2025 Infiniti QX50

Find big savings on Infiniti Automobile(s) at Auto Helpers. Low Prices.

The 2025 Infiniti QX50 is a premium compact SUV built around Infiniti’s unique VC‑Turbo engine system, which delivers surprisingly smooth performance and dynamic control.

Powertrain:
It’s powered by a 2.0 L VC‑Turbo engine producing around 268 hp and 280 lb‑ft of torque. Infiniti’s variable compression technology adjusts piston ratio to balance fuel efficiency and power seamlessly. All-wheel drive is now standard for 2025 on every model.

Performance & Efficiency:
Acceleration from 0–60 mph takes around 6.3–6.7 seconds. Fuel economy is competitive with small luxury peers—roughly 22 mpg city and 28 mpg highway. Real-world numbers sometimes fall short due to CVT behavior and engine response under heavy load.

Interior & Comfort:
The cabin is spacious and comfortable. Front legroom is about 39.6 inches and rear legroom close to 38.7 inches. Cargo capacity ranges from about 31 cu ft behind the second row to over 64 cu ft with seats folded flat. Sliding second-row seats provide cargo/passenger flexibility.

Tech & Features:
Every trim includes dual stacked touchscreens (8‑in upper, 7‑in lower) plus a 7‑in digital gauge cluster. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto come standard along with wireless phone charging, power liftgate, remote start, and six-speaker audio. Sport trim upgrades bring 20‑inch dark wheels, premium semi-aniline leather upholstery, ventilated front seats, Bose premium sound, heated steering wheel, paddle shifters, upgraded ambient lighting, navigation, and a 360‑degree camera system.

Trim Levels & Pricing:
Available in three trims—Pure, Luxe, and Sport. U.S. MSRPs start at approximately $43,000 for Pure, around $46,300 for Luxe, and $51,200 for Sport. Canadian pricing begins close to C$51,700 for the base grade.

Driving Experience:
The ride is generally quiet and refined. Steering feels light and composed but lacks the precision and feedback found in rivals. The CVT can be slow to respond, and the engine becomes loud under heavier throttle inputs. It’s smooth for daily driving but not particularly athletic.

Pros & Cons:
Positive aspects include its comfortable cabin, sliding rear seat flexibility, and unique turbo engine that balances refinement and efficiency. Downsides include outdated infotainment screens, inconsistent CVT behavior, a lack of sporty driving engagement, and reports of electronics or drivetrain issues from owners.

Future Outlook:
Infiniti confirmed that the QX50 and its related QX55 coupe counterpart will be discontinued by the end of 2025 in the U.S.—making this the final model year available. A refreshed or redesigned replacement is expected later in the decade.

Owner Feedback:
Users frequently praise the smooth ride and cabin quietness but criticize the infotainment setup and stiffness from standard run-flat tires. Some report build concerns like a rough ride, noisy engine under load, and lack of standard conveniences like a spare tire or glovebox lighting.

Bottom Line:
The 2025 QX50 is a well-appointed luxury crossover offering plush comfort, generous space, and smooth power delivery from a novel engine. It shines as a choice for those looking for refinement over thrills. That said, dated tech, CVT oddities, and the impending discontinuation make it a more cautious pick—best for buyers valuing luxury features and interior comfort over sporty driving dynamics.

I bought a 2014 Infiniti QX60 and since I bought the car, I have issues. First within a week of buying the car the headliner was coming out. I took it, they fixed, then a second time for same issue. Now I have transmission problems, it being twice I take it to the dealer, the car only have 12k miles. The dealer keep saying is normal - that the transmission works like that when I shift from reverse to drive, it kicks really bad. I know that is not normal. It didnt do that when I first bought the car. Joe the service manager said that he was going to call me to set up an appointment - is already being more than a week still havent call me. I already call three times and left message for Hans ** who I took my car for a second time. Until now he havent return my call. In total my car is being at the dealer 4 times for problems. I will never get another Infiniti. I dont recommended, I dont even want to keep this car anymore - the worst experience ever. Dont go to Cerritos Infiniti or any Infiniti.

Temperature control unit - A/C turns itself on at highest speed and becomes stuck. I can feel the effect/pull that this has on the engine. Also, audio unit screen goes blank while playing and cannot be adjusted or shutoff until engine is turned off. Both units, inoperable. Problem sometimes ceases and sometimes persists with engine re-start. [Im also concerned with the safety hazard of the drain of power (on battery/alternator) if both units are involuntarily running full power, if not able to pull over and shut off car. The car has now stalled once while at a traffic light, following the onset of this problem.]I took the vehicle to my mechanic and was informed of a voluntary recall and presented with the paperwork. Campaign ID#: P3104 - Voluntary Service Campaign Audio Finisher Circuit Board. Applied Vehicle: 2003 G35 Sedan (V35). Dealer Responsibility. After numerous times being told (via phone call) that there was no recall, I informed the dealer (Warranty Manager) that I was looking at (and citing from) the voluntary recall paperwork. After spending much time on hold, the Warranty Manager confirmed the recall. I was ultimately informed that my vehicle did not fall within the VIN #s for the first 23,600 vehicles built. Therefore, my vehicle did not qualify for repair under the recall. I was told that there was nothing I could do under the parameters of this recall. I asked for a quote for the repair. Estimated: $700 parts and labor. When I asked if there was anything else I could do, I was suggested to file a complaint with Consumer Affairs. So here I am.

Smooth riding experience. Comfortable in every way. Its feels like you are riding on air. It gives you a chance to be able to see whats going on with the comfort of the ride. Beautiful is everything you can describe it. The looks of it gives you a reason to want it more than you realize it. You can talk about how long your car looks and how long it gives. I love how you can make your own decisions when you are on the passenger side. Give you a chance to relax and let it go to a good long ride. You carry it to a car dealership and they treat you with great respect, make sure everything is taken care of and puts a smile on your face to comfort you.

My Infiniti Q45 2002 with 85k miles suddenly shut off in the middle of the interstate while I was going about 65 mph and carrying my grandkids. I was able to get over into the zone between ongoing traffic and merging lanes and turn on the hazard lights otherwise there would have been a major collision. It was a nightmare. We were stuck there for about ten or fifteen minutes before I was able to get over to a shoulder and get towed. Infiniti needs to recall these vehicles. Were all at unnecessary risk. These vehicles are death traps. My blood pressure is through the roof today.

Like many others with the 2003 Infiniti G35 sedan, my radio has stopped working and I have no control over my A/C. Infiniti had the voluntary recall where they fixed the issue, but of course all they did was put a band-aid on it. The original owner of my car already took it to them to be fixed so I cant even take it to them without them asking for some ridiculous amount to fix it again. If they would not have integrated the controls for the A/C and radio on the same control panel in the first place, we would not have to deal with all this crap now. Of course, calling them is useless, they avoid the issue and try to act like this doesnt happen to thousands of others with the same model. Luxury car huh? My Honda Civic never had these kinds of problems.

Unsatisfied and disappointed. Recently purchased a brand new 2015 Infiniti QX60 with only 16 miles on it. I purchased this vehicle after talking with the salesperson and being very clear as to my vehicle needs. I depend heavily in the navigation, safety features and cutting edge technology. Therefore, I was sold a vehicle that was to meet all these needs. I was sold the premium technology package and other luxuries. However, now that I have had the opportunity to drive the vehicle and put it through its paces Im very disappointed with the vehicle and Infinitis customer service.First of all the Navigation system is old and out of date. Some of the local roads have not been updated to the navigation. I have called the dealership but they failed to update the system without an extra $400 dollars payment, even though I was very clear with the salesperson and I was assured that the technology package included this and it had the latest update.Secondly, the technology on this vehicle is dated and a few years behind the competition. My previous vehicle was a 2013 luxury vehicle from a competing company and its Bluetooth, safety features and technological efficiencies were superior to this vehicle. This vehicle does not have blind spot indicators (while driving) even though I was very clear to the salesperson when purchased. The Bluetooth lacks connectivity and functions as offered by the competition. The stereo system is inferior to what I had in my 2013 vehicle.Third and final disappointment is with the engine performance and MPG. The engine lacks the power and it feels like a snail. I am not expecting it to drive like a Ferrari but to have enough power to maneuver through traffic and acceleration speed to enter major expressways. The window sticker stated and the salesperson confirmed that it should get 19 mpg in city and 29 mpg highway. I have yet to see such a performance. The Infiniti QX60 delivered to me gets 12 mpg city and 17.8 mpg highway. Horrible mileage.I have called the dealership and they have failed to take ownership of the issues stated above. I have also called Infiniti directly and they took the same lackadaisical response to my concerns and requests. If I would have known these issues I would have NEVER purchased this vehicle. I have not started to scratch the surface on the craftsmanship of this vehicle yet I am regretting every single minute of buying this vehicle. Be aware this car does not compete to others in its class. It fails miserably. Customer service does not measure to the competition. If youre expecting quality and great customer service LOOK ELSEWHERE. You will not find it here.

I have had an issue with my lease. I went to INFINITI OF RIVERSIDE and the car salesman was Tahir **. The salesman was completely dishonest and did not do anything he promised to do. I inquired about a lease since my lease was coming to an end. He continued to text me the same day and insisted I go in that very day in order to get a deal. Upon going in to look at the cars I told him I would like to return after speaking with my prior leasing company to make sure that I had all my numbers in order. I told him that I usually go with a Broker and he insisted that he was also a broker and that he can get the same deals. I then told him I was not looking to put any money down at the moment that why I didnt want to get the car that very day. He insisted we go on a test drive and we did. I didnt like vehicles color so I insisted I would come back later. He then told me that if we leased the car that day that Infiniti would take care of all the remaining payments, damage fees, and disposition fees. It sounded good but I still had a budget I wanted to stay under. The budget was that of 400.00. He then said that if we got it that day he would be able to do everything, take my old car that day and that he would take care of everything to return it, pay any fees, and I wouldnt have to worry about anything. All he said was that he would need a down payment in order to make the deal. Originally not wanting a down payment I figured if everything was going to be taken care of then it wasnt a bad deal for a 2 year lease. So I decided to try out Infiniti and so far it has been a horrible experience! He told me I could only get a 3 year lease, then he said for the down payment I would have to write out a blank check for 1,600 as the down payment. He never called Lexus to make sure they came to check the car I had to do that. I have been having to deal with Lexus since not everything has been paid off! So now I still owe Lexus upwards of $600 and I have a higher payment on my Infiniti lease because it was going to be a little higher in order to cover any cost. This is the worst car buying experience I have ever experienced and will be glad to return this car and never do business with a shady company like this! I have tried contacting Ali and all he said was that I should take car of it on my own now. And he stopped responding to me.

With my multiple visits in an Infiniti service department, I have not felt as disappointed and appalled with the customer service that I received as I did at Cerritos Infiniti. Instead of helping me understand what is going on with my car and empathize how concerning how my car performed last night while I was driving with my 2 yr. old and both my parents, I felt confronted and castigated and offended. I brought my car in for an oil and filter change and a multi-point inspection last Dec. 28 and as I was driving my car yesterday, the car jerked multiple times as I accelerate.I bring my car to Infiniti for service because of the level of trust that I have with them. But the attitude that Tony ** showed was very unprofessional and demeaning. I work in a hospitality industry and train employees how to treat a customer to provide excellent service and I do know how a TERRIBLE customer service feels like. I would hope Tony would show a bit more compassion and concern than show arrogance and be spite to their customers. I had to bring my husband to his office for him to understand what my concerns are with Infiniti service but apparently he still didnt seem to understand that we are just looking for a simple, outstanding customer service and experience.I am afraid that with this persons show of character and lack of customer empathy, I had changed my mind from trusting Infiniti service and vehicles and would rather go to another higher end, top notch customer rating car makers. I have gone to other Infiniti locations and everyone I dealt with were extremely friendly and very compassionate with their customers. My husband ended up pulling our car out of their service department and brought it someplace else that would really take care of our concern and get a better treatment.

My vehicle is a 2001 Infiniti I-30. I have this car serviced at a local Nissan dealership since I purchased the car there in 2009. The car developed some idle problems and Nissan told me that it was the ECM (the vehicles computer). I had the ECM and a valve replaced 2 years earlier at Nissan, but they indicated that they could not do anything since it was an Infiniti part, but to contact Infiniti consumer affairs because they are likely to help with the problem since this part is over $1000 and should last more than 2 years. They indicated they would do this for a Nissan part.I contacted InfinitI consumer affairs and they instructed me to take it to an Infiniti dealership and get the problem verified. I explained to them that I was just at a Nissan dealership and they are actually the same company, but they insisted. Since I needed to get this problem fixed, I took it there. They kept the car for a week and a half and after all this, they told me they couldnt help because the part was out of warranty. They knew that the part was out of warranty before I took it into an Infiniti dealer and now I was out $145 service fee which they would not pay either.I asked to speak to a supervisor and Yadiri told me there was none. When I insisted, she indicated that a supervisor was not there. When I kept up, Jeane (the supervisor) came on the phone. Jeane indicated that the warranty was not the only issue (contradicting her subordinate) and indicated that car mileage and customer loyalty was also a factor. I indicated to her that I was an extremely loyal customer having my car serviced at Nissan consistently. She ignored my remarks and repeated over and over that they were not going to cover the part. This is ridiculous. Infiniti consumer affairs is a farce. People have purchased new Infinitis because of my vehicle as Ive always loved the performance and told people about it. Even though the car was old - this appealed to my friends because it showed reliability. I will make it my goal in life to get as many people away from the Infiniti cars as I possibly can. If someone at that company was smart, they would read the reviews in this section.

Terrible experience altogether. The Infiniti vehicle I leased didnt impress me at all especially for the money I was paying for it. The customer service was terrible. The hidden fees were added. $500 charges for two minor scratches. Deposition fee that I never agreed to and found out that they were added to my contract only in the end of my lease. So after my 39 months lease was over, Infiniti sent me invoice for another $1000. Their customer service is useless. They dont care about customer satisfaction and brand reputation, they care only about money. I will never ever again purchase or lease Infiniti or Nissan vehicle. I live in the San Bernardino Valley where the temperatures reach an excess of 106F. I frequently visit my daughter who lives in the high desert of Adelanto with similar temperatures, and I travel to Arizona where I have family. In July I was sent a recall that indicated my passenger airbag inflator has the risk of rupturing, resulting in metal fragments striking the vehicle occupants causing serious injury or death in areas with high levels of absolute humidity. For that reason, I have limited my life, and refrained from having passengers in my car because clearly I care for the life of others more than INFINITI does. The worst car I ever owned. I bought it brand new. It has less than 25,000 miles on it 2 years later. I have gotten stuck on the road 4 or 5 times with electrical problems (not just the battery). I also got stuck with a flat tire and found out for the first time that this $45,000 lemon did not come with a spare tire. Roadside assistance is a joke. 20 minutes worth of robot menus, another hold for a real person who asks the same questions, and then between 45 minutes to an hour before anyone actually shows and tows the car to the dealer. How do you get home? Your problem. The service department dealer, Manhasset Infiniti, manages to find a $600-$1,000 non-warranty item every time the car is brought in for routine service or a warrantied repair. Everyone is very nice and gives the appearance of being accommodating. But the bottom line is that they are handling you, not your problem.

I just bought my 2004 Infiniti G35 with get this, only 4K miles on it. The elder lady who drove it before leased it and never drove it. So I have been super happy with the car. Its sexy, it runs great. It has all the bells and whistles brand new cars have coming out today. So cut to the chase, I walk to my car that is parked in front of my house to hop in and run errands. My neighbor is talking to me but I am in a hurry so I just start up the engine. It revved but didnt turn over. No problem, probably didnt hold it long enough. Nope, keeps revving but no turn over. I am thinking, I have gas in the car whats the problem? Maybe a little air in the line sure give it a little gas and it will start. I am telling the car took a 180 from hell and went from being the easily start right up smooth ride to the rev it up like its a freaking 1960 bug engine and then proceeded to smoke. Yay! So naturally I turn the car off immediately (mind you I just paid my car payment lol) and proceed to figure out how I am going to resolve this issue. I called the dealership and was put on hold for forever then It went to voice mail. Called again and a lady picked up. She seemed nice but ended up being a peon robot worker bee. I told her my situation and she said the next available appoint is August 14th. I said that is in 9 days! Can you make an exception, I have to go to work tomorrow and I would at least need a rental car. No sir, but would you like me to make you the appointment? Yeah, that robotic. So I got the manager on the phone and he gave me a couple farm out mechanics and I got on for the next day at 9 am. It is the night before so I got the tow set up and the rental car situation all worked out. I am going to have them look at everything and I am going to pick my next fuel pump, and have them look at my engine because I can tell me motor mounts are loose and my Transmission likes to jump out of first gear a lot as well. I saw that there was a recall for the fuel pump and called Infiniti affairs. The lady took over 30 minutes to find my car and proceeded to tell me that there is no recall and to talk to the dealer. Then she told me there actually IS an AIRBAG recall. Okay great, so glad I called in otherwise my airbags wouldnt be functioning and they said they didnt tell me because I was not linked to my car. So all of you out there reading this, make sure you called Infiniti affairs 1 (800) 662-6200 and make sure you are attached to your car so you will get the recalls. Most Infinitis have a recall of some sort. I will also get my dashboard looked at as I see there are a lot of complaints about that. I would also note to take your car to get serviced at an actual Infiniti dealer. You cannot trust anyone else. If anyone has any questions comments or any advice that would help me with my 2004 Infiniti G35 feel free to email me at **. Thanks for reading!

He also noted that he seriously doubted that they would do anything because the warranty expired in November 2012. I received a call that same evening. Of course they told me the same thing he said. I was told that they sent out letters from their office to many address on file. Which she couldnt give to me. That was strange. My address should have been updated in their system since I frequent the Infiniti Dealer for regular maintenance. I was also surprised that this was never brought to my attention by the Dealership. For Infiniti to be luxury automotive dealer, they dont value the relationships of their customers. I was never notified of this cosmetic issue and did not receive adequate details on why. I also advised that I didnt have much time as I had to get dinner home to my family but I wanted him to give me a few lease numbers to look at and think about over a few days. I had to repeatedly tell this salesman that I was not buying a car that night and that I wasnt going to make that decision without thinking about it and discussing with my spouse. His response was, Cmon man, I have to make two deals tonight. Rather than providing me with some numbers to think about and offering to follow up with me in a couple days, he repeatedly kept making offers which I had to repeatedly say, Im not buying a car tonight! After saying no about 10 times, he said ,Cmon man, youre killing me, I have to get rid of a car tonight. Never once was he interested in what I needed and what I was looking for. Since when did I stop in to a dealership to help out a salesman hit his goals?! Im there to shop a car that I might be interested in and needed some time to consider my options. After coming back with deal after deal and pressuring me to buy the car, I finally just walked out of his office because he obviously didnt care that I didnt have much time, that I repeatedly said this is something I need to think about and discuss with my wife, and that I needed to get dinner home to my family. On my way out the door, I looked at the receptionist and said, You guys just lost me for life. She said, Youre kidding. I said No, Im not. At that point, I made the decision that I would never be coming back to this dealership to buy an Infiniti. At that point, a gentleman came running out to my car and banged on my window as I tried to pull out. I rolled down my window whereby he said, Im the general manager, what happened, what happened, what happened? I said, You want to know what happened? I specifically told your salesman what the purpose of my visit was tonight. It was to test drive a car and get some options to think about. I liked the car and would have most likely come back later this week to make a purchase. I said, I didnt appreciate the hard sell and the fact that the salesman wanted to make me feel like I had to help him out. He then kept saying, What happened, what happened? I said I had no interest in being pressured 12 different times to buy a car when I was clear what my position was. He said, You dont understand, I have a certain number of cars that I have to sell. I said, Its not my responsibility to help you sell your cars. He then replied, Well, if you werent going to buy a car tonight, then I never had you anyways! I then drove off.Are you kidding me? The GM of the dealership is telling me that well I never had you anyways? This entire experience was the worst car dealership experience Ive ever encountered. Since when did it become all about, I have to make two deals tonight and cmon man, I have to get rid of a car and I never had you anyway? Whatever happened to listening to the customers needs and then seeing what you can do to oblige with their situation and what theyre asking for? If this salesman would have simply listened and understood my needs, then he would have given me some options to consider and asked if he could follow up in a few days. I loved the car and was convinced I was coming back to buy but I just couldnt do it that night! Now, as a result of this experience, not only will I never buy from Lake Norman Infiniti, but I never want to buy an Infiniti, period! Your general managers approach and comment about never having me anyway sealed the deal for me. As far as Im concerned, he represents the Infiniti brand and if this is what your brand is all about, then no, thank you. As the general manager of the most prestigious private club in Charlotte, I will be certain to share this experience with as many influential individuals that I can. This was borderline harassment and was an embarrassment to the dealership and the Infiniti brand. I respectfully request a phone call from a senior officer within the Infiniti corporation to further discuss.

Ive owned my Infiniti G37 a little over 2 years. I recently noticed that the paint on my front bumper was peeling off. Since I live in No. California and purchased the car in So. California, I took it to our local Infiniti dealership and they indicated that someone had painted over the factory paint. Since I bought the car new and have never had work done to the front bumper, I knew that it wasnt me so it must have been done at the factory or Mission Viejo Infiniti where purchased. I called Mission Viejo Infiniti to discuss this and was told they had no record of anything being done to the bumper - of course they didnt. I then contacted Infiniti Consumer Affairs and after being sent to 3 different reps, a month later an appointment was made for a rep to check out the paint on my car. Surprise - they said it wasnt the factory paint and they would not be doing anything to repair it.Im so angry right now that I just want to sell my car and have nothing more to do with Infiniti, Im going to try and see where else I can get my car serviced because I want nothing more to do with them and dont want to spend my hard earned dollars there. What kind of warranty is it if they wont take care of the problems that arise. This is very poor customer service!

Overall I dislike the way how they handle the repaint to my 2019 QX50. It took few months to have it take to the shop. It took me 4 times going back and forth to have it test or investigate and took many picture to convince them that it is not a rock-chip. After few months they made a conclusion that they will repaint the area that is peeling (Rear & Front) and Im happy about it but if this ever happen to Toyota or Honda dealership they can deal with it within a week or two. Just saying. Also Im disappointed on how they wont include the Apple CarPlay into 2019 model QX50. It is a new model and every car should have this as basic Apple android connection to the car. But Infiniti decided to not include 2019 model for having Apple CarPlay. My first car was a Infiniti and my thoughts about this is if you want your customer to keep be happy and loyal into Infiniti family, a simple update to Apple CarPlay should be ok and implemented into the early version of 2019 QX50. From everything I have experience, I doubt that I will be continuing being a part of Infiniti for my next car purchase or even recommend it. I dont want my friends or my family to have the same experience that I had. PS. Infiniti could at least update the radio system to have an Apple CarPlay let any other new car in the market. Its 2019 model after all. The car looks great btw but if you have this type of issue (Paint & outdated system) I think I would reconsider purchasing a different brand for a better quality of paint and system.

There was a wide variety of cars that were available for purchase and are really made for busy people liked me and has very convenient features. I enjoyed the selection and it made it easy to find everything that I was looking for. I have a very large family. Im happy to say that we are able to enjoy our rides around town and everyone still has their personal space and do not feel cramped. Its also nice because there is a lot of trunk space and since we go on a lot of day trips that makes it convenient. The appearance of the car was very nice. It had a nice color and looks good when driving. The inside of the car has wonderful features, sits enough people, and the climate control is very accommodating for different people in the same vehicle. Also, I was able to get all the upgrades and personalize the vehicle to my liking. It did not cost that much extra to get the car customized exactly to my standards so I can keep my car for a long time.

The I30, four-door model with leather and good sound system is a mid-level of the brand but it has good workmanship in construction. Its an older model, so design was outdated to more current models. But its attractive and functional design. It also has well-rounded lines with functional interior amenities, controls and easily accessible. Since this was a basic model, it did not contain a lot of bells and whistles. The sunroof was a nice feature and worked well. A larger engine was not needed as the model performed well. The car is listed as seating for five, which was correct, but rear seat leg room was limited. The front passenger compartment was quite narrow for leg room.

Purchased a 2004 FX45 in early 2013. Seeing the dash bubbling and condition, I contacted Infiniti. I was concerned that it may be a chemical reaction and possibly not safe to breathe or would compromise the integrity of the dashboard. After my local dealer told me it was out of warranty, I contacted Consumer Affairs at Infiniti. Boy, they were no help. I do not understand why my vehicle that was serviced at my local Infiniti dealer since it was new - never bothered to fix this issue with the previous owner. I thought Volkswagens customer service was bad - but Infiniti not fixing such a blatant issue with their luxury vehicles is just bad for PR and repeat customers. I was going to purchase a newer Infiniti 70 model, but heck if I give them $60k after this.

I was clear with my salesperson that I couldnt afford a payment over 500.00
I was clear with my salesperson that I couldnt afford a payment over 500.00. I was clear about all that I wanted on my car & was told it had it. Lies!! While sitting down with my salesperson I gave him a list of my must haves. He stated the car had all the bells & whistles. It does not have what I wanted. I also stated that I had a budget of no more than 500 for a car payment. After agreeing to a price Im sent to the finance person who tells me, not asked me if I wanted this additional insurance. I go back to the salesperson who says I dont know but you agreed to this extra insurance. I never did because I was not asked. I was very clear that as a recent cancer survivor I have expenses that must be paid for and that I had a strict budget of 500.00. Then the car was disgusting!! It smelled of cigarettes and I could not believe this was not addressed prior to showing me the car. Did I mention I am a cancer survivor!?? The car was so filthy that when we opened the sunroof leaves and what have you fell in the car. I then had a temporary plate that expired. I called the dealership approximately 10 times that day to ask what am I supposed to do?? My husband is ** and I certainly did not want him getting pulled over!! Starbucks, shooting unarmed ** men etc... The manager never would return my calls that day, The receptionist stated she recognized my name from calling so many times that day and would walk my message over to him. Never once did he call or step out to apologize to me once I arrived. I insisted on speaking to a manager since I was now driving with an expired temporary tag. I was then introduced to the finance manager who stated that this was a bad day because they were in meetings all day. I then explained what my issues were with the finance guy and how I was never given the option to accept the insurance but rather told that this was what my payment was. She then tells me she cannot cancel it to make my payment lower but that I can have the amount deducted to the entire amount at the end. My payment stays the same but it will be less from the total. I then took the car in to be cleaned from the awful smoke smell and to be detailed. The smell is gone but the car was not detailed at all. The service guy came out and said, Yeah this is disgusting. The car wasnt even wiped down properly. Finally, I then had to take it in for an oil change!!! How does it need an oil change and I just purchased it.I ABSOLUTELY REGRET PURCHASING THIS CAR!! I WISH I NEVER STOPPED BY THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I am and have been so stressed out that now I am on blood pressure medication because I dont know if I will be able to make the car payments. Medicine or car payment!!! I hate the fact that as a woman I was taken advantage of!!!Consumers Desired Resolution: I want the finance genius at Infiniti to find a way to bring my payment down to 500.00 a month or take the car back. Let me out of this contract so I cannot feel like I am overwhelmed and deciding between paying for my medication or making a car payment. On May 25, 2018 I received a voicemail from Bobby, the general manager from Tampa Infiniti. In his voicemail he stated he wanted to address my complaint to BBB. I returned his call on May 26, 2018 and he made an offer to me of a new car with a $50.00 decrease in my payments that is a lease. He stated the car was a Q 30, which is a much smaller car than what I presently have. I stated that car he was offering was too small for my family and me and that the consumer ratings were not positive. I then offered to come in to discuss the matter in person and he asked if I could wait and come in after the Memorial Holiday weekend because he expected to be busy. I stated that I completely understood and would come in on May 29 @ 3:00. I arrived today and Bobby insisted that according to the paperwork I agreed to the payment by initialing or signing. I repeated that I was not denying that I signed the paperwork but that I felt I was deceived. I repeated just as I did on the day I went to purchase the vehicle, to the BBB and over the telephone I was adamant of what I could afford due to my health. I was not impressed that he was making me an offer for a new car!! Maybe if I was 20 years old I would jump by hearing NEW, well Im not!!! I am almost 50 years old and at this time NEW was not going to make me take the vehicle just because it was new. This is my first time purchasing a used vehicle. Lesson learned!!! Bobby however, insisted that I agreed to the amounts because he had the paperwork in front of him. Again, I stated I was never asked if I wanted the additional insurances, rather I was told. Bobby even had the audacity to tell me No you knew, and the finance man asked me and I agreed. I was not asked but told. I even explained that I went back to the salesman to ask how did my payment increase and he stated he had no clue but he came back to me and stated I asked for the insurances and I was aware. NO I DID NOT know or was even explained to!!! My question to Bobby is, Were you there? Bobby and I know he was not there, so how can he be so adamant that I was explained to about the insurances. I then told Bobby that I thought he wanted to help me but it was obvious he had no intention of helping me but to humiliate me by repeatedly telling me I signed the paperwork. I stated due to my diagnosis of breast cancer and the stress that was being brought upon, I needed to avoid the stress he attempted to give me and I refused to be belittled. His efforts were a waste of time for both of us and that I was leaving. I immediately left. Infiniti has certainly lived up to the reputation of being barbaric hyenas with no morals!! This has certainly been a learning experience for me and I plan on telling every person I know to never ever do business with Infiniti of Tampa Bay. I will certainly tell every teacher I work with to NEVER EVER do business with Infiniti Tampa Bay. Then as I was leaving I bumped into Nick who sold me the car and he couldnt even speak or look me in my face. Guilt!!! Or maybe not since he is a part of the hyenas team. I would have been willing to walk away with an older vehicle or any other vehicle comparable to what I have now and that would give me the payment I asked for when I walked into the dealership. It is my feeling Bobby only read that I wanted a lower payment and not that I felt taken advantage of and that the reputation of car salesmen truly live up to their rumored names. I know I should have never agreed to the payments that was not what I knew I could afford. I guess I will have to only purchase my cancer medications when the money becomes available. And by the way Bobby, thank you for wasting my time today that I cannot get back. I pray no one you know would have to make that decision of purchasing their medication only when they can afford it.

Infiniti has sedans, SUVs, and huge SUVs. The sedans are a bit flashy, I loved the feel of them but they made me feel old! Haha! But I had loved the Infiniti QX4 for a long time before I bought one. I was having a new baby and I wanted a safe form of transportation. My QX4 had all the fun and luxury features I was looking for - heated seats, sun roof, and a nice look to it. I loved it. It was basically a suped up pathfinder, but the colors I just loved. I had a two toned QX4 and leather interior. It lasted me a long time. When I bought the truck it was as is, no immediate personalization. But I had a few things done to it, tinted the windows and changed the interior. My truck was good for a family of four, lots of storage and room. I probably would have liked a third back seat, but then I would lose storage space.

I didn’t want for it to come to this l, but I feel like others should be warned. In Aug 2016 I leased a 2016 Q50 from Infiniti on Camelback. I love my car and planned to purchase it after the lease, up until these last couple months. In the beginning of October 2018, it started running hot and overheating, on October 24th took it into Infiniti of Scottsdale for an inspection and they gave me the all clear saying they couldn’t replicate the issue and nothing was wrong with my car after having it for 2 days. The service tech told me if it continues to call them back and bring it up.On my way home from the dealership, my car was running hot but not overheating and when I looked in the coolant reservoir, it was pretty much empty after just being filled at the dealership. I called and the service tech said to email him the photos which I did and never received a call back (it was the weekend). I continued to drive my car just adding 1/4 quart coolant, if not more, a day until the “low oil pressure, stop vehicle” light came about 8 days later (800 miles). I then had my car towed to Infiniti on Camelback where I purchased the car and had them look at it for the same issue. I was told that there was sludge in my engine and I had “lack of maintenance.”Before even being asked to provide all my receipt of oil changes, they noted on my car that there was lack of maintenance. They changed the oil at Infiniti on Camelback, still couldnt replicate the losing coolant and overheating issue and once again sent me on my way and told me to continue driving the car. Fast forward to Thanksgiving Day (4 days after getting my car back), we are driving to our families in Surprise Arizona from Chandler Arizona and about 45 minutes into the drive, I try accelerating and it doesn’t do anything. I pull into the suicide lane as I couldn’t do anything else and once the car finally hit about 20 mph the motor seized and started knocking. As it being Thanksgiving, Infiniti on Camelback is closed, we called the Infiniti towing line so they could tow the car in and we would have someone just come get us so we could still enjoy Thanksgiving. We were only quoted 90 minutes for the tow, but sat on the I10 for almost 4 and a half hour. I called Camelback the next day and spoke to the service manager. They refused to give me a loaner, and said that I would need to purchase a battery for $250 and $759 to break my car apart, before they could start the diagnostic on my car. That is ridiculously high for a battery for 1 and why am I being charged labour for something that should be under warranty?I purchase a battery from Infiniti of Peoria for $150 and self installed it. They still refused to do any diagnostic unless I paid them the $750 to break my car down. As my car in the last month had been given the all clear, and now they were saying I never did oil changes and it was my fault the motor and turbos blew. The service manager was VERY rude to me and just kept repeating “your lack of maintenance,” refusing to listen to anything else I had to say or look at any of my maintenance reports.I didn’t feel comfortable moving forward with them so I transferred my car to Infiniti of Coulter AFTER speaking with a service technician who said he “doesn’t see why warranty wouldn’t approve it because it been checked 2 times in the last month and I have all my oil records. It sound like the coolant is mixing with the oil.” He told me at first if warranty didn’t approve it, but he didn’t see why they would. It would be $350 to pay, easy, told him to go ahead. I still mind you have not had a loaner vehicle. They did the inspection and to my understand they had all my service records and submitted the claim, the claim came back asking for my photo of the top of my engine which brought the charge up to $1400. I asked him what he thought was going to happen and he said he wasn’t sure but he still didn’t feel like it would be denied. After thinking about it, I really didn’t have any other choice and said go ahead.About a week passed and I heard nothing, I called asking if I would be able to get a loaner and he said yeah I should have something Thursday [on Monday]. I said okay and we left it at that. On Thursday I called to see when the loaner would be ready and he said my claim came back denied so I wouldn’t be able to get a loaner and the price on a used engine and turbo would be $14,000 or he could find a new motor but it would be about $14000 plus my $1,400 I already owe them. I’ve called consumer affairs numerous time and escalated it due to the fact they denied it “due to the sludge being in the engine it an automatic denial for lack of maintenance of the vehicle.” Well come to find out the claim was submitted with 2 service records. Of course they would deny it! I asked the service tech to attach the records so they can reevaluate and was told “no amount of service records can change their decision.”Well come back to this week after waiting since the 23rd or December for a call back from a regional supervisor in consumer affairs, I get the call telling me there will be no other communication and that I am not only responsible for a new motor but continue to pay the lease [done on Nov 1 2019] and any damaged that will be due after turning the lease in. So after paying almost $40,000 for the car, I now will have to pay an additional $20,000 for a motor and $470 a month till November. Not only that, I’ve made 3 payment on a car that’s been sitting at Infiniti with no loaner provided, lost out on not only Thanksgiving but Christmas and New Years with my family because I had no transportation to get there. Not only that but I’ve been having to rely on rides to work or paying for Lyfts. I’ve never in my life had such a bad experience with a company. I’ve personally purchased 2 vehicles from Infiniti and in the last 3 years my dad has purchase almost 6. I was a very loyal Infiniti customer but now I will never be back to any Infiniti or Nissan dealership. I’ve spoked with 3 master techs, without even telling them what’s happened to the car just showed them the videos and photos, ever since one of them have said, “there is a leak in my head gasket and coolant is mixed with my oil.” Sludge take thousands of miles to build in an engine, not only was it taken 800 miles prior and given the all clear AT AN INFINITI DEALERSHIP but the oil was changed 3,000 miles prior, and we still have the oil from that change. Not only did this happen to my car but is now happening to multiple other Infiniti’s and has (to my knowledge in Arizona only) happened to at least 6 others who have had their motor replaced already, through warranty or paying for it themselves. Mind you, I also paid for the 3 years or 45000 miles maintenance package for $499 that Infiniti on Camelback never attached to my lease.

2013 Infiniti G37 S Coupe - Drivers leather seat color wore off in one year. Infiniti replaced the back seat cover under warranty. After replacement, on the left rear side there were 34 wrinkles about 1.5 inches long each in less than 18 inches. Infiniti has declined to repair this and states, This meets our quality standard but will not provide me with any documentation as to what criteria they are inspecting to. The seat did not have any wrinkles prior to the dealer replacing the cover. A $50,000 car should not have these defects, especially on a new cover less than 60 days old. Do not buy an Infiniti unless you can secure a written warranty as to what they cover regarding their leather seats. This lack of support and service is something that you should not expect in a luxury sport vehicle. I will never buy an Infiniti again.

Infiniti FX35 Dashboard bubbling - I got screwed by Infiniti. My dashboard started bubbling back in 2016 so I contacted Infiniti and told them about the problem only to be told that my car was out of warranty and that they could not do anything about it. But yesterday 10/23/17 I had my car serviced and was told by the dealership that the Bubbling was a recall issue. I was never told by Infiniti that this was a recall or an extended warranty was out for the bubbling issue. Im so disappointed in Infiniti because I never thought that they would leave their customers hanging on a expensive repair and not let us know in writing that this was an issue that they could repair. The fact that I contacted them back in Sept. of 2016 about this issue and their reply indicated that since I no longer had an warranty on the vehicle was why they could not fix it. They never mention that an extended warranty was out to fix this issue or when that extended warranty ended. So Im stuck with this ugly dash in a car that is suppose to be of luxury. Im hurt about the whole thing but at least now I know to never buy another one. Shame on you Infiniti! Look at all the repeat customers you could have had.

The steering on this car randomly starts turning left and sometimes right. It is NOT an alignment issue, the car literally makes a left turn if I do not hold on tight to the steering wheel. If I do let go, it will turn left across the highway just as if I turned the steering wheel to make a left turn. A few times the power steering has gone out altogether and that was very scary (if an auto-turning car isnt scary enough). The problem, though regular, is intermittent and the 6 or 7 times I have taken it to Infiniti, they have been unable to duplicate the problem. I have shown them multiple self-shot videos of the car turning by itself but they claim the car is working as designed and will do nothing about it. This IS A KNOWN issue and many others are complaining of the exact or similar issues with this car but it is clear that Infiniti chooses to wait for a few deaths or a class action suit before they do anything. This is my 4th and final Infiniti. I just want them to buy the car back because they obviously do not know why it is happening and they refuse a buyback, claiming the car is operating as designed. Its unimaginable to me since I feel my life is in imminent danger every time I drive it. Infiniti is a BAD company! I thought they were good but they are not. They are fine if everything goes well but when you need them to back their product, they do not. I paid $54,000 for this car, it only has 6K miles on it and it has been in the shop about 7 times and will go back when it starts doing it again. I can only hope I can get it there while the problem is happening because Infiniti is clearly denying the existence of any problem. I feel SO ripped off by this sleazeball company. 54 grand and Im totally screwed! I have contacted an attorney and they will pursue it but I also want Infiniti to pay the price by EVERYONE knowing what a scumbag company they really are. They would rather me die than get my dangerous car off the road. The problem still exists and likely will not go away and neither will I. Stay away from Infiniti!

Having worked on and been a part of numerous Infiniti car company dealerships over the last 15 yrs, and now finally owning one of their products, its come to my attention that their brand quality is largely compromised. My situation is as follows. Having a late model Infiniti that was bought used, I concluded nothing is perfect and things would need to be fixed. However, I have never owned a vehicle with a melting dashboard. Having fixed numerous dashboards over the years for Infiniti on the FX models in 2009 to 2011, it had occurred to me that there are many other models with the same problem all the way up until 2012. The dash will crack and ultimately degrade to the point where it is unable to be cleaned/touched or even looked it through the window due to high amounts of glare it produces when driving (melting area becomes very shiny) understood the vehicle is out of warranty, but Infiniti has no remedy or cause for concern to fix these problem cars dashboards. I know there are plenty out there too. No wonder Lexus is the company to be.

Infiniti has a good selection of sedans and SUVS, at affordable luxury prices. The Q60 comes in AWD, and has the colors I like. The Q60X is the SUV equivalent of the sedan version. The car is sporty, it has an attractive interior exterior. I bought it because I like the way the interior and how roomy and spacious it is. The features that caught my attention most were the bluetooth sync and the climate control feature which makes everyones ride a smooth one. The upgrades were impressive. I bought a pack that was surprisingly affordable. It included a rear view camera and heated front seats. Also dvd entertainment feature. Assisted parking was also a feature that I thought was handy. My vehicle seats up to 5 people comfortably and it also has plenty of cargo room with a spacious trunk.

I purchased an Infiniti December 1, 2018 from Hanania Infiniti in Orange Park, Florida off of Blanding Road. This experience has not been one that I expected from a luxury vehicle company. Since possessing the car on Dec. 1, 2018 I made three bi-weekly payments to my credit union for my trade (a 2017 Acura ILX that was supposed to be paid off as part of the sale). Unfortunately, as previously stated I continued to make four payments via automatic withdrawal from my credit union on the following dates 1/4/19, 12/21/19, 12/7/19. I received a bill from Infiniti with a due date of January 1. Since my prior vehicles loan was not paid off until January 10, 2019 I do not have the funds to pay a January 1 car note because I can not afford to pay on two vehicles. A new payoff should have been requested if the prior was not paid off in a more timely manner. Interest continued to accrue through my bank on the loan which resulted in me only receiving back $414 although I made 3 payments. I am looking for some type of help with Infiniti lease corporation with late fees and possibly pushing my due date back because of this issue. The next payment will be due February 1 in which I am now in a hardship because of the FULL and a half month payment on my previous vehicle. In addition, this overall experience has not been pleasant. I met with John **, finance manager January 5, he told me the check was already received by my bank and he would send me confirmation of it. I never received a confirmation nor did I hear back from him. Similarly, the day after I left with the vehicle I had questions about the insurance document. It was not explained to me other than to sign so I called him and left messages for him numerous times at the dealership. He did not return my calls so I texted the sales rep Alex, who advised me that insurance is my problem not theirs although I had not explained my question or concern. Not only that but the brand new 2019 vehicle was not showroom ready for me to drive off of the lot. The car had and still has scratches and all sorts of marks on it. I asked for a car wash on the Saturday I met with Mr. ** but it was raining and he suggested to bring it back. My concern is there was no urgency, I would have expected for him to try to right the wrongs by scheduling an appointment for me to have my car washed and for sure sending the confirmation or make a follow up call to let me know that the payment was not sent to my bank yet. I was shocked and appalled. It certainly appears as if Infiniti is only concerned about making a sale then after the sale the customer is obsolete. As I stated, previously, I need help to ensure my credit rating does not get impacted, payment due date adjustments and late fees or something to right these wrongs.

They are a liar. Their mentality of conducting business with consumer were very unethical. Ive leased and purchased vehicle from Mercedes, BMW and Lexus luxury vehicle, but my experience with Infiniti service is the worst. They dont honor their words, they mislead you. Theyll be nice to you at first when you are shopping their vehicle. As soon as the documents are signed, money been paid, then you are nobody to them. They only see the money sign on your face. You would think that oh, you got a luxury vehicle from them, their service should be much better. WRONG. Infiniti is not in any level of comparing with Mercedes, BMW or even Lexus. Whoever had already purchase/lease a car from them, good luck and I sympathy for you. Whoever plan to purchase/lease a vehicle from them, think twice and definitely look elsewhere. Honestly, I can wait for my lease to be over. I will never want to deal with them anymore. I will give Infiniti a minus star.

Re: 2014 Infiniti QX60 – MILEAGE 21213. Let me begin by saying I am a loyal Infiniti owner. I purchased a 2013 JX35 from Infiniti of Lynbrook and every experience with them was professional and delightful. Their customer service was exceptional. The only reason why I went to Infiniti of Manhasset is because Infiniti of Lynbrook didn’t have the vehicle that I was interested in purchasing. I assumed that I would receive the same great service at Infiniti of Manhasset so I took a chance with them. I am sorry I took a chance with Infiniti of Manhasset and regret purchasing my vehicle with them.On December 5, 2016 I visited Infiniti of Manhasset interested in seeing and test driving the above referenced vehicle. I was introduced to Michael ** the Used Car Manager and I explained that I was approved by my credit union and I had an Infiniti JX35 before so I was interested in a QX60. He introduced me to the Sales Consultant Benjamin **. Benjamin ** accompanied me on a test drive and we walked around the vehicle to check for dents, scratches and any other issues the vehicle might have had. It was approximately 8pm at that time and dark outside making it impossible to see all the issues the vehicle might have had.I told Benjamin ** that I was interested in purchasing the vehicle and the negotiating began. Michael ** explained that there was an $850 “Dealership Fee” and was insisting that I allow him to run my credit through his banks. I explained that I was approved and had no reason to run my credit again. Furthermore, I was unwilling to pay the $850 “Dealership Fee” and I wanted to know why he was so adamant in wanting to run my credit through the banks. Michael **s tone changed to an aggressive manner and he started explaining to me that he wasn’t making any money off of me! He said that he had many hits online for this vehicle and didn’t need my sale. I could take it or leave it. He was going to sell that car. He said the $850 is his commission and the Banks give him a kickback with every inquiry. I told him that I was in the process of purchasing a home and that I didn’t want my credit run again and that I wanted to negotiate the car price based on the listed online price $33,489. In the end $33,249 was agreed upon in addition Benjamin ** and I noticed the vehicle had a small dent and chipped paint in two areas and it was told to me that that would be fixed by Thursday December 8, 2016 when I pick up the vehicle at 11am.Moving forward to Thursday December 8, 2016 I arrive at approximately 2:30pm with my husband Marcus **. We take a look at the vehicle and there is dried gum on the back passenger side of the vehicle, the cup holders were filthy with a blue sticky paste and it was apparent that the car was NOT detailed it had been washed but no special attention was taken to present this car to its new owner. A careful review of the vehicle in the daytime revealed that the rims on the vehicle are scratched and dented. I did not notice this discrepancy on Monday December 5, 2016 when I originally saw the vehicle. I explained that I was unhappy with the rims on the vehicle and my husband asked if they could take clean rims off of another vehicle and switch my rims. Michael ** explained that he could not do that and back in the aggressive, condescending, rude tone he had on Monday said that fixing the rim would cost him money and he wasn’t doing that. He said that he would have the rim detailed the same day that he would have the chipped paint fixed. But he wasn’t spending any money to fix the rims because that wasn’t discussed on Monday. I told him that Benjamin and I didn’t see the rims because it was dark in the parking lot and that shouldn’t matter. My husband explained that he could lose the deal over a rim and again Michael ** went on to explain, continuously mentioning that he could sell this vehicle to someone who was not present in the dealership with a check ready to purchase. Michael ** repeatedly expressing how someone else could purchase this vehicle made me feel as if my money was not wanted or needed in your dealership. I was not applying for a loan I walked in with money to purchase this vehicle outright. Your Used Car Manager made me feel as if my business wasn’t wanted. Could it be because I am **? Was he speaking to me in a rude condescending manner because he could care less about his customers? It is unprofessional to tell a customer that you are not making any money off of them! I believe he made no effort to correct the paint job prior to pick up, I believe he didn’t ensure the vehicle was detailed prior to the 11am pick up time, I believe he saw the rims were scratched and dented but could care less because I am a ** Woman. I am sure if I were a ** Woman he would have never spoken to me in the manner in which he did.Michael ** made me feel like he could care less about my bank check. That I wasn’t important because if I was he would have walked through that vehicle himself to make sure that it was at Infiniti of Manhasset’s standard! His condescending tone made me very uncomfortable and I spent the entire evening regretting my purchase and wishing I went back to Infiniti of Lynbrook where I had purchased my 2013 JX35 two years prior. No one should be left to feel like they are less than or unimportant. When Michael ** left Benjamin **s office we heard him telling the other Infiniti employees that we were complaining about the dented rims and that he wasn’t going to fix or change any rims laughing about it like if we were a joke. This infuriated me! He could have at least waited until we left before he chose to talk about us. The Sales Consultant Benjamin ** was very helpful. He test drove the vehicle with me. He went through all of the vehicles features and he explained that he would handle scheduling my future maintenance appointments. I will never purchase another vehicle from Infiniti Manhasset. As a Correction Officer I fully intend on expressing my horrible experience with this dealership to my co-workers to ensure none of our over 9,000 Officers never have to deal with this type of disrespect. I fully intend on communicating with Infiniti’s corporate office and consumer affairs about my experience with Infiniti of Manhasset.

Was told my warranty was expired on 03/05/12 and my extended warranty would not cover it. Also, if it happened under a year after if was repaired I could have it fixed at no charge. Around October 2011, both the driver and passenger seat bottom was replaced due to excess cracks and tears. Now 2 years later having the same problem. Poor quality in the leather/vinyl seating.

I bought a 2003 G35 Sedan in 2012 from Beshoff Infiniti in San Jose. The sales guys were cool from the first meet. However I test drove the car and everything appeared to be fine, radio came on but I couldnt try the disc player being I didnt bring a CD to the dealer. However, after my happy purchase of my new affordable luxury ride, when I got home I wanted to listen to my cd in my new car. I slid the cd in only for it not to be able to go in the dash said it was a error. I instantly called back up to the dealer but of course they were closed. I got in touch with Rick at the dealership and told him that my radio wasnt working when I left and he advised I bring it back up there. I brought the car back the next day didnt even own it for a whole 24 hours yet. They took it to the service area in which they had me sit in a room to tell me my circuit board is going out and it was recalled but I would have to pay for it well over $1200 to fix a radio that was supposed to work when I bought it. I told them that I just drove off with the car and its no way I should have to pay for it. I asked to speak with Rick in which they said he wasnt there and neither was anyone else I bought the car from. So I never got the radio replaced. Now its 2014, I have no radio and I refuse to pay for something that should have been fixed due to manufacturing problems Infiniti is already aware of. You would think they would slash prices being they know the cars are worthless junk. However they hike them up and never mention any possible problems.. I was driving on the freeway Saturday doing about 70 miles per hour and my car lost all power with no warning. The driver behind me veered and hit another vehicle. I totally freaked me out, I could have been killed. I find out the sensors that was recalled, can make this happen and that Infiniti knew of this. I called Consumer Affairs in which they stated my car had 4 recalls and one was the sensors in which was already repaired once. I explained that its happened again and I almost died in which the response was well its nothing we can do and I would have to pay. WITH ALL OF THIS, I AM DONE WITH INFINITI. I DONT EVEN WANT THE CAR ANYMORE.. I HATE I STILL HAVE PAYMENTS. IT SHOULD DEFINITELY BE A LAW AGAINST THIS DEATH TRAP..

Infiniti is great and comfortable. It has a very sleek, modern, appealing design with compact, great tires. It has a durable build with the front well designed for movement and maneuvering around adequately. The different brands have different passenger capacity. Mainly 5 passenger capacity is the most common. The SUV have more capacity up to 8 while the coupe cars have 2 passenger capacity. There are definitely a lot of upgrade and personalization options with this car type. Were able to get technology upgrades like navigation, seat warmers, Apple and android CarPlay plus more.

So I purchased my CPO EX35 about 3 years ago. It has 55k miles and has always been garage kept. However the dash has started peeling all over. I took it to the dealer and they submitted the request to Infiniti. After a couple days the dealer called me to say Infiniti denied the request.I have owned several cars over the years and have NEVER had one with peeling like this on the dash. So I contacted Infiniti directly. I played phone tag with their rep for a week and then when I finally spoke with her she said they will look into it. They call me back about a week later and basically tell me Im outta luck and they wont do anything about it.I have since been looking for another used vehicle and whenever I came across another EX35 I would make sure to take a look at the dash. The majority of the EXs I saw has the exact same peeling on the dash. This leads me to believe its definitely a manufacturing issue. They have already had similar issues with the dash on the FX which they did do a recall for. I have also seen it on the dash of G37s. I take very good care of my vehicles and keep them in mint condition so Im very disappointed in Infinitis lack of quality control and customer service. Given this issue (and others Ive had) plus the abysmal resale value, this is my first and probably last Infiniti vehicle.

I have contacted Infiniti Consumer Affairs more than seven times. With today (11/18) have four repeated phone calls. In my attempts to discuss the recent $5,000 price drop on the G37x, both consumer affairs and IFS both refused to discuss the issue. However were very good at telling me that the other entity was responsible to address. Marco at extension ** in IFS is an idiot. The entire consumer affairs department has less acumen than Marco who isnt qualified to work at a fast food drive-thru.At the heart of this matter is the following. Within the last 60 days, Infiniti reduced the price of the G series by $5,000. That price reduction has sent the used car and wholesale value of prior model years down by an equal amount. In return, my 2012 has a lease residual value on 5/11/2015 at $24,000. However, the vehicle this morning appraises at $2,000 BELOW that amount now, thus creating $5,000 in negative equity without my agreement. Any current G series lease is now $5000 deeper into their lease. I spoke to the general sales manager at one of the Infiniti dealers here in Metro Detroit, and he chuckled and said they screwed you and everyone else. Never will I drive, lease or rent from Infiniti or Nissan again. This is fraud and theft as far as I see it.

My Infiniti 2003 G35 audio finisher circuit board is defective, which causes the audio and temperature controls to be inoperable. Nissan North America/Infiniti Division issued a 2003 G35 Sedan Audio Finisher voluntary service campaign, but is only covering sedans manufactured up through August 21, 2002. When I called to take steps for the repair of my 2003 Infiniti G35 sedan, I was informed my car was manufactured in December of 2002, and was outside of their voluntary service campaign, even though the defect is a known problem to the 2003 G35 sedans. I am concerned for my driving safety, knowing the AC/Heat is running full blast for the duration of my drive. I commute at least 500 miles from Monday-Friday (not including weekend driving), and I know this will put a huge strain on other mechanical systems in my car, and I can only imagine my time is short, before my entire car is rendered inoperable. Without Nissan honoring this repair, or until I can afford to repair the defect myself, my car has no value even as a trade in. I will never buy another Nissan/Infiniti product, and will start my own personal campaign to convince other consumers, not to buy a Nissan product either.

I have had my Infiniti convertible in for service 4 times now due to the cables breaking when opening and closing the top. The most recent repair was today after I opened the top for the first time this year. The dealership explains the problem to me and how this is unique. But each time the cause is something different (broken clips, sync issue...). But now the car is out of warranty and it will be my responsibility if it happens again. Trust me when I say, It will happen again. The cable design is not a good engineering solution for moving a heavy hood. Probably why the auto makers do not implement it. Absolutely appalled at the customer service experience I have had with Infiniti Consumer Affairs. This is my second Infiniti and I always used to rave about how amazing the cars were and how quality the materials used in them were and that has all changed now that Im having issues with my current car. I bought a pre-owned 2009 Infiniti G37 Convertible with only 1 previous owner and garage kept. I have always used sun visors in my cars to protect the dashboard as much as possible. Over the summer one day when I was taking the visor down one was completely stuck as if it had been glued to my dashboard. I had to tug extremely hard for it to finally come off. I then noticed it was very sticky as if it was melting and extremely shiny. The shine creates a glare/reflection on the windshield which is very dangerous and impairs vision when driving.I went to my local Nissan dealership as the Infiniti dealership was close when I got off work. The 2 service advisors who helped me were extremely helpful and when I asked about the dashboard they immediately knew what I was talking about. They let me know that it has been a common issue amongst many 2008-2009 Nissans and that they have been having to direct consumers to consumer affairs in order to get further assistance. I contacted Nissan Consumer Affairs and they let me know that I have to speak with Infiniti Consumer Affairs as my car is an Infiniti. I then called the Infiniti Consumer Affairs number and after speaking with the FL Regional Manager Korby/Corby not sure how her name is spelled, she let me know there was nothing they would do to help. Extremely surprised that I was offered no assistance or guidance on a remedy for the situation.I asked again what can be done as this is a manufacture default and should absolutely be a recall and was given no resolution. She only apologized that the outcome was not favorable to me. How ridiculous? I expect that from a lower end non luxury car manufacturer, but never from Infiniti. Something should be done for the many consumers affected by the manufacturer’s poor material use. When I touch it with my finger a layer of black sticky residue comes off. Its horrible. I cant even clean it or get rid of the sticky shiny residue because anything I use will just stick to it. After researching, I found this is an issue for many other Infiniti G37 owners. I am awaiting a call from someone higher than the Regional Manager, so we will see if I even hear back from someone. I am so disappointed with Infiniti.I will be further complaining to the dealership I purchased from, Infiniti of Tampa Bay who probably knew about this issue when the car was sold to me. Hopefully this issue doesnt become worse and cause any accidents for anyone or else Infiniti will be dealing with lawsuits when they could have done the right thing and fixed their mistake. I cant wait to get rid of this car and move on to a real luxury car and will be telling anyone and everyone my story and to stay away from Infiniti.I even found this complaint from a gentleman online and I agree with him 100%. Numerous consumers have been complaining about the lack of quality, specifically in the 2008-2009 dashboard components of the Infiniti G37. There have been reports of melting and sticky dashboards as a result of poor build quality. These dashboards are costly to replace and should not be the responsibility of the consumer. Infiniti needs to step forward and back the quality claims of their brand and own up to this production flaw.

I just bought a new Infiniti 2015 Q50. The car is advertised to give me 19 mpg in city, 29 mpg highway and a combined 22mpg city-highway. This vehicle gives me a highway mpg of 12mpg. I drove the car for 1.5 hr just to test it and it did not improve. I took the car to the dealer I originally bought from and they say that the EPA reviews and that they are not responsible for that review. I believe that is unreal for a car to provide less than half mpg than what it suppose to. I called Infiniti and they said the same thing and only provided me with few tips on how to improve it.Also my front passenger seat makes a weird sound (something loose) when I head a pothole. The dealer said that all Q50 makes the same sound and there is nothing they can do in that case. Its a manufacturer problem. I have been with the car for just a month and I am not happy. I would not recommend purchasing this car. I am paying a lot of money to have this type of issue.

At the time of leasing I pre-paid for any minor damages, scratches, small dings, etc. When I turned the vehicle in I was told everything was good. BUT, approximately 4 months later I received a phone call from a debt collector saying I owed Infiniti additional money to cover minor scratches and dings. I attempted to resolve this with the dealership who said it outside their responsibility. I attempted to resolve this with Infiniti Leasing who said that I needed to work with the dealership. After many months of back and forth and risk to my credit rating - I gave up and just paid. Thank you Infiniti - Merry Christmas to you... I hope this small bill you overcharged me was worth losing a customer for life and the negative reviews I will give to everyone I meet.

We bought our 2008 G35X new. At 23K miles (mostly highway), we started getting warning lights for VDC off, slip and brakes. It was still under warranty, so I took it to the dealer (Dorschel Infiniti of Rochester) who said they had to charge me for the inspection if they couldnt find anything wrong. After inspecting, they said the only problems were that the rear pads had only 2mm left and the fronts 4mm. They strongly recommended a brake job for $379 per each axle. I was an automotive engineer for 20 years so I questioned this, but was told that 25K miles was normal for rear brakes and 27K miles normal for fronts. Given the long and horrible history weve had with this dealership, I was more than a little skeptical.I contacted Infiniti customer service, who told me that 30K miles was normal brake life and they werent going to do anything. She also said that she just had a similar complaint, so she recently checked into it. When I told them that they were about to lose a customer, the rep asked if there was anything they could do to keep us. When I said, Yes, replace my brakes, she said they wouldnt because brakes are wear items and arent covered by warranty at all.

I just purchased the QX60 2015 with the collision avoidance system. I was disappointed that you have to turn on the system each time you get in the SUV. Why would you not be able to turn it on and leave it on. If you ever need it that would be the one time you did not turn it on. Also the insurance company would not give credit for the feature because it has to be turned on each time. Go figure as to why anyone would want it turned off.

Ive never heard of a car company that likes to screw their customers as much as the Infiniti car company. Before buying any Infiniti thats before 2021, you should know that if you get one with a panoramic roof it doesnt open. Who invest money in a panoramic roof and doesnt allow it to open? You should also know that if you ever want to get Apple CarPlay, or whatever the Android version of that is, you cant. Infiniti decided to be the only car company that would not allow compatibility with any aftermarket product. If youre OK with all of that, then its a very beautiful car. If beauty is all you are looking for and not a car that actually makes sense or a company that likes their customers, then this is the car for you.

I own a 2006 Infiniti G35 that I purchased new. It now has 136,000 miles on it. I brought it to my dealer about 2 years ago when my doors had rusted and were replaced under a special extended warranty. At that time, I showed them an issue that I was having with my hood. When you raise it, it catches on the corners, in both corners near the windshield. Raising the hood has resulted in bending the corners of the hood and the quarter panels, resulting in paint chipping and rusting. It looks terrible, plus it’s often hard to raise the hood. The dealer told me that this resulted from having service at a non-Infiniti dealer, and that they did not lube the hood hinges as they were supposed to. I have never in my life heard of such an issue or service requirement. This issue is all over the Internet. Its just a very poor design in either the hinges or the hood/quarter panels that should be admitted to by Infiniti. Owners should be provided with restitution in terms of repair and resolution of the problem. I was at a service garage today and the mechanic said that every G35 he has serviced has had the same problem. Is anyone aware of a class action suit regarding this issue?

It said that I need a new battery, I did it. The light is still on. I had to pay the Infiniti service 250 dollar just to tell everything that was not working I did it, all the work. Now my car still have the light on. I am very upset about this it was all wrong. I went to service people and said that I have to pay again to have it check all over again. I feel that just because I am a woman they are gave me a runaround. I want talk to the supervisor. They said that person was not there. This company is the company I like but now I think I will buy a car in another Buick. I did this a month ago.

I own a used 2003 Infiniti G35, unlike many of the other problems people have posted about the newer Infinitis breaking down, this ones a little different. I am truly sorry that so many people have had so many problems with this car company, I mean look at their rating. I am giving 2 stars ONLY because before this I really havent had many issues with the car besides for regular maintenance. About a week ago my car started to stall out on me, the steering wheel would lock up and my dash slip and VDC off lights would come on. It would also be a challenge to get it restarted, a few minutes setting did the trick. The first time it stalled was on the highway, which was extremely scary and luckily I was in the right-hand lane and able to pull over to the side of the road. The reason for this review is because I brought my car to my local mechanic as quick as I could, he checked it out and told me I needed both of my Camshaft sensors replaced. A whopping $792.60, mind you I am 23 years old, thats a lot of money to me. Its a lot of money to most people. I did some research and found out that The 2003-2008 Infiniti G35 models were SAFETY recalled for these exact sensors. So I thought to myself how great it was that I could bring it into an Infiniti shop to have it fixed for nothing, since it is a SAFETY recall, and there are no time limits on getting a car fixed for SAFETY recalls. Apparently I was informed that the sensors for my car were discontinued 5 years ago, which was 2010, meaning only 7 years later did they stop fixing this particular safety recall. I was told that they could not work on my car because they could not get the INFINITI sensors and they could not work on my car with the aftermarket sensors. That is ridiculous, what if someone rear-ended me at 70 mph on the highway and killed me because my car stalled and died? Have people been injured by this before? Do owners of Infinitis of certain ages not matter anymore? Do they only care about the people spending 40 and 50 grand on the 2014 and 15s? I have called and was told that my car is no longer under warranty, obviously, I knew that. But like I said earlier SAFETY RECALLS do not have expiration dates because they put peoples lives in danger. So I had to pay the $792.60 bill to my mechanic for something Infiniti couldve (shouldve) fixed for free. I have an open case for a call this Monday to see if they can reimburse me my almost 800 bucks for something which was out of my control. I was told it was highly unlikely because of my vehicles age. I would AT LEAST like to get reimbursed my 389 dollars for the parts. If I do not get reimbursed I am going to put a story about this into my local news station who specializes in things like these. Maybe theyll take interest and put Infiniti on blast to the world. How many people have they done this to? Have people been killed or injured because of them not fixing this SAFETY DEFECT? Not every 23-year old has $800 to fix their car and could take it from the mechanic without being fixed only to have it die again and may seriously injure them. This is completely irresponsible. Based on the companys rating on this site Im sure these complaints arent uncommon.

I purchased a 2003 Infiniti G35 in 2006. I am having problems as outlined in a recall issued by Infiniti; however, they are telling me that my car is not part of the recall. When I called the dealership, they said that the previous owner had already taken advantage of the recall so if I want the issue resolved, then I have to pay $650. I have already paid for a new air conditioning compressor and a motor for my passenger side window to find out that the issue was with the audio circuit board. The recall said: On some model year 2003 G35 Sedans manufactured through August 21, 2002, the audio and temperature controls may not operate as expected. When using the audio equipment or the temperature controls, the unit may become inoperative. In some cases, this can be corrected by turning the ignition switch off and back on again. In other cases, the unit remains inoperative and requires service by an Infiniti technician. To prevent this condition, Infiniti has initiated a Voluntary Service Campaign to replace the audio finisher circuit board on these vehicles at no charge to the customer for parts or labor. This campaign affects approximately 23,998 Infiniti G35 Sedans in the United States. The notification letter stated: Thank you for your purchase of an Infiniti 2003 G35 Sedan. Infiniti is committed to providing the highest levels of product quality and customer satisfaction as part of the Total Ownership Experience program. Through our product performance monitoring, we have identified that the audio and temperature controls may, on occasion, not operate as expected. To ensure your satisfaction and to prevent any inconvenience, Infiniti is replacing the component that controls the audio and temperature controls on your vehicle with an improved version. Your Infiniti dealer may have already contacted you to schedule an appointment and to have this component replaced, at no cost to you. If not, please contact your nearest Infiniti dealer to schedule an appointment at your earliest convenience. This free service should take less than two (2) hours to complete, but your Infiniti dealer may require your vehicle for a longer period of time based upon their work schedule, or parts availability. If you require alternate transportation, please schedule an appointment in advance so your Infiniti dealer can ensure a free service loan car is available for your use.If you have any questions or concerns about your Infiniti G35 Sedan, please contact your Infiniti dealer or contact an Infiniti representative toll free at (800) 662-6200. My 2010 Infiniti G37 suddenly developed severe cracking of the dashboard as well as stickiness. As the original owner, my car has only 44,000 miles and has been meticulously cared for and garage kept. Upon researching my problem, I discovered that this is a widespread issue well known to Nissan/Infiniti in the past. Despite offering replacements and extended warranties for previous years, they continue to sell the same part that suddenly deteriorates at about 50,000 miles, lasting just long enough to be out of warranty.I have complained to Infinitis corporate office and BBB, but since it is out of warranty and not enough people are reporting this problem in my year vehicle as of yet, they will not help with the replacement of my dashboard which they estimated would cost $2,300 to $2,400. They claim that they are committed to providing the highest levels of product quality and customer satisfaction. This is clearly not the case. I will never buy another Infiniti. I hope that others will also come forward to report this problem.

My question is do I have any standing to be a part of a class action lawsuit if there was one?

I saw that it recently won the prestigious Wards Automotive top 10 engine in the world! I believe it. It has great acceleration, especially in sport mode. This thing takes off like a rocket. It even handles incredible in the turns too. This is also my first experience in an AWD car and I wont be getting anything else. For the money Infiniti is by far the best dollar for dollar value for any luxury brand. I would recommend checking them out!

Very disappointed so far from Infinity Customer Service. Even though I have a 2005 FX35 and a letter from Kevin Martin (VP of Total Customer Satisfaction at Infinity) stating that the dashboard had a problem and would be under warranty for 8 years, both Infinity and my local dealer (Bergstrom Auto in Appleton WI) have, so far, failed to stand behind the letter and repair my dash. I was planning on replacing my FX35 with another one, but am certainly reconsidering that. One guy on this board mentioned a class action lawsuit. Does anyone know if there really is one of those?

Infiniti g20 and I30 are good standard cars. They hold up and last awhile. Although the cv axles and the starter go out. They drive smoothly and have a number of options for upgrades including Bose sound systems and built in navigation. The Infiniti i30 has a standard CD player and stereo with a 6 cd capacity housed in the trunk. It has leather seats and a mesh automatic window cover to help with the heat. Also, the powerful v6 engine, navigation and sound system are extremely useful. It is Bluetooth capable and steering wheel controls make placing phone calls, changing the station, or increasing the volume seamless. Large backseat and passenger seat space are great and there is also front passenger seat heating as well. The back has child lock if needed on both doors. Also, comfortably fits a car seat and two other passengers in the back.

I made a mistake trusting this dealer when I bought a used car (Infinity QX4). When I drove off I noticed the service engine light soon was on. I thought that it may have been an oil change indicator, like the one my Honda has, that wasnt reset. I drove it home to Portland and the light went out. I looked at the owners manual that said it could indicate a problem with the engine and also said if it is flashing, it needs urgent attention to prevent engine damage. A few days later the light came back and the car hesitated on the freeway and the light started to flash. The salesperson from the dealer called me the day after I had it home and I told him about the light. He said it was probably a minor thing, like it may have been run out of gas or the gas cap may not have been tightened enough, and he told me to call him back if there was any other problems. After the second time the light came and stayed on, I had the car analyzed. It pulled up a P1320 code. This indicates that the coils are going bad. The cost of the repair is about $1000.00. I called back the dealer and they said, “Too bad - we wont help you.” I know this was an as is sale, but this car should have been fixed before selling it for wholesale off. Apparently, the dealer doesnt care about their reputation or doing whats right for their customers. Most brand dealerships would not do this. Stay away from this one!

I hope CarHop/UAC make it right. I have had this car two months and Im afraid to drive it anywhere for fear it will break down. I am taking to THEIR mechanic tomorrow. My warranty is good. Ill have it FIXED again. Hmmm fixed...right.Updated on 07/16/2016: Well its been a couple of weeks update. I called 07/15/16 to tell them I had fixed the car. It cost me but I would pay them Aug 1 my July 1 bill. They said no. That if I didnt pay the full amount they would disable my starter. WELL...AN HOUR LATER I CHECKED AND YES ONCE AGAIN STRANDED WITHOUT TRANSPORTATION. I am a single 32 yr who has to not only figure out a way around but I have PTSD. This is not my idea of good customer service. That car altogether has ran for maybe 2 1/2 weeks total. I finally get it working and Garcia turns it off. I need a lawyer.

Hi, angry and disappointed Infiniti customer here. I purchased my 2004 Infiniti Fx35 back in 2011. I was very happy with my vehicle until I came back from boot camp. U.S Marines and noticed that my dashboard was bubbling up all over. It look ugly. I feel embarrassed to give people rides. I dont like this car anymore. I did some research about this, and found out that I was not alone. There are hundreds of Infiniti customers who are on the same boat as I am. Most of them took advantage of the extended warranty, which I did not know anything about, did not receive a letter, was not notified until it was already too late.I called my dealership where I bought the vehicle, and they simply said I needed to pay a little over $1,000 to have it replaced. Thats ridiculous! And a little crazy. Like I mentioned above, I am not a happy customer. Called the Infiniti customer affairs number, and they were not willing to help with this matter issue. I have purchased 2 Infiniti Qx56 SUVs brand new. My current 2012 has been in the shop over 10x with the same problem. The dealership explains the problem to me and how this is unique. Each time the cause is something different when they document it and check you out. Now the truck is out of warranty and it will be my responsibility if it happens again. Trust me when I say, It will happen again. Being stranded and having to be without my own vehicle for days. One time it was in the shop for 21 days, they claimed they were waiting for a part from overseas. I did contact Infiniti corporate office and they refused to do anything. I had bizarre electrical problems with my first Infiniti QX56 as well. I had it in the shop multiple times and no one could ever figure that unique problem out either. I purchased my second one because it was the new body style and it was very spacious. The sales team was very sligh about and claiming it was all revamped and no issues reported. They do have a good looking vehicle but I will never never again buy an Infiniti. For the price ($80,000) you would expect more. I leased an Infinity Q50 Sport model in 2015. Although the Q50 went through brakes every 13,000 miles and had premature tire wear (noted problem with Q50 Sport Model), we enjoyed the vehicle for the most part. If you do not want to pay for multiple brake jobs and a set(s) of tires prematurely, then this vehicle is not for you. At lease end, Infinity Financial Services sent us our final invoice and put the due date EIGHT DAYS from when we received it. Within a 14 day period, they sent us THREE notices for payment and then told us that we were in violation of the lease agreement! Even after paying early each of the 39 months of the lease, they treated us like deadbeats on the last payment because they set the payment due date EIGHT days after we received it.I sent in the payment in a timely manner (before net 30) and then sent a summary to the President of the North America division of Nissan and asked him to forward said complaint to Executives with IFS. If you want to be treated poorly at lease end with a prefect payment history, then Infinity Financial Services is the financial institution for you. We were going to buy an Infinity for our daughters 16th birthday but, after being treated so poorly at lease end, we have decided to buy another brand with a better financial institution attached to their brand.

I own an FX35, bought it new and drive it up and down the street to work. Its 7 yrs 2 months with 46K miles. I noticed a tiny blemish on my dashboard in January 2013 and did not pay much attention to it. By mid-June, the tiny blemish turned into 5 tiny blemishes. Still not worried about it, I went on vacation for the summer. Upon my return on August 26, I got in my car and was shocked at the amount of bubbles on my dashboard. In the space of 2 months, the issue progressed to such proportions I could not stand to drive my car! I asked around to a couple of body shops to see about getting it fixed and they told me to see the dealer, thats not normal. Then finally, my car wash attendant said that theyve washed 3 other Infiniti cars like mine and said that there is a warranty for that and this is an issue with many Infiniti FX cars. I did some research and sure enough its all over. Its known. I called Infiniti Consumer Affairs and my car missed the warranty by 2 months. June 15, 2013 was my cut off date. I went to the dealership and they said that I barely missed the cut-off. Infiniti should cover this issue and the dealership went ahead and sent in the request for a part. I got a call 1 day later and Infiniti said they will not cover the repair because its past the extended warranty. I argued that this is not normal for a car to do this. Infiniti used defective materials in their so-called luxury car, but they will not stand by their brand. I am very pissed at this problem! I was considering trading my car in for another newer Infiniti FX35 of JX but now that this issue has come up, no way!! NO MORE INFINITIs for this wary and very angry car buyer! I rate Infiniti as no stars, very, very pissed off angry consumer!

Infiniti manufactured a faulty dash in the Infiniti fx35, which bubbles and cracks (after your warranty is up). Infiniti knows the material is damaged at my fault to the customer. Yet they will not pay for $2500.00 repairs. Infiniti will not discount the repair. However certain customers have been granted this courtesy. I guess Infiniti appreciate certain customers more than others. I have filed a complaint with them as well. There has to be something that can be done... I will never purchase another Infiniti!!
