2026 Buick Envision

The 2026 Buick Envision is a premium compact SUV that blends comfortable ride quality, refined interior appointments, modern technology, and everyday usability into a versatile package. Positioned between smaller subcompact models and larger three-row SUVs in Buick’s lineup, the Envision is aimed at buyers who want a well-rounded vehicle with a touch of upscale character without stepping into the higher price ranges of larger luxury SUVs.

The Envision appeals especially to individuals or small families who need a stylish, comfortable, and capable SUV for commuting, weekend trips, and daily errands.

Design & Exterior Identity

The 2026 Buick Envision presents a modern and refined SUV exterior:

Balanced proportions: A compact yet confident stance makes the Envision feel agile in urban environments while still substantial on open roads.

Elegant styling: Smooth body lines, a cohesive front fascia, and streamlined detailing convey a premium aesthetic without aggressive sportiness.

Distinctive lighting cues: Sleek headlights and taillights contribute to a contemporary appearance, signaling a blend of sophistication and modern design.

Refined presence: Exterior accents and thoughtful trim elements emphasize visual polish over flashiness.

Overall, the Envision’s exterior conveys understated refinement — an SUV that looks modern and upscale without drawing excessive attention.

Powertrain & Performance

The 2026 Buick Envision is powered by a responsive and user-friendly engine setup:

Turbocharged engine: A turbocharged gasoline engine delivers confident acceleration suitable for city driving, merging onto highways, and everyday use, with smooth power delivery and accessible torque.

Automatic transmission: A refined automatic transmission supports seamless shifts that enhance comfort and ease of driving.

Drive options: Standard front-wheel drive provides efficient operation in typical conditions, while available all-wheel drive enhances traction and stability in rain, light snow, or uneven road surfaces.

The Envision’s performance tuning is focused on smooth, predictable, and comfortable acceleration, rather than sport-focused handling.

Driving Dynamics & Handling

The 2026 Buick Envision emphasizes comfort and confidence in its driving behavior:

Ride comfort: Suspension tuning prioritizes a smooth, composed ride that absorbs bumps and road imperfections, making daily commutes and longer trips more comfortable.

Steering feel: Steering is calibrated for ease of use in everyday driving, offering stable responsiveness without overly sharp handling.

Composed stability: The chassis maintains composure during highway travel and through moderate cornering, providing reassurance without sportiness.

All-weather confidence: With available all-wheel drive, the Envision offers improved traction and confidence in varied weather conditions, such as rain and light snow.

The driving experience is intended to feel relaxing and secure, rather than aggressively dynamic.

Interior Comfort & Practicality

Inside, the 2026 Buick Envision delivers comfortable seating and thoughtful design:

Supportive seating: Well-cushioned seats with available heating and ventilation features make passengers comfortable across short trips and longer journeys.

Premium materials: Soft-touch surfaces, refined upholstery, and tasteful trim detail enhance the cabin’s upscale feel.

Spacious layout: Passenger room in both the front and rear seats is generous for a compact SUV, accommodating adults comfortably.

Cargo flexibility: A practical rear cargo area provides space for groceries, luggage, and daily gear; seats fold to expand cargo capacity when needed.

The interior balances comfort and versatility, making the Envision suitable for passengers and cargo alike.

Technology & Connectivity

The 2026 Envision integrates modern technology features to enhance convenience and ease of use:

Driver information display: A clear instrument cluster provides essential vehicle data including speed, navigation cues, and system status.

Central infotainment system: A responsive touchscreen controls navigation, audio media, climate settings, and vehicle functions through intuitive menus.

Smartphone integration: Wireless connectivity allows effortless access to calls, messaging, music, maps, and apps.

Passenger amenities: Connectivity options help make longer trips more enjoyable for both front and rear seat occupants.

Technology in the Envision is designed to support everyday usability and connected lifestyles.

Safety & Driver Assistance

The 2026 Buick Envision includes a suite of safety and driver support systems aimed at enhancing confidence and reducing fatigue:

Adaptive cruise control: Helps maintain speed and safe following distance on highways.

Lane-keeping support: Aids stability and lane centering on sustained drives.

Automatic emergency braking: Provides mitigation support during sudden deceleration scenarios.

Blind-spot monitoring: Enhances awareness when changing lanes or in dense traffic.

Safety systems are thoughtfully calibrated to assist smoothly and reliably.

Strengths of the 2026 Buick Envision

Comfort-oriented ride: Suspension and cabin tuning deliver a comfortable and composed experience.

Refined interior: Quality materials and design accents create a premium feel for passengers.

Balanced performance: A responsive engine and smooth automatic transmission support everyday driving tasks.

Practical utility: Spacious seating and flexible cargo space accommodate daily life and travel needs.

Modern technology suite: Digital displays and connectivity features support convenience and engagement.

Trade-offs & Considerations

Not performance-oriented: The Envision prioritizes comfort and ease of use, rather than sporty dynamics or aggressive handling.

Fuel economy: Like many compact SUVs, real-world fuel consumption will vary based on driving style and conditions.

Cargo and interior space: While practical for its class, cargo and passenger room are more modest compared with larger SUVs.

Ride firmness on rough roads: Although tuned for comfort, larger bumps and rough pavement can remind occupants of its SUV underpinnings.

Who the 2026 Buick Envision Is Best For

The 2026 Buick Envision is ideal for drivers who:

Want a premium compact SUV that feels refined, comfortable, and easy to live with.

Appreciate modern connectivity and safety technology in an everyday vehicle.

Seek a vehicle that is confident in city traffic and composed on highways.

Value comfortable seating and a refined interior for passengers and driver alike.

Prefer a balanced blend of comfort, convenience, and practical utility over outright sportiness.

Bottom Line

The 2026 Buick Envision delivers a well-rounded compact luxury SUV experience with an emphasis on comfort, refinement, and modern technology. Its combination of comfortable ride quality, quality materials, thoughtful features, and practical cargo space makes it a compelling choice for buyers who want an SUV that feels confident in daily life, comfortable on longer trips, and welcoming for passengers and driver alike. Whether used for commuting, errands, or weekend travel, the Envision stands out as a refined, capable, and enjoyable choice in the compact luxury SUV segment.

My husband purchased the Buick LaCrosse 2011, and most every time, I get out of the passenger side of the car, I hit my knee on the part of the dashboard that points out. I have so many injuries to my left knee, I cant tell you. Soon, as it heals up a little, I go in my husbands car, and hit it again. I tried adjusting the height and distance of the seat, but I dont want the seat to be way back, or someone adjusts it, and I forget to push it far back. I have never had anything like this with any car I was in, ever. I have a real dislike for this car, and I want him to give it back. I would like to know if anyone else has this problem with this car design.

Bought my 2017 Buick Cascada new and had no problems until June 29, 2019. Since then nothing but problems. Four attempts to repair at one dealership between June 30 and the middle of July. The dealership claimed they fixed/replaced crank shaft and can shaft three times and the issues were unrelated. Returned car to me leaking oil. Second dealership has had car since first week of August with turbo part 30 to 60 days out. GMC representative informed me that’s a parts issue not theirs and since they plan to repair it they are upholding their end of the deal. I thought the deal was a quality car?!?? Apparently the deal is provide bare minimum and expect consumer to be happy. I expected more from Buick. Should have stuck with Nissan. Less flash but a lot more reliable!

I my a 2015 Buick Enclave. Even though dealerships have asked me to trade in for new model, she is such a beauty. Im gonna keep her as long as I can. She sits nicely in the road, which is to say that she owns her space. Her interior from interior night lighting to leather seats are wonderful. She is a big girl so it does take her a few seconds to hitch up her skirt for quick move, but when she does you know that she is gone. My husband gave her to me as a Valentines gift. What a WONDERFUL Valentines day present she has been. I go in the garage sometimes just to look at her and possible think of somewhere to take her. LOL

Buick is the only vehicle we trust. I like my Buick Century custom. Its a great family vehicle and very perfect for my family. It has big trunk space great for a stroller or wheelchair. Its very spacious. It has a lot of foot space and arm space. The kids have a decent amount of arm space so you dont have to worry about them hitting each other. It also has child locks on both back doors and it rides smooth. Buick has amazing looks to it with its pearly white paint. Its a comfy ride and my kids love it and so does my husband. The car was given to us for a baby shower gift and we love it. Buick can do anything to this vehicle. They can personalize anything you want from paint jobs to new speakers and radio. From rims, tires, steering wheels and led lights to basically anything. If you ask they will do it.

Been fighting Buick for 4 months to get them to reimburse me for known fuel system issues just because I didn’t take to Buick dealer (I don’t trust the Buick dealership in the town where the car wouldn’t start). Ridiculous how bad the communication has been! Family has been loyal Buick family for over 60 years but we will never own another Buick and we will discourage any family members or friends from ever purchasing a Buick!

I love the Encore and the convertible Cascada which is an awesome car but Im sure its insurance will be really high. It has great handling thats both quiet and smooth. I love the color which is a beautiful chocolate brown and they have very sleek designs and styles, leather seating and are now more stylish instead of the older style bodies. I choose leather interior with heated seats, rear view camera, Sirius XM radio and as always, I absolutely had to have my OnStar. No exceptions!! The seats are extremely comfortable. Being that the ride is quiet, my passengers never have a complaint. Roomy, spacious and plenty of seating for me and the kids.

There are several models of Buick including models from luxurious to very economical and from small to large. The distinct look of the buick vehicles can be identified by an emblem containing four objects and four or five openings on both sides of the hood which covers the engine compartment. There are also a lot of upgrade and personalization options available including types of engines and body styles and safety features. Many of the features that come standard are tire pressure checks, compass indicators and radios. In my Buick Lucerne it is difficult to get three passengers in the front seat because of the console between the driver seat and the passenger seat, but there is ample room for 3 people in the back seat and there is a very large luggage compartment.

I really enjoy my car. It is really wonderful, works well, and gets everything done. It was quite easy to pick out. Buick is wonderful because they care about their customers and will help you find the car that meets all of your needs. I have a radio, television, and air bags in the front and back seats of my car. These came with a family plan that was no extra charge, just for safety. I found this to be really awesome and convenient since I have children and am generally transporting kids from school and such so it helps. Also, I got an upgraded sunroof for the summertime and it works amazing! It opens automatically with a small button that I have in the drivers seat so I dont have to fiddle with the roof while I am driving when I am in need of fresh air. And I love that this car has so much room and space for my family, kids, and even friends of friends of friends! Everyone can fit and we can carpool.

This 2010 Buick Enclave CXL has been a problem from start, its had the steering system changed, the front end changed, water pump, thermostat, wiper motor, ignition key security system failed, motor mounts, the A/C went out, navigation failed, radiator and fans replaced, etc. I have had more problems with this vehicle in 6 years than I did with a 12 year old Infiniti. And its still not working right, thats why I went out and purchased another Infiniti, I was going to buy another GM Yukon Denali but not after going through so much headaches. And recently I have the engine idle is working rough almost stalling, warning that engine power has been reduced, and the other day the engine would not shut off after taking key out of ignition, its like if it were possessed. This is a definition of lemon. Wont recommend this vehicle to anyone.

Its a good value for the money! Its a pretty casual looking car. Its beige, and isnt very flashy at all. It is roomy, and it would make a great family car. Overall, its an attractive looking ride! It can be upgraded and personalized, but really not all that much. Its pretty much what you see is what you get! It is a very spacious family car. Its leg/set room is its number one feature. It is great for people who are tall! Everyone is my family has long legs, so its a great fit!

First of all the six cylinder engine in this car is killing my pockets, it eats gas like you would never believe. When turning the steering wheel all the way it cracks as if somethings going to break, the door slam loud noise like cheap car. When car door is open theres no signal lighting to let oncoming cars know that your door is open, transmission stays in same gear too long before changing to second gear. Very cheaply made luxury car. Not worth the money. No way. Im getting paint chips in front and sides of this car, Im leasing this car and I wish that I never got involved with this particular car 2017 Buick Enclave. Bad deal. Very bad deal, also when you first pull the car out it sounds like somethings loose or mud flapping from the tires, I dont know what thats all about but like I said very cheap luxury car. They really ** up this one. I really want to get out of this lease right now if possible.

This car is meeting all my needs. It is just the right size, sit high up and not too large but big enough and lots of colors to choose from. I like that it has on Star and XM radio. However, the back windshield wiper does not lift up to get the glass totally clean and this really bothers me a lot. They need to figure a way to fix this issue. But other than that, the Buick Encore was the most comfortable car I test drove. It also easily seats five people comfortably. It handles well in all types of weather and is good on gas.

I love that my car can climb my hill ridden terrain and still get phenomenal gas mileage. The car has a wonderful sound system and Bluetooth connectivity, too. Also, the car is extremely roomy. I had just bought a 2019 Buick Encore 7 months ago. Last week I was in a head on collision that saved myself along with the other four passages in my car. I selected this car for several reason, but one main reason was because of its safety. At the time of the head on collision all 8 or 9 airbags deployed immediately which saved all of our life’s along with wearing our seatbelts. My Buick was so beautiful inside and out and if I ever have the chance to buy me another one I will. We all were so blessed to be alive after the hard impact from the other car. Looking at my car after the accident one would wonder if the driver or passenger survived. We all had some bruising, cuts, and some loss of hearing out of my right ear, but my beautiful 2019 Buick Encore saved our life’s that day. It’s because of my Buick we are all living today. I wanted to thank the Buick people for my life.

I own a 1998 Buick Skylark. The vehicle had 24,000 miles on it when I purchased it. It now has 117,000 miles on it. Two years ago, while I was driving the car, it just stopped on me. I was told that a camshaft was broken and that it would be easier to have the engine replaced instead of trying to fix the camshaft. I kept the vehicle maintained on a regular basis. I replaced at least 3 water pumps, 3 intake manifold gaskets, 2 EGR Valves, as well as other repairs. I didnt find out about the Dex-Cool recall until 2009 when the car stopped running. This explains why I had to replace water pumps, intake gaskets, and EGR valves so frequently. Is there any help for people like myself who cant afford to keep sinking money into cars in which the Dex-Cool product caused other problems?I am without an automobile. I had the vehicle towed to a repair shop to have an engine installed but finding an engine with low mileage is next to impossible. The cost for a used engine with over 200,000 miles was $1,700. A rebuilt engine will cost $2,800. The blue book value of the vehicle is around $1,900 if its in excellent condition. The junk yard will probably give me about $100. The body of the car is in excellent condition. I have looked for used vehicles in the $1,500 to 3,000 price range and the mileage is considerably higher than the mileage on my vehicle or the vehicles history in general is in question or both.

For the past 8 months, I have only been able to drive my Buick for 2 weeks at a time without having serious issues. The engine light will come on and I get the following error messages: reduced engine power, max speed 32 mph, traction control off, service StabiliTrak. The first time this happened, I was on the interstate driving 75 mph! Since the end of July, I have had my car in for service multiple times at several different service centers. It has now been at Todd Wenzel Dealership in Davison, MI since January 6th (today is March 22nd), with no diagnosis. Today I was told they cannot diagnose it until the vehicle gets worse and that I should drive it until another symptom develops! They said since they cannot replicate the problem, they dont deem the car unsafe to drive.I have kept records that detail the issues I have been having and the attempts that have been made to fix it. If I did not still owe $12,000 I would have gotten rid of this car by now. I have been told: Total customer satisfaction is important at Buick. If this is truly the case, then Buick/GM should step up and make this right: either figure out the problem and fix it, or give me a replacement vehicle worth what I still owe. This is just not ok and I am at my wits end.

The heating and air conditioning adjust the comfort in the car very quickly when left outside. The aerodynamics make the car look very sleek. Powered moonroof has a net to protect from pests when open. I have never seen that on any other vehicle. Then I adjusted the grill cover for online that was custom made. Very comfortable seating for 4 adults. On a few occasions I attempted 5, but there was limited leg room in the back.

I went looking for a different type of car. As I looked I saw several of this brand and they all seemed comfortable. And yet they were fuel efficient. I have found it to be both. It is not as sleek as I would like but that is due more to the age of the car than to the workmanship. I overall like the style and appearance of this type of car. I have electric doors and automatic locks are not present but that is due to age of the vehicle. This vehicle will seat 6 people comfortably which was great. Yet if there are only 2 people it is comfortable and effective than I thought it would be. It is good that it has child proof doors.

I purchased my 2011 Buick Regal CXL Turbo October 2013. There has been multiple issues with this car, ALL electrical. The signals and headlights continues to blow and I had to change my battery twice in 2 years. I really like the idea of purchasing an American made car but this car is going to bankrupt me. I am now dealing with a blown fuse. GM had really failed with this vehicle. I ran into a lady with this make/model vehicle and she is experiencing the same issues. GM really needs to be held responsible for this. I have all of my receipts for service and with this vehicle, something has to be done!

My 2011 Buick LaCrosse was the first (and last) Buick I have owned. The car is really attractive (on the surface) but has been a nightmare of mechanical and technical issues since the first day. On the day I picked it up it was raining really heavily and the windshield kept fogging up so badly that I couldnt see where I was going. Come to find out there was a recall on this, but the dealer didnt fix it before delivering the car. Within a week the drivers seat started to make this loud squeaking sound whenever I drove around a corner. After a half dozen attempts the seat has still never been fixed. Then the engine light started coming one every few weeks. This was supposed to be because of some software issue, but everything they fixed it never lasted and a few weeks later the light was back on. After 4 trips to the dealer it was finally resolved... I think. The transmission slips whenever I take off going up a hill, the front end has never been aligned correctly and the car drifts to the left, the paint is peeling off the rear bumper sensors, the transmissions makes a whining sound every time it shifts from 3rd to 4th gear and the list goes on and on. The dealer has been completely worthless in trying to fix any of these issues. Buick sent their regional manager down to my dealer to tell me the drivers seat squeaks because Im too fat. I weigh 195lbs which is not skinny, but Ive seen the other people who drive Buicks and they are not skinny either. Buicks customer service line has been completely worthless as well. Their solution was to offer me free oil changes for the life of my car... Wow! How about standing behind the car and fixing the problems? Ive been a lifelong GM customer (mostly Chevrolet) but have to say after this experience I dont think Ill make that mistake again.

Initially you would be blown away. Its so luxurious and comfy inside. Great features. Seems high end. STOP! Dont let that fool you like it did me. Dont believe my review. Just google complaints with Buick Enclaves and thousands of consumers have the same complaints as me. The transmission and powertrain needed to be replaced. Was stuck on highway out of town several times with transmission, powertrain, and StabiliTrak problems. The SUV decelerated to less than 10mph many times on the road... DANGEROUS. That check engine light stayed on. I took it to many many mechanics who could not fix it. Buick wants you to pay to just replace the whole thing... thousands of dollars. If I didnt have an initial extended warranty I wouldve been out $3k when it 1st happened on natl highway. The wave plate needed to be replaced then. The valves and hoses constantly break and leak and need replacing. I have spent thousands out of pocket as a teacher and single momma. This car is a money pit! Beautiful, spacious. Comfy, but you will never be able to relax! Passenger airbag light is on and rear backup alert is on. The airbag alone in a passenger seat 800. For what you pay for the luxury car, you might as well drive a cheap car that gives you no problems. GMC wont recall these terrible engine and transmission problems either though they know about it and many consumers complain about it. Rip off. They should spank themselves! They deserve 1 star.

There are a variety of models such as the LaCrosse and another is a LeSabre but my car was a Skylark. It was a used car and my first car so I was happy to have it. It didnt have any dents or bangs in it, it ran good and the paint job on it was good, too. I only have one kid, so there was always room, a nice back seat and it was quite roomy. I think all Buicks have nice roomy cars and can hold as many as 6 people. But it was stolen so I really didnt get a chance to update it.

My 2015 Buick Encores engine blew at 40,000 miles on Christmas eve. It is all under warranty. Theyre replacing the engine and that took a few weeks for the Buick dealer to get because there were problems getting the correct engine from GM. Then, when they installed it, it had a wrong part. The dealer had been trying to get that part from GM for weeks but no idea when they will get it. The dealer asked me to help by calling Buick Customer Service to escalate the problem of getting parts to the dealer. I have left messages every other day for over a week now and twice requesting a Supervisor but I still havent received a response from Buick. My car has been at the dealer a month and a half now, I have no car, no loaner, and still no response from Buick customer care. I recommend choosing a car made by a different company because what good is a warranty when they cant get parts to fix your car and nobody cares enough to return a phone call. Not a good company.

The car I own is an suv that has performed very well over the few years I have owned it. They offer automatic transmission, keyless entry, and push to start. I enjoyed their other features as well, such as power reclining seats and leather seats. You can purchase leather seating, and much more. I bought the 4G LTE Wifi which I use for business. It is very reliable and worth the extra money. They offer plenty of room and many ways to make extra space for added passengers. My sedan is very roomy and has no issues as far as space goes.

Buick had some great options in the car including power steering windows and brakes solid am/fm stereo and cassette as well as safety features which could come in handy. First of all, we were lied to by the sales person. The dealership in Cleveland, TN. We were informed I could get a sunroof installed for $695.00. We chose the Buick Verano we have because of that fact. There was another Buick Verano at the dealership we would have chosen had we known the actual cost of the sunroof was DOUBLE what the sales lady told us. The dealership owner refused to honor this and she had no concern for her employees lying to us. Her overall presentation was not a good one at all. I forwarded my concern to BUICK and GM without any success whatsoever. ABOUT THE CAR. This is not buyers remorse. The car has a HORRIBLE odor inside that air freshener does not work on. The side windows fog up except on warm sunny days. The steering wheel radio channel changer does not function. The automatic climate control only works for the air conditioning. You can feel the car change every gear upon take off and slowing down. The passenger seat sometimes slides when the car is moving - it doesnt seem to lock into position very well. The back windshield needs a wiper because of the slant. Dust and rain obstruct the rear view at times. I had such high hopes. I am 48 years old and I have only owned two new cars in my lifetime thus far. The first was a Chevrolet Cavalier which eventually got repossessed because I had to spend so much money to keep it running. I only had it for 2 years before they took it. I was 22 years old then. The car was under warranty but the things that kept tearing up were not I was told by the dealership. Now another GM product with liars and what I feel to be a terrible car. Fortunately I dont have a car payment and it cannot be repossessed this time. I gave this car to my cousin to drive and I now own a new Honda Accord that I really like. I am PRO AMERICAN and bought a Buick for that fact and for the first time in my life I am ashamed to be an American because our businesses have no morals. From the dealership to the company. How they stay in business I will never know. However, I can promise you that my partner and I will never buy another GM product.

Buick park avenue - I really didnt have any trouble with this model especially the engine started right up even during the winter. It was the body it would rust out. The appearance of this model was very pleasing. The size was good if you didnt want a truck or SUV. When I say size I was able to transport at least six people and they were comfortable and this model has all the things that you would look for: air conditioning, heat, seat are adjustable, low on gas, large truck. The new models had a much better appearance on the inside and outside but also had the things that makes it a Buick. They kept like good mileage, able to seat more passengers, plus up to date things like Wi-Fi, rear view backup. I have a large family 4 children of my own and thirteen grandchildren and sometimes I had to pick up a whole family and get them where they need to be.

I just purchased a 1995 Lesabre for basically nothing so I cant complain much, but the problems Im facing is about 5 minutes after I first crank the car, it suddenly dies. It cranks right back up but the Security light comes on and about ten minutes after that, the engine light comes up. It seems to run better after the engine light comes on, which I figured is the computer trying to correct something that is wrong. Other than that the steering is super noisy, which is expected out of a 20 year old car. I love the way the car rides, its super smooth and runs great other than the problems Ive listed. The car is a 3800 with around 220k miles on it.

Oct. 27, 2014 - agreed to buy a 2014 Buick LaCrosse, model Leather using a trade-in low mileage 2004 Buick LaSabre Limited. The sales person provided the normal sales pitch, but neglected to tell us the car he was selling to us have been used as a loaner to folks who brought their car into the dealership for service (it had 5,654 miles on it). By the time we found this out, we had already made up our minds, the car we just took out for a test drive was the one we wanted. This was just before the dealership was to lock up for the Labor Day weekend, and we were supposed to come back the day after Labor Day and complete the transaction, which we did.Day after Labor Day - after completing the paper work to buy the car, we left with the new car. After about a week or two of use, we felt the car rode very rough, and more like a truck than a car. Unfortunately, we had to leave town until after the Christmas Holiday season, so we let the situation go until after the first of the year. Sometime in January 2015, I started writing emails directly to GM. GM responded first by having me take the car in for a check-up to be sure it didnt have a problem, which it did not in their eyes. It then instructed the dealer to contact me to see what could be done.Feb. 25, 2015 - the dealership did ask us to come in, and I met with the sales manager who turned us over to the sales person who sold us the initial car. Since I had been told they would not change the tires, I asked what it would cost to give them the car back in turn for buying the same car, but move up one year and one model (i.e. buy a 2015 Buick LaCrosse model Premium) with a better suspension system. The sales person took what seemed to be an hour, and came back with a figure of $14,141.31 in addition to the $37,050 we had already paid (including my trade-in). To that we said no way and left the dealership. Feeling there was no way we could receive any kind of justification from the dealership, we left. This was 2/25/2015, and we stopped trying to get them to do something ever since. The car is a nice car, but it still rides rough! Even with a tire reduction in air pressure! We just flat-out gave up! Hereafter, after owning a Buick over 20 years and thinking very highly of it, I doubt seriously if I will ever buy another or even a GM car in the future!

My mother bought this 2008 Buick Enclave CXL with every possible option for $44,000. 75-year-old female driver only, always maintained, never abused. At 45K miles, she gave the car to me. 45-year-old male, perfect driving record, & preventative maintenance freak. At 48K miles, the transmission began slipping at various times & in various gears. Took it straight to dealer, the warranty was expired 6 months ago due to time, not mileage. The dealer charged me $212 to tell me the tranny was slipping (knew that). Said it would cost me $1,200 just to drop it & diagnose. Suggested I go with a GM rebuilt for $4,800. They said Buick would not help me with repairs or discount the parts, even with only 48K miles. I took it a couple blocks down the road for a $3,000 rebuilt tranny with a 1-year warranty. The bottom line is this was my last try with an American car. I have owned 10 vehicles: 4 Toyotas, 1 Nissan, 3 GM, and 2 Dodge. I still have 1 of the Toyotas with 94K miles & never a problem. I have never gotten to 75K on any of the American cars without major tranny or engine trouble. The opposite with the foreign brands, never any major trouble. Call it luck, I call it obvious & have finally learned my lesson. I will stay with Toyota for life.

I can fill my car up with about 40 dollars and it lasts me through the week, and thats with going back and forth to work. I can be in the middle of nowhere and the radio picks up great. They have a Bluetooth option to connect your phone, so its hands-free. The ac and heat does me wonders. It heats up and cools down in an instant. Also, the seats are easy to manage. Overall this car has the very best qualities. Over the years, Buicks have changed in its performance and its technology. It makes everything easy to handle and I feel safer having this vehicle while my kids are in the car. Every car has its own unique style that can be suited for anyone. While Toyotas are excellent vehicles, my family has always been pretty loyal to the General Motors line of vehicles. This is the second Buick I have had, and if this one is as good as the first I had, Ill be driving it for a long time. Its a good looking car, and is extremely comfortable to ride in as a driver or passenger. The Lucerne has interior features that are what I use a lot, other than Bluetooth. I could do without that. The interior is leather, with wood accents. It also has the standard AM/FM radio with a CD player. Moreover I really enjoy the air conditioning, as I had no air conditioning in my 84 Camaro, other than windows and t-tops wide open. I purchased a used 2006 Buick Lacrosse in August 2014. It had just under 32,000 miles on it. With so few miles on it I thought it would be like driving a new car. I took it for a very short test drive and bought it. What a mistake. All the lights on the dash go dim, off and on all the time. Also, this week in the space around the odometer I get the message ice. Also, with the heater and air conditioner, it pauses if you change the settings at all. Ive never had this happen with any car Ive ever owned. The comfort level of this Buick is terrible. When you go over a manhole cover, brick road, railroad track, or uneven pavement, you feel every little bump. I also dont like the fact that the windows are so much smaller than all my previous Buicks. If I were to ever need to crawl out of one it would be impossible as they sit much higher up than in the other Buicks Ive owned. When I am merging onto the highway I really have to punch the gas to get up to speed. With my Park Avenue and LeSabre I could just push a little harder on the gas and be at speed very quickly. The gas mileage on this car is also terrible. Im lucky to get 20 to 21 mpg in town and 26 to 27 on the highway. With the Park Avenue I got 26 to 28 in town and 38 on the highway. If you have any walking problems and lean against this car, you can hear the molding move. This car is like being in a tin can. This will be the last Buick I ever buy.

Now that I know that the Buick Rendezvous is a money pit, I am certain that the dealer does not care about the quality and reliability of the cars it produces. I have sunk nearly 8,000 dollars into a 2002 Buick Rendezvous because I was locked into a car note and could not afford another car. Sad day when you want to buy American but the product is subpar to competitors. Not only that most of the owners of these cars dont even know that they will never be able to go more than 3 months without an expensive repair of some type, be it transmission, hub bearings, differential, cooling and heating, relays, window motors, power steering, etc., it goes on and on. I will never buy another Buick and hope others will take the time to research the product before they purchase this money pit. I love American products, I wish that the producers loved us enough to produce something that wont bankrupt you, or at least pretend you are listening. Is it possible a company as large as GM cannot ship said part immediately? Further, Jim **, Dealer of Orchard Park NY should return my calls and at least let me know of progress or lack thereof.

I have a 1998 Buick Regal GS. Ive owned it for 10 years. There was a recall to address a valve cover gasket that allowed oil to leak on to hot exhaust causing fires. The gasket was fixed. The car continues to leak oil onto the exhaust and the catalytic converter. Also the car cuts out when the turn signal is used. It restarts. But when it cuts out, power steering and brakes are inoperative. Many Buicks and GM vehicles do the same according to the NHTSA complaints. Why is there no recall? This is why people buy Japanese. We were told not to park the car in the garage or close to the house.

2010 buick enclave - After just 4 and a half years, the paint on the heater knobs are chipping off. I take extra care of my car, and for this to happen after the warranty expires is disappointing. The peeling paint on the dashboard buttons makes my $48,000 car look cheap. Oh wait, it is cheap. Buick Dealership cant fix this and have basically told me too bad. I will not buy another Buick product.

My Buick has issues with my coolant. I had to install a water pump and a new thermostat was installed. Now they tell me my motor mount is broken. Also one day my 2006 Buick Lucerne would not shift out of park. I take it to the dealer and they tell me I need a shifter assembly. This is starting to be very costly. I did some research and a lot of people have these same problems. How would I file a complaint directly to GM.

There is a wide variety of cars manufactured by Buick to suit everybodys needs. Some for safety, some for technology and some for sporty. I owned a Buick Lasabre as my first car and that thing lasted me over 10 years plus what it lasted the person I got it from. Buicks are durable, long lasting cars. Also, the appearance is just beautiful. Its sleek and smooth yet tough. Its sexy like a woman yet strong like a man. They have upgraded their safety features and their technology features. You can pretty much make your own car now, haha. The capacity is whatever you want it to be. All you have to do is tell them what you want in a car and consider it done.

The Color is nice and has chrome on the side mirror, the tag plate and dashboard. I had upgrades but strip seats in. I also asked them to put a cover in the trunk so I dont sharched and chrome on the wheels and tint on the windows. It is really nice to ride around in. I have a big family and we go on road trips and everyone is just fine in the car and there is a lot of head room and leg room and a lot of trunk space.

My 2014 Buick LaCrosse has been in service with the dealership on 3 occasions for a total of 12 calendar days to attempt repair on my lack of reception and static on the FM radio stations. General Motors claims that it is due to obstructions and obstacles in the market. I have driven 6 other vehicles without any problem and work with an additional 75 co-workers that do not have any issue with FM reception. The odd part is I live in Scottsdale, AZ where there are no tall buildings, obstacles, perfect weather, no trees or bugs. Im not sure what obstructions they feel we have in Scottsdale.

There is nothing to complain about the 2005 Buick Century. Its a good looking 4-door sedan with seats that are comfortable. It rides smooth too. The car has always been dependable and ready to go when I am. Maintenance is minimal and has safe airbags. Bought new tires 1 year ago. It also starts readily in 30 below 0 weather. Moreover, it has a sleek appearance, black interior, electric seats and windows, and color tan. It has very roomy trunk space that is more than adequate. Can open trunk from inside as well. Lastly, heater and air conditioning work excellent.

I have been arguing with customer relations about the brakes being incorrect on this car for at least 6 months. The brakes are smaller than what was suppose to be on the car as advertised by Buick. I went to replace the fronts and the pads on the car are smaller than the OEM replacements and it turns out I had to buy standard Lucerne pads. Then I had the rears replaced. OEM for the car dont match. Had to hunt and search and buy 2001 La Sabre pads. The car has 98k on it and uses a quart of oil every thousand miles. Cant get a dealership to diagnose it. The transmission has erratic shift and flare ups. Dealer cant diagnose it. If it doesnt have a trouble code, it doesnt have a problem is what Im told. The door trim is delaminating. Some of the pieces replaced before for the same problem. Oh its out of warranty. The wheels clear coat is coming off and these were replaced once under warranty for the same problem but its out of warranty.

No one contacted me even though they signed for the letter. I made numerous calls to them with continuous run around on their part. I have already had to have part of the seat belt replaced once and it is still something wrong with it. You would think they would care about safety issue but it is apparent they dont care. They just tell me to take the car back to the dealership and wait. I like my car overall but after the lack of care from the Customer Assistance Center, have second thoughts. I am not asking them to fix the radio or an optional feature. It is a law to wear seat belt while driving motor vehicle.

I owned a 2010 Buick Lacrosse Touring with less than 55,000 miles that was diagnosed as having a serious lower engine problem and malfunctioning transmission by a GMC/Buick dealership here in St Louis, MO. All but $1000 of the $4000 repair bill was covered by the 5 year drivetrain warranty. So I sold it at a big loss and found a 2012 Lacrosse Touring with low miles because my wife insisted on buying an American car. Guess what people, same problem. Bad engine and transmission. My engine sounds like its ready to quit any minute and my transmission revs up to 1500 RPMs to shift gears. Its my experience and opinion that the Buick company officers should be held accountable for blatant fraud.

2011 Buick Regal Turbo - I love, love my car! However, 2 weeks after purchase it was in the dealership with noise issues. My timing belt was replaced at 34k miles! Then my front and rear bumpers were peeling. Those got repainted, took 2 weeks at the dealership. Silver trim around both outside windows were oxidizing! Replaced. Then the headliner started sagging in the middle of sunroof. Couldnt fix, so headliner was replaced. Im not complaining since this was all covered under warranty, Im just tired if dealing with it! I want to enjoy my car. Now there is a chirping noise when my a/c is on and I put it in reverse and accelerate. Dealership doesnt know. They thought it was the alternator, and replaced it! I own a 2012 GMC Enclave and I have the same problem with the timing chain. The problem is not with the timing chain but rather with the motor. Every model of GMC auto that has this motor has the same problem. After several conversations with the executive customer service department I came to the conclusion that they will not acknowledge this problem unless we force them to. If everyone that has experienced this problem begin by writing unto their state consumer protection dept we can begin to put pressure on the company to acknowledge the problem. If this does not work then there are other steps we can take.

I purchased a brand new 2016 Buick Encore end of August. I had issues with the car when driving under 40 mph where it would appear to cut out or shift hard. I had researched and found where other people had the issue and it went away a few thousand miles. Then in November at 3500 miles, it happened going down the highway at 50 mph and threw me forward in the car. Then once coming to a stop, I was unable to move in reverse, it made an awful sound and would not move. It would still go in drive but again cut out heavily. The car was towed to the dealer for repair.I am now told that the tool needed to repair my transmission was just ordered last week, over two weeks of having my car, that the tool would not be received until the end of December or first part of January. I am disappointed that GM would not approve for a complete transmission replacement as opposed to repair. I purchased the car loaded with every feature and I am most upset how long I am being deprived from the car.

I bought a 2010 Buick LaCrosse from Ewing Buick Plano, TX on 12/29/2010 off
I bought a 2010 Buick LaCrosse from Ewing Buick Plano, TX on 12/29/2010 off the showroom floor. Not being told that this car was in an accident totaling $5600.00 on 10/09/2009 on the right side of the car, 2 doors and front fender was replaced. I have located the body shop manager that was there at the time and he remembers the car and what happened to it. The owner of Ewing Buick loaned this car to his housekeeper to clean his house and his mother’s house at the time. She was in an alleyway and a homeowner came out of his driveway not seeing her and hit the LaCrosse on the passenger side. The car was repaired at Ewing Buick and then back out on showroom floor to sell. When I walked into Ewing Buick on 12/29/10 to buy a car, Rosemary was my sales representative, a very nice person. She did tell us, my husband and me, that the car had a dent on the front bumper, but it was fixed so they would take off a $1000.00 for that. Also, she had Randy, the finance officer, to come in and tell me about the dent on the bumper also. I guess to make sure I was aware of it. My husband and I both said that Rosemary told us about it. I asked how it happened and the excuse given to us was that the car was being cleaned up and the porter did not realize he had hit the post. My husband and I did not think anything about it because they fixed the bumper. But this is a far cry from the wreck that really happened on 10/09/2009 that we were not told about. We found all this out because I was in an accident on 10/20/2011 this year. I was pinned inside this car for 45 minutes because the doors would not unlock. I had to be cut out of this car with the jaws of live. After I got out of the car everyone was surprised the air bags did not come out on the driver’s seat. I had the car taken to Ewing Buick for repairs because that is where I bought it from. About 3 weeks into fixing the car, we got a call from our insurance company telling us this car was in another wreck on 10/ 2009 we told them no because we had bought this car off the show room floor on 12/29/2009. Allstate pulled the VIN and said that it was in another wreck totaling $5600.00. My accident cost about $ 7700.00, replacing 2 doors and back fender on the left side of the car. I went to Ewing Buick on 12/28/2011 to talk to them about the wreck on 10/09/2009 and the General Manager was rude and said that they did tell me and my husband about the wreck. So I am now asking for General Motors to look into this dealership and how it is being run. They did not tell us about the wreck in 2009. I have now contacted Rosemary and she is willing to help us and tell that we were not told about this wreck at anytime. Also, I have Michael, the ex body shop manager, to tell everything about this car also. All I want is for Ewing Buick to make this right. I will get a lawyer if I need to and I will also have Channel 8 and 5 to do a little more on looking into this also if I need to. We are coming to them because we have always bought their cars and would want to continue.

My car ran fine from 2016-2019 - I barely drove it. It had 40,000 miles on it after 3 years and since I take the train to work and the car was inexpensive and seemed to run well, I figured why not take over the lease. As soon as I did, the turbo boost failed. So I brought it to the dealership and they fixed it. When I got it back, the ENGINE EXPLODED. After having it towed to the dealership, they told me that it was irreparable. When I asked Buick for help, they said that there was sludge in the engine which must mean I never changed the oil, which is patent nonsense – how would I pass inspection three years in a row with an unmaintained vehicle? Not to mention I had my service station pull receipts from as many oil changes they could find (7) and sent those as proof but they replied those were written in pencil and so are not valid. That is nonsense. But even still, I dug deeper and found another receipt, an original carbon copy on the yellow paper, typed out. They just ignored that, as they also ignored the OnStar system report showing a robust maintenance history with oil changes at about every 5000 miles. No matter. They closed the case. I still owe $15,000 to GM Financing. Why do they think Im going to pay it? I will get justice and have my credit repaired despite their evil tampering. And I will sue for damages too. And Ive started a Facebook Group for other people who have had problems with (what Ive come to learn) their notoriously awful, neglectful, careless, thoughtless, ignorant, unjust, and bullying customer service. This company should be gutted and replaced with a newer generation of younger executives who understand todays customer as well as the power of social media.**

You had choices of that as well. Leather or cloth. And had I wanted, I could have had the console different. I also added Bluetooth so I could talk hands free. My Regal was very spacious.
