miles so there was obviously something wrong. Was told to get the ** out and to go to the dealer where the vehicle was purchased. Went to original dealer and was told nothing was wrong. At 40000 miles motor started to knock. Was told it was a sensor. Replaced sensor. Still same knock. They finally take my truck in and admit the motor was bad. Gave me a loaner for a month then called to tell me they needed their loaner back because it was sold as I was rudely yelled at by general manager and was told that loaners were for a few days not for a month. They did not have a loaner to replace it so Chevy corporate told me they would send me a refund if I had rented a truck. Needless to say they took 3 months to fix my truck and after six months and numerous phone calls still have not received any money from them. Was a dedicated chevy truck guy until this whole fiasco. Never again. Truck is a complete junior $65000.
Own the Chevy Bolt for less than 6 months. Hatch window shattered for not apparent reason. Turning in an intersection, so no other vehicle passing. I took the car back to Jenner Chevrolet in Victoria, BC thinking this was a faulty window. I was informed they will not replace it even though there is no evidence of impact or damage to the window to warrant the window to shatter. The Jenners repair and parts manager told me the side and back windows are designed to shatter with any impact for safety reasons! He then proceeded to inform me that a small sliver of porcelain dropping on the window could cause it to shatter. He refused to contact Chevrolet to enquire if this will be covered, or report the incident. Told me that would be up to me to report this. So I am assume if this is how Chevy designs their windows to shatter with minimal impact, I dont think I would feel safe placing a toddler in the car in case they decided to tap on the windows and have it shatter in their hand. Initially I was accepting of the poor ride and comfort of the Bolt (poor suspension and uncomfortable seats), but I dont think I would recommend this vehicle to my friends or family. I was initially going to purchase a Nissan Leaf as friends has been pleased with their Leaf and has never had any issue with the Nissan dealership in Victoria, BC.
The Chevy Sonic LTZ Turbo 2015 gets great gas mileage. Its reliable, its small and in the backseat area it has a video player in radio. It also has bluetooth radio connections. I have had a few repairs but nothing major. Though I would like it to have more radio features, more room, dual AC and sunroof. They could also make OnStar GPS bigger when doing directions, make it easier to play videos on the TV, have a CD player loader, horn, armrest on passenger side and cup holders in back air vents in back. But other than those, I like the OnStar and XM radio. I also like that its a hatchback, has touchscreen radio, Pandora and USB port. It is easy to use radio and app for car information on gas mileage, oil mileage, turn car on and off and tire pressure diagnostics.
I like that my Chevrolet is a pickup truck. It was an affordable price, an individual sale, and what was needed for our home. Its a full size truck that we are able to haul the materials we need for home repairs, to use for work, and it also has the full back seat and third door so we can take the grandchildren to the park or out to eat. A good benefit when you only have one vehicle to use in your home. I wish it has a fourth door for when you are in a hurry, like when it might be raining and you need to get the children in the house quickly and they are trying to get out at the same time or when you have groceries that need to be brought in then and cant wait. And also, have a little more leg room. Other than that, its a good vehicle that serves me well
I find my Camaro SS to be a very fun and enjoyable car to drive. Sounds and handles excellent. Im a little upset that my HUD is no longer working and is not covered under my extended warranty. I am very happy with the car. Not happy with the service department of the closest dealership where I like to get the car serviced. Chevy did an awesome job with the Camaro, the seats are comfortable, its easy to get in and out of, like my bigger cars, trunk is a great size, even with the top down. Its all around a great car!
For a 2019 Camaro rs. 1 drl is out. Chevy needs to replace the full light. $1800.00 for a light. American. Foreign here I come. I see why they are not selling. Gouging for a light. Its a safety device.
I have a love fair with the Chevrolet for years because of the style of the vehicles they come out with every year. I have owned 7 different Chevrolet vehicles since I started buying vehicles. The vehicles handle very and they are comfortable and the interior is just beautiful in them.
The truck is full of problem. I bought my truck with few miles. The transmission went off at 80,000 miles. The radio stop working, black screen, no sound. The door locks stop working, not able to use the remote to lock or unlock the doors. Very frustrated experience.
One owner, one person, great little car for road trips or bobbing around in the city, cheap on gas whether in the city or on road. The most people I would take in a car this size would be 2 people. Great for someone going to college for touring around. I have owned a 1979 Chevette and all I can say is it was the best car I have ever own.
My experience with Rick Hendrick Chevrolet could care less in repairing your car, made errors and cover up. Because of our posting of poor service they now refuse to service the car. Want return calls. GM seem not to help.
My Chevrolet is pretty good except I needed a new engine so the car kept breaking down on me and this was only a year in. Luckily I had a warranty on it so I was covered. Otherwise that would have been really bad. I wish the gas was a little better and that it didnt sound like a go cart. I also wish my windows worked better and had the GPS in it. We were going to get those factory installed but then that didnt work. I chose this car model because I was between this and the GMC Terrain. However the GMC Terrain was the first year it was out, I read online you should never buy a car the first year its out.
I bought a 2017 Chevy Colorado. I took it in for an oil change and rotation of tires. After I got the call that my vehicle was ready, I picked it up and was heading towards Ocala Florida and notice that my vehicle was rattling and swearing to the right. My wife told me move over to the right to take a look at why it was making such a rattling noise. She told me it sounds like you have a bad tire. I went to the medium and parked and took a look at the tires. The nuts and bolts were completely loose on all four tires. I was able to actually remove them with my hands. I called Ferman Chevrolet customer service and told them what happened and they wanted me to bring the vehicle back to them. I brought it back to them the following day because the car was not running right. The transmission seem to be making a noise and not changing shift. I took it to the dealership and they had to replace 3 of my tires and rims because they were damage from the time when I took it on the highway and the nuts and bolts were not tighten. They also flushed my transmission 3 times, because they noticed that there was a problem with my transmission. They told me that they had resolved the issue so I took my truck home. A few days later I started to notice that I was still having those transmission issues where it wasnt changing gears. I called GMC and filed a complaint against Ferman Chevrolet. They had me take my truck to another dealership to confirm the issues that I was having. The other dealership stated that it appear that it was a factory defect with the transmission. They claimed that they fix my issue. In 2 weeks later I was having the same problem. I called GMC and this time they didnt want to talk to me. I could not get anybody to help me with my truck that I had only had for 5 months. I did not have a choice because they werent willing to help me so I had to take a loss on the truck and trade it in for a Toyota Tacoma. I swore that I would never buy a GMC vehicle again. Be aware that this happened to me in a truck that was only 5 months old and had less than 5000 miles.
My husband and I purchased this vehicle after a car accident totalled our other one. Bought this car used and began noticing issues. We have had to replace the torque sensor which was $600 alone. Many Chevy vehicles were recalled for this issue. Today I get a letter in the mail telling me that the side impact airbag was recalled. But heres the catch, they will only replace it free of charge if its under 150,000 miles. The vehicle was over that when we bought the car! Airbag light has been on for some time now... I tried calling Chevy customer service and got nowhere. They asked me repeatedly what the letter said. So after reading it to them 4 times and being told there was no issue, yet Im holding the letter in my hands that I just opened. I hung up. This by far has been my worst car owning experience ever! I feel that there should be something in place for people that are buying these cars used, my safety is just as important as that of someone purchasing a brand new Chevy vehicle!
I have had several sub-compact SUVs and the Trax is one of the better ones. It has a good ride, handles well, and has enough of power. Good full mileage for an AWD vehicle. Price is in the ballpark with the competition. I would recommend this vehicle to anyone in the market for a sub-compact AWD.
The Chevrolet HHR was an OK summer car and its cute. Bought it brand new and it had thousand miles on it and the engine doing nothing but problems with our body. Ive never buy a Chevrolet ever again and I would not recommend it to any other person that Im post to friends or family. It was complete garbage. I would definitely improve the motor aspects of the car itself in the whole body. It was very weak and needed much replacements during the time Ive had it. But other than that, the seats are comfortable and clean. The radio was nice and I love the bass and the option to change the sound for each song if needed.
Chevy first car in 1963. Drove 1957 Chevy. Had a 1958 bel air. Had a 1972 impala. Always liked General Motors. Got a 1969 Camero after getting out of the Air Force in 1972. Never had any major break downs of any cars except accidents.
It gets me where I need to go, no matter what the weather. It goes in summer and winter with no problems. When a Dodge truck got stuck in the driveway in winter my husband use the Chevrolet to push it out. Even though it sat for a long time before being bought it needed very little done to it. It has always been dependable.
A complete waste of money for the purchase of this vehicle. I bought this new in August 2013 and every year since I have had it, separately from routine maintenance or normal wear and tear, I have had it in the garage to have some part replaced and whenever I have called General Motors or the dealership it is always the same response, Oh that is not covered under warranty, so basically NOTHING on their vehicle is ACTUALLY covered under warranty. Their bumper to bumper which is only 3 years or 36,000 miles whichever comes first is a JOKE!!They have used poor lousy parts in their vehicles and they are fully aware of it so they sit in their BOARDROOM and put their hands in the air because they just dont care but until they finally OWN up to the problem they have lost my BUSINESS!!! This business acquired a government bailout during the Bush administration and they DO NOTHING to assist their CONSUMERS!! I will never again purchase a Chevrolet/GM vehicle, this car has been nothing but a pain in my pocket!!
Love that car...very safe and save lot on gas for long trip. Enjoyable listening to loud music that I can hook up my iPhone to the car that include USB plug. Just wonderful and comfortable car. Have been great and havent any complaint from my family about the car we own. Itve been a year that we own that car. Im so blessed to own that Chevrolet Cruze!
I purchased a New Chevrolet Tahoe 2018 White Pearl and on the second day noticed a ZIT under the paint and looked around and saw hair fibers and sand under the white paint. I took to the Dealership and they sent to an Autobody Shop and it came back with a different shade darker, not happy with the result and sent to another Autobody shop in Clovis California and it came out ok. There were more fibers and fisheyes noticed and sent back again. This time it was totally torn apart and my vehicle was in there for 11 days. Spent 55k on a new Chevrolet Tahoe and this is what I am dealing with. I noticed more fibers in the paint and need to take back. Really looking to take them to court, because Chevrolet is not doing anything to remedy or compensate me for the issue I am dealing with. Purchased at Keller Auto in Hanford California.
I truly enjoy my Chevy sportscar. Maintenance is key to keeping vehicles in working order and I keep to maintenance schedule. Because my car requires OEM parts, I work closely with Service Writers at the Dealership Service Centers. I am not a fan of paying for diagnostics more than once for any issue, although the dealer will attempt to charge me repeated diagnostic fees. Last time I took my car to the dealership for an oil change, the salesman made an offer to buy my car on the spot. It was a very uncomfortable situation because he would not take no for an answer.
My Chevy Cavalier ran for fifteen years, it was a 1990 and a beautiful red. It was the best car I ever own, I have had many Chevys, that was my main car. Such a reliable car, and the many features, was so wonderful. I love my car, it never let me down, it perform excellent in all kind of weather. My cost was 7499, in 1991 well worth as penny.
While my Tahoe was a little pricey, I absolutely love it! I have owned Chevys most of my life; Camaros, Z-28s, Chevelle Malibu, Impala. Prior to buying my Tahoe, I had a couple of non Chevy automobiles. However, my favorite T.V. show is Criminal Minds, and I wanted a car just like the ones they drove. I kept my eye out for a good deal on a Tahoe, so I could own my dream car, and, finally saw it as I passed by a Chevy dealership. I popped into the lot, test drove it and thats all she wrote. I trust Chevys, so there was no research needing to be done! It has so many features, that even today, I still find things extras on this car that I didnt know I had. I feel very safe and secure driving it!
My Chevrolet Metro has 13 inch tires so for street use only. Good gas mileage. Only 3 cylinders, so not a lot of power. Definitely a smaller vehicle, and so I try to stay off the highway. It has 4 door, comfortable seating. Easy to drive in the city and okay first car. Experts recommended the vehicle and this model has good customer ratings but it was a mistake purchase, should have purchased a different vehicle... Replacement parts are expensive though and its not the safest of vehicles if in an accident.
Satisfied with overall performance of the Impala. Solid car. We have not had any issues with it at all. I cannot think of anything negative to say about it. Would I buy it again? Of course. Maybe a little better gas mileage would be nice.
No vehicle is completely wonderful. But with the stop and go torture mine goes through it is real good. My Venture has tons of space for all my crafting supplies and even though it is 15 years old it gets at 20 miles per gallon and has good get up and go! Nice quiet, smooth ride and handles well in lousy weather.
Lies! Do not let them pull your credit! The General Manager Chevrolet Jim ** on the River in Tulsa, informed me that they work with all types of credit and that he was certain with a my 560 credit score he could get me in a car. He lied, the car lot stated I needed a co-signer and would have to trade in my current vehicle on top of that. That’s with $2,000 down all for an $18,000 vehicle. Also when the pulled my credit, as to what they called as a “soft hit” turned into 5 inquiries all from my application with them. I would not only NOT recommend them, I will advocate against any potential buyers from even contacting them.
I’ve been a Chevy driver for 20+ years but will never buy another one after the one I have now. I currently have a 2013 Silverado crew cab. Not my first one but over the years that I’ve had it 2 of the handles have come off 2 different doors. I’m single and not many other people get in my truck. I’m not rough on it and it’s frustrating that this has happened twice. It’s right at $200 to have the handles replaced with part and labor. My daughter has a Suburban and 2 different handles have fallen off her vehicle, and my neighbor has a Tahoe and one of her handles fell off also. I thought it was just me but obviously it Chevrolet. Crazy!! I’m 57 and I’ve had a lot of vehicles in my many years of driving and I’ve never had this happen before. As much as these vehicles cost, they are made cheap!! Never again!!!
I purchased my 2014 Chevrolet Equinox used and havent had any problems. I get regular oil changes and service checks to prevent unexpected issues. Winter driving is great. Handle and wheel control is outstanding. I went for service recently and a salesman tried to convince me to trade it for a newer model.
I purchased the 2019 Chevy Silverado Custom 4 door crew cab about 1 month ago. After seeing several of the other models and comparing the Trail Boss, the LTZ and others I went for what I thought was 1 grade below but, still above the work truck. The vehicle I wanted was being used by the dealers fleet dept. After taking a quick peak of the outside they took the truck to clean while I went to close the deal. After a few days of driving I realized the center console did not even offer storage. The truck drives heavy and lacks some of the great features my base 2015 Ram truck offered. Last week I jumped in my friends 2018 Ford F-150 work truck and it blew my 1500 custom out of the water with features on the steering wheel and stereo that come standard. Chevy is nickel and diming their customers. I will never buy one again and can not wait to get rid of it!
Shortly after I got the car the brake booster went out. They supposedly fixed it. I am still having problems with it. Took it back to have it looked at again and they said there was nothing wrong with it. Im still experiencing problems with the same brake booster and I dont know what to do. They say theres nothing wrong with it but obviously there is. Sorry but there is nothing good to say about this car!
My experience driving the car was awesome. The car met every expectation. I would recommend the equinox for a family just starting out or who have two kids. Great road trip car. Very smooth ride.
I would not recommend this company. All the GM support advisors do is schedule appointments, they dont care about your concern, nor do they care to get to the bottom of the actual problem. Ive had my 2019 Chevrolet Bolt EV for a year and a half now and Have had lots of electronics problems. They tell me they cant use a video to fix the issue that if its not malfunctioning at the time when its at the dealer, they wont fix it. Of course the car comes out of its bumper to bumper warranty by mileage and the entire infotainment fails and the other issues Ive complained about will finally get fixed at my extended warrantys expense and my $100 deductible. I call to speak with a senior advisor, they dont call back, they dont call when you tell them to call and will do what they want, when they want. This is the worst car company Ive ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Ive had Hondas, Fords, VWs and Chevy and Chevy has been the worst ownership experience ever.
We purchased a brand new Chevrolet Tahoe from Koon’s Chevrolet of White Marsh, MD in 2018. It now has 31,000 miles on it. We drove an hour to this dealership multiple times even though we could’ve bought 1 closer to home because we had loyalty to the sales person who spent all of the time with us. There was nothing better about the price etc. With owning our own business we understand the importance of time & commission. As of June 30th, it had 3 issues: 1. Air conditioner was not working. 2. Thump sound coming from under drivers side area when driving3. Peeling paint on an area where bumper meets side panelWe drove it out of town for the 4th of July holiday & the AC wasn’t working. I called & scheduled service on July 5 for a July 8 appointment. I explained to guy in service what the issues were & that I had tried to take it for the paint to another dealership closer to home & they advised that I would need to go to a dealership with a body shop & that Koons had 1 since that is where I had bought the car so when I made the appointment I notified of them of all of this & requested a loaner car since it would probably be a couple of day fix if it was paint related. They said OK & transferred me to the call center to make the appointment. I mentioned many times that I expected these things to be covered under warranty. At no time did anybody say they wouldn’t be or that my car was out of warranty. My husband takes the morning away from our business to drive the car an hour away for the services. Upon arrival at Koons, without even trying to be helpful or offering other avenues the service advisor (Charlie) was immediately snarky & couldn’t wait to tell my husband that the car was out of warranty & we would have to pay for the loaner & diagnostic fee & that any repair would be out of pocket because we were 11 days out of warranty even though mileage was low. When I made the appointment we were 3 business days out of warranty. This immediately upset us. My husband said, Isn’t there anything you can do? And the advisor said, No you’ve never even used us before why would I help you. Which actually is inaccurate. Koons repaired things on our car & did an oil change or two. However a car with 31,000 miles shouldn’t need many services so of course we hadn’t used you for anything else why would we. So here we are the first time we really need assistance after buying a very expensive car from Koons & we are treated this way. We own a business that deals with warranties and manufacturers nonstop. We have to service & warranty units that we did not install. We’ve made exceptions for customers. We always go above & beyond. We have a 5 star rating. Chevy does the same. Nobody even ever offered to try & help us or call GM or anything. As a Cadillac owner I know the lengths that my local dealership has went through for me even though I did not buy the car through them. So I told my husband to ask for the manager & try to get the same level of service that we’ve had with our prior vehicle through Cadillac. While he did that I called Chevy. I spoke with a great advisor & received a case ID & filed my complaint. I got everything taken care of on the phone with somebody that we had not spent a dollar with. That’s customer service.Meanwhile my husband is wasting time debating the level of customer service we deserve with your manager (Dan) after having quite the discussion with your advisor. The advisor was arrogant & unhelpful. The manager wasn’t very helpful either but at least he wasn’t that arrogant & rude. My husband drove the car back to our local dealer who picked up the case & fixed everything & helped us get it covered. Yes the dealership that we did not give the business of a car sale to was the one that ended up helping us so guess who gets our business going forward. Jeff D’Ambrosio that’s who. Koons dealership isn’t even a 1 on the scale, it’s -5. Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever had from a car dealer or mechanic shop anywhere.
I was ripped off. On several occasions I was told I needed work done and I asked isnt that covered under my warranty and was told no each time. A year later, a 5th time in was told the same thing, I found out all the work was covered under my warranty. I had to fight to get my money back and they did nothing extra for me for what they put me through.
It is a hatchback. Easy access to loading things. Popular model, silver color. Comfortable to sit in. Space for 4 adults. Back seat lets down for more cargo space. Has received great reviews and rewards. Great gas mileage, looks great and very stylish. Low cost too. Got good deal on payments. Easy to park and get out of tight places. I have greatly enjoyed owning and driving this car. But it has too much technology stuff in it that I do not use.
I love the Chevy truck me and my boyfriend have. Its safe overall and hasnt really had any major problems. The truck is easy to keep clean and havent really had problems with it. We like the heated seats, how it looked. How it drove and Ive always loved Chevys and will probably always buy them. The fact how safe it is and that it will be a great family truck and we will be able to give it to our daughter one day. However, I dont like how much parts cost to fix it but other than that my whole family loves it. We bought the truck lifted, so the tires and most everything else cost a lot to fix or replace but it still doesnt ruin the truck for me. I would totally recommend this truck to anyone or my family. Its going to be a great family truck when our little one comes in June.
I purchased the Malibu brand new with 52 miles in March 2016. The first 6 months was good. The gas mileage did not meet what was specified but it wasnt bad. Towards the end of the year my car wouldnt start after stopping at a local grocery store. I had to wait till 2 hours later for it to mysteriously cut back on. Once it did the air was stuck on high and the radio wouldnt come on. Took it the following Monday to the dealership that determined the computer needed a reboot. Everything was fine for a few more months then the car cut off again. This time the dealership could not find anything. The car continued to cut off randomly at times while driving. Each time two different Chevrolet dealerships could not find the problem or cause. I am concerned for my safety as this occurs while driving. This makes me rethink and question the brand Chevrolet.
We have purchased Chevy vehicles for at least 10 years. We have never had a complaint about any of our vehicles. The new innovations from the power plant, to the look and style of the vehicles has always been an eye catcher. We look forward to our next vehicle and the way things are looking by the time we are ready they will be flying Chevys.
This is my very first car purchase. A car that I fell in love with and built myself down to the features in this car. Car purchased 8/16/17 drove off the lot with 30mi on it. About a week after having the car it shut off on me and has been happening since. For a brand new car why is it shutting off intermittently? This car has been in and out of the shop since I got it. The dealership Carl Black of Kennesaw finally witnessed it after having my car for about a month in January and replaced the fuse block which they thought was the issue. 2 week after getting my car back it shut off on me again! Brought them the car back the following day for them to keep it for two weeks and put over 1000mi on it. This is beyond ridiculous. Chevy is telling me they cant buy my car back because its under warranty. But dont safety issues qualify my car as a lemon?! If this car dies on me on I-75 and I get into a car accident will GM/Chevrolet really want to deal with this type of lawsuit?
I got this car from my mother who passed away and it has been awesome. I will never get rid of it even if it stops running. It was my moms. Some things mean more than anything. I feel she is watching over me when I drive this car.
The biggest issue with this service department was the time it took for an oil change and tire rotation, 5 HOURS, but I have listed all the details below. Pros: - Service was completed- Service consultant was pleasant Cons:- Timing. It took this service department from 10:15 am to 3:15 pm, 5 HOURS, to complete an oil change and tire rotation. I scheduled my appointment online and was told when I arrived that it might take up to 3.5 hours. I was not happy but needed the oil change today and assumed it might include something like a basic exterior wash for the time. At the 4-hour mark, I called the service department to get an update. After a few moments of not being able to find my car, I was told to give them another 1.5 hours to complete the service. - Price. When scheduling my appointment online, the dealership was offering a coupon for $29.95 + tax. The only fine print, directly from the coupon, was, “Tire balancing, tax, and more than 6 quarts of oil extra.”. Since I did not see a line item for tire balancing or more than 6 quarts of oil, I asked why I was being charged $12.89 more than the coupon, before tax. I was told that prices have gone up and they could not honor the coupon price. If that is the case, the coupon needs to be removed from the website. - “Shuttle”. I advised the service department I would be waiting there for my car. It was at that point they offered a shuttle, via Lyft, within 10 miles of the dealership. I opted to take them up on the offer, but just across the highway to the mall. At 4.5 hours, I ended up walking back to the dealership since my phone was about to die so there was no way I would be able to coordinate the shuttle back between the dealership and Lyft. At the time of payment, I see a charge for, “Incidental Reimbursement” in the amount of $5.67. I can only assume this was for the “shuttle service” they would take care of within 10 miles. - Lack of attention to detail. When I received the bill, I noticed a charge of just over $22 for 2 bolts. I knew I would have to pay for the bolts but remembered the conversation advising it would be around $4 and change, per bolt. I had to ask why the charge was so high before they even noticed it. Lastly, upon getting in my car, I noticed in the 5 hours they had the vehicle, no one could be bothered to reset the oil life indicator.
I am writing to complain about my Chevy Cruze 2016 Limited Lt. I have nothing but problems with this turbo. The fan sounds like the car is going to take off. This happens when you run the air conditioner. The car surges and the car goes through a stage where it takes a minute to reset. The turbo has acceleration issues where it will be running OK then slow down to barely doing the speed limit. I have had it in the dealership 3 times. They always tell me everything is OK to have it back and it is doing the same thing all over again. I dont want a car with a turbo anymore. Too many problems. I feel that I cant get the answers Im looking for. If I contact the dealership they will just tell me how everything is OK. I pay good money for my vehicle and if it is going to continue to be a problem maybe they should let me trade it for another vehicle. I need to know who to talk to so I can get this problem fixed.
So far so good, except when we had to replace the tires because they were dry rotting and a sensor needed to be replaced. Other than that the car is comfortable to drive and has good pickup speed for a four-cylinder. Also, seats are comfortable, mom was the one that chose it. She had seen and advertisement in the paper and wanted to go look at it. After test driving it, she asked me how I liked it, then she bought it. However, I dont like the fact that it is made in Canada, should have been made here in the USA. I also dont like having to reset the clock when daylight savings time goes into effect. Also would like a full-size spare tire instead of the donut.
It was a very dissatisfying experience at Kingdom Chevrolet in Chicago, IL. A 2018 Chevy Camaro 1LT was advertised as $17,695 on their website and seeing that I called Kingdom Chevy and confirmed the car availability and price. They were affirmative for both. I traveled all the way to their place for 2 hours and met the representative and he said there wont be any changes in the price and $17,695 is the final price plus TTL. We did the test drive and because the price was confirmed, I accepted for their credit run to know the APR that I will receive though I have an offer from bank. I gave all the confidential information and they ran my credit check. Now the manager comes and say, the price on the website was including some rebates and he can offer the car for $25500. Manager started asking me if I am in military or a student or a teacher, etc. How could a customer browsing through the internet know if rebates are applied or not. I was thinking $17,695 is a right price as 2019 models are already on the roads and they are trying to get rid of 2018 models and hence the price. I do not have concern on Chevrolet brand but the dealership is fooling the customers with false prices on their website.
I think my car has good value, but it doesn’t stand up to other Asian and European auto makers. The quality of my car has diminished greatly in the years I’ve had it. I’ve had to do many repairs on it and they have been very costly. In comparison my mom bought a Mitsubishi the same year as me and hers has had minimal repairs.
The A pillars are warped, I need to replace TMPS sensors again, the overhead center console fell and fuel filler neck failed. All of this has happened within the last 60 days. I will complain about this until I have to opportunity to ask management at GM if they care so much about their customers and products why would they allow such a piece of garbage be manufactured? Let alone be sold?Ive spent the better part of the last year fighting and beating cancer yet I cant beat a poor piece of crap truck. Ive owned this truck since new less than 3 years and documented all of the service and maintenance completed and all has been completed before the manufactured recommended intervals yet this junk truck is falling apart. A 48K piece of garbage. To say Im disappointed is a understatement.
My first car was a 1980 Camaro. Loved that car and wish I still had it, have had other vehicles that fell short of my expectations, and they were not chevys. I now have a Chevrolet cruze and I love this car and knock on wood no problems and have about 115000 miles on it. A Chevrolet is all I will ever buy.
Dropped car off for recalls to be fixed and now it wont start!!! Was told that I have to have it towed there and it was nothing that they did! My car was fine until they touched it! Furious I do not have triple A.
This car (2017 Spark) sucks. The user manual is terrible, doesnt explain many things like how to store a radio station, use the rear seat belts. I cant find a way to connect the seat belts in the back seat. No leg room, radio is complicated to operate and is distracting when trying to switch bands/station while driving. Dont go to this dealership. Find another. No car dealer is honest, but there must be better. I regret going there and getting this car.
My Chevy is a sporty car and also known as a muscle car. They went away for quite a while and then the company decided to bring them back to compete in the market and it was successful. I like the overall sleek body and with all the curves. I had made a few upgrades myself and now the car looks amazing and is still very fun to drive. The color also makes the car look more mean and nasty. It is a low model though and not much of any features are in this car. I bought the base model because it was the cheapest option for me at the moment.
Ive always owned a Chevy, but have driven other cars while being employed by a automobile dealership. My Chevrolet is the most dependable truck Ive had. I have a 1999 Suburban and Ive never had any more than a flat tire or dead battery...
The 2020 Chevy Equinox is a nice sized wagon. The ride is comfortable and the seats are great having the option to add air to your lower back for long drives. The only thing I do not like about this vehicle is that when the wind blows, it goes all over the place, especially if you have your window cracked. Overall, seems to be a good fit for my family!
I had an experience at a Chevrolet Dealership this past Friday morning 12/9/2016 at around 8 am that I have never had in my life. I was floored by the way I was treated. On my way to Jacksonville FL from Lagrange, Ga my car began to hesitate and sputter. I was in the middle of nowhere and it was still dark outside. I was 24 miles from the nearest town and Chevy dealership. I putted into that town and made it to the Chevy dealership service department. I went in and told them that I have a 2002 Chevy Prizm with 240,000 miles and its hesitating and sputtering when I accelerate. The service writer looked at his coworker at the desk beside him and they laughed. He looks at me and says your car is too old and has too many miles so we cannot even look at it. I said you cant even look at it? He said we wont look at it. He then gave me a card of a 3rd party mechanic in town and told me that the guy there should be able to take care of it for me. I have had this vehicle for 14 years and have been a Chevy customer for 14 years. I have never before experienced anything like this. What can be done?
I got the Chevrolet for cheap and was in need of a vehicle. The parts are not expensive and easy to find as well. And Vermont is where I live and there are plenty of Chevy dealers around and mechanics dont mind working on Chevys so thats a plus. Everyone loves American made cars. Cheap and easy. The car stereo is not very great though. And there is nothing electric about the car. The windows even have manual rollers on them. The windshield wipers kind of are not very good either but that doesnt really have to do with the model car. The wheel baron is going and that sucky. It has minor problems like the window and door wont open but the rust under it I dislike the most. Still, it has been one of the best cars I have owned even though its old. It has lasted me much longer than I thought it would. If I had to drive a Chevy again I would definitely choose a Chevy over many other car models out there. The engines on Chevys like to run for miles and miles.
I think Chevrolet manufactures in my opinion, a decent line of vehicles. There is pros and cons to every car manufacturer and for the value Chevrolet does make a dependable long lasting vehicle. There are so many variables to that statement too that I also think it can be a toss up or luck whether yours will be included in that group of being long lasting or dependable!
The HHR doesnt hold up as I was led to believe. The look is good but very little power for acceleration. Paint is dulling and worn. 2 blind spots backing up.
For those of you driving 2016-2018 there’s a legitimate “recall” out for a warning msg reduced power mode. Luckily my mechanic hates these death traps and told me to spread the word. Get these POS off the road. Went from 70mph to 10 in seconds. Sound familiar?? If so call dealership give them this recall code and get it replaced on their dollar. ****recall***** (It’s called a special request recall) no difference to me other than the public is unaware. Needed new pedal accelerator, sensor and a shifter, new wiring because they used glue which melted our wiring around the pedal. Chevy is scamming the recall process. Unbelievable.
4cyl. Surprised of the pep. Live in north country. All wheel drive good on roads. Interior has plenty of room. But the Chevy Equinoxs back seat does not drop down flat. Inconvenient when have to pack things full in vehicle. With back seat tipping up this is wasted space.
I purchased a brand new Corvette SR in June of 2019. This is a body style that has been in production for 5 years. In September, my car was hit and required body work including a headlight. I found a body shop at a dealership and confirmed all parts were available for the repair. After confirming this, the car arrived at the shop less than 3 hours later on Oct 3. The service adviser committed completion by Oct 23. I got my car a month later (11/22) due to the headlight availability. All along, NO information was available until about a week prior to completion indicating The order (Headlight) was being processed Whatever that means. Once the headlight did arrive, the car was ready for pickup within two days. When a virtually new car is tied up for a month for something that is totally within Chevrolets control, they need to accept responsibility. Here is where they broke down in this long story. 1) Parts availability information is inaccurate. The parts manager can see inventory available but when he goes to request it, the item is reserved. Visibility of a reserve is a very basic inventory function. 2) Delivery - When a backorder does occur, available to promise showing an anticipated delivery should be the norm rather than leaving a customer guessing. 3) Allocation - They would move parts to build new cars before covering service requirements. Does this make sense? Build a new car knowing full well you cannot keep it roadworthy due to material shortages.4) Customer Service - I called in my complaint on 11/21. I have had multiple contacts since then til now 12/3. Today they called and left no message. Three minutes later I get an email indicating they have been unable to contact me. I called back less than an hour later and left a message. No replay as of this writing. They simply try to wear you down rather than step up and take responsibility for a problem of their creation.I absolutely cannot recommend Chevrolet as a go to source for a luxury or performance vehicle until they are prepared to manage the supply chain better in both supply and information. And provide a customer service department that actually is expected and empowered to do something about these problems.
I bought a 2018 Colorado ZR2 in April. Last night the oil cooler line failed. I called Roadside and they towed my truck to the dealer for repair. This is a common issue from what I see on many forums. I called the dealer and they told me they don’t have the part and wouldn’t be able to get one from Denver until Tuesday. I then called GM customer service to find out what they can be done. My situation, I’m from Las Vegas and I had to drive to Lander Wy to help out my mother and father. My father has to have surgery Monday. Earlier this week my mother was hospitalized and needed help to take care of my father and get him to his appointment on Monday. I drove up to help out and on Friday the oil line failed. I have to get him to his appointment and return to my family and job. I asked GM what could be done and they told me I could get a rental but I couldn’t leave the state. Expressed the gravity of the situation and they said they would have to get with the senior supervisor but he won’t be available until Monday. Unacceptable. He then told me he would patch me through to his supervisor and put me on hold. I have been on hold for an hour and a half so far. I have only owned GM products, this will be my last.
I love my 2014 Camaro. I love the way it handles and all the bluetooth capabilities. It has plenty of get up and go for V6, my husband and I are tall, we have plenty of legroom! The car is black, we had GM gray shadow rally stripes put on the car and it looks awesome!!
I bought a brand new 2016 Silverado in 2016 and have put 72000 (highway) miles on it. Took it into my local Chevy dealership because of a transmission shudder and whine right before shifting to the next gear. Torque converter is failing sending metal shavings through my transmission and destroying it. A bill of greater than 5500 for this transmission is absurd but not as crazy as a 3 year old transmission failing. Must be why they lowered the drivetrain warranty from 100k to only 60k. Have been a Chevy guy all my life, now looking into other brands due to their lack of standing behind a crap product.
I originally bought the HHR because it was a Chevy. While I like the seat warmers and the radio, I dont like the way the windshield is shaped. I always have to lean up to see the red light. I dont like the way the cup holders are either. All in all, this car really wasnt thought out. I wouldnt purchase it again.
I have owned a big variety of vehicles Fords Dodge Volkswagen Etc. My first car was a Chevy 1968 Chevelle Malibu El Camino. Really nice car. Never had any issues with it. Really tough engine. Great transmission. My second one was a 1969 Chevy Impala. Never had any issues. Both of them nice old muscle cars I put together myself. Put a lot of money into it. Was all Chevy parts. You cant go wrong with them. I put a small block 400 in the El Camino and a 350 in the Impala both with Turbo 350 Transmission. I would recommend Chevrolet product to anybody. I really enjoyed both these vehicles that was in my younger years when it was all about speed and looks. Now its more about comfort and safety. Chevrolet has all of that wrapped up in their vehicles now. I would recommend it to anybody.
I love my Chevrolet Malibu. Its been a great car. Gets pretty good gas mileage and has a lot of power and seats 5 passengers. It is 20 years old and runs like a top.
Chevy Trax is very good on gas mileage, gives a comfortable ride, and for a smaller vehicle it has ok cargo space. I like it has On star capability and the sound system is nice. You can plug in your phone and listen to the music on that. My car has good pick up speed, too. But I dont like that it rolls back on a hill when in drive. Also, would be nice to have heated seats. It is smaller than I like and it also doesnt have fog lights. Shouldnt all vehicles have them?
I DO NOT RECOMMEND GM AND WILL NOT BUY ANOTHER GM VEHICLE!!! I contacted Chevrolet reference ** concerning the maintenance department at the dealership I purchased the vehicle from (Battlefield Chevrolet). Their maintenance is poorly managed and not knowledgeable about products and services. It took over 3 weeks to get back to me and when they did finally get back to me they didnt even know why they were contacting me. So anyway the customer service person was so incompetent. I asked her if she even worked for GM. She then refused to answer the question saying she didnt like the way I was asking her if she worked for GM so I hung up the phone. Contacted GM again about the issue and was told that they discussed it with the dealership and the issue was settled. So I asked to have another representative to get back to me but nothing yet. So know I dont have a place to get my vehicle serviced ref **. I dont recommend GM and I will not do business with them again.
I purchased a new Chevrolet for reliability and to transport my family. Ive had it for 2 months and 2k miles and its been nothing but a nightmare and headache. Its been at a dealership 3 different times for multiple days at a time and Ive been given no loaner. So now instead of me being able to provide transportation for my family back and forth to school Im unable to do that. This is absolutely ridiculous and horrible. I chose a new GM vehicle over your competitors and its been the biggest mistake of my life.
We purchased a 2014 current and last style Impala to be manufactured. The Impala was driven less than 12000 miles. It is without question the finest automobile we have ever had the pleasure of driving. The ride is terrific, provides consistent 29 miles per gallon or slightly better in ideal conditions. The automobile has all the bells and whistles save factory navigation. We enjoy each and every amenities on this vehicle save one item. Im not a real fan of low profile tires. We will soon remedy the low-profile malady by downsizing from 245 45 r19 to a 17 in wheel which will be very close in total circumference with a much higher sidewall. This will provide a much gentler ride over bumps, bumps and road imperfections and still odometer and transmission will operate correctly. I am currently researching correct replacement wheel so as to accommodate the larger brakes on this vehicle. Offset and bolt pattern must be adhered too. I really believe in days to come current SUV fanatics will come to realize the sedan was a good buggie. For the life of me I do not understand and yet I do. What does not sell you bring off the market! So happy I was able to get one, and almost a new one, suits me. Lots of room and a joy to operate.
I was able to buy a brand new Chevy truck with several upgrades with a 12k sale in effect, allowing me to turn my negative equity in a horrible diesel jeep into my truck loan and walk away with a great rig that fits the whole family, hauls the hay, handles amazingly in the snow with seat and steering wheel heaters for the frigid Central Oregon Winters. Great hauler on the camping trips with camper in tow. Its sporty and tough and at sale price came in at only 36k. Amazing deal, amazing dealership at Chevy of Bend. Love my truck.
My. 2005 Chevy Silverado is asked to do many things including hauling a 3200lb camper around 7 months of the year. The truck is dependable. And I always feel safe even in heavy winds, rough mountain roads or on the Freeway.
I fell in love with my Chevrolet when I first saw it. I wish that it would speed up when I need it to. I would also like to have a back up camera and I wish I had leather seats or heated seats. Also, it needs to have better brakes and better steering for me and other people driving it. But other than those, I like how compact and cute it is. Its very lovely and eye catching to many people. I also love the color of the car. It suits me very well. I love this car overall.
Not one problem with the vehicle over three years. Very comfortable interior and easy to use controls. The one complaint would be the rear window to small. One improvement would be the addition of a cross traffic camera as a standard.
We purchased a 2016 Chevy Impala for my husband. In the 3 years we have had the vehicle, we have replaced the following items: 2 batteries, 1 starter, 1 purge valve. I am writing a review today in regards to the purge valve. Our check engine light came on and so we took it to our mechanic. The mechanic stated that the purge valve needed to be replaced, so we replaced it. 3 days after we paid for the repair, a letter in the mail came from Chevy stating the purge valve may be bad and to take it to the dealership to be replaced. Since we already replaced the valve, I applied for the reimbursement. Chevy is denying my reimbursement since it was not done at the dealership. This is the last Chevy we will ever own.
I love the Chevy Tracker. I have owned 3 of them. The first 2 were automatic and this one is a standard. I like the standard better. I have traveled all over the country in one and had no issues whatsoever. I would definitely suggest buying one especially if you like to go camping and you drive down a lot of dirt roads. The four wheel drive is my favorite feature. I also like that it is small and that the back seats come down for a larger storage area. The car is also super durable. Just do the normal upkeep and it will run forever.
I purchased a 2011 Chevy Cruze, mind you im a previous SUV owner. I was apprehensive about going back to a car, but when I saw this sleek, sporty car I said I had to try it. I love the style, comfort, gas mileage is awesome because I commute. Chevrolet did a great job with this car. I want to go back to a Suv. But can’t bring myself to do just yet. I love this car.
I bought a 2015 Traverse LT with 25k miles on it in June 2016 from a dealerships. Now (as of April 2019) I have approximately 88k miles. It has been a complete piece of junk as compared to my Jeep Grand Cherokee. The Traverse AC system broke ($600) had a partial transmission failure ($2k) rear driveshaft needed to be replaced ($1k), front suspension had to be completely replaced ($1,600)... This car is poorly made and I deeply regret purchasing it. In addition the interior is cheap and the bottom of the front seat is coming apart. Super disappointed in this car. I intentionally bought an American made car and really wish I didn’t. Chevrolet should be ashamed of themselves.
I love my Chevy, the model, and everything about it. It is good on gas and very reliable and thrusts easy to get around with lots of room. It is a great family car and great for kids. It also has a good price.
I bought my car used. It was in good shape and had low mileage. I really like the pick up. It has being turbo charged. The dashboard has everything you need right there in front of you. The back up camera comes in handy also.
Being a Chevy family for years I am very disappointed to find out that they hide problems with their vehicles from their customers. They can send out flyers to purchase new car mats or upgrades for cars, yet when a part is bad on their vehicles are bad. On our Trax our pvc valve cover went bad and Chevy had known that on the 2013-2017 Trax, Sonic and Cruise this part had been malfunctioning. It would have been under warranty from my dealership had I know when I was home to take it in.My warranty is not valid anywhere but there. Of course they never told me that either. My family decided to see our son who is in the Army 3.5 hours from our home. Car was not covered. We were stranded for 3 days because the strike caused a lack of parts throughout the country. Dealerships were closed because it was a weekend so we went to a Pep Boys. Chevy acknowledges this is an issue but refuse to reimburse me because I didnt go to a dealership in the town we were stranded in. Which by the way couldnt find the part we needed a Kia dealer had to find it! We will be trading in our Chevys by the end of the year and getting a different brand who believes in customer service not just making a buck!
Customer service after purchase of car is excellent. Parts are in stock. Constant offers and rebates and freebies. Car has good safety features and drives well. I am satisfied. I know no car gets mileage listed and no car lasts forever. But this is also a USA car so I am supporting our country.
My Chevrolet is one of the worst vehicles ever built. It has inherent manufacturing issues that were ignored and the cars were sold anyway without any regard for the failures that were known by the manufacturer to occur. I hate everything about it. There isnt one thing that was built to last. The production should have been stopped immediately... no that didnt happen. GM just sent all the cars to be sold to consumers with the built in defects.
I love the mileage I get on my Chevy Cruze, and the standard safety features including the backup camera. I wish the trunk was a little bigger, and Im not a huge fan of the new tendency towards the fancy cans of fix a flats instead of actual spare tires. Im sure it would be great to plug a slow leak but it wasnt very helpful when I had a blow out on the freeway!
Im 65 years old and have owned nothing but Fords. This is the first Chevrolet I have ever purchased. If I had only known what I was missing all these years! I love this truck, Ill NEVER go back to Ford. Not even if its free!
I love my 2015 Chevy Cruze LTZ RS. I actually had one as a rental car back in 2015. It was so comfortable that the 12 hour drive seemed to fly by. I love the look of it and enjoyed driving it. The Cruze has great pickup for a four cylinder car. The turbo gives it some really good take off. My 2015 now has 79,000 miles on it.
Chevrolet Beat is one of the best car in terms of pick up, mileage and road grip. Its very smooth car compared to my other Maruti and Honda cars. Very much suitable for small family and long drive. Beat never cheats in the road, and chances of accident is almost nil. Very good engine, and I hope GM will relaunch its products in India.
Our 2018 Equinox is great. Exterior is sleek. Interior is roomy. Comfortable ride and great cargo space. Love the remote start, heated seats are nice as is the built in GPS system. Great gas mileage. Backup camera help wife in parking lots. Wish it came with both front power seats. Also remember the driver. Wife is short and I can not drive so if I move the car and move the seat it takes her some time and effort to get it all set again.
