Infiniti Automobile Model 2018 Q50

2018 Q50

The 2018 Infiniti Q50 is a luxury compact sedan produced by Infiniti, the luxury division of Nissan. The Q50 is known for its combination of stylish design, performance-oriented features, and advanced technology. Here are some key features and specifications of the 2018 Infiniti Q50:

Engine Options: The 2018 Infiniti Q50 was available with multiple engine options, offering a range of performance levels:

2.0-liter turbocharged inline-4 engine: This engine produced around 208 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque.

3.0-liter twin-turbocharged V6 engine: The V6 engine was available in different power outputs, including 300 horsepower and 400 horsepower variants. The V6 engines provided strong acceleration and performance.

Transmission: The engines were typically paired with a 7-speed automatic transmission with manual shift mode. This transmission offered precise gear changes and enhanced control.

Performance: The Q50 is designed for a balance of performance and comfort. The available twin-turbocharged V6 engines, along with sport-tuned suspensions, provided dynamic handling and driving dynamics.

Drive Options: The Q50 was usually available in rear-wheel-drive (RWD) and all-wheel-drive (AWD) configurations. The AWD system enhanced traction and stability, especially in varying road conditions.

Interior and Features: The Q50's interior blended luxury with technology. Depending on the trim level, it offered features such as premium materials, leather upholstery, power-adjustable seats, and advanced infotainment systems.

Infotainment and Technology: The 2018 Infiniti Q50 typically featured an advanced infotainment system with touchscreen displays. It included features such as smartphone integration (Apple CarPlay and Android Auto), navigation, and premium audio systems.

Safety Features: The Q50 offered a range of safety features, including multiple airbags, antilock brakes (ABS), stability control, and available advanced driver assistance features like adaptive cruise control, blind-spot monitoring, and lane departure warning.

Exterior Design: The Q50's exterior design featured a signature grille, sleek lines, and a distinctive profile, contributing to its upscale appearance.

Luxury and Performance Balance: Infiniti aimed to provide a combination of luxury comfort and performance-oriented driving experiences in the Q50.

End of Production: The 2018 model year marked one of the years in the first generation of the Infiniti Q50. Subsequent model years introduced updates and changes to the Q50 lineup.

As with any used vehicle, it's recommended to conduct a pre-purchase inspection and obtain a vehicle history report to assess its condition and maintenance history. For the latest and most accurate information, I recommend consulting Infiniti's official sources or visiting an Infiniti dealership.

We bought our 2008 G35X new. At 23K miles (mostly highway), we started getting warning lights for VDC off, slip and brakes. It was still under warranty, so I took it to the dealer (Dorschel Infiniti of Rochester) who said they had to charge me for the inspection if they couldnt find anything wrong. After inspecting, they said the only problems were that the rear pads had only 2mm left and the fronts 4mm. They strongly recommended a brake job for $379 per each axle. I was an automotive engineer for 20 years so I questioned this, but was told that 25K miles was normal for rear brakes and 27K miles normal for fronts. Given the long and horrible history weve had with this dealership, I was more than a little skeptical.I contacted Infiniti customer service, who told me that 30K miles was normal brake life and they werent going to do anything. She also said that she just had a similar complaint, so she recently checked into it. When I told them that they were about to lose a customer, the rep asked if there was anything they could do to keep us. When I said, Yes, replace my brakes, she said they wouldnt because brakes are wear items and arent covered by warranty at all.

I purchased a 2003 Infiniti G35 pre-owned in April 2010. I have had intermittent problems with the AC/Heat/Defrost/Stereo. The problem is now continuous and I have no control of my Heat/Defroster, which is a huge safety concern as I live in the Northeast. I have contacted Infiniti because there was a recall for this, but my VIN does not qualify. They also will not goodwill and the dealer wants 1800.00 to repair. This is apparently an issue with most of the 2003 G35s and I cannot understand why they refuse to address an obvious manufacturer defect!

I purchased a 05 QX56 3 years ago and know I have nothing but problems my brakes go out while Im driving, I have to pull over and turn off truck and turn it back on, my lights turn on and off when the light switch is off, and my dashboard lights turn on... I found out my IPDM module is not working. My window motor does not work, my rear window hatch went out. My 3rd brake light stopped working. And my memory seat does not work. My cruise control stopped working. Went to Infiniti and Nissan. All they do is give me the runaround!!!

Jx35 wont turn off? Dont know the consequences yet because Im still sitting in it! Been here for an hour and the truck will not shut off. Tried with the key fob over the ignition button and nothing. I suppose disconnecting the battery is next. Not sure how an already shoddy electrical system will hold up to that.

OK, its now been 14 months and still no apps on my 2014 Q50, which were advertised and promised (not as a new feature, but an included feature that was in all of Infinitis literature and sales brochures). I would have made a different decision about leasing this car if Infiniti had said these are apps that may be available someday. I would like my lease cancelled and the car taken back. I will eat all the money that I put down. That is a relatively inexpensive thing for Infiniti to do. If not, I will be starting a class action lawsuit and even if it doesnt go anywhere the publicity and all the social media posts will be much more expensive for Infiniti in the long run. Or I will just go to small claims court. This will be easy for me, but still require Infiniti to spend more in billable hours than it would for you to spend a few thousand taking my lease back. Kevin in WV, how do I email you? I want to join a suit.

I took my car in to Herb Chambers Infiniti Westboro, MA for the airbag recall on Oct 5th 2017. A few days later my airbag light came on. I took my car back to Infiniti and they are saying its not their fault. They will not repair it. I complained to Infiniti consumer affairs and they also said they will not repair it. They said the cost is $2,888. The airbag light was never on until they did the recall work on it and now Infiniti will not repair it.

Infiniti has a great selection of models, from passenger cars to sports cars to SUVs. Passenger capacity is excellent. I can fit a modest amount of people in my SUV. I can also fit numerous items in my roof rack, which is very spacious. I never owned an Infiniti before, but now Im hooked. These vehicles are equipped with all the latest technology, and I couldnt see myself driving anything else. It definitely has the futuristic look that people are looking for. You can pay a bit more to fully equip your vehicle, or you can stay with the base package, which is still loaded with features and extras you cant find on other vehicles.

I bought a preowned infiniti from Red Noland Infiniti and within 3 weeks it would randomly not start. After spending over 40 days total in their service dept they could not diagnose or fix the issue. Finally after 11 months of ownership and 57 total days in service, Mike Ward Infiniti came up with at least an idea of the problem. However, it is several hundred dollars and may not even be the actual issue. Red Noland told me it was not covered under warranty or the warranty that came with the car. After the 4th attempt at repairing they offered me 40% less than I paid for the car after a few months of very stressful ownership. (Imagine going somewhere, the store or hiking, and your car wont start for over an hour when you get back to it). Infiniti consumer affairs has been less than helpful as well the only competent people are at Mike Ward in highlands ranch. I have had two arbitration cases open with infiniti and even with the bbb, however since the car is over a year old, but still under warranty, they refused to do anything to fix the situation. I have owned 3 infinitis the last 5 years, 2 g35xs, and a q40, and I will never give Infiniti or Nissan another dime for a car! You would think they cared about customers with brand loyalty but thats as big a joke as calling their cars luxury performance sedans.

Im surprised not to read of more consumer dissatisfaction with Infiniti and their Dealers over the End Of Life of the JX35 and the replacement with an identical vehicle named QX60. I purchased a top of the range new JX35 in early July 2013. Of course , I knew it was a 2013 Model but I was shocked to find out that 3 weeks later (on July 19th) Infiniti replaced the JX35 with the QX60 under model year 2014 , in July 2013! Of course the dealer did not tell me anything about that forthcoming change. In fact they denied that a Hybrid was being released imminently when I specifically asked them about that (I subsequently learned that was announced in a press release in March 2013). I am now on a mission to get out of my JX35. I can only believe that the actions of Infiniti and the surprising behaviors of their authorized dealer will otherwise cost me significantly in 2 or 3 years time when I try and feel or trade in this now obsolete JX35 on a 2013 model purchased in July 2013 when the new QX60 (exact same vehicle, Im sure they changed the badges off vehicles on the sales lot!) was launched 2-3 weeks later as a 2014 model. I mean, if you were shopping for a pre-owned Infiniti, what would you buy?

Infiniti has a good selection of sedans and SUVS, at affordable luxury prices. The Q60 comes in AWD, and has the colors I like. The Q60X is the SUV equivalent of the sedan version. The car is sporty, it has an attractive interior exterior. I bought it because I like the way the interior and how roomy and spacious it is. The features that caught my attention most were the bluetooth sync and the climate control feature which makes everyones ride a smooth one. The upgrades were impressive. I bought a pack that was surprisingly affordable. It included a rear view camera and heated front seats. Also dvd entertainment feature. Assisted parking was also a feature that I thought was handy. My vehicle seats up to 5 people comfortably and it also has plenty of cargo room with a spacious trunk.

60K of crap. Every day I have to use my 2014 QX60 I wonder what will go wrong. First it was the brakes. Front and rear, rotors, pads, the works at around 12K miles. Shortly after was the transmission. At the dealer I couldnt help but notice the 11 other QX60 cars there. I inquired with one of the service techs who informed me that 8 of the 11 were for transmission problems. I have had windshield molding problems, navigation problems, and small button and switches problems, like falling off; ridiculous! Now at 31K miles, the car battery is leaking. Of course the dealer will not fully replace due to the convenience of only a 24 month warranty. The only good thing with this vehicle is the 3 year lease that cant end soon enough!!

The car model provided all of my needs. This needs were Bluetooth radio, USB connector, wifi, gas mileage and safety specs. The car was great looking and it matched with its safety build. It looks better than my old cars and I liked it very much. The cars color was also what I needed. I bought my car in blue and it looked really shining. The capacity of my car that I bought from a dealer at the price I wanted was great. It was really good with fitting all of my stuff. Sometimes I could just use the backseats to fill even more stuff. This car helps with that a lot. I liked that I could do so much in my car and the specs were very high class. It looked more than what it cost, I was very amazed at the price for having so much options of gadgets I could use in my car. I liked them a lot. Overall a great buy!

My local Infinity dealership was selling a pre-owned car. Due to Infiniti being a reputable dealership, I had confidence in purchasing a used car from them. I would not have thought that they would sell a car with a major internal flaw. I test drove the car, looked at the Carfax, and things checked out fine. I purchased the car end of February 2020. A week later, when I was trying to set up my bluetooth and stream music, this feature was not working at all. When I try to make phone calls, the system goes in and out, and I am unable to stream anything from my phone. I took it to a Ford service center (the car is a Ford CMax Hybrid), and they could not diagnose by a quick look. They recommended that since I had just bought the car, I should take it back to the dealership to have them look at it.I called Infinity, and spoke with the sales rep who sold me the car, in addition to the sales manager. They did not even want to look at the car, and tried to tell me that everything was fine when they sold me the car. They did not want to have anything to do with fixing the bluetooth issue. The sales manager basically said oh well it was sold as is. I would have expected them to tell me that this feature was not working/a system was broken, but no one shared any of this info with me. I thought a company like Infinity would not do something like this, but I was sadly wrong. On another note, it took 3 phone calls to get someone to talk to me about this. Nobody was calling me back initially, this should be telling. Now, in order to get this fixed, I will have to pay several hundred dollars that I dont have, so that I can make phone calls in my car and listen to music.

My 2007 FX35, which only has 50K miles on it, has several cracks on the vinyl part. Per Infiniti dealer, it’s a wear and tear problem. How would a luxury car seat wear just around 40-50K miles on it! I noticed online that it’s a common problem and mainly for the brick color. They need to recall this cheap vinyl, and replace it regardless of warranty.

Got this JX35 in November of 2013 and have had the following issues with less than 30k miles on the car. Door molding was falling off so it was replaced as the plastic was bowed. Both sun visors fell down and were replaced with new ones. Roof rail seals came out and when I asked the dealer to pop it back in, they told me the whole rail had to be replaced. The instrument cluster and dashboard shut down and restart while driving. And it is very noticeable at night or early morning as I have no gauges to follow in the dark. So the navigation computer was replaced but has not resolved the issue yet and the dealer doesnt know what to do with it. The transmission was very sluggish and when I asked the dealer to check I got a call that it has to be replaced and it was. Now, 5k miles later its doing it again. There have been a couple of recalls in the middle, with recalls on the recalls as the service adviser put it, so they have replaced a bunch of door latches on the car again and again. The latest one is my key. Neither key will work, so I cannot get in the car using the key-less feature and I have a very hard time starting the car even when I hold the key near the start button. The GM at the dealer claims they have informed Infiniti Corporation and I have been waiting for a response for 9 months now! In summation, if I can get in the car and get it started, I may get stuck on the road in the middle of the night with a broken transmission while not knowing where I am or which way to go because all of my instruments have stopped working. Other drivers wont help because the pieces falling off my car has damaged their car and they are angry. At this point, Infiniti is jeopardizing my life and life of others around me very frequently and without remorse. I guessing this will qualify as a lemon but have to check with a lawyer!

I just purchased the QX60 2015 with the collision avoidance system. I was disappointed that you have to turn on the system each time you get in the SUV. Why would you not be able to turn it on and leave it on. If you ever need it that would be the one time you did not turn it on. I purchased my Infiniti G35 at Glenn Nissan in Lexington in 2009 with roughly 30,200 miles on it. I purchased it as is. Two months after the purchase, I started having problems with the vehicle. I immediately had to replace all serpentine belts in the engine, replace the rubber lining on one door because it kept coming loose and was finally too stretched out to re-glue, replace lights in the vehicle that keep burning out, replace my drivers windshield wiper several times/year because it’s bent and shreds the wiper. I have had to replace the tires twice due to flat spots. I am leaking oil in the engine and now need new gaskets and O rings. Every time I go through a car wash, the water leaks into my trunk badly. I can find up to an inch of water where my spare tire is at any given time.My airbag light is on and needs a $1,200 fix due to what they assume is a broken clock spring. My tire pressure sensors are broken and now the key fob isnt working (according to Infiniti, the car isnt recognizing the key fob signal) and will need a whole new computer system. I pulled the Carfax report and noted the car had sustained flood damage and had been issued a rebuild title in California. I met with Infiniti and the dealer told me the Carfax report must be wrong and that all of the issues I have had with my car are normal wear and tear. The dealer then proceeded to contact the KY Department of Motor Vehicle and told them to remove the incorrect Carfax data without my permission (I am the owner of the car) and they indeed did remove the information. My Kentucky title is clean and I am in the process of trying to obtain the California vehicle history of my car. I contacted consumer affairs at Infiniti and they said their records reflected my car had sustained flood damage and had a rebuild title. However, Glenn Nissan in Lexington has declined to address my issues, and only to cover their own behinds. Im not even sure what I should do next. I will never buy another Infiniti again.

The first contact with Infiniti was a refreshing change from other dealers. The actual sale process went well. After that it was a complete disaster. The car was delivered 10 days late and in a shocking condition. The paint work had faults on every panel. This ranged from deep scratches, paint scuffs etc to badly oxidized paint because of the protective!, transport stickers. The car was returned to the dealership and they agreed that it was a mess and should never had been delivered to a customer in that condition. At this point I indicated that it should be returned and replaced with another vehicle. The dealership refused and said it was company policy to try and resolve the issues. They arranged for the car to go to a local body shop to have paint work correction. This was after a detail expert had inspected the car and refused to do anything with it as the condition was so bad. He also advised them not to take it to the body shop as they did not have the skills to rectify the fault and in his experience things would only get worse. All of this was ignored and the dealership sent the car for repair. Back it came and surprise! It was in a worse condition than before. The dealership insists that the car is okay, but now they want it back to have more paint correction done? I have also got an email sent from the Infiniti Center to a paint detailer advising that they have had issues with paint, transport sticker marks, etc and have several unhappy customers. The dealership deny this and claim it’s not the same problem as my car and was an isolated case? Isolated... it mentioned every model in the lineup and several unhappy customers, how is that isolated? The car is now booked in again to go to another detailer chosen by Infiniti. I will report back on that work at a later date. Infiniti are in denial that they have paint issues. Their customer service is a joke and are as bad if not worse than some small back street outfit. They actually believe that by getting the car paint fixed they are doing me some sort of favor with no mention of any form of compensation or apology for the terrible state of the car or the complete lack of customer service?! My advice--do not buy anything from Infiniti. They are not focused on customer service or product quality. All they want is your money. There are better options out there.

I purchased a used 1997 Infiniti J30 and 2 weeks after buying it, I noticed one night that the car had trouble accelerating. We thought that maybe it came from the muffler having a tiny pin-sized hole in it, but obviously that wasnt the problem. When I started out to work the next morning at 4 a.m., I noticed that the car would not accelerate past 20 mph. I turned around and went back home and waited until the repair shop opened. I made it there, and before I pulled into the parking lot at the shop, my car began making this loud tapping sound. They put it on the diagnostics machine and told me that I needed an engine. Wth?! I just purchased this vehicle from a young man who told me that he had gone to have it checked and the only problem they found was the hole in the muffler. How could this be?

I, too, own a 2003 G-35 and have had the expense of $670 to change out the radio circuit board. The repair shop tried to go through Infiniti but my VIN was outside of the range of the recalled vehicles. I think it is ridiculous that with the volume of complaints, Infiniti only chooses to replace a few. The problem was not limited to this specific range of vehicles as can be seen in the many message boards that continue to be the voice of many dissatisfied consumers. I really want Infiniti to make it right with the people who purchased their product and now, have had to be out the expense of the repairs. I really loved this car and would have been an Infiniti customer for life but this is just too much for anyone to just accept. Unhappy Customer here. I purchased a 2006 Infiniti FX35 back in Jan of 2011. Everything was all good until the dashboard started to bubble up and began melting on me. After about a year of this disgusting dashboard, I go to park my car at a restaurant, right next to another Infiniti fx35 and their car had the SAME EXACT ISSUE. After consulting with its owner, I immediately thought this had to be a widespread issue. So I began searching online to find what is the cause of this and to see if it is covered under Infinitis warranty. Turns out it was. It was the weekend...I waited until the following Monday to call. That Monday I called Infiniti Consumer affairs. They denied my repair request because it was out of warranty. But here is the kicker, it was only 3 days past its warranty date and it was still denied! This is not fair. I was never given notice about the wide spread of defective melting & bubbly dashboards. Nor was I ever notified that it was covered under warranty. This is also a safety concern because when I drive it gives off a glare, which makes it hard to see on the road. When I called for an estimate to see how much it would cost, I was told $1600 to repair. For an Infiniti manufacture defect. Why am I responsible for repair cost when it is only a few days past the warranty expiration date? I have signed up for recall notifications from Infiniti when I first purchased the car. Why was I never notified that I could get the dashboard repaired? This is unfair, and it is un-American. I want justice, not just for me but also for every FX owner out there that is rolling around with a bubbly & melting dashboard!

Smooth riding experience. Comfortable in every way. Its feels like you are riding on air. It gives you a chance to be able to see whats going on with the comfort of the ride. Beautiful is everything you can describe it. The looks of it gives you a reason to want it more than you realize it. You can talk about how long your car looks and how long it gives. I love how you can make your own decisions when you are on the passenger side. Give you a chance to relax and let it go to a good long ride. You carry it to a car dealership and they treat you with great respect, make sure everything is taken care of and puts a smile on your face to comfort you.

I purchased my 1st Infiniti almost 2 years ago. I have spent more time in a loaner car than the car I purchased. The motor has to replaced at 37K miles. The head gasket has been replaced twice and my car is currently back in the shop again. The car has left me stranded twice! This is a manufacturer defect! I guess my safety and wellbeing is not a concern for Infiniti or the BBB. Im assuming I would need to get injured or possibly killed in this car (lemon) before Infiniti will acknowledge the obvious defect. Infiniti/Nissan pride themselves on having award-winning Customer Service. I unfortunately would need disagree as this is the first Infiniti I have owned and the Customer Service/concern I have received has been anything but award winning!

I got screwed by Infiniti. They sold me a wrecked QX56 truck as new. Really? How low is that? Sell a wrecked car as new? Wow, I am pissed and Im going to fight back. Do not buy Infiniti. I have contacted Sonic, Infiniti of Tysons Corner and their attorney and they are not responding in a timely manner. My safety, patience and goodwill towards the Infiniti brand are wearing thin. Please intervene before this situation becomes an unfortunate PR disaster. In October of 2006, I thought I was buying a brand new 2006 QX56. I paid market rate for a new car, not used and not wrenched. I would have never bought the car had I known it was damaged. Now I found out the car was wrenched, repaired and sold to me as new without my knowledge. I found out about the accident through Carfax in August 2012 when trying to trade in my truck for a new one due to some serious mechanical issues.Apparently, the car was involved in an accident strong enough to deploy the air bags and damage the axle. Jim Coleman Infiniti service record shows the car was repaired and serviced after the accident. I contacted Jim Coleman service department and they confirmed that the car was damaged and serviced by them prior to sending the truck over to Infiniti of Tysons Corner. I feel betrayed, swindled and cheated. They sold me a wrecked truck as new. Unacceptable, this is plain and simple fraud. I paid new car price which means I overpaid. I financed the car which means I paid extra interest on an overpriced damaged car. I insured a car that was not worth the price paid. It was over-insured. Upon trade-in, my trade-in value was depressed due to the fact the truck was in an accident. Airbag deployment is a serious accident with potential frame damage.Safety issue - The car was damaged with air bag deployed. Was the air bag replaced? Would it work now? Was I ever in danger? Was my family in danger? Over the years, the car rattled and vibrated at 60-80 MPH. The dealer’s response was to change tires. Over the year, the brakes would regularly perform inconstantly. My demand is a formal apology and replacement for a new 2013 QX56.

The cars were beautiful the interior was amazing. They had beautiful features and colors. They were decked out, very sporty, good engines, good exterior equipment. The exhausts were nice and loud. They were sports cars so they didnt have much for seating. The most was a four-seater but very small. Most of them were just two-seaters which is what I would expect from a legit sports car. I was very satisfied with everything except the prices. They were really expensive and I didnt like that at all.

Inifiniti has cars for every lifestyle, in all sizes and colors. From sports cars to SUVs they will find the right fit for you. They have beautiful features and amazing upgrades. The base models are amazing alone, but when you get into personalization you can make your vehicle as luxurious as you ever imagined. Sunroofs, power adjustments, automatic starters, and thats just a few! I went with heated seats and steering wheel, chrome rims, and winter tires! My favorite upgrade on my vehicle is the backup camera. This safety feature is a potential life saver. Basic models and luxury upgrades will keep you coming back for more as lifestyles change! I drive a two door coupe, so my vehicle only fits two passengers comfortably. However, if I choose to upgrade to a larger vehicle finding something of size would not be an issue at the same distributor.

We are leasing a 2017 QX70 that currently has 6,000 miles. It has been to the dealer twice because the battery keeps dying. The 1st time they just replaced the battery without asking what would cause it to drain. The 2nd time, they finally decided to test the electronics to see why the battery keeps draining. The dealer couldnt confirm this would fix the problem but they think it is the push button start which they tried to say was not factory installed (until they looked up the window sticker). Aside from the inconvenience of a dead battery TWICE, we have had a loaner car for a month and still dont have the car fixed. We filed a report with Infiniti Consumer Affairs who sent the case to their legal team to see if we could break the lease without penalty. Brian, the CA rep assigned to our case takes two to three days to return phone calls. He finally called today to say CA determined we cannot break the lease under the Lemon Law. Our car is still not fixed and the dealer has yet to confirm when we can expect it to be fixed. We will never buy another Infiniti again as this is a joke. The car isnt even used enough to have had its first oil change! And there is no guarantee the push button start is truly the problem, so this could keep happening.

They have multiple upgrade like special rims, tires, accessories, OnStar satellite and tinted windows but most of the line up has it all. Theyre very roomy and have legroom to stretch and a lot of elbow room and storage capacity and big trunks. Very good car or van truck. You just gotta go with what your family needs. Whatever your style its here. Hard to decide what vehicle to choose. Fast cars, family cars. Even had multiple colors. You name it Infinitis got it covered.

Absolutely appalled at the customer service experience I have had with Infiniti Consumer Affairs. This is my second Infiniti and I always used to rave about how amazing the cars were and how quality the materials used in them were and that has all changed now that Im having issues with my current car. I bought a pre-owned 2009 Infiniti G37 Convertible with only 1 previous owner and garage kept. I have always used sun visors in my cars to protect the dashboard as much as possible. Over the summer one day when I was taking the visor down one was completely stuck as if it had been glued to my dashboard. I had to tug extremely hard for it to finally come off. I then noticed it was very sticky as if it was melting and extremely shiny. The shine creates a glare/reflection on the windshield which is very dangerous and impairs vision when driving.I went to my local Nissan dealership as the Infiniti dealership was close when I got off work. The 2 service advisors who helped me were extremely helpful and when I asked about the dashboard they immediately knew what I was talking about. They let me know that it has been a common issue amongst many 2008-2009 Nissans and that they have been having to direct consumers to consumer affairs in order to get further assistance. I contacted Nissan Consumer Affairs and they let me know that I have to speak with Infiniti Consumer Affairs as my car is an Infiniti. I then called the Infiniti Consumer Affairs number and after speaking with the FL Regional Manager Korby/Corby not sure how her name is spelled, she let me know there was nothing they would do to help. Extremely surprised that I was offered no assistance or guidance on a remedy for the situation.I asked again what can be done as this is a manufacture default and should absolutely be a recall and was given no resolution. She only apologized that the outcome was not favorable to me. How ridiculous? I expect that from a lower end non luxury car manufacturer, but never from Infiniti. Something should be done for the many consumers affected by the manufacturer’s poor material use. When I touch it with my finger a layer of black sticky residue comes off. Its horrible. I cant even clean it or get rid of the sticky shiny residue because anything I use will just stick to it. After researching, I found this is an issue for many other Infiniti G37 owners. I am awaiting a call from someone higher than the Regional Manager, so we will see if I even hear back from someone. I am so disappointed with Infiniti.I will be further complaining to the dealership I purchased from, Infiniti of Tampa Bay who probably knew about this issue when the car was sold to me. Hopefully this issue doesnt become worse and cause any accidents for anyone or else Infiniti will be dealing with lawsuits when they could have done the right thing and fixed their mistake. I cant wait to get rid of this car and move on to a real luxury car and will be telling anyone and everyone my story and to stay away from Infiniti.I even found this complaint from a gentleman online and I agree with him 100%. Numerous consumers have been complaining about the lack of quality, specifically in the 2008-2009 dashboard components of the Infiniti G37. There have been reports of melting and sticky dashboards as a result of poor build quality. These dashboards are costly to replace and should not be the responsibility of the consumer. Infiniti needs to step forward and back the quality claims of their brand and own up to this production flaw.

2015 Infiniti Q70 not well executed. Engine and Transmission do not perform with precision as the Q50 or other models do. Its sluggish and non responsive. Has stupid settings for Economy and Sport, which do nothing except either make the car jumpy or more sluggish. The Navigation system is very complex and cannot find Places (aka Points of Interest). E.g. it could not find of my bank locations (Chase) near me, even though there are 5 within a 4 miles radius. The nearest it found was 60 miles away. It could find the ATMs that my has. If you do not have an exact address, its almost impossible to find anything. It is as what in it is a primitive system. My portable GPS thats 10 years old has more accuracy. The answers I get from the dealer are all BS and they try to jawbone with a bunch of lame excuses. So, no satisfaction.

Upon purchase of our new JX35, wipers did not work day of purchase. Drove home from dinner in rain w/o wipers. Car was then recalled for a rotor problem. Then on Oct. 20, 2013 at 10 months with under 5,000 miles, the entire dash went blank. Our connected cell phone heated up and we drove home because we were leaving for two weeks to CA. When we returned, we called the dealer because our new car was dead! A tow truck took the car to the dealership on 11/5/2013. We were told it would take 2 days to get a part and repair. Now, Nov. 10, 2013 and still no sign of when the new 2013 JX35 will be repaired. We no longer trust the car since we believe all the electronics and wiring received extensive damage in the electrical malfunction. We have requested a buy back by Infiniti to trade for a new Infiniti. We do not know if anyone else has had any similar electrical problems. We had serviced this car at Infiniti in July for regular maintenance and had not used the auto much since that service! We are awaiting confirmation from Infiniti that they will swap the defective lemon JX35 for a new vehicle!!! We feel this should have been resolved with the dealer long before now!!

Its strong too and one of a kind. I would recommend this brand of cars to anyone looking to purchase a fancy car. It offers a lot of fancy top notch vehicles that are not too high in price. The Infiniti G series has always been one of my favorite designs. Its sleek and curvy and looks much more expensive than it is. The lakeshore blue color is a perfect combo of gray and blue. My vehicle came fully loaded, and even though the car is almost 9 years old, the features have held up quite well. They were ahead of their time. The car provides a super comfy ride for 5 with plenty of leg room, seat width, arm rests, and cup holders, plus dual temperature controls. Both the car and the dealership experience were excellent. But while I found the perfect car for me, I would have appreciated a greater selection of certified pre-owned vehicles that were low in mileage.

The timing chain went on my car nearly $5000 worth of work and parts to fix. My very helpful garage (Lia Infiniti) said to call Infiniti consumer affairs to ask for their help, as it is a known problem, with this specific recall notice (I knew nothing until car went wrong) with the QX56 model and my car was still fairly new with very low mileage. My car happened to not have a recall on its Vin number but the fault still happened. Because of this and out of its warranty when I bought it they wiped their hands of it. Pretty disgusted with Infiniti consumer affairs as this is a well known problem and even had recalls on this issue. I would never buy another Infiniti purely because of this. The Lia Infiniti garage I used had excellent customer care and tried everything to get it down in price.

The I30, four-door model with leather and good sound system is a mid-level of the brand but it has good workmanship in construction. Its an older model, so design was outdated to more current models. But its attractive and functional design. It also has well-rounded lines with functional interior amenities, controls and easily accessible. Since this was a basic model, it did not contain a lot of bells and whistles. The sunroof was a nice feature and worked well. A larger engine was not needed as the model performed well. I had a JX35 (QX60), one of my worst car ever. First this SUV drive was very poor. The car HP was too weak. It drive like a 4 cylinder car on a large SUV. The electronic panel (dashboard fell off to the floor), the electric component got rusted and needed to be replaced. The prevention collision system was malfunctioning. It activated spontaneously and make my car to stopped completely while driving and even prevented me from stop while I was driving. Even with all this bad experiences I really loved my SUV, it has all the features I wanted. I was extremely comfortable, I really liked the panoramic roof, but I got the worst experienced from Infiniti, Puerto Rico. I took the car to the dealer and after a long talk and trying to get rid of my beloved SUV. I trade my JX35 for a brand new Q60 convertible... A really bad choice. The hard top one got stuck in the upright position semi opened then the car began scratching the car while the hard top was being opened, it began scratching one side and then both side. I took my car 8 time for repair, and they say the car has nothing wrong. Today my car is at the dealer for repairs again with the scratching... I really like the car overall. The driving, the handling, the motor, the interior but these two car were the worst car ever with the worst service ever. Hoping to trade this car again for an Acura or BMW or other SUV.

I purchased a used 2007 FX35 in 2010. During the past year, I have replaced the battery, front brakes, tires, two taillights, had several pieces of plastic trim in the vehicle just pop off, short in the taillights, cam sensors went out, starter went out and it had a hollow noise in the engine under load that service could not identify. It was towed three times in a two week period, one during a vacation five hours from home. I had to pay two deductibles during that time and Fresno Infiniti overcharged me, stating they could not reach the warranty company on a business day during business hours. So in all honesty, I have never had a dealership work so hard for me and give me such an amazing time! The g37xs is an amazing car except for one fact. my 2011 g37xS coupe had a transmission that was put in and out of production for 6 months... Not a good sign. Then I had it blow apart on me.. So here I was thinking I would get a brand new transmission which would be newer and not have that same issue... Well thats where I get pissed. I had another transmission installed under warranty, but it was a REBUILD FROM THE SAME 6 MONTHS!!!! That is telling me that the transmission they gave me was one of the ones that already was bad and blew apart and now they throw it in my car???? Needless to say my NEW transmission has had less the 100km and is starting to have issues again. Now Infiniti tells me there will be no chance to get another transmission installed as I am out of warranty now... This just pisses me off to a huge extent! I have loved Infiniti all my life! Had a G35 when they first came out and upgraded to the g37xS and loved it, but always had transmission issues. Now I feel like taking the transmission and throwing it at them! So if Infiniti wants to keep a great customer that has brought over 20 people to its doors to buy more cars, and they are listening, please contact me as I love Infiniti but this transmission has got to be fixed under warranty!

I recently purchased my 2003 Infiniti G35 Coupe with only 66,000 miles on it, thinking Ive got a great deal. Well since day one of the purchase of this car, I have had problems with the radio and the air controls, as I see everyone else has with these cars. At first, my radio would not work at all and the air is stuck on auto 75. Now day to day, its a surprise every time I get in my car, whether the radio is going to work or not. When it does come on, however, I can only control the volume from my controls on my steering wheel. This now seems to have gone into a further problem which i have read also from another persons statement about the battery. It has now since 2 days ago, it started hesitating on starting as if the battery were going dead. All my lights come on in my dash and I have to restart my car to get them to go off. This seems to be a very big problem with these cars and under warranty or not, I think this issue should be addressed and corrected by Infiniti. With so much going on, I honestly dont even feel safe driving this car because from the other statements, it seems to start just as mine has and goes into something even worse. So what will it take for Infiniti to correct this problem? I am very disappointed.

At the end of the lease term I opted to return the car to the dealership (March 2014). Several months after I turned in the car I received a bill for $300.00, which they said was for processing the return of my leased vehicle (which by the way was in excellent condition and only had 26K miles on it)... Well, okay, so I paid that. I get home from work yesterday to find a letter from a collection agency. It seems that Infiniti sent me to a collection agency for $59.23 that I owed them for the personal property taxes on the car for January - March 4, when I returned the car. One would think that after having a 6 year relationship with Infiniti - paying my payments in a timely manner and ALL personal property taxes that I had to pay to them, someone would pick up the phone and make a phone call to verify that I had received the bill for the $59.23 in personal property tax that I owe them. But no, they just sent me to collections. I JUST received the actual bill from Infiniti a few days ago. I would like to just say, Thank you Infiniti and I will not ever consider leasing or buying another Infiniti again! I am not sure why after 6 years they would think that I would not pay the $59.23 in personal property tax that I owe. I paid them thousands... crazy!!

After having to hire a lawyer and constant dismissal from the dealership and Nissan North America we went to arbitration and won. In fact Nissan did not even show up for the hearing and called half way through the proceedings to offer to purchase back or vehicle at full price. It was ridiculous we had to go that far with them! For anyone else having shuddering, transmission problems I would recommend keeping at them. They know something is wrong with the car that is way they settled. We were awarded full price plus 3000. Towards legal fees under the California lemon law.

These cars are comfortable, reliable and fun to drive. Infiniti has several models to choose from. From sedans, coupes, compact SUVs to full size, this brand has what youre looking for. Quality materials and precision engineering makes these cars worth their price. Infinitis luxury styled automobile stands out from the competition. Beautifully designed and loaded with tech these cars are great to own and drive. Enjoy your daily commute a little bit more driving an Infiniti. Its big enough to hold my family, our dog, beach picnic stuff and hit the grocery store on the way home. Also big enough to pick up grandma from the airport. And it can be upgraded to leather abs, power steering, park assist, auto breaking, and choice of exterior and interior color.

I got an amazing car and service. They have a wide range of models from sporty to family cars and they have great features as well. And they look great on the outside and inside. I have a midsize sedan and its fully loaded. I have the available features it came with and its amazing enough. Its a beautiful black car with sunroof and push auto start with navigation. Its also great on gas and is very spacious with leather seats. The seats warm up as well and sits enough people for me. My family is a family of four and its good to have enough room. Its also comfortable. And I have wireless phone and can make calls without using my phone. Its Bluetooth connected!

I bought my 2003 G35 brand new. I paid a very high price for a luxury car that turned out to be a lemon. I had trouble with the AC unit and radio almost from the very beginning. I was not informed of the recall campaign at all. I took my car in five-seven times during the recall with the same problems on the AC unit and radio, and it was never fixed. I now found out that there was a problem that they were aware of, and they never fixed it even while on warranty. I called Infiniti consumer affairs; they said that my radio was already replaced, and they were not going to do more. I have all my service orders that state the repeated visit, with the same issues. Im not going to let this go. I work too hard and paid a lot of money, for me to have to pay more due to a Nissan manufacturer mistake. If there is a lawyer that would take my case and help with a class action suit, please contact me. I will also begin a search for an attorney to take my case. This will not end until Nissan is stood up to!

I purchased an Infiniti December 1, 2018 from Hanania Infiniti in Orange Park, Florida off of Blanding Road. This experience has not been one that I expected from a luxury vehicle company. Since possessing the car on Dec. 1, 2018 I made three bi-weekly payments to my credit union for my trade (a 2017 Acura ILX that was supposed to be paid off as part of the sale). Unfortunately, as previously stated I continued to make four payments via automatic withdrawal from my credit union on the following dates 1/4/19, 12/21/19, 12/7/19. I received a bill from Infiniti with a due date of January 1. Since my prior vehicles loan was not paid off until January 10, 2019 I do not have the funds to pay a January 1 car note because I can not afford to pay on two vehicles. A new payoff should have been requested if the prior was not paid off in a more timely manner. Interest continued to accrue through my bank on the loan which resulted in me only receiving back $414 although I made 3 payments. I am looking for some type of help with Infiniti lease corporation with late fees and possibly pushing my due date back because of this issue. The next payment will be due February 1 in which I am now in a hardship because of the FULL and a half month payment on my previous vehicle. In addition, this overall experience has not been pleasant. I met with John **, finance manager January 5, he told me the check was already received by my bank and he would send me confirmation of it. I never received a confirmation nor did I hear back from him. Similarly, the day after I left with the vehicle I had questions about the insurance document. It was not explained to me other than to sign so I called him and left messages for him numerous times at the dealership. He did not return my calls so I texted the sales rep Alex, who advised me that insurance is my problem not theirs although I had not explained my question or concern. Not only that but the brand new 2019 vehicle was not showroom ready for me to drive off of the lot. The car had and still has scratches and all sorts of marks on it. I asked for a car wash on the Saturday I met with Mr. ** but it was raining and he suggested to bring it back. My concern is there was no urgency, I would have expected for him to try to right the wrongs by scheduling an appointment for me to have my car washed and for sure sending the confirmation or make a follow up call to let me know that the payment was not sent to my bank yet. I was shocked and appalled. It certainly appears as if Infiniti is only concerned about making a sale then after the sale the customer is obsolete. As I stated, previously, I need help to ensure my credit rating does not get impacted, payment due date adjustments and late fees or something to right these wrongs.

I purchased a brand new 2013 QX56 from Holman Infiniti in Maple Shade, NJ.
I purchased a brand new 2013 QX56 from Holman Infiniti in Maple Shade, NJ. Within two months, the car started having issues. The car would simply lose all acceleration power and shut down. This happened first time two months after vehicle purchase. I called Infiniti Roadside Assistance and got it towed back to the dealer. Since the car was so new, Infiniti flagged the car and sent out their own engineers to look at it. Decision was made that it was a defective throttle chamber and the part was replaced. Exactly a week after getting the car back, it did the same exact thing. Again, Infiniti Roadside Assistance towed the car back the dealer. This time, both dealer mechanics and Nissan engineers said we have no clue what the problem is, though the error code thrown by the car was the same as last time. So they said they were going to keep the car for a week and drive it around with a data recorder attached to try to reproduce the problem. Of course, the problem could not be reproduced, so they gave me the car back with the data recorder attached in hopes that when it happens again, it would tell them what the issue is.On top of all this, second time car was towed, towing service damaged the vehicle. The whole front end of the car is damaged with a hole in the hood of the car. Initial estimate is over $4K worth of damages. Dealership initiated a damage claim with Infiniti Roadside Assistance. Their claim company sent me a letter requesting more documentation, which I sent to them. I even got a confirmation letter that they have all the info. I never heard from them since. Claim company Infiniti uses Agero, who does not return my phone calls. Finally, I filed a complaint with Infiniti Customer Affairs, got contacted by their rep who said she would take care of this. Guess what, nothing is happening. At one point, Infiniti customer affairs rep said that Agero is saying that they have no record of me ever making a claim. So now, I have a brand new expensive vehicle which is unreliable and damaged with Infiniti not caring at all. Last time I buy Infiniti and would never recommend their vehicles. Keep shooting yourselves in the foot, Infiniti. For a company trying to make a name in the luxury vehicle market, you should be all over your customers trying to help them.

I have contacted Infiniti Consumer Affairs more than seven times. With today (11/18) have four repeated phone calls. In my attempts to discuss the recent $5,000 price drop on the G37x, both consumer affairs and IFS both refused to discuss the issue. However were very good at telling me that the other entity was responsible to address. Marco at extension ** in IFS is an idiot. The entire consumer affairs department has less acumen than Marco who isnt qualified to work at a fast food drive-thru.At the heart of this matter is the following. Within the last 60 days, Infiniti reduced the price of the G series by $5,000. That price reduction has sent the used car and wholesale value of prior model years down by an equal amount. In return, my 2012 has a lease residual value on 5/11/2015 at $24,000. However, the vehicle this morning appraises at $2,000 BELOW that amount now, thus creating $5,000 in negative equity without my agreement. Any current G series lease is now $5000 deeper into their lease. I spoke to the general sales manager at one of the Infiniti dealers here in Metro Detroit, and he chuckled and said they screwed you and everyone else. Never will I drive, lease or rent from Infiniti or Nissan again. This is fraud and theft as far as I see it.

I purchased the new q50 right when they were released. Over the past year it has required multiple repairs. The computer system has been replaced twice, the door sensing modules break. The radio continues to intermittently work. Most recently the clock went dead and again required service. Additionally it squeaks on the inside. I have attempted to have this repaired but the dealership cannot hear the issue. The dealer informed me the car was a lemon and that I should report it to Consumer Affairs. I truly wish I purchased a Mercedes, although I have had an infiniti for a long time.

I took my car in for service, reluctantly, thinking once they had my address it would mean never-ending direct mail solicitations. I routinely unsubscribe from junk mail such as this but Infiniti has made it IMPOSSIBLE to do so. Ive spoken with the local dealership, corporate, been bounced around to Nissan, sometimes been told nobody knows which other part of the company is sending these, sometimes promised resolution, and at the end of the day continue to receive their BS. Most recently they had the audacity to send me a mailer with a business card inviting me to contact them at the local dealership personally. I will NEVER AGAIN get service from the dealership, and will NEVER buy another Infiniti, or Nissan, as a result of their persistence and disregard of a simple opt-out. I cannot express the extent of my frustration.

My 2003 G35 Coupe has had numerous issues. I purchased this vehicle in 05 with 21,000 miles and immediately noticed a break recall. Thankfully dealership handled that, however that should have been a telltale sign. After the two motors went out on my windows, alternator, cam shafts, sun roof off track, AC compressor, DR2 headlights ($210/each). Ive finally experience the ultimate issue when my GPS/AC/radio unit went out. Well sort of. The navigation and radio systems are both powered off and the AC unit is always on high. Besides paying $2000 extra just because I wanted the navigation system, I am now averaging about 14 mpg thanks to my uncontrollable AC unit. After paying $29,000 for my car and now not having the expendable cash to maintain my vehicle. There it sits while the paint job oxidation is progressing. Infiniti if youre out there PLEASE REDEEM YOURSELVES AND MY FAITH AND PIMP MY RIDE.

About a 45 days ago I took my 2009 Infiniti g37 convertible, market value of car $17500 to Passport Infiniti of Suit Land Maryland for repairs on convertible top not operating. The service department checked the top out and said total cost to repair top would cost $8900, to my surprise I debated the cost and indicated to the service manager the car was not in a accident. How could this be possible? I stated to the service manager I found the hydraulic motor for the convertible top for a price of $750. He replied they change out every part related to the hydraulic motor hose lines fluid everything. I stated, This is ridiculous and how can you pick up the phone and call a customer and tell them the cost to repair your top will be $8900 and the vehicle is only worth around $17000? Of course I got the same response.I also stated, The replacement engine for the car that propels the car down the street at 150 mph would only cost $5000, please explain to me how the motor that raises the convertible top cost $8900? Crickets. Any way I end up taking the car to Germain Auto Group of Springfield VA. They fixed the top including the parts for $1900. Now you see why I had to blog about this. Oh and by the way I called Infiniti Corporate. They were not forth coming with any solutions other than trading the car in. Go figure. Nice car, bad custom service company. If youre thinking about buying a convertible hardtop Infiniti g37 be aware if something goes wrong with that top the cost to fix through Infiniti is all most impossible.

There are sports, sedans, SUV models and I believe trucks. Perfect for a single person or a big family. This luxury brand is very reliable and lasts a long time! I have a G35x and it comfortably holds 4 passengers and myself. We always use my car for road trips because it is very spacious. I imagine the SUV would be even better! The appearance is very sleek and expensive looking. I love my LED lights and the way they move with my car when it turns. I also like the inside clock feature which is very eloquent! You can choose an upgraded package that allows you to have Bluetooth features and GPS right on your navigation screen.

I bought a 2013 G37x and have not enjoy it... I feel I made a bad deal and Im paying the price for it but even worse, Infiniti cant help...of course. Ive leased with Honda, Nissan and said to myself two years ago, let me try a luxury line...so I chose Inifiniti. The car is great but the deal was not (2 years with 10 miles/yr at 429.00 monthly payments). Im glad it was two years because I want to get out of it fast since I cant enjoy it because Ive run into the mileage limitation. Now for the good part... I didnt know that theres a disposition fee after the lease expires; a way for dealers to keep you locked on their cars. Im more frustrated than ever...but a lesson to learn from: know your deals and dont get into something fast. Do your research. Yeah, people gonna say I made a bad deal and now hes complaining... The worst is when a dealer cant help you. Infiniti turns their back after they have your money...so no more Inifiniti for me. If money is all they see and care rather than customer satisfaction, then why should I continue with Infiniti? SO to sum it up, I have not driven my car for the last 3 months and will remain this way until December because of the mileage limitation...so dont get caught up on with a low mileage deal.

Infiniti qx60 is a good, solid and reliable car. Id consider purchasing another when this car is older. Nice gas mileage and overall a good value. I like the great cruise control and lane detection options as well. The usable third row is hard to find as most seats dont move to accommodate people coming in and out of the third row. Also love the massive skylights as well. But the GPS is not always accurate which can be a bit of an annoyance but it can be remedied by using cell phone GPS. Also, I dont like that the inside of the driver’s side door is easily scratched and is not in good shape. It also has some pretty major blind spots and sometimes its hard to see over the hood.

This is in reply to Glenn of Orland Park. I too own a 2003 Infiniti FX35. I too have the same over-heating problems with my vehicle. Infiniti will not do a darn thing about it because they already know of the problem. It is inherent in most 2003 Model FX35s. 1st Model release and build. It is the head gaskets. Low block! It is exactly why Infiniti acts like they cannot diagnose or replicate the condition. They drag and drag running up the bill and they play stupid. A simple radiator pressure test will immediately reveal the flaw. But they dont want to be the ones who conduct that test and reveal this condition to you. Take it to a radiator specialist. You will get your proof! Their only recommendation is to replace the engine! At close to a $ 10,000.00 fix. This is totally unacceptable! I would just love to partake in a class action suit against these imbeciles. Please do not waste any time or money trying to diagnose the problem gentlemen. It is on every Infiniti blog you will find. Good luck to all whom own these vehicles. I know that I am not alone. This should be a zero rank to Infiniti, but this site will not allow it. : (

I leased my car in 2014. First, it was located in another state. In preparing the car, the paint on the hood apparently peeled off so they had to repaint before it got on the truck. It didnt make sense. Why didnt they just leave it on to transport then pull off at the end delivery? The truck breaks down on the way to our local dealership. So this was delayed 2 extra days. The dealership felt bad about everything so they had a guy bring it to my work. It was raining so we were unable to put the top down and test. He also scraped my right passenger front wheel. That was a battle and a half to prove since no one there documented who even drove my car to me. I got home later that day when it stopped raining and the first time I put down the top, the back window shattered everywhere.Fast forward a year, I take to an Infiniti dealer in another state, because we moved. I just needed an oil change. They scratched my car. They then had to keep my car longer to fix. Then my headliner broke. I took it in to get it repaired. They repaired it but they put a hole in it. So they had to re-do it which mean literally a MONTH at the dealer. Im paying for a convertible and they loan me a plain sedan built for a mom of ten. Finally get my car back and its scratched... Again… So they fix the scratch (kind of) a few days later... Headliner breaks again. They replace...again.Get my car back again... Headliner ropes break. They tell me to bring in the car because they have the part in stock now (because this happens to me more often than they are admitting). I take it in. They give me a brown minivan thing. I drive the brown piece of ** for a week. It stops running at stop signs. It jolts and is just absolutely awful to drive. I call the dealership because Im desperate to have my car back. Anything is better than the brown ** they gave me. They said, oh...they are waiting for an Infiniti engineer to come in on April 7th. Why no one let me know... Can’t say for sure. They did fire the Service manager, Sam, who was handling my account. So no one was working on my car. Awesome! I had to ask to get updates. So then I started talking to Shawn. The new manager is Eric. Ive tried to reach Eric multiple times but he does not return calls.I finally get my car back. It was driven to my house for me. I made the tech stay here while I opened the top and closed it once. Nothing exciting there. However, now the button that you push to move the top up and down has almost all of the chrome scraped off of it to where it hurts your finger to touch. So....here I go calling Infiniti again. Shawn said they will order the part. Meantime, Im working with Kinsi on how to end my lease now. I only have 4 months left. They denied me. I found out by calling again today. Apparently Kinsi hasnt been to work and no one knows when she will be back and they cannot tell me why it was denied. So...The moral of the story here folks... I do NOT recommend Infiniti. Id literally rather walk than buy or lease anything from this company again.

Nissan Infiniti has many features like lane assistant when you get off a lane, and has a nine inch touchscreen with Android auto to control stuff you normally do on your Android phone like Google maps, YouTube, take calls and etc. It is touchscreen so you can fill it with all kinds of widgets from the play store. It takes very little gasoline and is the fastest most reliable car. It also has active wipers in bad weather and self parking assistance. You can personalize the dashboard at the front of the vehicle. The seats covers can be changed into aftermarket ones. And the tires are customizable like always. The user capacity is the same like any other four door sedan. Mostly three or four can fit in the back and a person in the front passenger seat. The driver seat and the passenger seats have more dedicated foot room.

My 2013 Infiniti JX35 has been at the dealer since May 30th. Twice as I was driving, the IBA (Intellect Brake Assist) engaged and stopped my car and pulled my seat belt tight. There were no cars coming toward me both times. If a car was driving too close behind me, they would have hit me with the kids in the car. It was the first car in the nation to do this, so technicians from Bosch and Infiniti have flown out several times to try and fix the problem. It happened to them too while driving it too. They said it was too much metal on the bridge I was on and the system thought it was another car about to hit me. They are now trying to update the software. Do I really want to rely on software to drive my car safely? Infiniti Consumer Affairs are the most rude, discourteous people I have come across. They said I would have an answer in 5-10 days. It took three weeks. They did not return one phone call. I had to beg an agent to put me through to a supervisor because my agent didnt call me back in a week. Ridiculous. Finally, yesterday after calling back again to see if there was an answer, I was declined. I wanted my full money back and to get back into a QX56 (what I owned previously). I called the BBB. Also, audio unit screen goes blank while playing and cannot be adjusted or shutoff until engine is turned off. Both units, inoperable. The car has now stalled once while at a traffic light, following the onset of this problem.]I took the vehicle to my mechanic and was informed of a voluntary recall and presented with the paperwork. Campaign ID#: P3104 - Voluntary Service Campaign Audio Finisher Circuit Board. Applied Vehicle: 2003 G35 Sedan (V35). Dealer Responsibility. After numerous times being told (via phone call) that there was no recall, I informed the dealer (Warranty Manager) that I was looking at (and citing from) the voluntary recall paperwork. After spending much time on hold, the Warranty Manager confirmed the recall. I was ultimately informed that my vehicle did not fall within the VIN #s for the first 23,600 vehicles built. Therefore, my vehicle did not qualify for repair under the recall. I was told that there was nothing I could do under the parameters of this recall. I asked for a quote for the repair. I am a SEVEN-TIME Infiniti owner. On 11-9-19 we leased a new Infiniti QX-60 from Infiniti of Columbus in Dublin, Ohio. We traded in a 2017 QX-60 coming off lease. One week after the trade in, we received a bill for $2,493.84 from Infiniti Finanacial Services, due immediately for payoff on the OLD lease, which contractually the Dealer was to have paid off. I tried to reach our salesman Stephen ** by phone several times that day, with NO return calls. I then emailed to Mr. ** as to why our now turned in vehicle had not been paid off. He replied by email that their finance/accounting department had told him that the check had been mailed. 10 days later on 11/25/19 I called Infiniti Financial Services who stated that NO payoff check had been received.I again emailed Mr. ** our salesman who again stated that he again checked with accounting who yet again verified the check had been mailed. One week later on 12/2/19 I again called IFS who again stated that no check had been received. I agained emailed and called our salesman repeatedly who no replies this time. I then called the Sales Manager Radu ** at the dealer who said he’d immediately resolve the issue. 3 days later I again called IFS and no payment had been received. I multiple times emailed and called the Sales Manager Radu ** with no replies. On 12/5/19 I then called the Finance manager Mike ** who proceeded to sort the issues out. The next day he got back to me on 12/6/19 and told me the check was NEVER ISSUED as the salesman had told me, until 12/3/19 and that Infiniti Fine isl Services had LOST the check. On 12/7/19 I received a collection letter from IFS, at which time I called Infiniti Consumer Affairs to assist with my payoff issues and lack of customer service from the dealer. I again spoke with Mr. ** the finance manager on 12/9/19 who stated he would overnight another payoff check. That same day I received a call from Austin, a Regional Manager for Infiniti Consumer Affairs in Nashville who stated he would also assist in resolving this matter. On 12/11/19, I spoke with Austin again, as well as an IFS representative who stated BOTH the lost check and the replacement checks had been received and who emailed me a payoff letter. On January 4, three weeks later I received a NEW collection letter from IFS for the original amount as well as a check from IFS for the same payoff amount made out in my name. I called IFS, who stated the account was now in collections with the loss recovery department which was closed on a Saturday. I again called Infiniti Consumer Affairs and requested that the case be re-opened. On Monday 1/6//20, I again called Consumer Affairs as Austin had not called despite my leaving several voicemails at his direct dial number. They connected me to him, and he partied me in with IFS and then the Loss Recovery Department. Austin refused to stay on the line as he was “too busy to continue helping” and stated he would call me in follow up 2 days later. I then spoke with Frank ** at Infiniti Financial Services loss recovery department with my attorney listening in, and Frank proceeded to laugh as he reviewed the case facts. Upon his review, and after spending 75 minutes on the phone with multiple people, in addition to over 4 hours spent on calls and emails prior, Frank proceeded to tell us that IFS had refunded the second payment from the dealer to me instead of the dealer, and simultaneously referred me to multiple collection agencies (several of whom had called me already earlier that day). Mr. ** explained that he indeed could NOT avoid the check erroneously mailed to me and that I had to deposit the check, and mail a personal check along with the bill and collection notice to pay off the 2017 Infiniti, and stated he would no longer pursue collection of this account and refused to e-mail me confirmation of this or our discussion. The next day on 1/7/20 I deposited the erroneously issued check from Infiniti for $2,493.84 and simultaneously mailed a personal check for the same amount via Certified Mail, return receipt requested.Austin, from Infiniti Consumer Affairs called me once on W. 12/8/19, while I was on an emergency phone call. I am a physician and was unable to take his call. Less than 60 seconds later, I called Austin back at Cinsumer Affairs and again left multiple voice mails with NO return call. I hope anyone considering owning/leasing an Infiniti will give second thoughts after reading our horrible saga of repeated failures at giving proper customer service at all levels of management.

I just bought a new Infiniti 2015 Q50. The car is advertised to give me 19 mpg in city, 29 mpg highway and a combined 22mpg city-highway. This vehicle gives me a highway mpg of 12mpg. I drove the car for 1.5 hr just to test it and it did not improve. I took the car to the dealer I originally bought from and they say that the EPA reviews and that they are not responsible for that review. I believe that is unreal for a car to provide less than half mpg than what it suppose to. I called Infiniti and they said the same thing and only provided me with few tips on how to improve it.Also my front passenger seat makes a weird sound (something loose) when I head a pothole. The dealer said that all Q50 makes the same sound and there is nothing they can do in that case. Its a manufacturer problem. I have been with the car for just a month and I am not happy. I would not recommend purchasing this car. I am paying a lot of money to have this type of issue.

Decent amount of models but need more in the large sedan category and more
Decent amount of models but need more in the large sedan category and more sport type cars would be nice. The large SUVs look like a remake of the Nissans. Though I know both are owned by the same there needs to be a difference if someone is going to be paying a higher price. The front looks amazing. Just looks like its angry and is ready to go. The on-board navigation and the whole system though is bad. The infotainment system Infiniti needs to be revamped because it is slow and old. The upgrade options are a little pricey but not as bad as other dealers. Some are worth it like going to the premium but the personalization could be better on them. Back seats have decent amount of leg room though me being a tall guy the person behind me can become squished between the seat. Plus when I get out, the auto bring the seat back can make it even worse and I have to manually stop it.

Infiniti is a very pleasant and sustainable car as it meets the standards of quality. And good performance. It has sports and sedan. The experience of having a car of this type is very satisfactory as it is a high quality automobile and excellent handling. Its very fast, safe and economical. The capacity of people you can carry in it varies as it has the ability to perform very well even with 6 or 7 passengers. Theres also customization in terms of color, size of rims and rings, lines in paint, upholstery, sound equipment, speakers, screens, visual improvements, sunroofs and electric windows.

I have changed my car battery 3-4 times for the past 7month. My battery kept dying and if a car (G35/03) is not in use for one day, the car wont start! The A/C starts on its own to the max and it doesnt allow me to stop it. The radio doesnt work at all and CDs got stuck in the CD player for almost one year.I have read other forums which surprisingly, other people had same issues. Therefore, I am urging the Customer Affairs to please, please take this matter seriously since the battery drainage is connected to the wires. You can imagine if something goes wrong with the wires, what would happen to the driver? This is a safety issue. The Miller Infiniti dealership told me that the stereo system is an Infiniti issue and they knew about it. Im quite surprised that the manufacturer knows about the wiring issue and still failed to do something about it or make a recall. There are many costumers that were told that the battery drain is a result of amplifier and radio wires.

Infiniti has a big variety of cars and SUVs so that anyone can find the car or SUV they want. We found a 6-speed that hugged the road with ease. Our black infiniti was beautiful inside and out. It has black tinted windows and black leather inside. It was as powerful as it was gorgeous and if you werent paying attention you would be speeding before you knew it. We liked it just like it was - black on the outside and on the inside, stick shift and heated seats. There was plenty of room for the passenger to sit comfortably or to lay the seat back and take a nap with ease. The only time this was a problem was if someone was sitting behind you.

After being informed that there was an extended warranty issued and Infiniti would fix my dashboard, I called, the representative told me to get a work order from the dealer and it would be taken care of. I got the work order and called Infiniti Consumers back. I spoke with a different representative and he said he would open a case and I should receive a call from someone within two business days. He also noted that he seriously doubted that they would do anything because the warranty expired in November 2012. I received a call that same evening. Of course they told me the same thing he said. I was told that they sent out letters from their office to many address on file. Which she couldnt give to me. That was strange. My address should have been updated in their system since I frequent the Infiniti Dealer for regular maintenance. I was also surprised that this was never brought to my attention by the Dealership. For Infiniti to be luxury automotive dealer, they dont value the relationships of their customers. I was never notified of this cosmetic issue and did not receive adequate details on why. This had really upset me.

After putting a deposit down for a second hand q30 it took 3 months to arrive. The car is registered as a 2 litre even though it is a 1.5 litre engine. Had the car for 5 months and Infiniti still havent managed to get the DVLA to change the log book. I was told the VIP service was available when I bought the vehicle. Now I am told its no longer available which means a 4 hour round trip for a service. Windscreen washer failed and it took them 6 weeks to repair. To top it off wanted me to pick my car up from the service centre two hours away even though the courtesy car was from down the road. They could not drop my car to me. Good car but if you do not live local to a service centre I highly recommend not getting this car.

I am currently an owner of a G35, G35 Cpe, and a 2005 FX35. My biggest problem is with the FX. I have had a dashboard that bubbles and car seats that are ripped on the sides (which are now being covered by black duct tape). Now, my driver side seat is squeaking nonstop. Oh, I forgot about the rear view mirror that just fell off one day. I cannot believe the money that was spent on this car and the shape it is in. I hate driving it. If I was in any condition to purchase a new one, I would. I guarantee it would not be an Infiniti. I have never owned a car which seats rip the way they have. My daughters car, the 2003 Cpe, will start to blast cold air and not stop. But I was told a recall was only made on the sedan. Now that is just stupid. They are the same car. You, guys, make no sense. But I do believe when I go to purchase a new car, I will not get much for my FX because of the ripped and squeaked seats, and it will be your fault.

I have a 2009 Infiniti G37x AWD, and at this point, I regret buying an Infiniti and will never buy one again. I have had the car 11 months. It had 67k miles on it when I bought it. Now it has about 83k. About two weeks ago, while driving down the interstate, the service engine soon light comes on. The next day I call the dealer and they say bring it in Monday. My catalytic converter has gone out, which will cost $1,500.00 to replace. I pay to have that replaced. I pick the car up on Tuesday, and Thursday the light comes on again. I take it back to the dealer, and within five seconds, the service tech says, Yep, now it’s your other one.” It’s another $1,500.00 to replace. I just got in the car and drove off. After filing a complaint with my local BBB and Infiniti Consumer Affairs, they offer to pay for the other being replaced. But ICA has to send a credit card to me with the amount they agreed to pay before they can replace the part, and they still have to order it. After speaking to Michele today, she then tells me it could take 4 weeks to get this credit card. These cars are cheaply made. I absolutely hate the 7-SPD transmission really. I could have just got an Altima. It basically looks just like it. Note to all, don’t buy these cars. They are no good as I’ve seen in previous statements. Get a Lexus!

I bought a 2014 Infiniti QX60 and since I bought the car, I have issues. First within a week of buying the car the headliner was coming out. I took it, they fixed, then a second time for same issue. Now I have transmission problems, it being twice I take it to the dealer, the car only have 12k miles. The dealer keep saying is normal - that the transmission works like that when I shift from reverse to drive, it kicks really bad. I know that is not normal. It didnt do that when I first bought the car. Joe the service manager said that he was going to call me to set up an appointment - is already being more than a week still havent call me. I already call three times and left message for Hans ** who I took my car for a second time. Until now he havent return my call. In total my car is being at the dealer 4 times for problems. I will never get another Infiniti. I dont recommended, I dont even want to keep this car anymore - the worst experience ever. Dont go to Cerritos Infiniti or any Infiniti.

I have always loved Infiniti. Last year I was able to purchase my first one. 2017 Q50 AWD from Dreyer & Reinbold Infiniti. The twin turbo V6 is an amazing motor. I saw that it recently won the prestigious Wards Automotive top 10 engine in the world! I believe it. It has great acceleration, especially in sport mode. This thing takes off like a rocket. It even handles incredible in the turns too. This is also my first experience in an AWD car and I wont be getting anything else. For the money Infiniti is by far the best dollar for dollar value for any luxury brand. I would recommend checking them out!

I bought a 2003 G35 Sedan in 2012 from Beshoff Infiniti in San Jose. The sales guys were cool from the first meet. However I test drove the car and everything appeared to be fine, radio came on but I couldnt try the disc player being I didnt bring a CD to the dealer. However, after my happy purchase of my new affordable luxury ride, when I got home I wanted to listen to my cd in my new car. I slid the cd in only for it not to be able to go in the dash said it was a error. I instantly called back up to the dealer but of course they were closed. I got in touch with Rick at the dealership and told him that my radio wasnt working when I left and he advised I bring it back up there. I brought the car back the next day didnt even own it for a whole 24 hours yet. They took it to the service area in which they had me sit in a room to tell me my circuit board is going out and it was recalled but I would have to pay for it well over $1200 to fix a radio that was supposed to work when I bought it. I told them that I just drove off with the car and its no way I should have to pay for it. I asked to speak with Rick in which they said he wasnt there and neither was anyone else I bought the car from. So I never got the radio replaced. Now its 2014, I have no radio and I refuse to pay for something that should have been fixed due to manufacturing problems Infiniti is already aware of. You would think they would slash prices being they know the cars are worthless junk. However they hike them up and never mention any possible problems.. I was driving on the freeway Saturday doing about 70 miles per hour and my car lost all power with no warning. The driver behind me veered and hit another vehicle. I totally freaked me out, I could have been killed. I find out the sensors that was recalled, can make this happen and that Infiniti knew of this. I called Consumer Affairs in which they stated my car had 4 recalls and one was the sensors in which was already repaired once. I explained that its happened again and I almost died in which the response was well its nothing we can do and I would have to pay. WITH ALL OF THIS, I AM DONE WITH INFINITI. I DONT EVEN WANT THE CAR ANYMORE.. I HATE I STILL HAVE PAYMENTS. IT SHOULD DEFINITELY BE A LAW AGAINST THIS DEATH TRAP..
