I purchased my Infinity G37 convertible from Infiniti of Dayton. After that, the following has occurred: Airbag system required replacement twice; engine light is on constantly, requiring replacement of parts; passenger door windows leaked every time it rained; rubber sealing slid from the rear of trunk and spoiler required replacement; the convertible top wouldnt go up; door locks not working (required taking off entire door and changing panel); and both front windows went down on their own, causing my car to be full of ice/water/snow.Also, the following happened: check engine light comes on regularly (I found the gas cap loose, and the bad part is I had to order a new gas cap twice.) and a small leak was found; drivers side door rattles (I found 2 loose bolts that secure the air bags.); the battery was replaced after only 16,000 miles due to bad code; trunk smashed on my fingers (After losing blood, I had no option but to rip my hand out of the slammed trunk, causing permanent nerve damage in my right ring finger and back pain for the past 5 weeks. Findings include weak rear trunk shocks, and I replaced all shocks and added two other parts.); and after car was returned two days later, the convertible top would not open. So the car went in again, and the entire electrical system had to be replaced. My car has been in the shop 23 times in only 16,000 miles. It has added 80 miles round trip to my odometer. Infiniti corporate refused to consider this car a lemon and has determined they will not allow a trade-in! I have had one emergency hospital visit and two orthopedic appointments. I have not been able to take care of my house and have had to pay others to do my usual activities. This is a crime! I will be suing for lemon law and personal injury.

I understand cars having some issues over time, but the dashboard on my FX35 is completely a manufacturing defect. And it has been proven to be a vendor/supplier issue across the entire Nissan/Infiniti brand. Florida just had a class action suit won against Nissan for Altimas. There were two before this won in different states against Infiniti. My car currently is waiting for the Takata Airbag recall appointment. Why cant they replace the dash when they remove it to replace the deadly airbags? I actually would be willing to help cover part of the cost of the new dash since they already will have to remove it to replace the passenger airbag. What it comes down to it cars are a BIG purchase for MOST people. German cars dont have sticky bubble filled melting dashboards, so why is this a problem for Japanese car manufacturers? If I remember correctly Toyota and Lexus have similar class action suits. I honestly feel that at the very least, these companies should in good faith repair the shoddy materials at 50% of the cost.

BUYER BEWARE!!! The test of a great company is when they have to deal with a customer issue and how they resolve the issue and make the customer a long time loyal customer. Just bought a brand new Infiniti 2014 QX60 in January 2015 with less than 525 miles (the car was delivered with the paint issues) and found manufacturer paint defect issues. And Infiniti Affairs has refused to repurchase or trade out the vehicle and have not accepted responsibility for their paint defects. Infiniti Corp has also ignored the dealer, Infiniti of Dayton, who agreed and provided documentation to the BBB that there are manufacturers defects in the paint. Infiniti Corps response is We will cover the costs for repainting half the car....ITS A BRAND NEW CAR...WORST CUSTOMER SATISFACTION OF ANY COMPANY I HAVE DEALT WITH! The dealer is pointing their finger at Infiniti Corp and Infiniti Corp is pointing their finger at Infiniti Corp. Both have responsibility with the issue because Infiniti of Dayton did not discover the issue during the vehicle prep process, which was done poorly. Infiniti of Dayton will not respond to my calls for next steps. I have had to contact the BBB and the Attorney General and hope something get resolves from this... very sad state of both companies. DO NOT BUY AN INFINITI!!! I bought Toyota for the last 10 years with no issues... took care of any issue. DO NOT BUY INFINITI!! THE CUSTOMER IS NOT A CONCERN. BUY LEXUS/TOYOTA!!

The timing chain went on my car nearly $5000 worth of work and parts to fix. My very helpful garage (Lia Infiniti) said to call Infiniti consumer affairs to ask for their help, as it is a known problem, with this specific recall notice (I knew nothing until car went wrong) with the QX56 model and my car was still fairly new with very low mileage. My car happened to not have a recall on its Vin number but the fault still happened. Because of this and out of its warranty when I bought it they wiped their hands of it. Pretty disgusted with Infiniti consumer affairs as this is a well known problem and even had recalls on this issue. I would never buy another Infiniti purely because of this. The Lia Infiniti garage I used had excellent customer care and tried everything to get it down in price.

I was very happy with my car. The Q series has amazing options and amazing quality. It has power windows, locks, and seats. It also has heated seats, mirrors, touch screen navigation, touch screen radio, cruise control, excellent quality leather interior, back up camera, and TVs in rear. It is fully loaded but every option for upgrade is available. It also has big quiet motor and excellent factory warranty. It can accommodate 5 people comfortably. It has lots of leg room and very large trunk. Baby seats fix well, too and so do tall people. I love all the space. I would recommend this type of vehicles to anybody.

I would strongly recommended anyone to avoid Infiniti. One of the worst companies dealing with cars. They just discontinue vehicles overnight FX35 and dont provide any after sales for the discontinued cars. Even China do not manufacture their parts saying its a failed company. In Qatar finding infiniti parts are like finding a needle in a haystack. Sad to know they related to Nissan.

We have a 2005 FX35 with the dashboard bubbling issue. We received no notification of an extended warranty with respect to the dashboard defect. We have lived at the same address with the same telephone number and email address that we provided Infiniti when we first took our car in for service in 2009. We purchased the 2005 from CarMax in Richmond, VA in 2009 and there were no dashboard issues. We were never notified of an extended warranty because of this material defect. When I googled the problem in 2014, I contacted Infiniti customer service and they said the extended warranty had expired 1 year earlier and there was nothing they could do. We open and read all of our mail each and every day before discarding and we never received an extended warranty. We contacted Jeb **, service manager, at Infiniti in Richmond, VA. He said there was nothing he could do. He also stated that he personally found that Infiniti was more willing to work with car owners to repair the dashboard even if it was passed the 8 year extended warranty if they were customer who took their vehicles to Infiniti for repairs (I guess because Infiniti makes money on these folks and are more willing to honor fixing this known defect on a high end expensive vehicle). We are just sick. We were told by YOU (ConsumerAffairs) that because we were calling 1 year later that you refuse to cover the cost of this dashboard which is well over $3000. I was appalled! We have babied and taken wonderful care of our car. It looks like it is 2 years old when it is, in fact, 11 years old. We were planning to purchase another Infiniti but will not if we know you dont honor your loyal customers. What can you do for us? I am writing you for the second time a year later because we have to drive in this car to work each day only to look at a disgusting dashboard that keeps getting worse. Wont you please help us! We dont take our cars for repairs to the local Infiniti dealer because we take it for all of its scheduled maintenance to the local Nissan dealer which is closer to our home. Arent you the same company? Why dont you honor this dashboard replacement when you know it is a known defect and nothing we have done to the car? (We even keep a shade screen up each and every day in our front window). Please do the right thing and replace our dashboard. We only have 80,000 miles on our car and are planning to keep it a long time. Please help!

Ive owned my QX60 for less than three months and after less than 3k miles the bottom portion of the drivers seat no longer heats or cools, however, the back part does. I took it for warranty work to the Infiniti dealership in Silver Spring, MD and they told me that the seat immediately worked for them which I know is a lie because amazingly it didnt work after I got back in the car. They said they hooked it up to the computer and the computer showed it was working properly, however, they never showed me the computer results nor did they show me that the seat worked. In addition to the seat not working properly the rear windshield sprayer was clogged and they blamed it on the dealership who sold it to me. They unclogged it, but it still doesnt spray, it just shoots out washer fluid. Buying this vehicle was a waste of my money and I shouldve known better than to purchase another Nissan product considering I owned an Altima several years ago and the alternator went bad with only 30k miles. In addition, the CD player in the Altima would jam anytime a CD with a paper label on it was put in it. They replaced the CD changed once, but the 2nd time it happened it was out of warranty and they wouldnt replace it. Based on that I should never have purchased another Nissan product and I wont ever again. The only reason I didnt purchase an MDX is because it cost several thousand more, but it wouldve been worth paying the extra thousands because thats probably what Ill spend on the QX60 after the warranty is up.

I purchased my Infiniti G35 at Glenn Nissan in Lexington in 2009 with roughly 30,200 miles on it. I purchased it as is. Two months after the purchase, I started having problems with the vehicle. I immediately had to replace all serpentine belts in the engine, replace the rubber lining on one door because it kept coming loose and was finally too stretched out to re-glue, replace lights in the vehicle that keep burning out, replace my drivers windshield wiper several times/year because it’s bent and shreds the wiper. I have had to replace the tires twice due to flat spots. I am leaking oil in the engine and now need new gaskets and O rings. Every time I go through a car wash, the water leaks into my trunk badly. I can find up to an inch of water where my spare tire is at any given time.My airbag light is on and needs a $1,200 fix due to what they assume is a broken clock spring. My tire pressure sensors are broken and now the key fob isnt working (according to Infiniti, the car isnt recognizing the key fob signal) and will need a whole new computer system. I pulled the Carfax report and noted the car had sustained flood damage and had been issued a rebuild title in California. I met with Infiniti and the dealer told me the Carfax report must be wrong and that all of the issues I have had with my car are normal wear and tear. The dealer then proceeded to contact the KY Department of Motor Vehicle and told them to remove the incorrect Carfax data without my permission (I am the owner of the car) and they indeed did remove the information. My Kentucky title is clean and I am in the process of trying to obtain the California vehicle history of my car. I contacted consumer affairs at Infiniti and they said their records reflected my car had sustained flood damage and had a rebuild title. However, Glenn Nissan in Lexington has declined to address my issues, and only to cover their own behinds. Im not even sure what I should do next. I will never buy another Infiniti again.

I loved it. Gorgeous and high end for it to be intro to luxury cars. The inside and outside are impeccably gorgeous. The screen inside and the tan interior is amazing. But it gets dirty extremely fast and they dont offer that many varieties in a sedan. It would be better if they had more varieties but what is available is great for an intro to luxury car. My vehicle can seat 4 other people comfortably. But with a car seat in my car I can only seat 2 other people comfortably. With growing family, I need a bigger vehicle that can hold another car seat and transport people. I am extremely interested in upgrading but Im not fully aware of the upgrade options. I am ready for an SUV.

The Infiniti QX60 has great safety features, but the Navigation/Bluetooth is still in the ox-cart Stone Age. Getting driving instructions also slow and tedious, compared to GMC Onstar, which answers the phone immediately, compared to long wait with Infiniti. And, GMC downloads instructions immediately, compared to tedious, roundabout method with Infiniti. If it were not for the excellent features, I would stick GMC and OnStar, which are far superior to Infiniti.

It took a while for a supervisor NOT to bother but to call and deny the coverage. I read that paint DEFECT is well beyond the basic warranty, however, even after my calls, anyone bothered to have me take it to a dealer to look at, although a dealer I service the car at, advised to call them originally as he was sure it would be corrected! OK, its now been 14 months and still no apps on my 2014 Q50, which were advertised and promised (not as a new feature, but an included feature that was in all of Infinitis literature and sales brochures). I would have made a different decision about leasing this car if Infiniti had said these are apps that may be available someday. I would like my lease cancelled and the car taken back. I will eat all the money that I put down. That is a relatively inexpensive thing for Infiniti to do. If not, I will be starting a class action lawsuit and even if it doesnt go anywhere the publicity and all the social media posts will be much more expensive for Infiniti in the long run. Or I will just go to small claims court. This will be easy for me, but still require Infiniti to spend more in billable hours than it would for you to spend a few thousand taking my lease back. Kevin in WV, how do I email you? I want to join a suit.

There are exceptional vehicles available through Infiniti. From Sporty sedans to family friendly SUVs, there is going to be a car for everyone at Infiniti. There are also a number of different packages and upgrades available. There will be something for everyone. Whether you are interested in a sport package, cold weather package, family upgrades, you will be able to find what you are looking for. There is also very good customer service throughout the life of the car you purchase. My Infiniti (which was an FX 35) was the first five passenger vehicle I had ever ridden in that was actually comfortable for all 5 of the passengers. The design and feel of the seats was only to be believed when ridden in. Infiniti has a distinctive luxury look. Whether one year old or ten years old they are a car that will make people turn and look.

After being informed that there was an extended warranty issued and Infiniti would fix my dashboard, I called, the representative told me to get a work order from the dealer and it would be taken care of. I got the work order and called Infiniti Consumers back. I spoke with a different representative and he said he would open a case and I should receive a call from someone within two business days. He also noted that he seriously doubted that they would do anything because the warranty expired in November 2012. I received a call that same evening. Of course they told me the same thing he said. I was told that they sent out letters from their office to many address on file. Which she couldnt give to me. That was strange. My address should have been updated in their system since I frequent the Infiniti Dealer for regular maintenance. I was also surprised that this was never brought to my attention by the Dealership. For Infiniti to be luxury automotive dealer, they dont value the relationships of their customers. I was never notified of this cosmetic issue and did not receive adequate details on why. This had really upset me.

Hi, angry and disappointed Infiniti customer here. I purchased my 2004 Infiniti Fx35 back in 2011. I was very happy with my vehicle until I came back from boot camp. U.S Marines and noticed that my dashboard was bubbling up all over. It look ugly. I feel embarrassed to give people rides. I dont like this car anymore. I did some research about this, and found out that I was not alone. There are hundreds of Infiniti customers who are on the same boat as I am. Most of them took advantage of the extended warranty, which I did not know anything about, did not receive a letter, was not notified until it was already too late.I called my dealership where I bought the vehicle, and they simply said I needed to pay a little over $1,000 to have it replaced. Thats ridiculous! And a little crazy. Like I mentioned above, I am not a happy customer. Called the Infiniti customer affairs number, and they were not willing to help with this matter issue. Case closed. Im screwed.

We are leasing a 2017 QX70 that currently has 6,000 miles. It has been to the dealer twice because the battery keeps dying. The 1st time they just replaced the battery without asking what would cause it to drain. The 2nd time, they finally decided to test the electronics to see why the battery keeps draining. The dealer couldnt confirm this would fix the problem but they think it is the push button start which they tried to say was not factory installed (until they looked up the window sticker). Aside from the inconvenience of a dead battery TWICE, we have had a loaner car for a month and still dont have the car fixed. We filed a report with Infiniti Consumer Affairs who sent the case to their legal team to see if we could break the lease without penalty. Brian, the CA rep assigned to our case takes two to three days to return phone calls. He finally called today to say CA determined we cannot break the lease under the Lemon Law. Our car is still not fixed and the dealer has yet to confirm when we can expect it to be fixed. We will never buy another Infiniti again as this is a joke. The car isnt even used enough to have had its first oil change! And there is no guarantee the push button start is truly the problem, so this could keep happening.

Infiniti is great and comfortable. It has a very sleek, modern, appealing design with compact, great tires. It has a durable build with the front well designed for movement and maneuvering around adequately. The different brands have different passenger capacity. Mainly 5 passenger capacity is the most common. The SUV have more capacity up to 8 while the coupe cars have 2 passenger capacity. I bought a new M35X in 2010. I live in Ohio and I bought the AWD version to drive more safely in our winters. The car came equipped with Goodyear RSA tires. I bought the car in April and everything was fine when on flat dry roads. If there were uneven surfaces the front end trembled. When wet, the car had no traction despite being AWD. In winter, it was dangerous to drive and tended to rotated when on ice or snow. It had no traction. I complained to the dealer, Infiniti of Columbus, about the problem and after a test drive, they said nothing was wrong. I tried again, explaining that the car could not accelerate in the snow even with traction control on and would go into slides at slow speeds. The dealer was no help so I complained to the next level. The short of it is that the manufacturer did not care. The Infiniti representative said everything was normal. I started reading message boards and found that others had the same problem. The solution seemed to be tire replacement. The message boards suggested Michelin Primacy MXV4 tires. I tried once again to get Infiniti to do something but was turned down. I purchased the MXV4 for this winter and it solved all of my traction, steering, and trembling complaints.I know there are other 2010 M35X owners suffering the same problems. For your own safety, buy a good set of all season tires. You will be amazed at the difference and get furious that Infiniti put a tire on the vehicle with those performance characteristics. I guess there is a reason why Infiniti is a third tier luxury brand. Customer care is non-existent.

Unhappy Customer here. I purchased a 2006 Infiniti FX35 back in Jan of 2011. Everything was all good until the dashboard started to bubble up and began melting on me. After about a year of this disgusting dashboard, I go to park my car at a restaurant, right next to another Infiniti fx35 and their car had the SAME EXACT ISSUE. After consulting with its owner, I immediately thought this had to be a widespread issue. So I began searching online to find what is the cause of this and to see if it is covered under Infinitis warranty. Turns out it was. It was the weekend...I waited until the following Monday to call. That Monday I called Infiniti Consumer affairs. They denied my repair request because it was out of warranty. But here is the kicker, it was only 3 days past its warranty date and it was still denied! This is not fair. I was never given notice about the wide spread of defective melting & bubbly dashboards. Nor was I ever notified that it was covered under warranty. This is also a safety concern because when I drive it gives off a glare, which makes it hard to see on the road. When I called for an estimate to see how much it would cost, I was told $1600 to repair. For an Infiniti manufacture defect. Why am I responsible for repair cost when it is only a few days past the warranty expiration date? I have signed up for recall notifications from Infiniti when I first purchased the car. Why was I never notified that I could get the dashboard repaired? This is unfair, and it is un-American. I want justice, not just for me but also for every FX owner out there that is rolling around with a bubbly & melting dashboard!

My only defense to this game of Empty Tank Russian Roulette, and the severe headaches/anxiety/burden it presented/posed was to reset my odometer at every full tank, and refuel when the distance traveled totaled close to 340 miles. Currently, regardless of the volume of actual gas in my tank, my gauge reader floats near the E, with the corresponding red light illuminated to add insult to injury. I would randomly check on recall sites to see if this issue has been reported by others, and Ive seen the issue arise in later models and in other model types. The last straw, prompting this post, was my stranded wife and child, where our strategy to guess the fuel level failed us, highlighting the million dollar question: Why do I need to have a strategy to guess the fuel level for a luxury vehicle, with the safety of my family at stake?

I purchased a used 2007 FX35 in 2010. During the past year, I have replaced the battery, front brakes, tires, two taillights, had several pieces of plastic trim in the vehicle just pop off, short in the taillights, cam sensors went out, starter went out and it had a hollow noise in the engine under load that service could not identify. It was towed three times in a two week period, one during a vacation five hours from home. I had to pay two deductibles during that time and Fresno Infiniti overcharged me, stating they could not reach the warranty company on a business day during business hours. Convenient since I then had to pay out of pocket to get home and contact the company on my own. Customer Service was no help and the rep even stated she is her own boss and there is no one else above her to contact for resolution. It has 55,000 miles. Extremely unreliable vehicle and extremely ineffective customer service at Infiniti Inc.

I am the sole owner of my 2005 Infiniti G35, bought in new September 2005 and only serviced by the dealer up until recently when I realized they are ripping me off. Since I have had it I must say it is by far the worse vehicle I have owned. It has an oil consumption issue in which the dealer has pretended to know nothing about or that they have never seen before. Every 1000 miles I have to put oil in it. I have replaced the cockpit because of a fuel gauge issue, which they have claimed to never have seen before (but first they replaced the sensors in the fuel tank). I have replaced the rack & pinon steering, and did I mentioned the only thing they could do is refer me to a salesperson to purchase a new vehicle. I will never buy another Infiniti. I wish there was an advocate out there for people like me when manufacturer does nothing.

I wish I had found this website prior to conducting business with Infiniti. I agreed to a 39 month lease agreement. The sales rep told me since it is a lease vehicle and it will show under Infiniti, they take care of property taxes etc and I would only pay the monthly payment which is link to my bank account for automatic deduction so that I will not be late. I was wrong. WARNING: PLEASE BE VIGILANT if you have an account with Infiniti especially MISC charges.I had a parking ticket in Arlington which is $50. I paid for the ticket. Apparently Infiniti gets the notification also. Instead of investigating into the ticket, they ALSO paid the ticket and added the charge under MISC $50.00+$20.00 (20 is the admin fee since they paid the ticket). I called to dispute it. I spoke with several individuals and supervisors over several months. The supervisor spoke to me a condescending tone. Instead of objectively looking into the charges, they repeated what previous employees have noted in the system regarding my account. THIS GETS BETTER..I had to called Arlington Treasurer with the ticket number and guess what.. my account showed two payments (one from Infiniti and one from my bank account). The representative from Arlington also stated they mailed a check back to Infiniti which they CASHED. Now I have to prove to Infiniti that I paid. After the confrontations, they also reported to Credit Bureau that I was late on my December 2013 payment and it showed on my account. I had to dispute that too since bank statement showed Infiniti drafted payment successful on time. I am confident that this one is intentional. This is really frustrating to the point that I just want to pay for all the charges and return the car. Thankful, I only have one month left. I will never buy anything from Nissan again. I will be legal actions even though dealing with them is extremely painful but if I let this go, this will continue.

I purchased a QX70 in July 2017. I love the car but I started noticing a musty smell when I turned on the A/C about 6 months after I bought. I took the car into the dealership and they told me to changed the cabin filter which I did and to turn off my a/c about a mile before my destination. Ive owned cars for 35 years and Ive never heard of such a thing, especially in Florida. The new filter seemed to help but then the smell came back. My son in law said it smells like an old man with body odor and Ive also heard it smells like rotten onions. I took the car back to the dealership about 6 months later and they did an ozone treatment which didnt really help. I took it back 2 months later after my friends who were visiting from out of town started coughing profusely when they got in the car. Evidently shes allergic to mold. The dealership performed another ozone treatment which didnt help. Infinity supposedly did a mold a test after keeping my car for 3 weeks in the shop. I have not seen the mold test but I can still smell the musty smell. The smell seems to be most noticeable on the passenger side as soon as you turn on the A/C.

When we went there, they didnt give us any courtesy car but offered us shuttle ride to a nearby shopping center. We were ok with that and opted for shuttle. When we came back from the shopping center the car was not ready. We asked them, they said it is just due for washing and will be done soon. We waited half an hr more and by that time it was 5:10 pm. At that time, they told us that they guy who is supposed to wash our car is out to drop someone. They had no idea when the guy will return and wash our car. We had another activity to take care after that and regretfully we had to pick up our car unwashed. They were not punctual with their commitment. If they offer shuttle service to the customers, that should not be at the cost of service. I specifically told the salesman when I made my test drive appointment that I havent been in an Infiniti in years and that I wanted to test drive a car and see if this might be of interest to you. I also advised that I didnt have much time as I had to get dinner home to my family but I wanted him to give me a few lease numbers to look at and think about over a few days. I had to repeatedly tell this salesman that I was not buying a car that night and that I wasnt going to make that decision without thinking about it and discussing with my spouse. His response was, Cmon man, I have to make two deals tonight. Rather than providing me with some numbers to think about and offering to follow up with me in a couple days, he repeatedly kept making offers which I had to repeatedly say, Im not buying a car tonight! After saying no about 10 times, he said ,Cmon man, youre killing me, I have to get rid of a car tonight. Never once was he interested in what I needed and what I was looking for. Since when did I stop in to a dealership to help out a salesman hit his goals?! Im there to shop a car that I might be interested in and needed some time to consider my options. After coming back with deal after deal and pressuring me to buy the car, I finally just walked out of his office because he obviously didnt care that I didnt have much time, that I repeatedly said this is something I need to think about and discuss with my wife, and that I needed to get dinner home to my family. On my way out the door, I looked at the receptionist and said, You guys just lost me for life. She said, Youre kidding. I said No, Im not. At that point, I made the decision that I would never be coming back to this dealership to buy an Infiniti. At that point, a gentleman came running out to my car and banged on my window as I tried to pull out. I rolled down my window whereby he said, Im the general manager, what happened, what happened, what happened? I said, You want to know what happened? I specifically told your salesman what the purpose of my visit was tonight. It was to test drive a car and get some options to think about. I liked the car and would have most likely come back later this week to make a purchase. I said, I didnt appreciate the hard sell and the fact that the salesman wanted to make me feel like I had to help him out. He then kept saying, What happened, what happened? I said I had no interest in being pressured 12 different times to buy a car when I was clear what my position was. He said, You dont understand, I have a certain number of cars that I have to sell. I said, Its not my responsibility to help you sell your cars. He then replied, Well, if you werent going to buy a car tonight, then I never had you anyways! I then drove off.Are you kidding me? The GM of the dealership is telling me that well I never had you anyways? This entire experience was the worst car dealership experience Ive ever encountered. Since when did it become all about, I have to make two deals tonight and cmon man, I have to get rid of a car and I never had you anyway? Whatever happened to listening to the customers needs and then seeing what you can do to oblige with their situation and what theyre asking for? If this salesman would have simply listened and understood my needs, then he would have given me some options to consider and asked if he could follow up in a few days. I loved the car and was convinced I was coming back to buy but I just couldnt do it that night! Now, as a result of this experience, not only will I never buy from Lake Norman Infiniti, but I never want to buy an Infiniti, period! Your general managers approach and comment about never having me anyway sealed the deal for me. As far as Im concerned, he represents the Infiniti brand and if this is what your brand is all about, then no, thank you. As the general manager of the most prestigious private club in Charlotte, I will be certain to share this experience with as many influential individuals that I can. This was borderline harassment and was an embarrassment to the dealership and the Infiniti brand. I respectfully request a phone call from a senior officer within the Infiniti corporation to further discuss.

So in all honesty, I have never had a dealership work so hard for me and give me such an amazing time! The g37xs is an amazing car except for one fact. my 2011 g37xS coupe had a transmission that was put in and out of production for 6 months... Not a good sign. Then I had it blow apart on me.. So here I was thinking I would get a brand new transmission which would be newer and not have that same issue... Well thats where I get pissed. I had another transmission installed under warranty, but it was a REBUILD FROM THE SAME 6 MONTHS!!!! That is telling me that the transmission they gave me was one of the ones that already was bad and blew apart and now they throw it in my car???? Needless to say my NEW transmission has had less the 100km and is starting to have issues again. Now Infiniti tells me there will be no chance to get another transmission installed as I am out of warranty now... This just pisses me off to a huge extent! I have loved Infiniti all my life! Had a G35 when they first came out and upgraded to the g37xS and loved it, but always had transmission issues. Now I feel like taking the transmission and throwing it at them! So if Infiniti wants to keep a great customer that has brought over 20 people to its doors to buy more cars, and they are listening, please contact me as I love Infiniti but this transmission has got to be fixed under warranty!

Purchased a fully loaded Infiniti JX35 FY13 and owned it for just over a year. Someone pulled out in front of me and ended up hitting them in the back of their vehicle. My Infiniti ended up with damage to the front bumper, hood and right quarter panel. I dropped off the vehicle to be repaired in October 2013 and now I sit here writing this article six weeks later after getting into a conversation with both Infiniti and Courtesy Collision auto repair. Essentially, I am in a circle jerk as both parties keep pointing fingers at each other over a part from a company called Hunter which is required to complete the calibration of my car. The repair shop states car was done two weeks ago and cant complete the work until Infiniti supplies them with this sensor. When I check with Infiniti, they told me I was the first person in the USA to have a front end accident with this vehicle so they didnt have any of these parts available yet. I find this unacceptable that a luxury vehicle mfg can not repair vehicles they have sold a year after first customer shipment. I am also surprised I am the only person to have had an accident in this type vehicle. Either a testament to the safety of this vehicle or really bad luck on my part. It now looks like I will not see my vehicle until early 2014 (3 months). There is no guarantee since Hunter cannot provide a solid date for delivery of the item. Infiniti wont help me, auto repair shop wont give me vehicle back because systems in the car can go haywire without this part so here I sit making payments and losing precious time on my warranty! Bottom line: if you end up in an accident in your JX35, they cannot repair your car. Buyer BEWARE!!!

My EX 35 has 55k miles. Steering makes groaning/thumping sound when turning right and going over bumps. Took it to dealership (Lupient in Minneapolis) and was told this is due to problem with steering box and will have to be replaced at cost of $2,100. Asked about warranty and was told steering was out of warranty at 50 k miles and that existing drivetrain warranty (6 years or 70k miles) would not cover. Was told to contact Infiniti consumer affairs. Did so with same result. Steering is most critical system on a car (as wings are to airplanes); this car has not been abused and Ive never encountered such a problem in any of the ten cars Ive owned (4 of which have been Nissan/Infinitis). Ive found internet references to this problem with this car - this must be a manufacturer defect. I just bought my 2004 Infiniti G35 with get this, only 4K miles on it. The elder lady who drove it before leased it and never drove it. So I have been super happy with the car. Its sexy, it runs great. It has all the bells and whistles brand new cars have coming out today. So cut to the chase, I walk to my car that is parked in front of my house to hop in and run errands. My neighbor is talking to me but I am in a hurry so I just start up the engine. It revved but didnt turn over. No problem, probably didnt hold it long enough. Nope, keeps revving but no turn over. I am thinking, I have gas in the car whats the problem? Maybe a little air in the line sure give it a little gas and it will start. I am telling the car took a 180 from hell and went from being the easily start right up smooth ride to the rev it up like its a freaking 1960 bug engine and then proceeded to smoke. Yay! So naturally I turn the car off immediately (mind you I just paid my car payment lol) and proceed to figure out how I am going to resolve this issue. I called the dealership and was put on hold for forever then It went to voice mail. Called again and a lady picked up. She seemed nice but ended up being a peon robot worker bee. I told her my situation and she said the next available appoint is August 14th. I said that is in 9 days! Can you make an exception, I have to go to work tomorrow and I would at least need a rental car. No sir, but would you like me to make you the appointment? Yeah, that robotic. So I got the manager on the phone and he gave me a couple farm out mechanics and I got on for the next day at 9 am. It is the night before so I got the tow set up and the rental car situation all worked out. I am going to have them look at everything and I am going to pick my next fuel pump, and have them look at my engine because I can tell me motor mounts are loose and my Transmission likes to jump out of first gear a lot as well. I saw that there was a recall for the fuel pump and called Infiniti affairs. The lady took over 30 minutes to find my car and proceeded to tell me that there is no recall and to talk to the dealer. Then she told me there actually IS an AIRBAG recall. Okay great, so glad I called in otherwise my airbags wouldnt be functioning and they said they didnt tell me because I was not linked to my car. So all of you out there reading this, make sure you called Infiniti affairs 1 (800) 662-6200 and make sure you are attached to your car so you will get the recalls. Most Infinitis have a recall of some sort. I will also get my dashboard looked at as I see there are a lot of complaints about that. I would also note to take your car to get serviced at an actual Infiniti dealer. You cannot trust anyone else. If anyone has any questions comments or any advice that would help me with my 2004 Infiniti G35 feel free to email me at **. Thanks for reading!

Day one of ownership of a QX60. Blind spot monitor light goes on and off whenever it wants. We Drove three hours back to have them look at it. They told me to go home and enjoy my new car. Telling me they cant fix anything that isnt coding. I had to take pictures to prove the light would flash and come on because no one would believe me. It cant code if it truly thinks there is a car there that it sees, even when Im on a two lane road and there isnt a car there.Forward crash warning turns itself off when it wants. Many phone calls and I just keep getting brushed off. Two months later it finally codes. They took three weeks to try and fix, but after 2 years and numerous trips back, its still not fixed. We would find it sitting outside in back row at the dealership and not even being worked on. Yet they had it for about three weeks.Brake issues, pedal makes noise. I would push the brake and when I release the brake it would make a noise. Yet they promised they would take care of me and make everything right and is at the highest standards. haha Id hate to see low standards. My service dealership that I take all our vehicles to for oil changes, tells me I have a head gasket leak. I said I have always smelled antifreeze and told the deal I purchased from all the time. They just blew me off like I was just complaining about nothing. Today I was told by my Infiniti dealer that it is normal for all Infiniti to have a head gasket leak. Yes thats right it IS NORMAL for that to happen. Cabin seal on drivers side had pulled out first time I washed it. Paint on rear tail gate was repainted because the paint was bubbling from rust.YES we supposedly purchased this car bran new. Please if anyone else has experienced any of this please contact me. I really dont need to deal with all this stress. Its physically making me sick. I think when flood waters went through Des Moines Iowa my car may have been too close and received some damage that no one is admitting to. This flood was before I purchased the car. Back in July my wife and I leased a 2014 Infiniti Q50 sport. No problems with the purchase everything went smooth. On November 19th she was destroyed by a school bus. After a few days I was told the car was a total loss, Safeco prompted me not to make any more payments as they had already got the payoff amount. I went to Infiniti to see what my next step was. I was told bring up your license plate and registration and they would put me in another car since our lease was so new. I ordered a new car to be delivered to the dealer along with a $500 deposit. After a few days I was told we were not approved? I was never told my credit needed to be run again. The salesman ran our credit knowing the other car was not off the credit yet? So infiniti and Nissan ran our credit twice knocking down our score more. It took three weeks to get our deposit back for some strange reason. When I offered to supply a co-signer I was told our name could not be on the car. We decided to call Nissan/Infiniti and we were told wow! They were shocked at how we were handled and said they should have put us in a new car and transferred everything over, she also told us they were independent dealers and try a different dealer. My wife and I called another dealer and I told them my story and he responded with I can get you approved .. no problem. I assured him I did not want my credit run unless he could assure me it would work. The salesman said fill out credit app and I will have you approved within a couple days. 10 days later and Im calling him trying to find out what is going on, I took into consideration the holidays and waited until today. Finally he responds and tells me sorry we cant help you because you were turned down at another dealer? I responded with I chose another dealer for the way I was treated. I am now waiting for a phone call back from two hours ago. I was told twenty minutes, I also e-mailed the customer service and got an automated response that it was received and have not heard back from that... 5 days ago. So now I have 4 hard credit inquiries not including the ones we got at the purchase! Completely Frustrated!!

I took my 2003 G35 into the Infiniti Kearny Mesa, San Diego for service on shuddering brakes, air condition, and radio (wont shut off). Advisor Michelle informed me that there was a recall back in 2003. The vehicle did not require a replacement of the computer circuit board but was replaced any way. About a month ago (08-14-11), the A/C (full blast) and radio came on and would not turn off. The advisor said it would cost $900 to change out the computer circuit board for the A/C and radio. I have conducted research and it appears that many G35 owners have identical problems. Can you assist?

It has been nearly 2 months since I have paid off my auto loan with Infiniti on a 2008 G37S, and they have not sent me my title. I have called and called, and no one has a clue: (a) where the title is, (b) when I can expect to receive it, and (c) what the problem is. They are completely inept. Everyone I talk to tells me something different. One person told me that I overpaid (the payoff amount I was given) by $650, and that they would mail me a refund check. I have not received that either. The reason why I paid off my loan early was because I needed to sell my car since I was moving to Alaska. The person I sold the car to has had it for 2 months without me being able to provide them with a title. No one at IFS cares. Every time I call, they are trying to get off the phone with me from the beginning because they do not have an answer. I have asked to speak with a supervisor and they tell me this is not possible. So what do I do? Sue them? How can I make them give me the title to the car I bought from them? They cant get any more money out of me so they have absolutely no motivation to uphold their end of the contract and send me MY title.

My 2003 G35 Coupe has had numerous issues. I purchased this vehicle in 05 with 21,000 miles and immediately noticed a break recall. Thankfully dealership handled that, however that should have been a telltale sign. After the two motors went out on my windows, alternator, cam shafts, sun roof off track, AC compressor, DR2 headlights ($210/each). Ive finally experience the ultimate issue when my GPS/AC/radio unit went out. Well sort of. The navigation and radio systems are both powered off and the AC unit is always on high. Besides paying $2000 extra just because I wanted the navigation system, I am now averaging about 14 mpg thanks to my uncontrollable AC unit. After paying $29,000 for my car and now not having the expendable cash to maintain my vehicle. There it sits while the paint job oxidation is progressing. Infiniti if youre out there PLEASE REDEEM YOURSELVES AND MY FAITH AND PIMP MY RIDE.

On Sept. 2010, both headlights went out as we were driving home at night. We had to drive over one hour with high beams. As there is no Infinite Dealership close to us and the car was out of warranty, we took the car to a Nissan Dealership that has a Infinite Certified Mechanic. We found that we had to replace the whole bucket system which costs over $4000.00 for the headlights! We had it repaired and now one year and one month later, we had another headlight go out and we are looking at an estimated $1500 more for HEADLIGHTS. We called customer service and was treated unreasonably and with no help. No one should have to put out this kind of money for an Infinite M35 (2006) 70,000 miles. Rosa was the unfriendly so-called customer service agent we dealt with. We have to believe that Infinite has had issues with headlights and others have been burned with this kind of repair costs.

Infiniti USA has thumbed their nose at the malfunction of OCS system in 200
Infiniti USA has thumbed their nose at the malfunction of OCS system in 2009 vehicles, ours is a G37. When the OCS is not functioning it turns off the airbags when a passenger sits in the passenger seat. They do not care that your life and the life of your passenger (my husband, my grandson, my mother, my daughter) is at risk for serious injury or death as a result of their negligence. They are negligent in that Infiniti knows very well they have a problem with this system not working as intended when purchased (easy lookup on internet of many owners having this same problem) yet they only recalled back to 2010 to fix the OCS thus requiring 2009 Infiniti owners to fork out $6400 to replace their defective design or not fix and run the risk of death or serious injury. I have called Infiniti USA and their response is this vehicle has no recalls end of discussion.Every owner of a 2009 Infiniti that has problems with the OCS not functioning and turning off airbags when anyone (even my hand) touches the passenger seat should not accept Infinitis answer and file a complaint with their Attorney Generals office and NHTSA. I was involved in a motor vehicle accident in June of 2016 and was in a 1999 vehicle... Had the airbags not gone off as intended I honestly do not believe I would be here writing this today so I am very aware of how in a blink of an eye you can be plowing into a vehicle and your only line of defense is working airbags. It is morally incomprehensible of Infiniti to not care for the lives of their customers (or should I say some of their customers).Knowing this I will never purchase another Infiniti and suggest you do the same because somewhere down the line you may have a problem that is not your fault with your expensive Infiniti and it may be one that could determine your safety and the safety of your loved ones and you will have to deal like the rest of the 2009 customers (victims) with absolutely no help from Infiniti.

The Infiniti Q70 and Q70L are a line of mid-size luxury (executive) cars from Renault–Nissan–Mitsubishi Alliance luxury division Infiniti. Its essentially an update to the Infiniti M series with minor cosmetic changes. This car is very good usable for me. I like the design of this car very much. It is flexible and very elegance. Price of this car was in my budget as well. This car is good at handling and nice throaty v-8. It has sensual exterior too. Getting in and getting out is very easy. Car has class and convenient instrumentation. Great Bluetooth and nav. Very comfortable and great styling too. It looks like one of a kind and its very reliable car. However, its hybrid lacks finesse and gas mileage could be better. The 2017 Infiniti Q70 is a viable alternative to American and German cars of the same ilk, but lacks their personalities.

Infiniti qx60 is a good, solid and reliable car. Id consider purchasing another when this car is older. Nice gas mileage and overall a good value. I like the great cruise control and lane detection options as well. The usable third row is hard to find as most seats dont move to accommodate people coming in and out of the third row. Also love the massive skylights as well. But the GPS is not always accurate which can be a bit of an annoyance but it can be remedied by using cell phone GPS. Also, I dont like that the inside of the driver’s side door is easily scratched and is not in good shape. It also has some pretty major blind spots and sometimes its hard to see over the hood.

I made a mistake trusting this dealer when I bought a used car (Infinity QX4). When I drove off I noticed the service engine light soon was on. I thought that it may have been an oil change indicator, like the one my Honda has, that wasnt reset. I drove it home to Portland and the light went out. I looked at the owners manual that said it could indicate a problem with the engine and also said if it is flashing, it needs urgent attention to prevent engine damage. A few days later the light came back and the car hesitated on the freeway and the light started to flash. The salesperson from the dealer called me the day after I had it home and I told him about the light. He said it was probably a minor thing, like it may have been run out of gas or the gas cap may not have been tightened enough, and he told me to call him back if there was any other problems. After the second time the light came and stayed on, I had the car analyzed. It pulled up a P1320 code. This indicates that the coils are going bad. The cost of the repair is about $1000.00. I called back the dealer and they said, “Too bad - we wont help you.” I know this was an as is sale, but this car should have been fixed before selling it for wholesale off. Apparently, the dealer doesnt care about their reputation or doing whats right for their customers. Most brand dealerships would not do this. Stay away from this one!

Theyre very roomy and have legroom to stretch and a lot of elbow room and storage capacity and big trunks. Very good car or van truck. You just gotta go with what your family needs. According their own contract on July 20, 2011, it was 59 payments of $359.02. I continued to pay due to 6 deferred payments and applied interest for another year as that was all that the finance company would allow. By February 4, 2012 my contract matured and no more money was able to be taken from my checking. By law, the contract state my final payment should be $359.02. I paid 66 months of payment and was told if I didnt pay $2,508.60, they would charge off this account and I will never get this title. I have explained that I’m on Social Security Disability. This company put this on my credit report and has made it impossible for me. By February 17, I was done. I had just received their notice on February 7, 2012. All of this information can be proven. I do not eat in my car and do not use any air freshener and do nothing else that could have caused this problem. My car is a luxury car. Decent amount of models but need more in the large sedan category and more sport type cars would be nice. The large SUVs look like a remake of the Nissans. Though I know both are owned by the same there needs to be a difference if someone is going to be paying a higher price. The front looks amazing. Just looks like its angry and is ready to go. The on-board navigation and the whole system though is bad. The infotainment system Infiniti needs to be revamped because it is slow and old. The upgrade options are a little pricey but not as bad as other dealers. Some are worth it like going to the premium but the personalization could be better on them. Back seats have decent amount of leg room though me being a tall guy the person behind me can become squished between the seat. Plus when I get out, the auto bring the seat back can make it even worse and I have to manually stop it.

I leased an Infinity Q50 Sport model in 2015. Although the Q50 went through brakes every 13,000 miles and had premature tire wear (noted problem with Q50 Sport Model), we enjoyed the vehicle for the most part. If you do not want to pay for multiple brake jobs and a set(s) of tires prematurely, then this vehicle is not for you. At lease end, Infinity Financial Services sent us our final invoice and put the due date EIGHT DAYS from when we received it. Within a 14 day period, they sent us THREE notices for payment and then told us that we were in violation of the lease agreement! Even after paying early each of the 39 months of the lease, they treated us like deadbeats on the last payment because they set the payment due date EIGHT days after we received it.I sent in the payment in a timely manner (before net 30) and then sent a summary to the President of the North America division of Nissan and asked him to forward said complaint to Executives with IFS. If you want to be treated poorly at lease end with a prefect payment history, then Infinity Financial Services is the financial institution for you. We were going to buy an Infinity for our daughters 16th birthday but, after being treated so poorly at lease end, we have decided to buy another brand with a better financial institution attached to their brand.

I purchased a 2006 G35X in February 2012 with minimum miles on it. In October I noticed that my car would blow white smoke occasionally when I cranked up, and it was using a lot of oil in between oil changes. I took the vehicle to the Infiniti dealership for service and I was told by the service consultant that they had to do an oil consumption test before they could do anything else. She never contacted my warranty company about the oil consumption test, so for 5 months they continued to put oil in my car without trying to determine what the real problem was. What the service consultant failed to tell me was that the car had previously been in for the same problem and that they already knew what the problem was.I dropped my car off on March 19th to finally get the repairs done. For 2 weeks they held my car and did nothing to it. I called that Friday to get an update on what was going on and I instantly started getting the run around. Every time I called to get an update, either she was not in or they had not torn my car down or the adjuster had not come to inspect the car. I contacted my warranty company and they said they had emailed the consultant so I called her back and she said she didnt get the email. After some research the email mysteriously appeared. The warranty company denied my claim because of the pictures that the service consultant emailed to them. She told me one thing was wrong with my car, but told the warranty company something else. In the process of trying to extract thousands of dollars out of my pocket, the Infiniti dealership dismantled my entire car. There was nothing left intact but the body. I have been around cars my entire life, even worked on cars before. I have never seen anyone dismantle a whole car just to say that the valves were gummed up. They then wanted to charge me $2500.00 to put the car back together without fixing it. I contacted the dealership where I bought the vehicle and they stepped in and offered to pay for the repairs as a gesture of goodwill. They asked the Infiniti dealership how much it would cost to fix what was wrong and put the car back together and the service consultant told them that the only thing they (Infiniti) would do was put another motor in the car, even though as a customer I said I only wanted the problem fixed and the car put back together. I had to have my car towed away from the dealership which they charged $1300.00 for. It took two trips for the two truck to get my whole car to another facility for repairs. The attached pictures show in detail the condition of my car when it left the Infiniti dealership. The parts were not boxed up. They were just put on the back of a tow truck and dropped off at another facility.I will never take my vehicle to the Infiniti dealership for service ever again. They are in the business of ripping customers off and then lying about it. They have deceptive business practices at the Infiniti of Memphis dealership.

I have 2006 M45 Infiniti with 43,000 miles which I just recently noticed it has cracks in the dash, otherwise, in pristine condition. After searching online, there are many complaints for several different Infiniti models with the cracking issue. My auto has always been garage kept and I have never used any kind of chemical cleaning the inside. Infiniti has issued an extended warranty for the FX models for this issue. I called customer affairs for Infiniti and was given a rote spiel, looked up my VIN and was told no recalls for that issue on M45s, they will notify me if and when a recall is made. Did not want to discuss it at all.... Just kept repeating I would be notified if there is an issue. Who makes these decisions? I cant believe a supposedly quality manufacturer would just brush you off like that. Who do the many people who have this issue need to complain to, to get something done?

I regret the day I ever set foot on an Infiniti dealership lot. In 2008 I purchased a 2008 FX35 SUV and have experienced way too many issues to write. Brakes dont last more than a few months before they have to be replaced. Now the motor that controls the driver seat has stopped working. I purchased a 2003 Infiniti G35 in 2006. I am having problems as outlined in a recall issued by Infiniti; however, they are telling me that my car is not part of the recall. When I called the dealership, they said that the previous owner had already taken advantage of the recall so if I want the issue resolved, then I have to pay $650. I have already paid for a new air conditioning compressor and a motor for my passenger side window to find out that the issue was with the audio circuit board. The recall said: On some model year 2003 G35 Sedans manufactured through August 21, 2002, the audio and temperature controls may not operate as expected. When using the audio equipment or the temperature controls, the unit may become inoperative. In some cases, this can be corrected by turning the ignition switch off and back on again. In other cases, the unit remains inoperative and requires service by an Infiniti technician. To prevent this condition, Infiniti has initiated a Voluntary Service Campaign to replace the audio finisher circuit board on these vehicles at no charge to the customer for parts or labor. Unsatisfied and disappointed. Recently purchased a brand new 2015 Infiniti QX60 with only 16 miles on it. I purchased this vehicle after talking with the salesperson and being very clear as to my vehicle needs. I depend heavily in the navigation, safety features and cutting edge technology. Therefore, I was sold a vehicle that was to meet all these needs. I was sold the premium technology package and other luxuries. However, now that I have had the opportunity to drive the vehicle and put it through its paces Im very disappointed with the vehicle and Infinitis customer service.First of all the Navigation system is old and out of date. Some of the local roads have not been updated to the navigation. I have called the dealership but they failed to update the system without an extra $400 dollars payment, even though I was very clear with the salesperson and I was assured that the technology package included this and it had the latest update.Secondly, the technology on this vehicle is dated and a few years behind the competition. My previous vehicle was a 2013 luxury vehicle from a competing company and its Bluetooth, safety features and technological efficiencies were superior to this vehicle. This vehicle does not have blind spot indicators (while driving) even though I was very clear to the salesperson when purchased. The Bluetooth lacks connectivity and functions as offered by the competition. The stereo system is inferior to what I had in my 2013 vehicle.Third and final disappointment is with the engine performance and MPG. The engine lacks the power and it feels like a snail. I am not expecting it to drive like a Ferrari but to have enough power to maneuver through traffic and acceleration speed to enter major expressways. The window sticker stated and the salesperson confirmed that it should get 19 mpg in city and 29 mpg highway. I have yet to see such a performance. The Infiniti QX60 delivered to me gets 12 mpg city and 17.8 mpg highway. Horrible mileage.I have called the dealership and they have failed to take ownership of the issues stated above. I have also called Infiniti directly and they took the same lackadaisical response to my concerns and requests. If I would have known these issues I would have NEVER purchased this vehicle. I have not started to scratch the surface on the craftsmanship of this vehicle yet I am regretting every single minute of buying this vehicle. Be aware this car does not compete to others in its class. It fails miserably. Customer service does not measure to the competition. If youre expecting quality and great customer service LOOK ELSEWHERE. You will not find it here.

I had a JX35 (QX60), one of my worst car ever. First this SUV drive was very poor. The car HP was too weak. It drive like a 4 cylinder car on a large SUV. The electronic panel (dashboard fell off to the floor), the electric component got rusted and needed to be replaced. The prevention collision system was malfunctioning. It activated spontaneously and make my car to stopped completely while driving and even prevented me from stop while I was driving. Even with all this bad experiences I really loved my SUV, it has all the features I wanted. I was extremely comfortable, I really liked the panoramic roof, but I got the worst experienced from Infiniti, Puerto Rico. I took the car to the dealer and after a long talk and trying to get rid of my beloved SUV. I trade my JX35 for a brand new Q60 convertible... A really bad choice. The hard top one got stuck in the upright position semi opened then the car began scratching the car while the hard top was being opened, it began scratching one side and then both side. I took my car 8 time for repair, and they say the car has nothing wrong. Today my car is at the dealer for repairs again with the scratching... I really like the car overall. The driving, the handling, the motor, the interior but these two car were the worst car ever with the worst service ever. Hoping to trade this car again for an Acura or BMW or other SUV.

It was still under warranty, so I took it to the dealer (Dorschel Infiniti of Rochester) who said they had to charge me for the inspection if they couldnt find anything wrong. After inspecting, they said the only problems were that the rear pads had only 2mm left and the fronts 4mm. They strongly recommended a brake job for $379 per each axle. I was an automotive engineer for 20 years so I questioned this, but was told that 25K miles was normal for rear brakes and 27K miles normal for fronts. Given the long and horrible history weve had with this dealership, I was more than a little skeptical.I contacted Infiniti customer service, who told me that 30K miles was normal brake life and they werent going to do anything. She also said that she just had a similar complaint, so she recently checked into it. When I told them that they were about to lose a customer, the rep asked if there was anything they could do to keep us. When I said, Yes, replace my brakes, she said they wouldnt because brakes are wear items and arent covered by warranty at all.

I purchased the Infinity G37 S 2011 (New). Less than 5 years old and only about 45,000 miles: Adhere to all the appropriate maintenance recommended for this vehicle at the dealership. My automobile was making strange whooshing noise, (no matter what speed) so I brought into the dealership. They stated that it was the tires making the noise, the treads are fine, however uneven due to road conditions and the only way to remove the noise is to replace all of them for over $1,000 dollars. This resolution, without thoroughly examining the tires (only a test-drive) is completely unacceptable. My car is in pristine condition, driven appropriately and handled with care. I did not receive any assistance from Infinity Corporation nor the dealership. For this caliber of luxury car, the tires provided did not fit my vehicle specification, nor should it have to be replaced after such a short period of time and/or mileage. This is not wear and tear but an inferior tire. As for my Bluetooth system, since the purchase of this vehicle, I have had nothing but problems with this unit. Finally, the unit had been replaced (once), after countless deliberations with the Infinity dealership, however, the problems persists. No one, no matter my location, type of phones, can anyone understand me.This system is deplorable, and once again, neither Infinity Corporation nor the dealership had been able to resolve this problem or cared to.

I bought a 2014 Infiniti QX60 and since I bought the car, I have issues. First within a week of buying the car the headliner was coming out. I took it, they fixed, then a second time for same issue. Now I have transmission problems, it being twice I take it to the dealer, the car only have 12k miles. The dealer keep saying is normal - that the transmission works like that when I shift from reverse to drive, it kicks really bad. I know that is not normal. It didnt do that when I first bought the car. Joe the service manager said that he was going to call me to set up an appointment - is already being more than a week still havent call me. I already call three times and left message for Hans ** who I took my car for a second time. Until now he havent return my call. In total my car is being at the dealer 4 times for problems. I will never get another Infiniti. I dont recommended, I dont even want to keep this car anymore - the worst experience ever. Dont go to Cerritos Infiniti or any Infiniti.

I live in the San Bernardino Valley where the temperatures reach an excess of 106F. I frequently visit my daughter who lives in the high desert of Adelanto with similar temperatures, and I travel to Arizona where I have family. In July I was sent a recall that indicated my passenger airbag inflator has the risk of rupturing, resulting in metal fragments striking the vehicle occupants causing serious injury or death in areas with high levels of absolute humidity. For that reason, I have limited my life, and refrained from having passengers in my car because clearly I care for the life of others more than INFINITI does. I contacted INFINITI today, and to no surprise there is still no repair, or solution in sight. This is my first and last. Toyota is where I should have stayed. L60, here I come.

I bought a preowned infiniti from Red Noland Infiniti and within 3 weeks it would randomly not start. After spending over 40 days total in their service dept they could not diagnose or fix the issue. Finally after 11 months of ownership and 57 total days in service, Mike Ward Infiniti came up with at least an idea of the problem. However, it is several hundred dollars and may not even be the actual issue. Red Noland told me it was not covered under warranty or the warranty that came with the car. After the 4th attempt at repairing they offered me 40% less than I paid for the car after a few months of very stressful ownership. (Imagine going somewhere, the store or hiking, and your car wont start for over an hour when you get back to it). Infiniti consumer affairs has been less than helpful as well the only competent people are at Mike Ward in highlands ranch. I have had two arbitration cases open with infiniti and even with the bbb, however since the car is over a year old, but still under warranty, they refused to do anything to fix the situation. I have owned 3 infinitis the last 5 years, 2 g35xs, and a q40, and I will never give Infiniti or Nissan another dime for a car! You would think they cared about customers with brand loyalty but thats as big a joke as calling their cars luxury performance sedans.

Good variety of cars and large sport utility vehicles. All cars are very nice inside and the finishes of all vehicles are high-end without being over the top. You can easily see that the quality is very good. I have had no issues with any part of my purchased vehicle and there are many features I use on a daily basis. Also, I was able to upgrade my vehicle to include a few must have items for my family. However, I wish there was a third-row seating option for SUV options. Mostly a midsize SUV with the 3rd row would be great.

I have an Infiniti JX35 2013. In the past 3 years I had to replace both the right and left headlight units at a cost of $1200 each because water leaked into the encasement and caused an electrical shortage. I called Infiniti initially and was told that it was an isolated problem with my own vehicle, but have since read multiple reviews on-line from others with the same issue. Now my R side headlight is fogged up again. I called them today and they were absolutely no help. I was told to take it to a local dealer for an electrical diagnostic starting at $150 cost to me, even though this is the 3rd time to replace the same part, and I have a photograph of the obvious moisture inside of the headlight. They really just dont care. I will never buy a Nissan product again.

Ive never heard of a car company that likes to screw their customers as much as the Infiniti car company. Before buying any Infiniti thats before 2021, you should know that if you get one with a panoramic roof it doesnt open. Who invest money in a panoramic roof and doesnt allow it to open? You should also know that if you ever want to get Apple CarPlay, or whatever the Android version of that is, you cant. Infiniti decided to be the only car company that would not allow compatibility with any aftermarket product. If youre OK with all of that, then its a very beautiful car. If beauty is all you are looking for and not a car that actually makes sense or a company that likes their customers, then this is the car for you.

I took my car in to the Plaza Infiniti dealership to have recall for airbag replaced which I was told would take 2-3 hours. I was provided a loaner car. Mechanic called 5 hours later requesting if I wanted additional work done on car. My flood light changed, and that they had completed the recall and just need to place the dashboard back on. I didnt receive a call back that day on Monday. I called, left advisor voicemail to see if car was ready. The next day on Tuesday no one called and I called several times and left voicemail. No one return my call. Wednesday around noon advisor called and advised that my dashboard had been damaged during replacing recall, and the dashboard was on back order and I would get a call when it comes in. I was like really, no one advised me this on Monday or Tuesday, these huge hole like the vents in dashboard.Consumer Affairs with infiniti has been no help. There are others waiting on dashboard replacements since back in March. Nowhere in the recall letter do the alert this could possibly happen to your vehicle. I am seeking justice because this is not right. I also called a dealership who advised that the dashboard for M35 has been discontinued. The part is not even in production so how are you promising consumers that this will be fixed.

Temperature control unit - A/C turns itself on at highest speed and becomes stuck. I can feel the effect/pull that this has on the engine. Also, audio unit screen goes blank while playing and cannot be adjusted or shutoff until engine is turned off. Both units, inoperable. Problem sometimes ceases and sometimes persists with engine re-start. [Im also concerned with the safety hazard of the drain of power (on battery/alternator) if both units are involuntarily running full power, if not able to pull over and shut off car. The car has now stalled once while at a traffic light, following the onset of this problem.]I took the vehicle to my mechanic and was informed of a voluntary recall and presented with the paperwork. Campaign ID#: P3104 - Voluntary Service Campaign Audio Finisher Circuit Board. Applied Vehicle: 2003 G35 Sedan (V35). Dealer Responsibility. After numerous times being told (via phone call) that there was no recall, I informed the dealer (Warranty Manager) that I was looking at (and citing from) the voluntary recall paperwork. After spending much time on hold, the Warranty Manager confirmed the recall. I was ultimately informed that my vehicle did not fall within the VIN #s for the first 23,600 vehicles built. Therefore, my vehicle did not qualify for repair under the recall. I was told that there was nothing I could do under the parameters of this recall. I asked for a quote for the repair. Estimated: $700 parts and labor. When I asked if there was anything else I could do, I was suggested to file a complaint with Consumer Affairs. So here I am.

Since first week of ownership, Crossover SUV (JX35) has been in the shop at least 20 times, last time for 30 days. Multiple Electrical issues, Gas tank issues, Transmission slipping, Key Fobs replaced and reprogrammed 2x, Window disconnected, DVD Headrest and Entertainment issues 2x replaced, Stereo system replaced twice, New bluetooth and microphone 3 times, All cameras had to be realigned after failing 3 times, Stereo changes channels on its own, Car found running in a parking lot, 3 times back gate lifted on its own, once car was found off but jamming out to heavy metal on XM radio -- when no channels were ever created (I was not in the car), brakes squealing and rumbling at 15 k miles. Have to turn car off and back on at stop lights to make stereo system work. Navigation system issues, Weather system issues. Only maintains 16-17 mpg even on long road trips. Twice Consumer Affairs/complaints contacted. First corporate person had two pages of notes while riding for 2 hours together. Now new person assigned. Said car was fine. This is a top-of-the-line $58,000 Crossover. I purchased May 2013. It has 19 k miles.

So I bought a 99 Infiniti G20 with only 80,000 miles on it. I knew it needed TLC however, I had no idea the manufacturers decided to no longer make important safety parts and the dealers offered no choices other than go to a junkyard. Any intelligent person knows some things you shouldnt ever purchase secondhand!!! I was going to buy a newer one when my son graduated HS however, I no longer want anything to do with this vehicle. I have found few and far aftermarket items. I cant believe an axle assy more specifically the kingpin bearing is nowhere to be found. I AM AT A LOSS FOR BOTH ME AND MY CUSTOMERS ATM!

Im in the used car business for over 30 years. We sell on average 60 cars a month. I bought this vehicle 6 months ago for my wife for her birthday. She rides in the same car for 2 years or more as I do too. I noticed online that Infiniti has had a big problem with 2012 Infiniti QX56 white and some consumers are getting Infiniti to fix them. We took hers to the dealer last week. They kept it for 3 days. Then they called and said that there was nothing they could do. the vehicle was 1 owner with no accidents when I purchased it for her. Im sure they refused because its not titled in a individuals name.It would be one thing if I had it on my lot to retail. I have a lot of friends call me and ask whats a good vehicle to buy. Through the years I have taken many vehicles to new car dealers cars that I bought to sell that they did customer satisfaction work on. After this Im done suggesting Infiniti automobiles and I will tell them all how I was treated by them. Also there is a class action suit in the works over this which I will be joining against my good judgment. Lawyers always get the money but I want Infiniti to pay.

Re: 2014 Infiniti QX60 – MILEAGE 21213. Let me begin by saying I am a loyal Infiniti owner. I purchased a 2013 JX35 from Infiniti of Lynbrook and every experience with them was professional and delightful. Their customer service was exceptional. The only reason why I went to Infiniti of Manhasset is because Infiniti of Lynbrook didn’t have the vehicle that I was interested in purchasing. I assumed that I would receive the same great service at Infiniti of Manhasset so I took a chance with them. I am sorry I took a chance with Infiniti of Manhasset and regret purchasing my vehicle with them.On December 5, 2016 I visited Infiniti of Manhasset interested in seeing and test driving the above referenced vehicle. I was introduced to Michael ** the Used Car Manager and I explained that I was approved by my credit union and I had an Infiniti JX35 before so I was interested in a QX60. He introduced me to the Sales Consultant Benjamin **. Benjamin ** accompanied me on a test drive and we walked around the vehicle to check for dents, scratches and any other issues the vehicle might have had. It was approximately 8pm at that time and dark outside making it impossible to see all the issues the vehicle might have had.I told Benjamin ** that I was interested in purchasing the vehicle and the negotiating began. Michael ** explained that there was an $850 “Dealership Fee” and was insisting that I allow him to run my credit through his banks. I explained that I was approved and had no reason to run my credit again. Furthermore, I was unwilling to pay the $850 “Dealership Fee” and I wanted to know why he was so adamant in wanting to run my credit through the banks. Michael **s tone changed to an aggressive manner and he started explaining to me that he wasn’t making any money off of me! He said that he had many hits online for this vehicle and didn’t need my sale. I could take it or leave it. He was going to sell that car. He said the $850 is his commission and the Banks give him a kickback with every inquiry. I told him that I was in the process of purchasing a home and that I didn’t want my credit run again and that I wanted to negotiate the car price based on the listed online price $33,489. In the end $33,249 was agreed upon in addition Benjamin ** and I noticed the vehicle had a small dent and chipped paint in two areas and it was told to me that that would be fixed by Thursday December 8, 2016 when I pick up the vehicle at 11am.Moving forward to Thursday December 8, 2016 I arrive at approximately 2:30pm with my husband Marcus **. We take a look at the vehicle and there is dried gum on the back passenger side of the vehicle, the cup holders were filthy with a blue sticky paste and it was apparent that the car was NOT detailed it had been washed but no special attention was taken to present this car to its new owner. A careful review of the vehicle in the daytime revealed that the rims on the vehicle are scratched and dented. I did not notice this discrepancy on Monday December 5, 2016 when I originally saw the vehicle. I explained that I was unhappy with the rims on the vehicle and my husband asked if they could take clean rims off of another vehicle and switch my rims. Michael ** explained that he could not do that and back in the aggressive, condescending, rude tone he had on Monday said that fixing the rim would cost him money and he wasn’t doing that. He said that he would have the rim detailed the same day that he would have the chipped paint fixed. But he wasn’t spending any money to fix the rims because that wasn’t discussed on Monday. I told him that Benjamin and I didn’t see the rims because it was dark in the parking lot and that shouldn’t matter. My husband explained that he could lose the deal over a rim and again Michael ** went on to explain, continuously mentioning that he could sell this vehicle to someone who was not present in the dealership with a check ready to purchase. Michael ** repeatedly expressing how someone else could purchase this vehicle made me feel as if my money was not wanted or needed in your dealership. I was not applying for a loan I walked in with money to purchase this vehicle outright. Your Used Car Manager made me feel as if my business wasn’t wanted. Could it be because I am **? Was he speaking to me in a rude condescending manner because he could care less about his customers? It is unprofessional to tell a customer that you are not making any money off of them! I believe he made no effort to correct the paint job prior to pick up, I believe he didn’t ensure the vehicle was detailed prior to the 11am pick up time, I believe he saw the rims were scratched and dented but could care less because I am a ** Woman. I am sure if I were a ** Woman he would have never spoken to me in the manner in which he did.Michael ** made me feel like he could care less about my bank check. That I wasn’t important because if I was he would have walked through that vehicle himself to make sure that it was at Infiniti of Manhasset’s standard! His condescending tone made me very uncomfortable and I spent the entire evening regretting my purchase and wishing I went back to Infiniti of Lynbrook where I had purchased my 2013 JX35 two years prior. No one should be left to feel like they are less than or unimportant. When Michael ** left Benjamin **s office we heard him telling the other Infiniti employees that we were complaining about the dented rims and that he wasn’t going to fix or change any rims laughing about it like if we were a joke. This infuriated me! He could have at least waited until we left before he chose to talk about us. The Sales Consultant Benjamin ** was very helpful. He test drove the vehicle with me. He went through all of the vehicles features and he explained that he would handle scheduling my future maintenance appointments. I will never purchase another vehicle from Infiniti Manhasset. As a Correction Officer I fully intend on expressing my horrible experience with this dealership to my co-workers to ensure none of our over 9,000 Officers never have to deal with this type of disrespect. I fully intend on communicating with Infiniti’s corporate office and consumer affairs about my experience with Infiniti of Manhasset.

I own a 2004 Infiniti G35 with 46K miles on it. The car is not a daily driver and is maintained immaculately. My engine has just suffered a catastrophic failure where a bolt inside the short block backed itself out and caused severe damage to the crank, block itself, sprayers, pistons, etc. The repair is costing me over $6,000 and when I contacted Consumer Affairs, they were not interested in hearing any of my issues and were not ready to stand behind their product. I even mentioned to them that I currently own 2 Infiniti cars, the G35 and a QX4, and that I have even owned a third product in the past. The whole process has left a sour taste in my mouth and a deep hole in my pocketbook. I wasnt expecting Infiniti to cover 100% of the damages, but was hoping to get some compensation.
