I purchased a 2013 Buick Enclave and had same issue in our GMC Acadia. While backing up with camera in operation and then before going to drive there was a loud POPPING sound as if something had blown. The DVD ejected and display went off then reset itself... 4th time this issued happened. Took Buick to dealer and they gave me this Blank Dumb stare as if I was speaking a foreign language... Waiting for results. Not Happy. Its no wonder people are going to Honda And Toyota. Dealer was Expressway Chevy Mt. Vernon Indiana.. Customer service was Not Satisfactory... This is the 3rd vehicle I purchased from Mt Vernon and the Last...

Ot is an oldie but goodie Buick Century 2001 classic. It has 80000 miles & is still running smoothly. It has a cd player & runs like silk. I own it & dont have to make a car payment but do have to take it to the shop for little repairs, oil change & coolant etc.

I really enjoyed all of the variety of cars that were available to me. Not only are there different companies of cars but Buick always seemed right. They have many kinds of cars that will fit any different lifestyle. Im always amazed how many compliments I get on my Buick. It looks so snappy and elegant. I like all of the features like the sunroof and the seat warming because it makes me feel superior. It was really great that I was able to choose what I wanted from the car. I am planning on having a bigish family. I wanted to have enough room in my new car to be able to grow into. And I think that Buicks passenger capacity is just right for me.

I was waiting at a signal in my 2015 Buick Enclave, I heard a loud boom. I looked thru the rear view mirror as I heard the sound of the glass shattering then it exploded. The glass exploded into my car, landing on the front seat, mid row seat and on the dashboard. The lady behind me witnessed the whole thing. She said nothing hit my car window as we looked for signs of anything on the ground and in the car. Im so thankful my children (who love the third row) were not in the car.

I bought my car a year ago. Both interior door panels on right side are damaged. They said they would order them and replace both. I have literally called them every month and there’s some excuse! I still have never gotten a follow up call from anyone! All the managers in all departments know me because of how many times I’ve been in. Now my engine light has been on 3 days! I’ve left 7 messages between my service guy and his manager. I need to make service appt. No one will call me back! It’s horrible service. I asked to please let me know even if they are too full to fit me in. They just ignore me. Maybe I’m being too nice??? I would never buy a Buick again!!!

Had to replace water pump, power steering pump, seat belt anchor. But all these 3 are recalls so I didnt have 2 pay anything. So before you pay for repairs make sure they’re not recalls. Just asked two Buick dealer and they should tell you. But now I have 2 coils that are out on my car and it doesnt want to run now. This is not a recall so I would have to pay out of pocket for this.

For the past 8 months, I have only been able to drive my Buick for 2 weeks at a time without having serious issues. The engine light will come on and I get the following error messages: reduced engine power, max speed 32 mph, traction control off, service StabiliTrak. The first time this happened, I was on the interstate driving 75 mph! Since the end of July, I have had my car in for service multiple times at several different service centers. It has now been at Todd Wenzel Dealership in Davison, MI since January 6th (today is March 22nd), with no diagnosis. Today I was told they cannot diagnose it until the vehicle gets worse and that I should drive it until another symptom develops! They said since they cannot replicate the problem, they dont deem the car unsafe to drive.I have kept records that detail the issues I have been having and the attempts that have been made to fix it. If I did not still owe $12,000 I would have gotten rid of this car by now. I have been told: Total customer satisfaction is important at Buick. If this is truly the case, then Buick/GM should step up and make this right: either figure out the problem and fix it, or give me a replacement vehicle worth what I still owe. This is just not ok and I am at my wits end.

I picked a used 2013 Verano Turbo with 6-speed manual transmission. What delight to drive and has been worry free for 20,000 miles Ive owned. I set the cruise control at 70 mph and the little Turbo sees 37 mpg all day long. It is super quiet and handles like a dream. I like the Verano so I leased a Buick Encore for two years. When the short 20,000 mile lease was up I was sad to see squirt be returned. Again another flawless Buick I have owned and a joy to drive.

Let me just start out by saying I choose to lease my Buick Verano since I love to get a different car every couple of years. The car I got is a 2012 Buick Verano and I had the dealership drive to New York from Pennsylvania to get this specific color package I wanted. The car itself is Beautiful and runs ok but I have the lease until December. I really did not have any major issues since I got the car in September 2012. My husband and I tried to take it to the dealership the other day to see if we could trade it in for a New car and we found out that this car only will get a trade in value of $13,000 IF WE ARE LUCKY!!! I ONLY PUT 30,000 MILES ON THE CAR. Two years ago the cars value was $28,000 and now it only worth $13,000 trade in value, not to mention that they say I still have 10 payments left so I owe about $19,000 total (not what I have left to pay) just if I wanted out of it today. I pay $380.00 month times 10 more months is what I will end up paying. I just want to say STAY CLEAR OF BUICK-THEY HAVE NO RESALE VALUE. THANK GOD THAT I CAN JUST TURN THE CAR IN AT THE END OF THE YEAR AND WALK AWAY!! LESSON LEARNED THOUGH... Do not buy Buick or lease because they are not worth anything once you drive it off of the lot!!!! We went to four dealerships and they all pretty much said your car is not worth anything compared to what you owe. One salesman said whatever you do, do not purchase this car at the end of your lease. Not that he had to tell me that one... I already wanted to get out of the lease. I just want to warn everyone to stay clear of BUICK!!!

Its spacious and everyone is comfortable with lots of legs space and shopping space. Its affordable, reliable and up to date. The tank is easy to fill and I felt safe with all the features such as air bags and road call assistant. I also feel good about my cars appearance. It has nice interior, good radio and gps system. I am very satisfied with it and would recommend it to anyone looking for a car.

We got a used car from Billion in Bozeman, MT and we asked them to fix the door locks. They said all they had to do was put a fuse in. But when we could not get them to work from two month, we had someone check it out. It was found that the fuse was not working. When they pulled out the fuse, it was a 20-amp fuse and not a 15-amp fuse. We tired a new fuse, and it blew it out as soon as we hit the button. Then we took the car to Beaverhead Motors in Dillon, MT and they check it out more and found the wiring was all melted together. When we asked Billion auto group they help with it, they said no and that they would not help. We had a lot of Buicks in the past and have liked them, but with the way Billion was with us, we will not have anymore Buicks or GMC cars or trucks.

We bought a 2011 Enclave new in early 2011. The car has about 20,000 miles on it. About nine months ago, the rear liftgate broke (hydraulics), and came crashing down on me. Thankfully not a worse injury than sore a few days. Last month, I turn the ignition over and the car wont start. I had to have it towed to the dealership to have a software update (really??). Yesterday, car made funny noise under hood. Dealership took it in all day to return it at end and tell me car needs 3 days work but need to come back. I want my money back. Wish I stuck with Toyota.

Buick has a variety of cars, including smaller models and some newer SUV style models. The brand has been releasing more upscale looking cars in the last few years. The cars I have shopped for seem to have some nice upscale features such as high quality speakers, leather seats, rear view cameras (some) and the seats are pretty easy to adjust. There are some extra sound, screen, and radio features that seemed interesting. Buick seems to have average space for passengers. The driver and passenger seats feel a bit roomier, but the back seats on the model I bought are a bit smaller. Still comfortable though.

Initially you would be blown away. Its so luxurious and comfy inside. Great features. Seems high end. STOP! Dont let that fool you like it did me. Dont believe my review. Just google complaints with Buick Enclaves and thousands of consumers have the same complaints as me. The transmission and powertrain needed to be replaced. Was stuck on highway out of town several times with transmission, powertrain, and StabiliTrak problems. The SUV decelerated to less than 10mph many times on the road... DANGEROUS. That check engine light stayed on. I took it to many many mechanics who could not fix it. Buick wants you to pay to just replace the whole thing... thousands of dollars. If I didnt have an initial extended warranty I wouldve been out $3k when it 1st happened on natl highway. The wave plate needed to be replaced then. The valves and hoses constantly break and leak and need replacing. I have spent thousands out of pocket as a teacher and single momma. This car is a money pit! Beautiful, spacious. Comfy, but you will never be able to relax! Passenger airbag light is on and rear backup alert is on. The airbag alone in a passenger seat 800. For what you pay for the luxury car, you might as well drive a cheap car that gives you no problems. GMC wont recall these terrible engine and transmission problems either though they know about it and many consumers complain about it. Rip off. They should spank themselves! They deserve 1 star.

I purchased a 2015 Encore in 2016. I took it in for regular service at the dealer from which I purchased the car. Didnt have any problems with it until this year. We were taking a cross country trip to Albuquerque. On 6/23, we were about an hour out of Albuquerque when there was suddenly a loud noise coming from the engine. I immediately took it off cruise control and the noise stopped. I reengaged cruise control and the noise started again. So I disengaged cruise and every time I tried to accelerate, that noise started again. I took the car to the dealer the next day, and was told that the turbocharger was gone. Then the bad news got worse. They told me there were no spare turbochargers in the country. They put it on national backorder and couldnt tell me when one would be available. After nearly a week, the dealer told me that they had made arrangements for a one-way rental which I would have to turn in when I got back home. They also told me that I could then rent another car until mine got fixed, and then they would ship it to me here in Maryland. They also told me I could submit the rental car bill to GM and MAYBE they would pay it. I decided to buy a new car instead, primarily because I had no idea how long I would be driving a rental car and there was no guarantee that GM would pay the bill. Now my brand new 2019 Encore is in the shop with a broken charge air plate. No idea how long it will take to get the part. Meanwhile Im in another rental. What happened to quality control??

No one contacted me even though they signed for the letter. I made numerous calls to them with continuous run around on their part. My full review of this 2018 Buick Enclave Avenir is yet to be made as Ive only had it for a few weeks. However, to say Im completely satisfied out of the box that answer is a big NO. All the technology on this car can be quite confusing and to make that point try and call the OnStar service to find out about those things that are not clear in the manual and theyll put you on hold to go look in the manual. Really, their support people are poorly trained and somewhat useless when you call. No auto rain sensing windshield wipers which even the salesperson didnt know as he tried to convince me that we had them after Id called and had to turn them on and off in a rainstorm wed driven through. Connect 10 Bluetooth devices including your phone yet if youre using another device other than your phone, then your phone wont answer through the car. Hands free on the phone is one of the most important features a car can have for obvious safety reasons. Im still working out what I like and dislike about the car but with a car that costs you over $60,000 youd expect the simple things to be there and to work. On one last thing with Onstar, not sure whether they outsource it or not as have talked to a few who I cant even understand other than not being able to answer simple questions. Its a comfortable ride, quiet and great space when third row seats down but many other cars have that and the above problems not there. Just a bit disappointed.

It has plenty of space for my bulky car seats and wider passengers! Good trunk space too. Car seat and groceries fit, a big win in this moms book! I have a 2006 Buick Lucerne, purchased new and maintained regularly at GM dealership as per the maintenance manual. Last week of December 2012, a grinding noise was heard. My wife took it in to Highland Dealership in Aurora, ON and she was told after a thorough check up that there was nothing to worry about and she could drive it safely. Four days later, I took the car back to the dealership complaining about the same noise. Later on that day, they called me to let me know that the transmission broke down while they were test driving it.Again, the car was maintained regularly as per the maintenance manual at the GM dealership and they had flushed the transmission at 65K. The transmission broke down at 124K. I have never pulled or towed anything with the car. I was surprised, called in to GM Canada customer service to complain and was told by a manager that regular car maintenance at the dealership means nothing and will not elongate the life of the car. What had happened was an expected mechanical failure and is due to bad luck! Sorry, you are on your own and the dealership that repaired my car gave me an excellent deal and I should be happy. I just could not believe my ears and after all the expensive maintenance as recommended by GM at a GM dealership, it does not elongate the life of a car and GM Buick transmission is made to last only 120K?!

GM should take responsibility for this faulty part and issue a recall. After the local dealership quoted me the price, I call GM corporate to complain. There are thousands of complaints on the 2008/2009 Enclave on several blogs & forums. GM took my complaint and contacted the local dealership and came back with - 30% off the rebuild with 12 month/12,000 mile warranty. Please note the rebuild will ONLY replace the broken parts. All the other OLD parts will not placed back in.

Buick has been a trusted car company since 1904 with the Model N all the way to today with the Enclave. They are a brand I trust and always will. They have all the latest tech for any modern person from Bluetooth capabilities to on board navigation. It everything someone high tech would need and it runs smooth and gets you exactly where you want to go without problems. It seats my whole family of 6. My partner drives, Im in the passenger seat, my parent in the back with the two kids. They all fit snuggly. Oh and uncle Gerald and aunt Millie fit in the trunk quite nicely if needed and they have no qualms about it.

Stalling and not starting of 97 buick lesabre - I have watched the recalls
Stalling and not starting of 97 buick lesabre - I have watched the recalls and saw that they go back as far as my year but not the model. My one owner 97 was purchased from a Buick dealership 3 yrs ago with only approx.117,000 miles. I figured was going to last until I quit driving as Im 66. In the first 5 miles I drove, the check engine light came on. My sister who got the car for me was adamant it was fine when she drove home and dew places trying it out. She had to have them replace the battery before she got it. We took to a garage where the gas cap was replaced and the man said that was probably all it was. Light went off till filled up next day to return back to me home...right back on, was running fine so ignored it, drove 225 miles home. About 2 months later after having auto parts house check codes went off. Stayed about 1 month. The next time came on, different code showed up. Had towed in to shop after wouldnt start and they kept 2 days, said couldnt find anything wrong. Week later stranded me a second time ..so after waiting about 20 min it started up. Got home...son looked, checked all wires etc...said didnt see a problem. I drove back 225 miles. Back in July, got there - had to have water pump replaced and the air quit working on. Hi fan only works on med. Now for 3 yrs I have had nothing but problems. Replaced starter because after having to bump start to try get going, it went out. Wires plugs all small stud trying to fix, nothing has worked. The car cut completely off while going down highway at 55, 6 months after got it. Now happens about once every few weeks, nothing works at all. Cant steer and so afraid someone will hit me trying to get off road. This car is only transportation I have and on fixed income. Cant afford another one, still owe my sister about 1000 dollars on it. She pd $3500.00 at Buick dealership in Statesville N.C for it. She just recently had to replace thermostat and needs serpentine belt which I have but not on yet. The other thing is the not starting when you drive. Make a stop or 2 then wont crank....have to wait at least 12 - 15 min. Sometimes you get lucky and it started. Most of time you have a cycle 1st try 12 min....2nd, wait 15 - 20 more min, then wait full 20 min again. Usually 3rd time after waiting up to as much as an hour she cranks...but has had to be let sit in yard at home for several hours before will start. This is serious and needs to be addressed, this car is dangerous and needs to be on the switch problem recall. Im at my wits end with nothing to fix it with. Yes it was a used car but supposedly according to your dealership was a heck of a car. Nothing but worry and problems, since Ive had it Im stuck. Please help me before I become one of your GM statistics.

Buick has always had a shape with the way the cars body lines are and the interior is a lot of the same as well with them all and they all have the same steering. Its a older car but still my favorite and includes bluetooth radio and remote for the radio as well. It also includes sunroof and bigger engine a 455 big block. You can add a lot of things to the cars. They have a lot customizable features and can even change the sunroof style. 4 people is good enough. Its a family car. It can do anything you need to do with your average size family and has somewhat good gas mileage as well.

I really enjoy my car. It is really wonderful, works well, and gets everything done. It was quite easy to pick out. Buick is wonderful because they care about their customers and will help you find the car that meets all of your needs. I have a radio, television, and air bags in the front and back seats of my car. These came with a family plan that was no extra charge, just for safety. I found this to be really awesome and convenient since I have children and am generally transporting kids from school and such so it helps. Also, I got an upgraded sunroof for the summertime and it works amazing! It opens automatically with a small button that I have in the drivers seat so I dont have to fiddle with the roof while I am driving when I am in need of fresh air. And I love that this car has so much room and space for my family, kids, and even friends of friends of friends! Everyone can fit and we can carpool.

Couldnt see to drive. Luckily there was room to pull off highway or possible accident. Restarted car and lights came back on! GM needs to step up and make these cars better or there will be a huge lawsuit.

I purchased my 2014 Buick Verano in November 2014 and now have almost 7,500 miles on the car. I just love it, I have noticed like a previous comment about the transmission shifting. I asked the dealership and their response was, this is normal and if I was not comfortable or felt unsafe, they would take a look at it for me. I just love my new car and I had many GM vehicles in the past and will continue to purchase GM products in the future. I love the design inside and out. GM has a best-seller here with the Buick Verano. I just cant get over that they should have thought of this car earlier. Keep up the great work GM.

I purchased a 2011 Buick Regal November 2011. Since that time I have been working with Sapaughs Service department to clear away problems that are causing my dissatisfaction, namely the performance of said vehicle. My greatest complaint is the near stall affect or the delayed response to acceleration and when it decides to respond it will jerk so bad that I am repositioned in my seat. I want a smooth operation. The experience of driving the said vehicle is not pleasant. I am convinced the service department at Sapaugh Motors does not know the cause of the said problem. For all those people out there that are having, or have had, bad experiences with the replacement of Window Regulators, there is a better way. $400.00 per is a joke. The regulators (Including Motor) cost less than $80.00 on eBay. They are fairly easy to replace with a few simple tools (and with the help of Youtube.com video) or for as little as $50.00 per at your small local garage repair shop, for cash (Not sure what I am RATING to get this to post).

I am told that this could affect the operation of the front airbags. Its as if the problem was caused by the sun. but his car has always been garage kept. The car was pruchased brand new from Perrine Buic / GMC of Cranbury, NJ.I dont feel that we should have to pay for this repair. It is a manufacturers defect and there should be a recall. There are many different kinds of Buicks. Personally I like the less compact and smaller kind, but theres something for everyone. Buick has continued to make many different and great models of cars. The variety is my favorite thing about them, honestly. The appearance is one of my favorite things, too. The look of the car is what first made me want it. It was the perfect color and the perfect size, my ideal car. Its a very roomy car. Big enough for my Great Dane and my very petite friend. I would recommend it to a friend or somebody car shopping. Buick park avenue - I really didnt have any trouble with this model especially the engine started right up even during the winter. It was the body it would rust out. The appearance of this model was very pleasing. The size was good if you didnt want a truck or SUV. When I say size I was able to transport at least six people and they were comfortable and this model has all the things that you would look for: air conditioning, heat, seat are adjustable, low on gas, large truck. The new models had a much better appearance on the inside and outside but also had the things that makes it a Buick. They kept like good mileage, able to seat more passengers, plus up to date things like Wi-Fi, rear view backup. I have a large family 4 children of my own and thirteen grandchildren and sometimes I had to pick up a whole family and get them where they need to be.

The first time it came on, it turned out that it needed a new timing chain and 4 new valves. The second time it came on, the fuel injectors needed to be cleaned. One of my first cars was a Buick so buying another I was confident with the brand. The style and comfort was above expectation. The engine and handling was on point. My only complaint was the blindspot. But the outside style was sleek, sporty and looked of luxury and classic lines with just enough of toughness. The wheels looked and were an upgrade to your standard style too. The heated leather interior was on point but is hot in the summer and my pupper slide around on the seats. Wow the legroom in the back seat was amazing. Im short so of course it worked for me but my 63 husband fit comfortably as well. Plenty of leg & head room.

Im not a mechanic specialist but how it is possible that 2 different brand new cars are exactly giving the same problem? It means that the manufacturer it is using a very low quality batteries on their cars to reduce their costs. I was thinking to buy a Lacrosse again but I will think it three. You are able to add custom rims and tint to make it your own as well as navigation and DVD capabilities. Heated seats are also an awesome customizable option. I dont know how well those guys have road tested the 2011 Lacrosse v6 with the 18 wheels before they put it into production, but I can tell you they did not do a good job. I am one of the unlucky owners of the 2011 Lacrosse and I am completely disappointed with this supposed luxury vehicle. The main culprit is the terrible road noise coming from the wheels. On any surface that is slightly rougher than completely smooth asphalt, the noise is very excessive. We compared the road noise with a 2002 very used Nissan Altima and found noise in the Lacrosse to be much worse. Especially on any metal junctions, such as the bridges and overpasses, and on rough cement or asphalt surfaces, the tires sound as though someone was hitting the vehicle with a hammer on the metal joints and there is that overwhelming low frequency noise like a plane flying in close proximity on gravel and other rough surfaces. The tire noise is the same on all the 2011 Lacrosses with the 18 rims. The other problem is the exhaust. The two mufflers sound like a boom box at very low rpms. We plugged one up to test where the noise comes from and found the car 50% quieter. Apparently the other muffler is just for the looks and does not serve the purpose that it was designed for; that is, muffling the noise. I did not have a chance to see if you did anything about the tire noise on the 2012 models, but I did see that they did something with the exhaust system. I am a dissatisfied owner and will most likely never buy any GM product again. I have contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but to no avail. I only wanted them to put the17 wheels on, which are much better suited for this type of vehicle. I hope no one else gets fooled like me. I have read many reports by the owners on the web, I guess they must be deaf.

Frustrated and disappointed owner of a 2010 Buick Enclave CXL with 86,000.0
Frustrated and disappointed owner of a 2010 Buick Enclave CXL with 86,000.00 miles. I cannot begin to describe how awful my experience with Buick and this Enclave has been. Ive owned this vehicle for 3 years bought it used at 30,000 miles with full maintenance records including tune ups and oil changes. Since Ive had the vehicle I have experienced the following: I have been left stranded on the freeway 4 times with 3 small children ranging from ages 3 months of age to 5 years of age with the same recurring issue Reduced engine power. I kid you not, the vehicle begins to fail locks up and then shuts off. I cant begin to describe how incredibly dangerous and frightful that experience is of having your vehicle shut off on you while traveling at 50-70 miles an hour with small children in the vehicle. And to make matters worse its out of warranty so I have paid over 13,000.00 in repairs alone. At least once a year our beloved family car shuts off and leaves us stranded in an incredibly dangerous situation and all Buick can say is we are sorry, you have had such a negative experience with this vehicle. Maybe its just a bad batch, lets offer you a newer model. As delightful as that sounds its not something I cant afford to do when I have paid you in full for a vehicle that doesnt work. And these vehicles are not cheap. Yes its a beautiful vehicle and has great features such as on star, blue tooth, heated leather seats, full 3rd row, towing capabilities, wood trim and all the other bells and whistles but Ive spent more money than any consumer needs to pay for a newer vehicle with low mileage. Since May of 2013 Ive had the following issues, power steering failure, reduced engine power (yearly occurrence), replacing a water pump twice, fuel injectors twice and transmission issues and those AC failing on one side of the vehicle. My biggest concerns are Safety and Reliability, your vehicles are not safe. I am proof of that and I have all the towing documents and dealership repair receipts to prove it. When you hear Oh my goodness, you are all lucky to be alive from your own Buick service technicians and other customers when explaining to them why your car is not working and why you were walking in from a ride on a small and uncomfortable tow truck with 3, yes 3 small children in car seats... you might just want to reach out to your customer and offer them a replacement or reimbursement. This is not how I would handle my business, this is not the type of poor service or experience any customer should endure, especially a client who has been loyal and understanding and paid their vehicle on full. I hope this helps other very frustrated consumers like myself who do not plan on remaining silent while companies like Buick continue to make money and make mistakes that might one day cost us our lives.

And I have kids so it must be dependable. Ive owned 2 now and when I bought my last one I wanted the security package.

Broke down while traveling. First dealer replaced a warranty battery which I had to pay for because the dealer I bought it from did not provide the proper info according to service manager. Was told it was ok. Drove 200 miles had same problem. Drove to closest Buick dealer, paid for another diagnostic. Was told it was ok. Drove 40 miles, same problem. Drove back to same dealer was told what the problem was. Same as the first diagnostic from OnStar. Had to order part. Finally repaired and drove home. Had to deal with Delco direct to get a partial refund for the battery.

I purchased a Buick LaCrosse Flex Fuel vehicle and have been having issues with my fuel system since using E85 gas. I was told that I could use regular gas or E85 because its Flex Fuel. I had my fuel pump replaced, had to have my fuel drained, lines cleaned and because of the E85 gas I used Im still having issues. The dealership advised me not to use E85 again. GM has a bulletin out since Jan. 30, 2017 saying E85 is damaging these vehicles but REFUSED to help me when I filed a complaint. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM GM. They will not back up their product ESPECIALLY since this is a mistake on their part! I will be contacting legal help concerning this matter.

I bought a 1995 Buick Regal Custom with a 145000 on it from my neighbor. It was his granddaughters. A few people owned it before her. I guess they never used the locks. I used the remote to lock and unlock the doors. After a few weeks I was locked out of my car. It kept making a clicking sound. The key would not even unlock it then. This went on for an hour before I could finally open the door. Then after that on another day my husband, my 5 yr old grandson and myself pulled into our driveway I hit the lock button in the car to unlock the doors so we could exit the vehicle. No such luck. The clicking noise started again. We sat in the car for an hour, still could not get out of the vehicle. I called my son who lives 20 minutes away, we drove to his house listening to the clicking in the doors all the way to his house. After we arrived we still could not exit the car until he disconnected the auto lock. After that, I figured everything was good to go. Guess what, I locked the drivers side door manually, my husband locked his door the front passenger door manually and I locked the back doors manually. When we made it back home we could not get out of the car. We manually unlocked our front doors but they were not unlocked. I had to take my door key, put it in the lock on the outside of door and unlock it while I was still sitting in the drivers seat. After I got out of the car I had to unlock the passenger door. The back doors unlock from the inside but not the front doors. I had called Buick. A Foreigner told me since I bought the car used and for how old it is, she could not help me. That it was not under warranty. I told her if I ever get stuck in this vehicle from a wreck, fire, etc. There will be a big lawsuit. I have never in my life had a car that would lock me out of it or in it. I never lock the doors while I am in it. But when I park it at home or out shopping I lock the doors. This car should of been recalled years ago. Is there someone that can help me with this problem.

I was very happy with my purchase of my Buick. It has a variety features that were pleasing to me. Great mileage, interior, tires and great on gas. The Buick was a blue color, four door car, great rims, black interior leather with great stereo and speaker system, not loud, or clanky, no rust. Overall a great lasting car. Its upgrade included the very best of technology, everything is computerized and functions at its best at all given times. At least six passengers can ride in my vehicle. We all fit nice and comfortable and have enough seat room and seat belts for every passenger.

My Buick has great passenger room and trunk space. I had ample room to get laid and you could easily fit 4 bodies in the trunk and plenty of leg room also. Wasnt a fan on the bench seat. It had the premium stereo, the acoustics were great. I was surprised at how good it sounded and liked it. It was great. I ended up with the Buick as the result of necessity. I didnt seek it out thinking it would help me score some tale. I didnt personalize anything. I suppose I couldve gone to a dealership and seen if there was any way we could help make the car not look like it was owned by someone named Gladys. They only make a few and I would like for Buick to make a real comeback. They are a high end automaker who has watched their sales dwindle for years. Its time for a rebirth.

Buick have lots of different models to choose from, from SUVs to smaller cars and all are quality vehicles. Ive bought Buick my entire adult life. The car has a very sleek look. Ive even had some people argue with me about it being a Buick. They truly stand out among other cars and I couldnt be happier with the way it looks. The power windows and Bluetooth capability is a huge bonus. As a businessman who is on the way home a lot it allows me to continue discussing things while Im on the road. It seats 5 people comfortably. I recently took a road trip for work with some coworkers and we all traveled comfortably in the car.

We bought our 2013 Buick Regal brand new from Castle Buick in North Riverside IL. We purchased the car thinking the 4 cyl. engine would be more economical than our Chevy V6 cyl. Impala. The Buick 4 cyl. has yet to come even close to the E.P.A. mileage ratings and after 60000 miles still cant touch the overall mileage of the Impala V6. At 32000 miles we had to replace right rear wheel bearings and a engine pulley that turns the pumps. Which the dealer Castle Buick replaced under warranty. Then a few thousand miles later the wheel bearing went out again. The dealer replaced the bearing for real this time under warranty. Now 69000 miles the engine pulley went out again and the dealer claims its out of Warranty even for the one they replaced at 36000 miles 20 months later and charged us $443.00. Very disappointed in the Buick Regal and Castle Buick. Ill think twice about another Buick. Honda here I come.

We purchased this car from a Toyota dealer. As the story goes. AS IS. It has a warranty from Buick but I have a sick feeling this is not going to go well... 16k spent on the car and now Im stuck taking it to hope it can be fixed. Meanwhile my reliable car is gone so now Im going to have to rent a car... I will update when I find out what Im told. Anyone else have a shake, shudder feeling when driving?

I purchased a 2011 Buick Lacrosse in 2012, brand new in 2013. It began having electrical issues and as of this date has gone through 5 batteries. There have been numerous issues with computer sensors, air conditioning and overheating engine power. This vehicle has left my wife stranded on 2 occasions and on others it had to be towed to the dealership for repairs. I made Buick corp office aware of this ongoing issues back in 2013 and as of this date they advise that there is nothing they can do. Prior to the warranty expiring it experienced 1 cylinder failure and now after said warranty its experienced another cylinder failure. It only has 40k miles. This s the worst vehicle Ive ever owned. I will never purchase another GM product again. They do not stand behind their products. Buyer beware.

I purchased a Buick LaCrosse. The vehicle is very good on fuel and is extremely comfortable to drive and ride. The heating and air conditioning adjust the comfort in the car very quickly when left outside. The aerodynamics make the car look very sleek. Powered moonroof has a net to protect from pests when open. I have never seen that on any other vehicle. Then I adjusted the grill cover for online that was custom made. Very comfortable seating for 4 adults. On a few occasions I attempted 5, but there was limited leg room in the back.

They have a wide variety of all sizes of cars and SUVs which is nice to have a selection to choose from. And they all ride really nice as well even the bigger models. I really liked the appearance of their SUVs. They did not look big and bulky like some of the SUVs that offer a lot of room. I also like how easily accessible all the features were, and they were all easily reachable for the driver. I got my Buick used so it was mostly standard features and not upgraded or personalized. But there is a wide variety of options to choose from if you want to upgrade and personalize the vehicles. I loved how roomy the Rendezvous was. Each passenger had more than enough space and mine sat 5 very comfortably, because I didnt have the third row seating. If I was to buy new I would definitely upgrade too!

First of all, we were lied to by the sales person. The dealership in Cleveland, TN. We were informed I could get a sunroof installed for $695.00. We chose the Buick Verano we have because of that fact. There was another Buick Verano at the dealership we would have chosen had we known the actual cost of the sunroof was DOUBLE what the sales lady told us. The dealership owner refused to honor this and she had no concern for her employees lying to us. Her overall presentation was not a good one at all. I forwarded my concern to BUICK and GM without any success whatsoever. ABOUT THE CAR. This is not buyers remorse. The car has a HORRIBLE odor inside that air freshener does not work on. The side windows fog up except on warm sunny days. The steering wheel radio channel changer does not function. The automatic climate control only works for the air conditioning. You can feel the car change every gear upon take off and slowing down. The passenger seat sometimes slides when the car is moving - it doesnt seem to lock into position very well. The back windshield needs a wiper because of the slant. Dust and rain obstruct the rear view at times. I had such high hopes. I am 48 years old and I have only owned two new cars in my lifetime thus far. The first was a Chevrolet Cavalier which eventually got repossessed because I had to spend so much money to keep it running. I only had it for 2 years before they took it. I was 22 years old then. The car was under warranty but the things that kept tearing up were not I was told by the dealership. Now another GM product with liars and what I feel to be a terrible car. Fortunately I dont have a car payment and it cannot be repossessed this time. I gave this car to my cousin to drive and I now own a new Honda Accord that I really like. I am PRO AMERICAN and bought a Buick for that fact and for the first time in my life I am ashamed to be an American because our businesses have no morals. From the dealership to the company. How they stay in business I will never know. However, I can promise you that my partner and I will never buy another GM product.

I own a 2012 GMC Enclave and I have the same problem with the timing chain. The problem is not with the timing chain but rather with the motor. Every model of GMC auto that has this motor has the same problem. After several conversations with the executive customer service department I came to the conclusion that they will not acknowledge this problem unless we force them to. If everyone that has experienced this problem begin by writing unto their state consumer protection dept we can begin to put pressure on the company to acknowledge the problem. If this does not work then there are other steps we can take.

I have owned my Rainier for 4 1/12 years and have recently had issues with the air suspension system. As I drive or when it’s parked, the vehicles rear end drops, which causes headaches and stomach pain from the bouncing around as I drive. I have researched this issue and found numerous complaints with the same issue. I have taken very good care of the vehicle, and feel that Buick/GM should cover the costs of the repair, since this is a default/defect in the manufacturing of the vehicle and no fault of my own.
