I bought a new M35X in 2010. I live in Ohio and I bought the AWD version to drive more safely in our winters. The car came equipped with Goodyear RSA tires. I bought the car in April and everything was fine when on flat dry roads. If there were uneven surfaces the front end trembled. When wet, the car had no traction despite being AWD. In winter, it was dangerous to drive and tended to rotated when on ice or snow. It had no traction. I complained to the dealer, Infiniti of Columbus, about the problem and after a test drive, they said nothing was wrong. I tried again, explaining that the car could not accelerate in the snow even with traction control on and would go into slides at slow speeds. The dealer was no help so I complained to the next level. The short of it is that the manufacturer did not care. The Infiniti representative said everything was normal. I started reading message boards and found that others had the same problem. The solution seemed to be tire replacement. The message boards suggested Michelin Primacy MXV4 tires. I tried once again to get Infiniti to do something but was turned down. I purchased the MXV4 for this winter and it solved all of my traction, steering, and trembling complaints.I know there are other 2010 M35X owners suffering the same problems. For your own safety, buy a good set of all season tires. You will be amazed at the difference and get furious that Infiniti put a tire on the vehicle with those performance characteristics. I guess there is a reason why Infiniti is a third tier luxury brand. Customer care is non-existent.

The company offers different variety of models so you can find one to fit your needs no matter what your priority is when buying a car at a worthy price for a great traveling vehicle. I wanted something safe to get me from one place to another and the car I got is very sleek and looks very fancy - like the bat mobile but safer and kids love it too! Theres a variety of colors available for inside and outside of the car and its easy to identify in a crowded parking lot. It fits about as much as most small cars - two in front including the driver and 3 in the back. When necessary it can fit more realistically.

Recently, I purchased 2011 Infiniti FX35 Premium model from Woodbridge Alta Infiniti. My brake started to make squeaky noise around 5,000km odometer reading (Canadian car). I took it to my dealer 3 times, the technician did the security sanity check and found no problems and told me its common to hear brake squeaky noise in all Infinitis. So basically, the dealer wont do anything to fix squeaky problem. At this point, my only option is to upgrade factory brake pads to ceramic pads and I am not even sure this will fix the problem. I am very disappointed in (1) Alta Infiniti technicians and (2) FX35 brake system.

I have been looking to buy a new luxury sedan and was considering a Infiniti Q70 Hybrid, only because the MPG of the non-hybrid for Infiniti is terrible. I actually like the Q70L because of the legroom in the rear, but the Hybrid was not available in it. However, any dealer Ive visited says that they have never seen the Q70 Hybrid and doubt that it is available. When I go to Infiniti website and do a Build and Price, I can build it, yet the quote goes to my local dealers (not so local... 2 hour drive) and they tell me not available. I try to contact Infiniti Consumer Affairs to find out whats going on and they put me back to sales of the dealers Ive already talked to... that know just as little as I do. I guess that is my hint... That it is probably a mistake to be looking at this vehicle in the first place. I get quick and satisfactory replies back from other manufacturers where I have contacted for other issues or questions.

I bought a used 2005 G35. Being that it was used, I got the Infiniti Premier warranty. Ha. After a short time of driving the car, I complained of engine noise. They said the car was fine. I had the check engine light come on, so I took the car back. They said, Its just low on oil. I was concerned because the oil had just been changed 2,400 miles earlier. Four thousand miles later, the engine spun a bearing, and I took it to them and said there was a problem prior to warranty expiring. They told me, Sorry. Sorry is what the quality of Infiniti cars and service is. I will never purchase another Nissan or Infiniti product ever again. I will be busy spreading the word on the internet and contacting my lawyer.

Paint clearly was defective and started showing and cracking in few spots just about the 4th year. Wrote to them to get someone to check it out... It took a while for a supervisor NOT to bother but to call and deny the coverage. I read that paint DEFECT is well beyond the basic warranty, however, even after my calls, anyone bothered to have me take it to a dealer to look at, although a dealer I service the car at, advised to call them originally as he was sure it would be corrected! Should have bought my son a Kia or Hyundai!!!!!

Day one of ownership of a QX60. Blind spot monitor light goes on and off whenever it wants. We Drove three hours back to have them look at it. They told me to go home and enjoy my new car. Telling me they cant fix anything that isnt coding. I had to take pictures to prove the light would flash and come on because no one would believe me. It cant code if it truly thinks there is a car there that it sees, even when Im on a two lane road and there isnt a car there.Forward crash warning turns itself off when it wants. Many phone calls and I just keep getting brushed off. Two months later it finally codes. They took three weeks to try and fix, but after 2 years and numerous trips back, its still not fixed. We would find it sitting outside in back row at the dealership and not even being worked on. Yet they had it for about three weeks.Brake issues, pedal makes noise. I would push the brake and when I release the brake it would make a noise. Yet they promised they would take care of me and make everything right and is at the highest standards. haha Id hate to see low standards. My service dealership that I take all our vehicles to for oil changes, tells me I have a head gasket leak. I said I have always smelled antifreeze and told the deal I purchased from all the time. They just blew me off like I was just complaining about nothing. Today I was told by my Infiniti dealer that it is normal for all Infiniti to have a head gasket leak. Yes thats right it IS NORMAL for that to happen. Cabin seal on drivers side had pulled out first time I washed it. Paint on rear tail gate was repainted because the paint was bubbling from rust.YES we supposedly purchased this car bran new. Please if anyone else has experienced any of this please contact me. I really dont need to deal with all this stress. Its physically making me sick. I think when flood waters went through Des Moines Iowa my car may have been too close and received some damage that no one is admitting to. This flood was before I purchased the car. Yes I have contacted the BBB and the attorney generals office.

Infiniti is by far the worst car to lease. Not only is the seating very uncomfortable but also created more back problems for me. The lumbar system in these vehicles is horrendous. What is even more upsetting, is their website has been down for days now. I cannot see my payoff amount. When I asked to remove the automatic payments option so I can make the last full payment (so I would not be overcharged with autopay) I was neglected and hung up on 4 different times. Customer service is a complete joke. One guy couldnt even get the volume on his headset to work. Do not lease from this company. Its time for Americans to stick with their bread and butter (Ford, Chevy, etc.)!

I am currently leasing 2014 QX60. Overall very happy with the car, however certain things make me worry. At about 150 miles (ONE-HUNDRED and FIFTY)... I had to replace my transmission. Not repair or adjust: completely replace it. At about 2900 miles I have noticed issue with fuel-gauge: both computer estimated one, and the arrow one. Computer estimate keeps jumping up and down, and the arrow one is stuck at quarter tank most of the time, randomly moving up and down. I truthfully never know how much gas I have. Auto lights....they are always on, even when it is day time and sun is bright and shining. One of the welds in the trunk is a bit too big, so when trunk opens up it makes a squeaky noise (annoying). Now, I am leasing it, so if tomorrow all 4 wheels falls off... I dont really care... just putting it out there to inform others.

I havent had my car a year. The CD player wasnt working when I purchased it. I found out that the circuit board was defective. The dealer says it was replaced in 03 but the problem still exists. It will cost over $1200 to replace the entire thing. I feel as if I was sold a lemon due to when the 7-point inspection was done, this issue wasnt brought to my attention. Now Im stuck with a useless car and will never buy another Infiniti as long as I live.

What a JOKE!!! I have an Infiniti (2nd one) and it is leased thru Nissan/Infiniti. Anyway, I went to trade in the car on a competitive brand and Infiniti will no longer let you to trade your car in (have the other dealer payoff and buy the car). I have leased for over 30 years and never had a problem trading in car at a different dealer/brand. They said I have to buy the car, register it and pay sales tax then trade to the new dealer and pay another tax and registration for the new car. PATHETIC COMPANY!! No wonder nobody wants their cars any longer. Soon to go the way of the Edsel.

60K of crap. Every day I have to use my 2014 QX60 I wonder what will go wrong. First it was the brakes. Front and rear, rotors, pads, the works at around 12K miles. Shortly after was the transmission. At the dealer I couldnt help but notice the 11 other QX60 cars there. I inquired with one of the service techs who informed me that 8 of the 11 were for transmission problems. I have had windshield molding problems, navigation problems, and small button and switches problems, like falling off; ridiculous! Now at 31K miles, the car battery is leaking. Of course the dealer will not fully replace due to the convenience of only a 24 month warranty. The only good thing with this vehicle is the 3 year lease that cant end soon enough!!

In April 2014 I leased a brand new Infiniti Q 50 for 3 years (39 months). During the lease I maintained and serviced my Infiniti Q 50 exclusively at the Infiniti dealership where I purchased it. At approximately 24,000 miles I replaced all four tires. In June 2017 I turned in my vehicle, One month early and with 35994 miles, 3000 less miles than I could have used. I had the salesman who had sold me the car look at it and he thought it was in very good condition. I had never been in an accident with it or run into anything. I read the excessive wear and use explanation and thoroughly went through the car myself. The only thing I found was road rash on one of the tire rims, and a very small dent (a quarter) on one of the doors. No paint was missing/damaged.Later that week I asked my service personnel to retrieve a copy of the inspection on the car. I received it and waited for my final statement. I was not purchasing another Infiniti or having another lease. I think this is noteworthy. I immediately sent a check for my last months lease payment and the disposition fee and tax totaling $824.19. This statement from the actual inspection state chargeable and non-chargeable items. In the chargeable item column the curb rash $55, Front bumper $80, and right front door no paint needed $88. Totaling $223. Non-chargeable damage included the hood at $116 and the rear bumper $10. They noted all the tires were OK. Total for all damage was $349.When I received my statement from Infiniti their itemized wear and use was $1132 plus 6% tax 67.92 = $1192.92. They are charging me for wear and use on both rear tires which have less than 12,000 miles on them, scratches on the front bumper and the wheel (this charge is the only one thats exactly like the estimate that the third-party inspection gave $55). Theyre even charging me for a manual that I personally checked and was there $15 Ive never even taken it out of the car. All the charges except for the wheel are massively inflated and I feel like Im being taken advantage of because I didnt buy a new car from them or lease another vehicle. I would be willing to pay the $349 from the original inspection which is probably fair. Please help me. Ive called them, spoken to supervisor, emailed them my copy and I never heard back from them. Now its almost time for the money to be due and Ive been messing around with this for two months.

After I leased a new 2019 QX60 and had a lot of serious issues with the dealership I contacted Infiniti corporate affairs. The level of professionalism and help I received is the reason this is my 3rd Infiniti and will be my go to brand for years to come. They took the time to hear my issues and concerns, they became the middle man between me and the dealership and they made the difference in solving my issues. In the end they did not have to give me any compensation but they went above and beyond. Even after my issues were resolved they called to check on me and make sure I had no further complaints. I bought a ‘05 G35 coupe in 2009 as a preown. From the very beginning, I had issues with that car. First, the engine knocked and started to eat oil more. Gas got replaced. Just after that the moon-roof broke. The dealer tried to make me pay $2000 to fix it while the car was still on warranty. Now the air bag light is blinking. Just to get it checked they asked me $300. They tried to change belts that have 30k on then and my clutch that got wet after 30k (supposedly due to the way I drive) just for that another $2000. They are out of their minds. People, please do not buy that **. It’s over-priced and just a garbage. I was in love with Infiniti. Now I hate myself for spending that ton of money on a car that’s ** and has problems with everything (alignment since new, radio, moon-roof, airbag light flashing, clutch not being able to switch gears, loud engine even being replaced). I don’t know what to say. I hate dealers. They are a bunch of legal criminals that will suck 100 times more money then the repair really cost. And service—what’s that? Buy Infiniti, it means no service. I’m getting a ride off that car and I will never come back to that company.

I like reading the reviews posted by so many Infiniti owners and its sad that so many people have experienced tardy customer service via their dealers or the manufacturer. Im prone to skipping past reviews of vehicles 5 years or older as the service history is unknown, therefore focus on 4 years (the age of my Infiniti ex30) or new models as Im considering trading up.CUSTOMER SERVICE: It would seem that customer service is quite poor in the USA compared to England. My local dealer (Stockport, Greater Manchester) do a great job and in particular the Service Manager (James **) personally ensures that his customers are happy with the service they received. In my last review a year ago I mentioned that Infiniti had increased the price of a SatNaV update from £100 ($120) to £400 but when James read that he offered me the update for the original price when I come in for my next service - thats due in a few weeks so Ill be holding him to that.MILES: I bought the car with 13000 miles on the clock, it was a year old. Two years later and a further 45000 miles added I was concerned about its resale value but was pleasantly surprised that the residual had increased. I was offered £12,000 as a trade in, the car cost £20000 so not bad. Further, I was worried that I was killing my car with the style of driving and the distance but was assured by James that the car was running perfectly and would require brakes only at the next service - so Im happy about that.NEW: I would like a new or newer car; Ive looked at many options amongst the Infinity range as well as others like Nexus, Land Rover, BMW & Audi and I keep gravitating back to Infiniti - why Customer Service, reliability, & feel good factor when I drive it. I have not liked my options with Infinity to date based on cost, design and MPG compared to a BMW 3 or 5 series. I get on average 35 from my 3ltr EX30 diesel and I think its that high because generally I accrue miles on longer distance runs on highways (motorways if youre British) and we pay (the lowest in 3 years - $8 a gallon) so MPGs is a motivator to change. Ive decided to wait for the new version of the 4x4 EX30 expected out in October 2016 but will wait a little longer and try to buy a demonstrator as that can save lots.

Infiniti is a very pleasant and sustainable car as it meets the standards of quality. And good performance. It has sports and sedan. The experience of having a car of this type is very satisfactory as it is a high quality automobile and excellent handling. Its very fast, safe and economical. The capacity of people you can carry in it varies as it has the ability to perform very well even with 6 or 7 passengers. Theres also customization in terms of color, size of rims and rings, lines in paint, upholstery, sound equipment, speakers, screens, visual improvements, sunroofs and electric windows.

Infiniti qx60 is a good, solid and reliable car. Id consider purchasing another when this car is older. Nice gas mileage and overall a good value. I like the great cruise control and lane detection options as well. The usable third row is hard to find as most seats dont move to accommodate people coming in and out of the third row. Also love the massive skylights as well. But the GPS is not always accurate which can be a bit of an annoyance but it can be remedied by using cell phone GPS. Also, I dont like that the inside of the driver’s side door is easily scratched and is not in good shape. It also has some pretty major blind spots and sometimes its hard to see over the hood.

After being informed that there was an extended warranty issued and Infiniti would fix my dashboard, I called, the representative told me to get a work order from the dealer and it would be taken care of. I got the work order and called Infiniti Consumers back. I spoke with a different representative and he said he would open a case and I should receive a call from someone within two business days. He also noted that he seriously doubted that they would do anything because the warranty expired in November 2012. I received a call that same evening. Of course they told me the same thing he said. I was told that they sent out letters from their office to many address on file. Which she couldnt give to me. That was strange. My address should have been updated in their system since I frequent the Infiniti Dealer for regular maintenance. I was also surprised that this was never brought to my attention by the Dealership. For Infiniti to be luxury automotive dealer, they dont value the relationships of their customers. I was never notified of this cosmetic issue and did not receive adequate details on why. I purchased a 2003 Infiniti G35 in 2006. I am having problems as outlined in a recall issued by Infiniti; however, they are telling me that my car is not part of the recall. When I called the dealership, they said that the previous owner had already taken advantage of the recall so if I want the issue resolved, then I have to pay $650. I have already paid for a new air conditioning compressor and a motor for my passenger side window to find out that the issue was with the audio circuit board. The recall said: On some model year 2003 G35 Sedans manufactured through August 21, 2002, the audio and temperature controls may not operate as expected. When using the audio equipment or the temperature controls, the unit may become inoperative. In some cases, this can be corrected by turning the ignition switch off and back on again. In other cases, the unit remains inoperative and requires service by an Infiniti technician. To prevent this condition, Infiniti has initiated a Voluntary Service Campaign to replace the audio finisher circuit board on these vehicles at no charge to the customer for parts or labor. I leased an Infinity Q50 Sport model in 2015. Although the Q50 went through brakes every 13,000 miles and had premature tire wear (noted problem with Q50 Sport Model), we enjoyed the vehicle for the most part. If you do not want to pay for multiple brake jobs and a set(s) of tires prematurely, then this vehicle is not for you. At lease end, Infinity Financial Services sent us our final invoice and put the due date EIGHT DAYS from when we received it. Within a 14 day period, they sent us THREE notices for payment and then told us that we were in violation of the lease agreement! Even after paying early each of the 39 months of the lease, they treated us like deadbeats on the last payment because they set the payment due date EIGHT days after we received it.I sent in the payment in a timely manner (before net 30) and then sent a summary to the President of the North America division of Nissan and asked him to forward said complaint to Executives with IFS. If you want to be treated poorly at lease end with a prefect payment history, then Infinity Financial Services is the financial institution for you. We were going to buy an Infinity for our daughters 16th birthday but, after being treated so poorly at lease end, we have decided to buy another brand with a better financial institution attached to their brand.

The first contact with Infiniti was a refreshing change from other dealers. The actual sale process went well. After that it was a complete disaster. The car was delivered 10 days late and in a shocking condition. The paint work had faults on every panel. This ranged from deep scratches, paint scuffs etc to badly oxidized paint because of the protective!, transport stickers. The car was returned to the dealership and they agreed that it was a mess and should never had been delivered to a customer in that condition. At this point I indicated that it should be returned and replaced with another vehicle. The dealership refused and said it was company policy to try and resolve the issues. They arranged for the car to go to a local body shop to have paint work correction. This was after a detail expert had inspected the car and refused to do anything with it as the condition was so bad. He also advised them not to take it to the body shop as they did not have the skills to rectify the fault and in his experience things would only get worse. All of this was ignored and the dealership sent the car for repair. Back it came and surprise! It was in a worse condition than before. The dealership insists that the car is okay, but now they want it back to have more paint correction done? I have also got an email sent from the Infiniti Center to a paint detailer advising that they have had issues with paint, transport sticker marks, etc and have several unhappy customers. The dealership deny this and claim it’s not the same problem as my car and was an isolated case? Isolated... it mentioned every model in the lineup and several unhappy customers, how is that isolated? The car is now booked in again to go to another detailer chosen by Infiniti. I will report back on that work at a later date. Infiniti are in denial that they have paint issues. Their customer service is a joke and are as bad if not worse than some small back street outfit. They actually believe that by getting the car paint fixed they are doing me some sort of favor with no mention of any form of compensation or apology for the terrible state of the car or the complete lack of customer service?! My advice--do not buy anything from Infiniti. They are not focused on customer service or product quality. All they want is your money. There are better options out there.

My local Infinity dealership was selling a pre-owned car. Due to Infiniti being a reputable dealership, I had confidence in purchasing a used car from them. I would not have thought that they would sell a car with a major internal flaw. I test drove the car, looked at the Carfax, and things checked out fine. I purchased the car end of February 2020. A week later, when I was trying to set up my bluetooth and stream music, this feature was not working at all. When I try to make phone calls, the system goes in and out, and I am unable to stream anything from my phone. I took it to a Ford service center (the car is a Ford CMax Hybrid), and they could not diagnose by a quick look. They recommended that since I had just bought the car, I should take it back to the dealership to have them look at it.I called Infinity, and spoke with the sales rep who sold me the car, in addition to the sales manager. They did not even want to look at the car, and tried to tell me that everything was fine when they sold me the car. They did not want to have anything to do with fixing the bluetooth issue. The sales manager basically said oh well it was sold as is. I would have expected them to tell me that this feature was not working/a system was broken, but no one shared any of this info with me. I thought a company like Infinity would not do something like this, but I was sadly wrong. On another note, it took 3 phone calls to get someone to talk to me about this. Nobody was calling me back initially, this should be telling. Now, in order to get this fixed, I will have to pay several hundred dollars that I dont have, so that I can make phone calls in my car and listen to music.

I had my vehicle in at Coulter Infiniti (AZ) for service for recall work on the timing chain. I had to have it towed back into them several weeks later when the car broke down again. They said it was just a loose battery cable. I knew it wasnt but they insisted that it was. They told me it was all fixed and I could take my long road trip to CA without an issues at all. Of course the car broke down as we got to CA and so I called Coulter Infiniti and they said they couldnt help me. I found Orange Coast Infiniti and they helped a ton. I am 1 month later now and still my car isnt repaired. Orange Coast has been awesome and found out that Coulter installed screws in the last repair on the timing chain and it cause the CAM arm to break and oil to leak out. My QX56 needs an entire new long block due to metal in the engine from this faulty repair. I have been talking with Coulter Infiniti for a month now and they wont back the warranty and insist that I have to have my car towed back to AZ to have the dealer that broke my car fix it. They wont honor service warranty for the repairs at Orange Coast Infiniti. I am a month out of my car, rental bills piling up, $2,000 tear down cost at Orange Coast Infiniti to diagnose the cause of the issue and $26,000 repair bill and NOBODY at Infiniti Corporate helping me or stand behind their warranty with their own dealer!!! I cant afford all of this and an attorney already told me it is a losing battle to go up against a car manufacturer. I would be out thousands of dollars without reimbursement from Infiniti. Infiniti Consumer Affairs is a JOKE. They dont help their customers at all. They just cover up for their crappy dealerships!!! I am so upset and in tears over this. I have no idea where to go or what to do.

Theres a lot to like about the entire Infiniti line: its always been a comb
Theres a lot to like about the entire Infiniti line: its always been a combination of performance, quality and luxury. My Q50 4-door is my fourth, although the first three were the G37s and the Q60 sport models. And until now, I dont remember ever having any problem whatsoever. Until now. So Ill dispense with further platitudes and go right to the issues. It wont drive in a straight line and Ive been told that this is a function of steer-by-wire. Seriously? They did this on purpose? Driving around town you cant tell but as soon as you hit a straight on a highway, you become aware, because the car constantly drifts either right or left, which requires making a steering adjustment every few seconds. (And no, it isnt the wheel alignment.) On a long drive this is fatiguing in the arms and in your head. You cant relax. Ever! Also, having a car that constantly drifts is just plain dangerous. I have another appointment with my local service dept but I dont have high hopes.Theyve over complicated the NAV/audio display systems. Controls for the NAV system are in 3 different places. The USB (my primary music listening) display system wont perform the simplest tasks properly, either manually or by speech (which is a total fail). I live in south Florida, where you have to be afraid of the drivers around you. I dont have the luxury of taking my eyes off the road to try and figure out how to make things work.Infinitis Consumer Affairs Dept has been less than useless in these matters. The first person they assigned to my case, some regional manager named Shala, didnt return my many calls and when I finally caught up with her and explained my situation, she never followed up. (I complained about Shala but no one followed up on my complaint.) The second person, someone named Amanda, said that the car was performing within its design parameters. Again... less than useless. So this is the current state of affairs with Infiniti Customer (Consumer) Affairs. They dont care.Of the various drive modes, I prefer the Sport setting, as it tightens up the steering and the suspension but there is no way to permanently set it. It requires an adjustment every time you start the car. Gas mileage around town is an abysmal 15 mpg and I do not hot rod the car. (In all fairness, it does get 31 mpg on the highway, even without Eco mode.) Theyve done away with the warning buzzer for the rear camera, making using the camera problematic. You have video but you have to guess how close you are to things youre backing up against. And finally, I use the auto seat adjusts for driving and exit positions and sometimes when Im getting out, it resets itself to the driving position, catching me in between. Ouch! My 2011 Q60 sport was the best car I ever had. I should have bought it when the leaser came due. This Q50? Meh!

I purchased a 2006 G35X in February 2012 with minimum miles on it. In October I noticed that my car would blow white smoke occasionally when I cranked up, and it was using a lot of oil in between oil changes. I took the vehicle to the Infiniti dealership for service and I was told by the service consultant that they had to do an oil consumption test before they could do anything else. She never contacted my warranty company about the oil consumption test, so for 5 months they continued to put oil in my car without trying to determine what the real problem was. What the service consultant failed to tell me was that the car had previously been in for the same problem and that they already knew what the problem was.I dropped my car off on March 19th to finally get the repairs done. For 2 weeks they held my car and did nothing to it. I called that Friday to get an update on what was going on and I instantly started getting the run around. Every time I called to get an update, either she was not in or they had not torn my car down or the adjuster had not come to inspect the car. I contacted my warranty company and they said they had emailed the consultant so I called her back and she said she didnt get the email. After some research the email mysteriously appeared. The warranty company denied my claim because of the pictures that the service consultant emailed to them. She told me one thing was wrong with my car, but told the warranty company something else. In the process of trying to extract thousands of dollars out of my pocket, the Infiniti dealership dismantled my entire car. There was nothing left intact but the body. I have been around cars my entire life, even worked on cars before. I have never seen anyone dismantle a whole car just to say that the valves were gummed up. They then wanted to charge me $2500.00 to put the car back together without fixing it. I contacted the dealership where I bought the vehicle and they stepped in and offered to pay for the repairs as a gesture of goodwill. They asked the Infiniti dealership how much it would cost to fix what was wrong and put the car back together and the service consultant told them that the only thing they (Infiniti) would do was put another motor in the car, even though as a customer I said I only wanted the problem fixed and the car put back together. I had to have my car towed away from the dealership which they charged $1300.00 for. It took two trips for the two truck to get my whole car to another facility for repairs. The attached pictures show in detail the condition of my car when it left the Infiniti dealership. The parts were not boxed up. They were just put on the back of a tow truck and dropped off at another facility.I will never take my vehicle to the Infiniti dealership for service ever again. They are in the business of ripping customers off and then lying about it. They have deceptive business practices at the Infiniti of Memphis dealership.

DO NOT TRUST INFINITI. Infiniti Leasing will attempt to take money from you in every way possible. After being a loyal leasing customer for almost 7 years, I returned my second leased Infiniti FX35/37. At the time of leasing I pre-paid for any minor damages, scratches, small dings, etc. When I turned the vehicle in I was told everything was good. BUT, approximately 4 months later I received a phone call from a debt collector saying I owed Infiniti additional money to cover minor scratches and dings. I attempted to resolve this with the dealership who said it outside their responsibility. I attempted to resolve this with Infiniti Leasing who said that I needed to work with the dealership. After many months of back and forth and risk to my credit rating - I gave up and just paid. Thank you Infiniti - Merry Christmas to you... I hope this small bill you overcharged me was worth losing a customer for life and the negative reviews I will give to everyone I meet.

Infiniti USA has thumbed their nose at the malfunction of OCS system in 200
Infiniti USA has thumbed their nose at the malfunction of OCS system in 2009 vehicles, ours is a G37. When the OCS is not functioning it turns off the airbags when a passenger sits in the passenger seat. They do not care that your life and the life of your passenger (my husband, my grandson, my mother, my daughter) is at risk for serious injury or death as a result of their negligence. They are negligent in that Infiniti knows very well they have a problem with this system not working as intended when purchased (easy lookup on internet of many owners having this same problem) yet they only recalled back to 2010 to fix the OCS thus requiring 2009 Infiniti owners to fork out $6400 to replace their defective design or not fix and run the risk of death or serious injury. I have called Infiniti USA and their response is this vehicle has no recalls end of discussion.Every owner of a 2009 Infiniti that has problems with the OCS not functioning and turning off airbags when anyone (even my hand) touches the passenger seat should not accept Infinitis answer and file a complaint with their Attorney Generals office and NHTSA. I was involved in a motor vehicle accident in June of 2016 and was in a 1999 vehicle... Had the airbags not gone off as intended I honestly do not believe I would be here writing this today so I am very aware of how in a blink of an eye you can be plowing into a vehicle and your only line of defense is working airbags. It is morally incomprehensible of Infiniti to not care for the lives of their customers (or should I say some of their customers).Knowing this I will never purchase another Infiniti and suggest you do the same because somewhere down the line you may have a problem that is not your fault with your expensive Infiniti and it may be one that could determine your safety and the safety of your loved ones and you will have to deal like the rest of the 2009 customers (victims) with absolutely no help from Infiniti.

I bought a brand new 2018 Q50. Within the year I have had several problems with the tires. The tire pressure warning is always coming on. I put air in the tires and a few weeks later the same warning comes back on. This has happened to me several times. A few weeks ago I got a flat tire while driving and had to have my car towed to the Infiniti dealer because much to my surprise my brand new Infiniti did not come with a spare tire! No one told me this when I purchased the car. After spending $415 for a new tire and wheel alignment, I now have another tire with a bulge in it. I asked Infiniti to give me a new tire without charge and was told that they can’t help me and suggested I go to the manufacturer. I informed them that being that they could not help me I would not be a repeat customer and I was told that that was OK with them???

I have a 2006 FX35. We buy these expensive cars because we expect them to last. I have maintained my car impeccably. I do have 175,000 miles and certainly expect things to wear out. However, when the airbag sensor wears out and starts to blink and the tire pressure sensor remains on, I did not expect it to be $1200 for each to repair!!! The front seal needs to be replaced at another $1200 because of how it is mounted. Come on Infiniti, really? Now I am screwed because I cant even sell the car without fixing the problems. It will cost me 40% of the value of the car to be able to sell it. I dont know if the airbags are safe or not. Maybe I should go back to Toyota or Ford where at least the repairs are reasonable.

We purchased a used 2015 QX80 with 65,000 miles on it. We did love the car
We purchased a used 2015 QX80 with 65,000 miles on it. We did love the car and was an amazing ride till this week. We had some issues and it was running very rough and the engine light came on. So we had it towed to a local shop and he said the codes it was pulling it was something internal (P0011 & P0021) and we needed to have it looked at from a dealer. So the Local Nissan diagnosed it as stretched timing chains. They said it was right about $4000 to fix it. So this car just has 105,000 miles on it and we paid nearly $38,000 for it. So I have a car that I paid nearly $40,000 dollars for it, I have only put 40 thousand miles on it and I have to put $4,000 into it to get it running. I called the Infiniti Consumer affairs and got nothing but sorry. I explained that I have a stay at home mom with 5 kids and we are on a very tight budget, etc. She then said that I would have to have it towed to Infiniti instead of Nissan???? Same company? They said they cannot have Nissan look at it and this was done by one of their master mechanics. So this means tow it a third time with and pay another diagnose fee for what? Infiniti should step up to the plate here. I asked the girl I spoke with to give me a supervisor and she said there were none. She was reading from a script as you could tell just to get you off the phone. I then asked her how she would feel if you purchased a car for 40,000 dollars and only got 40K out of it and now have to put 4 thousand dollars into it. She said she could not reflect on that? This is what customer service departments have come to? No emotions or anything. Just firmly I cant reflect? I said, (ask your CEO or director how they would feel if their mom of 5 was going through this). Again nothing. After doing research, this is a problem that Infiniti knows about but is doing nothing. Just look around on some blogs and you will find them. As well there are issues with the catalytic converters at $1,300 a piece for both sides. I was just wanting them to do whats right and stand by the product. I am a sales manager that travels the US and trust me that I will share this story with every individual I come in contact with. In my business I tell my people to treat people right and they will come back every time... Treat people like you want to be treated and you just built a successful business. I cannot believe this company and its products. We will never purchase another Infiniti or Nissan and I will make sure my kids remember what we are going through when they make their decisions for a car. I will share this story at every sales meeting, and while visiting clients for sure!!!

I contacted consumer affairs and was told there were no recalls for this at this time. They told me to bring the car to a local Infiniti dealer for an assessment. The service manager ** at Circle Infiniti looked at it. He said, “Yep, there are chips all over the car.” He took some pictures and told me to have consumer affairs contact him. It was towed three times in a two week period, one during a vacation five hours from home. Convenient since I then had to pay out of pocket to get home and contact the company on my own. This is by far the worst experience I have had at any dealership. It started off from day one, when they tried to talk me out of buying a car up north because of snow, knowing all along that their car had a ton of snow damage on it and they tried to claim it was an Arizona vehicle, which is false.Pictures of the car were not how the car was when we flew in to see the vehicle. Sales Rep Derrick had to go and check what happened to the chrome and why it was painted. Then he had the audacity to state that he told us that before we flew out there. Then why do you look surprised and have to go ask someone why the car was changed??Car had been driven almost 2K miles over what the ad stated, then they told us (after we bought the car) that it was a manager demo and was also driven back and forth from AZ to Colorado. They also voided warranty on the vehicle, and the local Infiniti dealerships would not touch the vehicle because Coulter Infiniti caused red flags because of so many errors they put in the system when doing service on the car.Sales Manager Branden ** is by far the rudest and shadiest person I have ever come across at a dealership. Under carriage of the vehicle, it looked like it went majorly off-roading, and should have over 150K miles on it, but it had 40K. Again, coming from Branden, this car is in mint condition. Do you not even clean cars you sale?Infiniti should be ashamed to have this dealership represent them.

I immediately had to replace all serpentine belts in the engine, replace the rubber lining on one door because it kept coming loose and was finally too stretched out to re-glue, replace lights in the vehicle that keep burning out, replace my drivers windshield wiper several times/year because it’s bent and shreds the wiper. I have had to replace the tires twice due to flat spots. I am leaking oil in the engine and now need new gaskets and O rings. Every time I go through a car wash, the water leaks into my trunk badly. I can find up to an inch of water where my spare tire is at any given time.My airbag light is on and needs a $1,200 fix due to what they assume is a broken clock spring. My tire pressure sensors are broken and now the key fob isnt working (according to Infiniti, the car isnt recognizing the key fob signal) and will need a whole new computer system. I pulled the Carfax report and noted the car had sustained flood damage and had been issued a rebuild title in California. I met with Infiniti and the dealer told me the Carfax report must be wrong and that all of the issues I have had with my car are normal wear and tear. The dealer then proceeded to contact the KY Department of Motor Vehicle and told them to remove the incorrect Carfax data without my permission (I am the owner of the car) and they indeed did remove the information. My Kentucky title is clean and I am in the process of trying to obtain the California vehicle history of my car. I contacted consumer affairs at Infiniti and they said their records reflected my car had sustained flood damage and had a rebuild title. However, Glenn Nissan in Lexington has declined to address my issues, and only to cover their own behinds. Im not even sure what I should do next. I will never buy another Infiniti again.

I live in the San Bernardino Valley where the temperatures reach an excess of 106F. I frequently visit my daughter who lives in the high desert of Adelanto with similar temperatures, and I travel to Arizona where I have family. In July I was sent a recall that indicated my passenger airbag inflator has the risk of rupturing, resulting in metal fragments striking the vehicle occupants causing serious injury or death in areas with high levels of absolute humidity. For that reason, I have limited my life, and refrained from having passengers in my car because clearly I care for the life of others more than INFINITI does. I contacted INFINITI today, and to no surprise there is still no repair, or solution in sight. This is my first and last. Toyota is where I should have stayed. L60, here I come.

My EX 35 has 55k miles. Steering makes groaning/thumping sound when turning right and going over bumps. Took it to dealership (Lupient in Minneapolis) and was told this is due to problem with steering box and will have to be replaced at cost of $2,100. Asked about warranty and was told steering was out of warranty at 50 k miles and that existing drivetrain warranty (6 years or 70k miles) would not cover. Was told to contact Infiniti consumer affairs. Did so with same result. Steering is most critical system on a car (as wings are to airplanes); this car has not been abused and Ive never encountered such a problem in any of the ten cars Ive owned (4 of which have been Nissan/Infinitis). Ive found internet references to this problem with this car - this must be a manufacturer defect. Is Infiniti copying the GM strategy of rebuffing serious safety complaints until serious problems occur? I would like for infiniti to make good on this issue and help me repair this problem.

I, too, own a 2003 G-35 and have had the expense of $670 to change out the radio circuit board. The repair shop tried to go through Infiniti but my VIN was outside of the range of the recalled vehicles. I think it is ridiculous that with the volume of complaints, Infiniti only chooses to replace a few. The problem was not limited to this specific range of vehicles as can be seen in the many message boards that continue to be the voice of many dissatisfied consumers. I really want Infiniti to make it right with the people who purchased their product and now, have had to be out the expense of the repairs. I really loved this car and would have been an Infiniti customer for life but this is just too much for anyone to just accept. Stand by your products and reimburse people for the money they have had to spend to fix this problem in order to be able to operate their vehicles safely!

2010 Infiniti G37x - The transmission was destroyed by the transmission radiator when it allowed coolant to flow into the transmission, flushing transmission fluid. (1) Sudden thump suggested an unseen road hazard. (2) After 2 hrs garaged and 2 miles: trans would slam into gear, surge forward 3 secs after full stop; shifting began clunking; trans would slip into N and engine rev; finally at ~30 miles engine light lit, and only 1st gear worked. Good variety of cars and large sport utility vehicles. All cars are very nice inside and the finishes of all vehicles are high-end without being over the top. You can easily see that the quality is very good. I have had no issues with any part of my purchased vehicle and there are many features I use on a daily basis. Also, I was able to upgrade my vehicle to include a few must have items for my family. However, I wish there was a third-row seating option for SUV options. Mostly a midsize SUV with the 3rd row would be great.

I went in to purchase a car and signed finance agreement on 1/24 though a First Investors out of Sacramento, CA. I was to pay about $340 a month for 66 months on a 2010 Kia Optima with a purchase price of $14,995.00. Interest rate was well of 17%. As I understood it that night, I was fully financed and ready to set up payments. I received a call from another finance company (Summert?) maybe 3 days later saying that they are working with Infiniti to get me finance and wanted to ask me a few questions. I told them that this must be a mistake because Ive already signed an agreement and have been approved for finance. I promptly called the dealership to find out what was going on. Well to sum it all up, financing fell through within 4 days. I offered to return the car in exchange for a refund of my $3,000.00 down payment on car. They insisted that they will get financing for the car. I went in 3 other occasions to return the car since financing was not happening. On February 22, 2012, due to the tag expiring, they offered the car again and they wanted to give me a loaner agreement instead for no cost. I returned the car the next day. They only refunded me the amount that was paid on a debit card, which was $1500.00. Based on the small print on the finance agreement, it says if contract is terminated by any event, the customer shall be obligated to return the vehicle to the dealer within 24 hours of the date of termination and the customer shall be liable to dealer for $1.00 per mile used over and above 25 miles per day average, plus any wear and tear or damage to the vehicle. I purchased the car at 40,900 miles and I returned it to them with 42,342 miles on 02/23/2012. I only received $1500.00 of a refund and should have at least received $2192.00. They were trying to get me to keep the car until they secured financing knowing that they had this small print in an agreement that I didnt have the opportunity to read or see after financing fell through because the contract was no longer valid after it fell through. This wasnt disclosed to me until I had the car for more than 4 days. I feel that I should be entitled to full refund do the fact that they tried to hide and withhold information from me, lender, and my Trustee Jon **. They were dishonest from the beginning to me and the lender. I am a low income mother of two going to college full time and cant afford to be out $1,500 and with no way to purchase a car to get around. I feel that they have enabled me in so many ways and now I can lose my job and funding for school if I cant find funds to purchase a reasonably priced vehicle.

We bought our 2008 G35X new. At 23K miles (mostly highway), we started getting warning lights for VDC off, slip and brakes. It was still under warranty, so I took it to the dealer (Dorschel Infiniti of Rochester) who said they had to charge me for the inspection if they couldnt find anything wrong. After inspecting, they said the only problems were that the rear pads had only 2mm left and the fronts 4mm. They strongly recommended a brake job for $379 per each axle. I was an automotive engineer for 20 years so I questioned this, but was told that 25K miles was normal for rear brakes and 27K miles normal for fronts. Given the long and horrible history weve had with this dealership, I was more than a little skeptical.I contacted Infiniti customer service, who told me that 30K miles was normal brake life and they werent going to do anything. She also said that she just had a similar complaint, so she recently checked into it. When I told them that they were about to lose a customer, the rep asked if there was anything they could do to keep us. When I said, Yes, replace my brakes, she said they wouldnt because brakes are wear items and arent covered by warranty at all.

I was having a new baby and I wanted a safe form of transportation. My QX4 had all the fun and luxury features I was looking for - heated seats, sun roof, and a nice look to it. I loved it. It was basically a suped up pathfinder, but the colors I just loved. I had a two toned QX4 and leather interior. It lasted me a long time. When I bought the truck it was as is, no immediate personalization. But I had a few things done to it, tinted the windows and changed the interior. My truck was good for a family of four, lots of storage and room. I probably would have liked a third back seat, but then I would lose storage space.

Multiple Electrical issues, Gas tank issues, Transmission slipping, Key Fobs replaced and reprogrammed 2x, Window disconnected, DVD Headrest and Entertainment issues 2x replaced, Stereo system replaced twice, New bluetooth and microphone 3 times, All cameras had to be realigned after failing 3 times, Stereo changes channels on its own, Car found running in a parking lot, 3 times back gate lifted on its own, once car was found off but jamming out to heavy metal on XM radio -- when no channels were ever created (I was not in the car), brakes squealing and rumbling at 15 k miles. Have to turn car off and back on at stop lights to make stereo system work. Navigation system issues, Weather system issues. Only maintains 16-17 mpg even on long road trips. Twice Consumer Affairs/complaints contacted. First corporate person had two pages of notes while riding for 2 hours together. Now new person assigned. Said car was fine. This is a top-of-the-line $58,000 Crossover. I purchased May 2013. It has 19 k miles.

They drive smoothly and have a number of options for upgrades including Bose sound systems and built in navigation. The Infiniti i30 has a standard CD player and stereo with a 6 cd capacity housed in the trunk. It has leather seats and a mesh automatic window cover to help with the heat. Also, the powerful v6 engine, navigation and sound system are extremely useful. It is Bluetooth capable and steering wheel controls make placing phone calls, changing the station, or increasing the volume seamless. Large backseat and passenger seat space are great and there is also front passenger seat heating as well. The back has child lock if needed on both doors. Also, comfortably fits a car seat and two other passengers in the back.

I own a 2006 Infiniti G35 that I purchased new. It now has 136,000 miles on it. I brought it to my dealer about 2 years ago when my doors had rusted and were replaced under a special extended warranty. At that time, I showed them an issue that I was having with my hood. When you raise it, it catches on the corners, in both corners near the windshield. Raising the hood has resulted in bending the corners of the hood and the quarter panels, resulting in paint chipping and rusting. It looks terrible, plus it’s often hard to raise the hood. The dealer told me that this resulted from having service at a non-Infiniti dealer, and that they did not lube the hood hinges as they were supposed to. I have never in my life heard of such an issue or service requirement. This issue is all over the Internet. Its just a very poor design in either the hinges or the hood/quarter panels that should be admitted to by Infiniti. Owners should be provided with restitution in terms of repair and resolution of the problem. I was at a service garage today and the mechanic said that every G35 he has serviced has had the same problem. Is anyone aware of a class action suit regarding this issue?

I bought a 2013 G37x and have not enjoy it... I feel I made a bad deal and Im paying the price for it but even worse, Infiniti cant help...of course. Ive leased with Honda, Nissan and said to myself two years ago, let me try a luxury line...so I chose Inifiniti. The car is great but the deal was not (2 years with 10 miles/yr at 429.00 monthly payments). Im glad it was two years because I want to get out of it fast since I cant enjoy it because Ive run into the mileage limitation. Now for the good part... I didnt know that theres a disposition fee after the lease expires; a way for dealers to keep you locked on their cars. Im more frustrated than ever...but a lesson to learn from: know your deals and dont get into something fast. Do your research. Yeah, people gonna say I made a bad deal and now hes complaining... The worst is when a dealer cant help you. Infiniti turns their back after they have your money...so no more Inifiniti for me. If money is all they see and care rather than customer satisfaction, then why should I continue with Infiniti? SO to sum it up, I have not driven my car for the last 3 months and will remain this way until December because of the mileage limitation...so dont get caught up on with a low mileage deal.

Re: 2014 Infiniti QX60 – MILEAGE 21213. Let me begin by saying I am a loyal Infiniti owner. I purchased a 2013 JX35 from Infiniti of Lynbrook and every experience with them was professional and delightful. Their customer service was exceptional. The only reason why I went to Infiniti of Manhasset is because Infiniti of Lynbrook didn’t have the vehicle that I was interested in purchasing. I assumed that I would receive the same great service at Infiniti of Manhasset so I took a chance with them. I am sorry I took a chance with Infiniti of Manhasset and regret purchasing my vehicle with them.On December 5, 2016 I visited Infiniti of Manhasset interested in seeing and test driving the above referenced vehicle. I was introduced to Michael ** the Used Car Manager and I explained that I was approved by my credit union and I had an Infiniti JX35 before so I was interested in a QX60. He introduced me to the Sales Consultant Benjamin **. Benjamin ** accompanied me on a test drive and we walked around the vehicle to check for dents, scratches and any other issues the vehicle might have had. It was approximately 8pm at that time and dark outside making it impossible to see all the issues the vehicle might have had.I told Benjamin ** that I was interested in purchasing the vehicle and the negotiating began. Michael ** explained that there was an $850 “Dealership Fee” and was insisting that I allow him to run my credit through his banks. I explained that I was approved and had no reason to run my credit again. Furthermore, I was unwilling to pay the $850 “Dealership Fee” and I wanted to know why he was so adamant in wanting to run my credit through the banks. Michael **s tone changed to an aggressive manner and he started explaining to me that he wasn’t making any money off of me! He said that he had many hits online for this vehicle and didn’t need my sale. I could take it or leave it. He was going to sell that car. He said the $850 is his commission and the Banks give him a kickback with every inquiry. I told him that I was in the process of purchasing a home and that I didn’t want my credit run again and that I wanted to negotiate the car price based on the listed online price $33,489. In the end $33,249 was agreed upon in addition Benjamin ** and I noticed the vehicle had a small dent and chipped paint in two areas and it was told to me that that would be fixed by Thursday December 8, 2016 when I pick up the vehicle at 11am.Moving forward to Thursday December 8, 2016 I arrive at approximately 2:30pm with my husband Marcus **. We take a look at the vehicle and there is dried gum on the back passenger side of the vehicle, the cup holders were filthy with a blue sticky paste and it was apparent that the car was NOT detailed it had been washed but no special attention was taken to present this car to its new owner. A careful review of the vehicle in the daytime revealed that the rims on the vehicle are scratched and dented. I did not notice this discrepancy on Monday December 5, 2016 when I originally saw the vehicle. I explained that I was unhappy with the rims on the vehicle and my husband asked if they could take clean rims off of another vehicle and switch my rims. Michael ** explained that he could not do that and back in the aggressive, condescending, rude tone he had on Monday said that fixing the rim would cost him money and he wasn’t doing that. He said that he would have the rim detailed the same day that he would have the chipped paint fixed. But he wasn’t spending any money to fix the rims because that wasn’t discussed on Monday. I told him that Benjamin and I didn’t see the rims because it was dark in the parking lot and that shouldn’t matter. My husband explained that he could lose the deal over a rim and again Michael ** went on to explain, continuously mentioning that he could sell this vehicle to someone who was not present in the dealership with a check ready to purchase. Michael ** repeatedly expressing how someone else could purchase this vehicle made me feel as if my money was not wanted or needed in your dealership. I was not applying for a loan I walked in with money to purchase this vehicle outright. Your Used Car Manager made me feel as if my business wasn’t wanted. Could it be because I am **? Was he speaking to me in a rude condescending manner because he could care less about his customers? It is unprofessional to tell a customer that you are not making any money off of them! I believe he made no effort to correct the paint job prior to pick up, I believe he didn’t ensure the vehicle was detailed prior to the 11am pick up time, I believe he saw the rims were scratched and dented but could care less because I am a ** Woman. I am sure if I were a ** Woman he would have never spoken to me in the manner in which he did.Michael ** made me feel like he could care less about my bank check. That I wasn’t important because if I was he would have walked through that vehicle himself to make sure that it was at Infiniti of Manhasset’s standard! His condescending tone made me very uncomfortable and I spent the entire evening regretting my purchase and wishing I went back to Infiniti of Lynbrook where I had purchased my 2013 JX35 two years prior. No one should be left to feel like they are less than or unimportant. When Michael ** left Benjamin **s office we heard him telling the other Infiniti employees that we were complaining about the dented rims and that he wasn’t going to fix or change any rims laughing about it like if we were a joke. This infuriated me! He could have at least waited until we left before he chose to talk about us. The Sales Consultant Benjamin ** was very helpful. He test drove the vehicle with me. He went through all of the vehicles features and he explained that he would handle scheduling my future maintenance appointments. I will never purchase another vehicle from Infiniti Manhasset. As a Correction Officer I fully intend on expressing my horrible experience with this dealership to my co-workers to ensure none of our over 9,000 Officers never have to deal with this type of disrespect. I fully intend on communicating with Infiniti’s corporate office and consumer affairs about my experience with Infiniti of Manhasset.

We have had so many problems with our 2013 JX35 and are so disappointed in
We have had so many problems with our 2013 JX35 and are so disappointed in the quality of this car. It started with airbag problems and being told by the service department that it was operating normally. We took pictures and videos of the way it was operating and still we were told it was working as it was designed to. Finally looked up recalls myself and found where a recall had indeed been issued. I called our service advisor and he was totally unaware of this. Sad that a customer has to bring such an important matter to the people we trust with servicing our cars. When Infiniti of Gwinnett obtained the new part, it was installed but we continued to experience the same problem. We took the car in again and they said they had made an adjustment and we should have no more issues with it. Nope, problem was still there. Again we took videos and pictures for them. We were informed that everything had been checked and it was working as it should. Frustrated, we bypassed the dealership and reported it directly to Infiniti. Infiniti did send a company engineer to look at it. When I met him at the dealership, he immediately started lecturing me as to the dangers of airbag deployment, how it was the last resort in a collision, etc. He even showed me a 5-minute video describing the danger. I again stated that I knew the airbag wasnt operating correctly because it would go on and off intermittently. He said it could be from the way we were sitting in the seat. Sounded a little ridiculous to me, as if they were just trying to make a different argument every time they were challenged. I said I would not drive the car unless it was fixed. He did some calibrations and we have had no problems since. Other issues with the car includes leak above drivers door (tube running down from sunroof was not connected at the factory). Rubber on passenger side roof line came out (also done improperly at the factory), entire piece of the side where it was coming out had to be replaced and repainted. Have a continuous rattle coming from around the sunroof. We have had it in the shop no less than five times and is currently there again. We are being told that the magnets between the cross bars and the sunroof are too small and they are going to have to replace them. This last time a representative came and rode with me so they could verify the rattle. It was noted by her and taken to the dealership. They called three days later and said it had been fixed. She was on her way to drop it off when she heard the rattle so she turned around and took it back. Currently, I have not had my car for over a week. Also while they were trying to locate the problem, they found a loose bolt in the console (again something not done properly at the factory). It speaks to the amount of time that my car has been in the shop when they are coming to me to pick up the car for repairs. This last time they brought me the QX60 as a loaner car. I noticed immediately that the transmission is much smoother on it. My JX acts like it is always searching for the right gear the tach revs up and drops quickly and revs again. I talked to them about the significant difference and the mantra was Its operating as it should. They stated maybe the CVT may have been tweaked some on the newer cars. Its very obvious to me that this car is a lemon. Dealer said they could do nothing for us as far as replacement. The General Sales Manager said they could possibly give us the trade in value and sell us a vehicle (if the salesman agreed) at dealer cost. He stated that was as much as they could do so therefore, I am going to file paperwork under the Georgia Lemon Law. Bottom line, I strongly suggest that the Infiniti JX35 not be purchased. It is also worth noting that they have replaced the JX35 (after only one year) with the QX60. Rebranding maybe? Could it be due to problems with the JX35? Just very odd, dont you agree?

I had a schedule on Jan 2, 2019 12 noon to 5 PM to have my QX59 inspected (as required by Infiniti) and made a confirmed appointment (have an email from them Nobody called and nobody showed up wasted 5+ hours.) When called not even an apology. Useless company Infiniti and their inspection Contractor AIM Inspections. Will NEVER get an INFINITI again.

My car was stolen. The insurance company sent to Infiniti more than the car was worth and refuses to give any money back, even though I put a large downpayment. Horrible company!! Thieves!! Everyone knows a car depreciates as soon as you drive it off the lot. Do not lease through Infiniti ever.

My lease end up on 1/3/20, and I returned the vehicle back to Kings Infiniti. And inspection report was made on 1/10/20. My car was return in perfect normal wear condition (I got pics and kings infiniti disclosure statement to proof), and I got charges for excess wear and use damaged front end total $ 500 something. I contacted the infiniti finance, their excuse was I should done the inspection first before I return to dealer, not the dealer. But I was emailed the AIM inspection company before, and also I got the email said that I can return to dealer first then dealer will arrange them for the inspection. So now, Im in the middle of this situation which no one to discuss with. I on the phone with AIM and Nissan back and forth. And very bad experiences.

I bought a 2014 Infiniti QX60 and since I bought the car, I have issues. First within a week of buying the car the headliner was coming out. I took it, they fixed, then a second time for same issue. Now I have transmission problems, it being twice I take it to the dealer, the car only have 12k miles. The dealer keep saying is normal - that the transmission works like that when I shift from reverse to drive, it kicks really bad. I know that is not normal. It didnt do that when I first bought the car. Joe the service manager said that he was going to call me to set up an appointment - is already being more than a week still havent call me. I already call three times and left message for Hans ** who I took my car for a second time. Until now he havent return my call. In total my car is being at the dealer 4 times for problems. I will never get another Infiniti. I dont recommended, I dont even want to keep this car anymore - the worst experience ever. Dont go to Cerritos Infiniti or any Infiniti.

My vehicle is the G37 Coupe which is upgraded to the Q60 coupe which will be my next choice. Other larger models offered by Infiniti and all offer luxury, style and performance are QX60 crossover, Q50, Q70 AWD and more that come with premium packages that can be purchased or leased. Infiniti is awesome and nothing less than wonderful. It is luxurious and premium high performance vehicle with adaptive steering, digital transmission and the latest technology available. It runs smoother than imaginable. It has smooth sleek sexy lines and turns heads. If we are personalizing and building an Infiniti, I will choose the Q60 coupe. It begins with the V6 400 HP engine - digital suspension, direct adaptive steering, LED headlights, alloy wheels, personal technology inside out. Passenger capacity in my choice would be two rows and 4 passengers but remember its a two door coupe. I put the back seat down in the cargo area for my K9 passengers and they have plenty of room and are safe. Infiniti has other larger models with larger passenger capacity.

Tens of thousands of G35 sedans and coupes experience gradual failure of control of both radio and HVAC. Eventually display boards go dead and heat/AC revert to a default mode. Initially the radio may still be controlled via the steering wheel. In 2003 Infiniti published a service bulletin for sedans only... More than 23,000 vehicles affected. At that time a finishing board was blamed... Its cost was $114.00. Infiniti is now unable to tell me whether the problem relates to the finishing board or the radio itself. So they now charge $754.49 for the finishing board, and $600.00 for a reconditioned radio that they admit may well fail again. Labor quoted $188.00 to R&I the radio and board. Repair total: $1650.46 for a system that was poorly designed.Even if the company does not feel responsible to pay for the repair, they might have made the customers options as painless as possible. Instead they kicked the price up on the board almost seven-fold, and are unable to advise their customers whether the problem is in the radio or the board. So you are expected to replace them both. A complete failure in customer service. I own a G35 6-speed coupe and an FX35 and will never purchase an Infiniti product again.

I regret the day I ever set foot on an Infiniti dealership lot. In 2008 I purchased a 2008 FX35 SUV and have experienced way too many issues to write. The carpet did not wear well & holes began to appear, the dash bubbled & was recalled, my cup holder cover has broken, the middle compartment cover has broken, the hatch became non-functional. Brakes dont last more than a few months before they have to be replaced. Now the motor that controls the driver seat has stopped working. I only have 57k miles on this vehicle & it is literally falling apart before my eyes despite how much Ive taken excellent care of it. Im so disappointed & encourage EVERYONE I come in contact with to NEVER purchase an Infiniti. This is my 2nd Infinifi purchase , but NEVER AGAIN!!!!! There is no such thing as service after the sale with Infiniti. You are just stuck with a SOUR LEMON.

The model we own and have for sixteen years is Q45. It is the best car we have ever owned with never a mechanical problem. It is a beautiful car as is all their models. Being an older model, it doesnt have the modern technologies as newer models, but what it does have is sufficient for us. We bought the car right out of the showroom without adding any upgrades. I am sure if we wanted to wait, we could have added upgrades but it was fine as is. Our model is a five passenger and gives us plenty of room. Now that we have grandchildren the car seats fit very well and the kids are very comfortable.

My vehicle is a 2001 Infiniti I-30. I have this car serviced at a local Nissan dealership since I purchased the car there in 2009. The car developed some idle problems and Nissan told me that it was the ECM (the vehicles computer). I had the ECM and a valve replaced 2 years earlier at Nissan, but they indicated that they could not do anything since it was an Infiniti part, but to contact Infiniti consumer affairs because they are likely to help with the problem since this part is over $1000 and should last more than 2 years. They indicated they would do this for a Nissan part.I contacted InfinitI consumer affairs and they instructed me to take it to an Infiniti dealership and get the problem verified. I explained to them that I was just at a Nissan dealership and they are actually the same company, but they insisted. Since I needed to get this problem fixed, I took it there. They kept the car for a week and a half and after all this, they told me they couldnt help because the part was out of warranty. They knew that the part was out of warranty before I took it into an Infiniti dealer and now I was out $145 service fee which they would not pay either.I asked to speak to a supervisor and Yadiri told me there was none. When I insisted, she indicated that a supervisor was not there. When I kept up, Jeane (the supervisor) came on the phone. Jeane indicated that the warranty was not the only issue (contradicting her subordinate) and indicated that car mileage and customer loyalty was also a factor. I indicated to her that I was an extremely loyal customer having my car serviced at Nissan consistently. She ignored my remarks and repeated over and over that they were not going to cover the part. This is ridiculous. Infiniti consumer affairs is a farce. People have purchased new Infinitis because of my vehicle as Ive always loved the performance and told people about it. Even though the car was old - this appealed to my friends because it showed reliability. I will make it my goal in life to get as many people away from the Infiniti cars as I possibly can. If someone at that company was smart, they would read the reviews in this section.

There was a wide variety of cars that were available for purchase and are really made for busy people liked me and has very convenient features. I enjoyed the selection and it made it easy to find everything that I was looking for. I have a very large family. Im happy to say that we are able to enjoy our rides around town and everyone still has their personal space and do not feel cramped. Its also nice because there is a lot of trunk space and since we go on a lot of day trips that makes it convenient. The appearance of the car was very nice. It had a nice color and looks good when driving. The inside of the car has wonderful features, sits enough people, and the climate control is very accommodating for different people in the same vehicle. Also, I was able to get all the upgrades and personalize the vehicle to my liking. It did not cost that much extra to get the car customized exactly to my standards so I can keep my car for a long time.

I have leased two vehicles from Infiniti, a G35 and a G37. I had no problem when my lease was up on the G35, because I went right into another lease on the G37. I leased the vehicle for 39 months. At the end of the lease term I opted to return the car to the dealership (March 2014). Several months after I turned in the car I received a bill for $300.00, which they said was for processing the return of my leased vehicle (which by the way was in excellent condition and only had 26K miles on it)... Well, okay, so I paid that. I get home from work yesterday to find a letter from a collection agency. It seems that Infiniti sent me to a collection agency for $59.23 that I owed them for the personal property taxes on the car for January - March 4, when I returned the car. One would think that after having a 6 year relationship with Infiniti - paying my payments in a timely manner and ALL personal property taxes that I had to pay to them, someone would pick up the phone and make a phone call to verify that I had received the bill for the $59.23 in personal property tax that I owe them. But no, they just sent me to collections. I JUST received the actual bill from Infiniti a few days ago. I would like to just say, Thank you Infiniti and I will not ever consider leasing or buying another Infiniti again! I am not sure why after 6 years they would think that I would not pay the $59.23 in personal property tax that I owe. I paid them thousands... crazy!!

Im in the used car business for over 30 years. We sell on average 60 cars a month. I bought this vehicle 6 months ago for my wife for her birthday. She rides in the same car for 2 years or more as I do too. I noticed online that Infiniti has had a big problem with 2012 Infiniti QX56 white and some consumers are getting Infiniti to fix them. We took hers to the dealer last week. They kept it for 3 days. Then they called and said that there was nothing they could do. the vehicle was 1 owner with no accidents when I purchased it for her. Im sure they refused because its not titled in a individuals name.It would be one thing if I had it on my lot to retail. I have a lot of friends call me and ask whats a good vehicle to buy. Through the years I have taken many vehicles to new car dealers cars that I bought to sell that they did customer satisfaction work on. After this Im done suggesting Infiniti automobiles and I will tell them all how I was treated by them. Also there is a class action suit in the works over this which I will be joining against my good judgment. Lawyers always get the money but I want Infiniti to pay.

I took my 2003 G35 into the Infiniti Kearny Mesa, San Diego for service on shuddering brakes, air condition, and radio (wont shut off). Advisor Michelle informed me that there was a recall back in 2003. The vehicle did not require a replacement of the computer circuit board but was replaced any way. About a month ago (08-14-11), the A/C (full blast) and radio came on and would not turn off. The advisor said it would cost $900 to change out the computer circuit board for the A/C and radio. I have conducted research and it appears that many G35 owners have identical problems. Can you assist?

I bought the Q70 for its features but the exterior is nothing special. The car is very average looking and doesnt inspire the same excitement that a Mustang or Corvette would. The car is usually used just for commutes to work so the five person passenger capacity is more than I need. When I have given rides, passengers were comfortable and had space for themselves. There are so many upgrade features! The heated seats, navigation AND weather, and voice recognition are so amazing to have. Ive become so spoiled by the heated steering wheel, especially on these frosty winter mornings! The radar comes in handy, and the rear camera, and makes parking less worrisome. I have to even say the Boss speakers have converted me into a radio listener. Such a great sound. Like that option for AWD available, anti-lock breaking, and Sirius radio available. Love that there is a hybrid version available that gets get great mileage.

Infiniti has so many options to choose from. They are affordable and dependable. The sleek design and high end features make this brand unbeatable. It is top of the line quality and if you dont like any of the base models you can definitely customize it and make it your own. They have tons of features and add-ons to choose from. Also, even if you get a two door you will still have lots of room for that additional person. Not to mention the trunk space. And the SUVs are super roomy and comfortable. I love Infinitis. They run well, comfortable, and are stylish no matter what year or model. They have something for every taste and are not prone to a lot of mechanical issues and gas efficient. Its a compact car with the feel of a luxury sedan heated seats. It has a backup camera, tinted windows, a bose sound system and a decent sized trunk. Over the last 2 weeks I have developed several bubbles on the dash of my Infiniti FX35. I had previously noticed just a couple bubbles in a inconspicuous area of the dash, so I didnt think too much about it. Since over the weekend they spread like wildfire. I looked it up on the internet - it is a known defect of the adhesive. I promptly called Infiniti Consumer Affairs and they have refused to fix the problem or make right by it. They stated that my warranty was up in May of this year and stated lack of Customer Service Loyalty. Translation: I havent been to an Infinity dealer for service which would prove I am loyal, weak argument. I explained that is because the closest dealer is 40 miles away and I have a mechanic for routine maintenance. I also explained I never received notice of this known defect. It didnt matter to them. I will NEVER buy Infiniti again and STRONGLY recommend you dont either. Their poor customer service doesnt deserve anyones loyalty. Ill go back to Lexus!
