2025 Infiniti QX80

Find big savings on Infiniti Automobile(s) at Auto Helpers. Low Prices.

The 2025 Infiniti QX80 is a bold, full-size luxury SUV designed for three-row comfort, high towing capacity, and modern luxury — but it's not without its caveats.

Powertrain & Performance
The 2025 model debuts a new twin‑turbocharged 3.5 L V6 engine producing about 450 hp and 516 lb‑ft of torque, replacing the previous V8. It pairs with a 9‑speed automatic transmission and offers rear‑ or available four‑wheel drive. Towing capacity tops out at roughly 8,500 lb — besting rivals such as the Escalade and Navigator. Despite the greater output, 0–60 mph takes around 6.1 to 6.8 seconds depending on trim and drive configuration. Fuel economy is rated at EPA‑estimated 17 mpg combined (16 city / 19 highway) for RWD, and drops slightly with AWD. In real‑world highway tests, some models achieved as much as 23 mpg.

Luxury & Interior
The QX80 features premium cabin appointments, including semi‑aniline leather seating, open‑pore ash wood, metal inlays, and quilted materials on upper trims. First- and second-row seats offer heating, cooling, and massage functions — third-row heating is available as well. Ambient lighting with up to 64 customizable colors enhances the upscale feel. Interior space is generous across three rows, and cargo capacity ranges from about 22 cu ft behind the third row up to ~101 cu ft with rear seats folded.

Technology & Features
Dual 14.3‑inch dash-mounted displays serve as the gauge cluster and infotainment screen, while a lower 9‑inch touchscreen operates HVAC and drive modes. The QX80 introduces “Front Wide View” and an “Invisible Hood View” camera system to enhance low-speed maneuvering visibility. A segment-first Klipsch audio system is offered: the Sensory and Autograph trims feature the top-tier 24-speaker, 1,200-W system with Individual Audio zones so front-seat occupants can listen to different audio streams simultaneously.

Safety & Ride
The 2025 QX80 earned IIHS Top Safety Pick+. Standard driver-assist systems include forward collision mitigation, lane‑keeping, blind‑spot/intervention alerts, rear automatic braking, predictive forward collision warning, trailer blind‑spot warning, and more. The optional ProPILOT Assist 2.1 adds hands‑free highway driving capability. Air suspension is standard beyond the base trim.

Driving & Handling
Ride quality is refined on smooth pavement and generally quiet, especially with air suspension. However, body roll is noticeable during aggressive driving. The powertrain feels smooth but not particularly engaging, and added tech and weight slightly slow acceleration despite improved power. Braking performance is solid, offering responsive and controlled deceleration.

Real-World User Feedback
Early owner reports highlight persistent tech and electronics issues. Recurring complaints include glitches with infotainment, navigation, wireless phone charging, volume control, and driver-assist systems. Some buyers faced delayed parts and vehicle repairs, with dealership service often slow or incomplete. One Autograph trim owner reported the dealer bought back the vehicle due to unresolved malfunctions.

Trim & Pricing
Four trims: Pure (RWD or AWD), Luxe, Sensory, and flagship Autograph. U.S. pricing ranges from around US $84,445 for the Pure up to about US $113,000 for a fully loaded Autograph AWD. All trims come with premium appointments and tech upgrades.

Summary
The 2025 Infiniti QX80 represents a bold return to flagship-level luxury for Infiniti, with upgraded styling, strong twin‑turbo V6 performance, and a cabin loaded with tech and comfort features. It delivers among the highest towing capacity and one of the richest sound systems in its class. However, early owners describe frequent software and electronic glitches, and on‑road behavior can feel less refined than competitors in its price range.

I am about to pull out what little hair I have left! We purchased a fully loaded JX35 5/13/2013. Soon after we started to experience transmission problems. The car would shake and jerk between 20-30 mph. We returned the car to Infiniti of Manhattan in 6/1/2013. The service department couldnt provide us with an answer as to when the car would be returned or provide us with an answer as to what is wrong with the car. 6/15/2013 they informed us they would need a new transmission! So we demanded that the get us a new car because this car is obviously defective. The car had less than 300 miles on it at the time of replacement. They told we will not get a replacement contact Infiniti USA. We did and they told us they will do everything to fix the problem. Meanwhile, the transmission had to be ordered from Japan. The car was returned to us 7/16/2013. We made two car payments on a car that we didnt have. Now not even a year later with 7000 miles on the car the transmission fails again! No answer as to when the car will be returned same silence from Infiniti USA. I have tried to break lease, unable to. We have contacted New York State Department of Consumer Affairs awaited their help. Save your money. DONT BUY THIS CAR OR ANY CAR FROM INFINITI!!!!

I bought a 2003 G35 Sedan in 2012 from Beshoff Infiniti in San Jose. The sales guys were cool from the first meet. However I test drove the car and everything appeared to be fine, radio came on but I couldnt try the disc player being I didnt bring a CD to the dealer. However, after my happy purchase of my new affordable luxury ride, when I got home I wanted to listen to my cd in my new car. I slid the cd in only for it not to be able to go in the dash said it was a error. I instantly called back up to the dealer but of course they were closed. I got in touch with Rick at the dealership and told him that my radio wasnt working when I left and he advised I bring it back up there. I brought the car back the next day didnt even own it for a whole 24 hours yet. They took it to the service area in which they had me sit in a room to tell me my circuit board is going out and it was recalled but I would have to pay for it well over $1200 to fix a radio that was supposed to work when I bought it. I told them that I just drove off with the car and its no way I should have to pay for it. I asked to speak with Rick in which they said he wasnt there and neither was anyone else I bought the car from. So I never got the radio replaced. Now its 2014, I have no radio and I refuse to pay for something that should have been fixed due to manufacturing problems Infiniti is already aware of. You would think they would slash prices being they know the cars are worthless junk. However they hike them up and never mention any possible problems.. I was driving on the freeway Saturday doing about 70 miles per hour and my car lost all power with no warning. The driver behind me veered and hit another vehicle. I totally freaked me out, I could have been killed. I find out the sensors that was recalled, can make this happen and that Infiniti knew of this. I called Consumer Affairs in which they stated my car had 4 recalls and one was the sensors in which was already repaired once. I explained that its happened again and I almost died in which the response was well its nothing we can do and I would have to pay. WITH ALL OF THIS, I AM DONE WITH INFINITI. I DONT EVEN WANT THE CAR ANYMORE.. I HATE I STILL HAVE PAYMENTS. IT SHOULD DEFINITELY BE A LAW AGAINST THIS DEATH TRAP..

The company offers different variety of models so you can find one to fit your needs no matter what your priority is when buying a car at a worthy price for a great traveling vehicle. I wanted something safe to get me from one place to another and the car I got is very sleek and looks very fancy - like the bat mobile but safer and kids love it too! Theres a variety of colors available for inside and outside of the car and its easy to identify in a crowded parking lot. It fits about as much as most small cars - two in front including the driver and 3 in the back. When necessary it can fit more realistically.

Just purchased 2005 FX35 in 2017, after registration I called Infiniti regarding the bubbles melted cracked botched up dashboard. The name infiniti is definitely not standing behind its word. This is terrible on their rep. I cant help what the previous owner didnt do but I need this eyesore fixed. I seen a Michigan claim with only approx 300 people. Its wayyy more people with botched up dashboards in my city alone. I need help. Looks like a kids ** came up with this hook for the dash.

I purchased the car and 6 days later the engine blew. Long story short, Patrick ** said take it to Garcia. THE ENGINE NEEDED REPLACED. After 2 weeks I got it back. When I got it back the engine ran but the air conditioner was broke so the next day took it BACK FOR AIR CONDITIONER. Then I had this car for 3 weeks and it overheated. The engine light came on...I havent been driving it. I am going to take it in for repairs again but I am afraid I have been too trusting. Now its been 2 months. I am going to take it in. I hope CarHop/UAC make it right. I have had this car two months and Im afraid to drive it anywhere for fear it will break down. I am taking to THEIR mechanic tomorrow. My warranty is good. Ill have it FIXED again. Hmmm fixed...right.Updated on 07/16/2016: Well its been a couple of weeks update. I called 07/15/16 to tell them I had fixed the car. It cost me but I would pay them Aug 1 my July 1 bill. They said no. That if I didnt pay the full amount they would disable my starter. WELL...AN HOUR LATER I CHECKED AND YES ONCE AGAIN STRANDED WITHOUT TRANSPORTATION. I am a single 32 yr who has to not only figure out a way around but I have PTSD. This is not my idea of good customer service. That car altogether has ran for maybe 2 1/2 weeks total. I finally get it working and Garcia turns it off. I need a lawyer.

Ive owned my Infiniti G37 a little over 2 years. I recently noticed that the paint on my front bumper was peeling off. Since I live in No. California and purchased the car in So. California, I took it to our local Infiniti dealership and they indicated that someone had painted over the factory paint. Since I bought the car new and have never had work done to the front bumper, I knew that it wasnt me so it must have been done at the factory or Mission Viejo Infiniti where purchased. I called Mission Viejo Infiniti to discuss this and was told they had no record of anything being done to the bumper - of course they didnt. I then contacted Infiniti Consumer Affairs and after being sent to 3 different reps, a month later an appointment was made for a rep to check out the paint on my car. Surprise - they said it wasnt the factory paint and they would not be doing anything to repair it.Im so angry right now that I just want to sell my car and have nothing more to do with Infiniti, Im going to try and see where else I can get my car serviced because I want nothing more to do with them and dont want to spend my hard earned dollars there. What kind of warranty is it if they wont take care of the problems that arise. This is very poor customer service!

There was a wide variety of cars that were available for purchase and are really made for busy people liked me and has very convenient features. I enjoyed the selection and it made it easy to find everything that I was looking for. I have a very large family. Im happy to say that we are able to enjoy our rides around town and everyone still has their personal space and do not feel cramped. Its also nice because there is a lot of trunk space and since we go on a lot of day trips that makes it convenient. The appearance of the car was very nice. It had a nice color and looks good when driving. The inside of the car has wonderful features, sits enough people, and the climate control is very accommodating for different people in the same vehicle. Also, I was able to get all the upgrades and personalize the vehicle to my liking. It did not cost that much extra to get the car customized exactly to my standards so I can keep my car for a long time.

After putting a deposit down for a second hand q30 it took 3 months to arrive. The car is registered as a 2 litre even though it is a 1.5 litre engine. Had the car for 5 months and Infiniti still havent managed to get the DVLA to change the log book. I was told the VIP service was available when I bought the vehicle. Now I am told its no longer available which means a 4 hour round trip for a service. Windscreen washer failed and it took them 6 weeks to repair. To top it off wanted me to pick my car up from the service centre two hours away even though the courtesy car was from down the road. They could not drop my car to me. Good car but if you do not live local to a service centre I highly recommend not getting this car.

2010 Infiniti G37x - The transmission was destroyed by the transmission radiator when it allowed coolant to flow into the transmission, flushing transmission fluid. (1) Sudden thump suggested an unseen road hazard. (2) After 2 hrs garaged and 2 miles: trans would slam into gear, surge forward 3 secs after full stop; shifting began clunking; trans would slip into N and engine rev; finally at ~30 miles engine light lit, and only 1st gear worked. Purchased a 2009 infiniti FX35, the car now has 60k miles. While driving the car it will rev up to 4000 + rpms shut down to idle and will not move until car is shut off and restarted. This is a MAJOR safety issue and a resolution needs to be resolved. Infiniti is aware of the problem and has a solution to fix some models of the FX35 but not all. Mine being one of them. Unhappy Customer here. I purchased a 2006 Infiniti FX35 back in Jan of 2011. Everything was all good until the dashboard started to bubble up and began melting on me. After about a year of this disgusting dashboard, I go to park my car at a restaurant, right next to another Infiniti fx35 and their car had the SAME EXACT ISSUE. After consulting with its owner, I immediately thought this had to be a widespread issue. So I began searching online to find what is the cause of this and to see if it is covered under Infinitis warranty. Turns out it was. It was the weekend...I waited until the following Monday to call. That Monday I called Infiniti Consumer affairs. They denied my repair request because it was out of warranty. But here is the kicker, it was only 3 days past its warranty date and it was still denied! This is not fair. I was never given notice about the wide spread of defective melting & bubbly dashboards. Nor was I ever notified that it was covered under warranty. This is also a safety concern because when I drive it gives off a glare, which makes it hard to see on the road. When I called for an estimate to see how much it would cost, I was told $1600 to repair. For an Infiniti manufacture defect. Why am I responsible for repair cost when it is only a few days past the warranty expiration date? I have signed up for recall notifications from Infiniti when I first purchased the car. Why was I never notified that I could get the dashboard repaired? This is unfair, and it is un-American. I want justice, not just for me but also for every FX owner out there that is rolling around with a bubbly & melting dashboard!

Tens of thousands of G35 sedans and coupes experience gradual failure of control of both radio and HVAC. Eventually display boards go dead and heat/AC revert to a default mode. Initially the radio may still be controlled via the steering wheel. In 2003 Infiniti published a service bulletin for sedans only... More than 23,000 vehicles affected. At that time a finishing board was blamed... Its cost was $114.00. Infiniti is now unable to tell me whether the problem relates to the finishing board or the radio itself. So they now charge $754.49 for the finishing board, and $600.00 for a reconditioned radio that they admit may well fail again. Labor quoted $188.00 to R&I the radio and board. Repair total: $1650.46 for a system that was poorly designed.Even if the company does not feel responsible to pay for the repair, they might have made the customers options as painless as possible. Instead they kicked the price up on the board almost seven-fold, and are unable to advise their customers whether the problem is in the radio or the board. So you are expected to replace them both. A complete failure in customer service. I own a G35 6-speed coupe and an FX35 and will never purchase an Infiniti product again.

I took my 2003 G35 into the Infiniti Kearny Mesa, San Diego for service on shuddering brakes, air condition, and radio (wont shut off). Advisor Michelle informed me that there was a recall back in 2003. The vehicle did not require a replacement of the computer circuit board but was replaced any way. About a month ago (08-14-11), the A/C (full blast) and radio came on and would not turn off. The advisor said it would cost $900 to change out the computer circuit board for the A/C and radio. I have conducted research and it appears that many G35 owners have identical problems. Can you assist?

I was told at Infiniti of Cool Springs when purchasing my new Infiniti in July 2011, that if I purchased the maintenance plan it would cover all of the advised maintenance on my vehicle up to 75,000 miles. But I recently found out, not much more than a year later, that it only covers 10 oil changes and tire rotations. One year later, I only have 2 left. I was also told at the day of purchase that I needed to have my vehicle serviced every 3,000 miles, so I have tried to do this. Little did I know that I was quickly diminishing my maintenance plan that really does not cover everything that needs to be serviced anyway. I was also told that if I purchased a tire maintenance agreement that it would cover my tires if they needed to be replaced for so many miles. I was told today that this was never added. Beware of maintenance agreements at this dealership, since I would have been better off to pay for all necessary oil changes and tire rotations. This would have been much cheaper. This is very misleading!

Theres a lot to like about the entire Infiniti line: its always been a comb
Theres a lot to like about the entire Infiniti line: its always been a combination of performance, quality and luxury. My Q50 4-door is my fourth, although the first three were the G37s and the Q60 sport models. And until now, I dont remember ever having any problem whatsoever. Until now. So Ill dispense with further platitudes and go right to the issues. It wont drive in a straight line and Ive been told that this is a function of steer-by-wire. Seriously? They did this on purpose? Driving around town you cant tell but as soon as you hit a straight on a highway, you become aware, because the car constantly drifts either right or left, which requires making a steering adjustment every few seconds. (And no, it isnt the wheel alignment.) On a long drive this is fatiguing in the arms and in your head. You cant relax. Ever! Also, having a car that constantly drifts is just plain dangerous. I have another appointment with my local service dept but I dont have high hopes.Theyve over complicated the NAV/audio display systems. Controls for the NAV system are in 3 different places. The USB (my primary music listening) display system wont perform the simplest tasks properly, either manually or by speech (which is a total fail). I live in south Florida, where you have to be afraid of the drivers around you. I dont have the luxury of taking my eyes off the road to try and figure out how to make things work.Infinitis Consumer Affairs Dept has been less than useless in these matters. The first person they assigned to my case, some regional manager named Shala, didnt return my many calls and when I finally caught up with her and explained my situation, she never followed up. (I complained about Shala but no one followed up on my complaint.) The second person, someone named Amanda, said that the car was performing within its design parameters. Again... less than useless. So this is the current state of affairs with Infiniti Customer (Consumer) Affairs. They dont care.Of the various drive modes, I prefer the Sport setting, as it tightens up the steering and the suspension but there is no way to permanently set it. It requires an adjustment every time you start the car. Gas mileage around town is an abysmal 15 mpg and I do not hot rod the car. (In all fairness, it does get 31 mpg on the highway, even without Eco mode.) Theyve done away with the warning buzzer for the rear camera, making using the camera problematic. You have video but you have to guess how close you are to things youre backing up against. And finally, I use the auto seat adjusts for driving and exit positions and sometimes when Im getting out, it resets itself to the driving position, catching me in between. Ouch! My 2011 Q60 sport was the best car I ever had. I should have bought it when the leaser came due. This Q50? Meh!

I purchased the flagship Infiniti QX56 on March 27th 2017 from an Infiniti Dealership here in the North East. As of today I havent even put 2500 miles on the vehicle and its been the dealers service 3 times. The A.C. fan coupler and battery drain issues. The battery was just installed by the previous owner in 2015 at an Infiniti dealer and clearly reads that it has an 84 month warranty. However, Mandie from Infinitis North East Consumer Affairs Region stated that the battery warranty was only good for the prior customer and does not carry over to me. I would have to purchase a new battery from them for the tune of $180.00. My dispute was it made no sense because if a battery installed by the dealer with a clear record of warranty from Infiniti who cares who owns it 1st, 2nd or 3rd. The warranty should cover the battery not the person. Im not the only person having these battery drain issues and Infiniti is well aware that their vehicles are doing this. A lot of the online blogs Im reading is that the Infiniti has been experiencing issues with their batteries lasting 2 years max then they start dying. I think they should be investigated.

2015 Infiniti Q40 + ANDROID PHONE??? RUN! This sophisticated brand is actually worse than their Nissan version of the car... 2015 and you cant stream music from anything except Apple devices?!? Ludicrous... Not only that, but performance wise this car sucks. Loud rattling engine when given power, outdated audio and controls screen, horrible defrost... The list could go on and on. Nissan motors corporation should honestly clean house and figure out a new strategy... Flooding the market with your chintzy product- which severely decreases trade in values for owners, paired with outdated features and technology is one way to lose your following... I used to have Infiniti on a higher pedestal... Now when people ask how I like it or that theyve considered buying one, I tell them this piece of garbage is a base Altima... Buy a Lexus, Acura, Toyota or Honda... Pffttt... Buy a freaking Chevy Cruze for a better driver experience. Way to go Infiniti. You suck.

I purchased a QX70 in July 2017. I love the car but I started noticing a musty smell when I turned on the A/C about 6 months after I bought. I took the car into the dealership and they told me to changed the cabin filter which I did and to turn off my a/c about a mile before my destination. Ive owned cars for 35 years and Ive never heard of such a thing, especially in Florida. The new filter seemed to help but then the smell came back. My son in law said it smells like an old man with body odor and Ive also heard it smells like rotten onions. I took the car back to the dealership about 6 months later and they did an ozone treatment which didnt really help. I took it back 2 months later after my friends who were visiting from out of town started coughing profusely when they got in the car. Evidently shes allergic to mold. The dealership performed another ozone treatment which didnt help. Infinity supposedly did a mold a test after keeping my car for 3 weeks in the shop. I have not seen the mold test but I can still smell the musty smell. The smell seems to be most noticeable on the passenger side as soon as you turn on the A/C.

I purchased a used 1997 Infiniti J30 and 2 weeks after buying it, I noticed one night that the car had trouble accelerating. We thought that maybe it came from the muffler having a tiny pin-sized hole in it, but obviously that wasnt the problem. I made it there, and before I pulled into the parking lot at the shop, my car began making this loud tapping sound. They put it on the diagnostics machine and told me that I needed an engine. Wth?! I just purchased this vehicle from a young man who told me that he had gone to have it checked and the only problem they found was the hole in the muffler. How could this be?

I purchased my Infinity G37 convertible from Infiniti of Dayton. After that, the following has occurred: Airbag system required replacement twice; engine light is on constantly, requiring replacement of parts; passenger door windows leaked every time it rained; rubber sealing slid from the rear of trunk and spoiler required replacement; the convertible top wouldnt go up; door locks not working (required taking off entire door and changing panel); and both front windows went down on their own, causing my car to be full of ice/water/snow.Also, the following happened: check engine light comes on regularly (I found the gas cap loose, and the bad part is I had to order a new gas cap twice.) and a small leak was found; drivers side door rattles (I found 2 loose bolts that secure the air bags.); the battery was replaced after only 16,000 miles due to bad code; trunk smashed on my fingers (After losing blood, I had no option but to rip my hand out of the slammed trunk, causing permanent nerve damage in my right ring finger and back pain for the past 5 weeks. Findings include weak rear trunk shocks, and I replaced all shocks and added two other parts.); and after car was returned two days later, the convertible top would not open. So the car went in again, and the entire electrical system had to be replaced. My car has been in the shop 23 times in only 16,000 miles. It has added 80 miles round trip to my odometer. Infiniti corporate refused to consider this car a lemon and has determined they will not allow a trade-in! I have had one emergency hospital visit and two orthopedic appointments. I have not been able to take care of my house and have had to pay others to do my usual activities. This is a crime! I will be suing for lemon law and personal injury.

I got an amazing car and service. They have a wide range of models from sporty to family cars and they have great features as well. And they look great on the outside and inside. I have a midsize sedan and its fully loaded. I have the available features it came with and its amazing enough. Its a beautiful black car with sunroof and push auto start with navigation. Its also great on gas and is very spacious with leather seats. The seats warm up as well and sits enough people for me. My family is a family of four and its good to have enough room. Its also comfortable. And I have wireless phone and can make calls without using my phone. Its Bluetooth connected!

Beautiful is everything you can describe it. The looks of it gives you a reason to want it more than you realize it. You can talk about how long your car looks and how long it gives. I love how you can make your own decisions when you are on the passenger side. Give you a chance to relax and let it go to a good long ride. You carry it to a car dealership and they treat you with great respect, make sure everything is taken care of and puts a smile on your face to comfort you.

Submitted an inquiry on Wednesday, October 21, 2015. On October 22, Lauren, Regional Manager over the dealerships in my area responded to the inquiry by calling and introducing herself in a voicemail. I have returned her call and left messages three times on October 23, 2015 and no response. Come on Infiniti. I need help desperately! It appears that Lauren called to introduce herself by phone to enable her to say a call has been made, but she is not really trying to connect with me. At least thats the way it appears. I have a serious issue and I am not hard to get a hold of. It is unacceptable that Ive got to go an entire weekend without having spoken to anyone and my vehicle remains in an immovable state. I have taken my car to two (2) Infiniti dealers and currently it sits in downtown Chicago at the Bermans dealership. Orland Park Infiniti initially had my car, but they say they are unable to fix it. HOW IS IT THAT THE COMPANY THAT MAKES THE INFINITI CANNOT FIX IT?

I am the sad owner of a 2003 Infiniti FX35. I have had so many problems with the car and I will never ever even consider buying another Nissan product. My problems consisted of a non-working gas gauge, a CD player that skipped like crazy from the start of my ownership, replaced both front end wheel bearings, replaced the brakes twice and now the final overheating. No one including Infiniti of Orland Park who charged me $700.00 for a new after market radiator can figure out the problem. After a diagnostic, technician from Infiniti of Orland Park, IL; said, I need a radiator. I was told an Infiniti radiator would cost me $1200.00 but they can replace my defective one with an after market radiator for only $750.00. I elected to have them replace the radiator with the after market one. After their Technician replaced the (defective?) radiator with the new after market radiator, I received a call from their service writer and he said that the car was still overheating and blowing out cold air.I was told by Infiniti of Orland Park Pros that it would take at least 5 hours of additional labor to figure out the problem. In other words, the attitude was come in and pay us $750.00 for nothing and get your FX35 Infiniti out of here. He also suggested the cars life was over due to the 130,000 miles I had on it.In the mean time I have been driving my beater (183,000 Mile) Ford Expedition that I was forced to buy so that I had a car while 3 auto shops are trying to figure out whats wrong with my very expensive FX35 with the 130,000 miles on it. I am a Sales Trainer for a major Mattress Company and travel throughout the USA educating large groups of Sales Associates. There is not one class that I do not tell this story to. I am and will warn everyone I ever speak to about Infiniti and tell them to never buy or even suggest one to their worst enemy.

I had a helpful salesman and there were plenty of cars on the lot. However, they all looked the same which is not a bad thing but I just needed more variety. I wish they had some newer models also. My car is black with automatic windows. The Bluetooth is nice for playing music. The color is shiny and sleek, and I really enjoy how my color looks. It also fit five people which is standard for a car. That is all the room I really need since I am a single person, but I would not recommend for large families. There werent that many personalization options for my car which is okay because I do not need a lot of the expensive but cool upgrades.

My 2003 G35 Infiniti started randomly shutting down while driving and control of power steering and brakes would be nonexistent. Slip light and VDC off light, along with service engine soon light, would turn on (also oil/battery/etc). Its very dangerous. Im lucky I wasnt killed!! When I called customer complaints, they told me my particular vehicle was not under recall even though many other 2003-2005 G35s see the same problem and some have already been recalled. 2008 FX-35 leather/vinyl tear on driver seat side front top. Replaced in November 2010 under warranty. About 15 months later the same tear in the same area again. Went back on March 1, 2013. Was told my warranty was expired on 03/05/12 and my extended warranty would not cover it. Also, if it happened under a year after if was repaired I could have it fixed at no charge. Around October 2011, both the driver and passenger seat bottom was replaced due to excess cracks and tears. Now 2 years later having the same problem. Poor quality in the leather/vinyl seating.

I regret the day I ever set foot on an Infiniti dealership lot. In 2008 I purchased a 2008 FX35 SUV and have experienced way too many issues to write. The carpet did not wear well & holes began to appear, the dash bubbled & was recalled, my cup holder cover has broken, the middle compartment cover has broken, the hatch became non-functional. Brakes dont last more than a few months before they have to be replaced. Now the motor that controls the driver seat has stopped working. I only have 57k miles on this vehicle & it is literally falling apart before my eyes despite how much Ive taken excellent care of it. Im so disappointed & encourage EVERYONE I come in contact with to NEVER purchase an Infiniti. This is my 2nd Infinifi purchase , but NEVER AGAIN!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! The test of a great company is when they have to deal with a customer issue and how they resolve the issue and make the customer a long time loyal customer. Just bought a brand new Infiniti 2014 QX60 in January 2015 with less than 525 miles (the car was delivered with the paint issues) and found manufacturer paint defect issues. And Infiniti Affairs has refused to repurchase or trade out the vehicle and have not accepted responsibility for their paint defects. Infiniti Corp has also ignored the dealer, Infiniti of Dayton, who agreed and provided documentation to the BBB that there are manufacturers defects in the paint. Infiniti Corps response is We will cover the costs for repainting half the car....ITS A BRAND NEW CAR...WORST CUSTOMER SATISFACTION OF ANY COMPANY I HAVE DEALT WITH! The dealer is pointing their finger at Infiniti Corp and Infiniti Corp is pointing their finger at Infiniti Corp. Both have responsibility with the issue because Infiniti of Dayton did not discover the issue during the vehicle prep process, which was done poorly. Infiniti of Dayton will not respond to my calls for next steps. I have had to contact the BBB and the Attorney General and hope something get resolves from this... very sad state of both companies. DO NOT BUY AN INFINITI!!! I bought Toyota for the last 10 years with no issues... took care of any issue. DO NOT BUY INFINITI!! THE CUSTOMER IS NOT A CONCERN. BUY LEXUS/TOYOTA!!

In a two-month span of time my Infiniti G37x seem to have sudden and explained acceleration. On the first occasion, I, Mark **, was the driver. I took the vehicle to a carwash. At the end of the wash I was waived forward by the guys who towel dry the vehicle. As I stepped on the accelerator the vehicle shot forward at a high rate of speed. I was surprised but blew it off as a fluke. Approximately one month later my wife was driving the vehicle. She was a red light; as the light started to turn green she moved her foot from the brake to the gas pedal and the vehicle again took off at a high rate of speed. Its not the kind of thing that happens regularly, so its difficult to know if its a real problem or human error. Frankly, after it happened with my wife I was really concerned because she is an extremely careful driver. Truth be told, she drives quite slowly.I would like to have the vehicle checked out and perhaps have the black box read to see if there is a sudden acceleration problem. Im not sure who or where I should go to have this matter fairly examined and if there is an independent body who evaluate complaints of this nature. As a direct consequence the vehicle was involved in an accident (second acceleration), resulting in approximately twenty thousand dollars in damage to my vehicle and additional damage to other vehicles and property. The vehicle went from a complete stop, traveled about 100 feet striking another vehicle at speeds in excess of 50 mph. In the first incident at the carwash, one employee jumped out of the way and I managed to bring the vehicle to a quick stop.

I own a 2004 Infiniti G35 with 46K miles on it. The car is not a daily driver and is maintained immaculately. My engine has just suffered a catastrophic failure where a bolt inside the short block backed itself out and caused severe damage to the crank, block itself, sprayers, pistons, etc. The repair is costing me over $6,000 and when I contacted Consumer Affairs, they were not interested in hearing any of my issues and were not ready to stand behind their product. I even mentioned to them that I currently own 2 Infiniti cars, the G35 and a QX4, and that I have even owned a third product in the past. The whole process has left a sour taste in my mouth and a deep hole in my pocketbook. I wasnt expecting Infiniti to cover 100% of the damages, but was hoping to get some compensation.

60K of crap. Every day I have to use my 2014 QX60 I wonder what will go wrong. First it was the brakes. Front and rear, rotors, pads, the works at around 12K miles. Shortly after was the transmission. At the dealer I couldnt help but notice the 11 other QX60 cars there. I inquired with one of the service techs who informed me that 8 of the 11 were for transmission problems. I have had windshield molding problems, navigation problems, and small button and switches problems, like falling off; ridiculous! Now at 31K miles, the car battery is leaking. Of course the dealer will not fully replace due to the convenience of only a 24 month warranty. The only good thing with this vehicle is the 3 year lease that cant end soon enough!!

I purchased a used 2007 FX35 in 2010. During the past year, I have replaced the battery, front brakes, tires, two taillights, had several pieces of plastic trim in the vehicle just pop off, short in the taillights, cam sensors went out, starter went out and it had a hollow noise in the engine under load that service could not identify. It was towed three times in a two week period, one during a vacation five hours from home. I had to pay two deductibles during that time and Fresno Infiniti overcharged me, stating they could not reach the warranty company on a business day during business hours. Convenient since I then had to pay out of pocket to get home and contact the company on my own. Customer Service was no help and the rep even stated she is her own boss and there is no one else above her to contact for resolution. It has 55,000 miles. I have purchased 2 Infiniti Qx56 SUVs brand new. My current 2012 has been in the shop over 10x with the same problem. The dealership explains the problem to me and how this is unique. Each time the cause is something different when they document it and check you out. Now the truck is out of warranty and it will be my responsibility if it happens again. Trust me when I say, It will happen again. Being stranded and having to be without my own vehicle for days. One time it was in the shop for 21 days, they claimed they were waiting for a part from overseas. I did contact Infiniti corporate office and they refused to do anything. I had bizarre electrical problems with my first Infiniti QX56 as well. I had it in the shop multiple times and no one could ever figure that unique problem out either. I purchased my second one because it was the new body style and it was very spacious. The sales team was very sligh about and claiming it was all revamped and no issues reported. They do have a good looking vehicle but I will never never again buy an Infiniti. For the price ($80,000) you would expect more. I understand cars having some issues over time, but the dashboard on my FX35 is completely a manufacturing defect. And it has been proven to be a vendor/supplier issue across the entire Nissan/Infiniti brand. Florida just had a class action suit won against Nissan for Altimas. There were two before this won in different states against Infiniti. My car currently is waiting for the Takata Airbag recall appointment. Why cant they replace the dash when they remove it to replace the deadly airbags? I actually would be willing to help cover part of the cost of the new dash since they already will have to remove it to replace the passenger airbag. What it comes down to it cars are a BIG purchase for MOST people. German cars dont have sticky bubble filled melting dashboards, so why is this a problem for Japanese car manufacturers? If I remember correctly Toyota and Lexus have similar class action suits. I honestly feel that at the very least, these companies should in good faith repair the shoddy materials at 50% of the cost.

Ive owned my QX60 for less than three months and after less than 3k miles the bottom portion of the drivers seat no longer heats or cools, however, the back part does. I took it for warranty work to the Infiniti dealership in Silver Spring, MD and they told me that the seat immediately worked for them which I know is a lie because amazingly it didnt work after I got back in the car. They said they hooked it up to the computer and the computer showed it was working properly, however, they never showed me the computer results nor did they show me that the seat worked. In addition to the seat not working properly the rear windshield sprayer was clogged and they blamed it on the dealership who sold it to me. They unclogged it, but it still doesnt spray, it just shoots out washer fluid. Buying this vehicle was a waste of my money and I shouldve known better than to purchase another Nissan product considering I owned an Altima several years ago and the alternator went bad with only 30k miles. In addition, the CD player in the Altima would jam anytime a CD with a paper label on it was put in it. They replaced the CD changed once, but the 2nd time it happened it was out of warranty and they wouldnt replace it. Based on that I should never have purchased another Nissan product and I wont ever again. The only reason I didnt purchase an MDX is because it cost several thousand more, but it wouldve been worth paying the extra thousands because thats probably what Ill spend on the QX60 after the warranty is up.

However, when the airbag sensor wears out and starts to blink and the tire pressure sensor remains on, I did not expect it to be $1200 for each to repair!!! The front seal needs to be replaced at another $1200 because of how it is mounted. Come on Infiniti, really? Now I am screwed because I cant even sell the car without fixing the problems. It will cost me 40% of the value of the car to be able to sell it. I dont know if the airbags are safe or not. Maybe I should go back to Toyota or Ford where at least the repairs are reasonable.

My Infiniti 2003 G35 audio finisher circuit board is defective, which causes the audio and temperature controls to be inoperable. Nissan North America/Infiniti Division issued a 2003 G35 Sedan Audio Finisher voluntary service campaign, but is only covering sedans manufactured up through August 21, 2002. When I called to take steps for the repair of my 2003 Infiniti G35 sedan, I was informed my car was manufactured in December of 2002, and was outside of their voluntary service campaign, even though the defect is a known problem to the 2003 G35 sedans. I am concerned for my driving safety, knowing the AC/Heat is running full blast for the duration of my drive. I commute at least 500 miles from Monday-Friday (not including weekend driving), and I know this will put a huge strain on other mechanical systems in my car, and I can only imagine my time is short, before my entire car is rendered inoperable. Without Nissan honoring this repair, or until I can afford to repair the defect myself, my car has no value even as a trade in. I will never buy another Nissan/Infiniti product, and will start my own personal campaign to convince other consumers, not to buy a Nissan product either.

I had an 07 fx35 and the dash bubbled in 2010. Had it replaced and received a warranty for 85000 miles or 8 years. The drivers seat tearing is another issue. They will not fix that, nor will they fix the power seat gear issue.

I have a BRAND NEW 2014 Infiniti QX80. Black exterior. Two months after I bought it, the paint started chipping/peeling off the roof and hood. Now I have paint peeling off the hood, roof, bumper and fenders. Been told by an auto body expert that the paint is too brittle. Originally, Infiniti was going to repaint it. Now, they say they arent going to do anything. My tough luck. I am an attorney and I have already filed suit in West Virginia. However, I would love to make this a class action lawsuit against Nissan North America as their product and customer service is terrible. I have seen a lot of people on the internet with paint issues. To that end, if anybody is interested in joining a class action lawsuit against Infiniti, please email me.

This is a very comfortable car, but it also has a sport mode for a sporty feel. The interior is very pretty and feels luxurious. We have had no problems with it. People constantly tell us how much they like our car. If I had it to do over, I would purchase the same car again. The white paint is different from the white colors offered by other car companies.

Im having an issue with your service department. I have tried since November to have a refund issue take care of and every time I am promised oh its going to be ok this time. However I have dealt with 3 different service advisors all promising the same yet I am still waiting to see any results. I was overcharged for a service that my pre paid maintenance covered. When I brought it up to the first advisor she basically said it wasnt her job to look it up but I can bring the paperwork in if I can prove it. When I finally got in with the paperwork guess what she no longer worked there. Astonishing. I was then sent to another advisor who promised me he would send this up. Didnt hear anything from him so in may I came into your dealership to find out whats going on and guess what he doesnt work there now either. Now on to my third interaction again let me make some copies and sent this up. Which leads me to today my call to find out whats going on to only be told by your associate there is nothing I can do over the phone let me send it up. I explained at this point that is unacceptable. I need assurances. The service advisor continued to talk over me and showed no empathy to how ridiculous this process has been for me and even decided to tell me there is nothing that he can do for me and hang up on me. I really hope those calls are recorded because this is not how you should treat your customer. Thoroughly disgusted. I bought a G37 IPL edition not because I like to have an 700 to 800 payment. It was because I thoroughly believed in the brand but after this I will never step foot on another Infiniti dealership ever again.

After purchasing a certified pre-owned Infiniti I was hoping that my car would be under warranty for the time stated. Well three months after the purchase and my transmission started acting up. Im very surprised that Infiniti would not repair the car. Obviously this review would need many words to explain all the details but heres the bottom line. The customer service is not what you would expect from a car company and too bad I spent 60k to find that out. I have to rate this car company a one star because zero star is not an option.

My 2007 FX35, which only has 50K miles on it, has several cracks on the vinyl part. Per Infiniti dealer, it’s a wear and tear problem. How would a luxury car seat wear just around 40-50K miles on it! I noticed online that it’s a common problem and mainly for the brick color. They need to recall this cheap vinyl, and replace it regardless of warranty.

Infiniti has sedans, SUVs, and huge SUVs. The sedans are a bit flashy, I loved the feel of them but they made me feel old! Haha! But I had loved the Infiniti QX4 for a long time before I bought one. I was having a new baby and I wanted a safe form of transportation. My QX4 had all the fun and luxury features I was looking for - heated seats, sun roof, and a nice look to it. I loved it. It was basically a suped up pathfinder, but the colors I just loved. I had a two toned QX4 and leather interior. It lasted me a long time. When I bought the truck it was as is, no immediate personalization. But I had a few things done to it, tinted the windows and changed the interior. My truck was good for a family of four, lots of storage and room. I probably would have liked a third back seat, but then I would lose storage space.

A customer for 14 years. Leased 5 cars through Infiniti and all I can say is... They have no loyalty and dont seems to give a ** about you as a customer. They misapplied a payment to someone else account ruining my credit score 30 days before I was to close on a house. That started a snowball effect of wrong information and just bad customer service and took 4-5 months before it was cleared up and corrected by the Credit bureaus. After all that I still considered getting another vehicle through them...Being the victim of misinformation once again from one of their customer service supervisors. Multiple attempts to resolve and salvage our relationship were met with nothing but long at min 20-30 min hold times. Leaving messages with supervisors that never get back to you. They just dont seem to care. After being a customer as long as I have been they can suck it. Ill just take my business elsewhere.

I bought a 2000 Infiniti I30t on 9/6/2011 as is but within 2 days, the cars check engine light came on. I thought it was simple so I took it to a certified and well-known mechanic in the city. They cleared it and said the car is fine but a few days later the light came back on. The real problem with that is with the check engine light on the cars transmission behaves weird and the engine revs without the car moving after its been driven for a while. The mechanics did not want to charge for just driving the car for a few hours to replicate the issue so they gave it back and said if the light comes back then we have a bigger issue at hand. They told me to check out Consumer Affairs to see how I can go about handling this issue.

After having to hire a lawyer and constant dismissal from the dealership and Nissan North America we went to arbitration and won. In fact Nissan did not even show up for the hearing and called half way through the proceedings to offer to purchase back or vehicle at full price. It was ridiculous we had to go that far with them! For anyone else having shuddering, transmission problems I would recommend keeping at them. They know something is wrong with the car that is way they settled. We were awarded full price plus 3000. Towards legal fees under the California lemon law.

About a 45 days ago I took my 2009 Infiniti g37 convertible, market value of car $17500 to Passport Infiniti of Suit Land Maryland for repairs on convertible top not operating. The service department checked the top out and said total cost to repair top would cost $8900, to my surprise I debated the cost and indicated to the service manager the car was not in a accident. How could this be possible? I stated to the service manager I found the hydraulic motor for the convertible top for a price of $750. He replied they change out every part related to the hydraulic motor hose lines fluid everything. I stated, This is ridiculous and how can you pick up the phone and call a customer and tell them the cost to repair your top will be $8900 and the vehicle is only worth around $17000? Of course I got the same response.I also stated, The replacement engine for the car that propels the car down the street at 150 mph would only cost $5000, please explain to me how the motor that raises the convertible top cost $8900? Crickets. Any way I end up taking the car to Germain Auto Group of Springfield VA. They fixed the top including the parts for $1900. Now you see why I had to blog about this. Oh and by the way I called Infiniti Corporate. They were not forth coming with any solutions other than trading the car in. Go figure. Nice car, bad custom service company. If youre thinking about buying a convertible hardtop Infiniti g37 be aware if something goes wrong with that top the cost to fix through Infiniti is all most impossible.

I purchased an Infiniti December 1, 2018 from Hanania Infiniti in Orange Park, Florida off of Blanding Road. This experience has not been one that I expected from a luxury vehicle company. Since possessing the car on Dec. 1, 2018 I made three bi-weekly payments to my credit union for my trade (a 2017 Acura ILX that was supposed to be paid off as part of the sale). Unfortunately, as previously stated I continued to make four payments via automatic withdrawal from my credit union on the following dates 1/4/19, 12/21/19, 12/7/19. I received a bill from Infiniti with a due date of January 1. Since my prior vehicles loan was not paid off until January 10, 2019 I do not have the funds to pay a January 1 car note because I can not afford to pay on two vehicles. A new payoff should have been requested if the prior was not paid off in a more timely manner. Interest continued to accrue through my bank on the loan which resulted in me only receiving back $414 although I made 3 payments. I am looking for some type of help with Infiniti lease corporation with late fees and possibly pushing my due date back because of this issue. The next payment will be due February 1 in which I am now in a hardship because of the FULL and a half month payment on my previous vehicle. In addition, this overall experience has not been pleasant. I met with John **, finance manager January 5, he told me the check was already received by my bank and he would send me confirmation of it. I never received a confirmation nor did I hear back from him. Similarly, the day after I left with the vehicle I had questions about the insurance document. It was not explained to me other than to sign so I called him and left messages for him numerous times at the dealership. He did not return my calls so I texted the sales rep Alex, who advised me that insurance is my problem not theirs although I had not explained my question or concern. Not only that but the brand new 2019 vehicle was not showroom ready for me to drive off of the lot. The car had and still has scratches and all sorts of marks on it. I asked for a car wash on the Saturday I met with Mr. ** but it was raining and he suggested to bring it back. My concern is there was no urgency, I would have expected for him to try to right the wrongs by scheduling an appointment for me to have my car washed and for sure sending the confirmation or make a follow up call to let me know that the payment was not sent to my bank yet. I was shocked and appalled. It certainly appears as if Infiniti is only concerned about making a sale then after the sale the customer is obsolete. As I stated, previously, I need help to ensure my credit rating does not get impacted, payment due date adjustments and late fees or something to right these wrongs.

The Infiniti Q70 and Q70L are a line of mid-size luxury (executive) cars from Renault–Nissan–Mitsubishi Alliance luxury division Infiniti. Its essentially an update to the Infiniti M series with minor cosmetic changes. This car is very good usable for me. I like the design of this car very much. It is flexible and very elegance. Price of this car was in my budget as well. This car is good at handling and nice throaty v-8. It has sensual exterior too. Getting in and getting out is very easy. Car has class and convenient instrumentation. Great Bluetooth and nav. Very comfortable and great styling too. It looks like one of a kind and its very reliable car. However, its hybrid lacks finesse and gas mileage could be better. The 2017 Infiniti Q70 is a viable alternative to American and German cars of the same ilk, but lacks their personalities.

Bought a new 2011 QX56. Had multiple issues covered under warranty. Thinking I got a lemon! Recently, my wife got stranded on the side of the road with our kids due to another poor quality issue. I paid to have it towed to the dealership where I purchased it. The vehicle has 79K miles. I was told it needed a timing chain and sprockets or a long block. 5K to 12K to fix. Called Infiniti which took a week for them to open a customer care claim and assign a rep to review and follow up. Was told it was out of warranty and there was no support offered. Escalated it to Nissan corporate, which took another 5 days and was told the Qx56 had performed to Nissan’s standards 70K miles and Nissan would not offer any additional support. The corporate rep was correct. Not a lemon, just unreliable and overpriced! Nissan has changed the name twice but it is still the same company making it. Based on all the customer complaints online this is a common problem! I have other choices and will not purchase anything else from Nissan or Infiniti! I hope my bad decisions help you make a better choice!

I am a third time Infiniti buyer and third time was not the charm. My car has been in the shop 5 times in the first 14 months of ownership for brake noise. Noise which is loud enough to be heard inside the house when I enter or exit the driveway. Excuse after excuse from the dealer with no real resolution. First, it was a pin, then a hose and now a spring. I have to fight to get them to reproduce every single time. Ive been told they squeak when theyre cold then they squeak when theyre hot and finally its not a safe issue. When I opened a case with customer service, what a joke. I called 4 times now, twice spoke to the rep and twice left messages. Not a single thing done as a result of my case being opened. The quality of the interior is awful. Leather seats cracking after just a year, silver trim nicks with the slightest pressure. Every silver panel on my car has dents and scratches - looks terrible. The dealer replaced one of them as goodwill and a day later, there were already two nicks on it. The new panel is worse than the old one. I am very frustrated, I wish I had never bought this car. Buyers, beware.

I purchased a 2014 Infiniti q50 in February 2014. It FLOATS/DRIFTS/TRAVELS across lanes BOTH directions even when the steering wheel is level and straight. I notice it more on the freeway however, it does it in the city as well. I took it into the dealership in May to have the issue looked at by the local Infiniti dealership. They say they cant find anything wrong. I took it back to the dealership again in May 2014 (Memorial Day weekend) and wanted a Master Tech to ride with us, he rode with us and saw the issue more than once however, decided that it needed an alignment which is crap (It wouldnt travel in both directions!)!! The car had 3000 miles on it and needed an alignment??? Ok so, they did an minor alignment but, it still drifts/floats and travels across both lanes without any help. I have to constantly actively steer the vehicle to keep it in the lane! My local dealership tells me that they cant find anything mechanically wrong with the vehicle. I was told by the local dealership Manager that they were instructed by NISSAN/INFINITI Corp NOT to work on my vehicle until the Infiniti engineer comes out to drive the vehicle on 6/24 however, based on all of the negative comments about, I doubt that he will help me. Do I hear Class Action?? ? I traded in my 2008 Infiniti G37 Coupe that I had bought used and NEVER had any problems with for this piece of crap! My Intouch Apps have never worked correctly. The backup camera doesnt work until you put the car in reverse 3 times, my dual screens have locked up 5 times and will not correct themselves unless you pull the vehicle over and turn off the car and turn it back on. My Oil & Filter light came on at 3499 miles and the first Oil/Filter change isnt until 5000 miles!! ! I DO NOT FEEL SAFE IN THIS VEHICLE!! I have told the dealership Manager and Consumer Affairs that I DO NOT feel SAFE in this vehicle! I purchased this vehicle because we are having another grandchild which means that her car seat wouldnt fit in the coupe. I WILL NOT ALLOW MY granddaughters or my pregnant daughter in this vehicle!!!

They assured me that my vehicle was fit for export and that the UAE Infiniti dealer will take care of me. I was clear with my salesperson that I couldnt afford a payment over 500.00. I was clear about all that I wanted on my car & was told it had it. Lies!! While sitting down with my salesperson I gave him a list of my must haves. He stated the car had all the bells & whistles. It does not have what I wanted. I also stated that I had a budget of no more than 500 for a car payment. After agreeing to a price Im sent to the finance person who tells me, not asked me if I wanted this additional insurance. I go back to the salesperson who says I dont know but you agreed to this extra insurance. I never did because I was not asked. I was very clear that as a recent cancer survivor I have expenses that must be paid for and that I had a strict budget of 500.00. Then the car was disgusting!! It smelled of cigarettes and I could not believe this was not addressed prior to showing me the car. Did I mention I am a cancer survivor!?? The car was so filthy that when we opened the sunroof leaves and what have you fell in the car. I then had a temporary plate that expired. I called the dealership approximately 10 times that day to ask what am I supposed to do?? My husband is ** and I certainly did not want him getting pulled over!! Starbucks, shooting unarmed ** men etc... The manager never would return my calls that day, The receptionist stated she recognized my name from calling so many times that day and would walk my message over to him. Never once did he call or step out to apologize to me once I arrived. I insisted on speaking to a manager since I was now driving with an expired temporary tag. I was then introduced to the finance manager who stated that this was a bad day because they were in meetings all day. I then explained what my issues were with the finance guy and how I was never given the option to accept the insurance but rather told that this was what my payment was. She then tells me she cannot cancel it to make my payment lower but that I can have the amount deducted to the entire amount at the end. My payment stays the same but it will be less from the total. I then took the car in to be cleaned from the awful smoke smell and to be detailed. The smell is gone but the car was not detailed at all. The service guy came out and said, Yeah this is disgusting. The car wasnt even wiped down properly. Finally, I then had to take it in for an oil change!!! How does it need an oil change and I just purchased it.I ABSOLUTELY REGRET PURCHASING THIS CAR!! I WISH I NEVER STOPPED BY THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I am and have been so stressed out that now I am on blood pressure medication because I dont know if I will be able to make the car payments. Medicine or car payment!!! I hate the fact that as a woman I was taken advantage of!!!Consumers Desired Resolution: I want the finance genius at Infiniti to find a way to bring my payment down to 500.00 a month or take the car back. Let me out of this contract so I cannot feel like I am overwhelmed and deciding between paying for my medication or making a car payment. On May 25, 2018 I received a voicemail from Bobby, the general manager from Tampa Infiniti. In his voicemail he stated he wanted to address my complaint to BBB. I returned his call on May 26, 2018 and he made an offer to me of a new car with a $50.00 decrease in my payments that is a lease. He stated the car was a Q 30, which is a much smaller car than what I presently have. I stated that car he was offering was too small for my family and me and that the consumer ratings were not positive. I then offered to come in to discuss the matter in person and he asked if I could wait and come in after the Memorial Holiday weekend because he expected to be busy. I stated that I completely understood and would come in on May 29 @ 3:00. I arrived today and Bobby insisted that according to the paperwork I agreed to the payment by initialing or signing. I repeated that I was not denying that I signed the paperwork but that I felt I was deceived. I repeated just as I did on the day I went to purchase the vehicle, to the BBB and over the telephone I was adamant of what I could afford due to my health. I was not impressed that he was making me an offer for a new car!! Maybe if I was 20 years old I would jump by hearing NEW, well Im not!!! I am almost 50 years old and at this time NEW was not going to make me take the vehicle just because it was new. This is my first time purchasing a used vehicle. Lesson learned!!! Bobby however, insisted that I agreed to the amounts because he had the paperwork in front of him. Again, I stated I was never asked if I wanted the additional insurances, rather I was told. Bobby even had the audacity to tell me No you knew, and the finance man asked me and I agreed. I was not asked but told. I even explained that I went back to the salesman to ask how did my payment increase and he stated he had no clue but he came back to me and stated I asked for the insurances and I was aware. NO I DID NOT know or was even explained to!!! My question to Bobby is, Were you there? Bobby and I know he was not there, so how can he be so adamant that I was explained to about the insurances. I then told Bobby that I thought he wanted to help me but it was obvious he had no intention of helping me but to humiliate me by repeatedly telling me I signed the paperwork. I stated due to my diagnosis of breast cancer and the stress that was being brought upon, I needed to avoid the stress he attempted to give me and I refused to be belittled. His efforts were a waste of time for both of us and that I was leaving. I immediately left. Infiniti has certainly lived up to the reputation of being barbaric hyenas with no morals!! This has certainly been a learning experience for me and I plan on telling every person I know to never ever do business with Infiniti of Tampa Bay. I will certainly tell every teacher I work with to NEVER EVER do business with Infiniti Tampa Bay. Then as I was leaving I bumped into Nick who sold me the car and he couldnt even speak or look me in my face. Guilt!!! Or maybe not since he is a part of the hyenas team. I would have been willing to walk away with an older vehicle or any other vehicle comparable to what I have now and that would give me the payment I asked for when I walked into the dealership. It is my feeling Bobby only read that I wanted a lower payment and not that I felt taken advantage of and that the reputation of car salesmen truly live up to their rumored names. I know I should have never agreed to the payments that was not what I knew I could afford. I guess I will have to only purchase my cancer medications when the money becomes available. And by the way Bobby, thank you for wasting my time today that I cannot get back. I pray no one you know would have to make that decision of purchasing their medication only when they can afford it.

I drove the car for 1.5 hr just to test it and it did not improve. I took the car to the dealer I originally bought from and they say that the EPA reviews and that they are not responsible for that review. I believe that is unreal for a car to provide less than half mpg than what it suppose to. I called Infiniti and they said the same thing and only provided me with few tips on how to improve it.Also my front passenger seat makes a weird sound (something loose) when I head a pothole. The dealer said that all Q50 makes the same sound and there is nothing they can do in that case. Its a manufacturer problem. I have been with the car for just a month and I am not happy. I would not recommend purchasing this car. I am paying a lot of money to have this type of issue.

They offer something to fit every budget and taste, from sporty coupes all the way to versatile sport utility vehicles. Very attractive styles and refined product. Also a very elite brand so it speaks of status. They offer all the latest technology including wifi and Bluetooth. Roomy and spacious for a comfortable and enjoyable ride or drive. Plenty of leg room and overall passenger comfort. I would definitely suggest everyone give them a try before buying any other brand.

2015 Infiniti Q70 not well executed. Engine and Transmission do not perform
2015 Infiniti Q70 not well executed. Engine and Transmission do not perform with precision as the Q50 or other models do. Its sluggish and non responsive. Has stupid settings for Economy and Sport, which do nothing except either make the car jumpy or more sluggish. The Navigation system is very complex and cannot find Places (aka Points of Interest). E.g. it could not find of my bank locations (Chase) near me, even though there are 5 within a 4 miles radius. The nearest it found was 60 miles away. It could find the ATMs that my has. If you do not have an exact address, its almost impossible to find anything. It is as what in it is a primitive system. My portable GPS thats 10 years old has more accuracy. The answers I get from the dealer are all BS and they try to jawbone with a bunch of lame excuses. So, no satisfaction.

I took my car in to the Plaza Infiniti dealership to have recall for airbag replaced which I was told would take 2-3 hours. I was provided a loaner car. Mechanic called 5 hours later requesting if I wanted additional work done on car. My flood light changed, and that they had completed the recall and just need to place the dashboard back on. I didnt receive a call back that day on Monday. I called, left advisor voicemail to see if car was ready. The next day on Tuesday no one called and I called several times and left voicemail. No one return my call. Wednesday around noon advisor called and advised that my dashboard had been damaged during replacing recall, and the dashboard was on back order and I would get a call when it comes in. I was like really, no one advised me this on Monday or Tuesday, these huge hole like the vents in dashboard.Consumer Affairs with infiniti has been no help. There are others waiting on dashboard replacements since back in March. Nowhere in the recall letter do the alert this could possibly happen to your vehicle. I am seeking justice because this is not right. I also called a dealership who advised that the dashboard for M35 has been discontinued. The part is not even in production so how are you promising consumers that this will be fixed.

I am a SEVEN-TIME Infiniti owner. On 11-9-19 we leased a new Infiniti QX-60 from Infiniti of Columbus in Dublin, Ohio. We traded in a 2017 QX-60 coming off lease. One week after the trade in, we received a bill for $2,493.84 from Infiniti Finanacial Services, due immediately for payoff on the OLD lease, which contractually the Dealer was to have paid off. I tried to reach our salesman Stephen ** by phone several times that day, with NO return calls. I then emailed to Mr. ** as to why our now turned in vehicle had not been paid off. He replied by email that their finance/accounting department had told him that the check had been mailed. 10 days later on 11/25/19 I called Infiniti Financial Services who stated that NO payoff check had been received.I again emailed Mr. ** our salesman who again stated that he again checked with accounting who yet again verified the check had been mailed. One week later on 12/2/19 I again called IFS who again stated that no check had been received. I agained emailed and called our salesman repeatedly who no replies this time. I then called the Sales Manager Radu ** at the dealer who said he’d immediately resolve the issue. 3 days later I again called IFS and no payment had been received. I multiple times emailed and called the Sales Manager Radu ** with no replies. On 12/5/19 I then called the Finance manager Mike ** who proceeded to sort the issues out. The next day he got back to me on 12/6/19 and told me the check was NEVER ISSUED as the salesman had told me, until 12/3/19 and that Infiniti Fine isl Services had LOST the check. On 12/7/19 I received a collection letter from IFS, at which time I called Infiniti Consumer Affairs to assist with my payoff issues and lack of customer service from the dealer. I again spoke with Mr. ** the finance manager on 12/9/19 who stated he would overnight another payoff check. That same day I received a call from Austin, a Regional Manager for Infiniti Consumer Affairs in Nashville who stated he would also assist in resolving this matter. On 12/11/19, I spoke with Austin again, as well as an IFS representative who stated BOTH the lost check and the replacement checks had been received and who emailed me a payoff letter. On January 4, three weeks later I received a NEW collection letter from IFS for the original amount as well as a check from IFS for the same payoff amount made out in my name. I called IFS, who stated the account was now in collections with the loss recovery department which was closed on a Saturday. I again called Infiniti Consumer Affairs and requested that the case be re-opened. On Monday 1/6//20, I again called Consumer Affairs as Austin had not called despite my leaving several voicemails at his direct dial number. They connected me to him, and he partied me in with IFS and then the Loss Recovery Department. Austin refused to stay on the line as he was “too busy to continue helping” and stated he would call me in follow up 2 days later. I then spoke with Frank ** at Infiniti Financial Services loss recovery department with my attorney listening in, and Frank proceeded to laugh as he reviewed the case facts. Upon his review, and after spending 75 minutes on the phone with multiple people, in addition to over 4 hours spent on calls and emails prior, Frank proceeded to tell us that IFS had refunded the second payment from the dealer to me instead of the dealer, and simultaneously referred me to multiple collection agencies (several of whom had called me already earlier that day). Mr. ** explained that he indeed could NOT avoid the check erroneously mailed to me and that I had to deposit the check, and mail a personal check along with the bill and collection notice to pay off the 2017 Infiniti, and stated he would no longer pursue collection of this account and refused to e-mail me confirmation of this or our discussion. The next day on 1/7/20 I deposited the erroneously issued check from Infiniti for $2,493.84 and simultaneously mailed a personal check for the same amount via Certified Mail, return receipt requested.Austin, from Infiniti Consumer Affairs called me once on W. 12/8/19, while I was on an emergency phone call. I am a physician and was unable to take his call. Less than 60 seconds later, I called Austin back at Cinsumer Affairs and again left multiple voice mails with NO return call. I hope anyone considering owning/leasing an Infiniti will give second thoughts after reading our horrible saga of repeated failures at giving proper customer service at all levels of management.

I would strongly recommended anyone to avoid Infiniti. One of the worst companies dealing with cars. They just discontinue vehicles overnight FX35 and dont provide any after sales for the discontinued cars. Even China do not manufacture their parts saying its a failed company. In Qatar finding infiniti parts are like finding a needle in a haystack. Sad to know they related to Nissan.

I leased a QX 60 with all the bells and whistles. Nice car a bit under powered but it was for the wife. Recently, I turned in the lease and Infiniti claimed there was over $3,000 in repairs. I inspected the vehicle myself after having it detailed, I saw nowhere near the so called damages. After their so called 3rd party inspection, they stated there were chips in the paint and dents, which conveniently cost $300 apiece to fix. I asked them to provide me with pictures of the damage. They refused. At this point, I either was going to pay the so called damages or hire an attorney. Its interesting, the damages were right around what it would have cost me to hire legal council. It is my belief that Infiniti leasing has questionable business practices.

DO NOT TRUST INFINITI. Infiniti Leasing will attempt to take money from you
DO NOT TRUST INFINITI. Infiniti Leasing will attempt to take money from you in every way possible. After being a loyal leasing customer for almost 7 years, I returned my second leased Infiniti FX35/37. At the time of leasing I pre-paid for any minor damages, scratches, small dings, etc. When I turned the vehicle in I was told everything was good. BUT, approximately 4 months later I received a phone call from a debt collector saying I owed Infiniti additional money to cover minor scratches and dings. I attempted to resolve this with the dealership who said it outside their responsibility. I attempted to resolve this with Infiniti Leasing who said that I needed to work with the dealership. After many months of back and forth and risk to my credit rating - I gave up and just paid. Thank you Infiniti - Merry Christmas to you... I hope this small bill you overcharged me was worth losing a customer for life and the negative reviews I will give to everyone I meet.

I bought a 2014 Infiniti QX60 and since I bought the car, I have issues. First within a week of buying the car the headliner was coming out. I took it, they fixed, then a second time for same issue. Now I have transmission problems, it being twice I take it to the dealer, the car only have 12k miles. The dealer keep saying is normal - that the transmission works like that when I shift from reverse to drive, it kicks really bad. I know that is not normal. It didnt do that when I first bought the car. Joe the service manager said that he was going to call me to set up an appointment - is already being more than a week still havent call me. I already call three times and left message for Hans ** who I took my car for a second time. Until now he havent return my call. In total my car is being at the dealer 4 times for problems. I will never get another Infiniti. I dont recommended, I dont even want to keep this car anymore - the worst experience ever. Dont go to Cerritos Infiniti or any Infiniti.

The Infiniti QX60 has great safety features, but the Navigation/Bluetooth is still in the ox-cart Stone Age. Getting driving instructions also slow and tedious, compared to GMC Onstar, which answers the phone immediately, compared to long wait with Infiniti. And, GMC downloads instructions immediately, compared to tedious, roundabout method with Infiniti. If it were not for the excellent features, I would stick GMC and OnStar, which are far superior to Infiniti.

I bought a G37 Infiniti Coupe from Infiniti of Manhattan back in Nov of 201
I bought a G37 Infiniti Coupe from Infiniti of Manhattan back in Nov of 2013. After a few months I realized my lower bumper paint was cracking in several areas. I contacted the manager ** and explained to him the issue - he then said bring the car back. I did drop the car off on June 2nd in 2013 and the car bumper was still a mess when we picked it up. ** then stated to me Bring the car back the following week and I will send it back to the body shop. I took my vehicle back and this was an ongoing issue which was never resolved by dealer. I then contacted Infiniti Affairs and made several complaints about this issue back then and still no help. I called recently on February 26, 2015 and spoke to a Claims Agent by the name of ** from Consumer Affair. She stated, I see this been an ongoing issue with Infiniti Manhattan. But Im sorry to tell you they are now closed but go to the nearest dealer in your state and have them take pics of the bumper. I did that the following weekend and went to Ray Catena in Edison N.J. ** a service adviser that assist me at all times took the pics. ** contacted me on March 2nd of 2015 saying Infiniti Consumer Affair Regional Manager came to an Agreement that my bumper isnt a manufacturer issue and they wont be covering my damages. She then went on to say she received the pics of the bumper. Ray Catena employee did state in the email with the pics it was a horrible job done. I then stated when Infiniti of Manhattan had my vehicle it wasnt a manufacturer issue then neither. So she stated they are out of business now and Its nothing we can do. I said thats very unprofessional of Infiniti a Luxury Car Brand to tell customers that they can assist them. She then said, I understand your frustration but the case is now closed. I totally lost it over the phone on her and tell her I wont stop here with this big issue. She then asked, Do you know what body shop your car was at in NYC? I stated, No check your files for my information. Im sure your company has all Infiniti of Manhattan customer files. Her response to me is, We dont have any customer files from Infiniti of Manhattan and maybe you should try to find the owner and he can better assist you. I said to her, Your attitude and poor judgment will help cost Infiniti in the long run. She stated, Well we have no files for them and there is nothing we can do, being that my bumper wasnt a recall. I said to her, I need to speak with your manager, she said to me I will send an email for one to contact you. Its been seven days to be exact as of today - still no call from Infiniti Management. I will be contacting Consumer Affairs again this morning about this terrible service Im having with them. I also have my packet from Infiniti of Manhattan stating the services back in June of 2013 that was performed horribly by them. So I have proof that Infiniti of Manhattan had my car twice and still did my bumper horrible. So being that ** stated Infiniti Consumer Affairs have no files for Infiniti of Manhattan Customers. Guess what - I have found my work order and I will move forward with my evidence and seek Legal Advice. I wont ever buy another vehicle from Infiniti again in Life and I wont recommend my family nor friends. Their Consumer Affairs Suck Majorly and I have read many other customers complaints about them as well. Thanks.

While driving my Infiniti Q60 Red sport (MSRP 52K $) on the freeway, my steering wheel froze, didn’t turn left or right. I panicked to death until the road itself took me to the right shoulder of the road. I turned the car off then back on to release the steering wheel then got home safely. I reported that to the police department and consumer affairs. I can no longer drive this car. I don’t want it. Fixing the issue may not resolve it and it could happen again and put my life in danger. Let the CEO knows that I won’t drive this car anymore. If you give it back to me, am so ready to call my attorney.

About 8 months ago I leased a QX30 because I have friends who love Infiniti so I was excited to give it a try. This car is a DANGEROUS vehicle. We went to the dealership to try and get out of the lease and roll into something else because they asked us to come in and talk after I emailed my disappointment. All they were concerned about was trying to fleece us out of more money, not help us solve the problem. Here are just a few of the issues with this car: motor shuts off when you come to a stop so that when you try and go out to make a turn, it bogs down and delays (I have almost been hit because we live on a busy highway). The visibility is so poor and there are no added mirror insets on the side view mirrors to help with this problem. When you come to a stop the a/c shuts off and when you go it turns back on except blows hot air, auto door locks with key fobs dont work properly, it will not pair well with my iPhone (apparently has compatibility issues), back tailgate does not always unlatch and is heavy. I was told these parts are made by Mercedes with an Infiniti logo...if it were Infiniti I would be ashamed to have my logo on this car. I do truly hope no one is hurt in this car, myself included.Guess my husband and I will have to continue to draw straws to see who has to drive this plastic heap of junk each day until our lease is up. We were given the opportunity to test drive a QX60 and it was so nice and quiet and drove like a luxury car is should. But then they decided to try and really stick it to us because if you are extremely disappointed, they really dont give a darn. Hopefully we can stop anyone else from making the mistake of purchasing this vehicle and after our experience today, they dont get a good review on customer service either.

I have owned 8 Infiniti models over the years from a 1991 Q45 all the way to a 2011 G37x. I could not be happier with the cars and the way I was treated by the dealership in Barrington, IL. I will never go anywhere else for service work and plan on buying a Q40 or Q50 next year.
