The e-tron GT delivers strong acceleration, composed handling, and a refined driving experience suitable for daily commuting, long highway drives, and spirited performance going far beyond typical electric vehicles.

Design & Exterior Identity

The 2026 e-tron GT’s exterior is both striking and purposeful.

Low, wide stance: Conveys athletic capability and improves aerodynamic efficiency.

Sleek silhouette: Smooth bodywork enhances range and presents a sleek, coupe-like profile.

Dynamic lighting: Modern headlight and taillight signatures underscore Audi’s premium and futuristic aesthetic.

Sporty cues: Sculpted surfaces and aggressive details give visual cues to the car’s performance potential.

Overall, the e-tron GT’s design balances futuristic electric cues with timeless grand tourer proportions.

Electric Powertrain & Performance

The heart of the 2026 e-tron GT is its electric propulsion system.

High-output electric motors: Provide instant torque and responsive acceleration across the speed range.

All-wheel drive: Dual motors (front and rear) deliver strong traction and balanced dynamics.

Battery pack: Large, high-capacity battery supports extended driving range and high-power output.

Acceleration: The electric powertrain enables brisk launches and confident overtaking, even at highway speeds.

Electric propulsion gives the e-tron GT effortless acceleration without the lag or shifting characteristics of traditional engines.

Driving Dynamics & Efficiency

While the e-tron GT is powerful, it’s tuned for balance and control.

Adaptive suspension: Adjusts to road conditions and driving mode for a blend of comfort and precision.

Regenerative braking: Adjustable settings let drivers recover energy smoothly or more aggressively.

Steering: Offers direct response and confident feedback.

Handling balance: Weight distribution and low center of gravity contribute to composed cornering.

The e-tron GT emphasizes poise and confidence whether cruising serenely or pushing through curves.

Interior Comfort & Design

Inside, the e-tron GT aligns luxury with modern functionality.

Supportive seating: Sport-oriented seats provide comfort and hold during spirited driving.

Premium materials: Soft surfaces, refined trim, and quality upholstery create an upscale atmosphere.

Cabin layout: Designed for driver focus but comfortable for all occupants on longer journeys.

Interior space: Ample room for front passengers, with more modest rear seating typical of performance sedans.

The interior emphasizes comfort without compromising the emotional engagement expected from a high-performance vehicle.

Technology & Connectivity

The 2026 e-tron GT integrates technology for both convenience and driving insight.

Digital driver display: Customizable readouts include speed, navigation, and energy use.

Central infotainment display: Controls media, navigation, climate, and vehicle settings with a responsive interface.

Smartphone integration: Wireless support for calls, apps, and maps.

Performance feedback: Displays relevant electric system information like battery state, range, and power flow.

Technology in the e-tron GT blends modern expectations with performance-oriented feedback.

Safety & Driver Assistance

The e-tron GT incorporates a suite of driver-assist systems designed to support confident driving:

Adaptive cruise control: Helps reduce driver fatigue on long road journeys.

Lane-keeping and lane-centering systems: Support sustained highway driving.

Automatic emergency braking: Offers mitigation in sudden slowdown situations.

Blind-spot and cross-traffic monitoring: Improve awareness during city and highway maneuvers.

Safety support is integrated with the vehicle’s performance orientation without becoming intrusive.

Strengths of the 2026 Audi e-tron GT

Instant electric torque: Immediate power delivery enhances acceleration and responsiveness.

All-electric range: Designed to deliver meaningful everyday usability and confidence on longer trips.

Balanced performance: A blend of strength, precision, and comfort across different driving scenarios.

Premium interior: Quality materials and design that support both comfort and driver engagement.

Cutting-edge technology: Digital interfaces and systems that support connectivity and insight.

Trade-offs & Considerations

Charging dependency: Long trips require reliable access to high-power charging infrastructure.

Battery weight: Adds mass compared with traditional internal-combustion sedans, though mitigated by low placement and balance.

Range variance: Actual range depends on driving style, weather, load, and use of climate systems.

Premium positioning: Pricing and ownership costs reflect the performance and luxury positioning.

Who the 2026 Audi e-tron GT Is Best For

The e-tron GT is ideal for drivers who:

Want a premium electric vehicle with strong performance credentials.

Appreciate sophisticated design and modern technology in an electric package.

Desire responsive acceleration and smooth, composed handling.

Value refined comfort in daily driving and on long trips.

Seek an electric vehicle that delivers both performance and prestige without compromise.

Bottom Line

The 2026 Audi e-tron GT is a compelling expression of how electric propulsion can coexist with premium design, dynamic performance, and everyday comfort. It delivers the signature traits of electric cars — instant torque, refined acceleration, and quiet operation — while maintaining the character and presence expected of Audi’s flagship performance sedan. For buyers who want a combination of luxury, technology, and electrified driving excitement, the e-tron GT stands as a strong and modern choice in the evolving electric car landscape.

First I purchased a pre-owned vehicle 2015 Audi A3 motor 1.8. I custom made a few thing. Wanted to make a big purchase my dream car the luxury car that I wanted, on 3/31/18. Now after one year and 8 months my engine literally broke in pieces, I was driving and my car was not heating up but I noticed that it was losing power while I was driving. I worked in a dealership so I have a lot of knowledge about cars. I got out and I see pieces of the engine everywhere. I was 3 away from home. Call the dealership. They tell me that is no warranty. My car has only 38,000 miles. Im still making payments. When I purchase they said my power train is cover until 50,000. I call Audi 1800 number. Also tell me is not cover. So I had to paid $450 dollars of towing the car back home. Now they said for me to tow the car to South Audi in Orlando which is $150.00 more plus for me to paid $190 diagnostic and I call warranty they said contact the dealer. Im so disappointed, I really thought I was buying a durable car. Im a person that take care the vehicle. I have all my maintenance up to date. Always check the fluid. How can they not help me with nothing. So Im paying a vehicle that is sitting in my garage. Be careful what you buying. Im sure this engine had factory defects. So disappointed.

I leased a 2015 Audi A6 at the end of August 2014. After the first 12 months the brakes started squeaking every so often and it went away the next few months and it would come back and forth. Now, in summer 2016 the brakes started squeaking even worse than before which was very embarrassing taking into consideration that you are paying for a new luxury car. My wife took it to Legend Audi Dealer in Amityville NY just to hear from them that it is normal and that we have to cope with the noise and they gave her a brochure to read. I am not satisfied how Audi is handling this issue as it appears that they can fix it by replacing the brake pads but they dont want to. Also, I found several similar issues on the web dating back to around 2010 where other people were complaining about this. It is not fair that I keep paying for a car with such defect not being addressed by the manufacturer, it is embarrassing and a shame that Audi is not taking hands on to fix this issue. They are making their brand undesirable and because of this I wont buy another Audi again. Audi also has less than average customer service, you pay for luxury car but get poor customer service. I also want to point out that I own a Mercedes and that Mercedes is very diligent on addressing any issues with their cars and do provide outstanding customer service. I originally had plans on leasing Audi cars, but not anymore as I am completely disappointed for not taking care of the squeaky brakes on my 2015 Audi A6 which I diligently pay every month.

Last month, within minutes after sharing my concerns about the condition of my car (a total of (5) phone calls within a 30 minute time span) with the local Audi service advisor(s) my 11 month old 17K mile SQ5 engine locked up while driving on the interstate. Other than a ticking sound coming from the engine, the car did not display a single indicator light before failure. One month later after repeatedly sharing my concerns to Audi of America and local dealership personnel, (customer experience, aftersales and service) regarding the financial implications (lowered resale value) of an engine replacement and requesting a replacement car. Audi has replaced the engine and offered me a few dollars to trade up to a new car. I find it very difficult to view this as an opportunity for the local sales team to sell me yet another new car at invoice of course. On the surface, one might suggest this is a generous offer for such a loyal member of the Audi family. However, I have recently purchased (3) brand new Audis since September 2012, a Q5 2.0T, a 2013 A6 3.0T and a 2014 SQ5. I pose the question is this an oversight on Audi part or does this speak volume for Audis lack of respect for my business and others.

I took my car in to Audi for service because it was overheating so Audi changed my water pump and never told me there was a recall on it. I drove off their lot 3 different time but the last time I drove off my car turned off at the fork of the 118 and the 5 Frwy and cars were trying not to hit me from behind and when I called Audi scared out of my mind, they acted like no big thing. The next call about my car was that I need a new engine. I gave them a running car and theyre giving me a car that doesnt run.

I have a 2008 Audi A4 with oil consumption problems. It burns one quart of oil every 1,000 miles. The dealer said that this is a common problem and it has no solution. They said that I would have to get used to it. This is extremely common in the 2.0T engines throughout Audi and VW. There are many websites and forums dedicated to this topic. Audi needs to issue a recall.

Took my car at the appointed time (11 am) in for a full service (309) it was running perfectly well no faults whatsoever. They said the service would take about 1-2 hrs. I contacted Audi at 3 pm to say I was calling to collect my vehicle. They said the lady that dealt with you is just on the phone, Ill ask her to ring you back. I waited 20 mins, rang again, told them how long Id been waiting and want to speak to a manager. Again they said Ill get the manager to ring you straight back. 45 mins later and fuming I rang again. This time they said your car is just being washed now it will be about 15 mins. Now my car has a fault, its jerking and jumping as if it is being starved of fuel. I have just looked at the air filter and its. The one I put in 18 months ago, in my service book its (air filter) been ticked as replaced and crossed out and ticked as not replaced. So no new air filter, not even cleaned, fluids NOT topped up they said thats extra. So almost six hours for a service. I dont think a Boeing 747 would take that long. Bad service, certainly the longest, lied to several times. Get your service book stamped by any reputable garage. Audi is NOT all its cracked up to be very, very expensive and work NOT carried out.

Audi of North America gets an F for customer service. I had the worst experience ever dealing with their representative over a new Q5 I purchased. Two phone calls (ended nowhere), I escalated the issue to a supervisor who not surprising was same useless when it comes to settling disputes between the customer and the dealer. The car came with a license plate cover on the front grill, but my state does not mandate/issue a front license plate and the grill. There are two big holes that cannot be covered by a license plate. Audi refused to replace the bracket with one that does not have the license cover despite their promise at the dealership that they would switch it. I am done with the brand!

I took delivery of an Audi A8L that I purchased from Audi of Fairfield (in Connecticut) on September 1, 2011. I already owned a BMW 5 series and another car, but neither had all-wheel drive. So I wanted to get the Audi before the first snow. I took delivery on Sept. 1 only to accommodate the dealer, Audi of Fairfield, who wanted to close the sale in time for an end-of-month bonus. On Sept 1, Audi was offering $3000 to BMW owners who purchased an A8, but you have to own the 7 series, not the 5 series. Six days later, on Sept. 7, Audi of America extended the offer to those A8 purchasers (like me) who own a BMW 5 series. Neither the dealer nor Audi of America feels the least bit obligated to extend the offer to me. If you bought a $20 shirt at a department store and it went on sale 6 days later for $18, there isnt a department store in America that wouldnt give you the $2. But it seems that when you buy a $90,000 Audi 8L from Audi of Fairfield and take delivery earlier than you needed the car to accommodate the dealer, neither the dealer nor the parent company will extend to you a $3000 rebate that you become eligible to receive only six days later! I want to sue the **, perhaps by claiming that their behavior violates the covenant of good faith and fair dealing that courts in most jurisdictions read into contracts.

I bought a used A3 Quattro with 2800 miles in 2015. The car handles and drives very well but only if it is not in the shop. I have about 69K miles and have already had a water pump failure at 55K and now have a Gear Shift Lever Assembly issue. At about 65K the car started giving me an electronic malfunction warning and told me to stop, place the car in park and call service. I had it diagnosed to this assembly and have been told the repair is about $1700. I thought the days of poor reliability were over. I guess not! This vehicle has engineered obsolescence and is only good for the 50K warranty. I advise not buying the A3.

In January of 2015 I purchased a CPO 2010 A5. Within 6 months I began having serious mechanical difficulties with the car. Although to date all issues have been rectified by the service department, the sales department has been unwilling to make an acceptable deal with me to put me into another vehicle when clearly my vehicle is a lemon. The general manager has never even responded to my attempts to contact him. Since I purchased the car, it has been associated with a recall and a class action suit. It has been in for service no fewer than 6 times, and yet the dealership nor Audi Corporate is willing to work with me. This will certainly be my last dealing with Audi of Huntington, and mostly likely, the last Audi I will own.

I continue to search for an affordable solution for my once beautiful Audi A4 under 100k miles as of today. The topcoat split open and the entire car looks like a jigsaw puzzle. Audi offers no help; no solution. The fix for me would be circa $1K. What could that possible mean to a rich organization like Audi. For me, however, because Im now retired, its not an option. If youre buying a pretty auto for the long haul, skip Audi... it peels.

Audi5000 runs smooth, the dealership sealed and were all very professional and never bothered you while looking. The salesman was very helpful and the finance manager was extremely pleasant to deal with as well and he as well did not hound the customers. The car has touchscreen navigation system, wifi connection and also the convertible top makes for an amazing driving event experience. Audi offers its buyers a variety of options for personalizing and upgrading their vehicle, such as headrest DVD players with remote, lift package, new touch screen radio navigation system, window tinting and new wheel upgrade that can handle the worst storms. The vehicle has plenty of space in the front of car and the rear passenger section is good for three people. Nice leg room and individual vents for each person in the car. I would definitely recommend to anyone whos considering the car purchase.

Audi Sedan A4 comes in a variety of colors including black, gray, white, and many more. Good fuel mileage and has a nice kick to it. Very comfortable as well. It has four doors surrounding the car, two mirrors with great rear view. Very sleek and aerodynamic showing the great amount of time to make it. Trunk is a hatch. You can get leather seats and customize the cabin to have various options such as extra features in the entertainment system. You can have four to five people inside. It is kind of a tight squeeze due to the low surface area but there is a lot of room for your feet and it had huge area in the back for storage as it does in the main passenger area.

I purchased a 2005 Audi A8L a year ago (Jan. 18, 2011) from Checkered Flag Audi. This was supposed to be my dream car, but it’s a nightmare, a lemon. This was not an impulse purchase as I own a 1997 Audi A6, which is the perfect car with no major problems. I’ve always purchased new cars, but the A6 was my first used purchase. I like the look of the A8, but not the new A8 price. So for months I looked for the perfect used Audi A8 with reasonable miles and nice features. So I didn’t hesitate when I found the 2005 A8L at your dealership. However, it has been the worst mistake I’ve ever made. The car has spent over (200) two hundred days in service since I purchased it last year. I’ve been making car payments on a vehicle that I can’t drive because it’s in the service department on Virginia Beach Blvd. The last time I saw my car was Dec. 16, 2011, and it was broke down on the side of the interstate. Here’s a list of some of the things that have been replaced, repaired or broken by the Audi service technicians. The list may not be complete since I’m not able to locate the car and retrieve the service records in the glove compartment. The front end replaced (a problem when we initially purchased the vehicle).New radiator, which we had no problems with until we took it in for service.New water pump (scheduled maintenance).Electrical system (MII). Had problem during test drive and took 2 trips and over 80 days to diagnose and fix.Lock and lug set (dealership lost when diagnosing front end work).Serpentine belt (scheduled maintenance). The whole pulley and belt system due to improper install. This caused my car to break down on the interstate on December 16, 2011 and it’s still at the dealership. I’ve not received any communication since the 1st week in January 2012. A dent in the rear bumper while being serviced. This happened while the car was being service.Damage windshield reservoir due to frontend work (damaged when the front end was serviced and has not been replaced).Cracked center console due to MII replacement (damaged by Audi technician during installation).Bad rear air shock, which is a problem we discussed with Alan **, Mark (the car salesman), and the business manager when I signed the contract. Alan assured me that since the car hadn’t been serviced they would diagnose the problem and fix it. I was told it was not a covered repair and they packed it with grease.Battery replacement--during one of the many service appointments the battery ran down. It was in the shop for over a month when I received the call. I was forced to pay $186.00 to replace the battery and it was clearly not something I caused. This is an excessive amount of repairs. I would understand and expect to have these problems if I purchased my car from Charlie Faulk or The Auto Connection. However, I purchased my car from Checkered Flag Audi, a so-called reputable dealership. I found out that the car was not service prior to me purchasing it. That explains the problems during my test drive which the manager (Alan) assured me that everything would be taken care of (the problems would be minor). I guess they need to make the quota for the month at my expense. My car has been in the shop on every major holiday, except for Thanksgiving. We can’t take it out of town because it will not make the trip. I bought this car for my wife, and I don’t ever want to see her stuck on the side of the busy interstate again. I’m paying car payments on a car that I don’t have; more important, the car won’t live pass the loan amount. I only have a year left on my warranty and I fear that I will be stuck with an unusable car because you sold me a bad product. Checkered Flag Audi should be ashamed to sell such a poor product. I purchased my car from your dealership because I wanted a quality used car from a reputable establishment. This is not the case.I believe I’ve been very patient and cooperative in this matter, but enough is enough. I’ve left many messages for Alan and my calls have not been returned. I will be seeking legal counsel or better yet 10 On Your Side to expose the type of dealership that I purchased my car from.

I bought a brand new Audi Q3 2015 last year. Audi was my dream car before, but after buying this car I am feeling guilty of buying this car. I had a service @ one of the dealership last year. They had done wheel alignment and rebalance last year. The service was bad and when I gave the car for routine maintenance at different dealership they wanted me to pay again for rebalancing and wheel alignment. I have contacted Audi to complaint on the bad service. They took a complaint but never called me back with resolution. One of the customer care representative told me that I have to reach out directly to dealer and they wont help me in this issue. I dont understand why I need to buy a luxurious car who dont even take care of their customer concerns properly. I will never buy this car and planning to sell this car in near future. Bottom line - its not my dream car anymore.

I have been a customer of Mercedes for many years and decided this time to buy an Audi as I have a big dog that likes to travel with me so I tried the Q5. The car itself is fine but the service and follow up from Audi is horrific. The GPS system has never worked on the car, the maps are all outdated. When I called to get it updated I was told it would cost $795! to fix something that never worked on a brand new car! The same for spare keys (if you happen to loose a set) - $600 to replace! There is never a loaner car when the car goes in for scheduled maintenance and the staff (Audi in Osborne Park, Western Australia) are abrupt and apathetic. I bought Audi A4, 2008 model sportline from a dealer in Jordan. After one month, I found that there is a major problem in the engine. I went to the dealer in Jordan who said that he cant repair the engine and he dont have any spare parts for the engine. The dealer policy is to replace the engine which cost about $16,250.00. We tried to find the spare parts from the local market but we cant so our car is stopped since three weeks. I dont know how people can buy Audi car while the dealer cant provide good service and spare parts. Actually, we pay $37,000.00 for such car but we cant use it because the dealer service is very bad. On May 19th my five year old (under 69,000 miles) Audi A4 had a “piston failure” in which the piston came loose and eventually shattered the skirt. As a result, the engine needed to replaced. I was told by both the dealership and Audi USA that Audi never extends coverage and will not provide any warranty assistance (even in the case of potential negligence). The dealership initially refused to provide a loaner, however, after extending the expected completion of the repair four times, the dealership provided a loaner. They replaced the engine with a rebuilt-engine costing over $8,000 and completed the work on June 14th (26 days in the shop).Beginning July 1st, the rebuilt engine began leaking oil around the camshaft valve cover. The dealership inspected the car and agreed to contact the company from which they purchased the rebuilt engine. They needed to get approval from the supplier before doing any repairs. In the meantime, they told me to continue driving the car. After I called the dealership four times for an update, the dealership informed me that they needed pictures. I emailed pictures to the dealership immediately. I called the dealership four more times for an update and on July 28th, I was told that I could bring the car in August 3rd. The dealership added a high temperature sealant to the valve cover and I picked up the car on August 4th. 34 days to get the oil leak fixed on the rebuilt engine and a total of 77 days from the initial engine failure.

The 3.0 Quattro provides tremendous power despite the cars size and weight. Plus, the 18-inch wheels provide the driver a great view of traffic ahead, a big advantage when anticipating slow-downs and congestion. A pure pleasure to drive.

Purchased a brand new Audi A4 four months ago. There is excessive brake dust on the wheels, even with daily cleaning, and the car rolls back on seemingly flat surfaces. The service due light is also coming on only after 2400 k.m. The dealership has advised me that all this is normal. I know it is not, I have been driving for over 25 years.

In March of 2017, I walked into the Audi Mission Viejo, California dealership to have a minor repair on my leased 2014, A8. They said it would take 15-20 minutes so I took the time to look at the new A8 cars that were available. Jon, the salesman came up to me and asked if he could help – I said I was just looking because my lease doesn’t come due for another 2 months. He said, “How would you like to save a couple hundred dollars per month and get a new one today”. My first question was what happens to the old lease where there are 2 more payments due. He said that those payments would be wrapped into the new lease and even then, I would save a couple hundred dollars per month.I explained that this would be the only way I would be interested in getting a new car that day because I was actually thinking of other less expensive cars and wasn’t particularly happy with the service I had received from Audi during the current lease. Enticed by the offer, I ended up picking out a new 2017 A8, and before I left, I realized that I wasn’t even coming close to a couple hundred-dollar savings, in fact the payment was about $60 less. I just accepted this considering that they took back the other car with still two months of payments. He also told me that even if there was some minor wear and tear Audi waives that when you are leasing a new car and “staying part of the family”.Fast forward 2 years and my wife and I are moving to a new home. We are getting a mortgage and something shows up on my credit which is 820 on the FICO scale. I’m told by the bank that I need to do a conference call with Audi and an outside credit company that deals with these situations. During the call, I am told by Edgar at Audi that I still owe $3,236.74 from the 2015 lease. He explained that the amount due was because Audi took a loss when they sold the car, excess wear and tear, and lease payments that were still due. I pointed out to him that I have never seen one single bill via mail or any other form in two years. Also, while I was speaking to him, I checked my online account with Audi which showed all past and current leases and nothing showed there either. He agreed that this is a problem and I should contact my dealer and Audi of America. He also said that this does not show on my credit as something that is outstanding but then, when I pointed out that is why we are having this call, he said that should never had/have an effect on my credit. What am I supposed to do, call Audi every time I need a loan and have my credit checked? I will NEVER have anything to do with Audi or any company affiliated with Audi, they are as crooked as they come.Oh, and by the way, on another subject that you as a consumer should be aware of, several months ago I asked for a copy of the lease for my wife’s 2015 Q7, they ended up sending someone else’s credit application which had a lot of personal information like social security number, DOB, where they work, how much they make, etc. When I called back to let them know, they made the same mistake and sent me yet again someone else’s information. Third try, I finally got a copy of my lease. Bad business is the best I can say for Audi!

This is my fifth Audi. The first 3 were great, but the 4th went back under the Texas lemon law. This Q8 is one repair away from doing the same, and thats a shame. Its sporty, powerful, handles better than youd think an SUV could, the interior is magnificent - best execution of a touch screen EVER. But its full of many of the same electronic gremlins that sent my A8 back: incredibly intrusive electronic nannies, the adaptive cruise is simply unusable, sometimes the seat memory works, most of the time it doesnt. And my personal favorite are windshield wipers that activate on their own for no apparent reason. There are far too many good choices on the market to put up with this expensive aggravation.

Do your research before buying any Audi. It is always a headache when things go wrong, but it is unacceptable when Audi America blames loyal customers for Audis poor engine performance. While driving on a dark 2 lane highway in Vermont our Audi engine seized without warning. My college-age son waited alone for 5 hours before getting towed 40 miles to the nearest Audi service center. The following Monday Audi service shared the news that the engine had metal shavings in it, total engine failure. The car has 61,000 miles on it and had been well maintained. With service records in hand we took the case to Audi for review. Audi conducted a sloppy investigation and ultimately let us know that we were out of Warranty. Also, they pointed to a policy where they claim only Audi can service the car. When asked to produce the policy and to fact check the information in the case history, Audi stopped responding. David Weissland President of Audi America was included on all emails and was fully aware of our dilemma. He stood by the customer service resolution. Quotes for a new engine $12,000.00-$14,000.00. My son could have been killed; Audi has shown they do not care. If you have had this happen to you please file a report with NHTSA so that we can hold these criminals accountable.

My 2010 Audis soft top started to leak this summer. It had just gone out of warranty. A top should not fail so soon for an expensive car like this. The best Audi will do is sell me the top at half off (only $2,000 plus labor). They are unwilling to stand behind their product and replace the top that obviously was poorly made. This will be my last Audi.

In winter 2016 I have bought brand new 2017 Audi A4 Premium Plus for 47k. It was this new version with cool digital gauges and new technology. It was rather exciting. I was thinking at the time that this small luxury sedan was worth the money. Then in December 2020, I got the message that my car doesnt support any more Google maps and from December 31 will stop working. Really after 3 years my car is obsolete and exciting feature that I have chose this car for is no longer available. I have contacted dealerships right away to see if I can upgrade my car, but answer was no, and I should probably get a new or newer Audi in order to have that ability. So 4 years after I cough up 47k for this Audi and planning to keep it in the family for longer, this car lost one of features that was their top selling point. I had a numbers of Audi cars so far in my life A4, A6, Q5 and Q7. I can tell you one thing. I will never ever again buy a Audi. It is like throwing away you money for something that will be obsolete in 3-4 years. Really sad from company that I had a the time on top for my vehicle needs.

The shiny sleek exterior is reflective upon my money spent. The cost of buying this car is rather high and the look should appear to be classy as well. I thought it was great that this car had a variety of customizations and personalizations that fit my needs and wants. I believe that they met every standard I had set. The car does fit five people but Ive managed to fit six. I think that it does offer more space than what it seems to be. Everybody is comfortable and happy regardless.

I purchased a brand new Q5 in 2011, put down a nice $50,000, expected a drive that will perform as a luxury car and last as so BUT... The car consume oil like crazy, from day one I have to add oil on a weekly basis. Audi tested the car and said it’s normal. Yet I have 4 other cars some are even older than my Q5 but none of them need any oil in between services. After 109,000 miles the car needs 1.8 quarts of oil each 1000 miles - DO you know any car that performs as such? I dont. Luxury car that lasts 100,000 miles? Think carefully BEFORE you buy AUDI!!!

9 days ago, my engine warning lights came on, and the car had ZERO pep, could not go over 30 mph-drove the 6 miles to my home. Parked it and had AAA flatbed it to the Audi Dealership. My car, a 2008, A4-learned that the 2005-2007 had camshaft defects/recalls but the 2008 models were fixed. The tech crew at my dealership are top shelf, wonderful guys, and professionals. They say this is the first 2008 with this issue-problem. I need a new engine now, and at 160,000 miles, Im way past any warranty. And given that 2008 did not get this recall, I am in a bind. I have contacted Audi USA to see if they can help me or work with me. Ideally, Id like them to help me with a new engine, cost, labor, etc. I am awaiting their response, but I think they are looking at the potential of giving me a discount, should I opt to buy a new Audi 2015 - and at this point, I am not overly happy with the manufacturer.

The car is constantly in for service. 25 trips to dealer in 4 years. Towed 6 times. AC at 3k broke, door handle for $600, Audi lied about oiling issue, and after national class action, they did a poor job of repairing motor. Timing chain sent 3 codes while under warranty and they cleared and sent us home. At 28k/98k miles, the timing chain failed and the engine repairs were $14k... Audi did not handle our requests very well. After a lot of patience, they only offered to sell us another Audi. Only to say our $50k car was worth $5500 with 98k miles. Great looking car, Audi just isnt worth the poor service issues...

I was thinking of the words to describe my experience with Audi and the best word that I could think of is UNFORTUNATE. That is exactly how I feel unfortunate that I purchased an Audi. An Audi is a perfect example of the old adage all that is glitter is not gold. At first glance, the car is beautiful, sadly the most important component, the engine, is garbage and I cannot get the stain of the green from the stain of the fake gold off of my finger.I purchased a 2013 Audi A4 in May 2016. I had owned a Mercedes for many years and my car was totaled due to a flooding in my area. During this period, my car was great which led me to the delusion that all German cars would bring me the same level of service. Sadly, I was mistaken, very mistaken. Within two months, my car needed a replacement of the air condition. A few months later, the car required a water pump replacement. Well, you may be thinking no big deal. Wait, it did not end there. Within 6 months of purchase, my beautiful Audi needed an entire engine. Of course, according to the dealership and the warranty company, that was all my fault because I had failed to maintain the car. And, although I provided documentation that I had indeed changed the oil, that did not matter because after purchasing the car with 38,000 miles and driving it an additional 12,000 miles the oil in the car was so dirty that it caused the timing to shift. After contacting the manufacturer, the representative advised me that the car should be good for $10,000 miles. I advised her that I had it for only 6 months, her response, Well the previous owner must not have changed the oil. So, my advice to all is DO NOT PURCHASE AN AUDI. Not only is it poorly manufactured, they will only blame you for its poor construction. And, you will be stuck paying for a car note and a brand new engine. Thanks to this car I am further in debt. I wish I would have stayed with Mercedes. I HATE AUDI!!!

I own a 2004, Audi S4, which I purchased used from my brother, who bought it new. I bought this car from him with 45,000 miles on it. At 55,000 miles, the car had catastrophic engine failure, 5,000 miles over the warranty period! The mechanic that is repairing the damage said if one more component would have broke, it could have caused me to lose control of the vehicle and crash. The engine and transmission had to be removed from the vehicle to be repaired. The engine blew a valve and it went through the engine like a bullet. I contacted Audi of USA to: 1.) alert them of this problem and possible safety issue; 2.) Because the car is only 5,000 miles over the warranty and it had such massive failure, I believe its only reasonable to ask for some help in the cost of repairs. The repair cost are going to be between $25,000; 3.) I work in quality assurance for a company and I really wanted to speak with their quality assurance and alert them to this big problem. It is crucial they (Audi) understand the problem. The reps at Audi of USA that I spoke with would not help (except to listen, they are good at that), and were not cooperating with me in the process of trying desperately to alert their quality people of this failure that occurred to my car. I believe I was completely ignored and I need to find out how I can effectively report this, not only to Audi but also other people who own the same vehicle. This is a major issue that needs to be made public. Thank you.

Car failed the oil consumption test in April 2016 full rebuild of engine followed. Never ran right since. Have been back 4 times with cylinder 3 misfire code. Dealer changed Coils, injectors. New spark plugs. Now Im told it is carbon build up on the intake valves, and it needs to come apart again to clean the valves. They had it apart 3 times and no mention of carbon. Carbon build up is called contamination so the extended warranty policy I purchased from them (Fidelity) does not cover this. Fuel injector cleaner, like Sea Foam will prevent this if used periodically. This is not mentioned in any Maintenance schedule. Lost all faith in the Audi mechanics I had my local mechanic de-carbon the valves with NO results 78,000 miles on the car and I am at a loss. Lemon laws dont cover it. Next step is NY AG and small claims.

The Audi FSI engines are subject to heavy carbon build up so beware before buying one. My issue that I have beside the carbon build up is the timing chain. My 2007 4.2 Q7 jumps out of timing, causing the SUV to shake at idle speeds, misfire, and turns on the CEL light that makes you fail smog tests. At this time, Audi service center has had the SUV for about 4 -5 weeks and still cant fix the problem. The entire engine has to be dropped to service the 4 chains and chain tensioners, etc. The dealership avoided dropping the engine and we recently found out were trying troubleshooting by moving can adjuster to the another side of engine. They gave us a loaner to use but just want our SUV back and fixed to smog for DMV, then get rid off. The Audi dealership stated that they had to recently service 4 engines that had timing problems and think they will see more as the Q7s age with miles. I just want to know if anyone else has had the same problem with the timing on their Q7 3.0 or 4.2. If so, please contact me. Want to hear your problem and how it was resolved. My miles is about 74,000 miles. I think Audi will need recall or repair or class action suit is needed. 2014 is coming and the 2007-2009 will hit higher mileage and should all have problems with these thin timing chains.

I have a new 2016 Audi A6 with an eight year bumper to bumper warranty. The only warranty I did not get was for the exterior paint and leather seats. I am the only driver of this car and no longer have kids at home, so thought I didnt need it. Starting a few months ago the leather front seats began to warp and crinkle. Now the leather on the back seats are beginning to crinkle as well. The first time I took it into Plaza Audi in St. Louis the service department put conditioner on my leather in hopes it would fix the defect. Clearly it did not. The second time, the new manager said clearly theres something wrong and hed reach out to his Audi rep to determine how to get this repaired and he snapped a couple photos. Somehow Brad **, Audis Midwest Rep has declared that my seats defects are due to outside influence. He cant say what that outside influence is or why fine leather seats buckled and crinkled on their new car. I was told my only remedy is Audi Customer Experience. After weeks of an investigation Joanna at Audi Customer Experience told me that no one in their department is a technician so they have to rely on what their Audi rep tells them. So, WHY is there a department that can essentially do nothing but repeat what their rep has told them? I took my car to another Audi service department. Experts there agreed I could not have caused this damage and theyd get back to me in a couple days. Ah ha, but because Brad ** has already made a ruling on my car, NO OTHER AUDI SERVICE DEPARTMENT can question his ruling. Then I contacted corporate communications. Just got another callback. Good grief, corporate communications circled me BACK to Audi Customer Experience who only repeated to me exactly what Brad **s original ruling! Ronald ** at Audi Customer Experience repeated again that Audi blames ME for the manufacturers defect on my leather seats. He would not let me tape the conversation. Ronald ** refused to give me the name of his boss. He says hes speaking for Audi worldwide and no one can help. I can pay for the new leather seats and Plaza Audi will kindly install them for free. I feel like Im playing a board game that keeps sending me back to the same place with every move. Any suggestions?

In the process of the change I decided to have an oil change. At the dealership everyone was very nice and took care of me within the process of the service and assured me that the fuel pump and the oil change has been taken care of and paid 140.27 dollars for the oil change. The biggest part me going to the dealership was because of the recall for the fuel pump because of the letter I received a few days ago. This morning 01/27/2017, after my daily routine coming home the car engine suddenly turned off. The worst part of this was that I was traveling on a highway, Palisades Parkway to be exact. On the dashboard of the car there were no indication of something wrong. The fuel gauge was indicated as that the car had fuel in the car. Not thinking about the amount of fuel that is in the car, I thought that there was something wrong with the engine itself. Thinking back from yesterdays service, the service was for the fuel pump recall. Thinking that it couldnt be fuel because I just came out of the service for this problem, but to be sure I called a friend to bring some gas to put in the car. Sure enough after adding fuel into the car the car started and I was able to drive to the nearest gas station to fill up.In all, this complaint is for the service at the Audi Town Motors of Englewood NJ where they specialize in Audi. Having trusted that an Audi dealership would know how to service an Audi car, was the worst mistake of my life. Driving a car in the highway, all of the sudden losing an engine and feeling a life or death situation was something that I wanted to share. Cars flying by me trying desperately to move the car to a safe place to park was something that no one should experience. I would like to formally put a complaint to the Audi Town Motors of Englwood NJ at 400 South Dean St Englewood NJ 07631. For the life or death situation I was in and amount of time I had to suffer for the mistakes that the Audi made, in a recall that Audi of America formally gave out to all of the Audi owners.

Car was purchased in Toronto in mid Oct, 2018, driven to Naples, Florida in early November and parked in a condo garage 100 yards from the Gulf of Mexico with the passenger side exposed to winds from the Gulf. In mid January a braking issue was noticed when braking at highway speeds. Audi service determined that the issue was caused by rust on the passenger side brake rotors and advised that because this was a result of outside influences the repair cost would not be covered by the warranty. Does this seem reasonable when other equivalent cars parked in the same condo location over 8 years had not encountered the same problem?

Some upgrades available on the website but were somewhat limited because of the many included features as standard equipment. A truly upscale car for the price. Seating for five passengers is the standard for this sedan. Although back seat seats five adults are more comfortable with two adults and perhaps one child.

My car is black, super shiny and is an all wheel drive. Its fast and has a great stereo system. Leather seats are awesome. My favorite part is that the seats are heated. I also love the look of the cars logo. My car draws the attention of people quite often. The wheels look nice and sharp. I can always personalize my car. Id love to add turbo to make my car go super fast. I love racing others in my Audi. I can paint it if I wanted or add a better sunroof. I can fit all my friends inside. We all go on long rides. It never looks like a clown car. Theres plenty of space in the back and the front of the car. It has electronic seats to move forward and back if more room is needed. I love Audis!

At end of lease- told residual is approx 12K- you would think thats what you could buy it for? Not close- have to go thru their dealer and they tack on over 1k in fees and Audi adds another 300 or so - in theory no termination fee If you buy it but they call it something else- Want to sell it directly to someone else?- Dont even think its going to happen then they charge what they call fmv- in my case 21k. Bottom line audi finance is a rip off - they tell you when you buy it that residual price is what you pay———NOT.

This midnight black two door Sedan is where its at and a sunroof to boot. Its sleek and stylish. I enjoy the safety and it brings me comfort to know Im safe. They gave me any options I wanted from the color exterior, the color interior, leather seats, auto windows/locks... And without A/C because less pollution is better. Theres a lot of leg room and arm space. I enjoy all times I am in my car. I love it and I would recommend to everyone to buy.

I have been a proud owner of an Audi Q5, 2014 model from the fall of 2013 until 4 months ago when the “add oil” light turned on for the first time. Since then the light turns on every 2,000 – 2,500 km, more or less. My husband brought the car into the Audi Dealership in London, Ontario, Canada (the same dealership we bought the car from). After multiple investigations, we have been told this is something normal for this type of engine (Turbo 2.0L). Both my husband and I are Mechanical Engineers, car owners and avid car users and we’ve never seen or heard about this kind of “normality” with any other car we’ve owned (or not owned).Because the experts from the Audi dealership reassured us that “that’s the norm”, we decided to dig a little bit deeper and figure it out for ourselves. What we found out did frighten us indeed! The issue has been existent in 2009 to 2012 models, after many, many complaints a lawsuit has been issued and won by the Audi car owners. The problem they were having was identical with the one we are having. This proves that this isn’t the norm, it is a huge issue not resolved by Audi and the problem still exists. However, our request to be treated in the same way has been denied by the London Audi Dealership. This being said I am not very concerned about the increased cost of the oil (I could start adding the oil every time I fill up the tank with gas lol), however we don’t even need to be mechanically inclined to figure out that in not too long of a time the engine will completely fail. That’s going to be a very costly repair for an issue that wasn’t provoked by us, but it has been grandfathered through a bad design that perpetuates from one model year to another and very well hidden by the dealerships from the eyes and knowledge of the pranked customers (on their own big bucks, of course, not mentioning about the huge safety hazard they are being exposed to by being lied about the real performance of the car).I asked the Audi dealership, as well as their customer service representatives to put themselves in my shoes. I thought I was commuting to my place of work using a safe and reliable car, an Audi Q5, one of the best and safest SUV in the world as per all the advertising I’ve seen everywhere, just to find out that anytime its engine could die due to the continuous increase of oil leakage. I have been driving with the Damocles sword above my head since the “add oil” light turned off for the first time. I paid a full year salary on this car just to make sure I am SAFE. Beside scrapping it and buying another car (not an Audi, of course), what something else should I do?

My name is Dimitri **. I leased a brand new 2010 Audi A5 from Prestige Audi of North Miami beach. With my lease, I was told to bring my car to them every time its time for service. The car said its time for a service so I made an appointment to drop it off. They called me and told me it was ready, so I went to pick it up. I took it home. When I get in to my car, I always approach the driver side. Well one day, I backed the car in and the next morning, I approached from the passenger side and I noticed there was damage to my passenger front wheel.Well, it was dented in multiple places and bowed out at the top of the wheel well plus paint damage. So I said to myself, I didnt do it, maybe I got hit but let me take it to Audi to see what theyll say. So I went there to speak with Fernando **. I told him the situation and he said let me see it and Ill tell you if we did it here. His exact quote was, Ive been working on this lot for 9 years and I know what kind of damage this lot can do and that damage was done here. He told me that where they keep the cars after they service them, is enclosed by a fence and they covered that fence with a white cloth so people cant see in and steal or vandalize the cars. And as one of the porters was parking my car, he didnt notice that a pole was also covered by the white cloth and he pulled it up as far as he could and while doing that, he hit my car damaging the front end. So they damaged the car on their lot. I have that in writing that the car was damaged on their lot while being serviced. So he was very nice in the beginning and said to bring it and they will fix it. I dropped it off on August 8 to be repaired and they said it would take four days. Two weeks later, after no phone call, I called them and it just so happened to be ready. I was like, great, Im coming to get it. I got there and I looked to see if they repaired the car correctly. As I was looking it over, I noticed that the headlight on the damaged side was sticking out more than the other side and there was still a few marks on the bumper. So I told them and they said they would fix it. Another week went by. They call and told me that if I dont bring back the loaned car they gave to me while my car was being fixed, they will charge me. So I brought the car back like they asked. When I got there, I inspected it again and I noticed that the hood of my car was extending over grill of the car. I can stick my fingers under the hood when the hood should be closed. I told them to bring another A5 to compare and u can tell there was a difference. I have pictures and videos of all the damage. If needed. I am paying more than 600 dollars a month for my lease and I take care of the car like its my baby. I leave it with them and they damaged the car. The car will never be the same once its gone to the body shop. It will never be the same and has lost value of my car. If someone checks the car, they can tell there were repairs done. I called them and asked them whats going to happen now. They said that they will do nothing to resolve this matter. Thats why Im writing you to see what I can do as Im only one person dealing with a huge company who doesnt care about the customers. Why should I keep paying the same payment when my car is not new anymore? I would understand if I did the damage, but I didnt. They damaged my car and dont care because theyre not paying for it. The manager called me today and told me to bring the car back and get my car and stop nitpicking. Is it nitpicking or do I just want what I deserve my car (in perfect condition, just like I had it when it rolled of the assembly line)? I dont know who can help me with this situation but I would love for you to help me or point me in the right direction because they dont listen to anything I say. They are trying to take advantage of me because Im young and I am a nice person. But enough is enough (plus I paid for this month and I wasnt even able to drive my car at all, so I paid for nothing).

It stands out from the other cars because it is one of the kind design, there is no mistake it has its own style. I am happy with it because it meets my need and want. I enjoy the smooth ride it provides and my passenger gets a special treat from riding in this car. Although the upgrade and personalization can be pricey, but what is the point of driving a car if you dont experience the special unique that is offered by the car? It is worth the money.

I purchased a 2016 CPO Audi from Audi of Naples. There was no mention of a “DEDUCTIBLE” every time you need to use the CPO warranty. I was given no paperwork as to the fact there is a deductible on the CPO warranty. I just took my vehicle in as the air conditioner was not cooling. Since it was 2,000 miles past factory warranty the CPO warranty was applied. I asked if there would be any charge and was told that there would not be a charge as it was all covered under CPO. I was even called the next day and told that the good news was everything was covered by the CPO and I would owe nothing. When I went to pick up the car I was presented a bill for $85.00. I was told there was no charge for the warranty work but they were required to collect an $85 deductible for Audi. I argued with them and finally had to pay it to get my car released. I filed a complaint with Audi and after a week and a half they just called and said there was nothing they could do and I would be responsible for the $85 deductible every time it needed warranty work. I would never even consider buying another Audi and will be glad to warn others. I have owned many Mercedes Benz and have never had an issue with their CPO. Looks like trying an Audi for the first time ended up being a bad deal.

@audiofficial @Audi @vw @etron_audi @bbb_north_america @bbcnews @newyorkermag @nytimes @washingtonpost The worst car company that exists, I have dealt with many higher end companies that have dignity, accountability & responsibility. My mom could have died at Audi’s hands, to this day they keep saying we need to pay for a diagnostics test for them to even consider trying to figure out why the engine started to go around 30k miles, we have had to put oil in the car weekly to date and the most serious debacle: the gas tank imploded in the back seat because of where it’s located the entire back area of the car became gas soaked slowly. Audi could have cared less and we had to pay for it, the mechanic who worked on it used to work for Audi...He said if anyone would have been near this car with a cigarette/match it would have exploded. Deplorable humans and company, #zeroaccountability for a very serious situation. I still have not heard back, only from the bots & robots that respond that WE NEED TO PAY FOR A DIAGNOSTICS TEST. Despicable company. #consumersbeware

My Audi A4 was well designed/attractive. It has a nice handling, smooth ride and black on black with black tinted windows. It also had a great black leather interior to match the slickness Of the black exterior. It is definitely a nice car and one of my absolute faves because it was very stylish, fresh, sleek and cool. It almost reminded me of a Batmobile because it was so nicely designed and had a lovely exterior. It was in the luxury world but not as expensive as a Benz or BMW. I loved the Audi A4 but wish it had more tech features. Also, it needed lots of repairs and had recalled items which was very annoying. I called my dealer, who said it had had a couple of like reports, but no breakage. The dealer just called back to say it would need the car through the weekend to loosen and lower the moon roof, as that was Audis international fix, and, indeed, breakage has occurred on some vehicles. I love my car, but I am very concerned, as I bought the car, specifically, to safely transport my granddaughter. Should I be assured by the fix? Will it compromise my vehicle? Where is Audis recall? I would like to know how to lodge a formal complaint about my Audi S3 and the dissatisfaction I have received from Audi roadside assistance and Audi Service Centre in Parramatta. When I first walked into the Audi Parramatta dealership when purchasing my S3, the level of service and communication was outstanding! I was so pleased with how I was informed every step of the way and the progress on when my car was being built. It all went downhill from there as soon as I left the dealership.About 8 months of owning the car the centre console panel started to flack up and peel exposing the aluminium underlay of the part of the car. Shortly after that my car overheated and the warning light came on for me to turn off my engine and put coolant in the car. I was stranded with my 1 year old and my 3 year old. I called the Audi roadside assistance and was told that someone would be there within an hour. 4 hours later no one turned up so I was forced to drive the car myself with my 3 year old and 1 year to the Parramatta service centre for them to add coolant to the car. Then I was emailed a survey about the roadside and because I gave them a 0 mark they called me the next day asking why I had marked them so low. I explained that I was left stranded for hours on end with my 2 kids under the age of 3 and had to drive my overheated car to the service centre myself. I was told by the person on the phone that the job was not logged and that is why no one came or called. Then when I booked in my car for the service I was told I had to wait close to 2 weeks for the new part to arrive. I waited weeks and no one from the Parramatta service centre got in touch with me so I had to call them to follow up with them to confirm my appointment and confirm the part had arrived. I dropped it off and had arranged a loan car. I inquired about the terms and conditions of the loan car agreement. I was told by MASON that I would have to pay $2500 excess regardless if I got into an accident and it was not my fault. So I couldnt even utilise the loan car which is why I asked for the loan car so I could use it for work. I missed an entire days work because of this information that was wrong! I was mislead and deceived into signing this legally binding agreement. Then to top it off after missing an entire day of work to have a part in my car changed, I was called at 3:30 PM to tell me the part had been damaged, mind you the car was dropped off at 8:00 AM that morning. There is no way it was damaged when leaving the factory in Germany, clearly it was damaged when the staff opened it. I know this because the Assistant Manager Chris told me that the part comes wrapped in bubble wrap and layers of other material to protect and it gets delivered in a box. I was then told I have to wait another week and a half for another part to come in.2 weeks later I am yet to hear anything from Audi Parramatta service centre. The website clearly states that first class service to Audi consumers when clearly that is not the case. What is the point of having an Audi if the staff cannot even communicate with its consumers, when they cant even advise its consumers of correct information on an agreement, when my car over heats and parts are damaged and when roadside leaves its consumers stranded? It is a joke that I have spent all this money on this car and to be so dissatisfied. No one at the service centre offered any sort of compensation or help with anything. Not even a sorry.Today after waiting 2 weeks for the new part to arrive I dropped my car off again to Audi Service Centre to have the part changed. I wasnt even called to pick it up even though I left my mobile number with Jeffery, instead my husband was called and when I got to Audi to pick my car up I had to wait 20 minutes as Jeffery was too busy to see me. He told me that he had delayed his lunch and that he had been waiting for me, what kind of employee at a service centre even says that to its customer? On top of that my car not only got damaged whilst they changed the part, the part they fitted doesnt even fit correctly and the installer has now damaged two parts of the console of my car. The worst experience Audi has delivered, worst service and lack of due diligence is unbelievable. I now have to wait even longer to have new parts brought in and I am told Chris or Jeffery will be in touch but it will be a while. The worst Service Centre ever!!!

After reading these stories, I had to write about my experience with a new 2014 leased Audi A5. About a month after I leased the car, it began to make a loud rattling noise every time I accelerated. I brought the car in 4 times over the last 3 months to try and resolve this issue. I have had a loaner vehicle for 21 days. I have been in constant contact with Audi USA customer service (800-822-2834) regarding this so that my file stays updated. After bringing it in for the third time, I requested that they replace the vehicle. They looked into it for me, told me to test drive cars that I would be willing to take in its place only to tell me a week later that my request was denied. At that time I had just picked up the car from its 4th trip to the dealership for service. Now I am going after them through an attorney that specializes in CA lemon law. Audi customer service is DISGUSTING. I get that a man made car can have issues but its how they handle it that is the problem. Do yourself a favor and give your money to BMW.

2013 Audi Q7 center console delaminating. Buyer beware! The silver console surrounding the shifter is bubbling at various locations. Car always garaged yet Audi contests it was caused by outside influences which it was not and refuses to cover it under the manufacturers warranty. After going through this, I wouldnt recommend Audi to anyone if they wont standby their product and uphold their warranty. As for me, this will be my last Audi. Never again.

I have audi Q5 and I really love my car but the agent here in Egypt, they are terrible. For the usual car Service they are less than fine. Last summer I had a damage on my car and they took it to repair. After three weeks they call or I call and they told me that they dont have this Spare part. It took about two more months or more to repair it. Two days ago my back door window was broken while someone was stolen the car. Second day I call and ask about the glass they told me within two hours will answer you. That was yesterday morning till now nobody call and I am with my glass broken trying to find it anywhere else to buy it. Really they are terrible agent.

I leased the 2012 Audi Q7 in 2013. From the very beginning, the car burned a lot of oil. I kept having to put 2 qts of oil every time. They would not do a consumption test and said it was all in my head. Now my car barely 4 years old wont start. They told me I might need a new engine and it would cost 18000. But to access it properly I needed to pay 2600 for a proper diagnosis. Customer service would not assist me saying that my car was out of warranty. I thought a 60 something thousand dollar car would perform better. Very disappointed in Audi service and the product.

I leased a brand new 2014 Audi A6 almost 2 years ago. I had 7 FLAT TIRES during this short period.... I am so frustrated that felt compelled to come on this site and complain (I have never reviewed anything in the past... I am very busy women and dont have time to complain but the 7th flat tire push me to the edge...) I dont know what these tires are made out of but all I have to say is that my family drive on the same road and they dont get flats... I owned 3 Mercedes, 1 Jetta, 1 Mazda and 1 Dogde car in the past and never (even once) had flat tire in my life time until I owned an Audi A6!!! I cant wait for my lease to be over so I can get rid of this Awful awful car...

Audi has build the Q7 2007 with the wrong gaskets around the moon roof. If you check the blogs they admit it but wont pay for the damage. It drains into the SUV and burns out the electric system. Gone are your MMI etc. It starts shorting your radio, tail light bulbs, and can burn out your battery. You will also lose your total dash. They want you to pay at least 1/2 so they have no cost. This should be a worldwide recall. What will happen when your electric goes out while driving. If you are starting to replace tail light bulbs. Its just the beginning. You can also see water marks on the front floor. Join in the fight for what is fair.

There are several class action lawsuits on this exact issue. I have a Q5 that the engine blew up recently due to a hydraulic tensioning of the timing belt causing the belt to stretch, thus slipping on the sprocket. The valve crashes into the piston, destroying the engine. When I brought it to the dealer with 62K miles, they said Tough. Its your problem as it is out of warranty. I asked if they were saying that I was ** and they said yeah, in other words. The repair cost is $10,000.A high end Audi SUV not lasting >65k miles due to a fundamental design flaw and them literally saying youre screwed... Wow! Im trying to get the word out to anyone and everyone to warn them against anything Audi or VW. It is fundamentally flawed and they just dont care. This is exemplified by the lawsuit that they just settled on the diesel cover up.

Car engine stopped at 65 miles an hour on freeway. Lost all power & steering. Could have been killed. From what I hear other Audi owners have experienced same episode. Dont buy an Audi if you are concerned with your safety!!!

I leased a q5. Great car, and a fine enough experience during my lease. However post lease the actions of Audi have me considering talking to a lawyer. Prepaid overage miles, was not credited. Called in to give them my transaction number and their office is not taking calls at this time due to high volume. No call back option, no hold option, and I get this message for a week straight of attempts. 2 weeks later I finally get through to the team, give them my prepaid transaction number and they said I should receive a zero account balance shortly. One month later I get a bill again without my prepayment applied. Again their phone number for Audi USA is not accepting calls. If this touches my credit which it has threatened to do I will have to seek a legal remedy. Ridiculous that I have to spend this much of my time and effort to fix their issues. Its a beautiful car but WALK AWAY!

Getting an A4 was a dream come true. Got the sport package and the quattro which were standard in the car I looked at. You could go with less but why would you? You look at this car and you know this is a great vehicle. Looks good and comfortable yet performs like a true performance car. The dealer will help you add any little feature you want. I want satellite radio which was not in the car I looked at. Also, they immediately got me a radio in the car I wanted. Was very impressed with the passenger capacity. I am a tall guy so plenty of leg room in the back seat. Also love the seat memory function. When you get in it adjusts to your weight. Heated seats are also a great add benefit as well.

There is a decent amount of variety available if you are looking for something that fits with the Audi image. Most people are familiar with the models Audi has put out. The car I ended up getting in the end was perfect and exactly what I was looking for. Its a pretty standard car size with a pretty standard passenger capacity. Carries four people comfortably, five if you stick someone in the middle in the back. Most of the extras I wanted came standard, and there were a few more things I hadnt thought about that were really appealing and I couldnt pass them up. I was able to personalize my choice in all the ways I had hoped to. Cars have gotten so fancy these days that its almost impossible to find a new car that doesnt come with a bunch of stuff standard that some people might not even want!

A garage door crushed my rear window. The car has been in the dealers body shop for 10 weeks. I was informed that they are waiting for a part that will be shipped from Germany. The body shop told me that this happens with new model cars. Perhaps buyers should be told that this may happen to them. Meanwhile I have been renting a car for 10 weeks and have not been offered a loaner. Poor service in two counts. R **.
