Infiniti Automobile Model 2018 Q60

2018 Q60

The 2018 Infiniti Q60 is a luxury sports coupe produced by Infiniti, the luxury division of Nissan. The Q60 is known for its stylish design, performance-oriented features, and advanced technology. Here are some key features and specifications of the 2018 Infiniti Q60:

Engine Options: The 2018 Infiniti Q60 was offered with multiple engine options, providing a range of performance levels:

2.0-liter turbocharged inline-4 engine: This engine produced around 208 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque.

3.0-liter twin-turbocharged V6 engine: This engine was available in different power outputs, including 300 horsepower and 400 horsepower variants. The V6 engines provided strong acceleration and performance.

Transmission: The engines were typically paired with a 7-speed automatic transmission with manual shift mode. This transmission offered precise gear changes and enhanced control.

Performance: The Q60 is designed with a focus on performance. The available twin-turbocharged V6 engines, combined with sport-tuned suspensions, deliver dynamic handling and driving dynamics.

Drive Options: The Q60 was usually available in rear-wheel-drive (RWD) and all-wheel-drive (AWD) configurations. The AWD system enhances traction and stability, especially in varying road conditions.

Interior and Features: The Q60's interior blends luxury with technology. Depending on the trim level, it offers features like premium materials, leather upholstery, power-adjustable seats, and advanced infotainment systems.

Infotainment and Technology: The 2018 Infiniti Q60 typically featured an advanced infotainment system with touchscreen displays. It included features such as smartphone integration (Apple CarPlay and Android Auto), navigation, and premium audio systems.

Safety Features: The Q60 offered a range of safety features, including multiple airbags, antilock brakes (ABS), stability control, and available advanced driver assistance features like adaptive cruise control, blind-spot monitoring, and lane departure warning.

Exterior Design: The Q60's exterior design is characterized by its sleek lines, distinctive grille, and aggressive stance, reflecting its sporty nature.

Luxury and Performance Balance: The Infiniti Q60 aimed to provide a balance between luxury and performance, catering to drivers who seek both comfort and driving excitement.

End of Production: The 2018 model year marked one of the years in the first generation of the Infiniti Q60. Subsequent model years introduced updates and changes to the Q60 lineup.

As with any used vehicle, it's recommended to conduct a pre-purchase inspection and obtain a vehicle history report to assess its condition and maintenance history. For the latest and most accurate information, I recommend consulting Infiniti's official sources or visiting an Infiniti dealership.

Infiniti Financial Services input my data incorrectly from the dealership lease, resulting in not billing my company (it is a company car but in my name), and a subsequent car repossession. They did not email, mail, call the billing address, or the dealership, but claim they called my cell phone which I did not receive. It is now on my credit report ruining my credit score. They are completely nonresponsive after being bounced around to several “managers” including Jimmy ** who has never returned a call. It was clearly their fault and they are still refusing to expunge the repossession from my credit report. Everyone that I was in contact with throughout the process has been completely incompetent, unprofessional, and combative. I will not be leasing another Infiniti EVER, and will tell everyone I know to NEVER GET an Infiniti.

FX30 - Despite salemans assurances that Infiniti was expanding their network and would be providing services through Nissan dealers... 7 years on and still stuck with extortionate service fees, dearer parts than you would expect for a classic restoration - cant even have the brakes changed at Quick Fit!! Even had to pay almost £200 for SatNav update as 10 year old roads were not on a 7 year old car!! At least two other comparable luxury car options out there with competitive, reputable, and nationwide servicing capability.

Infiniti is a good car for all. Foreign but still nice for the cost of parts. Would recommend to all anytime. Very pleased with variety options. The cosmetics and features for this car are wonderful and a small upgrade goes a long way for appeal and overall look of the car. Not that it needs an upgrade at all to begin with but personalizing a car is an amazing feeling. Also very slick and innovative design. Can come in 2-4 doors and a gorgeous car style. It is sharp, attractive, and great on gas mileage. It also has great lifespan for a car. Mine has 345k miles and still smooth sailing. 2-5 seats in the cars and extremely comfortable and safe. A lot of comfortable space and leg room for sure and much space for luggage and anything else you may think of.

I love our Infiniti. Its very spacious and it has enough seats for a lot of people when we go out of town, so we dont have to take two vehicles. It has a navigation, touch screen and back screen so we can watch a movie. It looks like a newer model compared to other cars that are the same year. Plus, its good on gas. Sometimes, however, its hard to park and maneuver since its too big. Its also scary to drive because I feel like Im gonna hit the cars next to me.

With my multiple visits in an Infiniti service department, I have not felt as disappointed and appalled with the customer service that I received as I did at Cerritos Infiniti. Instead of helping me understand what is going on with my car and empathize how concerning how my car performed last night while I was driving with my 2 yr. old and both my parents, I felt confronted and castigated and offended. I brought my car in for an oil and filter change and a multi-point inspection last Dec. 28 and as I was driving my car yesterday, the car jerked multiple times as I accelerate.I bring my car to Infiniti for service because of the level of trust that I have with them. But the attitude that Tony ** showed was very unprofessional and demeaning. I work in a hospitality industry and train employees how to treat a customer to provide excellent service and I do know how a TERRIBLE customer service feels like. I would hope Tony would show a bit more compassion and concern than show arrogance and be spite to their customers. I had to bring my husband to his office for him to understand what my concerns are with Infiniti service but apparently he still didnt seem to understand that we are just looking for a simple, outstanding customer service and experience.I am afraid that with this persons show of character and lack of customer empathy, I had changed my mind from trusting Infiniti service and vehicles and would rather go to another higher end, top notch customer rating car makers. I have gone to other Infiniti locations and everyone I dealt with were extremely friendly and very compassionate with their customers. My husband ended up pulling our car out of their service department and brought it someplace else that would really take care of our concern and get a better treatment.

Infiniti manufactured a faulty dash in the Infiniti fx35, which bubbles and cracks (after your warranty is up). Infiniti knows the material is damaged at my fault to the customer. Yet they will not pay for $2500.00 repairs. Infiniti will not discount the repair. However certain customers have been granted this courtesy. I guess Infiniti appreciate certain customers more than others. I have filed a complaint with them as well. There has to be something that can be done... I will never purchase another Infiniti!!

I purchased the Infinity G37 S 2011 (New). Less than 5 years old and only about 45,000 miles: Adhere to all the appropriate maintenance recommended for this vehicle at the dealership. My automobile was making strange whooshing noise, (no matter what speed) so I brought into the dealership. They stated that it was the tires making the noise, the treads are fine, however uneven due to road conditions and the only way to remove the noise is to replace all of them for over $1,000 dollars. This resolution, without thoroughly examining the tires (only a test-drive) is completely unacceptable. My car is in pristine condition, driven appropriately and handled with care. I did not receive any assistance from Infinity Corporation nor the dealership. For this caliber of luxury car, the tires provided did not fit my vehicle specification, nor should it have to be replaced after such a short period of time and/or mileage. This is not wear and tear but an inferior tire. As for my Bluetooth system, since the purchase of this vehicle, I have had nothing but problems with this unit. Finally, the unit had been replaced (once), after countless deliberations with the Infinity dealership, however, the problems persists. No one, no matter my location, type of phones, can anyone understand me.This system is deplorable, and once again, neither Infinity Corporation nor the dealership had been able to resolve this problem or cared to.

I purchased a 2003 Infiniti G35 pre-owned in April 2010. I have had intermittent problems with the AC/Heat/Defrost/Stereo. The problem is now continuous and I have no control of my Heat/Defroster, which is a huge safety concern as I live in the Northeast. I have contacted Infiniti because there was a recall for this, but my VIN does not qualify. They also will not goodwill and the dealer wants 1800.00 to repair. This is apparently an issue with most of the 2003 G35s and I cannot understand why they refuse to address an obvious manufacturer defect!

I purchased a 2006 G35X in February 2012 with minimum miles on it. In October I noticed that my car would blow white smoke occasionally when I cranked up, and it was using a lot of oil in between oil changes. I took the vehicle to the Infiniti dealership for service and I was told by the service consultant that they had to do an oil consumption test before they could do anything else. She never contacted my warranty company about the oil consumption test, so for 5 months they continued to put oil in my car without trying to determine what the real problem was. What the service consultant failed to tell me was that the car had previously been in for the same problem and that they already knew what the problem was.I dropped my car off on March 19th to finally get the repairs done. For 2 weeks they held my car and did nothing to it. I called that Friday to get an update on what was going on and I instantly started getting the run around. Every time I called to get an update, either she was not in or they had not torn my car down or the adjuster had not come to inspect the car. I contacted my warranty company and they said they had emailed the consultant so I called her back and she said she didnt get the email. After some research the email mysteriously appeared. The warranty company denied my claim because of the pictures that the service consultant emailed to them. She told me one thing was wrong with my car, but told the warranty company something else. In the process of trying to extract thousands of dollars out of my pocket, the Infiniti dealership dismantled my entire car. There was nothing left intact but the body. I have been around cars my entire life, even worked on cars before. I have never seen anyone dismantle a whole car just to say that the valves were gummed up. They then wanted to charge me $2500.00 to put the car back together without fixing it. I contacted the dealership where I bought the vehicle and they stepped in and offered to pay for the repairs as a gesture of goodwill. They asked the Infiniti dealership how much it would cost to fix what was wrong and put the car back together and the service consultant told them that the only thing they (Infiniti) would do was put another motor in the car, even though as a customer I said I only wanted the problem fixed and the car put back together. I had to have my car towed away from the dealership which they charged $1300.00 for. It took two trips for the two truck to get my whole car to another facility for repairs. The attached pictures show in detail the condition of my car when it left the Infiniti dealership. The parts were not boxed up. They were just put on the back of a tow truck and dropped off at another facility.I will never take my vehicle to the Infiniti dealership for service ever again. They are in the business of ripping customers off and then lying about it. They have deceptive business practices at the Infiniti of Memphis dealership.

It also has chrome wheels as well as the sporty look on the inside and outside of the vehicle with leather seats. The upgrades on this vehicle is marvelous. It has various upgrades from the rims, radio system, Bluetooth, etc. and many more different features. The passenger capacity is very roomy. Purchased a 2004 FX45 in early 2013. Seeing the dash bubbling and condition, I contacted Infiniti. I was concerned that it may be a chemical reaction and possibly not safe to breathe or would compromise the integrity of the dashboard. After my local dealer told me it was out of warranty, I contacted Consumer Affairs at Infiniti. Boy, they were no help. I do not understand why my vehicle that was serviced at my local Infiniti dealer since it was new - never bothered to fix this issue with the previous owner. I thought Volkswagens customer service was bad - but Infiniti not fixing such a blatant issue with their luxury vehicles is just bad for PR and repeat customers. I usually never leave reviews but have been compelled by the terrible service by Infiniti and awful product that I hope to save just one person from what we have had to deal with. We bought our QX60 and shortly after started having problems (shuttering, ceiling fabric coming off, constant rattling from the moon roof and door, plastic in the back was faded and the splashguards painted kept peeling along with other issues). Infinitis basic response from numerous visits to the dealership to fix was basically its your problem to deal with and now that I look at their reviews that seems to be the companys motto. If you want a quality car and service DO NOT buy an Infiniti. I wish I hadnt.

I purchased a used 1997 Infiniti J30 and 2 weeks after buying it, I noticed one night that the car had trouble accelerating. We thought that maybe it came from the muffler having a tiny pin-sized hole in it, but obviously that wasnt the problem. When I started out to work the next morning at 4 a.m., I noticed that the car would not accelerate past 20 mph. I turned around and went back home and waited until the repair shop opened. I made it there, and before I pulled into the parking lot at the shop, my car began making this loud tapping sound. They put it on the diagnostics machine and told me that I needed an engine. Wth?! I just purchased this vehicle from a young man who told me that he had gone to have it checked and the only problem they found was the hole in the muffler. How could this be?

For the second time in over a year I have experienced the same issue with my 2010 G37S sedan. The steering wheel locks and the vehicle wont start. Lights work, most of the common electrical stuff work, except for the windows that wont go up or down. It seems to have something related with me not starting the car for more than a week in both occasions, I have been away on work trips for over a week. The first time the car was under warranty Infiniti claimed that it was a dead battery which I am pretty confident it wasnt because I had the battery checked just before that car was taken to the dealer. Now this past Monday I got back from a work trip to encounter the same problem, only thing is that my warranty had expired a month ago. This time I call roadside assistance, they try the most common things to see if the car would start. No response at all. Steering wheels still lock, they take it to the dealer. I contact Infiniti consumer affairs to let them know to express my anger and how disgusted I am with this issue. They gave me a case # and told me that they were going to try and help me out. After a whole week my car is still at the dealer and the service crew still has no idea whats wrong with my car.

Having worked on and been a part of numerous Infiniti car company dealerships over the last 15 yrs, and now finally owning one of their products, its come to my attention that their brand quality is largely compromised. My situation is as follows. Having a late model Infiniti that was bought used, I concluded nothing is perfect and things would need to be fixed. However, I have never owned a vehicle with a melting dashboard. Having fixed numerous dashboards over the years for Infiniti on the FX models in 2009 to 2011, it had occurred to me that there are many other models with the same problem all the way up until 2012. The dash will crack and ultimately degrade to the point where it is unable to be cleaned/touched or even looked it through the window due to high amounts of glare it produces when driving (melting area becomes very shiny) understood the vehicle is out of warranty, but Infiniti has no remedy or cause for concern to fix these problem cars dashboards. I know there are plenty out there too. No wonder Lexus is the company to be.

OK, its now been 14 months and still no apps on my 2014 Q50, which were advertised and promised (not as a new feature, but an included feature that was in all of Infinitis literature and sales brochures). I would have made a different decision about leasing this car if Infiniti had said these are apps that may be available someday. I would like my lease cancelled and the car taken back. I will eat all the money that I put down. That is a relatively inexpensive thing for Infiniti to do. If not, I will be starting a class action lawsuit and even if it doesnt go anywhere the publicity and all the social media posts will be much more expensive for Infiniti in the long run. Or I will just go to small claims court. This will be easy for me, but still require Infiniti to spend more in billable hours than it would for you to spend a few thousand taking my lease back. Ive owned my Infiniti G37 a little over 2 years. I recently noticed that the paint on my front bumper was peeling off. Since I live in No. California and purchased the car in So. California, I took it to our local Infiniti dealership and they indicated that someone had painted over the factory paint. Since I bought the car new and have never had work done to the front bumper, I knew that it wasnt me so it must have been done at the factory or Mission Viejo Infiniti where purchased. I called Mission Viejo Infiniti to discuss this and was told they had no record of anything being done to the bumper - of course they didnt. I then contacted Infiniti Consumer Affairs and after being sent to 3 different reps, a month later an appointment was made for a rep to check out the paint on my car. Surprise - they said it wasnt the factory paint and they would not be doing anything to repair it.Im so angry right now that I just want to sell my car and have nothing more to do with Infiniti, Im going to try and see where else I can get my car serviced because I want nothing more to do with them and dont want to spend my hard earned dollars there. The m30 is a wonderful car that was built in very small numbers based on the chassis of the Nissan Fairline. It was truly a great white whale of a coupe that was a joy to drive. Its medium sized, with a hard top, the seating was optimized and did not have a lot of room in the back. But the seats in the back seemed to be included as part of an afterthought and the trunk was large and it seemed much larger than it really was. We bought our 2008 G35X new. At 23K miles (mostly highway), we started getting warning lights for VDC off, slip and brakes. It was still under warranty, so I took it to the dealer (Dorschel Infiniti of Rochester) who said they had to charge me for the inspection if they couldnt find anything wrong. After inspecting, they said the only problems were that the rear pads had only 2mm left and the fronts 4mm. They strongly recommended a brake job for $379 per each axle. I was an automotive engineer for 20 years so I questioned this, but was told that 25K miles was normal for rear brakes and 27K miles normal for fronts. Given the long and horrible history weve had with this dealership, I was more than a little skeptical.I contacted Infiniti customer service, who told me that 30K miles was normal brake life and they werent going to do anything. She also said that she just had a similar complaint, so she recently checked into it. When I told them that they were about to lose a customer, the rep asked if there was anything they could do to keep us. When I said, Yes, replace my brakes, she said they wouldnt because brakes are wear items and arent covered by warranty at all.

And when I went the the Mechanic, they blamed me to bump something and pay 1500$ to replace the exhaust. It was impossible to bump something since the bump was in the posterior part of my exhaust. I try to talk with consumer affairs but they denied my concerns. This for sure my last Infiniti ever. And of curse, all my friends tried to prevent me to lease Infiniti. I feel so bad that I didnt hear to their advice.

My wife and I have a 2015 Q60 S Limited edition. It was broken into two days ago by someone popping the cover on the key entry and jamming a screw driver into the lock causing the windows to roll down giving them easy access to the car and contents and causing damage to the door and lock. After doing an internet search I found that this is a known issue with Infinitys dating back to 2008 and therefore making the cars a target. I would like to have Infinity fix this issue with our car and others so that the windows will not just roll down when a screw driver is jammed into the key entry. Possible solutions: Disable the roll down feature, remove key cylinder or other. At this time they will do nothing and the dealership will not comment on the known issue. They referred me to Infinity consumer affairs that offered nothing.

We bought a QX 56 in 2006. We have had numerous problems. On August 24, 2016 my brakes failed with my children in the car. It felt like air popping and my car jerked and shook a few times. The brakes went to the floor. The brake light did illuminate. After restarting the car everything was completely normal! Infiniti denies the 100s of brake failure complaints. We just bought the Infiniti QX60- It was important that we could access the third row with having car seats installed. Dealer assured you could and it was a huge selling point for this car (even showed us Youtube videos). Turns out, only certain car seats work with this feature and only until the child is 40 pounds (this feature doesnt work with seat belt installation). Dealer lied to us but Infiniti wont do anything as they say its not a defect, even though clearly false advertising. Dealer told us to use a booster seat (for a 2 year old) to solve our problem. Worst car experience ever.

Tens of thousands of G35 sedans and coupes experience gradual failure of control of both radio and HVAC. Eventually display boards go dead and heat/AC revert to a default mode. Initially the radio may still be controlled via the steering wheel. In 2003 Infiniti published a service bulletin for sedans only... More than 23,000 vehicles affected. At that time a finishing board was blamed... Its cost was $114.00. Infiniti is now unable to tell me whether the problem relates to the finishing board or the radio itself. So they now charge $754.49 for the finishing board, and $600.00 for a reconditioned radio that they admit may well fail again. Labor quoted $188.00 to R&I the radio and board. Repair total: $1650.46 for a system that was poorly designed.Even if the company does not feel responsible to pay for the repair, they might have made the customers options as painless as possible. Instead they kicked the price up on the board almost seven-fold, and are unable to advise their customers whether the problem is in the radio or the board. So you are expected to replace them both. A complete failure in customer service. I own a G35 6-speed coupe and an FX35 and will never purchase an Infiniti product again.

I bought a brand new 2010 G37 in Blue Slate. Soon after taking it home, I noticed that I was getting chips in the paint. At first I thought nothing of it and chalked it up to road hazards. Well, I must have 50 chips all over the car’s hood, roof, front and rear quarter panels - it’s just crazy. I have never owned a vehicle that chips as easily as this Infiniti. I contacted consumer affairs and was told there were no recalls for this at this time. They told me to bring the car to a local Infiniti dealer for an assessment. The service manager ** at Circle Infiniti looked at it. He said, “Yep, there are chips all over the car.” He took some pictures and told me to have consumer affairs contact him. I just received a call from Infiniti’s consumer affairs who told me that the chips were natural. Are you kidding me? Infiniti sucks and I would never buy another vehicle from them.

I bought my first Infiniti in 2014, I purchased a demo model Q50 S Hybrid for the price of R574, 430 with km12000 on the clock, a simply awesome vehicle with all the bells and whistles. Early this year I was keen to trade up on a new Infiniti when I heard the news that there is only one dealership left in SA and the brand is basically dead in SA.When I bought into the Nissans flagship (Infiniti) the last thing I expected was to be left in this predicament and now (2018) the very dealership Nissan can’t even give me an exact value on my car. I find this extremely poor from such a global brand. Imagine Lexus did the same to their Toyota clients. The least they could have done was to attempt a marketing campaign in South Africa, and by that I dont mean billboards on major highways. One light at the end of this tunnel is the great service I still get from Nissan Melrose Arch who obviously still carry the service contracts on Infiniti. Needless to say I will in future not invest in the Nissan brand again.

Im surprised not to read of more consumer dissatisfaction with Infiniti and their Dealers over the End Of Life of the JX35 and the replacement with an identical vehicle named QX60. I purchased a top of the range new JX35 in early July 2013. Of course , I knew it was a 2013 Model but I was shocked to find out that 3 weeks later (on July 19th) Infiniti replaced the JX35 with the QX60 under model year 2014 , in July 2013! Of course the dealer did not tell me anything about that forthcoming change. In fact they denied that a Hybrid was being released imminently when I specifically asked them about that (I subsequently learned that was announced in a press release in March 2013). I am now on a mission to get out of my JX35. I can only believe that the actions of Infiniti and the surprising behaviors of their authorized dealer will otherwise cost me significantly in 2 or 3 years time when I try and feel or trade in this now obsolete JX35 on a 2013 model purchased in July 2013 when the new QX60 (exact same vehicle, Im sure they changed the badges off vehicles on the sales lot!) was launched 2-3 weeks later as a 2014 model. I mean, if you were shopping for a pre-owned Infiniti, what would you buy?

I had my vehicle in at Coulter Infiniti (AZ) for service for recall work on the timing chain. I had to have it towed back into them several weeks later when the car broke down again. They said it was just a loose battery cable. I knew it wasnt but they insisted that it was. They told me it was all fixed and I could take my long road trip to CA without an issues at all. Of course the car broke down as we got to CA and so I called Coulter Infiniti and they said they couldnt help me. I found Orange Coast Infiniti and they helped a ton. I am 1 month later now and still my car isnt repaired. Orange Coast has been awesome and found out that Coulter installed screws in the last repair on the timing chain and it cause the CAM arm to break and oil to leak out. My QX56 needs an entire new long block due to metal in the engine from this faulty repair. I have been talking with Coulter Infiniti for a month now and they wont back the warranty and insist that I have to have my car towed back to AZ to have the dealer that broke my car fix it. They wont honor service warranty for the repairs at Orange Coast Infiniti. I am a month out of my car, rental bills piling up, $2,000 tear down cost at Orange Coast Infiniti to diagnose the cause of the issue and $26,000 repair bill and NOBODY at Infiniti Corporate helping me or stand behind their warranty with their own dealer!!! I cant afford all of this and an attorney already told me it is a losing battle to go up against a car manufacturer. I would be out thousands of dollars without reimbursement from Infiniti. Infiniti Consumer Affairs is a JOKE. They dont help their customers at all. They just cover up for their crappy dealerships!!! I am so upset and in tears over this. I have no idea where to go or what to do.

This is by far the worst experience I have had at any dealership. It started off from day one, when they tried to talk me out of buying a car up north because of snow, knowing all along that their car had a ton of snow damage on it and they tried to claim it was an Arizona vehicle, which is false.Pictures of the car were not how the car was when we flew in to see the vehicle. Sales Rep Derrick had to go and check what happened to the chrome and why it was painted. Then he had the audacity to state that he told us that before we flew out there. Then why do you look surprised and have to go ask someone why the car was changed??Car had been driven almost 2K miles over what the ad stated, then they told us (after we bought the car) that it was a manager demo and was also driven back and forth from AZ to Colorado. They also voided warranty on the vehicle, and the local Infiniti dealerships would not touch the vehicle because Coulter Infiniti caused red flags because of so many errors they put in the system when doing service on the car.Sales Manager Branden ** is by far the rudest and shadiest person I have ever come across at a dealership. Under carriage of the vehicle, it looked like it went majorly off-roading, and should have over 150K miles on it, but it had 40K. Again, coming from Branden, this car is in mint condition. Do you not even clean cars you sale?Infiniti should be ashamed to have this dealership represent them.

This car has been back to Lynbrook Infiniti every month since 10/14 and spent the entire month of December 2014 at that dealership and is back there now again for the same issue! I have contacted Infiniti HQ and they refuse to look at buying the car back or replacing it - instead telling me that they will send it to another dealership located in NY! Meanwhile I pay for a car thats been in the shop more times than its been in my driveway! My kids refuse to get into the car because of the number of close calls that theyve experienced and I cant blame them!Wish I had read more reviews before I put my family Im danger and wasted time and $.

I have a 2006 Infiniti FX35 with transmission problems. I called the dealer and gave Mr. ** the option to replace the whole transmission for the estimated price of $7,000. The person that took my phone call even said that transmission problems normally happen around 100,000 miles and he emphasized that his best recommendation is to replace the whole transmission because if they only replace the valve body, I will probably have problems in the future with something else related with the transmission. Scam. They would rather make me spend a lot more money. They don’t lose. The front seat has several cracks on the vinyl part. As per the Infiniti dealer, its a wear and tear problem. How would a luxury car seat wear with just around 80,000 miles on it! I noticed online that its a common problem. They need to recall this cheap vinyl and replace it regardless of warranty. Now, the car is stuck just outside of warranty with the same issues and at my own expense. The 1995 Camaro with 200k original transmission RPM is better than my Infiniti. My Dads old truck (1983) has vinyl seats and looks better than my Infiniti luxury with a cost of above $40K.

Within a year from buying my Infiniti FX35 from an Infiniti dealership, the fuel gauge began to erroneously display the gas level of my fuel tank. The issue presented itself with fluctuating readings, showing 1/2 tank, then rising up to 3/4, and then decreasing to nearly empty, no matter the amount of gas in the tank. My only defense to this game of Empty Tank Russian Roulette, and the severe headaches/anxiety/burden it presented/posed was to reset my odometer at every full tank, and refuel when the distance traveled totaled close to 340 miles. Currently, regardless of the volume of actual gas in my tank, my gauge reader floats near the E, with the corresponding red light illuminated to add insult to injury. I would randomly check on recall sites to see if this issue has been reported by others, and Ive seen the issue arise in later models and in other model types. The last straw, prompting this post, was my stranded wife and child, where our strategy to guess the fuel level failed us, highlighting the million dollar question: Why do I need to have a strategy to guess the fuel level for a luxury vehicle, with the safety of my family at stake?

I leased an Infiniti JX35 on July 13, 2013. I absolutely loved the vehicle
I leased an Infiniti JX35 on July 13, 2013. I absolutely loved the vehicle up until February of 2015. In February, I noticed the brake pedal would occasionally sink down almost to the floor when stopping. The pedal would also from time to time start sinking down when I was stopped at a traffic light or stopped In traffic. The car would start to roll if I didnt continue to apply more pressure to the pedal when I was stopped. The real concern was that the brake problem was intermittent, it didnt happen consistently. In February 2015, I took the vehicle to the dealership and they said there was a problem with the Master cylinder, so they replaced it. Upon receiving the car back, the brakes operated normally for only a week. After one week the brake problem returned. I called the dealership and they asked me to bring the car in as soon as I can, so I did in March 2015. The dealership claims they could not get the brakes to repeat this problem. I was now even communicating with the shop foreman, who said to me one time he felt something happen similar to what I was saying, but it happened only once. I went back and forth with the dealership in March. In April, they received authorization to change the ABS controller. After changing the abs controller, the brake problem appeared to be gone. The brake problem returned again in August of 2015 and again of course it is intermittent. It doesnt happen when Im stopped anymore, it just happens when Im stopping. If I dont continue to increase the pressure I apply to the brakes when they sink the car will not stop. The dealership took the car in, kept it for over a week, changed the brake pads and said they could not repeat the problem. They even told me at one time that this is the way the brakes operate on these vehicles. I immediately responded by informing them that these brakes did not operate like this the first 1 1/2 years I was driving it. My daughter drives my car frequently and she even came to me and asked me why do the brakes get so soft occasionally. I chose Infiniti because of their advertised HIGH standards of excellence. Theyre supposed to compare in quality to Lexus, Acura and Mercedes. Well, Ive owned 3 Mercedes in my lifetime and their customer service and quality is second to none. My face to face customer service experience with KM Infiniti has been good, however, they have not been able to fix the issues with my JX35. The quality of this vehicle is on the same level as a Nissan. Not only have had issues with the brakes, but Ive had the rubber gasket on the roof rack come loose, Ive had to replace the driver side sun visor.I chose this car because I wanted a car I could depend on when my grandchildren get into it. I wanted a car I could have confidence in for safety. I have just about every option available on this car and thought it would be a safe car for my family to drive in. As it stands now I am extremely dissatisfied with this car and it doesnt appear Infiniti knows how to fix it! This car is a Lemon!

I didn’t want for it to come to this l, but I feel like others should be warned. In Aug 2016 I leased a 2016 Q50 from Infiniti on Camelback. I love my car and planned to purchase it after the lease, up until these last couple months. In the beginning of October 2018, it started running hot and overheating, on October 24th took it into Infiniti of Scottsdale for an inspection and they gave me the all clear saying they couldn’t replicate the issue and nothing was wrong with my car after having it for 2 days. The service tech told me if it continues to call them back and bring it up.On my way home from the dealership, my car was running hot but not overheating and when I looked in the coolant reservoir, it was pretty much empty after just being filled at the dealership. I called and the service tech said to email him the photos which I did and never received a call back (it was the weekend). I continued to drive my car just adding 1/4 quart coolant, if not more, a day until the “low oil pressure, stop vehicle” light came about 8 days later (800 miles). I then had my car towed to Infiniti on Camelback where I purchased the car and had them look at it for the same issue. I was told that there was sludge in my engine and I had “lack of maintenance.”Before even being asked to provide all my receipt of oil changes, they noted on my car that there was lack of maintenance. They changed the oil at Infiniti on Camelback, still couldnt replicate the losing coolant and overheating issue and once again sent me on my way and told me to continue driving the car. Fast forward to Thanksgiving Day (4 days after getting my car back), we are driving to our families in Surprise Arizona from Chandler Arizona and about 45 minutes into the drive, I try accelerating and it doesn’t do anything. I pull into the suicide lane as I couldn’t do anything else and once the car finally hit about 20 mph the motor seized and started knocking. As it being Thanksgiving, Infiniti on Camelback is closed, we called the Infiniti towing line so they could tow the car in and we would have someone just come get us so we could still enjoy Thanksgiving. We were only quoted 90 minutes for the tow, but sat on the I10 for almost 4 and a half hour. I called Camelback the next day and spoke to the service manager. They refused to give me a loaner, and said that I would need to purchase a battery for $250 and $759 to break my car apart, before they could start the diagnostic on my car. That is ridiculously high for a battery for 1 and why am I being charged labour for something that should be under warranty?I purchase a battery from Infiniti of Peoria for $150 and self installed it. They still refused to do any diagnostic unless I paid them the $750 to break my car down. As my car in the last month had been given the all clear, and now they were saying I never did oil changes and it was my fault the motor and turbos blew. The service manager was VERY rude to me and just kept repeating “your lack of maintenance,” refusing to listen to anything else I had to say or look at any of my maintenance reports.I didn’t feel comfortable moving forward with them so I transferred my car to Infiniti of Coulter AFTER speaking with a service technician who said he “doesn’t see why warranty wouldn’t approve it because it been checked 2 times in the last month and I have all my oil records. It sound like the coolant is mixing with the oil.” He told me at first if warranty didn’t approve it, but he didn’t see why they would. It would be $350 to pay, easy, told him to go ahead. I still mind you have not had a loaner vehicle. They did the inspection and to my understand they had all my service records and submitted the claim, the claim came back asking for my photo of the top of my engine which brought the charge up to $1400. I asked him what he thought was going to happen and he said he wasn’t sure but he still didn’t feel like it would be denied. After thinking about it, I really didn’t have any other choice and said go ahead.About a week passed and I heard nothing, I called asking if I would be able to get a loaner and he said yeah I should have something Thursday [on Monday]. I said okay and we left it at that. On Thursday I called to see when the loaner would be ready and he said my claim came back denied so I wouldn’t be able to get a loaner and the price on a used engine and turbo would be $14,000 or he could find a new motor but it would be about $14000 plus my $1,400 I already owe them. I’ve called consumer affairs numerous time and escalated it due to the fact they denied it “due to the sludge being in the engine it an automatic denial for lack of maintenance of the vehicle.” Well come to find out the claim was submitted with 2 service records. Of course they would deny it! I asked the service tech to attach the records so they can reevaluate and was told “no amount of service records can change their decision.”Well come back to this week after waiting since the 23rd or December for a call back from a regional supervisor in consumer affairs, I get the call telling me there will be no other communication and that I am not only responsible for a new motor but continue to pay the lease [done on Nov 1 2019] and any damaged that will be due after turning the lease in. So after paying almost $40,000 for the car, I now will have to pay an additional $20,000 for a motor and $470 a month till November. Not only that, I’ve made 3 payment on a car that’s been sitting at Infiniti with no loaner provided, lost out on not only Thanksgiving but Christmas and New Years with my family because I had no transportation to get there. Not only that but I’ve been having to rely on rides to work or paying for Lyfts. I’ve never in my life had such a bad experience with a company. I’ve personally purchased 2 vehicles from Infiniti and in the last 3 years my dad has purchase almost 6. I was a very loyal Infiniti customer but now I will never be back to any Infiniti or Nissan dealership. I’ve spoked with 3 master techs, without even telling them what’s happened to the car just showed them the videos and photos, ever since one of them have said, “there is a leak in my head gasket and coolant is mixed with my oil.” Sludge take thousands of miles to build in an engine, not only was it taken 800 miles prior and given the all clear AT AN INFINITI DEALERSHIP but the oil was changed 3,000 miles prior, and we still have the oil from that change. Not only did this happen to my car but is now happening to multiple other Infiniti’s and has (to my knowledge in Arizona only) happened to at least 6 others who have had their motor replaced already, through warranty or paying for it themselves. Mind you, I also paid for the 3 years or 45000 miles maintenance package for $499 that Infiniti on Camelback never attached to my lease.

I have problem with Infiniti service in Cletendon Hills. Car still on warranty but service...no one admit this car has little bigger problem with alignment. Every time Im dropping off, car alignment is off. It is so bad, right front tire has to be replaced. My question is not how much off is alignment, where is reason why alignment is so much off? Im talking about adjusting four-five times every year. Car is three years old with 23200 miles.

Infiniti has so many options to choose from. They are affordable and dependable. The sleek design and high end features make this brand unbeatable. It is top of the line quality and if you dont like any of the base models you can definitely customize it and make it your own. They have tons of features and add-ons to choose from. Also, even if you get a two door you will still have lots of room for that additional person. Not to mention the trunk space. And the SUVs are super roomy and comfortable. You really cant find any other brands quite like Infiniti and I love it. I would recommend this car company to anyone looking.

Infiniti Q50 hybrid top of the range, 4 wheel drive, active lane control, every extra on the car. Always driven SUVs found the car whilst superb to drive not to my liking, so asked if they would consider buying it back. Now I realize everybody has to make a living but they have offered me what is basically 27,000 pounds less than the car cost new! OK it has 9,000 miles on the clock so I would of expected to lose a reasonable amount. On asking different car main dealers nobody seems interested as soon as you say Infiniti. I am puzzled by this as I thought I was buying a luxury car. My question is does anyone out there know of any reason for this? And any advice on what I could do to get a few thousand more for my car? I would be very grateful.

The cars were beautiful the interior was amazing. They had beautiful features and colors. They were decked out, very sporty, good engines, good exterior equipment. The exhausts were nice and loud. They were sports cars so they didnt have much for seating. The most was a four-seater but very small. Most of them were just two-seaters which is what I would expect from a legit sports car. I was very satisfied with everything except the prices. They were really expensive and I didnt like that at all.

I have an Infiniti JX35 2013. In the past 3 years I had to replace both the right and left headlight units at a cost of $1200 each because water leaked into the encasement and caused an electrical shortage. I called Infiniti initially and was told that it was an isolated problem with my own vehicle, but have since read multiple reviews on-line from others with the same issue. Now my R side headlight is fogged up again. I called them today and they were absolutely no help. I was told to take it to a local dealer for an electrical diagnostic starting at $150 cost to me, even though this is the 3rd time to replace the same part, and I have a photograph of the obvious moisture inside of the headlight. They really just dont care. I will never buy a Nissan product again.

Infiniti has sedans, SUVs, and huge SUVs. The sedans are a bit flashy, I loved the feel of them but they made me feel old! Haha! But I had loved the Infiniti QX4 for a long time before I bought one. I was having a new baby and I wanted a safe form of transportation. My QX4 had all the fun and luxury features I was looking for - heated seats, sun roof, and a nice look to it. I loved it. It was basically a suped up pathfinder, but the colors I just loved. I had a two toned QX4 and leather interior. It lasted me a long time. When I bought the truck it was as is, no immediate personalization. But I had a few things done to it, tinted the windows and changed the interior. My truck was good for a family of four, lots of storage and room. I probably would have liked a third back seat, but then I would lose storage space.

I recently purchased a 2008 Infiniti G35. It was in great condition all around except for some interior paint that was coming off on the inside door handles and on the steering wheel. I figured this was from normal wear and tear and I can live with it. I could possibly fix it up later down the road. Well after having the car for about a month, I noticed that I had paint coming off in my hands when I drove to and from work. I work about 11 miles from my home, only about a 15 min drive. Not far. The paint on the inside door handles and on the steering wheel was a rubber type of back paint, and it was literally coming off in my hands most of the time when I drove. Not normal wear and tear. I did a little research on this problem and it turns out this is a known problem with 07 and 08 and it was fixed in late 08 and 09 models. Great, Ill take it in since Im still under warranty and have them fix it. Before I take it in, I called Infiniti USA, their customer service number, and talked to a lady on the phone and told her about my issue. She told me that she has seen this before. It is a known defect, and to just take it into my local dealership and they will replace the parts. I read about this online and it was the answer I was expecting so I said thanks. The next day, I drove to Tim Dahle Infiniti in Salt Lake City. When I got there, I am told that this is wear and tear and is not covered. I explained that this is not normal wear and tear and is a known defect. He says he can no longer cover this issue, and when Infiniti has done it in the past, it was under a goodwill clause where they do it only for people that have had a long history with Infiniti. The service manager recommends that I contact Infiniti USA to see if they can approve it to be done. Well, I explained that I had already contacted them and they said to just bring it in. We gave them a call again. I get a different story this time, and have to file a request to have a specialist get back to me about this issue. About a week later, I get a call saying this will not be honored or covered under the manufacturers warranty. I specifically came from an Acura TL that I had previously owned to Infiniti because of this lightly better engine specs and on the recommendation of several friends and family members that have Infiniti, but I never had an issue like this with Acura. For a $40,000 car, you would expect a car dealer to honor the warranty that they put on the car, especially for an issue that is well known and documented. They even changed the interior paint in newer models so this problem doesnt happen anymore. With plenty of records online of people having this taken care of under warranty, I find it hard to believe they can do it for some cars and not for all. I am extremely unhappy with how this had turned out. I am hoping Infiniti learns from this and will cover it eventually but well see. For now, I will not recommend Infiniti to anyone again. If anyone knows of a way to convince them to cover this, or any other advice, I would love to hear about it.

Very disappointed so far from Infinity Customer Service. Even though I have a 2005 FX35 and a letter from Kevin Martin (VP of Total Customer Satisfaction at Infinity) stating that the dashboard had a problem and would be under warranty for 8 years, both Infinity and my local dealer (Bergstrom Auto in Appleton WI) have, so far, failed to stand behind the letter and repair my dash. I was planning on replacing my FX35 with another one, but am certainly reconsidering that. One guy on this board mentioned a class action lawsuit. Does anyone know if there really is one of those?

Where should I start. A few months ago my 2014 Kia Optima SX Turbo began to show condensation on the front driver side fog light. I took it to my nearest Kia dealership (Ourisman Kia in Chantilly, VA) and they were very prompt in helping out and nice. Great group of people and great service department. The service department changed the whole fog light assembly and the issue continued to occur. Ourisman Kia escalated the issue to Kia Headquarters to see what could be done. Within a week a representative contacted me and was very polite in explaining the process. The Kia representative explained that because we had already changed the fog light assembly, he had to escalate the issue to a different office. The representative stated that someone from that office would contact me within two or three business day. I talked to the initial representative on 10 August 2016 at 17:30 pm and since then I have yet received any phone calls from the other department that is supposedly handling my case. I have called four separate times (08/15/2016, 08/17/2016, 08/19/2016 and 8/22/2016) directly to the person in charge of my case and nothing. I have been able to talk to other representative and they have been very helpful, but they tell me they cant do anything because my case has been escalated to a different office. Im hoping to get a phone call soon, but for now worst experience Ive ever had with Kia.

But in the past few months, it quickly spread everywhere. I contacted Infiniti USA, but they will not fix it. The customer representative said Infiniti is aware of the problem and has extended the warranty to 8 years. But since my car is now 9 years old, theres nothing they can do. I was not notified of the extension. Apparently, this is a common problem. A search for Infiniti dashboard bubble will return tons of results. About 8 months ago I leased a QX30 because I have friends who love Infiniti so I was excited to give it a try. This car is a DANGEROUS vehicle. We went to the dealership to try and get out of the lease and roll into something else because they asked us to come in and talk after I emailed my disappointment. All they were concerned about was trying to fleece us out of more money, not help us solve the problem. Here are just a few of the issues with this car: motor shuts off when you come to a stop so that when you try and go out to make a turn, it bogs down and delays (I have almost been hit because we live on a busy highway). The visibility is so poor and there are no added mirror insets on the side view mirrors to help with this problem. When you come to a stop the a/c shuts off and when you go it turns back on except blows hot air, auto door locks with key fobs dont work properly, it will not pair well with my iPhone (apparently has compatibility issues), back tailgate does not always unlatch and is heavy. I was told these parts are made by Mercedes with an Infiniti logo...if it were Infiniti I would be ashamed to have my logo on this car. I do truly hope no one is hurt in this car, myself included.Guess my husband and I will have to continue to draw straws to see who has to drive this plastic heap of junk each day until our lease is up. We were given the opportunity to test drive a QX60 and it was so nice and quiet and drove like a luxury car is should. But then they decided to try and really stick it to us because if you are extremely disappointed, they really dont give a darn. Hopefully we can stop anyone else from making the mistake of purchasing this vehicle and after our experience today, they dont get a good review on customer service either.

My vehicle is the G37 Coupe which is upgraded to the Q60 coupe which will be my next choice. Other larger models offered by Infiniti and all offer luxury, style and performance are QX60 crossover, Q50, Q70 AWD and more that come with premium packages that can be purchased or leased. Infiniti is awesome and nothing less than wonderful. It is luxurious and premium high performance vehicle with adaptive steering, digital transmission and the latest technology available. It runs smoother than imaginable. It has smooth sleek sexy lines and turns heads. If we are personalizing and building an Infiniti, I will choose the Q60 coupe. It begins with the V6 400 HP engine - digital suspension, direct adaptive steering, LED headlights, alloy wheels, personal technology inside out. Passenger capacity in my choice would be two rows and 4 passengers but remember its a two door coupe. I put the back seat down in the cargo area for my K9 passengers and they have plenty of room and are safe. Infiniti has other larger models with larger passenger capacity.

Ive owned my QX60 for less than three months and after less than 3k miles the bottom portion of the drivers seat no longer heats or cools, however, the back part does. I took it for warranty work to the Infiniti dealership in Silver Spring, MD and they told me that the seat immediately worked for them which I know is a lie because amazingly it didnt work after I got back in the car. They said they hooked it up to the computer and the computer showed it was working properly, however, they never showed me the computer results nor did they show me that the seat worked. In addition to the seat not working properly the rear windshield sprayer was clogged and they blamed it on the dealership who sold it to me. They unclogged it, but it still doesnt spray, it just shoots out washer fluid. Buying this vehicle was a waste of my money and I shouldve known better than to purchase another Nissan product considering I owned an Altima several years ago and the alternator went bad with only 30k miles. In addition, the CD player in the Altima would jam anytime a CD with a paper label on it was put in it. They replaced the CD changed once, but the 2nd time it happened it was out of warranty and they wouldnt replace it. Based on that I should never have purchased another Nissan product and I wont ever again. The only reason I didnt purchase an MDX is because it cost several thousand more, but it wouldve been worth paying the extra thousands because thats probably what Ill spend on the QX60 after the warranty is up.

I like a nut not only did I buy one Infinti (QX60) but I bought the second one, a G37. The QX60 a week after I bought the Gas gauge was reading Zero mile with a 1/4 tank of Gas. I got told it was bad gas, then I was told Im driving down hill so that affects it. Then I was told the Infiniti corporate had to assess the SUV. It took them 2 tries and they replaced the entire Gauge system. Then I had issues with the Transmission. Took it countless time and they kept saying that the software needed to be upgraded. After filing a complaint they replaced the Trans and it took over 9 months to get it done. Then I bought a G37 certified. I thought buying a certified would get me a better value and it would be reliable. It started to leak Differential fluid. Was told the Diff overheated and it leaked fluid. Then the Tires got a nail and they refused to fix them, when they said that it was covered under the maintenance. I have to say the SERVICE FROM INFINITI IS POOR AT BEST. IF YOU CALL INFINITI CONSUMER AFFAIR AND GET AMANDA HANG UP and wait the 30 days and get someone else. If you ask for a manager and Tommy. Hang up as he will give you lip service. Buy a Lexus or Acura!!!

If you use it, you pay no additional charges, if you dont use it and decide to trade the car, youre able to get your money back...Sounded great and we purchased the plan with both vehicles. However we decided to trade in one of the cars at an alternate dealer about a year after purchase and we returned to Infiniti of Cool Springs to start the refund with John ** in Finance. The car in question was rarely driven and never even reached the first dealer free initial service mileage requirements, so I expected to get the full refund, however I was told its prorated based on time not use of the product, so I agreed to the prorated refund of a product never used. Needless to say, what was supposed to be a 30 day refund period has now rolled into the 6th month of working with John ** who became non responsive at the dealer level and I ultimately had to escalate to Infiniti Consumer Affairs. To date I have yet to receive a refund. Buyers beware of this prepaid maintenance plan if you remotely think youll trade the car prior to the plans full use.

My 2013 Infiniti JX35 has been at the dealer since May 30th. Twice as I was driving, the IBA (Intellect Brake Assist) engaged and stopped my car and pulled my seat belt tight. There were no cars coming toward me both times. If a car was driving too close behind me, they would have hit me with the kids in the car. It was the first car in the nation to do this, so technicians from Bosch and Infiniti have flown out several times to try and fix the problem. It happened to them too while driving it too. They said it was too much metal on the bridge I was on and the system thought it was another car about to hit me. They are now trying to update the software. Do I really want to rely on software to drive my car safely? Infiniti Consumer Affairs are the most rude, discourteous people I have come across. They said I would have an answer in 5-10 days. It took three weeks. They did not return one phone call. I had to beg an agent to put me through to a supervisor because my agent didnt call me back in a week. Ridiculous. Finally, yesterday after calling back again to see if there was an answer, I was declined. I wanted my full money back and to get back into a QX56 (what I owned previously). I called the BBB. Infiniti does not back up their cars.

Submitted an inquiry on Wednesday, October 21, 2015. On October 22, Lauren, Regional Manager over the dealerships in my area responded to the inquiry by calling and introducing herself in a voicemail. I have returned her call and left messages three times on October 23, 2015 and no response. Come on Infiniti. I need help desperately! It appears that Lauren called to introduce herself by phone to enable her to say a call has been made, but she is not really trying to connect with me. At least thats the way it appears. I have a serious issue and I am not hard to get a hold of. It is unacceptable that Ive got to go an entire weekend without having spoken to anyone and my vehicle remains in an immovable state. I have taken my car to two (2) Infiniti dealers and currently it sits in downtown Chicago at the Bermans dealership. Orland Park Infiniti initially had my car, but they say they are unable to fix it. HOW IS IT THAT THE COMPANY THAT MAKES THE INFINITI CANNOT FIX IT?

This sport model has the thinnest tires that go flat constantly. In the first 18 months of my lease, I have had 5 flat tires costing $2,500. - Infiniti will not honor their offer of $1,000. To add a tire protection package to my lease. They are a TOTAL Scam of a company and have lost me and my extended family as Infiniti customers.

I bought a brand new INFINITI Q50 Hybrid with technology package in September 2013. Got hit by a deer on Nov 3, 2013 and the car is with the auto body shop till date with no hope in sight... Parts were ordered from Japan but apparently, the new ECM modules were not compatible with the one in the car and now all modules need to be replaced and there is no ETA on the delivery of these parts. I have incurred tremendous stress, frustration and money in paying for rental cars thus far and still using a rental... The car was bought with me putting down $20k and financed for $30k and am still paying the monthly $530 for not using the car! Can I please have my equity ($approx $20k) and the rental car expense back and NISSAN can take the car away...

They have everything you need with the comfort of a Cadillac! You can choose from a fast lil coupes to a family car. If you need a truck they have a great pickup truck and if you want something for a bigger family but still fun you can get the Escalade hybrid. All these vehicles are made for people just like us with all the qualities of living the high life. The coupes is a 2 Door which you can get with drop top. It has 348hp and 7 speed automatic. The Z62 is a great luxury SUV. 5 doors, 5.6 liter engine, V8 32-valve. Lets not forget the Skyline, fun lil car can come in so many styles. My favorite is the 3.0 liter VR30DDTT twin-turbo V6, 6 speed manual. It may have 4 doors but it is sleek and fun. You can choose 7 speed automatic or 6 speed manual, dont forget convertible and always has comfort. You can go turbo charged or twin-turbo and diesel I4 if you choose. Depending on what you would want you can go from 2 door coupes which seats 2 to 4 people or 4 door for the sedan - 4 or 5 people, and all the way to 5 door SUV - 4 people all the way to 7 people.
