I am the owner of a 2007 G35. Out of nowhere, my engine blew on the freeway at 60K miles. I have worked on cars my whole life and serviced this vehicle properly. The warranty on it is 6 years 70K and it gave out on the 7th year. They denied my case. I talked with a variety of representatives for a MONTH and got nowhere. I bought an Infiniti with the belief that this was a quality car... What a disappointment. Unbelievable how fixing (or not fixing) an engine for a longtime Nissan/Infiniti customer is more important than keeping my business and the business of every single person I know. Luckily, I regained control when the engine gave out. Imagine if I didnt. Imagine if my wife and daughter were in the car. Despicable. Please contact me before you EVER think about buying a Nissan/Infiniti.

I recently purchased my 2003 Infiniti G35 Coupe with only 66,000 miles on it, thinking Ive got a great deal. Well since day one of the purchase of this car, I have had problems with the radio and the air controls, as I see everyone else has with these cars. At first, my radio would not work at all and the air is stuck on auto 75. Now day to day, its a surprise every time I get in my car, whether the radio is going to work or not. When it does come on, however, I can only control the volume from my controls on my steering wheel. This now seems to have gone into a further problem which i have read also from another persons statement about the battery. It has now since 2 days ago, it started hesitating on starting as if the battery were going dead. All my lights come on in my dash and I have to restart my car to get them to go off. This seems to be a very big problem with these cars and under warranty or not, I think this issue should be addressed and corrected by Infiniti. With so much going on, I honestly dont even feel safe driving this car because from the other statements, it seems to start just as mine has and goes into something even worse. So what will it take for Infiniti to correct this problem? I am very disappointed.

Infiniti manufactured a faulty dash in the Infiniti fx35, which bubbles and cracks (after your warranty is up). Infiniti knows the material is damaged at my fault to the customer. Yet they will not pay for $2500.00 repairs. Infiniti will not discount the repair. However certain customers have been granted this courtesy. I guess Infiniti appreciate certain customers more than others. I have filed a complaint with them as well. There has to be something that can be done... I will never purchase another Infiniti!!

What I did learn from this experience is that I would not consider purchasing another infiniti.

I wish I had found this website prior to conducting business with Infiniti. I agreed to a 39 month lease agreement. The sales rep told me since it is a lease vehicle and it will show under Infiniti, they take care of property taxes etc and I would only pay the monthly payment which is link to my bank account for automatic deduction so that I will not be late. I was wrong. WARNING: PLEASE BE VIGILANT if you have an account with Infiniti especially MISC charges.I had a parking ticket in Arlington which is $50. I paid for the ticket. Apparently Infiniti gets the notification also. Instead of investigating into the ticket, they ALSO paid the ticket and added the charge under MISC $50.00+$20.00 (20 is the admin fee since they paid the ticket). I called to dispute it. I spoke with several individuals and supervisors over several months. The supervisor spoke to me a condescending tone. Instead of objectively looking into the charges, they repeated what previous employees have noted in the system regarding my account. THIS GETS BETTER..I had to called Arlington Treasurer with the ticket number and guess what.. my account showed two payments (one from Infiniti and one from my bank account). The representative from Arlington also stated they mailed a check back to Infiniti which they CASHED. Now I have to prove to Infiniti that I paid. After the confrontations, they also reported to Credit Bureau that I was late on my December 2013 payment and it showed on my account. I had to dispute that too since bank statement showed Infiniti drafted payment successful on time. I am confident that this one is intentional. This is really frustrating to the point that I just want to pay for all the charges and return the car. Thankful, I only have one month left. I will never buy anything from Nissan again. I will be legal actions even though dealing with them is extremely painful but if I let this go, this will continue.

Temperature control unit - A/C turns itself on at highest speed and becomes stuck. I can feel the effect/pull that this has on the engine. Also, audio unit screen goes blank while playing and cannot be adjusted or shutoff until engine is turned off. Both units, inoperable. Problem sometimes ceases and sometimes persists with engine re-start. [Im also concerned with the safety hazard of the drain of power (on battery/alternator) if both units are involuntarily running full power, if not able to pull over and shut off car. The car has now stalled once while at a traffic light, following the onset of this problem.]I took the vehicle to my mechanic and was informed of a voluntary recall and presented with the paperwork. Campaign ID#: P3104 - Voluntary Service Campaign Audio Finisher Circuit Board. Applied Vehicle: 2003 G35 Sedan (V35). Dealer Responsibility. After numerous times being told (via phone call) that there was no recall, I informed the dealer (Warranty Manager) that I was looking at (and citing from) the voluntary recall paperwork. After spending much time on hold, the Warranty Manager confirmed the recall. I was ultimately informed that my vehicle did not fall within the VIN #s for the first 23,600 vehicles built. Therefore, my vehicle did not qualify for repair under the recall. I was told that there was nothing I could do under the parameters of this recall. I asked for a quote for the repair. Estimated: $700 parts and labor. When I asked if there was anything else I could do, I was suggested to file a complaint with Consumer Affairs. So here I am.

Infiniti has so many options to choose from. They are affordable and dependable. The sleek design and high end features make this brand unbeatable. It is top of the line quality and if you dont like any of the base models you can definitely customize it and make it your own. They have tons of features and add-ons to choose from. Also, even if you get a two door you will still have lots of room for that additional person. Not to mention the trunk space. And the SUVs are super roomy and comfortable. You really cant find any other brands quite like Infiniti and I love it. I would recommend this car company to anyone looking.

I have leased two vehicles from Infiniti, a G35 and a G37. I had no problem when my lease was up on the G35, because I went right into another lease on the G37. I leased the vehicle for 39 months. At the end of the lease term I opted to return the car to the dealership (March 2014). Several months after I turned in the car I received a bill for $300.00, which they said was for processing the return of my leased vehicle (which by the way was in excellent condition and only had 26K miles on it)... Well, okay, so I paid that. I get home from work yesterday to find a letter from a collection agency. It seems that Infiniti sent me to a collection agency for $59.23 that I owed them for the personal property taxes on the car for January - March 4, when I returned the car. One would think that after having a 6 year relationship with Infiniti - paying my payments in a timely manner and ALL personal property taxes that I had to pay to them, someone would pick up the phone and make a phone call to verify that I had received the bill for the $59.23 in personal property tax that I owe them. But no, they just sent me to collections. I JUST received the actual bill from Infiniti a few days ago. I would like to just say, Thank you Infiniti and I will not ever consider leasing or buying another Infiniti again! I am not sure why after 6 years they would think that I would not pay the $59.23 in personal property tax that I owe. I paid them thousands... crazy!!

I bought a 2000 Infiniti I30t on 9/6/2011 as is but within 2 days, the cars check engine light came on. I thought it was simple so I took it to a certified and well-known mechanic in the city. They cleared it and said the car is fine but a few days later the light came back on. The real problem with that is with the check engine light on the cars transmission behaves weird and the engine revs without the car moving after its been driven for a while. The mechanics did not want to charge for just driving the car for a few hours to replicate the issue so they gave it back and said if the light comes back then we have a bigger issue at hand. They told me to check out Consumer Affairs to see how I can go about handling this issue.

This is by far the worst experience I have had at any dealership. It started off from day one, when they tried to talk me out of buying a car up north because of snow, knowing all along that their car had a ton of snow damage on it and they tried to claim it was an Arizona vehicle, which is false.Pictures of the car were not how the car was when we flew in to see the vehicle. Sales Rep Derrick had to go and check what happened to the chrome and why it was painted. Then he had the audacity to state that he told us that before we flew out there. Then why do you look surprised and have to go ask someone why the car was changed??Car had been driven almost 2K miles over what the ad stated, then they told us (after we bought the car) that it was a manager demo and was also driven back and forth from AZ to Colorado. They also voided warranty on the vehicle, and the local Infiniti dealerships would not touch the vehicle because Coulter Infiniti caused red flags because of so many errors they put in the system when doing service on the car.Sales Manager Branden ** is by far the rudest and shadiest person I have ever come across at a dealership. Under carriage of the vehicle, it looked like it went majorly off-roading, and should have over 150K miles on it, but it had 40K. Again, coming from Branden, this car is in mint condition. Do you not even clean cars you sale?Infiniti should be ashamed to have this dealership represent them.

I own a 2004 Infiniti G35 with 46K miles on it. The car is not a daily driver and is maintained immaculately. My engine has just suffered a catastrophic failure where a bolt inside the short block backed itself out and caused severe damage to the crank, block itself, sprayers, pistons, etc. The repair is costing me over $6,000 and when I contacted Consumer Affairs, they were not interested in hearing any of my issues and were not ready to stand behind their product. I even mentioned to them that I currently own 2 Infiniti cars, the G35 and a QX4, and that I have even owned a third product in the past. The whole process has left a sour taste in my mouth and a deep hole in my pocketbook. I wasnt expecting Infiniti to cover 100% of the damages, but was hoping to get some compensation.

My Infiniti 2003 G35 audio finisher circuit board is defective, which causes the audio and temperature controls to be inoperable. Nissan North America/Infiniti Division issued a 2003 G35 Sedan Audio Finisher voluntary service campaign, but is only covering sedans manufactured up through August 21, 2002. When I called to take steps for the repair of my 2003 Infiniti G35 sedan, I was informed my car was manufactured in December of 2002, and was outside of their voluntary service campaign, even though the defect is a known problem to the 2003 G35 sedans. I am concerned for my driving safety, knowing the AC/Heat is running full blast for the duration of my drive. I commute at least 500 miles from Monday-Friday (not including weekend driving), and I know this will put a huge strain on other mechanical systems in my car, and I can only imagine my time is short, before my entire car is rendered inoperable. Without Nissan honoring this repair, or until I can afford to repair the defect myself, my car has no value even as a trade in. I will never buy another Nissan/Infiniti product, and will start my own personal campaign to convince other consumers, not to buy a Nissan product either.

Infiniti USA has thumbed their nose at the malfunction of OCS system in 2009 vehicles, ours is a G37. When the OCS is not functioning it turns off the airbags when a passenger sits in the passenger seat. They do not care that your life and the life of your passenger (my husband, my grandson, my mother, my daughter) is at risk for serious injury or death as a result of their negligence. They are negligent in that Infiniti knows very well they have a problem with this system not working as intended when purchased (easy lookup on internet of many owners having this same problem) yet they only recalled back to 2010 to fix the OCS thus requiring 2009 Infiniti owners to fork out $6400 to replace their defective design or not fix and run the risk of death or serious injury. I have called Infiniti USA and their response is this vehicle has no recalls end of discussion.Every owner of a 2009 Infiniti that has problems with the OCS not functioning and turning off airbags when anyone (even my hand) touches the passenger seat should not accept Infinitis answer and file a complaint with their Attorney Generals office and NHTSA. I was involved in a motor vehicle accident in June of 2016 and was in a 1999 vehicle... Had the airbags not gone off as intended I honestly do not believe I would be here writing this today so I am very aware of how in a blink of an eye you can be plowing into a vehicle and your only line of defense is working airbags. It is morally incomprehensible of Infiniti to not care for the lives of their customers (or should I say some of their customers).Knowing this I will never purchase another Infiniti and suggest you do the same because somewhere down the line you may have a problem that is not your fault with your expensive Infiniti and it may be one that could determine your safety and the safety of your loved ones and you will have to deal like the rest of the 2009 customers (victims) with absolutely no help from Infiniti.

A customer for 14 years. Leased 5 cars through Infiniti and all I can say is... They have no loyalty and dont seems to give a ** about you as a customer. They misapplied a payment to someone else account ruining my credit score 30 days before I was to close on a house. That started a snowball effect of wrong information and just bad customer service and took 4-5 months before it was cleared up and corrected by the Credit bureaus. After all that I still considered getting another vehicle through them...Being the victim of misinformation once again from one of their customer service supervisors. Multiple attempts to resolve and salvage our relationship were met with nothing but long at min 20-30 min hold times. Leaving messages with supervisors that never get back to you. They just dont seem to care. After being a customer as long as I have been they can suck it. Ill just take my business elsewhere.

I bought a 2003 G35 Sedan in 2012 from Beshoff Infiniti in San Jose. The sales guys were cool from the first meet. However I test drove the car and everything appeared to be fine, radio came on but I couldnt try the disc player being I didnt bring a CD to the dealer. However, after my happy purchase of my new affordable luxury ride, when I got home I wanted to listen to my cd in my new car. I slid the cd in only for it not to be able to go in the dash said it was a error. I instantly called back up to the dealer but of course they were closed. I got in touch with Rick at the dealership and told him that my radio wasnt working when I left and he advised I bring it back up there. I brought the car back the next day didnt even own it for a whole 24 hours yet. They took it to the service area in which they had me sit in a room to tell me my circuit board is going out and it was recalled but I would have to pay for it well over $1200 to fix a radio that was supposed to work when I bought it. I told them that I just drove off with the car and its no way I should have to pay for it. I asked to speak with Rick in which they said he wasnt there and neither was anyone else I bought the car from. So I never got the radio replaced. Now its 2014, I have no radio and I refuse to pay for something that should have been fixed due to manufacturing problems Infiniti is already aware of. You would think they would slash prices being they know the cars are worthless junk. However they hike them up and never mention any possible problems.. I was driving on the freeway Saturday doing about 70 miles per hour and my car lost all power with no warning. The driver behind me veered and hit another vehicle. I totally freaked me out, I could have been killed. I find out the sensors that was recalled, can make this happen and that Infiniti knew of this. I called Consumer Affairs in which they stated my car had 4 recalls and one was the sensors in which was already repaired once. I explained that its happened again and I almost died in which the response was well its nothing we can do and I would have to pay. WITH ALL OF THIS, I AM DONE WITH INFINITI. I DONT EVEN WANT THE CAR ANYMORE.. I HATE I STILL HAVE PAYMENTS. IT SHOULD DEFINITELY BE A LAW AGAINST THIS DEATH TRAP..

Now, they say they arent going to do anything. My tough luck. I am an attorney and I have already filed suit in West Virginia. While some car companies offer several options across a few class of vehicles, Infiniti had a fairly wide selection that ranged from coupe to SUV. I went in knowing what I wanted, but I was a repeat customer for an SUV. The G37 coupe I purchased had a great design, both outside and inside. Considering its size, I was very satisfied with the room inside. Im a larger person, but it was more than enough for me. I would highly recommend this dealer and model. It was one that I plan to go back to later on. There werent as many upgrade options as some of the luxury car companies, but it had just enough of the necessary options. About 8 months ago I leased a QX30 because I have friends who love Infiniti so I was excited to give it a try. This car is a DANGEROUS vehicle. We went to the dealership to try and get out of the lease and roll into something else because they asked us to come in and talk after I emailed my disappointment. All they were concerned about was trying to fleece us out of more money, not help us solve the problem. Here are just a few of the issues with this car: motor shuts off when you come to a stop so that when you try and go out to make a turn, it bogs down and delays (I have almost been hit because we live on a busy highway). The visibility is so poor and there are no added mirror insets on the side view mirrors to help with this problem. When you come to a stop the a/c shuts off and when you go it turns back on except blows hot air, auto door locks with key fobs dont work properly, it will not pair well with my iPhone (apparently has compatibility issues), back tailgate does not always unlatch and is heavy. I was told these parts are made by Mercedes with an Infiniti logo...if it were Infiniti I would be ashamed to have my logo on this car. I do truly hope no one is hurt in this car, myself included.Guess my husband and I will have to continue to draw straws to see who has to drive this plastic heap of junk each day until our lease is up. We were given the opportunity to test drive a QX60 and it was so nice and quiet and drove like a luxury car is should. But then they decided to try and really stick it to us because if you are extremely disappointed, they really dont give a darn. Hopefully we can stop anyone else from making the mistake of purchasing this vehicle and after our experience today, they dont get a good review on customer service either.

I made an appointment for the dashboard recall for my 2005 Infiniti FX35. I arrived at the Long Branch, NJ Service Center early for my appointment, and received a loaner car. Within an hour, they called me to come back for the vehicle. Mind you, I live 40 miles away from the nearest Infiniti dealer. They told me I need to come back and make another appointment when the dash comes in. I asked them why would they have me come in for nothing then. They stated that we need to see if its normal wear and tear, or warranty. I said that If its a recall, then it should be replaced either way. They said, not if its normal wear and tear. It was a total waste of time and every time I go in there they want to charge for something. This time they tried to hit me with a $120 evaluation fee. I will never buy another Infiniti again! Also, they will not cover paint chips I have all over my front bumper. The paint just keeps peeling off and it looks like crap. Its a 50K vehicle, new. There is no reason why this should not be in the recall as well.

I took my car in to the Plaza Infiniti dealership to have recall for airbag replaced which I was told would take 2-3 hours. I was provided a loaner car. Mechanic called 5 hours later requesting if I wanted additional work done on car. My flood light changed, and that they had completed the recall and just need to place the dashboard back on. I didnt receive a call back that day on Monday. I called, left advisor voicemail to see if car was ready. The next day on Tuesday no one called and I called several times and left voicemail. No one return my call. Wednesday around noon advisor called and advised that my dashboard had been damaged during replacing recall, and the dashboard was on back order and I would get a call when it comes in. I was like really, no one advised me this on Monday or Tuesday, these huge hole like the vents in dashboard.Consumer Affairs with infiniti has been no help. There are others waiting on dashboard replacements since back in March. Nowhere in the recall letter do the alert this could possibly happen to your vehicle. I am seeking justice because this is not right. I also called a dealership who advised that the dashboard for M35 has been discontinued. The part is not even in production so how are you promising consumers that this will be fixed.

I like a nut not only did I buy one Infinti (QX60) but I bought the second one, a G37. The QX60 a week after I bought the Gas gauge was reading Zero mile with a 1/4 tank of Gas. I got told it was bad gas, then I was told Im driving down hill so that affects it. Then I was told the Infiniti corporate had to assess the SUV. It took them 2 tries and they replaced the entire Gauge system. Then I had issues with the Transmission. Took it countless time and they kept saying that the software needed to be upgraded. After filing a complaint they replaced the Trans and it took over 9 months to get it done. Then I bought a G37 certified. I thought buying a certified would get me a better value and it would be reliable. It started to leak Differential fluid. Was told the Diff overheated and it leaked fluid. Then the Tires got a nail and they refused to fix them, when they said that it was covered under the maintenance. I have to say the SERVICE FROM INFINITI IS POOR AT BEST. IF YOU CALL INFINITI CONSUMER AFFAIR AND GET AMANDA HANG UP and wait the 30 days and get someone else. If you ask for a manager and Tommy. Hang up as he will give you lip service. Buy a Lexus or Acura!!!

I have a 2008 G37 under warranty until 9/17/2012. My drivers side floor was experiencing a leak. When I went to the Infiniti dealership of Manhattan, I was informed that the car door had either been worked on or it had been into an accident (an accident on the top of the front door? Pretty sure the Mr. ** was making up excuses to charge me). Mr. ** then proceeded to say that the window is not put in the right spot and is very complicated to get it fixed. The cost was going to be $285. I declined as I see this as red flag. He then told me I have to pay the $139 diagnostic fee, which is unacceptable. I was in no mood to get cheated as I see this as one. I then told him I did not have the means to pay for it. Luckily, he was nice enough to take care of that for me. This company policy practice is unfriendly. How can a luxury brand like Infiniti have such poor customer service?

I purchased my 2013 JX35 in August 2016 from Infiniti South Atlanta with almost 50k miles on it. I received the pre certified warranty was not offered any other warranty on the car leaving with the impression I did not need any other warranty. I have brought my vehicle for the required maintenance and oil changes. I received calls monthly asking if I would like to trade my car in because of low mileage and excellent condition of the vehicle. The answer is always no. Fast forward to December 2018. My driver side headlight goes out. I take it to the dealership to repair. There is a leak that has caused the headlight to go out. It is not covered under the warranty. The cost is 2k parts and labor. I was beyond shock.Today, I called consumer affair to discuss this defect and obtain some type of assistance. She took my information down and placed me on hold for about 5 to 6 minutes. She came back and stated that I do not qualify for Goodwill assistance because: I have only owned by vehicle for 2 years. I have only spent roughly $500 with them. I have only had 1 Infiniti vehicle. So basically, they refuse to help me because I have kept my vehicle in great condition and only needed to bring it in on the required maintenance schedule and regular oil changes. I asked to speak with someone else. She pretty much told me the buck stopped with her. I will never buy another Infiniti again. Horrible, horrible!

I, too, own a 2003 G-35 and have had the expense of $670 to change out the radio circuit board. The repair shop tried to go through Infiniti but my VIN was outside of the range of the recalled vehicles. I think it is ridiculous that with the volume of complaints, Infiniti only chooses to replace a few. The problem was not limited to this specific range of vehicles as can be seen in the many message boards that continue to be the voice of many dissatisfied consumers. I really want Infiniti to make it right with the people who purchased their product and now, have had to be out the expense of the repairs. I really loved this car and would have been an Infiniti customer for life but this is just too much for anyone to just accept. Stand by your products and reimburse people for the money they have had to spend to fix this problem in order to be able to operate their vehicles safely!

Infiniti has sedans, SUVs, and huge SUVs. The sedans are a bit flashy, I loved the feel of them but they made me feel old! Haha! But I had loved the Infiniti QX4 for a long time before I bought one. I was having a new baby and I wanted a safe form of transportation. My QX4 had all the fun and luxury features I was looking for - heated seats, sun roof, and a nice look to it. I loved it. It was basically a suped up pathfinder, but the colors I just loved. I had a two toned QX4 and leather interior. It lasted me a long time. When I bought the truck it was as is, no immediate personalization. But I had a few things done to it, tinted the windows and changed the interior. My truck was good for a family of four, lots of storage and room. I probably would have liked a third back seat, but then I would lose storage space.

Im in the used car business for over 30 years. We sell on average 60 cars a month. I bought this vehicle 6 months ago for my wife for her birthday. She rides in the same car for 2 years or more as I do too. I noticed online that Infiniti has had a big problem with 2012 Infiniti QX56 white and some consumers are getting Infiniti to fix them. We took hers to the dealer last week. They kept it for 3 days. Then they called and said that there was nothing they could do. the vehicle was 1 owner with no accidents when I purchased it for her. Im sure they refused because its not titled in a individuals name.It would be one thing if I had it on my lot to retail. I have a lot of friends call me and ask whats a good vehicle to buy. Through the years I have taken many vehicles to new car dealers cars that I bought to sell that they did customer satisfaction work on. After this Im done suggesting Infiniti automobiles and I will tell them all how I was treated by them. Also there is a class action suit in the works over this which I will be joining against my good judgment. Lawyers always get the money but I want Infiniti to pay.

We bought our 2008 G35X new. At 23K miles (mostly highway), we started getting warning lights for VDC off, slip and brakes. It was still under warranty, so I took it to the dealer (Dorschel Infiniti of Rochester) who said they had to charge me for the inspection if they couldnt find anything wrong. After inspecting, they said the only problems were that the rear pads had only 2mm left and the fronts 4mm. They strongly recommended a brake job for $379 per each axle. I was an automotive engineer for 20 years so I questioned this, but was told that 25K miles was normal for rear brakes and 27K miles normal for fronts. Given the long and horrible history weve had with this dealership, I was more than a little skeptical.I contacted Infiniti customer service, who told me that 30K miles was normal brake life and they werent going to do anything. She also said that she just had a similar complaint, so she recently checked into it. When I told them that they were about to lose a customer, the rep asked if there was anything they could do to keep us. When I said, Yes, replace my brakes, she said they wouldnt because brakes are wear items and arent covered by warranty at all.

I have had my Infiniti convertible in for service 4 times now due to the cables breaking when opening and closing the top. The most recent repair was today after I opened the top for the first time this year. The dealership explains the problem to me and how this is unique. But each time the cause is something different (broken clips, sync issue...). But now the car is out of warranty and it will be my responsibility if it happens again. Trust me when I say, It will happen again. The cable design is not a good engineering solution for moving a heavy hood. Probably why the auto makers do not implement it. In April 2014 I leased a brand new Infiniti Q 50 for 3 years (39 months). During the lease I maintained and serviced my Infiniti Q 50 exclusively at the Infiniti dealership where I purchased it. At approximately 24,000 miles I replaced all four tires. In June 2017 I turned in my vehicle, One month early and with 35994 miles, 3000 less miles than I could have used. I had the salesman who had sold me the car look at it and he thought it was in very good condition. I had never been in an accident with it or run into anything. I read the excessive wear and use explanation and thoroughly went through the car myself. The only thing I found was road rash on one of the tire rims, and a very small dent (a quarter) on one of the doors. No paint was missing/damaged.Later that week I asked my service personnel to retrieve a copy of the inspection on the car. I received it and waited for my final statement. I was not purchasing another Infiniti or having another lease. I think this is noteworthy. I immediately sent a check for my last months lease payment and the disposition fee and tax totaling $824.19. This statement from the actual inspection state chargeable and non-chargeable items. In the chargeable item column the curb rash $55, Front bumper $80, and right front door no paint needed $88. Totaling $223. Non-chargeable damage included the hood at $116 and the rear bumper $10. They noted all the tires were OK. Total for all damage was $349.When I received my statement from Infiniti their itemized wear and use was $1132 plus 6% tax 67.92 = $1192.92. They are charging me for wear and use on both rear tires which have less than 12,000 miles on them, scratches on the front bumper and the wheel (this charge is the only one thats exactly like the estimate that the third-party inspection gave $55). Theyre even charging me for a manual that I personally checked and was there $15 Ive never even taken it out of the car. All the charges except for the wheel are massively inflated and I feel like Im being taken advantage of because I didnt buy a new car from them or lease another vehicle. I would be willing to pay the $349 from the original inspection which is probably fair. Please help me. Ive called them, spoken to supervisor, emailed them my copy and I never heard back from them. Now its almost time for the money to be due and Ive been messing around with this for two months.

The car lives up to all internal an external expectations. The quality of each accessory of the car and its internal parts speak very high of the car industry in general. You can fit 2-6 people in this car comfortably. Lots and lots of leg room and each seat is heated when its cold and cool to the touch when its hot out. The safety features rank 1 in the future car industry. Lexus, Audi, Buick cars that I felt would live up to my expectations of cars in the future didnt make or meet my approval.

I bought a 2013 G37x and have not enjoy it... I feel I made a bad deal and Im paying the price for it but even worse, Infiniti cant help...of course. Ive leased with Honda, Nissan and said to myself two years ago, let me try a luxury line...so I chose Inifiniti. The car is great but the deal was not (2 years with 10 miles/yr at 429.00 monthly payments). Im glad it was two years because I want to get out of it fast since I cant enjoy it because Ive run into the mileage limitation. Now for the good part... I didnt know that theres a disposition fee after the lease expires; a way for dealers to keep you locked on their cars. Im more frustrated than ever...but a lesson to learn from: know your deals and dont get into something fast. Do your research. Yeah, people gonna say I made a bad deal and now hes complaining... The worst is when a dealer cant help you. Infiniti turns their back after they have your money...so no more Inifiniti for me. If money is all they see and care rather than customer satisfaction, then why should I continue with Infiniti? SO to sum it up, I have not driven my car for the last 3 months and will remain this way until December because of the mileage limitation...so dont get caught up on with a low mileage deal.

Ive spoken with the local dealership, corporate, been bounced around to Nissan, sometimes been told nobody knows which other part of the company is sending these, sometimes promised resolution, and at the end of the day continue to receive their BS. Most recently they had the audacity to send me a mailer with a business card inviting me to contact them at the local dealership personally. I am a SEVEN-TIME Infiniti owner. On 11-9-19 we leased a new Infiniti QX-60 from Infiniti of Columbus in Dublin, Ohio. We traded in a 2017 QX-60 coming off lease. One week after the trade in, we received a bill for $2,493.84 from Infiniti Finanacial Services, due immediately for payoff on the OLD lease, which contractually the Dealer was to have paid off. I tried to reach our salesman Stephen ** by phone several times that day, with NO return calls. I then emailed to Mr. ** as to why our now turned in vehicle had not been paid off. He replied by email that their finance/accounting department had told him that the check had been mailed. 10 days later on 11/25/19 I called Infiniti Financial Services who stated that NO payoff check had been received.I again emailed Mr. ** our salesman who again stated that he again checked with accounting who yet again verified the check had been mailed. One week later on 12/2/19 I again called IFS who again stated that no check had been received. I agained emailed and called our salesman repeatedly who no replies this time. I then called the Sales Manager Radu ** at the dealer who said he’d immediately resolve the issue. 3 days later I again called IFS and no payment had been received. I multiple times emailed and called the Sales Manager Radu ** with no replies. On 12/5/19 I then called the Finance manager Mike ** who proceeded to sort the issues out. The next day he got back to me on 12/6/19 and told me the check was NEVER ISSUED as the salesman had told me, until 12/3/19 and that Infiniti Fine isl Services had LOST the check. On 12/7/19 I received a collection letter from IFS, at which time I called Infiniti Consumer Affairs to assist with my payoff issues and lack of customer service from the dealer. I again spoke with Mr. ** the finance manager on 12/9/19 who stated he would overnight another payoff check. That same day I received a call from Austin, a Regional Manager for Infiniti Consumer Affairs in Nashville who stated he would also assist in resolving this matter. On 12/11/19, I spoke with Austin again, as well as an IFS representative who stated BOTH the lost check and the replacement checks had been received and who emailed me a payoff letter. On January 4, three weeks later I received a NEW collection letter from IFS for the original amount as well as a check from IFS for the same payoff amount made out in my name. I called IFS, who stated the account was now in collections with the loss recovery department which was closed on a Saturday. I again called Infiniti Consumer Affairs and requested that the case be re-opened. On Monday 1/6//20, I again called Consumer Affairs as Austin had not called despite my leaving several voicemails at his direct dial number. They connected me to him, and he partied me in with IFS and then the Loss Recovery Department. Austin refused to stay on the line as he was “too busy to continue helping” and stated he would call me in follow up 2 days later. I then spoke with Frank ** at Infiniti Financial Services loss recovery department with my attorney listening in, and Frank proceeded to laugh as he reviewed the case facts. Upon his review, and after spending 75 minutes on the phone with multiple people, in addition to over 4 hours spent on calls and emails prior, Frank proceeded to tell us that IFS had refunded the second payment from the dealer to me instead of the dealer, and simultaneously referred me to multiple collection agencies (several of whom had called me already earlier that day). Mr. ** explained that he indeed could NOT avoid the check erroneously mailed to me and that I had to deposit the check, and mail a personal check along with the bill and collection notice to pay off the 2017 Infiniti, and stated he would no longer pursue collection of this account and refused to e-mail me confirmation of this or our discussion. The next day on 1/7/20 I deposited the erroneously issued check from Infiniti for $2,493.84 and simultaneously mailed a personal check for the same amount via Certified Mail, return receipt requested.Austin, from Infiniti Consumer Affairs called me once on W. 12/8/19, while I was on an emergency phone call. I am a physician and was unable to take his call. Less than 60 seconds later, I called Austin back at Cinsumer Affairs and again left multiple voice mails with NO return call. I hope anyone considering owning/leasing an Infiniti will give second thoughts after reading our horrible saga of repeated failures at giving proper customer service at all levels of management.

I was told the tech would have to call Infiniti on how to handle the transmission this time around. I have made a complaint with Infiniti Consumer Affairs but have not received a response yet. I purchased the flagship Infiniti QX56 on March 27th 2017 from an Infiniti Dealership here in the North East. As of today I havent even put 2500 miles on the vehicle and its been the dealers service 3 times. The A.C. fan coupler and battery drain issues. The battery was just installed by the previous owner in 2015 at an Infiniti dealer and clearly reads that it has an 84 month warranty. However, Mandie from Infinitis North East Consumer Affairs Region stated that the battery warranty was only good for the prior customer and does not carry over to me. I would have to purchase a new battery from them for the tune of $180.00. My dispute was it made no sense because if a battery installed by the dealer with a clear record of warranty from Infiniti who cares who owns it 1st, 2nd or 3rd. The warranty should cover the battery not the person. Im not the only person having these battery drain issues and Infiniti is well aware that their vehicles are doing this. A lot of the online blogs Im reading is that the Infiniti has been experiencing issues with their batteries lasting 2 years max then they start dying. I think they should be investigated.

My EX 35 has 55k miles. Steering makes groaning/thumping sound when turning right and going over bumps. Took it to dealership (Lupient in Minneapolis) and was told this is due to problem with steering box and will have to be replaced at cost of $2,100. Asked about warranty and was told steering was out of warranty at 50 k miles and that existing drivetrain warranty (6 years or 70k miles) would not cover. Was told to contact Infiniti consumer affairs. Did so with same result. Steering is most critical system on a car (as wings are to airplanes); this car has not been abused and Ive never encountered such a problem in any of the ten cars Ive owned (4 of which have been Nissan/Infinitis). Ive found internet references to this problem with this car - this must be a manufacturer defect. I purchased a used 1997 Infiniti J30 and 2 weeks after buying it, I noticed one night that the car had trouble accelerating. I just bought my 2004 Infiniti G35 with get this, only 4K miles on it. The elder lady who drove it before leased it and never drove it. So I have been super happy with the car. Its sexy, it runs great. It has all the bells and whistles brand new cars have coming out today. So cut to the chase, I walk to my car that is parked in front of my house to hop in and run errands. My neighbor is talking to me but I am in a hurry so I just start up the engine. It revved but didnt turn over. No problem, probably didnt hold it long enough. Nope, keeps revving but no turn over. I am thinking, I have gas in the car whats the problem? Maybe a little air in the line sure give it a little gas and it will start. I am telling the car took a 180 from hell and went from being the easily start right up smooth ride to the rev it up like its a freaking 1960 bug engine and then proceeded to smoke. Yay! So naturally I turn the car off immediately (mind you I just paid my car payment lol) and proceed to figure out how I am going to resolve this issue. I called the dealership and was put on hold for forever then It went to voice mail. Called again and a lady picked up. She seemed nice but ended up being a peon robot worker bee. I told her my situation and she said the next available appoint is August 14th. I said that is in 9 days! Can you make an exception, I have to go to work tomorrow and I would at least need a rental car. No sir, but would you like me to make you the appointment? Yeah, that robotic. So I got the manager on the phone and he gave me a couple farm out mechanics and I got on for the next day at 9 am. It is the night before so I got the tow set up and the rental car situation all worked out. I am going to have them look at everything and I am going to pick my next fuel pump, and have them look at my engine because I can tell me motor mounts are loose and my Transmission likes to jump out of first gear a lot as well. I saw that there was a recall for the fuel pump and called Infiniti affairs. The lady took over 30 minutes to find my car and proceeded to tell me that there is no recall and to talk to the dealer. Then she told me there actually IS an AIRBAG recall. Okay great, so glad I called in otherwise my airbags wouldnt be functioning and they said they didnt tell me because I was not linked to my car. So all of you out there reading this, make sure you called Infiniti affairs 1 (800) 662-6200 and make sure you are attached to your car so you will get the recalls. Most Infinitis have a recall of some sort. I will also get my dashboard looked at as I see there are a lot of complaints about that. I would also note to take your car to get serviced at an actual Infiniti dealer. You cannot trust anyone else. If anyone has any questions comments or any advice that would help me with my 2004 Infiniti G35 feel free to email me at **. Thanks for reading!

I live in the San Bernardino Valley where the temperatures reach an excess of 106F. I frequently visit my daughter who lives in the high desert of Adelanto with similar temperatures, and I travel to Arizona where I have family. In July I was sent a recall that indicated my passenger airbag inflator has the risk of rupturing, resulting in metal fragments striking the vehicle occupants causing serious injury or death in areas with high levels of absolute humidity. For that reason, I have limited my life, and refrained from having passengers in my car because clearly I care for the life of others more than INFINITI does. I contacted INFINITI today, and to no surprise there is still no repair, or solution in sight. This is my first and last. Toyota is where I should have stayed. L60, here I come.

About a 45 days ago I took my 2009 Infiniti g37 convertible, market value of car $17500 to Passport Infiniti of Suit Land Maryland for repairs on convertible top not operating. The service department checked the top out and said total cost to repair top would cost $8900, to my surprise I debated the cost and indicated to the service manager the car was not in a accident. How could this be possible? I stated to the service manager I found the hydraulic motor for the convertible top for a price of $750. He replied they change out every part related to the hydraulic motor hose lines fluid everything. I stated, This is ridiculous and how can you pick up the phone and call a customer and tell them the cost to repair your top will be $8900 and the vehicle is only worth around $17000? Of course I got the same response.I also stated, The replacement engine for the car that propels the car down the street at 150 mph would only cost $5000, please explain to me how the motor that raises the convertible top cost $8900? Crickets. Any way I end up taking the car to Germain Auto Group of Springfield VA. They fixed the top including the parts for $1900. Now you see why I had to blog about this. Oh and by the way I called Infiniti Corporate. They were not forth coming with any solutions other than trading the car in. Go figure. Nice car, bad custom service company. If youre thinking about buying a convertible hardtop Infiniti g37 be aware if something goes wrong with that top the cost to fix through Infiniti is all most impossible.

Paint clearly was defective and started showing and cracking in few spots just about the 4th year. Wrote to them to get someone to check it out... It took a while for a supervisor NOT to bother but to call and deny the coverage. I read that paint DEFECT is well beyond the basic warranty, however, even after my calls, anyone bothered to have me take it to a dealer to look at, although a dealer I service the car at, advised to call them originally as he was sure it would be corrected! Should have bought my son a Kia or Hyundai!!!!!

My 2010 Infiniti G37 suddenly developed severe cracking of the dashboard as well as stickiness. As the original owner, my car has only 44,000 miles and has been meticulously cared for and garage kept. Upon researching my problem, I discovered that this is a widespread issue well known to Nissan/Infiniti in the past. Despite offering replacements and extended warranties for previous years, they continue to sell the same part that suddenly deteriorates at about 50,000 miles, lasting just long enough to be out of warranty.I have complained to Infinitis corporate office and BBB, but since it is out of warranty and not enough people are reporting this problem in my year vehicle as of yet, they will not help with the replacement of my dashboard which they estimated would cost $2,300 to $2,400. They claim that they are committed to providing the highest levels of product quality and customer satisfaction. This is clearly not the case. I will never buy another Infiniti. I hope that others will also come forward to report this problem.

We have had so many problems with our 2013 JX35 and are so disappointed in
We have had so many problems with our 2013 JX35 and are so disappointed in the quality of this car. It started with airbag problems and being told by the service department that it was operating normally. We took pictures and videos of the way it was operating and still we were told it was working as it was designed to. Finally looked up recalls myself and found where a recall had indeed been issued. I called our service advisor and he was totally unaware of this. Sad that a customer has to bring such an important matter to the people we trust with servicing our cars. When Infiniti of Gwinnett obtained the new part, it was installed but we continued to experience the same problem. We took the car in again and they said they had made an adjustment and we should have no more issues with it. Nope, problem was still there. Again we took videos and pictures for them. We were informed that everything had been checked and it was working as it should. Frustrated, we bypassed the dealership and reported it directly to Infiniti. Infiniti did send a company engineer to look at it. When I met him at the dealership, he immediately started lecturing me as to the dangers of airbag deployment, how it was the last resort in a collision, etc. He even showed me a 5-minute video describing the danger. I again stated that I knew the airbag wasnt operating correctly because it would go on and off intermittently. He said it could be from the way we were sitting in the seat. Sounded a little ridiculous to me, as if they were just trying to make a different argument every time they were challenged. I said I would not drive the car unless it was fixed. He did some calibrations and we have had no problems since. Other issues with the car includes leak above drivers door (tube running down from sunroof was not connected at the factory). Rubber on passenger side roof line came out (also done improperly at the factory), entire piece of the side where it was coming out had to be replaced and repainted. Have a continuous rattle coming from around the sunroof. We have had it in the shop no less than five times and is currently there again. We are being told that the magnets between the cross bars and the sunroof are too small and they are going to have to replace them. This last time a representative came and rode with me so they could verify the rattle. It was noted by her and taken to the dealership. They called three days later and said it had been fixed. She was on her way to drop it off when she heard the rattle so she turned around and took it back. Currently, I have not had my car for over a week. Also while they were trying to locate the problem, they found a loose bolt in the console (again something not done properly at the factory). It speaks to the amount of time that my car has been in the shop when they are coming to me to pick up the car for repairs. This last time they brought me the QX60 as a loaner car. I noticed immediately that the transmission is much smoother on it. My JX acts like it is always searching for the right gear the tach revs up and drops quickly and revs again. I talked to them about the significant difference and the mantra was Its operating as it should. They stated maybe the CVT may have been tweaked some on the newer cars. Its very obvious to me that this car is a lemon. Dealer said they could do nothing for us as far as replacement. The General Sales Manager said they could possibly give us the trade in value and sell us a vehicle (if the salesman agreed) at dealer cost. He stated that was as much as they could do so therefore, I am going to file paperwork under the Georgia Lemon Law. Bottom line, I strongly suggest that the Infiniti JX35 not be purchased. It is also worth noting that they have replaced the JX35 (after only one year) with the QX60. Rebranding maybe? Could it be due to problems with the JX35? Just very odd, dont you agree?

I love Infinitis. They run well, comfortable, and are stylish no matter what year or model. They have something for every taste and are not prone to a lot of mechanical issues and gas efficient. Its a compact car with the feel of a luxury sedan heated seats. It has a backup camera, tinted windows, a bose sound system and a decent sized trunk. The front seats are comfortable and the back seat sits three people. It also has beige leather seats with back seat storage. The newer models have other nice upgrades, but I like the factory features that are in my car.

It has been nearly 2 months since I have paid off my auto loan with Infiniti on a 2008 G37S, and they have not sent me my title. I have called and called, and no one has a clue: (a) where the title is, (b) when I can expect to receive it, and (c) what the problem is. They are completely inept. Everyone I talk to tells me something different. One person told me that I overpaid (the payoff amount I was given) by $650, and that they would mail me a refund check. I have not received that either. The reason why I paid off my loan early was because I needed to sell my car since I was moving to Alaska. The person I sold the car to has had it for 2 months without me being able to provide them with a title. No one at IFS cares. Every time I call, they are trying to get off the phone with me from the beginning because they do not have an answer. I have asked to speak with a supervisor and they tell me this is not possible. So what do I do? Sue them? How can I make them give me the title to the car I bought from them? They cant get any more money out of me so they have absolutely no motivation to uphold their end of the contract and send me MY title.

This car has been a fun car to drive but the reliability has been a joke. Almost immediately after buying the car the window regulators were messed up and I had to pay to get them fixed. Now the CD player is messed up, its got some CDs jammed in there. And Infiniti is quoting close to $1500 to fix this? Are you kidding me!? These cars are junk. Might as well stick with GM cars. I recently purchased a 2008 Infiniti G35. It was in great condition all around except for some interior paint that was coming off on the inside door handles and on the steering wheel. I figured this was from normal wear and tear and I can live with it. I could possibly fix it up later down the road. Well after having the car for about a month, I noticed that I had paint coming off in my hands when I drove to and from work. I work about 11 miles from my home, only about a 15 min drive. Not far. The paint on the inside door handles and on the steering wheel was a rubber type of back paint, and it was literally coming off in my hands most of the time when I drove. Not normal wear and tear. I did a little research on this problem and it turns out this is a known problem with 07 and 08 and it was fixed in late 08 and 09 models. Great, Ill take it in since Im still under warranty and have them fix it. Before I take it in, I called Infiniti USA, their customer service number, and talked to a lady on the phone and told her about my issue. She told me that she has seen this before. It is a known defect, and to just take it into my local dealership and they will replace the parts. I read about this online and it was the answer I was expecting so I said thanks. The next day, I drove to Tim Dahle Infiniti in Salt Lake City. When I got there, I am told that this is wear and tear and is not covered. I explained that this is not normal wear and tear and is a known defect. He says he can no longer cover this issue, and when Infiniti has done it in the past, it was under a goodwill clause where they do it only for people that have had a long history with Infiniti. The service manager recommends that I contact Infiniti USA to see if they can approve it to be done. Well, I explained that I had already contacted them and they said to just bring it in. We gave them a call again. I get a different story this time, and have to file a request to have a specialist get back to me about this issue. About a week later, I get a call saying this will not be honored or covered under the manufacturers warranty. I specifically came from an Acura TL that I had previously owned to Infiniti because of this lightly better engine specs and on the recommendation of several friends and family members that have Infiniti, but I never had an issue like this with Acura. For a $40,000 car, you would expect a car dealer to honor the warranty that they put on the car, especially for an issue that is well known and documented. They even changed the interior paint in newer models so this problem doesnt happen anymore. With plenty of records online of people having this taken care of under warranty, I find it hard to believe they can do it for some cars and not for all. I am extremely unhappy with how this had turned out. I am hoping Infiniti learns from this and will cover it eventually but well see. For now, I will not recommend Infiniti to anyone again. If anyone knows of a way to convince them to cover this, or any other advice, I would love to hear about it.

I saw that it recently won the prestigious Wards Automotive top 10 engine in the world! I believe it. It has great acceleration, especially in sport mode. This thing takes off like a rocket. It even handles incredible in the turns too. This is also my first experience in an AWD car and I wont be getting anything else. For the money Infiniti is by far the best dollar for dollar value for any luxury brand. I would recommend checking them out!

After being informed that there was an extended warranty issued and Infiniti would fix my dashboard, I called, the representative told me to get a work order from the dealer and it would be taken care of. I got the work order and called Infiniti Consumers back. I spoke with a different representative and he said he would open a case and I should receive a call from someone within two business days. He also noted that he seriously doubted that they would do anything because the warranty expired in November 2012. I received a call that same evening. Of course they told me the same thing he said. I was told that they sent out letters from their office to many address on file. Which she couldnt give to me. That was strange. My address should have been updated in their system since I frequent the Infiniti Dealer for regular maintenance. I was also surprised that this was never brought to my attention by the Dealership. For Infiniti to be luxury automotive dealer, they dont value the relationships of their customers. I was never notified of this cosmetic issue and did not receive adequate details on why. This had really upset me.

My 2007 FX35, which only has 50K miles on it, has several cracks on the vinyl part. Per Infiniti dealer, it’s a wear and tear problem. How would a luxury car seat wear just around 40-50K miles on it! I bought a 2011 M56s. Driving to work one day my check engine light came on
I bought a 2011 M56s. Driving to work one day my check engine light came on and my car started jerking. So I drove to the Infiniti dealership to have it looked at... Found out the solenoid switch needed to be replaced. They replaced it and about a month later I started hearing this whining noise in the engine took it back to the dealership and they told me my timing chain could be bad. My question was why would that be and does that have anything to do with the solenoid switch they recently replaced. I was told, “No they have nothing to do with each other, but we will have to charge you 1400 bucks to look and see if the timing chain is the problem.” WTF… just to look and see. So I did my homework and found out a couple of people had this issue. Well the fact they lied about the solenoid switch and the timing chain didnt worked together - pissed me off because that was far from the truth. They actually work hand in hand to make sure that the oil is pumped correctly thru the engine. I called a friend of mine who is a certified INFINITI Technician in New Jersey and he told me not only does INFINITI know this is a problem, the technicians across the US knows this is a problem because the solenoid switch cant handle what it needs to handle. Once they goes bad that would cause you to have problems the timing chain - and if the timing chain cant be fixed, you ultimately have to get a new engine. Isnt that some stuff... Not only does Infiniti knows - the dealerships know as well. But the dealerships with put in on Infiniti and say it’s their problem. But you charge people to fix the solenoid switch knowing that he could cause a problem with the timing chain and engine. If you know it’s a problem why do you swap them out knowing it really doesnt fix the issue? This should be a recall issue for Infiniti, but then they tried to say I was out of warranty. The warranty is not an issue if you already know the part was going to be a problem when you built the car. How do I start a class action lawsuit for this…

Since first week of ownership, Crossover SUV (JX35) has been in the shop at least 20 times, last time for 30 days. Multiple Electrical issues, Gas tank issues, Transmission slipping, Key Fobs replaced and reprogrammed 2x, Window disconnected, DVD Headrest and Entertainment issues 2x replaced, Stereo system replaced twice, New bluetooth and microphone 3 times, All cameras had to be realigned after failing 3 times, Stereo changes channels on its own, Car found running in a parking lot, 3 times back gate lifted on its own, once car was found off but jamming out to heavy metal on XM radio -- when no channels were ever created (I was not in the car), brakes squealing and rumbling at 15 k miles. Have to turn car off and back on at stop lights to make stereo system work. Navigation system issues, Weather system issues. Only maintains 16-17 mpg even on long road trips. Twice Consumer Affairs/complaints contacted. First corporate person had two pages of notes while riding for 2 hours together. Now new person assigned. Said car was fine. I own a 2006 Infiniti G35 that I purchased new. It now has 136,000 miles on it. I brought it to my dealer about 2 years ago when my doors had rusted and were replaced under a special extended warranty. At that time, I showed them an issue that I was having with my hood. When you raise it, it catches on the corners, in both corners near the windshield. Raising the hood has resulted in bending the corners of the hood and the quarter panels, resulting in paint chipping and rusting. It looks terrible, plus it’s often hard to raise the hood. The dealer told me that this resulted from having service at a non-Infiniti dealer, and that they did not lube the hood hinges as they were supposed to. I have never in my life heard of such an issue or service requirement. This issue is all over the Internet. Its just a very poor design in either the hinges or the hood/quarter panels that should be admitted to by Infiniti. Owners should be provided with restitution in terms of repair and resolution of the problem. I was at a service garage today and the mechanic said that every G35 he has serviced has had the same problem. Is anyone aware of a class action suit regarding this issue?

Last year I purchased a one owner 2008 G35 with 35k miles on it in Jacksonville Florida. The original owner kept all maintenance up to date and took it to the dealership they purchased it from. I have babied the car, always park in the shade and always use a sun visor. After one month of owning the car, the dash started cracking around the air vents and near the radio. I have also noticed the dash is lifting on some corners around the hood over the instrument cluster. I immediately reached out to the Infiniti dealership it was originally purchased but was told there was no recall or anything they could do unless I wanted to pay out of pocket.I have read in several forums that this has been an issue with the G35s. I also read there was class action lawsuit filed for Florida but owners had to have submitted their claim in 2017. I hoping there is some kind of assistance in this matter. It is very disappointing that a luxury brand, Infiniti would not stand by their product with a known defect.

I purchased a used 2007 FX35 in 2010. During the past year, I have replaced the battery, front brakes, tires, two taillights, had several pieces of plastic trim in the vehicle just pop off, short in the taillights, cam sensors went out, starter went out and it had a hollow noise in the engine under load that service could not identify. It was towed three times in a two week period, one during a vacation five hours from home. I had to pay two deductibles during that time and Fresno Infiniti overcharged me, stating they could not reach the warranty company on a business day during business hours. Convenient since I then had to pay out of pocket to get home and contact the company on my own. Customer Service was no help and the rep even stated she is her own boss and there is no one else above her to contact for resolution. It has 55,000 miles. Extremely unreliable vehicle and extremely ineffective customer service at Infiniti Inc.

The steering on this car randomly starts turning left and sometimes right.
The steering on this car randomly starts turning left and sometimes right. It is NOT an alignment issue, the car literally makes a left turn if I do not hold on tight to the steering wheel. If I do let go, it will turn left across the highway just as if I turned the steering wheel to make a left turn. A few times the power steering has gone out altogether and that was very scary (if an auto-turning car isnt scary enough). The problem, though regular, is intermittent and the 6 or 7 times I have taken it to Infiniti, they have been unable to duplicate the problem. I have shown them multiple self-shot videos of the car turning by itself but they claim the car is working as designed and will do nothing about it. This IS A KNOWN issue and many others are complaining of the exact or similar issues with this car but it is clear that Infiniti chooses to wait for a few deaths or a class action suit before they do anything. This is my 4th and final Infiniti. I just want them to buy the car back because they obviously do not know why it is happening and they refuse a buyback, claiming the car is operating as designed. Its unimaginable to me since I feel my life is in imminent danger every time I drive it. Infiniti is a BAD company! I thought they were good but they are not. They are fine if everything goes well but when you need them to back their product, they do not. I paid $54,000 for this car, it only has 6K miles on it and it has been in the shop about 7 times and will go back when it starts doing it again. I can only hope I can get it there while the problem is happening because Infiniti is clearly denying the existence of any problem. I feel SO ripped off by this sleazeball company. 54 grand and Im totally screwed! I have contacted an attorney and they will pursue it but I also want Infiniti to pay the price by EVERYONE knowing what a scumbag company they really are. They would rather me die than get my dangerous car off the road. The problem still exists and likely will not go away and neither will I. Stay away from Infiniti!

I purchased a brand new 2013 QX56 from Holman Infiniti in Maple Shade, NJ.
I purchased a brand new 2013 QX56 from Holman Infiniti in Maple Shade, NJ. Within two months, the car started having issues. The car would simply lose all acceleration power and shut down. This happened first time two months after vehicle purchase. I called Infiniti Roadside Assistance and got it towed back to the dealer. Since the car was so new, Infiniti flagged the car and sent out their own engineers to look at it. Decision was made that it was a defective throttle chamber and the part was replaced. Exactly a week after getting the car back, it did the same exact thing. Again, Infiniti Roadside Assistance towed the car back the dealer. This time, both dealer mechanics and Nissan engineers said we have no clue what the problem is, though the error code thrown by the car was the same as last time. So they said they were going to keep the car for a week and drive it around with a data recorder attached to try to reproduce the problem. Of course, the problem could not be reproduced, so they gave me the car back with the data recorder attached in hopes that when it happens again, it would tell them what the issue is.On top of all this, second time car was towed, towing service damaged the vehicle. The whole front end of the car is damaged with a hole in the hood of the car. Initial estimate is over $4K worth of damages. Dealership initiated a damage claim with Infiniti Roadside Assistance. Their claim company sent me a letter requesting more documentation, which I sent to them. I even got a confirmation letter that they have all the info. I never heard from them since. Claim company Infiniti uses Agero, who does not return my phone calls. Finally, I filed a complaint with Infiniti Customer Affairs, got contacted by their rep who said she would take care of this. Guess what, nothing is happening. At one point, Infiniti customer affairs rep said that Agero is saying that they have no record of me ever making a claim. So now, I have a brand new expensive vehicle which is unreliable and damaged with Infiniti not caring at all. Last time I buy Infiniti and would never recommend their vehicles. Keep shooting yourselves in the foot, Infiniti. For a company trying to make a name in the luxury vehicle market, you should be all over your customers trying to help them.

Infiniti was truly remarkable. The car I got had a beautiful exterior, nice navigation, cool tires and great selection of colors to choose from. It can hold up to a max of about 2000 lbs.. Its strong too and one of a kind. I would recommend this brand of cars to anyone looking to purchase a fancy car. It offers a lot of fancy top notch vehicles that are not too high in price. You are also able to customize your car or pimp it out (however you wanna phrase it) in any way like and it doesnt take very long.

Day one of ownership of a QX60. Blind spot monitor light goes on and off whenever it wants. We Drove three hours back to have them look at it. They told me to go home and enjoy my new car. Telling me they cant fix anything that isnt coding. I had to take pictures to prove the light would flash and come on because no one would believe me. It cant code if it truly thinks there is a car there that it sees, even when Im on a two lane road and there isnt a car there.Forward crash warning turns itself off when it wants. Many phone calls and I just keep getting brushed off. Two months later it finally codes. They took three weeks to try and fix, but after 2 years and numerous trips back, its still not fixed. We would find it sitting outside in back row at the dealership and not even being worked on. Yet they had it for about three weeks.Brake issues, pedal makes noise. I would push the brake and when I release the brake it would make a noise. Yet they promised they would take care of me and make everything right and is at the highest standards. haha Id hate to see low standards. My service dealership that I take all our vehicles to for oil changes, tells me I have a head gasket leak. I said I have always smelled antifreeze and told the deal I purchased from all the time. They just blew me off like I was just complaining about nothing. Today I was told by my Infiniti dealer that it is normal for all Infiniti to have a head gasket leak. Yes thats right it IS NORMAL for that to happen. Cabin seal on drivers side had pulled out first time I washed it. Paint on rear tail gate was repainted because the paint was bubbling from rust.YES we supposedly purchased this car bran new. Please if anyone else has experienced any of this please contact me. I really dont need to deal with all this stress. Its physically making me sick. I think when flood waters went through Des Moines Iowa my car may have been too close and received some damage that no one is admitting to. This flood was before I purchased the car. Yes I have contacted the BBB and the attorney generals office.

I specifically told the salesman when I made my test drive appointment that I havent been in an Infiniti in years and that I wanted to test drive a car and see if this might be of interest to you. I also advised that I didnt have much time as I had to get dinner home to my family but I wanted him to give me a few lease numbers to look at and think about over a few days. I had to repeatedly tell this salesman that I was not buying a car that night and that I wasnt going to make that decision without thinking about it and discussing with my spouse. His response was, Cmon man, I have to make two deals tonight. Rather than providing me with some numbers to think about and offering to follow up with me in a couple days, he repeatedly kept making offers which I had to repeatedly say, Im not buying a car tonight! After saying no about 10 times, he said ,Cmon man, youre killing me, I have to get rid of a car tonight. Never once was he interested in what I needed and what I was looking for. Since when did I stop in to a dealership to help out a salesman hit his goals?! Im there to shop a car that I might be interested in and needed some time to consider my options. After coming back with deal after deal and pressuring me to buy the car, I finally just walked out of his office because he obviously didnt care that I didnt have much time, that I repeatedly said this is something I need to think about and discuss with my wife, and that I needed to get dinner home to my family. On my way out the door, I looked at the receptionist and said, You guys just lost me for life. She said, Youre kidding. I said No, Im not. At that point, I made the decision that I would never be coming back to this dealership to buy an Infiniti. At that point, a gentleman came running out to my car and banged on my window as I tried to pull out. I rolled down my window whereby he said, Im the general manager, what happened, what happened, what happened? I said, You want to know what happened? I specifically told your salesman what the purpose of my visit was tonight. It was to test drive a car and get some options to think about. I liked the car and would have most likely come back later this week to make a purchase. I said, I didnt appreciate the hard sell and the fact that the salesman wanted to make me feel like I had to help him out. He then kept saying, What happened, what happened? I said I had no interest in being pressured 12 different times to buy a car when I was clear what my position was. He said, You dont understand, I have a certain number of cars that I have to sell. I said, Its not my responsibility to help you sell your cars. He then replied, Well, if you werent going to buy a car tonight, then I never had you anyways! I then drove off.Are you kidding me? The GM of the dealership is telling me that well I never had you anyways? This entire experience was the worst car dealership experience Ive ever encountered. Since when did it become all about, I have to make two deals tonight and cmon man, I have to get rid of a car and I never had you anyway? Whatever happened to listening to the customers needs and then seeing what you can do to oblige with their situation and what theyre asking for? If this salesman would have simply listened and understood my needs, then he would have given me some options to consider and asked if he could follow up in a few days. I loved the car and was convinced I was coming back to buy but I just couldnt do it that night! Now, as a result of this experience, not only will I never buy from Lake Norman Infiniti, but I never want to buy an Infiniti, period! Your general managers approach and comment about never having me anyway sealed the deal for me. As far as Im concerned, he represents the Infiniti brand and if this is what your brand is all about, then no, thank you. As the general manager of the most prestigious private club in Charlotte, I will be certain to share this experience with as many influential individuals that I can. This was borderline harassment and was an embarrassment to the dealership and the Infiniti brand. I respectfully request a phone call from a senior officer within the Infiniti corporation to further discuss.

Ive never heard of a car company that likes to screw their customers as much as the Infiniti car company. Before buying any Infiniti thats before 2021, you should know that if you get one with a panoramic roof it doesnt open. Who invest money in a panoramic roof and doesnt allow it to open? You should also know that if you ever want to get Apple CarPlay, or whatever the Android version of that is, you cant. Infiniti decided to be the only car company that would not allow compatibility with any aftermarket product. If youre OK with all of that, then its a very beautiful car. If beauty is all you are looking for and not a car that actually makes sense or a company that likes their customers, then this is the car for you.

Over the last 2 weeks I have developed several bubbles on the dash of my Infiniti FX35. I had previously noticed just a couple bubbles in a inconspicuous area of the dash, so I didnt think too much about it. Since over the weekend they spread like wildfire. I looked it up on the internet - it is a known defect of the adhesive. I promptly called Infiniti Consumer Affairs and they have refused to fix the problem or make right by it. They stated that my warranty was up in May of this year and stated lack of Customer Service Loyalty. Translation: I havent been to an Infinity dealer for service which would prove I am loyal, weak argument. I explained that is because the closest dealer is 40 miles away and I have a mechanic for routine maintenance. I also explained I never received notice of this known defect. It didnt matter to them. I will NEVER buy Infiniti again and STRONGLY recommend you dont either. Their poor customer service doesnt deserve anyones loyalty. Ill go back to Lexus!

The company offers different variety of models so you can find one to fit your needs no matter what your priority is when buying a car at a worthy price for a great traveling vehicle. I wanted something safe to get me from one place to another and the car I got is very sleek and looks very fancy - like the bat mobile but safer and kids love it too! Theres a variety of colors available for inside and outside of the car and its easy to identify in a crowded parking lot. It fits about as much as most small cars - two in front including the driver and 3 in the back. When necessary it can fit more realistically.

I purchased my 2014 QX60 after thoroughly researching all mid sizes luxury SUVs. I have always driven a Toyota so this was my first experience owning an Infiniti. The car worked beautifully for 18 months. THEN... Car starting having start up issues on July 2015. Several times a week it would take 3-4 tries to start the vehicle. I presumed it was the battery. At that time the dealership jump started my battery which they said was still good and told me to drive my car more often. Lol! Then several weeks later problem with starting the car returns. I hold off on bringing the car in until September when the car does not start one morning. Infiniti road service jumps my car and the dealership agrees to replace my battery. Three days later my car stalls twice while driving the car in reverse and the power steering fails while vehicle is in drive. Took the car in the next morning (Monday) and they checked it and said everything seemed fine. :(LUCKILY while pulling the car back from the service garage the car stalls for the service technician. At that point I was given a loaner vehicle. During this visit they noticed that a wire was loose underneath the car. I believe it was the body control module wire that was loose. For this visit they really thought they had the problem solved and return the car to me the following day. Four days later the car stalls again while driving and does not starting on the first try. I returned it to the dealership and got a loaner for the second time. During this time they replaced the hybrid battery as well as the key remote battery and they even replaced the new battery just to make sure all batteries were new at the same time. They kept my car for 2 weeks just to be sure it was fixed.Four days later car takes 3 tries to start so I take it directly to the dealership and got another loaner vehicle. During this visit they have been replacing both the hybrid computer and the body control module computer. They have had my vehicle for 3 weeks. The vehicle is still not working so now they think they will replace the harness! Oh and by the way, while the vehicle was at the dealership for 3 weeks parallel parked in an unofficial parking spot in a lot that is overcrowded. Yesterday a delivery truck backs into my vehicle and now the side bumper needs to be replaced. I have never has this kind of experience with a car in my life. My first Luxury vehicle is my least reliable car ever. I have started the buyback process with Infiniti and I will do my best to warn others to not waste their time or money on these cars.

Back in July my wife and I leased a 2014 Infiniti Q50 sport. No problems with the purchase everything went smooth. On November 19th she was destroyed by a school bus. After a few days I was told the car was a total loss, Safeco prompted me not to make any more payments as they had already got the payoff amount. I went to Infiniti to see what my next step was. I was told bring up your license plate and registration and they would put me in another car since our lease was so new. I ordered a new car to be delivered to the dealer along with a $500 deposit. After a few days I was told we were not approved? I was never told my credit needed to be run again. The salesman ran our credit knowing the other car was not off the credit yet? So infiniti and Nissan ran our credit twice knocking down our score more. It took three weeks to get our deposit back for some strange reason. When I offered to supply a co-signer I was told our name could not be on the car. We decided to call Nissan/Infiniti and we were told wow! They were shocked at how we were handled and said they should have put us in a new car and transferred everything over, she also told us they were independent dealers and try a different dealer. My wife and I called another dealer and I told them my story and he responded with I can get you approved .. no problem. I assured him I did not want my credit run unless he could assure me it would work. The salesman said fill out credit app and I will have you approved within a couple days. 10 days later and Im calling him trying to find out what is going on, I took into consideration the holidays and waited until today. Finally he responds and tells me sorry we cant help you because you were turned down at another dealer? I responded with I chose another dealer for the way I was treated. I am now waiting for a phone call back from two hours ago. I was told twenty minutes, I also e-mailed the customer service and got an automated response that it was received and have not heard back from that... 5 days ago. So now I have 4 hard credit inquiries not including the ones we got at the purchase! Completely Frustrated!!

I am a third time Infiniti buyer and third time was not the charm. My car has been in the shop 5 times in the first 14 months of ownership for brake noise. Noise which is loud enough to be heard inside the house when I enter or exit the driveway. Excuse after excuse from the dealer with no real resolution. First, it was a pin, then a hose and now a spring. I have to fight to get them to reproduce every single time. Ive been told they squeak when theyre cold then they squeak when theyre hot and finally its not a safe issue. When I opened a case with customer service, what a joke. I called 4 times now, twice spoke to the rep and twice left messages. Not a single thing done as a result of my case being opened. The quality of the interior is awful. Leather seats cracking after just a year, silver trim nicks with the slightest pressure. Every silver panel on my car has dents and scratches - looks terrible. The dealer replaced one of them as goodwill and a day later, there were already two nicks on it. The new panel is worse than the old one. I am very frustrated, I wish I had never bought this car. Buyers, beware.

Bought a new 2011 QX56. Had multiple issues covered under warranty. Thinking I got a lemon! Recently, my wife got stranded on the side of the road with our kids due to another poor quality issue. I paid to have it towed to the dealership where I purchased it. The vehicle has 79K miles. I was told it needed a timing chain and sprockets or a long block. 5K to 12K to fix. Called Infiniti which took a week for them to open a customer care claim and assign a rep to review and follow up. Was told it was out of warranty and there was no support offered. Escalated it to Nissan corporate, which took another 5 days and was told the Qx56 had performed to Nissan’s standards 70K miles and Nissan would not offer any additional support. The corporate rep was correct. Not a lemon, just unreliable and overpriced! Nissan has changed the name twice but it is still the same company making it. Based on all the customer complaints online this is a common problem! I have other choices and will not purchase anything else from Nissan or Infiniti! I hope my bad decisions help you make a better choice!

I own a used 2003 Infiniti G35, unlike many of the other problems people have posted about the newer Infinitis breaking down, this ones a little different. I am truly sorry that so many people have had so many problems with this car company, I mean look at their rating. I am giving 2 stars ONLY because before this I really havent had many issues with the car besides for regular maintenance. About a week ago my car started to stall out on me, the steering wheel would lock up and my dash slip and VDC off lights would come on. It would also be a challenge to get it restarted, a few minutes setting did the trick. The first time it stalled was on the highway, which was extremely scary and luckily I was in the right-hand lane and able to pull over to the side of the road. The reason for this review is because I brought my car to my local mechanic as quick as I could, he checked it out and told me I needed both of my Camshaft sensors replaced. A whopping $792.60, mind you I am 23 years old, thats a lot of money to me. Its a lot of money to most people. I did some research and found out that The 2003-2008 Infiniti G35 models were SAFETY recalled for these exact sensors. So I thought to myself how great it was that I could bring it into an Infiniti shop to have it fixed for nothing, since it is a SAFETY recall, and there are no time limits on getting a car fixed for SAFETY recalls. Apparently I was informed that the sensors for my car were discontinued 5 years ago, which was 2010, meaning only 7 years later did they stop fixing this particular safety recall. I was told that they could not work on my car because they could not get the INFINITI sensors and they could not work on my car with the aftermarket sensors. That is ridiculous, what if someone rear-ended me at 70 mph on the highway and killed me because my car stalled and died? Have people been injured by this before? Do owners of Infinitis of certain ages not matter anymore? Do they only care about the people spending 40 and 50 grand on the 2014 and 15s? I have called and was told that my car is no longer under warranty, obviously, I knew that. But like I said earlier SAFETY RECALLS do not have expiration dates because they put peoples lives in danger. So I had to pay the $792.60 bill to my mechanic for something Infiniti couldve (shouldve) fixed for free. I have an open case for a call this Monday to see if they can reimburse me my almost 800 bucks for something which was out of my control. I was told it was highly unlikely because of my vehicles age. I would AT LEAST like to get reimbursed my 389 dollars for the parts. If I do not get reimbursed I am going to put a story about this into my local news station who specializes in things like these. Maybe theyll take interest and put Infiniti on blast to the world. How many people have they done this to? Have people been killed or injured because of them not fixing this SAFETY DEFECT? Not every 23-year old has $800 to fix their car and could take it from the mechanic without being fixed only to have it die again and may seriously injure them. This is completely irresponsible. Based on the companys rating on this site Im sure these complaints arent uncommon.

I have had 8 Infinitis in a row, mostly leases. The vast majority have been fantastic experiences. Recently, however, I am left looking for another brand after this lease has expired. I have had issues for over 2 years now with my map screen, radio, and bottom screen going out every 7 minutes since I purchased the vehicle. I have brought the vehicle back numerous time and they have replaced numerous components to no avail. Finally, the service technician figured out what the issue was and, after having my car at the shop for 2 weeks trying to get Infiniti to pay for the TCU, they finally figure out the problem.I contacted Consumer Affairs in hope of getting some fair recompense for my 2 years of inconvenience (I travel a lot in my vehicle, so every 7-minute glitch was extremely aggravating). They agreed to make 2 payments. I was hoping for quite a bit more, maybe I am being selfish, but I spent over 10k on this lease and never has it worked as it shouldve. I asked for them to pay the rest of my lease (10 payments left) or give me an incentive for my next vehicle, and got road blocked by the agent. Every time I called, it routed back to the same guy who would not allow me to speak to any supervisor or anyone other than him. Needless to say, I will not be leasing or buying another Infiniti. It was a great run, but all good things must come to an end I guess.

I got screwed by Infiniti. They sold me a wrecked QX56 truck as new. Really? How low is that? Sell a wrecked car as new? Wow, I am pissed and Im going to fight back. Do not buy Infiniti. I have contacted Sonic, Infiniti of Tysons Corner and their attorney and they are not responding in a timely manner. My safety, patience and goodwill towards the Infiniti brand are wearing thin. Please intervene before this situation becomes an unfortunate PR disaster. In October of 2006, I thought I was buying a brand new 2006 QX56. I paid market rate for a new car, not used and not wrenched. I would have never bought the car had I known it was damaged. Now I found out the car was wrenched, repaired and sold to me as new without my knowledge. I found out about the accident through Carfax in August 2012 when trying to trade in my truck for a new one due to some serious mechanical issues.Apparently, the car was involved in an accident strong enough to deploy the air bags and damage the axle. Jim Coleman Infiniti service record shows the car was repaired and serviced after the accident. I contacted Jim Coleman service department and they confirmed that the car was damaged and serviced by them prior to sending the truck over to Infiniti of Tysons Corner. I feel betrayed, swindled and cheated. They sold me a wrecked truck as new. Unacceptable, this is plain and simple fraud. I paid new car price which means I overpaid. I financed the car which means I paid extra interest on an overpriced damaged car. I insured a car that was not worth the price paid. It was over-insured. Upon trade-in, my trade-in value was depressed due to the fact the truck was in an accident. Airbag deployment is a serious accident with potential frame damage.Safety issue - The car was damaged with air bag deployed. Was the air bag replaced? Would it work now? Was I ever in danger? Was my family in danger? Over the years, the car rattled and vibrated at 60-80 MPH. The dealer’s response was to change tires. Over the year, the brakes would regularly perform inconstantly. My demand is a formal apology and replacement for a new 2013 QX56.

I bought a G37 Infiniti Coupe from Infiniti of Manhattan back in Nov of 2013. After a few months I realized my lower bumper paint was cracking in several areas. I contacted the manager ** and explained to him the issue - he then said bring the car back. I did drop the car off on June 2nd in 2013 and the car bumper was still a mess when we picked it up. ** then stated to me Bring the car back the following week and I will send it back to the body shop. I took my vehicle back and this was an ongoing issue which was never resolved by dealer. I then contacted Infiniti Affairs and made several complaints about this issue back then and still no help. I called recently on February 26, 2015 and spoke to a Claims Agent by the name of ** from Consumer Affair. She stated, I see this been an ongoing issue with Infiniti Manhattan. But Im sorry to tell you they are now closed but go to the nearest dealer in your state and have them take pics of the bumper. I did that the following weekend and went to Ray Catena in Edison N.J. ** a service adviser that assist me at all times took the pics. ** contacted me on March 2nd of 2015 saying Infiniti Consumer Affair Regional Manager came to an Agreement that my bumper isnt a manufacturer issue and they wont be covering my damages. She then went on to say she received the pics of the bumper. Ray Catena employee did state in the email with the pics it was a horrible job done. I then stated when Infiniti of Manhattan had my vehicle it wasnt a manufacturer issue then neither. So she stated they are out of business now and Its nothing we can do. I said thats very unprofessional of Infiniti a Luxury Car Brand to tell customers that they can assist them. She then said, I understand your frustration but the case is now closed. I totally lost it over the phone on her and tell her I wont stop here with this big issue. She then asked, Do you know what body shop your car was at in NYC? I stated, No check your files for my information. Im sure your company has all Infiniti of Manhattan customer files. Her response to me is, We dont have any customer files from Infiniti of Manhattan and maybe you should try to find the owner and he can better assist you. I said to her, Your attitude and poor judgment will help cost Infiniti in the long run. She stated, Well we have no files for them and there is nothing we can do, being that my bumper wasnt a recall. I said to her, I need to speak with your manager, she said to me I will send an email for one to contact you. Its been seven days to be exact as of today - still no call from Infiniti Management. I will be contacting Consumer Affairs again this morning about this terrible service Im having with them. I also have my packet from Infiniti of Manhattan stating the services back in June of 2013 that was performed horribly by them. So I have proof that Infiniti of Manhattan had my car twice and still did my bumper horrible. So being that ** stated Infiniti Consumer Affairs have no files for Infiniti of Manhattan Customers. Guess what - I have found my work order and I will move forward with my evidence and seek Legal Advice. I wont ever buy another vehicle from Infiniti again in Life and I wont recommend my family nor friends. Their Consumer Affairs Suck Majorly and I have read many other customers complaints about them as well. Thanks.

Infiniti is a good car for all. Foreign but still nice for the cost of parts. Would recommend to all anytime. Very pleased with variety options. The cosmetics and features for this car are wonderful and a small upgrade goes a long way for appeal and overall look of the car. Not that it needs an upgrade at all to begin with but personalizing a car is an amazing feeling. Also very slick and innovative design. Can come in 2-4 doors and a gorgeous car style. It is sharp, attractive, and great on gas mileage. It also has great lifespan for a car. Mine has 345k miles and still smooth sailing. 2-5 seats in the cars and extremely comfortable and safe. A lot of comfortable space and leg room for sure and much space for luggage and anything else you may think of.

I understand cars having some issues over time, but the dashboard on my FX35 is completely a manufacturing defect. And it has been proven to be a vendor/supplier issue across the entire Nissan/Infiniti brand. Florida just had a class action suit won against Nissan for Altimas. There were two before this won in different states against Infiniti. My car currently is waiting for the Takata Airbag recall appointment. Why cant they replace the dash when they remove it to replace the deadly airbags? I actually would be willing to help cover part of the cost of the new dash since they already will have to remove it to replace the passenger airbag. What it comes down to it cars are a BIG purchase for MOST people. German cars dont have sticky bubble filled melting dashboards, so why is this a problem for Japanese car manufacturers? If I remember correctly Toyota and Lexus have similar class action suits. I honestly feel that at the very least, these companies should in good faith repair the shoddy materials at 50% of the cost.

Infiniti Navigation System 2017 North America Map Version X9 - Horrible customer service, do not buy any map updates for these scam artist. I bought the 2017 update version of the Navigation system fully expecting that the newest section of the Grand Parkway SH-99 around Houston which opened in March and April of 2016 totaling over 38 miles of highway to be included in new update. However, to my huge disappointment after installing the new version on my Infiniti it was not. This was the largest new highway construction in the Houston Metro area in the last 20 years. How could they have overlooked a huge project like this? Totally inexcusable in my opinion. Their customer support refused to issues any kind of refund after explaining the situation nor would they provide a free upgrade for the following year release. Dont waste your money or time dealing with these people.

Gas tank cannot be fixed and does not keep track of the gas in the tank! Ran out of gas while driving. Infiniti does not think its a safety issue nor can they fix the car after 3 attempts and several more after that. Battery went dead after 8 months. Key could not be recognized after several remote batteries were replaced, OnStar button needed to be replaced. Kept calling the service automatically. Electric window button stopped working with window down. Door panel needed to be replaced. Need I say more?
