Audi Automobile Model 2025 Audi SQ5

2025 Audi SQ5

The 2025 Audi SQ5 returns as one of the most balanced offerings in Audi’s performance lineup, delivering a perfect fusion of dynamic driving capability, upscale comfort, and everyday practicality. Positioned as the sportier sibling of the Q5, the SQ5 refines its design and technology for 2025 while preserving the muscular performance and intelligent engineering that have made it a standout in the premium performance SUV segment.

Powertrain and Performance.

At the heart of the 2025 Audi SQ5 is a robust 3.0-liter turbocharged V6 engine producing 354 horsepower and 369 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent through an 8-speed Tiptronic automatic transmission, delivering smooth yet aggressive shifts. Audi’s quattro all-wheel drive system is standard, providing consistent grip and stability on all surfaces and in all weather.

With launch control engaged, the SQ5 rockets from 0 to 100 km/h in just over 5 seconds, offering thrilling acceleration for a midsize SUV. The system’s rear-biased torque split and optional sport differential allow the SQ5 to feel surprisingly agile in tight corners, distributing power with precision for better handling and control.

An adaptive air suspension system is optionally available, enabling drivers to adjust ride height and firmness based on drive mode. Whether in Comfort for daily errands or Dynamic for spirited driving, the SQ5 adapts with composure and confidence.

Exterior Styling.

The 2025 SQ5 features bold yet refined styling updates that highlight its athletic intent without overwhelming its elegant proportions. The front fascia is defined by a blacked-out octagonal Singleframe grille flanked by matrix-design LED headlights. Larger lower air intakes and sculpted side sills give the SQ5 a wider, more aggressive stance.

Standard 20-inch wheels come with performance tires, while available 21-inch options push the look further into performance territory. At the rear, quad exhaust tips and a subtle roof spoiler distinguish the SQ5 from its tamer Q5 counterpart. Audi offers a Black Optic package with darkened exterior trim elements for a stealthier appearance.

Interior and Comfort.

Step inside, and the SQ5’s cabin blends luxury materials with purposeful design. Sport seats with diamond-stitched leather, brushed aluminum or carbon fiber trim, and a flat-bottomed steering wheel reinforce its performance DNA. High-quality switchgear and tight fit-and-finish contribute to the refined environment Audi is known for.

Front seats are heated and power-adjustable with lumbar support, and both ventilation and massage functions are available. Rear seat passengers benefit from generous legroom and optional heated seats, making the SQ5 comfortable for all occupants on longer journeys.

The cabin is also impressively quiet, thanks to acoustic glass and high-grade insulation, though the optional sport exhaust system ensures the V6’s growl is never far away when you want it.

Technology and Infotainment.

The 2025 SQ5 features Audi’s latest MMI system with a crisp 10.1-inch touchscreen interface mounted high on the dash for easy access. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are standard, along with multiple USB-C ports and wireless device charging.

In front of the driver is the Audi Virtual Cockpit Plus—a fully digital, 12.3-inch instrument cluster that can display navigation, performance data, media, and more with high clarity and customizable layouts.

An available Bang & Olufsen 3D premium sound system elevates the in-cabin audio experience, while ambient lighting adds mood to evening drives. Navigation includes real-time traffic data, and an optional head-up display projects key driving information directly into the driver’s line of sight.

Driving Dynamics.

The SQ5 is more than just quick in a straight line—it’s engineered to handle with precision. Audi Drive Select allows the driver to toggle between modes like Auto, Comfort, Dynamic, Offroad, and Individual. Each mode adjusts throttle response, transmission behavior, steering effort, suspension firmness, and more.

The optional adaptive air suspension lowers the ride height in Dynamic mode for improved aerodynamics and handling, while raising it in Offroad mode for greater ground clearance. The standard suspension already provides a firm, planted feel, but the air system adds a new level of versatility and finesse.

Steering is tight and responsive, with variable ratios that lighten at low speeds and firm up at higher ones. Braking is handled by large ventilated discs at all four corners, offering strong and consistent stopping power.

Safety and Driver Assistance.

Safety and confidence are built into the SQ5. Standard driver assistance features include forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, lane departure warning, and parking sensors.

Upgraded packages offer adaptive cruise control with traffic jam assist, lane keeping assist, a surround-view camera system, and intersection assist. Audi’s pre sense systems work to detect and mitigate collisions from the front and rear, while optional active safety tech brings the SQ5 closer to semi-autonomous capability.

Practicality and Versatility

Though the SQ5 leans toward performance, it doesn’t sacrifice utility. Its five-passenger layout and split-folding rear seats offer impressive flexibility, with a generous cargo area behind the second row. With the rear seats folded, the cargo capacity rivals many larger SUVs.

The rear liftgate is power-operated with hands-free functionality, and storage compartments throughout the cabin ensure everything from groceries to gear stays organized and secure.

Final Thoughts.

The 2025 Audi SQ5 is a testament to balance. It delivers V6-powered thrills wrapped in a refined and functional package that’s equally at home on a twisty mountain road or in front of a luxury hotel. With smart technology, bold styling, and everyday usability, the SQ5 continues to stand as a benchmark in the high-performance SUV segment.

My car was taken to The Collection in Coral Gables three times in two month
My car was taken to The Collection in Coral Gables three times in two months! What a horrible inconvenience! I initially felt it had something to do with the turbo. Three times I had to rent a car and each time they told me that the problem had been fixed. Three times they told me it was not the turbo. They changed spark plugs, replaced injectors, replaced the breather valve, replaced another injector, replaced the ventilation pipe and all three times the initial complaint reoccurred! Finally, the car did not start at all and I was not at home at the time and had to have it towed. I requested that it not be towed to that service center and instead it was towed to another one, Audi of Pembroke Pines, which is about 40 min from my home but at this point I did not care. I felt that if it was not fixed this time, I would have to look into another car. Audi of Pembroke Pines diagnosed the problem. Guess what it was? The turbo! And they repaired the car which was thankfully under warranty! This has severely left me nervous about the reliability of my car. Can you imagine being told that a problem was fixed and driving long distances on interstates and the problem reoccurs leaving you scared of being stranded? Well, this happened three times. Each time I reiterated about it being the turbo and each time they said it was not. Reliability is a womans best friend. Without that, the trust is gone, my friend. I have my car back. Thank you, Audi Pembroke Pines! But I am still nervous about driving long distance on my own right now. I may have an Audi, which once I thought was the best thing ever, but I look at my mom with her Toyota or my brother with his Lexus which never breaks down and then look at my fancy car and wonder if it was worth it all. In 2011, which I dub The year of the Car, I have had, aside from regular maintenance, replacement of radiator fan motor. In July, service found them defective, worth $ 310; fan assembly worth $315. I replaced ignition coil for $64 in July, and twice in November problems stated earlier reoccurred. In December, one problems stated earlier and in March 2012, turbo has to be fixed. Now, after the turbo has been fixed, I now needed my major tune up and to replace spark plugs that were corroded and contaminated with build up that was just done in November. The cost to replace those spark plugs is $331! At the same time, my brakes needed to be fixed. This job was neglected awhile as the priority was to fix the problem with car even running, right? Forget stopping. Therefore, pads had to be replaced as well by this time as well as rotors worth $886. Great car, huh?

I must say that the Audi Q5 is a car that you feel healthy, although the German car is equipped with lots of electronic devices but rarely car seizures”. After 4 years of use, I still see the vehicle smoothness and quality as when they were new. Crisp exterior, handsome much thanks, partly angled grille at large. Generally very satisfied.

I bought an A4 a year and a half ago used but in incredible condition. Now for my confusing part. The car starts to idle rough, push the turn off button and keeps running for a few seconds. The engine light appears the next day. Ran code and came up timing. I then read it been quite the problem it seems. People having catastrophic engine failure at worst. I then see Audi has been sued.I contact the lawyer firm representing the plaintiffs (on the tensioner failure) and was sent a form because my Audi was one of the models affected. Was told as long as I bring it to an authorized Audi dealership it would be covered 100% and if brought to an independent repair shop $1500 would be covered. Well I called the only dealer near me 50 miles away and was told, Yes we are aware of the extended warranty and yes Audi will cover it. Okay great!!! Had the car flat bedded there. Got a call they received my car. Great then a service advisor called and said it would be a few days to a week to repair. I was told it a 10 hour job. I said okay. Then a few days later I called back because I had a question. The service advisor told me, I was just about to write you an email. I have some bad news. Audi will only cover 25% of the repair and need maintenance records. What!!!! What happened to you know all about the extended warranty and look forward to seeing your car. I said as far as the maintenance records they are all listed on Carfax. Was told they cant use that. (Why? Extended warranty companies use them along with Edmunds.) I dont know. Like I said Im confused completely. Its been over a week and havent heard a word back from anyone. I will say for the record the employees I did talk to were very polite but polite doesnt answer why I havent heard back about the status.

Audi A4 A 4.2 TDI Registration No. ** Dated 04/07/2012. Within 9 to 10 months of delivery started experiencing following problems: 1. From exhaust pipe emission of heavy smoking and some sparks. This problem was attended by Audi workshop at CST Kalina. While submitting car for above repairs also verbally report slight vibration & rubbing noises while driving. However, later part of the report was not record as the test drive inside workshop failed to reveal any problem with steering. Car was handed after dealing with exhausted Pipe smoke emission.2. Eventually after some time while taking out car from our Garage the cars steering system completely ceased and started giving indication that car steering system has failed. The car was collected by Workshop for repairs. However, we were dis-satisfied with to see such high end car having such major problems within 10 months of service. After much deliberation we were given a brand Audi A4 car without any charges. This gesture of Audi is much appreciated.3. New Audi A4 14th June, 2013 Registration No. **. Now we have started facing following problem again.A. Vibration of steering & rubbing sound while driving this was report to the CST Kalina workshop representative but the test drive inside workshop did not reveal any defect with steering. However, on my insistence to verify if the vibration was not coming or not drive the car 30-40 kms as same was not happening continuously. Repair representative agreed to my suggestion and car was left in the workshop. Later it was reported to me that they did find for short while steering vibrating & rubbing noises while driving for longer time.Workshop representative informed me the shaft is defective and same has to be changed. I was informed it will take one week to get spare shaft. Eventually it took three weeks to get the shaft and replace same. During this time no car was given to me to help me out to my day to day work. Whereas while purchasing Audi car we promised while the car is taken for service we will be provided service, we will given a car free of any charges. Now there is no vibration or rubbing noises. But the point remains why such high end car should have such problem with my 2nd car as well. This raises question is there Deficiency in Quality Control or some inherent manufacturing defect. As I have Extend Warranty the renewal of shaft was done under warranty but the point remain why I am experiencing such serious problem once again. Warranty will get over by June, 2017. What happens next if after warranty steering fails once again?By this mail I put on notice Audi India and I would to reserve the right for car to be repaired free of any charges if above mentioned major failure of steering happen sometime in future. I feel quality control is very poor as following problems will indicate: A. Cars locks failing (not operating) and for overhauling I was charged although no parts were changed. Why when the car is still under warranty? Locks failed to operate again within a week after overhauling.B. Car door mirror switch breaking and charged in spite of car under warranty. My last Car was Toyota Corolla which was with me for over seven years and never faced any of above mentioned problem whereas Audi with such good reputation giving so much problem. I doubt their Quality Control slackness and very poor manufacturing control. With this I am putting Audi India on notice for serious steering defect existing in their A4 Model.

I purchased the car used in Late August/Early Sept 2012 in New Jersey. The car had around 42k miles on it when purchased. Within month the oil light came on and I had it in. They topped it off (no receipt) and told me to watch it. Came in again Oct 19 and at that time they updated ECM software and replaced pressure regulating valve and front crank seal and started oil consumption test. They told me that the problem should be fine now. January 2013 EPS light came on and this time it was faulty steering column control module. Oil light back on March, April and every month since. They told me to just come in every time and they would top it off with no paperwork. Over the summer of 2013 the light started coming on every 2 weeks and I started topping it off myself because I couldnt keep running back there and getting into work late. I have had the oil changes done at the recommended intervals, always at the dealer. In Sept 2013 when the light came on again, I took it in and told them it had been coming on every two weeks for a couple of months. They said they would watch it again, and when it came on every two weeks, they did the oil consumption test for the second time. I had to pay for phase 1 and wait for the light to come back on which I did. I had it in two weeks ago for phase 2 and at that time the engine light had also come on. The car failed the oil consumption test and the catalytic converter needed replaced. I have an extended warranty which covers the catalytic converter, but they said the oil consumption issue was not and now I am over the original warranty. They were going to try to get Audi to do something but that was over two weeks ago and the oil light came on again. I had to wait for the catalytic converter to come in and they dont want me to bring it in until they talk to Audi. How long does it take to make a phone call? In the meantime, I am afraid of my engine seizing, which I have heard has happened, and I am tired of having to run to the dealer every other week. I have been in that place more than any other service department combined with all the cars I have owned. I am a 50 year old professional woman who takes meticulous care of my cars and this is absolutely absurd! My son is soon to get his license, and I certainly do not feel safe having him drive around in this vehicle. I have done research on this issue and I know there are a lot of unhappy Audi owners out there. I have been waiting for a class action suit to come about. Hopefully I qualify...Just a footnote...my daughter had a VW Passat when she first started driving and we had so many problems, the dealer took it back, and sold it at auction (He was a friend of the family though)! Sorry for the tirade, but I have reached my wits end! Today, February 22, 2014, I received notice that Audi was not going to assist in any way and the dealer may pay half of the cost to replace pistons and rings? Half? First of all half of what? I have no idea what the cost is going to be... I can only imagine its very expensive. Second, this problem has existed since the day I bought it and it was still under manufacturers warranty at that time. I don think I should have to pay anything for what is obviously a defective engine. I cant even sell the car in good conscience, but I am truly at a loss here and infuriated. Where is the consumer protection here? What are our options? Help...anyone!

I bought my dream car, a 2014 A7 TDI, at the beginning of the year. With 8500 Miles, it stalled in the middle of the road, and would not restart. My first concern was that maybe my husband put in unleaded gas instead of diesel. After calling the Audi Roadside Assistance (which I will never use again) and waiting for 2 hours for a tow truck, my car was finally taken to the dealership. They do not know what is wrong - it wasnt the gas. I am so frustrated. They need to keep my car for a week to diagnose, and longer if necessary. I do not want my car back. I have lost my passion for my car and brand Audi.

Paid £28,000 for an Audi A4 that was used as the launch vehicle on the viewing nights when the car was shown to the public, so, 3 months old stuffed with techie gear yet the dab radio does not pick up a signal unless it is in the service bay??!!! My last A4, the previous model, and not quite 3 years old was fine, my brothers A3, his wifes A3, his sons A5 all bought from the same dealer at Silverlink in Newcastle upon Tyne and my daughters seat all have no problem but my £28,000 now 6 month old Audi A4 can only access analogue radio?? The garage was supposed to call me back tonight just after 6:00 but guess what, the lad who answered didnt seem capable of taking my phone number down after twice telling him what it was. What is the point of paying premium prices for a so called premium car when all you get is back street garage services? Cant see my family buying from these again. (Five cars in all.) Think Ill have to contact some in Ingolstadt.

My family has owned 6 VWs and Audis. The A4s were flawless, and the Tiguans worked well. The 2010 Q5 had mechanical and component issues and the new 2014 Q5 is getting gas mileage 10-20% below EPA sticker. Our overall mileage average is 10% below the city EPA value even though we live in the suburbs of Boston, and rarely drive into the city. I believe it is costing me $300-400 more per year in fuel. Audi says the car is operating within specification but I know what my mileage reading are. The Audi customer service people were professional when they delivered a finding I did not agree with. Otherwise the car works as promised. Have other readers had poor gas mileage???

I drive a 2012 Audi A6 SuperCharged. A few days ago I received a recall for fuel pump change, in that I called the nearest Audi dealership to make an appointment for the change on 01/26/2017. In the process of the change I decided to have an oil change. At the dealership everyone was very nice and took care of me within the process of the service and assured me that the fuel pump and the oil change has been taken care of and paid 140.27 dollars for the oil change. The biggest part me going to the dealership was because of the recall for the fuel pump because of the letter I received a few days ago. This morning 01/27/2017, after my daily routine coming home the car engine suddenly turned off. The worst part of this was that I was traveling on a highway, Palisades Parkway to be exact. On the dashboard of the car there were no indication of something wrong. The fuel gauge was indicated as that the car had fuel in the car. Not thinking about the amount of fuel that is in the car, I thought that there was something wrong with the engine itself. Thinking back from yesterdays service, the service was for the fuel pump recall. Thinking that it couldnt be fuel because I just came out of the service for this problem, but to be sure I called a friend to bring some gas to put in the car. Sure enough after adding fuel into the car the car started and I was able to drive to the nearest gas station to fill up.In all, this complaint is for the service at the Audi Town Motors of Englewood NJ where they specialize in Audi. Having trusted that an Audi dealership would know how to service an Audi car, was the worst mistake of my life. Driving a car in the highway, all of the sudden losing an engine and feeling a life or death situation was something that I wanted to share. Cars flying by me trying desperately to move the car to a safe place to park was something that no one should experience. I would like to formally put a complaint to the Audi Town Motors of Englwood NJ at 400 South Dean St Englewood NJ 07631. For the life or death situation I was in and amount of time I had to suffer for the mistakes that the Audi made, in a recall that Audi of America formally gave out to all of the Audi owners.

Just serviced my 2013 A4 at AUDI Santa Monica dealership. Probably the worst experience had with them, they overcharged me by almost $300 (Paid ~$615 while last service was the same and it cost me ~$300, Service Rep claimed that last time workload was less than this time which is not true), been a hectic week for me so had no energy to argue with someone who is probably not responsible. My coolant light sometimes turns on and I have been to that dealership 3 times while car was UNDER WARRANTY to fix this issue and every time I was assured it was fixed and the issue never got fixed. Been regularly servicing my car over there (Have done all required services with Audi) during this period but I was informed that I need to pay an abnormal fee since there is an issue with the coolant pump and parts need to get replaced and it wont be UNDER WARRANTY since it is a new issue which is not the reality (Paperworks proves my statements). Had the same issue with my brakes, no one ever mentioned to me that my brakes have issues (Been following companys guidelines and scheduled maintenance) so now it is going to cost me ~$1K to fix. It is smarter to not go after $300-$1K more for someone who can potentially be your repeat client and make you more money than the change these service departments are after. (I know this since I am a Business Analyst.) Please educate your dealerships on how to run a business. GOODBYE AUDI FOREVER, from now on will take my car to a reputable decent mechanic. Will never also purchase another AUDI in my life.

Bought a 2009 Audi S8 from Vin Devers Audi In Sylvania, OH. The service department had just completed the requires 55,000 mile service. I received the vehicle and had it scan 2 days after by my local mechanic. He found the car to have low voltage to the TB and other areas, as well as the vehicle running lean. The vehicle was accompany by a 30 day 1000 mile warranty for engine, trans and some other areas. Within 2 weeks I got a check engine light and the EPC light came on and the car will not drive above 40 MPH. Took the vehicle to my local dealer and they found wiring then was repair when the vehicle had only 10,000 miles and paid for by Audi Corp. Spoke to the Sales MGR and SVR MGR and was told there is nothing they could do. I opened a case with Audi corp and was told the same thing even though they paid for the original repair. I now have to pay to repair poor workmanship by Audi trained techs for faulty work. I will never buy another Audi and hoping everyone else will boycott their product.

However, in recent months Ive been disappointed to find out about the mpg/emissions lies.

I love Audi the car, but Audi financial services is an absolute nightmare.
I love Audi the car, but Audi financial services is an absolute nightmare. I lease an Audi A4 in 2011. I leased a car from Audi in 2011 and promptly returned the car in outstanding condition a few days before the end of the lease. About a week before returning the car, some vandalism was done on a fender. I put a claim in with my insurance company and the car was completely detailed not on for the fender but bumper etc. It looked almost in showroom condition. BTW I live in Manhattan. The lease also allowed me to have 30,000 miles on the car. When I returned the car, it only had a little over 14,000 miles on it. If I still needed a car, I would have bought it. I even asked friends if they may be interested in buying it from me if I bought it. It was that much of a deal. Audi employs a vendor named SGS to do car inspections. The inspector spent over an hour inspecting every inch of the car. At times he actually pulled out a magnifying glass! I have leased many cars and have never had an inspector like this. I was outraged when he listed tiny scratches, a tiny ding on the side door and a hairline crack in the rear tail light. He gave me an estimate of what I need to pay for Excess wear and tear. I kept asking him do define excess wear and tear. He showed me a tiny scratch on the hood that exceeded 2/3 of an inch or something like that. I kept saying that the tiny scratch is far from excess wear and tear. Finally I just grabbed his write and decided to call Audi myself. About two months later, Audi called me asking for proof that I turned in my car. I asked her why they dont just get the information from Audi Manhattan where I returned the car. She said that Audi Manhattan is difficult to communicate with and it was easier to just get the information from me. I run a small business and do not have time to do someone elses job. I explained that Audi Financials internal problems are not my problem, but if I find the document I will send it to them. About a month later, sure enough, I found the document, made a copy and sent it to Audi Financial. I then get a bill 5 months later from Audi Financial for over $1,000. There were excess wear and tear charges AND they claimed I turned in the car 20 days late. (I turned the car in early.) So the fighting with Audi financial will continue. There are a lot of hot cars out there. You dont need Audi. I have leased from Lexus and Toyota. I had no wear and tear charges with them and never had the car put through the body shop a week before returning it! DONT LEASE FROM AUDI!!

Audi a5 from 2008 - 2 days before holiday on 26.04.14 the window cable mechanism breakdown, cost 225 for the part only+ labor cost 3h. On the 4th of May 2014 on our way to Venice, it was raining, a skylight take place, our central console dead (navigation, radio, media, no oil check, completely dead). Went to audi dealer in Venice, paid 80 euros to check the BUS Interface. The part need to be replace, 330 euro for the part + 120 euro labor cost, as is a UK car they need to order the part from UK. After 3 days in Venice we decide to buy a GPS for 150 euros and continue our holiday (Italian audi dealer check and top up our oil Castrol edge 5-30W ONLY SINCE the car was new 1500 km). Later on the 10th of May 2014 we arrive in a nice city call Brasov in Romania and the engine stop with no engine sign on. We call a service. They come to investigate our case and surprise they check the (ENGINE 135000 miles) timing chain and the top (plastic) tensioner. It was broken into pieces damage @ few 3000 TBC. We left the car in Romania and return to Jersey Channel islands UK by plane. The conclusion is the audi company diminish our entire holiday + 4500 into parts and labor cost. We plan to pay a visit to our insurer as we have full comprehensive insurance on the car + travel insurance, hoping they will do something for us as the car is not in the warranty anymore..... So the conclusion is what can get any WORSE than buy and drive an AUDI on a peaceful holiday .... WHERE IS THE GERMAN QUALITY????? It never been probably.

Long term Audi owner, six different models over 20 years and now having issues with burning oil and flat tires and bent rims (2013 A5). Dealer trying to deal with issue but Audi Canada, or whatever third party company represent them in Canada, are incredibly difficult to deal with. Stonewalling and reading from the same old manual of trying to get the customer off the phone with no opportunity to escalate call. No contact info provided for Audi Canada management including the office of the president, as if they were in a bunker somewhere in Germany. Appalling attitude and no resolution. This will be the last Audi I buy or lease because of the arrogant attitude.

I have recently bought an Audi q7. Its a great looking car and is of a high spec with all the gadgets and mod cons. However I am having problems with what I think is the gear box. As I accelerate up to 2000 rpm there is a vibration and the car seems to shake until I get to 4000 rpm. Has anyone else had this problem? If so can you help me? Many thanks.

I purchased my first Audi A6 in May of 2018. It was a brand new 2018. I noticed two bubbles protruding from the right rear door and paint peeling beneath it along the internal surface structure. I called Audi and sent numerous pictures. I told them to take the car back and that I wanted a replacement. They refused to give me another car after it was determined that it was indeed a manufacturers defect. I was given two choices by them, to sue or get it fixed. I did not have the money to get an attorney so I was forced to fix a new car that was sold to me with defects. I will never again buy another Audi. Audi USA is horrible! The customer advocates are a joke. This is the worst experience I have ever had with buying a new car. Audi does not believe in Customer satisfaction.

Used up to 3 quarts of oil on a recent 200 mile drive up the coast of CA on 2010 Audi A4. Noticed all the lawsuits and class action suits regarding problems with 2009-2010 Audi A4. Have to add a quart of oil every time I gas up. Audi dealers admit they are aware of the problem yet there is nothing they can do. Welcome to the world of VW. How is it in this day and age corporations can get away with this type of behavior.

Audi Sedan A4 comes in a variety of colors including black, gray, white, and many more. Good fuel mileage and has a nice kick to it. Very comfortable as well. It has four doors surrounding the car, two mirrors with great rear view. Very sleek and aerodynamic showing the great amount of time to make it. Trunk is a hatch. You can get leather seats and customize the cabin to have various options such as extra features in the entertainment system. You can have four to five people inside. It is kind of a tight squeeze due to the low surface area but there is a lot of room for your feet and it had huge area in the back for storage as it does in the main passenger area.

I like that the sedans are still sporty and have a sleek look to them, but still functional. Also, the vehicle is very roomy and I can easily fit my two car seats in the back without overcrowding the kids. There is plenty of room in the trunk and room to stretch. My mom could have died at Audi’s hands, to this day they keep saying we need to pay for a diagnostics test for them to even consider trying to figure out why the engine started to go around 30k miles, we have had to put oil in the car weekly to date and the most serious debacle: the gas tank imploded in the back seat because of where it’s located the entire back area of the car became gas soaked slowly. Audi could have cared less and we had to pay for it, the mechanic who worked on it used to work for Audi...He said if anyone would have been near this car with a cigarette/match it would have exploded. Deplorable humans and company, #zeroaccountability for a very serious situation. I still have not heard back, only from the bots & robots that respond that WE NEED TO PAY FOR A DIAGNOSTICS TEST. The brakes will not stop squeaking and the dealer says they have relayed the problem to Audi but nothing gets done. 80% of the people who own this car are complaining according to the dealer. The squeaking is so loud that you are embarrassed to drive the car when anyone can hear. It is awful. Please do NOT buy this car. Audi, please listen to your customers. PSA: BUYERS BEWARE - My 2013 Audi Q5 began having issues at 82,000 miles. It has an oil consumption problem (sound familiar) that makes it a hazard to drive. I stopped using Audi North Austin a while back when they treated me poorly (scheduling, follow up, getting my vehicles service done on time). I used South Austin for a while until the same issues began (although I have never fought them on their overpriced non-sense). I did start taking it somewhere else however, when Audi wanted 4x more for my breaks. My vehicle has been at Audi South Austin for over 3 week now, because they want $6000 to fix it. I tried working with Audi USA when the issue began in August due to recommendation by my current garage. The representative that helped, seemed great, but my case got closed until the oil consumption part 2 test. When I went to reopen it Audi USA was a whole different thing. Since then, I have emailed, called, and initiated everything. Customer service has been exceptionally poor, and some even flat out rude. My vehicle is not under warranty, I purchased it from a private party, and I serviced it elsewhere. All things I understand are not ideal in Audis eyes, however the exceptionally poor customer service and that I could provide ALL of those records, and that this has been an issue in the past with Audi USA vehicles (although theyre stance is this is just a coincidence because its not the same one from the class action suit) is why Im putting this out there. This isnt really me, but I feel cheated and taken advantage of and I think Audi USA should hear about how theyre putting people out, and I think people should know how Audi USA is doing people. Again, buyers beware, especially 3rd party. They dont care. Even if its your safety.

The salesman was very helpful and the finance manager was extremely pleasant to deal with as well and he as well did not hound the customers. The car has touchscreen navigation system, wifi connection and also the convertible top makes for an amazing driving event experience. Audi offers its buyers a variety of options for personalizing and upgrading their vehicle, such as headrest DVD players with remote, lift package, new touch screen radio navigation system, window tinting and new wheel upgrade that can handle the worst storms. The vehicle has plenty of space in the front of car and the rear passenger section is good for three people. Nice leg room and individual vents for each person in the car. I would definitely recommend to anyone whos considering the car purchase.

Purchased 2013 Audi A5 with 2k miles no warranty. Developed a very bad vibration from front end, no damage, changed wheels and tires still no better. Seems that vibration is a common problem with this model, search any Audi forum and you can see for yourself. Replaced minor this and that up to 25k when the engine started making a diesel sound. Mechanic tells me problem; timing chain and tensioner is common with this motor and charges me $2500 to repair. Before assembly shows me where the timing chain has bore a hole in the side of the motor due to faulty part (picture).Notified Audi of America who tells me so sorry to hear that however if you want to take the car to a dealer and have them disassemble (at your own cost) we will look into it... Really? I guess a picture documenting the problem isnt good enough. Replace more this and thats and develop a clicking in the front end from both wheels, another common problem with Audi requiring more mechanical labor... Dont even care at this point, Ill keep the windows up! 45k miles and another light on the dash equals more time in the shop, this time its the Camshaft for some reason, and cant just replace one... Another $4500. They say its difficult to have brand loyalty with Audi? No kidding.Just keep getting slapped in the face from this Audi, no quality and no customer service help. The its a common problem with Audi cars keeps ringing in my ears. I saw a post on an Audi owners site that said something like If you cant afford a couple grand for a repair, youre driving the wrong car. A very true statement! Do yourself a favor and look at a few Audi owners’ websites before making a purchase, youll be glad you did. For me, Im covering this overpriced piece of junk and letting it set before it costs me anymore money to drive. The Audi experience!!

Audi Financial Services is the weakest link in your organization, and needs fixing. First, I explored purchasing my Audi A8L at the end of my lease. The forms were to be mailed to me, but I never received them. Second, I then explored selling the car to CarMax, and received a purchase quote of $54,022 on September 29, good through October 6.Third, on October 1, I asked Audi about a 1-month lease extension, gave my credit card information, but when told of the amount ($2,164.42), I canceled the request at once. Your agent didn’t cancel as I asked. I’m now disputing that amount on my credit card. Fourth, when I tried to sell the car to Carmax on October 5, Audi sent another purchase quote — adding more than $4,270. I refused this exorbitant second quote, as I was within the time parameters of the first quote. After five hours of conversations with Audi agents in three states, Audi agreed to stand by the original purchase quote. During those five hours, however, I was often faced with “waiting for the next available agent” up to 20 minutes, voicemails, and agents who could not make decisions and passed me off to others. I needed one agent who could respond quickly and make a prompt decision. This litany of poor customer service is abysmal and unworthy of Audi.

Do not ever ever ever purchase or lease an Audi! Heres my nightmare: back i
Do not ever ever ever purchase or lease an Audi! Heres my nightmare: back in 2010 my then husband leased an Audi in my name (the joys of marriage). About one year into the lease, we separated, both of us moving to opposite ends of California. The vehicle sat at our primary NY residence for almost two years as I would have been penalized for an early turn in. The car was only used for the limited times that I would return to the east coast, probably 5000 miles in total during that time. At just over 30,000 miles the clutch died without warning. This happened on a busy two-lane highway in a dangerous spot. Audi financial blamed it on driver mishandling. I have been driving manual transmission for 30 years and this has never happened. I am clearly capable of driving a stick shift. Happily my insurance covered it but for the deductible as Audi wanted to charge $6000 to repair. Finally, several months later the anticipated turn-in date arrives. I do everything I am supposed to: have the car inspected by Audi (which of course jacked up the damages); and turn it into an Audi authorized dealer (Audi Mohegan Lake, NY). The next day I turn in the plates and take this nightmare off of my insurance policy. I thought this was the end of my Audi dealing. Wishful thinking.Five months later I get a call from Audi Credit stating that I never paid the final bill. I advised that I never received the bill. This is because, as they explained, they never sent the bill! I told them to send the bill, which was received a month later. They are now asking for $497.35 in late return fees! Conveniently the odometer statement, prepared by Mohegan Lake Audi does not have the turn in date on it. Audi decided to wait a month to pick up the car after I turned it in. I have been back and forth with Audi Financial and Mohegan Lake and have yet to be able to get proof of the date on which I turned the car into Audi. My insurance (in deadbeat exs name) shows that I turned in the plates to the DMV and took the car off the policy on 7/2 (days after I turned the car in). I cannot find my DMV receipt, cannot get an answer when I call NY DMV, and cannot get the paperwork from Geico showing that the car was removed from the policy because the policy is now in my exs name. I am beyond frustrated! F AUDI!!!!!

Six months after purchasing a 2007 Audi A6 with 57k miles the steering control module required replacement. The cost to fix was $2,600. Because this obviously a result of poor engineering and not a wear and tear issue I wrote a complaint to Audi directly. Their response: We are sorry to learn of your issue however the car is not under warranty (they wont acknowledge the fact that this is a common issue as seen on many Audi forums) and because you did not buy at an Audi dealership and you are not a loyal Audi customer (1st Audi and last) we will not assist with repair. The point of my writing this is that their vehicles are over engineered and repair record and costs are absurd. Oh and dont even try to bring to someone other than an Audi dealership because they cannot work on them. And the dealerships know this full well!!! I am through with the 4 rings of death as my mechanic calls them and switching back to Lexus. Dont get taken by the looks of what I think is a great looking vehicle like I did. You will be surely regret it and be shopping for a new car ASAP.

It was horrible. This was my first time buying a used car and it turned out to be the worst experience of my life so far, with all the headaches, confusion, lies and scummy dealers and dealerships. On June 1, 2010, I purchased (financed) a 2005 Audi A6 with 58,000 miles. The car was treated and maintained, as told. By the end of January, I experienced almost a near death accident while on my way home driving the car. It began to shake out of control. The steering wheel locked up and the brakes locked up. I was scared for my life so I pulled the emergency brake. And before I hit the car parked to the right of me, the whole car shut off completely and wouldnt start. I thought I needed a jumper but that wasnt the answer so I had the car towed to the nearest parking space until Audi of Manhattan opened for business the next morning.I paid for the car to be towed there where they diagnosed that my 6-month old investment’s engine failed and seized up. I got the estimate of repairs from the dealership. They told me it would cost a whopping $6,000 for a new motor and about $3,000 for the repair work from Audi. I was sad to hear the news but was confused, alongside with the service team, at why a motor with 64,000 miles would seize if there was nothing wrong and the car was treated like a charm.I finally got enough money, after a few months of parking garages and receiving tickets for my car being unable to move, to pay for the repair. I spent $3,999 on a motor and about $1,000 on repair work.Im writing as an innocent consumer who faced an evil and crooked dealership without the knowledge of what they were capable of doing. And thats ruining innocent consumers like me life and pockets as we know it. I was stuck with a car that was unable to move, let alone start, so I can drive. Paul ** offered no assistance. Audi of America was no help either. Thats why Im turning to this consumer help and small claims court to seek the justice I deserve and stop the crooked dealers out there from destroying another consumer’s hard work and earned money.

I have a new 2016 Audi A6 with an eight year bumper to bumper warranty. The only warranty I did not get was for the exterior paint and leather seats. I am the only driver of this car and no longer have kids at home, so thought I didnt need it. Starting a few months ago the leather front seats began to warp and crinkle. Now the leather on the back seats are beginning to crinkle as well. The first time I took it into Plaza Audi in St. Louis the service department put conditioner on my leather in hopes it would fix the defect. Clearly it did not. The second time, the new manager said clearly theres something wrong and hed reach out to his Audi rep to determine how to get this repaired and he snapped a couple photos. Somehow Brad **, Audis Midwest Rep has declared that my seats defects are due to outside influence. He cant say what that outside influence is or why fine leather seats buckled and crinkled on their new car. I was told my only remedy is Audi Customer Experience. After weeks of an investigation Joanna at Audi Customer Experience told me that no one in their department is a technician so they have to rely on what their Audi rep tells them. So, WHY is there a department that can essentially do nothing but repeat what their rep has told them? I took my car to another Audi service department. Experts there agreed I could not have caused this damage and theyd get back to me in a couple days. Ah ha, but because Brad ** has already made a ruling on my car, NO OTHER AUDI SERVICE DEPARTMENT can question his ruling. Then I contacted corporate communications. Just got another callback. Good grief, corporate communications circled me BACK to Audi Customer Experience who only repeated to me exactly what Brad **s original ruling! Ronald ** at Audi Customer Experience repeated again that Audi blames ME for the manufacturers defect on my leather seats. He would not let me tape the conversation. Ronald ** refused to give me the name of his boss. He says hes speaking for Audi worldwide and no one can help. I can pay for the new leather seats and Plaza Audi will kindly install them for free. I feel like Im playing a board game that keeps sending me back to the same place with every move. Any suggestions?

Some of the stories on here are similar to my own... really bad Audi customer service (after sales, of course). Ive been a customer of Audi for 5 yrs and I have to admit I do change them quite often (6 in the 5 yrs). I cash purchase. (I now know its a big no-no to buy cash!... but Id never had a problem before.)Heres just a little of whats been going on with my Audi A4...November 2012...We traveled to Audi in Carlisle and purchased an Audi A4 (61 plate ex demo) for $18,990.18th December, 2012... We had an egg smell coming from the vehicle, we called a local Audi and we were told that the car is new and the smell will disperse as the car is new and the parts sometimes burn off excess oil?23rd December, 2012... During a family day out with the children, we traveled down the A1 to see family and do some last minute Christmas shopping. The smell and heat coming from the vehicle was very apparent, but after a call to Audi, we were told to ignore it, so we did. On the return journey, the car started billowing black smoke, and the heat and smell were strong enough for us to have to pull over and require assistance from RAC/Audi Assistance... We were told that the car had a clutch failure and it had to go into Audi Teesside for repairs.**I required a courtesy car during this period and Audi Assist, who knew I had 3 children, issued me with a 2-seater Audi TT!? This scuppered nearly all of our family Christmas plans, but as my gran was over from Germany and I knew this may be the last Christmas I have with her, I was determined to get to were she was from Teesside. This was a mammoth task with a family of 5 and a 2-seater car. Two of the children nor myself got to see gran before she left, unfortunately (she passed 2 weeks later).**9th January, 2013... I received a call from Gemma ** in Audi customer services to say that my car was being delivered back to me today as it has been fixed. It had apparently needed a new clutch, which had now been done, and we were able to take it back. She had just been informed from the dealers (Teesside Audi) that the work was complete.9th January, 2013... My car was delivered back at lunchtime with an invoice stating that my car had been fitted with a new clutch, and oil had been topped up (under warranty work). So I decided to drive to my local Tesco with my little daughter. Within half a mile, I noticed the smell initially, and the heat followed. I spotted some light smoke coming from the bonnet so I pulled over. I decided to call Teesside and spoke to Mark, who had apparently carried out the work, and I told him what was happening to my car. He said the car is going through what is called a regeneration and I was to ignore it and keep driving. I also rung Gemma and she said he knows what hes talking about, and with a new part, sometimes they give off a smell and I was to do what he said...I drove another mile up the road when my car once again was smoking and other road users and bystanders where signalling for me to pull over... Completely frightened and not knowing what to do, I quickly pulled over, and as I left my vehicle, a fellow driver approached and said that looks dangerous and I was to stand back with the little one... I did so, and he and another man cautiously opened my bonnet. With that, a ball of black smoke and fire shot from the front of my car... I called RAC/Audi Assist who came to me at the roadside. It took him 90 minutes to arrive at the vehicle and he stated that he could smell my car more than 100 yards away. He wouldnt move it whilst the car was still so hot, so he left it to be later recovered by Ron Perry (a tow company)... I called Gemma to let her know and she told me it turned out that Mark in Teesside had not even repaired the car, and she felt awful that shed allowed me to take this vehicle back when they hadnt done anything to it by way of repair... Marks excuse was that he thought I was imagining it!? But he had provided us with an invoice to say these works had been carried out? Gemma said she wasnt happy with what had happened and she felt somewhat responsible, so she advised that I put a formal complaint in writing to the branch about this technician and she was doing the same on her end as she felt partly responsible, and that she was referring my case to the executive office. My car was taken to the Audi Tyneside garage where they discovered that the clutch was completely burnt out and desperately needed replacing. Richard from Tyneside said that if the car had been driven any further, it could of been much worse. (I have to add that Richard and Mark in Tyneside gave me a fantastic level of care and commitment I felt looked after whilst in there capable hands...)2nd February, 2013... I receive a call to say my car is repaired and it can be brought back to me. 8th February, 2013... The car breaks down, clutch slipped. 14th Feb, 2013... I get my car back, but during a road test, it fails and the clutch fails again.21st Feb, 2013... The clutch was replaced again, and once again, I am given my car back. We were away 25th Feb to 11th March, and upon returning, the car wouldnt start. Once again, the car is towed, and were told that the 2nd base plate on the clutch has corroded and it needs another new part (a base plate?) 26th March, 2013... We get our car back, and for the first week or so, it seems to be driving o.k.4th April, 2013... The car has started pulling to the left and the egg smell and smoke has returned, we call RAC and have it towed to a different garage (Harrogate). Maybe some fresh eyes will help and finally give us a car we can use. We receive a call to say that the vehicle may be pulling due to the tyres, so by replacing them, this may help the problem. We paid 500+VAT to have the tyres replaced, only to be told two days later that during further investigation its been found that the clutch has slipped again. We were also told that the new model of Audi has a larger gap for the clutch, but as Audis are using an older model of clutch, the clutch is able to move around and this is why it keeps slipping. A new part is ordered again to replace the small one.22nd April... My car is brought back. Im informed that they couldnt fit the new part as it didnt work. All they could do is tighten the clutch and hope for the best, but during towing it back to me, my car was damaged during transportation. The low load driver couldnt apologise enough for the damage, and after letting me see what had happened, he took it back away again to have the damage repaired... I was utterly devastated and slowly losing faith and patience.29th April 2013... The car is brought back with no damage and the drive of it seems ok.6th May... The car stalls and the smell is back. The car goes in to Harrogate which is were it is now... Ive told them Im fed up now. I spent nearly twenty thousand pounds (which I paid for in cash) for a car which is wholly unreliable. And as Ive been told on at least 5 occasions it is Not fit for purpose, I called Audi and asked what my next step is as I believe Ive given Audi more than ample opportunity to repair my vehicle, which still hasnt happened. I have done everything Audi has asked of me and some and now I cant take anymore. I cant continue to put my children into something that I dont trust and is so unreliable. On the 9th of May, I wrote a letter of rejection for the vehicle to Audi UK and a copy went to the garage I purchased it from. I dont feel Im getting any further forward so Trading Standards Tanvir has requested that he take over this whole case. Hes advising I go to the press and sue for negligence, but this is not really my thing. I just want what I paid for - a prestige car from a prestige company, and as a loyal Audi customer for over 5 years, I dont want to go down this route.Last month, I contacted Martin Winterkorns P.A., who gave me Verena ** (VWG M.D- P.A) contact details name and number, and she said they will be able to help, which wasnt the case. They are now basically saying that if I remove my complaint against the technician, they will help; otherwise, pay for further work myself... The whole thing got passed over to Lee **, an Audi exec, and he is a complete plank who doesnt care about customers... service... duty of care, so Ive sent everything over to Motor Codes and theyre investigating.Sorry, its so long-winded, but I wanted to get all the details in. Does anyone know if theres anything else I can do? Thanks, guys.

At end of lease- told residual is approx 12K- you would think thats what you could buy it for? Not close- have to go thru their dealer and they tack on over 1k in fees and Audi adds another 300 or so - in theory no termination fee If you buy it but they call it something else- Want to sell it directly to someone else?- Dont even think its going to happen then they charge what they call fmv- in my case 21k. Bottom line audi finance is a rip off - they tell you when you buy it that residual price is what you pay———NOT.

I leased a q5. Great car, and a fine enough experience during my lease. However post lease the actions of Audi have me considering talking to a lawyer. Prepaid overage miles, was not credited. Called in to give them my transaction number and their office is not taking calls at this time due to high volume. No call back option, no hold option, and I get this message for a week straight of attempts. 2 weeks later I finally get through to the team, give them my prepaid transaction number and they said I should receive a zero account balance shortly. One month later I get a bill again without my prepayment applied. Again their phone number for Audi USA is not accepting calls. If this touches my credit which it has threatened to do I will have to seek a legal remedy. Ridiculous that I have to spend this much of my time and effort to fix their issues. Its a beautiful car but WALK AWAY!

On May 19th, 2012 I bought a 97 Audi wagon from Ppm Automobile for $1200 and on July 8th, 2012 my car broke down. I got the car towed to a nearest shop where the mechanic told me my transmission was shot. I explained to the mechanic I only had the car for one month then he advised me to get in contact with the person I brought the car from to let him know that the car’s transmission was no good from the start since I only had it for 30 days. I really need justice in this matter. I have called Ppm for nine days and l still got no help on reimbursement of the $696 that I had to pay for transmission replacement. I need help in getting a refund from that company.

I bought a brand new 2018 Audi Q5 thinking it as my dream car. It brought such a dismay & disappointment within a few days of buying with lots of problems popping up every day. Problems seen and fixed: 1. There was this squeaking noise from the back: Fixed after two visits and I had show them where the problem was happening. 2. The backlights not working. SUV in the garage currently to address this problem as on 12/06/2017. 3. Window regulator gone bad. Replaced and FIXED it. 4. Auto sense start & stop feature not working if the AC is ON. - Still not fixed as on 12/06/2017. SUV is with the dealers regarding this issue. 5. Numerous minute scratches all over the car the day it was bought. I was so disheartened seeing the scratches. All these complaint were taken to the dealer & The Audi North America too. After explaining the problems the service providers were not able to even figure out the problems. I had to go twice to explain them over & over. The dealers are still trying to figure out the solutions for some issues. I have already visited the dealer at least 6-7 times & right now my car is still in the garage since 2 weeks. The Audi USA are of no help. They took 2 months to respond to my case & said that the dealer would take care of it.And the car is still in the garage as I write this review. My Only question after buying brand new car are: 1. Why should I undergo this mess and waste of time/energy after buying a BRAND NEW CAR. 2. How come AUDI has not done any quality control before delivering the car. 3. How can they deliver a car like this to the customers and then have the customer go over this pain, distress and frustration. 4. Why should I visit dealers again and again to leave the BRAND NEW SUV for repairs after paying full price to buy the vehicle.

Is Audi building a few or more lemons and attempting to outrun their flawed
Is Audi building a few or more lemons and attempting to outrun their flawed automobiles with marketing dollars and by sweeping the (hopefully few) flawed machines under the rug? A search of these Audi forums disclose a number of late model A8L vehicles with similar problems and a lack of any candid acknowledgement by Audi that they intend to stand behind their product and make good on their promises and warranties.Apparently, Audi America is instead intimidating dealers, directing them to not touch the car or refusing to pay them for warranty repairs unless they buy into the deceit that is part of the game of concealing rather than admitting and resolving these recurring problems. I suspect that these problems may result from there being two classes of vehicles coming of the A8 assembly lines in Neckarsulm, Germany. The vehicles sold to Diplomats and dignitaries, limousine services, top Audi executives and engineers may receive vehicles built when the assembly line may move at one (slower) speed or the more awake shift employees, and the rest of us, well, we get a mixed collection of manufacturing oversights and defects, hopefully not too many in any one vehicle.I suspect there is also a schism between the engineers, mechanics and the bean counters as the integrity of the engineers and mechanics would almost certainly be willing to admit and resolve these nagging problems. What appears to have happened unfortunately is that the manipulator/managers have decided they can disguise the flaws, claiming as designed and suppress any information which would cause buyers to think twice before buying into a flawed brand.A specific issue here is a new vehicle purchased from Audi of Fairfield, in Connecticut last summer under the Audi European Delivery Program, delivered at the Ingolstadt, Germany factory in June, 2012 and subsequently driven around Europe and shipped to the USA and Connecticut. The vehicle was delivered in the USA in November 2012 at Fairfield, Connecticut.Repair requests have been made in Berlin, Amsterdam, Fairfield and in Vermont. As of the beginning of February 2013, Audi of America has now directed that two different Audi dealers not service or touch the car to implement any of the needed repairs. Audi of America appears to be gaming the Lemon Law system of requirements where a car has to be documented for three or four visits to the dealer to attempt repairs prior to invoking a state Lemon Law. This might also explain why several dealers in Europe had serviced the car and were requested in writing to address some of these issues, yet nothing was documented which would satisfy the lemon law requirements. Dirty pool!In summary: Seat sensor - airbag deactivation, outside mirror heat not working, tranny hard downshift when slowing, radio station refresh, cell phone loss of pairing - persistent, console rattle, door close/locks malfunction when cold, clunk (repeatable) on acceleration from stop, MMI system fails to play .wav and .flac files, interior headliner lights flicker, front suspension rattles on rough road, and intermittent seat belt warnings failure.Issues identified in detail:The front passenger seat disables airbag protection intermittently when 115-pound person is seated. It is a recurring issue since June. A mysterious knock/clunk behind the dash is evident on every acceleration from a complete stop. Probably caused by the motor mount or strut tower yet, buried deep behind the engine. It is a recurring issue since June.Since the transmission program changed in September, prior to US delivery, there is a hard downshift when slowing and when engaging reverse on a hill. It is worse than the original programming yet CT dealer and Audi America refuse to document what software version was installed at European delivery and what change was made in Connecticut after arrival in USA. It is a recurring issue since November. The central touch locking fails when weather is cold repeatedly during December and January. It is a recurring issue since November. Radio stations on MMI do not refresh when traveling from city to city, requiring changing to frequency mode selection and then dialing across the entire band to locate a station. It is a recurring issue since November.Bluetooth pairing with cell phone fails intermittently approximately 50% of the time, despite having replaced phone with an older model, for one on the Audi approved list. One cannot re-attempt pairing while driving due to safety interlock. It is a recurring issue since November despite software upgrade, which seems to be the catchall phrase without actually documenting what issues are designed to be fixed by each upgrade as is common practice in the computer, photo and network hardware industry. The MMI system fails to play .wav and .flac files despite assurances by the salesman that this functionality was part of the MMI as it was in a prior documented software versions. It makes no sense whatsoever to pay for a premium B&O sound system only to discover that the system only plays MP3 and other compressed files. Audi America staff went to the extreme to ask the salesman to search his email history for a paper trail of the (verbal) assurances and then had the salesman mysteriously forget and now denies having ever made such assurances. Dirty pool indeed.Other issues identified are: outside mirrors heating fails to melt ice or clear fog, persistent vibration / rattle in center console dashboard, interior headliner side lights flicker when set to dimmest level, front (left?) control arm(s) or strut rattles on rough road surfaces, car whoops when driving over any bump or speed bump after start - diminished after warm-up, and seat belt reminder warning sounds only work intermittently. All in all, the vehicle incorporates very impressive and even amazing design and engineering. The sad and inexcusable disappointment is the stance taken by Audi of America in their efforts to hide, disguise, deny and then frustrate repair attempts. Brad **, to be specific, is preventing this lemon from coming to the attention of CEO Keogh. This is so contrary to the fine tradition and integrity of the AUDI brand that some heads should certainly roll.[more about the numerous European Delivery Program fiasco to follow]

I bought an Audi A4 2010 model. It was great at first. Then, after a week, my power window got stuck. Since then, there are a lot of problems coming from the car. Sounds came from the front right tire that even your service center could not detect, engine jerking, all four tires nearly burst as the service and maintenance did not have my car checked properly during my car service time, and a lot more. All I’m doing now is keep on spending on the maintenance. And the service center here in Glenmarie, Malaysia always makes me wait and don’t always solve the problem. What are you selling, Audi? Is it your car technology that you said is better than the rest or are you selling your parts and services? Does buying an Audi means that I have to spend more on maintaining or I don’t have to worry about anything? Now, the lock sensor does not work. Please do something, Audi, as I am getting fed up with your brand! To me, Audi did not deliver whatever they promised in their advertisement. That’s the worst lie towards consumer.

I have been a proud owner of an Audi Q5, 2014 model from the fall of 2013 until 4 months ago when the “add oil” light turned on for the first time. Since then the light turns on every 2,000 – 2,500 km, more or less. My husband brought the car into the Audi Dealership in London, Ontario, Canada (the same dealership we bought the car from). After multiple investigations, we have been told this is something normal for this type of engine (Turbo 2.0L). Both my husband and I are Mechanical Engineers, car owners and avid car users and we’ve never seen or heard about this kind of “normality” with any other car we’ve owned (or not owned).Because the experts from the Audi dealership reassured us that “that’s the norm”, we decided to dig a little bit deeper and figure it out for ourselves. What we found out did frighten us indeed! The issue has been existent in 2009 to 2012 models, after many, many complaints a lawsuit has been issued and won by the Audi car owners. The problem they were having was identical with the one we are having. This proves that this isn’t the norm, it is a huge issue not resolved by Audi and the problem still exists. However, our request to be treated in the same way has been denied by the London Audi Dealership. This being said I am not very concerned about the increased cost of the oil (I could start adding the oil every time I fill up the tank with gas lol), however we don’t even need to be mechanically inclined to figure out that in not too long of a time the engine will completely fail. That’s going to be a very costly repair for an issue that wasn’t provoked by us, but it has been grandfathered through a bad design that perpetuates from one model year to another and very well hidden by the dealerships from the eyes and knowledge of the pranked customers (on their own big bucks, of course, not mentioning about the huge safety hazard they are being exposed to by being lied about the real performance of the car).I asked the Audi dealership, as well as their customer service representatives to put themselves in my shoes. I thought I was commuting to my place of work using a safe and reliable car, an Audi Q5, one of the best and safest SUV in the world as per all the advertising I’ve seen everywhere, just to find out that anytime its engine could die due to the continuous increase of oil leakage. I have been driving with the Damocles sword above my head since the “add oil” light turned off for the first time. I paid a full year salary on this car just to make sure I am SAFE. Beside scrapping it and buying another car (not an Audi, of course), what something else should I do?

Variety is great. The vehicle has hands on compatibility and an amazing stereo system stock inside with bass functions of a custom audio input system. Music is great for me and I loved that about the Vehicle. You cant go wrong with a classy, luxurious look. The vehicle has these looks plus the modernization of newer vehicles. The capabilities within its representation actually complements the vehicles abilities very well. I literally never see small cars with a lot of room but the Audi is made for small vehicle, great gas but holds more passengers than most cars and is about equal to an SUV passenger. Upgrading is Automatic. It also works very well for the car. I personally believe that if you want your dream car and get it drive until it Falls completely apart with this vehicle you would be driving for Eternity. They need to distribute a new vehicle call Audi Eternity.

Ours is the second Audi convertible weve had, and the engineering is top notch. And service has been excellent also, so I can see it could be bewildering for some people like me to come across these horror stories. However, Ive always been concerned about the what if something breaks? aspect. Especially with a cloth roof! Well, I hated to let the last Audi convertible go (it was a gorgeous amulet red). But I was afraid of the cost of repair, if something did go wrong, so Im somewhat consoled by these stories (sorry, folks).Anyhow, we had the first convertible, an A4, for 6 years and there were no problems after they fixed a squeaky speaker soon after we took ownership. Otherwise, I remember the only issue was one side of the glove box, where the plastic hinge ripped a little, so it was hard to close properly. As for the A5 weve had now almost 4 years, the battery failed and they replaced it under the warranty (phew, beat the expiration date... that things around $300!). Also, the transmission seemed to jerk through gears, and they did spend 3 days (!) repairing that under warranty. The only other oddity is a silly thing... the black button that resets the trip meter... its lost or peeled its paint and looks an ugly white. Ill definitely get that fixed soon before its done 50,000 miles! So, to sum up, these cars have been excellent to drive (note that were spoiled after having had a Sebring convertible previously). I am concerned about the transmission not being as smooth as that in a new Honda Ridgeline we bought last year. So I predict well keep the Audi up to two years more but next time, I think well LEASE the next Audi or maybe even a BMW.

Purchased a new vehicle and was convinced by my dealer to finance through Audi in order to get a credit off the purchase price. Asked if there was a payoff penalty and was assured there was none. After the 2 month waiting period required for Audi Financial to establish the account, I contacted them for a payoff quote. This is only good for 10 days. In that period of time, I re-financed through my credit union and had them send a check directly to Audi Financial. Audi claims they never received the first check, so my credit union issued a second check which was received. Unfortunately, Audi Financial did not honor the first pay off amount so due to the interest accrual, I continued to get statements with Balance Due = $0.00.After the 3rd statement of this type, I contacted Audi Financial and they said that they had not put the check from my credit union as a pay off amount. They just put the money towards my payments and my next payment wasnt due until Jan 19, 2023 (the last payment). But my vehicle was still not technically paid off. In the last phone conversation I had with Audi Financial, I was told that they had received the first check but there was a problem with the account number so they didnt apply it to the loan - which would have paid off my loan. Seems like it was very intentional in order to get more interest from the loan/financing. Although there is not a technical charge for paying off the loan at Audi Financial, it seems that they have ways of getting the most interest possible from their customers. I love my Audi vehicle, but I will never use Audi Financial again.

Regardless of the model they all were very well design. Loved the options of the interior. Leather looked great and tan leather was awesome. Also color variety was nice. I leased a 2015 Audi A6 at the end of August 2014. After the first 12 months the brakes started squeaking every so often and it went away the next few months and it would come back and forth. Now, in summer 2016 the brakes started squeaking even worse than before which was very embarrassing taking into consideration that you are paying for a new luxury car. My wife took it to Legend Audi Dealer in Amityville NY just to hear from them that it is normal and that we have to cope with the noise and they gave her a brochure to read. I am not satisfied how Audi is handling this issue as it appears that they can fix it by replacing the brake pads but they dont want to. Also, I found several similar issues on the web dating back to around 2010 where other people were complaining about this. It is not fair that I keep paying for a car with such defect not being addressed by the manufacturer, it is embarrassing and a shame that Audi is not taking hands on to fix this issue. They are making their brand undesirable and because of this I wont buy another Audi again. Audi also has less than average customer service, you pay for luxury car but get poor customer service. I also want to point out that I own a Mercedes and that Mercedes is very diligent on addressing any issues with their cars and do provide outstanding customer service. I originally had plans on leasing Audi cars, but not anymore as I am completely disappointed for not taking care of the squeaky brakes on my 2015 Audi A6 which I diligently pay every month.

Ive been purchasing Audi vehicles for the last fifteen years; primarily A6 Supercharged vehicles. Last March, I traded-in my 2016 A6 Prestige Supercharged for the 2021 A6 Prestige 55. From day one there have been issues. There has been nonstop rattling from the dash. The trunk opens without touching the button on the remote or truck latch door. Other times, when pressing the button on the trunk handle, the trunk wont open at all. I would have to take the key fob out of my pocket and press the button in order for the trunk door to open. That defeats the purpose of having the trunk door button on the trunk. This is another flaw of all 2019 and newer models. Numerous times when closing the trunk, we walk away and the trunk opens again without us touching anything!Same with the doors. Numerous times, we are unable to open the doors by placing our hand behind the door handle when the key fob is in our pocket. We have to take the key fob out of our pocket for the door handle to work. The dash rattle has been addressed numerous times, but never fixed. Its a horrible design flaw. No matter what the dealership attempts, it wont fix the poor design flaw. The bottom screen went out three times since purchasing the vehicle. The first time within two weeks of the purchase. Stay away from Audi vehicles from 2019 to current. Too many design flaws.

I have a 2010 A4 which has been perfectly maintained and cared for since purchased brand new from Pfaff Audi, the largest Audi dealer in Canada. At the time of purchase I was considering the S4 model but because of the price difference I was hesitant. One of the salespersons mentioned that Pfaff also have a tuning division that specializes in tuning German cars such as Porsche, BMW and Audi and I could have my car electronically chipped inexpensively and that because they were the Audi dealer the warranty would not be affected.Less than 3 years later with only 85,000 km (approx 52k miles) on the odometer when I took the car in for a regular scheduled maintenance I was informed that there was a broken piston. The dealer was quite sympathetic and acknowledged that they had never encountered this issue with such a relatively new car. They said they would make a request to Audi to defray some of the substantial costs involved in the repair.Audi replied that they would not consider helping in any way because (1) the car was past the warranty (85,400 warranty apparently is until 85,000 km) and (2) the car had been electronically chipped. Notwithstanding the fact that the tuning was done by an authorized Audi dealer and I had been assured that it would not affect in any way the warranty there has never been any suggestion that the tuning could have led to the piston breaking. In communication with Audi they completely disavowed any meaningful relationship or joint responsibility with the dealers claiming that they are independent operators. The fallacy of that assertion is obvious to all but the most credulous. It appears to me that the broken piston in such a new, well maintained car is likely a manufacturing defect. Audi refuse to acknowledge that but do implicitly admit that a broken piston is something that Audi owners may expect with no hint of apology or assistance. Quite the attitude from a so called luxury car maker. In summary I am out $10,000. On the Audi ledger they have lost 3 customers within my immediate family not to mention the scores of business colleagues and friends who are only naturally curious to know why my expensive new car was off the road for 3 weeks for repairs. Incredibly, Audi have managed to turn an Audi aficionado into someone who doesnt have a good word to say about them. All for the sake of a small contribution to my repair costs. At least BMW/Infiniti will be happy.

I love the Audi A3. It has superb handling and has unbelievable acceleration for its price. It also has 4-wheel drive since we got the Quattro and it is reassuring. Its cabin is attractive and we both adore our driving position. We like its safety features, and has a quiet but extremely responsive engine. It is completely fun to drive.I would have preferred even more safety features such as automated braking in emergencies. Nevertheless, we would buy another Audi in a heartbeat because we have been won over with this experience.

A4, A5, A6 models. This is a luxury sedan wth lots of great features and an upscale interior to match the beautiful exterior. It drives smoothly, and is very low maintenance... There is no need for frequent repairs and no major issues to worry about. The Audi A4 is an upscale sedan with a beautiful, sleek exterior, and a well-designed interior that makes the cabin surprisingly spacious for a car its size. Theres no lack of attention to detail given to the interior cabin, with its wood and leather finishes. This sedan, though it appears to be a smaller sedan, is surprisingly spacious. The interior cabin comfortably seats five passengers, and even those who are taller still have enough leg room to move around in. Even though the car comes loaded with many features that would be upgrades on other brands, the Audi A4 offers its buyers a variety of options for personalizing and upgrading their vehicle, such as engine power, sunroof, and interior finishes.

The 2018 Audi Q7 is quite possibly the best car on the road today. It is very solidly built, extremely quiet and comfortable, and handles like a sports car in highway traffic: no sway during quick lane-changes, is not prone to over-control. The 3.0 Quattro provides tremendous power despite the cars size and weight. Plus, the 18-inch wheels provide the driver a great view of traffic ahead, a big advantage when anticipating slow-downs and congestion. A pure pleasure to drive.

The Audi has a lot of different models and they range from the more affordable A3, to the luxury R8. Theres something for everyone whether they need a sedan, SUV, or sports car. The smallest sedan (A3) still comfortably fits five people and the luxury sedans are very spacious and the SUVs even more. The R8 is pretty spacious even for it being a sports car. Audis also have a very sleek and beautiful design. Lights can make or break a car, and Audi lights are very nice. The shape of the car is very recognizable and distinct. They have a lot of different upgrades to choose from too. You can personalize the color of the exterior and interior, upgrade your radio, camera, GPS, etc.

In March of 2017, I walked into the Audi Mission Viejo, California dealership to have a minor repair on my leased 2014, A8. They said it would take 15-20 minutes so I took the time to look at the new A8 cars that were available. Jon, the salesman came up to me and asked if he could help – I said I was just looking because my lease doesn’t come due for another 2 months. He said, “How would you like to save a couple hundred dollars per month and get a new one today”. My first question was what happens to the old lease where there are 2 more payments due. He said that those payments would be wrapped into the new lease and even then, I would save a couple hundred dollars per month.I explained that this would be the only way I would be interested in getting a new car that day because I was actually thinking of other less expensive cars and wasn’t particularly happy with the service I had received from Audi during the current lease. Enticed by the offer, I ended up picking out a new 2017 A8, and before I left, I realized that I wasn’t even coming close to a couple hundred-dollar savings, in fact the payment was about $60 less. I just accepted this considering that they took back the other car with still two months of payments. He also told me that even if there was some minor wear and tear Audi waives that when you are leasing a new car and “staying part of the family”.Fast forward 2 years and my wife and I are moving to a new home. We are getting a mortgage and something shows up on my credit which is 820 on the FICO scale. I’m told by the bank that I need to do a conference call with Audi and an outside credit company that deals with these situations. During the call, I am told by Edgar at Audi that I still owe $3,236.74 from the 2015 lease. He explained that the amount due was because Audi took a loss when they sold the car, excess wear and tear, and lease payments that were still due. I pointed out to him that I have never seen one single bill via mail or any other form in two years. Also, while I was speaking to him, I checked my online account with Audi which showed all past and current leases and nothing showed there either. He agreed that this is a problem and I should contact my dealer and Audi of America. He also said that this does not show on my credit as something that is outstanding but then, when I pointed out that is why we are having this call, he said that should never had/have an effect on my credit. What am I supposed to do, call Audi every time I need a loan and have my credit checked? I will NEVER have anything to do with Audi or any company affiliated with Audi, they are as crooked as they come.Oh, and by the way, on another subject that you as a consumer should be aware of, several months ago I asked for a copy of the lease for my wife’s 2015 Q7, they ended up sending someone else’s credit application which had a lot of personal information like social security number, DOB, where they work, how much they make, etc. When I called back to let them know, they made the same mistake and sent me yet again someone else’s information. Third try, I finally got a copy of my lease. Bad business is the best I can say for Audi!

2011 Audi Q5 - Really disappointed with this car. The oil consumption is crazy and because I started to have issues with the consumption after 2015 but even though the class action lawsuit was settled, I am now not qualified to get my oil issue fixed because I am past the date and the mileage is over 80,000. Really disappointed that Audi is handling these cases so poorly even though it is clearly their manufacturing error! Horrible customer service.

I have owned several German autos... BMW, Mercedes and Audi. Of the three brands, the Audi Q5 Premium Plus (2010) has been the best by far! The only problem has been with the emissions system fouling due to the direct fuel injection; a problem common to many current brands. Audis service has been excellent in correcting any and all problems! My biggest complaint is the cost of replacement parts... extremely high ($53.00 for a plastic visor clip)!

It varies from sport car models, to mid size suvs, to full size suv, and amazing cars. If youre looking for a car for the family then the Q7 is amazing, I love how smooth it drives. The appearance of Audi gives you that sleek, business, sophisticated look. Not only are Audis head turners, they also are remarkable on the inside with some of its features for the higher models. I personally like the backup cameras, the automatic mirrors, and the signal to let you know there is a car on the side of you. You can experience any upgrade such as the seats. Most cars come with the standard black leather seats, but you can replace it with the tan or red. For the Q7s I know they can fit 5 people comfortably and as far as the sport cars you have to be a short person to fit in it. The full size cars are extremely roomy.

So I purchased a pre-owned 2007 Audi A4 2.0T with 40K miles and the car has been a lemon since the day I bought it. The turbo blew and we replaced it, and now the motor blows!!! Audi USA told us that the motor blew because of a camshaft issue known to this vehicle and that all would be covered under warranty. We took it to 2 dealerships and they BOTH refused the issue. How can such a new car become completely worthless??! They want us to pay $15K to change the motor! We cant even drive the car. AUDI is a terrible company to work with, and not once did they help us. Audi A4 2003 original owner - After replacing our timing belt and water pump, a problem with heating begins. Then three years ago, the dealership asked us to replace the heater core to resolve the problem with blowing only cold air instead of hot through the heating system during the winter. The cooling system works fine. I was against that because there wasnt any reason the heater core to stop working at once. I changed the dealership, but they obviously had the same policy everywhere not to diagnose, only replace part in order to make money. I gave up and replaced the heater core. As I expected, it didnt resolve the problem at all. After three years of flushing the system at the same dealership, they diagnosed again that the heater core shall be replaced at my expense. It is very disappointing that a relatively good car has so bad service and looks like a not professional service at all.

Ive had my 2013 Audi allroad for 8 years, it currently has 112000 miles. Its always been serviced and repaired by Audi. 25k miles ago I started to need to top up oil between services. Audi then stated that this was normal. I didnt really believe that and started to do some research on my own and found that the early TFSI engines 2008-2012 have an inherent design fault which leads to high consumption of oil. **Gradually the problem got worse and during a service when I yet again made them aware of the issue and my research findings, they said the turbo was burning oil and needed to be replaced before they could do anything. This was done and $4k later my car was still burning oil. Problem got worse and worse. At 1 qrt every 600 miles Audi said that the abnormal use was due to a leaking top cover gasket and they could not do anything until this issue was corrected. I made them aware that the engine bay would have been full of oil if the top cover gasket was to blame but went ahead to fix the gasket at the same time as the timing chain was replaced. The problem still remained. I have now spent yet another $1k to perform a oil consumption test which concluded that the car is now using 1 qrt each 200 miles! Which is everything else but normal. Audi finally says that the piston rings need to be replaced and because the car is now out of warranty I have to pay for everything out of pocket!!!The fact that Audi from day one blamed everything else and asked me to spend premium $ to fix whatever they said was the issue instead of taking responsibility for their faulty engines is ridiculous and everything else but premium. Its so savage and ruthless to bleed your customers of money knowingly that there is an issue with the engines. This is not what I expect of a premium car company. Whoever is considering of ever buying or owning a new or used Audi please think twice!

I own a 2013 Audi A6. It came with a 4 year 57,000 mile warranty. My car was perfectly maintained. The engine blew up (ring failed, destroying the block). The car had only 39,000 miles. You would think no problem... Wrong. The warranty had expired by 9 months. So Audi wanted to charge me $10,000 for a new motor. I went through the roof. They then offered to pay half if I bought a $3700 extended warranty (a wash), I said, See you in court. I called corporate and they said if I didnt take the offer they would rescind it. A not so subtle threat. They came back and said, half price and no warranty. Reluctantly I agreed. Evidently this problem is well known now and we are looking at an engine replacement as a result of a failed timing chain tensioner and the jumping of the chain. The class action lawsuit and settlement only entitled claims if made prior to Jan 25, 2019, which makes no sense given the issue continues to plaque owners of these vehicles. The treatment of this issue represents gross negligence by Audi. Why, in the case of the excessive oil consumption issue, will they pay $4k to execute a stage 2 overhaul of the engine and at the same time, with regard to catastrophic engine failure, not to the same next right thing?? This is really funny - we had the issue with the oil consumption fixed in the present failed engine. I wonder if well have the same issue with a new (used) engine with an updated tensioner and new chain?

You should never rush into buying an car unless it meets ALL your safety requirements. What I am complaining about has to do with the brakes. They grab when you have almost stopped. They seem to stick when they are wet. They make a sound as though the pads and caliper are stuck. If you slowly pull out with your foot still on the brake, they make a God-awful sound. And that is when they are dry. When wet, you talk rep your life into your hands with these brakes. They really stick and the sounds are horrible. If I am wearing a soft sporty shoe, I still cannot bring the car to a smooth stop. Forget about it with firmer dress shoes. Its a horrible experience. Guess what? They just gave me a loaner, after I complained about the brakes. It had 400 KM on the odometer and the brakes did the very same thing? They told me that it had to do with some brake technology. I say nonsense. This appears to be an endemic problem. Its unpleasant and dangerous.

My 2010 Audi Q5 3.2L has a carbon buildup problem that was covered under a 10 year, 120K mile extended warranty due to an Audi created defect. I was NEVER notified by Audi of this problem or the extended warranty. I paid the $180 at the Audi dealer to get a full diagnosis and they confirmed the carbon buildup problem. But they wont fix it because I confirmed this issue 2 MONTHS after the 10 year mark (and only 75K mileage) even though the problems started well before. The company has NO GOOD WILL and DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. It is obvious that they created the problem but they even tried to blame my mechanic for the problem since they dont know what the mechanic might have done to my vehicle. I purchased a brand new 2010 A6 2.0 T in Oct. 2009. I have had the car since then and encountered some odd problems in the past 3 to 6 months. Initially, the car used to burn the engine oil faster than usual since I would have to top up the oil level almost every month, which I found really weird. A few months ago, the car started to basically shake when I would barely be driving at 80 km per hour. Upon taking the car to the service, I was informed that the solution would be to change the engine! After the engine was changed, the car was running OK until last week when I was driving. The steering wheel locked up and then the alternator fault light came on and it said battery not charged on the dashboard. I could have gotten into a terrible car accident and my life was put at risk but I was barely able to maneuver the car just in time to get it off the road. I am a very dissatisfied customer from Audi.

Overall, my husband and I have been very satisfied with the Audi vehicles weve purchased or leased since 2016. Weve owned/leased a 2017 A4, 2017 Q5, 2018 SQ5 and 2018 Q5. Unfortunately, what is very disappointing is Audis lack of customer support or loyalty. A few months ago, my husband unexpectedly passed away leaving me with two leased Audis. Understanding that we did enter into leases with strict lease conditions on these two cars, given my personal situation and that my husband and I had a good history with Audi, I still wanted to see if Audi could help me in any way as I couldnt keep 2 leased vehicles under the present circumstances. I had heard that some car companies are very helpful when a lease holder becomes deceased. Ends up Audi is not one of those car companies and they were of absolutely no help. The dealer told me they couldnt do anything and to talk to Audi Financial as they owned the leases. Audi Financial told me I could turn in one of the cars but Id still have to make the payments and that I should go back and talk to the dealer to see if they would purchase the car back. Long story short, I ended up buying out one of the cars and selling it through a car broker (at a loss but at least I no longer have to make the car payments), and will continue to lease the other car until the lease expires. At that time I will purchase something different as I am very disappointed in Audis lack of customer support or loyalty.

I have always believed in the Audi brand - the prestige of a German engineered vehicle was something I aspired to drive. Two years ago, my mother bought a new 2012 Q5. This was when I set my mind to buying my own Audi. A little over a year ago, I bought my first vehicle, a used 2010 A4. I could not have been more thrilled, and always offered to drive friends and family around, just to show off my new ride. From the moment I purchased my A4, all I could think about was buying the next Gen version or even the new A3 that I ogled over at the Detroit Auto Show. Unfortunately my perspective on the quality of an Audi built vehicle has changed entirely. My complaint is with Audi, not the dealership. My car has less than 100,000 miles on it and has a MAJOR engine failure outside of recall/warranty. For a car to need a camshaft and 2 cylinders replaced at 4 years old (amounting to $5,500-$9,000 in repairs) signals a defective engine, not bad luck. The car has never missed a service appointment. The entire situation is completely ridiculous.I will never purchase or do business with Audi again. The level of interest shown in my personal well-being and overall desire to do the right thing is mind-boggling, and I have never in my life seen such apathy from a company towards a customer with a major mechanical failure outside of their control. I had planned for this to be my first Audi. After this debacle it is definitely my last.

I purchased an Audi W12 my first and I custom ordered the car. I had less that 5,000 miles on my Pirelli tires that were a special order. I got a flat tire in the seam of the tire. I was told by roadside service that I waited for over an hour to take it to the nearest tire facility. On Sunday nobody is open and the spare is a dingy. The drive home was 2 hours. The following morning I took the car to the nearest tire center per roadside assistance. After 3 months and to have Pirelli say they were short handed and it would be another month until they could evaluate the tire. I reached out to Audi North America as I purchased the tires and the car from them. AUDI gave me this response we are not responsible for our vendors and the tires. We can not do anything. It is not their issue on any tire related problem, even though I purchased the $3,000 worth of tires from AUDI. I asked for a supervisor from Audi and was told BY THE AGENT THE BUCK STOPS with him and he will not do anything and it is not Audi issue. If youre going to sell a $135,000 car and tout about your customer service when this was my 2nd Audi and my last purchase. Thank God no one was hurt but I would think any company would stand behind their product and vendors.
