My local Infinity dealership was selling a pre-owned car. Due to Infiniti being a reputable dealership, I had confidence in purchasing a used car from them. I would not have thought that they would sell a car with a major internal flaw. I test drove the car, looked at the Carfax, and things checked out fine. I purchased the car end of February 2020. A week later, when I was trying to set up my bluetooth and stream music, this feature was not working at all. When I try to make phone calls, the system goes in and out, and I am unable to stream anything from my phone. I took it to a Ford service center (the car is a Ford CMax Hybrid), and they could not diagnose by a quick look. They recommended that since I had just bought the car, I should take it back to the dealership to have them look at it.I called Infinity, and spoke with the sales rep who sold me the car, in addition to the sales manager. They did not even want to look at the car, and tried to tell me that everything was fine when they sold me the car. They did not want to have anything to do with fixing the bluetooth issue. The sales manager basically said oh well it was sold as is. I would have expected them to tell me that this feature was not working/a system was broken, but no one shared any of this info with me. I thought a company like Infinity would not do something like this, but I was sadly wrong. On another note, it took 3 phone calls to get someone to talk to me about this. Nobody was calling me back initially, this should be telling. Now, in order to get this fixed, I will have to pay several hundred dollars that I dont have, so that I can make phone calls in my car and listen to music.

I purchased my 1st Infiniti almost 2 years ago. I have spent more time in a loaner car than the car I purchased. The motor has to replaced at 37K miles. The head gasket has been replaced twice and my car is currently back in the shop again. The car has left me stranded twice! This is a manufacturer defect! I guess my safety and wellbeing is not a concern for Infiniti or the BBB. Im assuming I would need to get injured or possibly killed in this car (lemon) before Infiniti will acknowledge the obvious defect. Infiniti/Nissan pride themselves on having award-winning Customer Service. I unfortunately would need disagree as this is the first Infiniti I have owned and the Customer Service/concern I have received has been anything but award winning!

I purchased my 2014 QX60 after thoroughly researching all mid sizes luxury SUVs. I have always driven a Toyota so this was my first experience owning an Infiniti. The car worked beautifully for 18 months. THEN... Car starting having start up issues on July 2015. Several times a week it would take 3-4 tries to start the vehicle. I presumed it was the battery. At that time the dealership jump started my battery which they said was still good and told me to drive my car more often. Lol! Then several weeks later problem with starting the car returns. I hold off on bringing the car in until September when the car does not start one morning. Infiniti road service jumps my car and the dealership agrees to replace my battery. Three days later my car stalls twice while driving the car in reverse and the power steering fails while vehicle is in drive. Took the car in the next morning (Monday) and they checked it and said everything seemed fine. :(LUCKILY while pulling the car back from the service garage the car stalls for the service technician. At that point I was given a loaner vehicle. During this visit they noticed that a wire was loose underneath the car. I believe it was the body control module wire that was loose. For this visit they really thought they had the problem solved and return the car to me the following day. Four days later the car stalls again while driving and does not starting on the first try. I returned it to the dealership and got a loaner for the second time. During this time they replaced the hybrid battery as well as the key remote battery and they even replaced the new battery just to make sure all batteries were new at the same time. They kept my car for 2 weeks just to be sure it was fixed.Four days later car takes 3 tries to start so I take it directly to the dealership and got another loaner vehicle. During this visit they have been replacing both the hybrid computer and the body control module computer. They have had my vehicle for 3 weeks. The vehicle is still not working so now they think they will replace the harness! Oh and by the way, while the vehicle was at the dealership for 3 weeks parallel parked in an unofficial parking spot in a lot that is overcrowded. Yesterday a delivery truck backs into my vehicle and now the side bumper needs to be replaced. I have never has this kind of experience with a car in my life. My first Luxury vehicle is my least reliable car ever. I have started the buyback process with Infiniti and I will do my best to warn others to not waste their time or money on these cars.

Smooth riding experience. Comfortable in every way. Its feels like you are riding on air. It gives you a chance to be able to see whats going on with the comfort of the ride. Beautiful is everything you can describe it. The looks of it gives you a reason to want it more than you realize it. You can talk about how long your car looks and how long it gives. I love how you can make your own decisions when you are on the passenger side. Give you a chance to relax and let it go to a good long ride. You carry it to a car dealership and they treat you with great respect, make sure everything is taken care of and puts a smile on your face to comfort you.

Infiniti is a good car for all. Foreign but still nice for the cost of parts. Would recommend to all anytime. Very pleased with variety options. The cosmetics and features for this car are wonderful and a small upgrade goes a long way for appeal and overall look of the car. Not that it needs an upgrade at all to begin with but personalizing a car is an amazing feeling. Also very slick and innovative design. Can come in 2-4 doors and a gorgeous car style. It is sharp, attractive, and great on gas mileage. It also has great lifespan for a car. Mine has 345k miles and still smooth sailing. 2-5 seats in the cars and extremely comfortable and safe. A lot of comfortable space and leg room for sure and much space for luggage and anything else you may think of.

I have been looking to buy a new luxury sedan and was considering a Infiniti Q70 Hybrid, only because the MPG of the non-hybrid for Infiniti is terrible. I actually like the Q70L because of the legroom in the rear, but the Hybrid was not available in it. However, any dealer Ive visited says that they have never seen the Q70 Hybrid and doubt that it is available. When I go to Infiniti website and do a Build and Price, I can build it, yet the quote goes to my local dealers (not so local... 2 hour drive) and they tell me not available. I try to contact Infiniti Consumer Affairs to find out whats going on and they put me back to sales of the dealers Ive already talked to... that know just as little as I do. I guess that is my hint... That it is probably a mistake to be looking at this vehicle in the first place. I get quick and satisfactory replies back from other manufacturers where I have contacted for other issues or questions.

I leased my car in 2014. First, it was located in another state. In preparing the car, the paint on the hood apparently peeled off so they had to repaint before it got on the truck. It didnt make sense. Why didnt they just leave it on to transport then pull off at the end delivery? The truck breaks down on the way to our local dealership. So this was delayed 2 extra days. The dealership felt bad about everything so they had a guy bring it to my work. It was raining so we were unable to put the top down and test. He also scraped my right passenger front wheel. That was a battle and a half to prove since no one there documented who even drove my car to me. I got home later that day when it stopped raining and the first time I put down the top, the back window shattered everywhere.Fast forward a year, I take to an Infiniti dealer in another state, because we moved. I just needed an oil change. They scratched my car. They then had to keep my car longer to fix. Then my headliner broke. I took it in to get it repaired. They repaired it but they put a hole in it. So they had to re-do it which mean literally a MONTH at the dealer. Im paying for a convertible and they loan me a plain sedan built for a mom of ten. Finally get my car back and its scratched... Again… So they fix the scratch (kind of) a few days later... Headliner breaks again. They replace...again.Get my car back again... Headliner ropes break. They tell me to bring in the car because they have the part in stock now (because this happens to me more often than they are admitting). I take it in. They give me a brown minivan thing. I drive the brown piece of ** for a week. It stops running at stop signs. It jolts and is just absolutely awful to drive. I call the dealership because Im desperate to have my car back. Anything is better than the brown ** they gave me. They said, oh...they are waiting for an Infiniti engineer to come in on April 7th. Why no one let me know... Can’t say for sure. They did fire the Service manager, Sam, who was handling my account. So no one was working on my car. Awesome! I had to ask to get updates. So then I started talking to Shawn. The new manager is Eric. Ive tried to reach Eric multiple times but he does not return calls.I finally get my car back. It was driven to my house for me. I made the tech stay here while I opened the top and closed it once. Nothing exciting there. However, now the button that you push to move the top up and down has almost all of the chrome scraped off of it to where it hurts your finger to touch. So....here I go calling Infiniti again. Shawn said they will order the part. Meantime, Im working with Kinsi on how to end my lease now. I only have 4 months left. They denied me. I found out by calling again today. Apparently Kinsi hasnt been to work and no one knows when she will be back and they cannot tell me why it was denied. So...The moral of the story here folks... I do NOT recommend Infiniti. Id literally rather walk than buy or lease anything from this company again.

I recently purchased a 2008 Infiniti G35. It was in great condition all around except for some interior paint that was coming off on the inside door handles and on the steering wheel. I figured this was from normal wear and tear and I can live with it. I could possibly fix it up later down the road. Well after having the car for about a month, I noticed that I had paint coming off in my hands when I drove to and from work. I work about 11 miles from my home, only about a 15 min drive. Not far. The paint on the inside door handles and on the steering wheel was a rubber type of back paint, and it was literally coming off in my hands most of the time when I drove. Not normal wear and tear. I did a little research on this problem and it turns out this is a known problem with 07 and 08 and it was fixed in late 08 and 09 models. Great, Ill take it in since Im still under warranty and have them fix it. Before I take it in, I called Infiniti USA, their customer service number, and talked to a lady on the phone and told her about my issue. She told me that she has seen this before. It is a known defect, and to just take it into my local dealership and they will replace the parts. I read about this online and it was the answer I was expecting so I said thanks. The next day, I drove to Tim Dahle Infiniti in Salt Lake City. When I got there, I am told that this is wear and tear and is not covered. I explained that this is not normal wear and tear and is a known defect. He says he can no longer cover this issue, and when Infiniti has done it in the past, it was under a goodwill clause where they do it only for people that have had a long history with Infiniti. The service manager recommends that I contact Infiniti USA to see if they can approve it to be done. Well, I explained that I had already contacted them and they said to just bring it in. We gave them a call again. I get a different story this time, and have to file a request to have a specialist get back to me about this issue. About a week later, I get a call saying this will not be honored or covered under the manufacturers warranty. I specifically came from an Acura TL that I had previously owned to Infiniti because of this lightly better engine specs and on the recommendation of several friends and family members that have Infiniti, but I never had an issue like this with Acura. For a $40,000 car, you would expect a car dealer to honor the warranty that they put on the car, especially for an issue that is well known and documented. They even changed the interior paint in newer models so this problem doesnt happen anymore. With plenty of records online of people having this taken care of under warranty, I find it hard to believe they can do it for some cars and not for all. I am extremely unhappy with how this had turned out. I am hoping Infiniti learns from this and will cover it eventually but well see. For now, I will not recommend Infiniti to anyone again. If anyone knows of a way to convince them to cover this, or any other advice, I would love to hear about it.

We have a 2005 FX35 with the dashboard bubbling issue. We received no notification of an extended warranty with respect to the dashboard defect. We have lived at the same address with the same telephone number and email address that we provided Infiniti when we first took our car in for service in 2009. We purchased the 2005 from CarMax in Richmond, VA in 2009 and there were no dashboard issues. We were never notified of an extended warranty because of this material defect. When I googled the problem in 2014, I contacted Infiniti customer service and they said the extended warranty had expired 1 year earlier and there was nothing they could do. We open and read all of our mail each and every day before discarding and we never received an extended warranty. We contacted Jeb **, service manager, at Infiniti in Richmond, VA. He said there was nothing he could do. He also stated that he personally found that Infiniti was more willing to work with car owners to repair the dashboard even if it was passed the 8 year extended warranty if they were customer who took their vehicles to Infiniti for repairs (I guess because Infiniti makes money on these folks and are more willing to honor fixing this known defect on a high end expensive vehicle). We are just sick. We were told by YOU (ConsumerAffairs) that because we were calling 1 year later that you refuse to cover the cost of this dashboard which is well over $3000. I was appalled! We have babied and taken wonderful care of our car. It looks like it is 2 years old when it is, in fact, 11 years old. We were planning to purchase another Infiniti but will not if we know you dont honor your loyal customers. What can you do for us? I am writing you for the second time a year later because we have to drive in this car to work each day only to look at a disgusting dashboard that keeps getting worse. Wont you please help us! We dont take our cars for repairs to the local Infiniti dealer because we take it for all of its scheduled maintenance to the local Nissan dealer which is closer to our home. Arent you the same company? Why dont you honor this dashboard replacement when you know it is a known defect and nothing we have done to the car? (We even keep a shade screen up each and every day in our front window). Please do the right thing and replace our dashboard. We only have 80,000 miles on our car and are planning to keep it a long time. Please help!

I love Infinitis. They run well, comfortable, and are stylish no matter what year or model. They have something for every taste and are not prone to a lot of mechanical issues and gas efficient. Its a compact car with the feel of a luxury sedan heated seats. It has a backup camera, tinted windows, a bose sound system and a decent sized trunk. The front seats are comfortable and the back seat sits three people. It also has beige leather seats with back seat storage. The newer models have other nice upgrades, but I like the factory features that are in my car.

Infiniti is by far the worst car to lease. Not only is the seating very uncomfortable but also created more back problems for me. The lumbar system in these vehicles is horrendous. What is even more upsetting, is their website has been down for days now. I cannot see my payoff amount. When I asked to remove the automatic payments option so I can make the last full payment (so I would not be overcharged with autopay) I was neglected and hung up on 4 different times. Customer service is a complete joke. One guy couldnt even get the volume on his headset to work. Do not lease from this company. Purchased a 2004 FX45 in early 2013. Seeing the dash bubbling and condition, I contacted Infiniti. I was concerned that it may be a chemical reaction and possibly not safe to breathe or would compromise the integrity of the dashboard. After my local dealer told me it was out of warranty, I contacted Consumer Affairs at Infiniti. Boy, they were no help. I do not understand why my vehicle that was serviced at my local Infiniti dealer since it was new - never bothered to fix this issue with the previous owner. I thought Volkswagens customer service was bad - but Infiniti not fixing such a blatant issue with their luxury vehicles is just bad for PR and repeat customers. I was going to purchase a newer Infiniti 70 model, but heck if I give them $60k after this.

I just bought a new Infiniti 2015 Q50. The car is advertised to give me 19 mpg in city, 29 mpg highway and a combined 22mpg city-highway. This vehicle gives me a highway mpg of 12mpg. I drove the car for 1.5 hr just to test it and it did not improve. I took the car to the dealer I originally bought from and they say that the EPA reviews and that they are not responsible for that review. I believe that is unreal for a car to provide less than half mpg than what it suppose to. I called Infiniti and they said the same thing and only provided me with few tips on how to improve it.Also my front passenger seat makes a weird sound (something loose) when I head a pothole. The dealer said that all Q50 makes the same sound and there is nothing they can do in that case. Its a manufacturer problem. I have been with the car for just a month and I am not happy. I would not recommend purchasing this car. I am paying a lot of money to have this type of issue.

I leased an Infiniti JX35 on July 13, 2013. I absolutely loved the vehicle
I leased an Infiniti JX35 on July 13, 2013. I absolutely loved the vehicle up until February of 2015. In February, I noticed the brake pedal would occasionally sink down almost to the floor when stopping. The pedal would also from time to time start sinking down when I was stopped at a traffic light or stopped In traffic. The car would start to roll if I didnt continue to apply more pressure to the pedal when I was stopped. The real concern was that the brake problem was intermittent, it didnt happen consistently. In February 2015, I took the vehicle to the dealership and they said there was a problem with the Master cylinder, so they replaced it. Upon receiving the car back, the brakes operated normally for only a week. After one week the brake problem returned. I called the dealership and they asked me to bring the car in as soon as I can, so I did in March 2015. The dealership claims they could not get the brakes to repeat this problem. I was now even communicating with the shop foreman, who said to me one time he felt something happen similar to what I was saying, but it happened only once. I went back and forth with the dealership in March. In April, they received authorization to change the ABS controller. After changing the abs controller, the brake problem appeared to be gone. The brake problem returned again in August of 2015 and again of course it is intermittent. It doesnt happen when Im stopped anymore, it just happens when Im stopping. If I dont continue to increase the pressure I apply to the brakes when they sink the car will not stop. The dealership took the car in, kept it for over a week, changed the brake pads and said they could not repeat the problem. They even told me at one time that this is the way the brakes operate on these vehicles. I immediately responded by informing them that these brakes did not operate like this the first 1 1/2 years I was driving it. My daughter drives my car frequently and she even came to me and asked me why do the brakes get so soft occasionally. I chose Infiniti because of their advertised HIGH standards of excellence. Theyre supposed to compare in quality to Lexus, Acura and Mercedes. Well, Ive owned 3 Mercedes in my lifetime and their customer service and quality is second to none. My face to face customer service experience with KM Infiniti has been good, however, they have not been able to fix the issues with my JX35. The quality of this vehicle is on the same level as a Nissan. Not only have had issues with the brakes, but Ive had the rubber gasket on the roof rack come loose, Ive had to replace the driver side sun visor.I chose this car because I wanted a car I could depend on when my grandchildren get into it. I wanted a car I could have confidence in for safety. I have just about every option available on this car and thought it would be a safe car for my family to drive in. As it stands now I am extremely dissatisfied with this car and it doesnt appear Infiniti knows how to fix it! This car is a Lemon!

My review is negative because of the car quality not the overall company because I had a great experience with the local dealer here. Im very disappointed with the QX80 2018: Quality of the backup camera and the 360 degrees cameras, this is by far the worst quality of cameras in the car market! It looks like a camera from 10 years ago. The car loves gas too much, Im averaging 11 miles in the city and 13.5 in the highway, I had big engine cars all my life and this car is the worst in that department. You would expect when you pay over 75k for a car a normal backup camera, thats my biggest complaint with the car!!!

I have incurred tremendous stress, frustration and money in paying for rental cars thus far and still using a rental... The car was bought with me putting down $20k and financed for $30k and am still paying the monthly $530 for not using the car! I have had my 2017 QX30 since Jan 1st, 2017. Since then the car has been in the service dept 3 time. The first time because the USB ports needed to charge my cell phone were not working. I received a loaner and waited 5 days for them to figure out how to correct it. Two and half weeks after the USB ports were fixed, the main screen in the car which controls pretty much everything - went BLACK. I took the car back to the service dept, got another loaner and only for them to tell me that they are aware of the issue, that they were able to replicate it but they dont have a fix for the problem at this time. A car that only has 2,770 miles on it, which is part of a luxury brand should not be having these types of issues, and they answer that there is no fix at this time is NOT an acceptable one. To add insult to injury, they continue to sell the vehicles knowing there is no fix for this defect. The dealer says they are at the mercy of the Engineering dept working on the case, but INFINITI what are you going to do to remedy this situation.

I like a nut not only did I buy one Infinti (QX60) but I bought the second one, a G37. The QX60 a week after I bought the Gas gauge was reading Zero mile with a 1/4 tank of Gas. I got told it was bad gas, then I was told Im driving down hill so that affects it. Then I was told the Infiniti corporate had to assess the SUV. It took them 2 tries and they replaced the entire Gauge system. Then I had issues with the Transmission. Took it countless time and they kept saying that the software needed to be upgraded. After filing a complaint they replaced the Trans and it took over 9 months to get it done. Then I bought a G37 certified. I thought buying a certified would get me a better value and it would be reliable. It started to leak Differential fluid. Was told the Diff overheated and it leaked fluid. Then the Tires got a nail and they refused to fix them, when they said that it was covered under the maintenance. I have to say the SERVICE FROM INFINITI IS POOR AT BEST. IF YOU CALL INFINITI CONSUMER AFFAIR AND GET AMANDA HANG UP and wait the 30 days and get someone else. If you ask for a manager and Tommy. Hang up as he will give you lip service. Buy a Lexus or Acura!!!

I have a 2006 Infiniti FX35 with transmission problems. I called the dealer and gave Mr. ** the option to replace the whole transmission for the estimated price of $7,000. The person that took my phone call even said that transmission problems normally happen around 100,000 miles and he emphasized that his best recommendation is to replace the whole transmission because if they only replace the valve body, I will probably have problems in the future with something else related with the transmission. Scam. They would rather make me spend a lot more money. They don’t lose. The front seat has several cracks on the vinyl part. As per the Infiniti dealer, its a wear and tear problem. How would a luxury car seat wear with just around 80,000 miles on it! I noticed online that its a common problem. They need to recall this cheap vinyl and replace it regardless of warranty. Now, the car is stuck just outside of warranty with the same issues and at my own expense. The 1995 Camaro with 200k original transmission RPM is better than my Infiniti. My Dads old truck (1983) has vinyl seats and looks better than my Infiniti luxury with a cost of above $40K.

Ive had my FX since 2007 and Ive been a loyal customer of the service department at Clear Lake infiniti, but up until a few years ago I had to go to another location which is about an hour away from the clear lake location. This location is the worst! You are a number get in and out and when you go for just a plain oil change I ALWAYS get that I need a clue of other services that are needed. Anyway, this last time I went and got everything they told me I needed for the car like because I take what they are saying to be a fact. So, I go to look under the hood to give my husband a jump because the battery is dead and I see the air intake hose is not connected. Its sitting pretty next to the belts. I want to whack whatever idiot over there just threw the extra parts when servicing my car. This isnt the first issue Ive had, but it will be my last.

Michelle at Consumer Affairs is the most ineffective, rude person I have ever dealt with in a customer service position. Infiniti made many mistakes in the sale of my vehicle which ended up causing damage to the vehicle and they have yet to repair the damage and be responsible for the added expenses to me. I will definitely never be buying another Infiniti. A car is only as good as the company that makes it. It was a very disappointing experience!

There are exceptional vehicles available through Infiniti. From Sporty sedans to family friendly SUVs, there is going to be a car for everyone at Infiniti. There are also a number of different packages and upgrades available. There will be something for everyone. Whether you are interested in a sport package, cold weather package, family upgrades, you will be able to find what you are looking for. There is also very good customer service throughout the life of the car you purchase. My Infiniti (which was an FX 35) was the first five passenger vehicle I had ever ridden in that was actually comfortable for all 5 of the passengers. The design and feel of the seats was only to be believed when ridden in. Infiniti has a distinctive luxury look. Whether one year old or ten years old they are a car that will make people turn and look.

I have had my Infiniti convertible in for service 4 times now due to the cables breaking when opening and closing the top. The most recent repair was today after I opened the top for the first time this year. The dealership explains the problem to me and how this is unique. But each time the cause is something different (broken clips, sync issue...). But now the car is out of warranty and it will be my responsibility if it happens again. Trust me when I say, It will happen again. The cable design is not a good engineering solution for moving a heavy hood. Probably why the auto makers do not implement it. Each of my last three cars have been convertibles. I love them but never again will it be an Infiniti.

I have always loved Infiniti. Last year I was able to purchase my first one. 2017 Q50 AWD from Dreyer & Reinbold Infiniti. The twin turbo V6 is an amazing motor. I saw that it recently won the prestigious Wards Automotive top 10 engine in the world! I believe it. It has great acceleration, especially in sport mode. This thing takes off like a rocket. It even handles incredible in the turns too. This is also my first experience in an AWD car and I wont be getting anything else. For the money Infiniti is by far the best dollar for dollar value for any luxury brand. I would recommend checking them out!

It took a while for a supervisor NOT to bother but to call and deny the coverage. I read that paint DEFECT is well beyond the basic warranty, however, even after my calls, anyone bothered to have me take it to a dealer to look at, although a dealer I service the car at, advised to call them originally as he was sure it would be corrected! Terrible experience altogether. The Infiniti vehicle I leased didnt impress me at all especially for the money I was paying for it. The customer service was terrible. The hidden fees were added. $500 charges for two minor scratches. Deposition fee that I never agreed to and found out that they were added to my contract only in the end of my lease. So after my 39 months lease was over, Infiniti sent me invoice for another $1000. Their customer service is useless. They dont care about customer satisfaction and brand reputation, they care only about money. I will never ever again purchase or lease Infiniti or Nissan vehicle. Prior to leasing Infiniti I had Acura and what a difference it was. The car, the service, and I didnt have to pay a penny extra after my lease was over. Stay away from these people.

Infiniti USA has thumbed their nose at the malfunction of OCS system in 200
Infiniti USA has thumbed their nose at the malfunction of OCS system in 2009 vehicles, ours is a G37. When the OCS is not functioning it turns off the airbags when a passenger sits in the passenger seat. They do not care that your life and the life of your passenger (my husband, my grandson, my mother, my daughter) is at risk for serious injury or death as a result of their negligence. They are negligent in that Infiniti knows very well they have a problem with this system not working as intended when purchased (easy lookup on internet of many owners having this same problem) yet they only recalled back to 2010 to fix the OCS thus requiring 2009 Infiniti owners to fork out $6400 to replace their defective design or not fix and run the risk of death or serious injury. I have called Infiniti USA and their response is this vehicle has no recalls end of discussion.Every owner of a 2009 Infiniti that has problems with the OCS not functioning and turning off airbags when anyone (even my hand) touches the passenger seat should not accept Infinitis answer and file a complaint with their Attorney Generals office and NHTSA. I was involved in a motor vehicle accident in June of 2016 and was in a 1999 vehicle... Had the airbags not gone off as intended I honestly do not believe I would be here writing this today so I am very aware of how in a blink of an eye you can be plowing into a vehicle and your only line of defense is working airbags. It is morally incomprehensible of Infiniti to not care for the lives of their customers (or should I say some of their customers).Knowing this I will never purchase another Infiniti and suggest you do the same because somewhere down the line you may have a problem that is not your fault with your expensive Infiniti and it may be one that could determine your safety and the safety of your loved ones and you will have to deal like the rest of the 2009 customers (victims) with absolutely no help from Infiniti.

I have a 2003 Infiniti G35 Sedan V6. The air system is stuck on auto and my audio (radio) and rear defroster no longer works. I have no control whatsoever on the entire air system. The problems started in 2009, as I lost control off, and on until about six months ago when everything went dead. I had recall work done on the audio circuit board in 2003 and now that Infiniti dealership in Guelph told me that it is the same part which is at fault. This diagnosis cost me 57 dollars. I called the Woodchester dealership in Mississauga that did the original warranty work and they told me that they no longer will back their work because the Voluntary Service Campaign Audio Finisher Circuit Board recall is over with. This is a total scam that Nissan has managed to sidestep even though they issued a recall. They replaced my part, all right, but this same part was again faulty and an obvious health and safety concern exists here. As far as I am concerned, they should once again replace this faulty part since they probably replaced it with a new one that again is faulty. How can I possibly drive this car when no front windshield air or rear defrost exists especially with winter fast approaching. The least they can do is pay for the part again since the dealership wants to charge me approximately 1700 dollars to replace both the circuit board and the radio. If I dont get satisfaction out of this I will never buy a Nissan vehicle again. There are so many people complaining about this. It is pretty laughable that no one from the government has forced the issue. I guess that will be my next step. Whats your move Nissan? Are you gonna take the responsibility for the vehicle you made or are you gonna wait till someone gets killed because they cant see the road while they are driving?

With my multiple visits in an Infiniti service department, I have not felt as disappointed and appalled with the customer service that I received as I did at Cerritos Infiniti. Instead of helping me understand what is going on with my car and empathize how concerning how my car performed last night while I was driving with my 2 yr. old and both my parents, I felt confronted and castigated and offended. I brought my car in for an oil and filter change and a multi-point inspection last Dec. 28 and as I was driving my car yesterday, the car jerked multiple times as I accelerate.I bring my car to Infiniti for service because of the level of trust that I have with them. But the attitude that Tony ** showed was very unprofessional and demeaning. I work in a hospitality industry and train employees how to treat a customer to provide excellent service and I do know how a TERRIBLE customer service feels like. I would hope Tony would show a bit more compassion and concern than show arrogance and be spite to their customers. I had to bring my husband to his office for him to understand what my concerns are with Infiniti service but apparently he still didnt seem to understand that we are just looking for a simple, outstanding customer service and experience.I am afraid that with this persons show of character and lack of customer empathy, I had changed my mind from trusting Infiniti service and vehicles and would rather go to another higher end, top notch customer rating car makers. I have gone to other Infiniti locations and everyone I dealt with were extremely friendly and very compassionate with their customers. My husband ended up pulling our car out of their service department and brought it someplace else that would really take care of our concern and get a better treatment.

Today I was driving (fortunately only 20-25 mph) and when coming to a bend in the road before going uphill, my steering wheel locked and would not move at all! It caused me to go up onto the sidewalk and when the steering wheel finally went loose so I could turn it again (after wiggling it side to side as hard as I could it somehow released), but it was too late as I couldnt get the car turned fast enough so I crashed into an iron fence. There is significant damage to the fence and my car may be totaled. We purchased a used 2015 QX80 with 65,000 miles on it. We did love the car and was an amazing ride till this week. We had some issues and it was running very rough and the engine light came on. So we had it towed to a local shop and he said the codes it was pulling it was something internal (P0011 & P0021) and we needed to have it looked at from a dealer. So the Local Nissan diagnosed it as stretched timing chains. They said it was right about $4000 to fix it. So this car just has 105,000 miles on it and we paid nearly $38,000 for it. So I have a car that I paid nearly $40,000 dollars for it, I have only put 40 thousand miles on it and I have to put $4,000 into it to get it running. I called the Infiniti Consumer affairs and got nothing but sorry. I explained that I have a stay at home mom with 5 kids and we are on a very tight budget, etc. She then said that I would have to have it towed to Infiniti instead of Nissan???? Same company? They said they cannot have Nissan look at it and this was done by one of their master mechanics. So this means tow it a third time with and pay another diagnose fee for what? Infiniti should step up to the plate here. I asked the girl I spoke with to give me a supervisor and she said there were none. She was reading from a script as you could tell just to get you off the phone. I then asked her how she would feel if you purchased a car for 40,000 dollars and only got 40K out of it and now have to put 4 thousand dollars into it. She said she could not reflect on that? This is what customer service departments have come to? No emotions or anything. Just firmly I cant reflect? I said, (ask your CEO or director how they would feel if their mom of 5 was going through this). Again nothing. After doing research, this is a problem that Infiniti knows about but is doing nothing. Just look around on some blogs and you will find them. As well there are issues with the catalytic converters at $1,300 a piece for both sides. I was just wanting them to do whats right and stand by the product. I am a sales manager that travels the US and trust me that I will share this story with every individual I come in contact with. In my business I tell my people to treat people right and they will come back every time... Treat people like you want to be treated and you just built a successful business. I cannot believe this company and its products. We will never purchase another Infiniti or Nissan and I will make sure my kids remember what we are going through when they make their decisions for a car. I will share this story at every sales meeting, and while visiting clients for sure!!!

About a 45 days ago I took my 2009 Infiniti g37 convertible, market value of car $17500 to Passport Infiniti of Suit Land Maryland for repairs on convertible top not operating. The service department checked the top out and said total cost to repair top would cost $8900, to my surprise I debated the cost and indicated to the service manager the car was not in a accident. How could this be possible? I stated to the service manager I found the hydraulic motor for the convertible top for a price of $750. He replied they change out every part related to the hydraulic motor hose lines fluid everything. I stated, This is ridiculous and how can you pick up the phone and call a customer and tell them the cost to repair your top will be $8900 and the vehicle is only worth around $17000? Of course I got the same response.I also stated, The replacement engine for the car that propels the car down the street at 150 mph would only cost $5000, please explain to me how the motor that raises the convertible top cost $8900? Crickets. Any way I end up taking the car to Germain Auto Group of Springfield VA. They fixed the top including the parts for $1900. Now you see why I had to blog about this. Oh and by the way I called Infiniti Corporate. They were not forth coming with any solutions other than trading the car in. Go figure. Nice car, bad custom service company. Then on Oct. 20, 2013 at 10 months with under 5,000 miles, the entire dash went blank. Our connected cell phone heated up and we drove home because we were leaving for two weeks to CA. When we returned, we called the dealer because our new car was dead! A tow truck took the car to the dealership on 11/5/2013. We were told it would take 2 days to get a part and repair. Now, Nov. 10, 2013 and still no sign of when the new 2013 JX35 will be repaired. We no longer trust the car since we believe all the electronics and wiring received extensive damage in the electrical malfunction. We have requested a buy back by Infiniti to trade for a new Infiniti. We do not know if anyone else has had any similar electrical problems. We had serviced this car at Infiniti in July for regular maintenance and had not used the auto much since that service! I am the sad owner of a 2003 Infiniti FX35. I have had so many problems with the car and I will never ever even consider buying another Nissan product. My problems consisted of a non-working gas gauge, a CD player that skipped like crazy from the start of my ownership, replaced both front end wheel bearings, replaced the brakes twice and now the final overheating. No one including Infiniti of Orland Park who charged me $700.00 for a new after market radiator can figure out the problem. After a diagnostic, technician from Infiniti of Orland Park, IL; said, I need a radiator. I was told an Infiniti radiator would cost me $1200.00 but they can replace my defective one with an after market radiator for only $750.00. I elected to have them replace the radiator with the after market one. After their Technician replaced the (defective?) radiator with the new after market radiator, I received a call from their service writer and he said that the car was still overheating and blowing out cold air.I was told by Infiniti of Orland Park Pros that it would take at least 5 hours of additional labor to figure out the problem. In other words, the attitude was come in and pay us $750.00 for nothing and get your FX35 Infiniti out of here. He also suggested the cars life was over due to the 130,000 miles I had on it.In the mean time I have been driving my beater (183,000 Mile) Ford Expedition that I was forced to buy so that I had a car while 3 auto shops are trying to figure out whats wrong with my very expensive FX35 with the 130,000 miles on it. I am a Sales Trainer for a major Mattress Company and travel throughout the USA educating large groups of Sales Associates. There is not one class that I do not tell this story to. I am and will warn everyone I ever speak to about Infiniti and tell them to never buy or even suggest one to their worst enemy.

I made a mistake trusting this dealer when I bought a used car (Infinity QX4). When I drove off I noticed the service engine light soon was on. I thought that it may have been an oil change indicator, like the one my Honda has, that wasnt reset. I drove it home to Portland and the light went out. I looked at the owners manual that said it could indicate a problem with the engine and also said if it is flashing, it needs urgent attention to prevent engine damage. A few days later the light came back and the car hesitated on the freeway and the light started to flash. The salesperson from the dealer called me the day after I had it home and I told him about the light. He said it was probably a minor thing, like it may have been run out of gas or the gas cap may not have been tightened enough, and he told me to call him back if there was any other problems. After the second time the light came and stayed on, I had the car analyzed. It pulled up a P1320 code. This indicates that the coils are going bad. The cost of the repair is about $1000.00. I called back the dealer and they said, “Too bad - we wont help you.” I know this was an as is sale, but this car should have been fixed before selling it for wholesale off. Apparently, the dealer doesnt care about their reputation or doing whats right for their customers. Most brand dealerships would not do this. Stay away from this one!

The service manager ** at Circle Infiniti looked at it. He said, “Yep, there are chips all over the car.” He took some pictures and told me to have consumer affairs contact him. 2015 Infiniti Q40 + ANDROID PHONE??? RUN! This sophisticated brand is actually worse than their Nissan version of the car... 2015 and you cant stream music from anything except Apple devices?!? Ludicrous... Not only that, but performance wise this car sucks. Loud rattling engine when given power, outdated audio and controls screen, horrible defrost... The list could go on and on. Nissan motors corporation should honestly clean house and figure out a new strategy... Flooding the market with your chintzy product- which severely decreases trade in values for owners, paired with outdated features and technology is one way to lose your following... I used to have Infiniti on a higher pedestal... Now when people ask how I like it or that theyve considered buying one, I tell them this piece of garbage is a base Altima... Buy a Lexus, Acura, Toyota or Honda... Pffttt... Buy a freaking Chevy Cruze for a better driver experience. Way to go Infiniti. You suck.

Infiniti g20 and I30 are good standard cars. They hold up and last awhile. Although the cv axles and the starter go out. They drive smoothly and have a number of options for upgrades including Bose sound systems and built in navigation. The Infiniti i30 has a standard CD player and stereo with a 6 cd capacity housed in the trunk. It has leather seats and a mesh automatic window cover to help with the heat. Also, the powerful v6 engine, navigation and sound system are extremely useful. It is Bluetooth capable and steering wheel controls make placing phone calls, changing the station, or increasing the volume seamless. Large backseat and passenger seat space are great and there is also front passenger seat heating as well. The back has child lock if needed on both doors. Also, comfortably fits a car seat and two other passengers in the back.

Absolutely appalled at the customer service experience I have had with Infiniti Consumer Affairs. This is my second Infiniti and I always used to rave about how amazing the cars were and how quality the materials used in them were and that has all changed now that Im having issues with my current car. I bought a pre-owned 2009 Infiniti G37 Convertible with only 1 previous owner and garage kept. I have always used sun visors in my cars to protect the dashboard as much as possible. Over the summer one day when I was taking the visor down one was completely stuck as if it had been glued to my dashboard. I had to tug extremely hard for it to finally come off. I then noticed it was very sticky as if it was melting and extremely shiny. The shine creates a glare/reflection on the windshield which is very dangerous and impairs vision when driving.I went to my local Nissan dealership as the Infiniti dealership was close when I got off work. The 2 service advisors who helped me were extremely helpful and when I asked about the dashboard they immediately knew what I was talking about. They let me know that it has been a common issue amongst many 2008-2009 Nissans and that they have been having to direct consumers to consumer affairs in order to get further assistance. I contacted Nissan Consumer Affairs and they let me know that I have to speak with Infiniti Consumer Affairs as my car is an Infiniti. I then called the Infiniti Consumer Affairs number and after speaking with the FL Regional Manager Korby/Corby not sure how her name is spelled, she let me know there was nothing they would do to help. Extremely surprised that I was offered no assistance or guidance on a remedy for the situation.I asked again what can be done as this is a manufacture default and should absolutely be a recall and was given no resolution. She only apologized that the outcome was not favorable to me. How ridiculous? I expect that from a lower end non luxury car manufacturer, but never from Infiniti. Something should be done for the many consumers affected by the manufacturer’s poor material use. When I touch it with my finger a layer of black sticky residue comes off. Its horrible. I cant even clean it or get rid of the sticky shiny residue because anything I use will just stick to it. After researching, I found this is an issue for many other Infiniti G37 owners. I am awaiting a call from someone higher than the Regional Manager, so we will see if I even hear back from someone. I am so disappointed with Infiniti.I will be further complaining to the dealership I purchased from, Infiniti of Tampa Bay who probably knew about this issue when the car was sold to me. Hopefully this issue doesnt become worse and cause any accidents for anyone or else Infiniti will be dealing with lawsuits when they could have done the right thing and fixed their mistake. I cant wait to get rid of this car and move on to a real luxury car and will be telling anyone and everyone my story and to stay away from Infiniti.I even found this complaint from a gentleman online and I agree with him 100%. Numerous consumers have been complaining about the lack of quality, specifically in the 2008-2009 dashboard components of the Infiniti G37. There have been reports of melting and sticky dashboards as a result of poor build quality. These dashboards are costly to replace and should not be the responsibility of the consumer. Infiniti needs to step forward and back the quality claims of their brand and own up to this production flaw.

Unsatisfied and disappointed. Recently purchased a brand new 2015 Infiniti QX60 with only 16 miles on it. I purchased this vehicle after talking with the salesperson and being very clear as to my vehicle needs. I depend heavily in the navigation, safety features and cutting edge technology. Therefore, I was sold a vehicle that was to meet all these needs. I was sold the premium technology package and other luxuries. However, now that I have had the opportunity to drive the vehicle and put it through its paces Im very disappointed with the vehicle and Infinitis customer service.First of all the Navigation system is old and out of date. Some of the local roads have not been updated to the navigation. I have called the dealership but they failed to update the system without an extra $400 dollars payment, even though I was very clear with the salesperson and I was assured that the technology package included this and it had the latest update.Secondly, the technology on this vehicle is dated and a few years behind the competition. My previous vehicle was a 2013 luxury vehicle from a competing company and its Bluetooth, safety features and technological efficiencies were superior to this vehicle. This vehicle does not have blind spot indicators (while driving) even though I was very clear to the salesperson when purchased. The Bluetooth lacks connectivity and functions as offered by the competition. The stereo system is inferior to what I had in my 2013 vehicle.Third and final disappointment is with the engine performance and MPG. The engine lacks the power and it feels like a snail. I am not expecting it to drive like a Ferrari but to have enough power to maneuver through traffic and acceleration speed to enter major expressways. The window sticker stated and the salesperson confirmed that it should get 19 mpg in city and 29 mpg highway. I have yet to see such a performance. The Infiniti QX60 delivered to me gets 12 mpg city and 17.8 mpg highway. Horrible mileage.I have called the dealership and they have failed to take ownership of the issues stated above. I have also called Infiniti directly and they took the same lackadaisical response to my concerns and requests. If I would have known these issues I would have NEVER purchased this vehicle. I have not started to scratch the surface on the craftsmanship of this vehicle yet I am regretting every single minute of buying this vehicle. Be aware this car does not compete to others in its class. It fails miserably. Customer service does not measure to the competition. If youre expecting quality and great customer service LOOK ELSEWHERE. You will not find it here.

I purchased an Infiniti December 1, 2018 from Hanania Infiniti in Orange Park, Florida off of Blanding Road. This experience has not been one that I expected from a luxury vehicle company. Since possessing the car on Dec. 1, 2018 I made three bi-weekly payments to my credit union for my trade (a 2017 Acura ILX that was supposed to be paid off as part of the sale). Unfortunately, as previously stated I continued to make four payments via automatic withdrawal from my credit union on the following dates 1/4/19, 12/21/19, 12/7/19. I received a bill from Infiniti with a due date of January 1. Since my prior vehicles loan was not paid off until January 10, 2019 I do not have the funds to pay a January 1 car note because I can not afford to pay on two vehicles. A new payoff should have been requested if the prior was not paid off in a more timely manner. Interest continued to accrue through my bank on the loan which resulted in me only receiving back $414 although I made 3 payments. I am looking for some type of help with Infiniti lease corporation with late fees and possibly pushing my due date back because of this issue. The next payment will be due February 1 in which I am now in a hardship because of the FULL and a half month payment on my previous vehicle. In addition, this overall experience has not been pleasant. I met with John **, finance manager January 5, he told me the check was already received by my bank and he would send me confirmation of it. I never received a confirmation nor did I hear back from him. Similarly, the day after I left with the vehicle I had questions about the insurance document. It was not explained to me other than to sign so I called him and left messages for him numerous times at the dealership. He did not return my calls so I texted the sales rep Alex, who advised me that insurance is my problem not theirs although I had not explained my question or concern. Not only that but the brand new 2019 vehicle was not showroom ready for me to drive off of the lot. The car had and still has scratches and all sorts of marks on it. I asked for a car wash on the Saturday I met with Mr. ** but it was raining and he suggested to bring it back. My concern is there was no urgency, I would have expected for him to try to right the wrongs by scheduling an appointment for me to have my car washed and for sure sending the confirmation or make a follow up call to let me know that the payment was not sent to my bank yet. I was shocked and appalled. It certainly appears as if Infiniti is only concerned about making a sale then after the sale the customer is obsolete. As I stated, previously, I need help to ensure my credit rating does not get impacted, payment due date adjustments and late fees or something to right these wrongs.

I am a SEVEN-TIME Infiniti owner. On 11-9-19 we leased a new Infiniti QX-60 from Infiniti of Columbus in Dublin, Ohio. We traded in a 2017 QX-60 coming off lease. One week after the trade in, we received a bill for $2,493.84 from Infiniti Finanacial Services, due immediately for payoff on the OLD lease, which contractually the Dealer was to have paid off. I tried to reach our salesman Stephen ** by phone several times that day, with NO return calls. I then emailed to Mr. ** as to why our now turned in vehicle had not been paid off. He replied by email that their finance/accounting department had told him that the check had been mailed. 10 days later on 11/25/19 I called Infiniti Financial Services who stated that NO payoff check had been received.I again emailed Mr. ** our salesman who again stated that he again checked with accounting who yet again verified the check had been mailed. One week later on 12/2/19 I again called IFS who again stated that no check had been received. I agained emailed and called our salesman repeatedly who no replies this time. I then called the Sales Manager Radu ** at the dealer who said he’d immediately resolve the issue. 3 days later I again called IFS and no payment had been received. I multiple times emailed and called the Sales Manager Radu ** with no replies. On 12/5/19 I then called the Finance manager Mike ** who proceeded to sort the issues out. The next day he got back to me on 12/6/19 and told me the check was NEVER ISSUED as the salesman had told me, until 12/3/19 and that Infiniti Fine isl Services had LOST the check. On 12/7/19 I received a collection letter from IFS, at which time I called Infiniti Consumer Affairs to assist with my payoff issues and lack of customer service from the dealer. I again spoke with Mr. ** the finance manager on 12/9/19 who stated he would overnight another payoff check. That same day I received a call from Austin, a Regional Manager for Infiniti Consumer Affairs in Nashville who stated he would also assist in resolving this matter. On 12/11/19, I spoke with Austin again, as well as an IFS representative who stated BOTH the lost check and the replacement checks had been received and who emailed me a payoff letter. On January 4, three weeks later I received a NEW collection letter from IFS for the original amount as well as a check from IFS for the same payoff amount made out in my name. I called IFS, who stated the account was now in collections with the loss recovery department which was closed on a Saturday. I again called Infiniti Consumer Affairs and requested that the case be re-opened. On Monday 1/6//20, I again called Consumer Affairs as Austin had not called despite my leaving several voicemails at his direct dial number. They connected me to him, and he partied me in with IFS and then the Loss Recovery Department. Austin refused to stay on the line as he was “too busy to continue helping” and stated he would call me in follow up 2 days later. I then spoke with Frank ** at Infiniti Financial Services loss recovery department with my attorney listening in, and Frank proceeded to laugh as he reviewed the case facts. Upon his review, and after spending 75 minutes on the phone with multiple people, in addition to over 4 hours spent on calls and emails prior, Frank proceeded to tell us that IFS had refunded the second payment from the dealer to me instead of the dealer, and simultaneously referred me to multiple collection agencies (several of whom had called me already earlier that day). Mr. ** explained that he indeed could NOT avoid the check erroneously mailed to me and that I had to deposit the check, and mail a personal check along with the bill and collection notice to pay off the 2017 Infiniti, and stated he would no longer pursue collection of this account and refused to e-mail me confirmation of this or our discussion. The next day on 1/7/20 I deposited the erroneously issued check from Infiniti for $2,493.84 and simultaneously mailed a personal check for the same amount via Certified Mail, return receipt requested.Austin, from Infiniti Consumer Affairs called me once on W. 12/8/19, while I was on an emergency phone call. I am a physician and was unable to take his call. Less than 60 seconds later, I called Austin back at Cinsumer Affairs and again left multiple voice mails with NO return call. I hope anyone considering owning/leasing an Infiniti will give second thoughts after reading our horrible saga of repeated failures at giving proper customer service at all levels of management.

We bought Infiniti just last year and went to get yearly service done. I was told over the phone that we will get car back after service in 3 hours and they will provide us courtesy car for that time. We dropped car at 2:30 pm and was expecting to get it by 5:30 pm. When we went there, they didnt give us any courtesy car but offered us shuttle ride to a nearby shopping center. We were ok with that and opted for shuttle. When we came back from the shopping center the car was not ready. We asked them, they said it is just due for washing and will be done soon. We waited half an hr more and by that time it was 5:10 pm. At that time, they told us that they guy who is supposed to wash our car is out to drop someone. They had no idea when the guy will return and wash our car. We had another activity to take care after that and regretfully we had to pick up our car unwashed. They were not punctual with their commitment. If they offer shuttle service to the customers, that should not be at the cost of service. We are very disappointed by this behavior of such a reputable car company.

I purchased a new, fully loaded JX35 in early 2013 and since then have had several problems with it. First, the entire front panel burnt out as we were getting ready to go on a trip. Then the back lift gate had problems. Overall, not a very good impression. Then I find out that the JX35 is being renamed. Why would Infiniti do that to its customers. Basically all the owners of the JX35 are now at a big disadvantage if we ever want to sell our vehicles or trade it in. I will never buy another Infiniti again. Previously owned Lexus and never had any problems. Will go back to Lexus or Mercedes. Infiniti can change their cars names all day long, it still will never be a true luxury car.

I am currently leasing 2014 QX60. Overall very happy with the car, however certain things make me worry. At about 150 miles (ONE-HUNDRED and FIFTY)... I had to replace my transmission. Not repair or adjust: completely replace it. At about 2900 miles I have noticed issue with fuel-gauge: both computer estimated one, and the arrow one. Computer estimate keeps jumping up and down, and the arrow one is stuck at quarter tank most of the time, randomly moving up and down. I truthfully never know how much gas I have. Auto lights....they are always on, even when it is day time and sun is bright and shining. One of the welds in the trunk is a bit too big, so when trunk opens up it makes a squeaky noise (annoying). Now, I am leasing it, so if tomorrow all 4 wheels falls off... I dont really care... just putting it out there to inform others.

Infiniti qx60 is a good, solid and reliable car. Id consider purchasing another when this car is older. Nice gas mileage and overall a good value. I like the great cruise control and lane detection options as well. The usable third row is hard to find as most seats dont move to accommodate people coming in and out of the third row. Also love the massive skylights as well. But the GPS is not always accurate which can be a bit of an annoyance but it can be remedied by using cell phone GPS. Also, I dont like that the inside of the driver’s side door is easily scratched and is not in good shape. It also has some pretty major blind spots and sometimes its hard to see over the hood.

Im surprised not to read of more consumer dissatisfaction with Infiniti and their Dealers over the End Of Life of the JX35 and the replacement with an identical vehicle named QX60. I purchased a top of the range new JX35 in early July 2013. Of course , I knew it was a 2013 Model but I was shocked to find out that 3 weeks later (on July 19th) Infiniti replaced the JX35 with the QX60 under model year 2014 , in July 2013! Of course the dealer did not tell me anything about that forthcoming change. In fact they denied that a Hybrid was being released imminently when I specifically asked them about that (I subsequently learned that was announced in a press release in March 2013). I am now on a mission to get out of my JX35. I can only believe that the actions of Infiniti and the surprising behaviors of their authorized dealer will otherwise cost me significantly in 2 or 3 years time when I try and feel or trade in this now obsolete JX35 on a 2013 model purchased in July 2013 when the new QX60 (exact same vehicle, Im sure they changed the badges off vehicles on the sales lot!) was launched 2-3 weeks later as a 2014 model. I mean, if you were shopping for a pre-owned Infiniti, what would you buy?

Recently, I purchased 2011 Infiniti FX35 Premium model from Woodbridge Alta Infiniti. My brake started to make squeaky noise around 5,000km odometer reading (Canadian car). I took it to my dealer 3 times, the technician did the security sanity check and found no problems and told me its common to hear brake squeaky noise in all Infinitis. So basically, the dealer wont do anything to fix squeaky problem. At this point, my only option is to upgrade factory brake pads to ceramic pads and I am not even sure this will fix the problem. I have a 2008 G37 under warranty until 9/17/2012. My drivers side floor was experiencing a leak. When I went to the Infiniti dealership of Manhattan, I was informed that the car door had either been worked on or it had been into an accident (an accident on the top of the front door? Pretty sure the Mr. ** was making up excuses to charge me). Mr. ** then proceeded to say that the window is not put in the right spot and is very complicated to get it fixed. The cost was going to be $285. I declined as I see this as red flag. He then told me I have to pay the $139 diagnostic fee, which is unacceptable. I was in no mood to get cheated as I see this as one. I then told him I did not have the means to pay for it. Luckily, he was nice enough to take care of that for me. This company policy practice is unfriendly. How can a luxury brand like Infiniti have such poor customer service?

I purchased the Infinity G37 S 2011 (New). Less than 5 years old and only about 45,000 miles: Adhere to all the appropriate maintenance recommended for this vehicle at the dealership. My automobile was making strange whooshing noise, (no matter what speed) so I brought into the dealership. They stated that it was the tires making the noise, the treads are fine, however uneven due to road conditions and the only way to remove the noise is to replace all of them for over $1,000 dollars. This resolution, without thoroughly examining the tires (only a test-drive) is completely unacceptable. My car is in pristine condition, driven appropriately and handled with care. I did not receive any assistance from Infinity Corporation nor the dealership. For this caliber of luxury car, the tires provided did not fit my vehicle specification, nor should it have to be replaced after such a short period of time and/or mileage. This is not wear and tear but an inferior tire. As for my Bluetooth system, since the purchase of this vehicle, I have had nothing but problems with this unit. Finally, the unit had been replaced (once), after countless deliberations with the Infinity dealership, however, the problems persists. No one, no matter my location, type of phones, can anyone understand me.This system is deplorable, and once again, neither Infinity Corporation nor the dealership had been able to resolve this problem or cared to.

Hi, angry and disappointed Infiniti customer here. I purchased my 2004 Infiniti Fx35 back in 2011. I was very happy with my vehicle until I came back from boot camp. U.S Marines and noticed that my dashboard was bubbling up all over. It look ugly. I feel embarrassed to give people rides. I dont like this car anymore. I did some research about this, and found out that I was not alone. There are hundreds of Infiniti customers who are on the same boat as I am. Most of them took advantage of the extended warranty, which I did not know anything about, did not receive a letter, was not notified until it was already too late.I called my dealership where I bought the vehicle, and they simply said I needed to pay a little over $1,000 to have it replaced. Thats ridiculous! And a little crazy. Like I mentioned above, I am not a happy customer. Called the Infiniti customer affairs number, and they were not willing to help with this matter issue. If they would not have integrated the controls for the A/C and radio on the same control panel in the first place, we would not have to deal with all this crap now. My vehicle is a 2001 Infiniti I-30. I have this car serviced at a local Nissan dealership since I purchased the car there in 2009. The car developed some idle problems and Nissan told me that it was the ECM (the vehicles computer). I had the ECM and a valve replaced 2 years earlier at Nissan, but they indicated that they could not do anything since it was an Infiniti part, but to contact Infiniti consumer affairs because they are likely to help with the problem since this part is over $1000 and should last more than 2 years. They indicated they would do this for a Nissan part.I contacted InfinitI consumer affairs and they instructed me to take it to an Infiniti dealership and get the problem verified. I explained to them that I was just at a Nissan dealership and they are actually the same company, but they insisted. Since I needed to get this problem fixed, I took it there. They kept the car for a week and a half and after all this, they told me they couldnt help because the part was out of warranty. They knew that the part was out of warranty before I took it into an Infiniti dealer and now I was out $145 service fee which they would not pay either.I asked to speak to a supervisor and Yadiri told me there was none. When I insisted, she indicated that a supervisor was not there. When I kept up, Jeane (the supervisor) came on the phone. Jeane indicated that the warranty was not the only issue (contradicting her subordinate) and indicated that car mileage and customer loyalty was also a factor. I indicated to her that I was an extremely loyal customer having my car serviced at Nissan consistently. She ignored my remarks and repeated over and over that they were not going to cover the part. This is ridiculous. Infiniti consumer affairs is a farce. People have purchased new Infinitis because of my vehicle as Ive always loved the performance and told people about it. Even though the car was old - this appealed to my friends because it showed reliability. I will make it my goal in life to get as many people away from the Infiniti cars as I possibly can. If someone at that company was smart, they would read the reviews in this section.

I bought a 2007 Infiniti FX 35 and the dashboard started having bubbles all over it due to a manufacturing defect. I was never notified by Infiniti about this defect and a warranty extension issued on it. When I called the dealer I was told that it would be 1500 to replace the dashboard. I called up Consumer Affairs and wrote them a letter explaining the issue. They told me that there is nothing they can do about it and if I dont want to ever buy an Infiniti that is fine by them. Stay away from these cars. Buy Lexus or some other quality luxury car. These cars are cheap and the company does not empower their staff to take care of customers. In these times where every brand wants to offer a differentiated value proposition and experience for its customers, the old-school Infiniti is going in the opposite direction. No wonder they are way behind the other luxury brands.

I bought a G37 Infiniti Coupe from Infiniti of Manhattan back in Nov of 201
I bought a G37 Infiniti Coupe from Infiniti of Manhattan back in Nov of 2013. After a few months I realized my lower bumper paint was cracking in several areas. I contacted the manager ** and explained to him the issue - he then said bring the car back. I did drop the car off on June 2nd in 2013 and the car bumper was still a mess when we picked it up. ** then stated to me Bring the car back the following week and I will send it back to the body shop. I took my vehicle back and this was an ongoing issue which was never resolved by dealer. I then contacted Infiniti Affairs and made several complaints about this issue back then and still no help. I called recently on February 26, 2015 and spoke to a Claims Agent by the name of ** from Consumer Affair. She stated, I see this been an ongoing issue with Infiniti Manhattan. But Im sorry to tell you they are now closed but go to the nearest dealer in your state and have them take pics of the bumper. I did that the following weekend and went to Ray Catena in Edison N.J. ** a service adviser that assist me at all times took the pics. ** contacted me on March 2nd of 2015 saying Infiniti Consumer Affair Regional Manager came to an Agreement that my bumper isnt a manufacturer issue and they wont be covering my damages. She then went on to say she received the pics of the bumper. Ray Catena employee did state in the email with the pics it was a horrible job done. I then stated when Infiniti of Manhattan had my vehicle it wasnt a manufacturer issue then neither. So she stated they are out of business now and Its nothing we can do. I said thats very unprofessional of Infiniti a Luxury Car Brand to tell customers that they can assist them. She then said, I understand your frustration but the case is now closed. I totally lost it over the phone on her and tell her I wont stop here with this big issue. She then asked, Do you know what body shop your car was at in NYC? I stated, No check your files for my information. Im sure your company has all Infiniti of Manhattan customer files. Her response to me is, We dont have any customer files from Infiniti of Manhattan and maybe you should try to find the owner and he can better assist you. I said to her, Your attitude and poor judgment will help cost Infiniti in the long run. She stated, Well we have no files for them and there is nothing we can do, being that my bumper wasnt a recall. I said to her, I need to speak with your manager, she said to me I will send an email for one to contact you. Its been seven days to be exact as of today - still no call from Infiniti Management. I will be contacting Consumer Affairs again this morning about this terrible service Im having with them. I also have my packet from Infiniti of Manhattan stating the services back in June of 2013 that was performed horribly by them. So I have proof that Infiniti of Manhattan had my car twice and still did my bumper horrible. So being that ** stated Infiniti Consumer Affairs have no files for Infiniti of Manhattan Customers. Guess what - I have found my work order and I will move forward with my evidence and seek Legal Advice. I wont ever buy another vehicle from Infiniti again in Life and I wont recommend my family nor friends. Their Consumer Affairs Suck Majorly and I have read many other customers complaints about them as well. Thanks.

DO NOT TRUST INFINITI. Infiniti Leasing will attempt to take money from you in every way possible. After being a loyal leasing customer for almost 7 years, I returned my second leased Infiniti FX35/37. At the time of leasing I pre-paid for any minor damages, scratches, small dings, etc. When I turned the vehicle in I was told everything was good. BUT, approximately 4 months later I received a phone call from a debt collector saying I owed Infiniti additional money to cover minor scratches and dings. I attempted to resolve this with the dealership who said it outside their responsibility. I attempted to resolve this with Infiniti Leasing who said that I needed to work with the dealership. After many months of back and forth and risk to my credit rating - I gave up and just paid. Thank you Infiniti - Merry Christmas to you... I hope this small bill you overcharged me was worth losing a customer for life and the negative reviews I will give to everyone I meet.

This compact SUV handles well, offers relative quiet and comfort, good visibility and fair fuel economy. We like the rear view camera, the leather seating, the moon roof and generous storage space. All wheel drive is great on wet roads. Good audio, bluetooth phone and proximity sensors are a plus in driving and parking. GPS does a neat job. Nice car.

I have problem with Infiniti service in Cletendon Hills. Car still on warranty but service...no one admit this car has little bigger problem with alignment. Every time Im dropping off, car alignment is off. It is so bad, right front tire has to be replaced. My question is not how much off is alignment, where is reason why alignment is so much off? Im talking about adjusting four-five times every year. Car is three years old with 23200 miles.

I made an appointment for the dashboard recall for my 2005 Infiniti FX35. I arrived at the Long Branch, NJ Service Center early for my appointment, and received a loaner car. Within an hour, they called me to come back for the vehicle. Mind you, I live 40 miles away from the nearest Infiniti dealer. They told me I need to come back and make another appointment when the dash comes in. I asked them why would they have me come in for nothing then. They stated that we need to see if its normal wear and tear, or warranty. I said that If its a recall, then it should be replaced either way. They said, not if its normal wear and tear. It was a total waste of time and every time I go in there they want to charge for something. This time they tried to hit me with a $120 evaluation fee. I will never buy another Infiniti again! Also, they will not cover paint chips I have all over my front bumper. The paint just keeps peeling off and it looks like crap. Its a 50K vehicle, new. There is no reason why this should not be in the recall as well.

I just want to start I am Infiniti loyal customer, this is my 3rd Infiniti. My current car is QX70. About 4 months ago my car would start and shut off. I took it to Oklahoma city Infiniti dealer and they diagnose the issue a day change the break switch with didnt help. Took it the 2nd time and they program the computer and told me this will solve the issues. Same day after I picked the car start doing the same thing + jerking while speeding and slowing down and out power at all. I took it back and they went and changed the engine magnetic head which I dont understand why. Picked the car and 2 days before Christmas while doing shopping with my little girl, while waiting at a traffic light the car shut off. I had to put the gear on park and start the car. This is a safety concerns. I called the dealer the next day and was asked to bring the car. This time I took a video of the car not starting and show it to the service manager which he now have proof. The dealer cant diagnose the issue and I been told by the shop foreman to contact Infiniti consumer affair which I did. After they contact me I been told by OKC dealer I cant no longer bring the car to them since the Infiniti corporate been notify. The consumer affair supervisor informed me that Infiniti cant do anything special to fix the car. What I can do take it to different dealer which about 120 miles which I did and they have the car now. So Infiniti is aware of this issue and I have 3 recorded videos of the issues and wont do anything even its a safety issue. Hope Jacki ** of Tulsa Oklahoma will be able to help. WILL SEE.

The car model provided all of my needs. This needs were Bluetooth radio, USB connector, wifi, gas mileage and safety specs. The car was great looking and it matched with its safety build. It looks better than my old cars and I liked it very much. The cars color was also what I needed. I bought my car in blue and it looked really shining. The capacity of my car that I bought from a dealer at the price I wanted was great. It was really good with fitting all of my stuff. Sometimes I could just use the backseats to fill even more stuff. This car helps with that a lot. I liked that I could do so much in my car and the specs were very high class. It looked more than what it cost, I was very amazed at the price for having so much options of gadgets I could use in my car. I liked them a lot. Overall a great buy!

You can easily see that the quality is very good. I have had no issues with any part of my purchased vehicle and there are many features I use on a daily basis. Also, I was able to upgrade my vehicle to include a few must have items for my family. However, I wish there was a third-row seating option for SUV options. Mostly a midsize SUV with the 3rd row would be great.

Infiniti is great and comfortable. It has a very sleek, modern, appealing design with compact, great tires. It has a durable build with the front well designed for movement and maneuvering around adequately. The different brands have different passenger capacity. Mainly 5 passenger capacity is the most common. The SUV have more capacity up to 8 while the coupe cars have 2 passenger capacity. There are definitely a lot of upgrade and personalization options with this car type. Were able to get technology upgrades like navigation, seat warmers, Apple and android CarPlay plus more.

Ive never heard of a car company that likes to screw their customers as much as the Infiniti car company. Before buying any Infiniti thats before 2021, you should know that if you get one with a panoramic roof it doesnt open. Who invest money in a panoramic roof and doesnt allow it to open? You should also know that if you ever want to get Apple CarPlay, or whatever the Android version of that is, you cant. Infiniti decided to be the only car company that would not allow compatibility with any aftermarket product. If youre OK with all of that, then its a very beautiful car. If beauty is all you are looking for and not a car that actually makes sense or a company that likes their customers, then this is the car for you.

Infiniti cars are very well made and have several different styles to best suit your needs. I choose the I 30 and was very reliable and drove this car for about 5 years. I would recommend this type of car to anyone wanting a reliable automobile. They are very luxury cars and have all the bells and whistles other more expensive brands for a better price. Their appearance is very stunning and most people thought I paid twice the amount for my car because of the stunning appearance.I bought my I 30 used but there are tons of different options out there for these cars do suit any lifestyle or consumer needs without breaking the bank. Mine had a sunroof, everything electrical leather seats, cd player, the luxury at a great price. This car was great for my husband and 2 kids had a very large trunk fit all. Never had any issues for space, very comfortable and is an all-around dependable car. The leather was very sturdy. After all the wear and tear my kids put on it never had a crack rip or tear, looked almost new.

I own an FX35, bought it new and drive it up and down the street to work. Its 7 yrs 2 months with 46K miles. I noticed a tiny blemish on my dashboard in January 2013 and did not pay much attention to it. By mid-June, the tiny blemish turned into 5 tiny blemishes. Still not worried about it, I went on vacation for the summer. Upon my return on August 26, I got in my car and was shocked at the amount of bubbles on my dashboard. In the space of 2 months, the issue progressed to such proportions I could not stand to drive my car! I asked around to a couple of body shops to see about getting it fixed and they told me to see the dealer, thats not normal. Then finally, my car wash attendant said that theyve washed 3 other Infiniti cars like mine and said that there is a warranty for that and this is an issue with many Infiniti FX cars. I did some research and sure enough its all over. Its known. I called Infiniti Consumer Affairs and my car missed the warranty by 2 months. June 15, 2013 was my cut off date. I went to the dealership and they said that I barely missed the cut-off. Infiniti should cover this issue and the dealership went ahead and sent in the request for a part. I got a call 1 day later and Infiniti said they will not cover the repair because its past the extended warranty. I argued that this is not normal for a car to do this. Infiniti used defective materials in their so-called luxury car, but they will not stand by their brand. I am very pissed at this problem! I was considering trading my car in for another newer Infiniti FX35 of JX but now that this issue has come up, no way!! NO MORE INFINITIs for this wary and very angry car buyer! I rate Infiniti as no stars, very, very pissed off angry consumer!

Day one of ownership of a QX60. Blind spot monitor light goes on and off whenever it wants. We Drove three hours back to have them look at it. They told me to go home and enjoy my new car. Telling me they cant fix anything that isnt coding. I had to take pictures to prove the light would flash and come on because no one would believe me. It cant code if it truly thinks there is a car there that it sees, even when Im on a two lane road and there isnt a car there.Forward crash warning turns itself off when it wants. Many phone calls and I just keep getting brushed off. Two months later it finally codes. They took three weeks to try and fix, but after 2 years and numerous trips back, its still not fixed. We would find it sitting outside in back row at the dealership and not even being worked on. Yet they had it for about three weeks.Brake issues, pedal makes noise. I would push the brake and when I release the brake it would make a noise. Yet they promised they would take care of me and make everything right and is at the highest standards. haha Id hate to see low standards. My service dealership that I take all our vehicles to for oil changes, tells me I have a head gasket leak. I said I have always smelled antifreeze and told the deal I purchased from all the time. They just blew me off like I was just complaining about nothing. Today I was told by my Infiniti dealer that it is normal for all Infiniti to have a head gasket leak. Yes thats right it IS NORMAL for that to happen. Cabin seal on drivers side had pulled out first time I washed it. Paint on rear tail gate was repainted because the paint was bubbling from rust.YES we supposedly purchased this car bran new. Please if anyone else has experienced any of this please contact me. I really dont need to deal with all this stress. Its physically making me sick. I think when flood waters went through Des Moines Iowa my car may have been too close and received some damage that no one is admitting to. This flood was before I purchased the car. Yes I have contacted the BBB and the attorney generals office.

I am about to pull out what little hair I have left! We purchased a fully loaded JX35 5/13/2013. Soon after we started to experience transmission problems. The car would shake and jerk between 20-30 mph. We returned the car to Infiniti of Manhattan in 6/1/2013. The service department couldnt provide us with an answer as to when the car would be returned or provide us with an answer as to what is wrong with the car. 6/15/2013 they informed us they would need a new transmission! So we demanded that the get us a new car because this car is obviously defective. The car had less than 300 miles on it at the time of replacement. They told we will not get a replacement contact Infiniti USA. We did and they told us they will do everything to fix the problem. Meanwhile, the transmission had to be ordered from Japan. The car was returned to us 7/16/2013. We made two car payments on a car that we didnt have. Now not even a year later with 7000 miles on the car the transmission fails again! No answer as to when the car will be returned same silence from Infiniti USA. I have tried to break lease, unable to. I bought the Q70 for its features but the exterior is nothing special. The car is very average looking and doesnt inspire the same excitement that a Mustang or Corvette would. The car is usually used just for commutes to work so the five person passenger capacity is more than I need. When I have given rides, passengers were comfortable and had space for themselves. There are so many upgrade features! The heated seats, navigation AND weather, and voice recognition are so amazing to have. Ive become so spoiled by the heated steering wheel, especially on these frosty winter mornings! The radar comes in handy, and the rear camera, and makes parking less worrisome. I have to even say the Boss speakers have converted me into a radio listener. Such a great sound. Like that option for AWD available, anti-lock breaking, and Sirius radio available. Love that there is a hybrid version available that gets get great mileage.

They are a liar. Their mentality of conducting business with consumer were very unethical. Ive leased and purchased vehicle from Mercedes, BMW and Lexus luxury vehicle, but my experience with Infiniti service is the worst. They dont honor their words, they mislead you. Theyll be nice to you at first when you are shopping their vehicle. As soon as the documents are signed, money been paid, then you are nobody to them. They only see the money sign on your face. You would think that oh, you got a luxury vehicle from them, their service should be much better. WRONG. Infiniti is not in any level of comparing with Mercedes, BMW or even Lexus. Whoever had already purchase/lease a car from them, good luck and I sympathy for you. Whoever plan to purchase/lease a vehicle from them, think twice and definitely look elsewhere. Honestly, I can wait for my lease to be over. I will never want to deal with them anymore. I will give Infiniti a minus star.

I bought my first Infiniti in 2014, I purchased a demo model Q50 S Hybrid for the price of R574, 430 with km12000 on the clock, a simply awesome vehicle with all the bells and whistles. Early this year I was keen to trade up on a new Infiniti when I heard the news that there is only one dealership left in SA and the brand is basically dead in SA.When I bought into the Nissans flagship (Infiniti) the last thing I expected was to be left in this predicament and now (2018) the very dealership Nissan can’t even give me an exact value on my car. I find this extremely poor from such a global brand. Imagine Lexus did the same to their Toyota clients. The least they could have done was to attempt a marketing campaign in South Africa, and by that I dont mean billboards on major highways. One light at the end of this tunnel is the great service I still get from Nissan Melrose Arch who obviously still carry the service contracts on Infiniti. Needless to say I will in future not invest in the Nissan brand again.

I have a 2006 FX35. We buy these expensive cars because we expect them to last. I have maintained my car impeccably. I do have 175,000 miles and certainly expect things to wear out. However, when the airbag sensor wears out and starts to blink and the tire pressure sensor remains on, I did not expect it to be $1200 for each to repair!!! The front seal needs to be replaced at another $1200 because of how it is mounted. Come on Infiniti, really? Now I am screwed because I cant even sell the car without fixing the problems. It will cost me 40% of the value of the car to be able to sell it. I dont know if the airbags are safe or not. Maybe I should go back to Toyota or Ford where at least the repairs are reasonable.
