The worst car I ever owned. I bought it brand new. It has less than 25,000 miles on it 2 years later. I have gotten stuck on the road 4 or 5 times with electrical problems (not just the battery). I also got stuck with a flat tire and found out for the first time that this $45,000 lemon did not come with a spare tire. Roadside assistance is a joke. 20 minutes worth of robot menus, another hold for a real person who asks the same questions, and then between 45 minutes to an hour before anyone actually shows and tows the car to the dealer. How do you get home? Your problem. The service department dealer, Manhasset Infiniti, manages to find a $600-$1,000 non-warranty item every time the car is brought in for routine service or a warrantied repair. Everyone is very nice and gives the appearance of being accommodating. But the bottom line is that they are handling you, not your problem.

I love our Infiniti. Its very spacious and it has enough seats for a lot of people when we go out of town, so we dont have to take two vehicles. It has a navigation, touch screen and back screen so we can watch a movie. It looks like a newer model compared to other cars that are the same year. Plus, its good on gas. Sometimes, however, its hard to park and maneuver since its too big. Its also scary to drive because I feel like Im gonna hit the cars next to me.

I went to lease my 2nd Infiniti and ended paying much higher than what they advertised. They will try to sell you overpriced maintenance plan to collect more profit. Although they say they are transparent but actually. I feel I was mislead into paying out than I originally planned. Be very careful dealing with this dealership. I will NOT recommend anyone buying or leasing from this dealership.

The Infiniti QX60 has great safety features, but the Navigation/Bluetooth is still in the ox-cart Stone Age. Getting driving instructions also slow and tedious, compared to GMC Onstar, which answers the phone immediately, compared to long wait with Infiniti. And, GMC downloads instructions immediately, compared to tedious, roundabout method with Infiniti. If it were not for the excellent features, I would stick GMC and OnStar, which are far superior to Infiniti.

They ruined my credit over $100, because I had a typo in a single month of car payment. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and never had a clean payment history. They didn’t bother contacting me and marked me 30 days late. So now I can’t get the best mortgage rate when I’m trying to buy a house. Their customer service is also very rude when I try to dispute this.

Infiniti produces a good variety of nice car models. They make coupes, sedans, crossovers, and SUVs. I have had a good experience with my car and I would recommend Infiniti. Its a very reliable car. My car is a four-door SUV with stitched leather seats and can seat up to five people in two rows of seats. This car is nice if you carpool or have a small family. I wish there was a little more room though.. The seats are very comfortable and it has the option of including All Wheel Drive. I would recommend getting All Wheel Drive if you plan to go off-roading or live where it snows.

My cars strut tower broke due to corrosion. When it broke, the steering shaft also broke resulting in total loss of steering, and damage to spiral cable causing failure to drivers air bag, horn, cruise, and radio controls. At that time I notified Nissan/Infiniti, and was basically told, Too bad, youre on your own. Maybe if executives would start going to jail for safety issues due to their gross negligence, it may prevent injuries and deaths.

I understand cars having some issues over time, but the dashboard on my FX35 is completely a manufacturing defect. And it has been proven to be a vendor/supplier issue across the entire Nissan/Infiniti brand. Florida just had a class action suit won against Nissan for Altimas. There were two before this won in different states against Infiniti. My car currently is waiting for the Takata Airbag recall appointment. Why cant they replace the dash when they remove it to replace the deadly airbags? I actually would be willing to help cover part of the cost of the new dash since they already will have to remove it to replace the passenger airbag. What it comes down to it cars are a BIG purchase for MOST people. German cars dont have sticky bubble filled melting dashboards, so why is this a problem for Japanese car manufacturers? If I remember correctly Toyota and Lexus have similar class action suits. I honestly feel that at the very least, these companies should in good faith repair the shoddy materials at 50% of the cost.

I have had an issue with my lease. I went to INFINITI OF RIVERSIDE and the car salesman was Tahir **. The salesman was completely dishonest and did not do anything he promised to do. I inquired about a lease since my lease was coming to an end. He continued to text me the same day and insisted I go in that very day in order to get a deal. Upon going in to look at the cars I told him I would like to return after speaking with my prior leasing company to make sure that I had all my numbers in order. I told him that I usually go with a Broker and he insisted that he was also a broker and that he can get the same deals. I then told him I was not looking to put any money down at the moment that why I didnt want to get the car that very day. He insisted we go on a test drive and we did. I didnt like vehicles color so I insisted I would come back later. He then told me that if we leased the car that day that Infiniti would take care of all the remaining payments, damage fees, and disposition fees. It sounded good but I still had a budget I wanted to stay under. The budget was that of 400.00. He then said that if we got it that day he would be able to do everything, take my old car that day and that he would take care of everything to return it, pay any fees, and I wouldnt have to worry about anything. All he said was that he would need a down payment in order to make the deal. Originally not wanting a down payment I figured if everything was going to be taken care of then it wasnt a bad deal for a 2 year lease. So I decided to try out Infiniti and so far it has been a horrible experience! He told me I could only get a 3 year lease, then he said for the down payment I would have to write out a blank check for 1,600 as the down payment. He never called Lexus to make sure they came to check the car I had to do that. I have been having to deal with Lexus since not everything has been paid off! So now I still owe Lexus upwards of $600 and I have a higher payment on my Infiniti lease because it was going to be a little higher in order to cover any cost. This is the worst car buying experience I have ever experienced and will be glad to return this car and never do business with a shady company like this! I have tried contacting Ali and all he said was that I should take car of it on my own now. And he stopped responding to me.

I took my 2003 G35 into the Infiniti Kearny Mesa, San Diego for service on shuddering brakes, air condition, and radio (wont shut off). Advisor Michelle informed me that there was a recall back in 2003. The vehicle did not require a replacement of the computer circuit board but was replaced any way. About a month ago (08-14-11), the A/C (full blast) and radio came on and would not turn off. The advisor said it would cost $900 to change out the computer circuit board for the A/C and radio. I have conducted research and it appears that many G35 owners have identical problems. Can you assist?

Infiniti has a good selection of sedans and SUVS, at affordable luxury prices. The Q60 comes in AWD, and has the colors I like. The Q60X is the SUV equivalent of the sedan version. The car is sporty, it has an attractive interior exterior. I bought it because I like the way the interior and how roomy and spacious it is. The features that caught my attention most were the bluetooth sync and the climate control feature which makes everyones ride a smooth one. The upgrades were impressive. I bought a pack that was surprisingly affordable. It included a rear view camera and heated front seats. Also dvd entertainment feature. Assisted parking was also a feature that I thought was handy. My vehicle seats up to 5 people comfortably and it also has plenty of cargo room with a spacious trunk.

I bought a 2013 G37x and have not enjoy it... I feel I made a bad deal and Im paying the price for it but even worse, Infiniti cant help...of course. Ive leased with Honda, Nissan and said to myself two years ago, let me try a luxury line...so I chose Inifiniti. The car is great but the deal was not (2 years with 10 miles/yr at 429.00 monthly payments). Im glad it was two years because I want to get out of it fast since I cant enjoy it because Ive run into the mileage limitation. Now for the good part... I didnt know that theres a disposition fee after the lease expires; a way for dealers to keep you locked on their cars. Im more frustrated than ever...but a lesson to learn from: know your deals and dont get into something fast. Do your research. Yeah, people gonna say I made a bad deal and now hes complaining... The worst is when a dealer cant help you. Infiniti turns their back after they have your money...so no more Inifiniti for me. If money is all they see and care rather than customer satisfaction, then why should I continue with Infiniti? SO to sum it up, I have not driven my car for the last 3 months and will remain this way until December because of the mileage limitation...so dont get caught up on with a low mileage deal.

Infiniti finance is the single worst company in terms of finance or anyone else I have ever had dealings with. They do not have help for anyone with any hardships. Infiniti of Denver is one of the best dealerships that I have ever bought a car from, but their finance partner is not a part of them and is not willing to work with any consumer. I have lost two children, and my wife had numerous medical hardships, and Infiniti Finance refuses to acknowledge these misfortunes. Even the largest companies in the world such as Citi, Discover, Wells Fargo and et cetera, are willing to work with their customers and Infiniti Financial is not.

Purchased brand new QX80 in September 2016. Took to Infiniti of Lubbock October 19th 2017. Worst dealer I have ever dealt with. Both times tried to upscale my wife. Front radar is not working properly called and said it is under warranty vehicle has only 20,000 miles. Dealer states the radar bracket was bent and that something hit car to bend it. Vehicle has no damage and has never been hit. Dealer says the front of vehicle is plastic and something could of hit it and bent bracket which is not physically possible. Spoke with Infiniti regional manager and she was just as bad and has no clue of what is going on. She just agreed with dealer. Called dealer I purchased vehicle from and they believe there is no way possible something caused that. Never again will I purchase a vehicle from a manufacturer that will not stand by their warranty.

2015 Infiniti Q70 not well executed. Engine and Transmission do not perform with precision as the Q50 or other models do. Its sluggish and non responsive. Has stupid settings for Economy and Sport, which do nothing except either make the car jumpy or more sluggish. The Navigation system is very complex and cannot find Places (aka Points of Interest). E.g. it could not find of my bank locations (Chase) near me, even though there are 5 within a 4 miles radius. The nearest it found was 60 miles away. It could find the ATMs that my has. If you do not have an exact address, its almost impossible to find anything. It is as what in it is a primitive system. My portable GPS thats 10 years old has more accuracy. The answers I get from the dealer are all BS and they try to jawbone with a bunch of lame excuses. So, no satisfaction.

My local Infinity dealership was selling a pre-owned car. Due to Infiniti being a reputable dealership, I had confidence in purchasing a used car from them. I would not have thought that they would sell a car with a major internal flaw. I test drove the car, looked at the Carfax, and things checked out fine. I purchased the car end of February 2020. A week later, when I was trying to set up my bluetooth and stream music, this feature was not working at all. When I try to make phone calls, the system goes in and out, and I am unable to stream anything from my phone. I took it to a Ford service center (the car is a Ford CMax Hybrid), and they could not diagnose by a quick look. They recommended that since I had just bought the car, I should take it back to the dealership to have them look at it.I called Infinity, and spoke with the sales rep who sold me the car, in addition to the sales manager. They did not even want to look at the car, and tried to tell me that everything was fine when they sold me the car. They did not want to have anything to do with fixing the bluetooth issue. The sales manager basically said oh well it was sold as is. I would have expected them to tell me that this feature was not working/a system was broken, but no one shared any of this info with me. I thought a company like Infinity would not do something like this, but I was sadly wrong. On another note, it took 3 phone calls to get someone to talk to me about this. Nobody was calling me back initially, this should be telling. Now, in order to get this fixed, I will have to pay several hundred dollars that I dont have, so that I can make phone calls in my car and listen to music.

The timing chain went on my car nearly $5000 worth of work and parts to fix. My very helpful garage (Lia Infiniti) said to call Infiniti consumer affairs to ask for their help, as it is a known problem, with this specific recall notice (I knew nothing until car went wrong) with the QX56 model and my car was still fairly new with very low mileage. My car happened to not have a recall on its Vin number but the fault still happened. Because of this and out of its warranty when I bought it they wiped their hands of it. Pretty disgusted with Infiniti consumer affairs as this is a well known problem and even had recalls on this issue. I would never buy another Infiniti purely because of this. The Lia Infiniti garage I used had excellent customer care and tried everything to get it down in price.

I have a 2008 G37 under warranty until 9/17/2012. My drivers side floor was experiencing a leak. When I went to the Infiniti dealership of Manhattan, I was informed that the car door had either been worked on or it had been into an accident (an accident on the top of the front door? Pretty sure the Mr. ** was making up excuses to charge me). Mr. ** then proceeded to say that the window is not put in the right spot and is very complicated to get it fixed. The cost was going to be $285. I declined as I see this as red flag. He then told me I have to pay the $139 diagnostic fee, which is unacceptable. I was in no mood to get cheated as I see this as one. I then told him I did not have the means to pay for it. Luckily, he was nice enough to take care of that for me. This company policy practice is unfriendly. How can a luxury brand like Infiniti have such poor customer service?

Bought a Certified Pre-owned Infiniti Qx56 - great vehicle! Also purchased an extended warranty which has 115,939 miles printed as the expiration. A short while after the purchase the driver seat started to wiggle in certain positions thus we asked the dealer to check it out. Was advised that the seat was not broken. We would have to pay for them to check it now or wait till it actually broke and then see if the item which failed was covered under the warranty! The foam cover on the head sets started to peel off and we wanted to buy new covers. Was told that they could not be sold separately thus we had to purchase new head sets. Pointed out that same was covered under the warranty but was advised that since it was the foam covers which gave out and the head sets was still working they were not covered under the warranty. The rubber cover on the stepping rail started to peel off - again we understood same to be covered but were told that it was only the actual running board which was covered and we had to pay for the rubber cover ourselves. Now the exhaust manifold just cracked but this time Infiniti actually confirmed that same is covered under the warranty! Unfortunately, however, they now claim the warranty expired at 100,000 miles and since we have 102,000 miles on the vehicle we have to pay ourselves.Pointed out we had the Elite plan and that it stated the coverage ran till 115,939 miles but they advised that what we had was only an application and that it was a mistake; it read 115939 thus they really could not assist us in this matter. The dealership (not Infiniti) has offered to fix this time provided we also sign a waiver which prevents us from claiming further items under the warranty, which we find a bit much from a so called luxury brand.Aside of the Infiniti, we own a Nissan (same company as far as Im concerned) - have been happy with both vehicles but their customer service leave a LOT to be desired and I would never recommend anybody to spend money on their warranty plans nor expect anything to be covered under same. Needless to mention that we will never own either of said brands again - a shame as they actually do have a nice lineup of vehicles.

My review is negative because of the car quality not the overall company because I had a great experience with the local dealer here. Im very disappointed with the QX80 2018: Quality of the backup camera and the 360 degrees cameras, this is by far the worst quality of cameras in the car market! It looks like a camera from 10 years ago. The car loves gas too much, Im averaging 11 miles in the city and 13.5 in the highway, I had big engine cars all my life and this car is the worst in that department. So basically, the dealer wont do anything to fix squeaky problem. At this point, my only option is to upgrade factory brake pads to ceramic pads and I am not even sure this will fix the problem. I leased my car in 2014. First, it was located in another state. In preparing the car, the paint on the hood apparently peeled off so they had to repaint before it got on the truck. It didnt make sense. Why didnt they just leave it on to transport then pull off at the end delivery? The truck breaks down on the way to our local dealership. So this was delayed 2 extra days. The dealership felt bad about everything so they had a guy bring it to my work. It was raining so we were unable to put the top down and test. He also scraped my right passenger front wheel. That was a battle and a half to prove since no one there documented who even drove my car to me. I got home later that day when it stopped raining and the first time I put down the top, the back window shattered everywhere.Fast forward a year, I take to an Infiniti dealer in another state, because we moved. I just needed an oil change. They scratched my car. They then had to keep my car longer to fix. Then my headliner broke. I took it in to get it repaired. They repaired it but they put a hole in it. So they had to re-do it which mean literally a MONTH at the dealer. Im paying for a convertible and they loan me a plain sedan built for a mom of ten. Finally get my car back and its scratched... Again… So they fix the scratch (kind of) a few days later... Headliner breaks again. They replace...again.Get my car back again... Headliner ropes break. They tell me to bring in the car because they have the part in stock now (because this happens to me more often than they are admitting). I take it in. They give me a brown minivan thing. I drive the brown piece of ** for a week. It stops running at stop signs. It jolts and is just absolutely awful to drive. I call the dealership because Im desperate to have my car back. Anything is better than the brown ** they gave me. They said, oh...they are waiting for an Infiniti engineer to come in on April 7th. Why no one let me know... Can’t say for sure. They did fire the Service manager, Sam, who was handling my account. So no one was working on my car. Awesome! I had to ask to get updates. So then I started talking to Shawn. The new manager is Eric. Ive tried to reach Eric multiple times but he does not return calls.I finally get my car back. It was driven to my house for me. I made the tech stay here while I opened the top and closed it once. Nothing exciting there. However, now the button that you push to move the top up and down has almost all of the chrome scraped off of it to where it hurts your finger to touch. So....here I go calling Infiniti again. Shawn said they will order the part. Meantime, Im working with Kinsi on how to end my lease now. I only have 4 months left. They denied me. I found out by calling again today. Apparently Kinsi hasnt been to work and no one knows when she will be back and they cannot tell me why it was denied. So...The moral of the story here folks... I do NOT recommend Infiniti. Id literally rather walk than buy or lease anything from this company again.

Infiniti G35 (2005) stalled in the middle of the road during rush hour while I was taking a right turn. The car shut off. It turned back on once and I was able to pull off to the curb and had the car towed to Infiniti dealership. Fortunately, I did not get into an accident. It cost me $500 to replace it at the dealership. I had no previous warnings, the card had $60k full service done just 1.5 months prior.

For the second time in over a year I have experienced the same issue with my 2010 G37S sedan. The steering wheel locks and the vehicle wont start. Lights work, most of the common electrical stuff work, except for the windows that wont go up or down. It seems to have something related with me not starting the car for more than a week in both occasions, I have been away on work trips for over a week. The first time the car was under warranty Infiniti claimed that it was a dead battery which I am pretty confident it wasnt because I had the battery checked just before that car was taken to the dealer. Now this past Monday I got back from a work trip to encounter the same problem, only thing is that my warranty had expired a month ago. This time I call roadside assistance, they try the most common things to see if the car would start. No response at all. Steering wheels still lock, they take it to the dealer. I contact Infiniti consumer affairs to let them know to express my anger and how disgusted I am with this issue. They gave me a case # and told me that they were going to try and help me out. After a whole week my car is still at the dealer and the service crew still has no idea whats wrong with my car.

I bought a preowned infiniti from Red Noland Infiniti and within 3 weeks it would randomly not start. After spending over 40 days total in their service dept they could not diagnose or fix the issue. Finally after 11 months of ownership and 57 total days in service, Mike Ward Infiniti came up with at least an idea of the problem. However, it is several hundred dollars and may not even be the actual issue. Red Noland told me it was not covered under warranty or the warranty that came with the car. After the 4th attempt at repairing they offered me 40% less than I paid for the car after a few months of very stressful ownership. (Imagine going somewhere, the store or hiking, and your car wont start for over an hour when you get back to it). Infiniti consumer affairs has been less than helpful as well the only competent people are at Mike Ward in highlands ranch. I have had two arbitration cases open with infiniti and even with the bbb, however since the car is over a year old, but still under warranty, they refused to do anything to fix the situation. I have owned 3 infinitis the last 5 years, 2 g35xs, and a q40, and I will never give Infiniti or Nissan another dime for a car! You would think they cared about customers with brand loyalty but thats as big a joke as calling their cars luxury performance sedans.

Im having an issue with your service department. I have tried since November to have a refund issue take care of and every time I am promised oh its going to be ok this time. However I have dealt with 3 different service advisors all promising the same yet I am still waiting to see any results. I was overcharged for a service that my pre paid maintenance covered. When I brought it up to the first advisor she basically said it wasnt her job to look it up but I can bring the paperwork in if I can prove it. When I finally got in with the paperwork guess what she no longer worked there. Astonishing. I was then sent to another advisor who promised me he would send this up. Didnt hear anything from him so in may I came into your dealership to find out whats going on and guess what he doesnt work there now either. Now on to my third interaction again let me make some copies and sent this up. Which leads me to today my call to find out whats going on to only be told by your associate there is nothing I can do over the phone let me send it up. I explained at this point that is unacceptable. I need assurances. The service advisor continued to talk over me and showed no empathy to how ridiculous this process has been for me and even decided to tell me there is nothing that he can do for me and hang up on me. I really hope those calls are recorded because this is not how you should treat your customer. Thoroughly disgusted. I bought a G37 IPL edition not because I like to have an 700 to 800 payment. It was because I thoroughly believed in the brand but after this I will never step foot on another Infiniti dealership ever again.

I loved it. Gorgeous and high end for it to be intro to luxury cars. The inside and outside are impeccably gorgeous. The screen inside and the tan interior is amazing. But it gets dirty extremely fast and they dont offer that many varieties in a sedan. It would be better if they had more varieties but what is available is great for an intro to luxury car. My vehicle can seat 4 other people comfortably. But with a car seat in my car I can only seat 2 other people comfortably. With growing family, I need a bigger vehicle that can hold another car seat and transport people. I am extremely interested in upgrading but Im not fully aware of the upgrade options. My 2003 G35 Coupe has had numerous issues. I purchased this vehicle in 05 with 21,000 miles and immediately noticed a break recall. Thankfully dealership handled that, however that should have been a telltale sign. After the two motors went out on my windows, alternator, cam shafts, sun roof off track, AC compressor, DR2 headlights ($210/each). Ive finally experience the ultimate issue when my GPS/AC/radio unit went out. Well sort of. The navigation and radio systems are both powered off and the AC unit is always on high. Besides paying $2000 extra just because I wanted the navigation system, I am now averaging about 14 mpg thanks to my uncontrollable AC unit. After paying $29,000 for my car and now not having the expendable cash to maintain my vehicle. There it sits while the paint job oxidation is progressing. Infiniti if youre out there PLEASE REDEEM YOURSELVES AND MY FAITH AND PIMP MY RIDE.

I leased a QX50 2019. July 16. 4 days in I got a flat. Infiniti towed my car to Kelly Infiniti. I went in for a surgery and in hospital-I had trust, they said my car had a scratch they would repair, I was home in bed not able to drive for 3-4 weeks. A single BC woman. They had my car for 25 days. My car came back with the whole drivers side repainted and horribly! This is ongoing since July, no one is owning up to this shoddy paint job and saying I bought the car that way I guess. Kelly Infiniti did it...Herb Chambers I bought the car from says they are with me...but Im on my own. No one wants to help me. Infiniti affairs cannot do much more for me because No one is admitting a horrible thing. I have a loaner and they say the car is mechanically good. But I take the hit for a terrible paint job??? They will not take the car back and its going to cost me money although I had nothing to do with this. DO NOT BUY AN INFINITI... I am heartbroken. They will pass the buck and not help you. It is so sad...

I specifically told the salesman when I made my test drive appointment that I havent been in an Infiniti in years and that I wanted to test drive a car and see if this might be of interest to you. I also advised that I didnt have much time as I had to get dinner home to my family but I wanted him to give me a few lease numbers to look at and think about over a few days. I had to repeatedly tell this salesman that I was not buying a car that night and that I wasnt going to make that decision without thinking about it and discussing with my spouse. His response was, Cmon man, I have to make two deals tonight. Rather than providing me with some numbers to think about and offering to follow up with me in a couple days, he repeatedly kept making offers which I had to repeatedly say, Im not buying a car tonight! After saying no about 10 times, he said ,Cmon man, youre killing me, I have to get rid of a car tonight. Never once was he interested in what I needed and what I was looking for. Since when did I stop in to a dealership to help out a salesman hit his goals?! Im there to shop a car that I might be interested in and needed some time to consider my options. After coming back with deal after deal and pressuring me to buy the car, I finally just walked out of his office because he obviously didnt care that I didnt have much time, that I repeatedly said this is something I need to think about and discuss with my wife, and that I needed to get dinner home to my family. On my way out the door, I looked at the receptionist and said, You guys just lost me for life. She said, Youre kidding. I said No, Im not. At that point, I made the decision that I would never be coming back to this dealership to buy an Infiniti. At that point, a gentleman came running out to my car and banged on my window as I tried to pull out. I rolled down my window whereby he said, Im the general manager, what happened, what happened, what happened? I said, You want to know what happened? I specifically told your salesman what the purpose of my visit was tonight. It was to test drive a car and get some options to think about. I liked the car and would have most likely come back later this week to make a purchase. I said, I didnt appreciate the hard sell and the fact that the salesman wanted to make me feel like I had to help him out. He then kept saying, What happened, what happened? I said I had no interest in being pressured 12 different times to buy a car when I was clear what my position was. He said, You dont understand, I have a certain number of cars that I have to sell. I said, Its not my responsibility to help you sell your cars. He then replied, Well, if you werent going to buy a car tonight, then I never had you anyways! I then drove off.Are you kidding me? The GM of the dealership is telling me that well I never had you anyways? This entire experience was the worst car dealership experience Ive ever encountered. Since when did it become all about, I have to make two deals tonight and cmon man, I have to get rid of a car and I never had you anyway? Whatever happened to listening to the customers needs and then seeing what you can do to oblige with their situation and what theyre asking for? If this salesman would have simply listened and understood my needs, then he would have given me some options to consider and asked if he could follow up in a few days. I loved the car and was convinced I was coming back to buy but I just couldnt do it that night! Now, as a result of this experience, not only will I never buy from Lake Norman Infiniti, but I never want to buy an Infiniti, period! Your general managers approach and comment about never having me anyway sealed the deal for me. As far as Im concerned, he represents the Infiniti brand and if this is what your brand is all about, then no, thank you. As the general manager of the most prestigious private club in Charlotte, I will be certain to share this experience with as many influential individuals that I can. This was borderline harassment and was an embarrassment to the dealership and the Infiniti brand. I respectfully request a phone call from a senior officer within the Infiniti corporation to further discuss.

If your Infiniti Q50 AWD sport or non sport 19 rims with the Dunlop SP 5000 DSST CTT run flat tires will probably develop a low speed squashy sound around 10k-15k miles you will hear with the windows down. If you notice this tire noise the tires are under warranty from Goodyear who now owns Dunlop and Kelly. Goodyear Tire Company will send you to a retail tire shop and once confirmed tires are in fact bad will prorate towards a new set of run flat or non - run flat Dunlop, Goodyear or Kelly tires. I have a 2015 Q50 AWD sport with Deluxe and Technology Package my bad original Dunlop 5000 DSST CTT @ 14,917 miles, I chose the EAGLE SPORT A/S non-run flat tires that come with a 50,000 mile warranty. Very low tire noise, smooth riding, better braking, excellent in rain + dry traction-handling, good snow traction. These new Goodyear tires has definitely improved my overall ownership experience with the Infiniti Q50.

This is in reply to Glenn of Orland Park. I too own a 2003 Infiniti FX35. I too have the same over-heating problems with my vehicle. Infiniti will not do a darn thing about it because they already know of the problem. It is inherent in most 2003 Model FX35s. 1st Model release and build. It is the head gaskets. Low block! It is exactly why Infiniti acts like they cannot diagnose or replicate the condition. They drag and drag running up the bill and they play stupid. A simple radiator pressure test will immediately reveal the flaw. But they dont want to be the ones who conduct that test and reveal this condition to you. Take it to a radiator specialist. You will get your proof! Their only recommendation is to replace the engine! At close to a $ 10,000.00 fix. This is totally unacceptable! I would just love to partake in a class action suit against these imbeciles. Please do not waste any time or money trying to diagnose the problem gentlemen. It is on every Infiniti blog you will find. Good luck to all whom own these vehicles. I know that I am not alone. This should be a zero rank to Infiniti, but this site will not allow it. : (

I bought a 2003 G35 Sedan in 2012 from Beshoff Infiniti in San Jose. The sales guys were cool from the first meet. However I test drove the car and everything appeared to be fine, radio came on but I couldnt try the disc player being I didnt bring a CD to the dealer. However, after my happy purchase of my new affordable luxury ride, when I got home I wanted to listen to my cd in my new car. I slid the cd in only for it not to be able to go in the dash said it was a error. I instantly called back up to the dealer but of course they were closed. I got in touch with Rick at the dealership and told him that my radio wasnt working when I left and he advised I bring it back up there. I brought the car back the next day didnt even own it for a whole 24 hours yet. They took it to the service area in which they had me sit in a room to tell me my circuit board is going out and it was recalled but I would have to pay for it well over $1200 to fix a radio that was supposed to work when I bought it. I told them that I just drove off with the car and its no way I should have to pay for it. I asked to speak with Rick in which they said he wasnt there and neither was anyone else I bought the car from. So I never got the radio replaced. Now its 2014, I have no radio and I refuse to pay for something that should have been fixed due to manufacturing problems Infiniti is already aware of. You would think they would slash prices being they know the cars are worthless junk. However they hike them up and never mention any possible problems.. I was driving on the freeway Saturday doing about 70 miles per hour and my car lost all power with no warning. The driver behind me veered and hit another vehicle. I totally freaked me out, I could have been killed. I find out the sensors that was recalled, can make this happen and that Infiniti knew of this. I called Consumer Affairs in which they stated my car had 4 recalls and one was the sensors in which was already repaired once. I explained that its happened again and I almost died in which the response was well its nothing we can do and I would have to pay. WITH ALL OF THIS, I AM DONE WITH INFINITI. I DONT EVEN WANT THE CAR ANYMORE.. I HATE I STILL HAVE PAYMENTS. IT SHOULD DEFINITELY BE A LAW AGAINST THIS DEATH TRAP..

On Sept. 2010, both headlights went out as we were driving home at night. We had to drive over one hour with high beams. As there is no Infinite Dealership close to us and the car was out of warranty, we took the car to a Nissan Dealership that has a Infinite Certified Mechanic. We found that we had to replace the whole bucket system which costs over $4000.00 for the headlights! We had it repaired and now one year and one month later, we had another headlight go out and we are looking at an estimated $1500 more for HEADLIGHTS. We called customer service and was treated unreasonably and with no help. No one should have to put out this kind of money for an Infinite M35 (2006) 70,000 miles. Rosa was the unfriendly so-called customer service agent we dealt with. We have to believe that Infinite has had issues with headlights and others have been burned with this kind of repair costs.

Infiniti FX35 2012 - Fantastic car, good stability and handling in inclement weather and windy conditions. The controls on the steering wheel are also easy to use. The cameras are helpful in tight spaces as well. The built-in map program works fairly well but you need to pay to update it annually. The car can go almost 500 miles on a single tank of gas for a road trip. The car is a mid-size SUV that handles a lot of items in the cargo area. It is easy to pack different types of items. The car travels well for tall individuals 64 or so in the front sears. The Bose sound system is fabulous too. However, the car does not have intuitive windshield wipers. The exterior mirrors are not heated and they freeze over when it is sleeting. The little gadget box where the lighter is has no purpose as well.

My 2010 Infiniti G37 suddenly developed severe cracking of the dashboard as well as stickiness. As the original owner, my car has only 44,000 miles and has been meticulously cared for and garage kept. Upon researching my problem, I discovered that this is a widespread issue well known to Nissan/Infiniti in the past. Despite offering replacements and extended warranties for previous years, they continue to sell the same part that suddenly deteriorates at about 50,000 miles, lasting just long enough to be out of warranty.I have complained to Infinitis corporate office and BBB, but since it is out of warranty and not enough people are reporting this problem in my year vehicle as of yet, they will not help with the replacement of my dashboard which they estimated would cost $2,300 to $2,400. They claim that they are committed to providing the highest levels of product quality and customer satisfaction. This is clearly not the case. I will never buy another Infiniti. I hope that others will also come forward to report this problem.

One thing I have expectation is quality customer service. Cochran Infiniti has the idea that get them in get them dont pass on information that a customer could use or want. For instance I found that I was supposed to be enrolled in the portal. I wasnt. In fact the salesman was a yes man while you are there and screw you once you are gone. The Certified vehicle should not have been. I was told by the salesman things like the wheels would be fixed (rim scrapped). He lied the ashtray was going to be fixed and ready as well as the floor mats when I come in for my first service. The salesman lied, the object was to get me out the door, fast. In fact I pointed out the body punch also ignored. The culture at Cochran is not of quality but of getting sales at all cost. Tried to create an account on the customer portal after I found it existed. Unfortunately that was a waste of time. It refused to recognize my VIN and twice was rebuked by customer service. One person even told me I had to provide proof by uploading insurance documentation and registration as proof to the customer portal which I had to access to and wanted their help to create. They said not without proof. So Infiniti refused to recognize me as the owner of the Q50 of a vehicle bought at a dealer for new Infinitis which was supposed to be certified. Bought this vehicle in August. Its May 1. Infiniti has no chain of command and is not proactive and not quick to react if ever.

I purchased my 2014 QX60 after thoroughly researching all mid sizes luxury SUVs. I have always driven a Toyota so this was my first experience owning an Infiniti. The car worked beautifully for 18 months. THEN... Car starting having start up issues on July 2015. Several times a week it would take 3-4 tries to start the vehicle. I presumed it was the battery. I hold off on bringing the car in until September when the car does not start one morning. Infiniti road service jumps my car and the dealership agrees to replace my battery. Three days later my car stalls twice while driving the car in reverse and the power steering fails while vehicle is in drive. Took the car in the next morning (Monday) and they checked it and said everything seemed fine. :(LUCKILY while pulling the car back from the service garage the car stalls for the service technician. At that point I was given a loaner vehicle. During this visit they noticed that a wire was loose underneath the car. I believe it was the body control module wire that was loose. For this visit they really thought they had the problem solved and return the car to me the following day. Four days later the car stalls again while driving and does not starting on the first try. I returned it to the dealership and got a loaner for the second time. During this time they replaced the hybrid battery as well as the key remote battery and they even replaced the new battery just to make sure all batteries were new at the same time. They kept my car for 2 weeks just to be sure it was fixed.Four days later car takes 3 tries to start so I take it directly to the dealership and got another loaner vehicle. During this visit they have been replacing both the hybrid computer and the body control module computer. They have had my vehicle for 3 weeks. The vehicle is still not working so now they think they will replace the harness! Oh and by the way, while the vehicle was at the dealership for 3 weeks parallel parked in an unofficial parking spot in a lot that is overcrowded. Yesterday a delivery truck backs into my vehicle and now the side bumper needs to be replaced. I have never has this kind of experience with a car in my life. My first Luxury vehicle is my least reliable car ever. I have started the buyback process with Infiniti and I will do my best to warn others to not waste their time or money on these cars.

We purchased a used 2015 QX80 with 65,000 miles on it. We did love the car
We purchased a used 2015 QX80 with 65,000 miles on it. We did love the car and was an amazing ride till this week. We had some issues and it was running very rough and the engine light came on. So we had it towed to a local shop and he said the codes it was pulling it was something internal (P0011 & P0021) and we needed to have it looked at from a dealer. So the Local Nissan diagnosed it as stretched timing chains. They said it was right about $4000 to fix it. So this car just has 105,000 miles on it and we paid nearly $38,000 for it. So I have a car that I paid nearly $40,000 dollars for it, I have only put 40 thousand miles on it and I have to put $4,000 into it to get it running. I called the Infiniti Consumer affairs and got nothing but sorry. I explained that I have a stay at home mom with 5 kids and we are on a very tight budget, etc. She then said that I would have to have it towed to Infiniti instead of Nissan???? Same company? They said they cannot have Nissan look at it and this was done by one of their master mechanics. So this means tow it a third time with and pay another diagnose fee for what? Infiniti should step up to the plate here. I asked the girl I spoke with to give me a supervisor and she said there were none. She was reading from a script as you could tell just to get you off the phone. I then asked her how she would feel if you purchased a car for 40,000 dollars and only got 40K out of it and now have to put 4 thousand dollars into it. She said she could not reflect on that? This is what customer service departments have come to? No emotions or anything. Just firmly I cant reflect? I said, (ask your CEO or director how they would feel if their mom of 5 was going through this). Again nothing. After doing research, this is a problem that Infiniti knows about but is doing nothing. Just look around on some blogs and you will find them. As well there are issues with the catalytic converters at $1,300 a piece for both sides. I was just wanting them to do whats right and stand by the product. I am a sales manager that travels the US and trust me that I will share this story with every individual I come in contact with. In my business I tell my people to treat people right and they will come back every time... Treat people like you want to be treated and you just built a successful business. I cannot believe this company and its products. We will never purchase another Infiniti or Nissan and I will make sure my kids remember what we are going through when they make their decisions for a car. I will share this story at every sales meeting, and while visiting clients for sure!!!

We purchased the JX35 when it first came out in 2012. Weve had a few minor issues related to recalls (gas tank fuel pickup tube re-route and fuel gauge re-calibration). We have also had the same problem with the right front passenger airbag switch. This has been recalled several times, and after the last service inspection the re-calibration of the sensor seems to have corrected the problem. Im not having the shuttering problem with the transmission either. Its the original transmission which performs very well. It appears that the cars manufactured shortly after mine had the new XTronic CVT which seems to be a real problem. My experience with Infiniti Consumer Affairs has been very positive. I had a problem with my navigation unit going haywire (constant re-setting) during a cross country trip. Consumer Affairs made arrangements for me to take the car to a Nissan dealership since there wasnt an Infiniti dealership anywhere close to our location. As it turned out, the problem didnt re-occur until we returned home. Our dealership found that there was an issue which called for a firmware update. Im very satisfied with Infiniti and thankfully havent had the negative experiences as seen on this site.

We purchased our 2010 G37 from Infiniti of Peoria (AZ) and both the car and service have been exceptional. A couple of minor items (window trim and transmission reprogram) were dealt with in 2011, and only routine servicing since. Even after six years, our salesperson (Robert) still remembers our names and stops by to chat whenever we are in for service. The car is a great highway cruiser, and still runs like it is new - by far the best car we have owned.

With my multiple visits in an Infiniti service department, I have not felt as disappointed and appalled with the customer service that I received as I did at Cerritos Infiniti. Instead of helping me understand what is going on with my car and empathize how concerning how my car performed last night while I was driving with my 2 yr. old and both my parents, I felt confronted and castigated and offended. I brought my car in for an oil and filter change and a multi-point inspection last Dec. 28 and as I was driving my car yesterday, the car jerked multiple times as I accelerate.I bring my car to Infiniti for service because of the level of trust that I have with them. But the attitude that Tony ** showed was very unprofessional and demeaning. I work in a hospitality industry and train employees how to treat a customer to provide excellent service and I do know how a TERRIBLE customer service feels like. I would hope Tony would show a bit more compassion and concern than show arrogance and be spite to their customers. I had to bring my husband to his office for him to understand what my concerns are with Infiniti service but apparently he still didnt seem to understand that we are just looking for a simple, outstanding customer service and experience.I am afraid that with this persons show of character and lack of customer empathy, I had changed my mind from trusting Infiniti service and vehicles and would rather go to another higher end, top notch customer rating car makers. I have gone to other Infiniti locations and everyone I dealt with were extremely friendly and very compassionate with their customers. My husband ended up pulling our car out of their service department and brought it someplace else that would really take care of our concern and get a better treatment.

Infiniti USA has thumbed their nose at the malfunction of OCS system in 200
Infiniti USA has thumbed their nose at the malfunction of OCS system in 2009 vehicles, ours is a G37. When the OCS is not functioning it turns off the airbags when a passenger sits in the passenger seat. They do not care that your life and the life of your passenger (my husband, my grandson, my mother, my daughter) is at risk for serious injury or death as a result of their negligence. They are negligent in that Infiniti knows very well they have a problem with this system not working as intended when purchased (easy lookup on internet of many owners having this same problem) yet they only recalled back to 2010 to fix the OCS thus requiring 2009 Infiniti owners to fork out $6400 to replace their defective design or not fix and run the risk of death or serious injury. I have called Infiniti USA and their response is this vehicle has no recalls end of discussion.Every owner of a 2009 Infiniti that has problems with the OCS not functioning and turning off airbags when anyone (even my hand) touches the passenger seat should not accept Infinitis answer and file a complaint with their Attorney Generals office and NHTSA. I was involved in a motor vehicle accident in June of 2016 and was in a 1999 vehicle... Had the airbags not gone off as intended I honestly do not believe I would be here writing this today so I am very aware of how in a blink of an eye you can be plowing into a vehicle and your only line of defense is working airbags. It is morally incomprehensible of Infiniti to not care for the lives of their customers (or should I say some of their customers).Knowing this I will never purchase another Infiniti and suggest you do the same because somewhere down the line you may have a problem that is not your fault with your expensive Infiniti and it may be one that could determine your safety and the safety of your loved ones and you will have to deal like the rest of the 2009 customers (victims) with absolutely no help from Infiniti.

Infiniti FX35 2006 the worst car I have ever owned - Within the first 80 mp
Infiniti FX35 2006 the worst car I have ever owned - Within the first 80 mph, we drove after leaving the Infiniti of Chantilly, VA dealership. We began experiencing electrical issues with all of the instrument gauges that was not working, the cruise control kicked off and we had no brake or tail lights. Of course by this time the dealership was closed. A week later I was heading to meetings in Charlottesville,VA where they arranged to bring me a car and haul my dream car to Richmond for service. Another week later, they delivered the car back to me in WV. A couple months later, the rear back up camera and cruise control began not working again. Then to Charlotte, NC Infiniti, we have to arrange over night stays since nothing ever gets fixed in one day. WV does not have an Infiniti dealership. It is smart on their part as the extended warranty I bought has been the only saving grace. We have had to get a new windshield for the front as it just split one day, but of course that was not caused by the vehicle even though the bolts in the fender wells keep breaking loose and have been recalled for a flexing problem. The laser has been replaced, that controls the driving distance between cars for the cruise control, as it would stop you in the middle of the interstate driving 70 mph. The front lane change sensor has been replaced as it beeped constantly even in the middle of a black top road with no stripes. The whole dash bubbled and it was replaced. Both airbags have gone out twice now and sensors are replaced. Yet again, it was just fixed a month ago and I have no functioning air bags again. The back glass with defroster has been replaced because the defroster quit working. A while ago, new navigation system and new back up camera have been installed and is flickering again on the screen and changing from yellow lettering to blue and the camera just goes black when put into reverse! The drivers seat is so broken down now and it is uncomfortable to even sit in. The seat heater gets so hot as it almost burns through your cloths!Infiniti has been contacted with the representative Holly, that we were assigned. The consumer affairs in VA where we purchased the car with 9800 miles certified per-owned, and also consumer affairs in WV. The only offer we have received is that Infiniti will give us a lifetime warranty! I guess Infiniti really thinks that its okay that their product is a total joke and we can afford to spend $500 every time we take off from work and drive a minimum of 3 hours and pay out gas to try and get it repaired, which of course has never been repaired correctly or I wouldnt be so frustrated! What a joke. Why is Consumer Affairs blowing off issues like this? We filed a complaint prior to the two-year statue of limitations, but nothing has been done. Holly with Infiniti had closed out our case. We had it reopened and once again we will call you within three days. It has been over 4 weeks and they are not even returning our calls! At this point, I just want to give them back their lemon as I am a tired of working 60 hours a week, and I dont even know if my car will start up whenever I leave my office. And on top of that, I pay over a $750 car payment a month. What is that for? A Nissan product that is such a total piece of crap. Shame on you Infiniti/Nissan. Its no wonder why there are like 15 of these brand new which are still sitting on the lot at Infiniti of Charlotte. Good luck giving them away. I am very angry about poor customer service, as a consumer. And the lack of concern from Infiniti is making such terrible products.

We have had so many problems with our 2013 JX35 and are so disappointed in the quality of this car. It started with airbag problems and being told by the service department that it was operating normally. We took pictures and videos of the way it was operating and still we were told it was working as it was designed to. Finally looked up recalls myself and found where a recall had indeed been issued. I called our service advisor and he was totally unaware of this. Sad that a customer has to bring such an important matter to the people we trust with servicing our cars. When Infiniti of Gwinnett obtained the new part, it was installed but we continued to experience the same problem. We took the car in again and they said they had made an adjustment and we should have no more issues with it. Nope, problem was still there. Again we took videos and pictures for them. We were informed that everything had been checked and it was working as it should. Frustrated, we bypassed the dealership and reported it directly to Infiniti. Infiniti did send a company engineer to look at it. When I met him at the dealership, he immediately started lecturing me as to the dangers of airbag deployment, how it was the last resort in a collision, etc. He even showed me a 5-minute video describing the danger. I again stated that I knew the airbag wasnt operating correctly because it would go on and off intermittently. He said it could be from the way we were sitting in the seat. Sounded a little ridiculous to me, as if they were just trying to make a different argument every time they were challenged. I said I would not drive the car unless it was fixed. He did some calibrations and we have had no problems since. Other issues with the car includes leak above drivers door (tube running down from sunroof was not connected at the factory). Rubber on passenger side roof line came out (also done improperly at the factory), entire piece of the side where it was coming out had to be replaced and repainted. Have a continuous rattle coming from around the sunroof. We have had it in the shop no less than five times and is currently there again. We are being told that the magnets between the cross bars and the sunroof are too small and they are going to have to replace them. This last time a representative came and rode with me so they could verify the rattle. It was noted by her and taken to the dealership. They called three days later and said it had been fixed. She was on her way to drop it off when she heard the rattle so she turned around and took it back. Currently, I have not had my car for over a week. Also while they were trying to locate the problem, they found a loose bolt in the console (again something not done properly at the factory). It speaks to the amount of time that my car has been in the shop when they are coming to me to pick up the car for repairs. This last time they brought me the QX60 as a loaner car. I noticed immediately that the transmission is much smoother on it. My JX acts like it is always searching for the right gear the tach revs up and drops quickly and revs again. I talked to them about the significant difference and the mantra was Its operating as it should. They stated maybe the CVT may have been tweaked some on the newer cars. Its very obvious to me that this car is a lemon. Dealer said they could do nothing for us as far as replacement. The General Sales Manager said they could possibly give us the trade in value and sell us a vehicle (if the salesman agreed) at dealer cost. He stated that was as much as they could do so therefore, I am going to file paperwork under the Georgia Lemon Law. Bottom line, I strongly suggest that the Infiniti JX35 not be purchased. It is also worth noting that they have replaced the JX35 (after only one year) with the QX60. Rebranding maybe? Could it be due to problems with the JX35? Just very odd, dont you agree?

A customer for 14 years. Leased 5 cars through Infiniti and all I can say is... They have no loyalty and dont seems to give a ** about you as a customer. They misapplied a payment to someone else account ruining my credit score 30 days before I was to close on a house. That started a snowball effect of wrong information and just bad customer service and took 4-5 months before it was cleared up and corrected by the Credit bureaus. After all that I still considered getting another vehicle through them...Being the victim of misinformation once again from one of their customer service supervisors. Multiple attempts to resolve and salvage our relationship were met with nothing but long at min 20-30 min hold times. Leaving messages with supervisors that never get back to you. They just dont seem to care. After being a customer as long as I have been they can suck it. Ill just take my business elsewhere.

Infiniti FX35 Dashboard bubbling - I got screwed by Infiniti. My dashboard started bubbling back in 2016 so I contacted Infiniti and told them about the problem only to be told that my car was out of warranty and that they could not do anything about it. But yesterday 10/23/17 I had my car serviced and was told by the dealership that the Bubbling was a recall issue. I was never told by Infiniti that this was a recall or an extended warranty was out for the bubbling issue. Im so disappointed in Infiniti because I never thought that they would leave their customers hanging on a expensive repair and not let us know in writing that this was an issue that they could repair. The fact that I contacted them back in Sept. of 2016 about this issue and their reply indicated that since I no longer had an warranty on the vehicle was why they could not fix it. They never mention that an extended warranty was out to fix this issue or when that extended warranty ended. So Im stuck with this ugly dash in a car that is suppose to be of luxury. Im hurt about the whole thing but at least now I know to never buy another one. Shame on you Infiniti! Look at all the repeat customers you could have had.

I own a used 2003 Infiniti G35, unlike many of the other problems people have posted about the newer Infinitis breaking down, this ones a little different. I am truly sorry that so many people have had so many problems with this car company, I mean look at their rating. I am giving 2 stars ONLY because before this I really havent had many issues with the car besides for regular maintenance. About a week ago my car started to stall out on me, the steering wheel would lock up and my dash slip and VDC off lights would come on. It would also be a challenge to get it restarted, a few minutes setting did the trick. The first time it stalled was on the highway, which was extremely scary and luckily I was in the right-hand lane and able to pull over to the side of the road. The reason for this review is because I brought my car to my local mechanic as quick as I could, he checked it out and told me I needed both of my Camshaft sensors replaced. A whopping $792.60, mind you I am 23 years old, thats a lot of money to me. Its a lot of money to most people. I did some research and found out that The 2003-2008 Infiniti G35 models were SAFETY recalled for these exact sensors. So I thought to myself how great it was that I could bring it into an Infiniti shop to have it fixed for nothing, since it is a SAFETY recall, and there are no time limits on getting a car fixed for SAFETY recalls. Apparently I was informed that the sensors for my car were discontinued 5 years ago, which was 2010, meaning only 7 years later did they stop fixing this particular safety recall. I was told that they could not work on my car because they could not get the INFINITI sensors and they could not work on my car with the aftermarket sensors. That is ridiculous, what if someone rear-ended me at 70 mph on the highway and killed me because my car stalled and died? Have people been injured by this before? Do owners of Infinitis of certain ages not matter anymore? Do they only care about the people spending 40 and 50 grand on the 2014 and 15s? I have called and was told that my car is no longer under warranty, obviously, I knew that. But like I said earlier SAFETY RECALLS do not have expiration dates because they put peoples lives in danger. So I had to pay the $792.60 bill to my mechanic for something Infiniti couldve (shouldve) fixed for free. I have an open case for a call this Monday to see if they can reimburse me my almost 800 bucks for something which was out of my control. I was told it was highly unlikely because of my vehicles age. I would AT LEAST like to get reimbursed my 389 dollars for the parts. If I do not get reimbursed I am going to put a story about this into my local news station who specializes in things like these. Maybe theyll take interest and put Infiniti on blast to the world. How many people have they done this to? Have people been killed or injured because of them not fixing this SAFETY DEFECT? Not every 23-year old has $800 to fix their car and could take it from the mechanic without being fixed only to have it die again and may seriously injure them. This is completely irresponsible. Based on the companys rating on this site Im sure these complaints arent uncommon.

My black Infiniti began having paint issues. At first I thought it was damaged by something in the environment, etc. But upon inspection, you could clearly see the distinct outlines of the decals that had been placed on the car years earlier. The damage began there has now spread over entire car. I dont know if the paint or clearcoat had a chemical reaction to the paint or perhaps the decals prevented the coating from doing its job or perhaps the solvent sprayed on to remove the decals had some kind of effect. I researched on the internet and found several other issues of the transportation decals causing delayed paint failure on Infiniti vehicles. It is obvious from photos that the damage is not random or naturally occurring.

Bought a new 2011 QX56. Had multiple issues covered under warranty. Thinking I got a lemon! Recently, my wife got stranded on the side of the road with our kids due to another poor quality issue. I paid to have it towed to the dealership where I purchased it. The vehicle has 79K miles. I was told it needed a timing chain and sprockets or a long block. 5K to 12K to fix. Called Infiniti which took a week for them to open a customer care claim and assign a rep to review and follow up. Was told it was out of warranty and there was no support offered. Escalated it to Nissan corporate, which took another 5 days and was told the Qx56 had performed to Nissan’s standards 70K miles and Nissan would not offer any additional support. The corporate rep was correct. Not a lemon, just unreliable and overpriced! Nissan has changed the name twice but it is still the same company making it. Based on all the customer complaints online this is a common problem! I have other choices and will not purchase anything else from Nissan or Infiniti! I hope my bad decisions help you make a better choice!

The base models are amazing alone, but when you get into personalization you can make your vehicle as luxurious as you ever imagined. Sunroofs, power adjustments, automatic starters, and thats just a few! I went with heated seats and steering wheel, chrome rims, and winter tires! My favorite upgrade on my vehicle is the backup camera. This safety feature is a potential life saver. Basic models and luxury upgrades will keep you coming back for more as lifestyles change! I drive a two door coupe, so my vehicle only fits two passengers comfortably. However, if I choose to upgrade to a larger vehicle finding something of size would not be an issue at the same distributor.

I have been looking to buy a new luxury sedan and was considering a Infiniti Q70 Hybrid, only because the MPG of the non-hybrid for Infiniti is terrible. I actually like the Q70L because of the legroom in the rear, but the Hybrid was not available in it. However, any dealer Ive visited says that they have never seen the Q70 Hybrid and doubt that it is available. When I go to Infiniti website and do a Build and Price, I can build it, yet the quote goes to my local dealers (not so local... 2 hour drive) and they tell me not available. I try to contact Infiniti Consumer Affairs to find out whats going on and they put me back to sales of the dealers Ive already talked to... that know just as little as I do. I guess that is my hint... That it is probably a mistake to be looking at this vehicle in the first place. I get quick and satisfactory replies back from other manufacturers where I have contacted for other issues or questions.

I purchased a used 1997 Infiniti J30 and 2 weeks after buying it, I noticed one night that the car had trouble accelerating. We thought that maybe it came from the muffler having a tiny pin-sized hole in it, but obviously that wasnt the problem. When I started out to work the next morning at 4 a.m., I noticed that the car would not accelerate past 20 mph. I turned around and went back home and waited until the repair shop opened. I made it there, and before I pulled into the parking lot at the shop, my car began making this loud tapping sound. They put it on the diagnostics machine and told me that I needed an engine. Wth?! Im in the used car business for over 30 years. We sell on average 60 cars a month. I bought this vehicle 6 months ago for my wife for her birthday. She rides in the same car for 2 years or more as I do too. I noticed online that Infiniti has had a big problem with 2012 Infiniti QX56 white and some consumers are getting Infiniti to fix them. We took hers to the dealer last week. They kept it for 3 days. Then they called and said that there was nothing they could do. the vehicle was 1 owner with no accidents when I purchased it for her. Im sure they refused because its not titled in a individuals name.It would be one thing if I had it on my lot to retail. I have a lot of friends call me and ask whats a good vehicle to buy. Through the years I have taken many vehicles to new car dealers cars that I bought to sell that they did customer satisfaction work on. After this Im done suggesting Infiniti automobiles and I will tell them all how I was treated by them. Also there is a class action suit in the works over this which I will be joining against my good judgment. Lawyers always get the money but I want Infiniti to pay.

Hi, angry and disappointed Infiniti customer here. I purchased my 2004 Infiniti Fx35 back in 2011. I was very happy with my vehicle until I came back from boot camp. U.S Marines and noticed that my dashboard was bubbling up all over. It look ugly. I feel embarrassed to give people rides. I dont like this car anymore. I did some research about this, and found out that I was not alone. There are hundreds of Infiniti customers who are on the same boat as I am. Most of them took advantage of the extended warranty, which I did not know anything about, did not receive a letter, was not notified until it was already too late.I called my dealership where I bought the vehicle, and they simply said I needed to pay a little over $1,000 to have it replaced. Thats ridiculous! And a little crazy. Like I mentioned above, I am not a happy customer. Called the Infiniti customer affairs number, and they were not willing to help with this matter issue. Case closed. Im screwed.

So I purchased my CPO EX35 about 3 years ago. It has 55k miles and has always been garage kept. However the dash has started peeling all over. I took it to the dealer and they submitted the request to Infiniti. After a couple days the dealer called me to say Infiniti denied the request.I have owned several cars over the years and have NEVER had one with peeling like this on the dash. So I contacted Infiniti directly. I played phone tag with their rep for a week and then when I finally spoke with her she said they will look into it. They call me back about a week later and basically tell me Im outta luck and they wont do anything about it.I have since been looking for another used vehicle and whenever I came across another EX35 I would make sure to take a look at the dash. The majority of the EXs I saw has the exact same peeling on the dash. This leads me to believe its definitely a manufacturing issue. They have already had similar issues with the dash on the FX which they did do a recall for. I have also seen it on the dash of G37s. I take very good care of my vehicles and keep them in mint condition so Im very disappointed in Infinitis lack of quality control and customer service. Given this issue (and others Ive had) plus the abysmal resale value, this is my first and probably last Infiniti vehicle.

I have purchased/leased 6 different cars from Infiniti 2 Q70Ls 2 Q50 and 2 QX80s on 1 of the cars, the last one I will ever purchase from Nissan or Infiniti. They returned an electronic transfer back to my bank without me knowing it, So I made scheduled payments per closing and assumed all was well...as a result of that returned transfer which they couldnt explain they showed me 3 straight months of 30 day late payments. They apologized but refuse to correct it with the credit agencies, the only blemish on my credit is a result of their incompetence and laziness. They are not a good company and I would not trust them...

I would highly recommend this car dealership for anyone interested in buying a vehicle, I was greatest with the utmost respect and they worked diligently to get me approved, with not so great credit, I had the best vehicle purchasing experience ever. They were honest, reliable and I got the loan to purchase my Beautiful vehicle. Thank you Austin Infiniti.

I purchased a used 2007 FX35 in 2010. During the past year, I have replaced the battery, front brakes, tires, two taillights, had several pieces of plastic trim in the vehicle just pop off, short in the taillights, cam sensors went out, starter went out and it had a hollow noise in the engine under load that service could not identify. It was towed three times in a two week period, one during a vacation five hours from home. I had to pay two deductibles during that time and Fresno Infiniti overcharged me, stating they could not reach the warranty company on a business day during business hours. Convenient since I then had to pay out of pocket to get home and contact the company on my own. Customer Service was no help and the rep even stated she is her own boss and there is no one else above her to contact for resolution. It has 55,000 miles. Extremely unreliable vehicle and extremely ineffective customer service at Infiniti Inc.

Comfortable and a very smooth ride. Plenty of room to travel long distance with children and pets. Very powerful engine and easy to handle. Fully loaded with new technology. Incredible braking system and also a very nice sound system. It handles like a car and I also gets very good gas mileage to be an SUV. I would recommend this vehicle because it is very classy.

I made a mistake trusting this dealer when I bought a used car (Infinity QX4). When I drove off I noticed the service engine light soon was on. I thought that it may have been an oil change indicator, like the one my Honda has, that wasnt reset. I drove it home to Portland and the light went out. I looked at the owners manual that said it could indicate a problem with the engine and also said if it is flashing, it needs urgent attention to prevent engine damage. A few days later the light came back and the car hesitated on the freeway and the light started to flash. The salesperson from the dealer called me the day after I had it home and I told him about the light. He said it was probably a minor thing, like it may have been run out of gas or the gas cap may not have been tightened enough, and he told me to call him back if there was any other problems. After the second time the light came and stayed on, I had the car analyzed. It pulled up a P1320 code. This indicates that the coils are going bad. The cost of the repair is about $1000.00. I called back the dealer and they said, “Too bad - we wont help you.” I know this was an as is sale, but this car should have been fixed before selling it for wholesale off. Apparently, the dealer doesnt care about their reputation or doing whats right for their customers. Most brand dealerships would not do this. Stay away from this one!

My first Infiniti was an 06 M45. Love the car. It has performed like a champ for five years with very little maintenance outside of what was scheduled. I liked the car so much, I bought a M35X for my wife, and she too loves her car, and it has performed flawlessly. I now own a M56s as well as the M45. My cars are serviced by Infiniti Of Dayton in Dayton Ohio.. The service staff is top notch, and the Service Manager, Don ** goes above and beyond to ensure that all of my concerns are heard and dealt with right away.

I bought a 2011 M56s. Driving to work one day my check engine light came on
I bought a 2011 M56s. Driving to work one day my check engine light came on and my car started jerking. So I drove to the Infiniti dealership to have it looked at... Found out the solenoid switch needed to be replaced. They replaced it and about a month later I started hearing this whining noise in the engine took it back to the dealership and they told me my timing chain could be bad. My question was why would that be and does that have anything to do with the solenoid switch they recently replaced. I was told, “No they have nothing to do with each other, but we will have to charge you 1400 bucks to look and see if the timing chain is the problem.” WTF… just to look and see. So I did my homework and found out a couple of people had this issue. Well the fact they lied about the solenoid switch and the timing chain didnt worked together - pissed me off because that was far from the truth. They actually work hand in hand to make sure that the oil is pumped correctly thru the engine. I called a friend of mine who is a certified INFINITI Technician in New Jersey and he told me not only does INFINITI know this is a problem, the technicians across the US knows this is a problem because the solenoid switch cant handle what it needs to handle. Once they goes bad that would cause you to have problems the timing chain - and if the timing chain cant be fixed, you ultimately have to get a new engine. Isnt that some stuff... Not only does Infiniti knows - the dealerships know as well. But the dealerships with put in on Infiniti and say it’s their problem. But you charge people to fix the solenoid switch knowing that he could cause a problem with the timing chain and engine. If you know it’s a problem why do you swap them out knowing it really doesnt fix the issue? This should be a recall issue for Infiniti, but then they tried to say I was out of warranty. The warranty is not an issue if you already know the part was going to be a problem when you built the car. How do I start a class action lawsuit for this…

Typically we buy Lexus or Audi but decided to go Infiniti this time bought a 2020 QX50. We’ve had this BRAND NEW CAR in the shop 8 times in 14 months each time being assured it’s fixed then it’s back in. Ok things happen so we gave Infiniti the option to just buy us out of the vehicle and we try something else but NO. They feel there’s nothing wrong with a new vehicle requiring this many trips to be repaired. SERIOUSLY? Speaks volumes about the company’s integrity in my opinion. My husband was going to buy me an Infiniti too (we got married April 1st) but after all the headaches of this vehicle I’m going 100% back to Lexus where they value their customers not only during the sell but throughout the entire time. I cannot support a company that cannot accept fault (accidents happen to ALL companies no big deal). It’s completely how the company handles it and this was hands down THE WORSE and they have now lost a life long customer and one that can and will use her voice to tell people what to expect when using Infiniti.

My jx35 passenger airbag deactivation light turns on randomly. I took my automobile to the dealer at least six (6) times and dealer couldnt reproduce it. I recorded several videos of this issue where my wife or even myself is in the passenger seat and the deactivation air bag light turns on while the car is in motion. Finally, the Department of Transportation and National Highway Traffic Safety Administration released a recall. Occupant detection system may disable pass air bag on 03/12/13. Also, we are experiencing a problem with the city mpg. I obtained an average of 10mpg instead of 18mpg offered. This is definitely a fraud.

My Q50 has 88,000 miles on it and is out of warranty. It has always been meticulously maintained. This week while parking the engine suddenly failed. The local Infiniti dealer inspected the engine and found that it had, in their words, a catastrophic failure. There were no signs of wear or burning. Something in the number two piston tore up. The oil pan showed large chunks of metal. I had expected this engine life to be at least 150,000 miles. Infiniti Customer Service response to my complaint was that the car was out of warranty and I will have to pay for a new engine.

I purchased a brand new Infiniti FX35 in 2004 and had nothing but problems as follows: - 3 months computer failed and needed replacement. Dash board is soft and has issues. Leaked two quarts of oil every two weeks and needed oil cooler and engine gasket replacement at 60,000 miles. Seats have fallen apart under routine use (not abused). Dealer felt it was defective but Infinity would not cover the replacement. Steering wheel auto-adjust motor failed and needed to be replaced (costly). Radio has failed. The list can go on and on. If I could have rated this brand at ZERO I would have. I hope that anyone who reads this will be spared the disappointment of owning an Infiniti.

Lower tie bar on the 2004 Infiniti I35 has disappeared due to rust. This piece of the uni-body is integral to the support of the radiator, motor and transmission. Infinit states it is normal wear and will not honor their rust policy of 7 years. Two of the three body shops I brought the car to, stated this was not normal wear and that they have seen this on many Nissan products especially the Maxima.

My wife and I have a 2015 Q60 S Limited edition. It was broken into two days ago by someone popping the cover on the key entry and jamming a screw driver into the lock causing the windows to roll down giving them easy access to the car and contents and causing damage to the door and lock. After doing an internet search I found that this is a known issue with Infinitys dating back to 2008 and therefore making the cars a target. I would like to have Infinity fix this issue with our car and others so that the windows will not just roll down when a screw driver is jammed into the key entry. Possible solutions: Disable the roll down feature, remove key cylinder or other. At this time they will do nothing and the dealership will not comment on the known issue. They referred me to Infinity consumer affairs that offered nothing.

My 2009 Infiniti fx35 always have break problem whenever the weather is really cold. I took it to Infiniti several times, pay a lot of money, but the problem still remain. This problem started 3 months after I bought the SUV. Also, lately when I drive, it sounds like something is beating drum under my car but Infiniti cant find what is wrong with it. I am always regretting spending so much money to buy an SUV that Im not comfortable with.

Infiniti g20 and I30 are good standard cars. They hold up and last awhile. Although the cv axles and the starter go out. They drive smoothly and have a number of options for upgrades including Bose sound systems and built in navigation. The Infiniti i30 has a standard CD player and stereo with a 6 cd capacity housed in the trunk. It has leather seats and a mesh automatic window cover to help with the heat. Also, the powerful v6 engine, navigation and sound system are extremely useful. It is Bluetooth capable and steering wheel controls make placing phone calls, changing the station, or increasing the volume seamless. Large backseat and passenger seat space are great and there is also front passenger seat heating as well. The back has child lock if needed on both doors. Also, comfortably fits a car seat and two other passengers in the back.

I have had my Infiniti convertible in for service 4 times now due to the cables breaking when opening and closing the top. The most recent repair was today after I opened the top for the first time this year. The dealership explains the problem to me and how this is unique. But each time the cause is something different (broken clips, sync issue...). But now the car is out of warranty and it will be my responsibility if it happens again. Trust me when I say, It will happen again. The cable design is not a good engineering solution for moving a heavy hood. Probably why the auto makers do not implement it. Each of my last three cars have been convertibles. I love them but never again will it be an Infiniti.

Infiniti qx60 is a good, solid and reliable car. Id consider purchasing another when this car is older. Nice gas mileage and overall a good value. I like the great cruise control and lane detection options as well. The usable third row is hard to find as most seats dont move to accommodate people coming in and out of the third row. Also love the massive skylights as well. But the GPS is not always accurate which can be a bit of an annoyance but it can be remedied by using cell phone GPS. Also, I dont like that the inside of the driver’s side door is easily scratched and is not in good shape. It also has some pretty major blind spots and sometimes its hard to see over the hood.
