Buick park avenue - I really didnt have any trouble with this model especially the engine started right up even during the winter. It was the body it would rust out. The appearance of this model was very pleasing. The size was good if you didnt want a truck or SUV. When I say size I was able to transport at least six people and they were comfortable and this model has all the things that you would look for: air conditioning, heat, seat are adjustable, low on gas, large truck. The new models had a much better appearance on the inside and outside but also had the things that makes it a Buick. They kept like good mileage, able to seat more passengers, plus up to date things like Wi-Fi, rear view backup. I have a large family 4 children of my own and thirteen grandchildren and sometimes I had to pick up a whole family and get them where they need to be.

While driving, my 2011 Buick Regal CXL suddenly lost acceleration and when I tried to change gears from drive to reverse...nothing! The car would not change gears and if I put my foot on the gas it had power but no acceleration. When I took/towed it to the dealer, after their check, I was told they could not find anything wrong with the transmission, sensors, nothing...except the brakes!I was told I do not drive my car very much, 7000 miles in 13 months, and my brakes pads were sticking causing the sensors to be confused, and the car did not know what gear it was to be in so it stopped. This does not seem possible to me...however, I am not the expert. I do not want to spend $650.00 on an overall brake job and still have the same problem. I definitely do not want to be on the highway and lose control like this, no acceleration and no gears.

The 2007 Buick Lucerne is not much of a car but it rides nice. Has given me very few problems but gets good gas mileage and is great for long trips.

Buick has different interior size of engines, choice of fabric for seats, choice of tires and rim size. There are different ways to purchase and will also offer different warranty packages. They also offer different kinds of sound systems that can be upgraded. Can also upgrade the power of the engine and cylinder size. Will give you braking safety features and anti lock brakes. It has security glass and larger tires. It also has an aerodynamic body and has more room for legs and height room for larger people inside the cabin. It also has trunk space and child seating and plenty of room to move around a little. Can hold six people without sitting on each others lap.

Update 11/21/2019: I did reach out again to GM and again they denied any help. I firmly believe that if word gets out , they did mine, that there will be others banging on their doors with legal representationI was very professional and nice ,I stated ,and not even a percentage ,their response ,we are not changing our decision. Whats upsetting is that this is a known issue. Original review:I ordered a 2011 Buick LaCrosse CXL AWD, it is a loaded vehicle, almost every option, it has and always will be garaged, maintained by buick, it is always clean and washed, waxed, and maintained, looks like brand new. In and out, in early June of 2019, I noticed paint coming off my vehicle in flakes, I luckily have a close friend who has a auto body shop near me, he saw it and was totally surprised to see paint flaking off the vehicle on the left side rear roof area and on the right side rear defroster glass body channel area, the rear glass had to be removed for repaint, headlines dropped, and repaired as necessary, its like new, since the auto body shop my friend owns is very professional.I reached out to General Motors with pictures and a estimate, they denied any repairs due its age, and not even a percentage, buick offered and gave me $100.00 as a service voucher. The vehicle has received many compliments on how it looks and drives, this is my vehicle, my last vehicle, and I maintain it like new. The repairs actually came to $2400.00Funny thing is that it is white, and GM had a problem then on white and silver cars due to the paint flaking off due to improper application of primer, and Mary T Barra had buick executive office reach out to me, which they never did, I reached out to her, and she appeared to read a pre scripted letter on paint, little does she know, I have been around cars for a long time, from Chevrolet, Ford and I recently retired from a BMW dealership after 19.5 years and she is telling me how it is, the problem is, general motors offered nothing, not even a percentage on something that they knew and know was a problem.

We have a 2011 Buick Regal. Its a nice car, but it couldnt make it past 7,000 miles before the check engine light came on three times. The first time it came on, it turned out that it needed a new timing chain and 4 new valves. The second time it came on, the fuel injectors needed to be cleaned. Then, time went by and after five months, the engine light came on for the third time because the car needed a new fuel pump. So far, everything has been fine with the car.

The Regal is a great car. It is good on gas 22 mpg and has great acceleration for a 2 cyl car. It has plenty of room for the front seats. The ride is very comfortable, has a large trunk area, good vision all around.

I was waiting at a signal in my 2015 Buick Enclave, I heard a loud boom. I looked thru the rear view mirror as I heard the sound of the glass shattering then it exploded. The glass exploded into my car, landing on the front seat, mid row seat and on the dashboard. The lady behind me witnessed the whole thing. She said nothing hit my car window as we looked for signs of anything on the ground and in the car. Im so thankful my children (who love the third row) were not in the car.

There are a variety of models such as the LaCrosse and another is a LeSabre but my car was a Skylark. It was a used car and my first car so I was happy to have it. It didnt have any dents or bangs in it, it ran good and the paint job on it was good, too. I only have one kid, so there was always room, a nice back seat and it was quite roomy. I think all Buicks have nice roomy cars and can hold as many as 6 people. But it was stolen so I really didnt get a chance to update it.

Buick has been a trusted car company since 1904 with the Model N all the way to today with the Enclave. They are a brand I trust and always will. They have all the latest tech for any modern person from Bluetooth capabilities to on board navigation. It everything someone high tech would need and it runs smooth and gets you exactly where you want to go without problems. It seats my whole family of 6. My partner drives, Im in the passenger seat, my parent in the back with the two kids. They all fit snuggly. Oh and uncle Gerald and aunt Millie fit in the trunk quite nicely if needed and they have no qualms about it.

Buick Rendezvous 2002 needs to be recalled. This car already broke down with a leak in the intake, with only 58,000 miles. Apparently, this is a known issue with this car! This needs to be recalled!

My car is a small sedan 4 wheel drive with black paint and 35 miles per hours. It comes with little safety features. It is automatic with 35 miles per gallon which is hard to come by. It is part of the 100 series in 2014 but is better than most 2016 models.

I contacted Nimnicht Buick-GMC about a pre-owned vehicle. After a week of email correspondence, phone calls, and online credit applications, I went into the dealership. I only traveled this far away from home because I was advised via email and telephone that I was approved for a car loan with no money down. Once I arrived at the dealership, I was asked for a $500 down payment. I refused to do this as this was not what we had previously agreed upon. As with many auto dealerships, they told me what they thought I wanted to hear to get me to come in. I refuse to make the down payment because I felt I was totally misled for an entire week. Jason ** and Elizabeth ** were the individuals I dealt with. I went to a dealership less than a mile from my home and purchased the vehicle I desired. They will never receive any of my business and as many people as I can spread this to will be turned against them. They should not make a practice of lying to their customers as this is NOT good business.

Initially you would be blown away. Its so luxurious and comfy inside. Great features. Seems high end. STOP! Dont let that fool you like it did me. Dont believe my review. Just google complaints with Buick Enclaves and thousands of consumers have the same complaints as me. The transmission and powertrain needed to be replaced. Was stuck on highway out of town several times with transmission, powertrain, and StabiliTrak problems. The SUV decelerated to less than 10mph many times on the road... DANGEROUS. That check engine light stayed on. I took it to many many mechanics who could not fix it. Buick wants you to pay to just replace the whole thing... thousands of dollars. If I didnt have an initial extended warranty I wouldve been out $3k when it 1st happened on natl highway. The wave plate needed to be replaced then. The valves and hoses constantly break and leak and need replacing. I have spent thousands out of pocket as a teacher and single momma. This car is a money pit! Beautiful, spacious. Comfy, but you will never be able to relax! Passenger airbag light is on and rear backup alert is on. The airbag alone in a passenger seat 800. For what you pay for the luxury car, you might as well drive a cheap car that gives you no problems. GMC wont recall these terrible engine and transmission problems either though they know about it and many consumers complain about it. Rip off. They should spank themselves! They deserve 1 star.

Buick has several classic models that while varied, boast similar wonderful features. Plenty of leg and headroom, which is fantastic and not typical for a man of my height. I love the large, luxurious look of certain Buick models. Its a car that looks great and you know is high quality. Equally as important as the exterior look is the inside. Buick does both perfectly. Seats five people very comfortably. A wide back seat for 3 with plenty of legroom. I can put my seat all the way back and the person behind me still has room to spare. This is one of the main reasons that I love Buick. Buick puts most of what I need in the car already, but a USB port in the dashboard would have been appreciated.

I just purchased a 1995 Lesabre for basically nothing so I cant complain much, but the problems Im facing is about 5 minutes after I first crank the car, it suddenly dies. It cranks right back up but the Security light comes on and about ten minutes after that, the engine light comes up. It seems to run better after the engine light comes on, which I figured is the computer trying to correct something that is wrong. Other than that the steering is super noisy, which is expected out of a 20 year old car. I love the way the car rides, its super smooth and runs great other than the problems Ive listed. The car is a 3800 with around 220k miles on it.

Buick offers every car you can think of. This is my first car and I love it. It has awesome qualities, it gets me to where I need to go. I can fill my car up with about 40 dollars and it lasts me through the week, and thats with going back and forth to work. I can be in the middle of nowhere and the radio picks up great. They have a Bluetooth option to connect your phone, so its hands-free. The ac and heat does me wonders. It heats up and cools down in an instant. Also, the seats are easy to manage. Overall this car has the very best qualities. Over the years, Buicks have changed in its performance and its technology. It makes everything easy to handle and I feel safer having this vehicle while my kids are in the car. Every car has its own unique style that can be suited for anyone. As each year passes by the better they get. It is a trusting brand that you can count on. I have never came across a better quality of car. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a dependable car and looking to save in gas.

Hi I have a Buick Rainer 06. Im on my 3 drivers side door handle with in 2 yrs of owning this SUV. Door handle broke a week after buying it used with 82k on it. Didnt know my back door would have to become my front door. Very unhappy with quality.

Bought my Buick used with over 100,000 miles on the odometer. It had tires and brakes replaced. Have only replaced one rear wheel bearing, other than routine service since. Has been a very good car.

From color to design, each one is a little bit different which made it hard to choose. But I finally did and I love my choice. Buick offers many options from window tint to wheels and rims. There is protective coat on the paint and special stuff to prevent stains inside. It is roomy, has good gas mileage, nice interior and I love the storage area. There is enough room for the whole family as well as baggage and stroller. It is able to fit 7 people total. It’s amazing because I have two kids and I am married so I can also take other kids with me if needed and have plenty of room without squishing people.

First of all the six cylinder engine in this car is killing my pockets, it eats gas like you would never believe. When turning the steering wheel all the way it cracks as if somethings going to break, the door slam loud noise like cheap car. When car door is open theres no signal lighting to let oncoming cars know that your door is open, transmission stays in same gear too long before changing to second gear. Very cheaply made luxury car. Not worth the money. No way. Im getting paint chips in front and sides of this car, Im leasing this car and I wish that I never got involved with this particular car 2017 Buick Enclave. Bad deal. Very bad deal, also when you first pull the car out it sounds like somethings loose or mud flapping from the tires, I dont know what thats all about but like I said very cheap luxury car. They really ** up this one. I really want to get out of this lease right now if possible.

I love my Buick. It has all luxury feature and bells and whistles. I love my back up camera. The color and spaces is amazing, too. Plus having the automatic start in it is even better, especially in the winter months, as well as heated seats. Plus the second row bucket seats too. However, I wish it came with a DVD player and sunroom. Still, I would highly recommend the Buick Enclave to other people. My experience was a great one. Its a nice luxury spacious SUV.

2017 Buick Enclave - 2nd Enclave we have owned. Has dangerous problems with blind spots. Almost 0 visibility on both sides. We had to add spot mirrors on side mirrors. The worst problem is with the Navigation system that Buick is aware of, but is not making any effort to correct. Nav sys will tell you to make a U-turn where there is no place to make a U-turn within 10 miles in the middle of the freeway. Used Nav Sys to get to an appointment, set it for our home address on the way home, told us to take a freeway going south instead of East--would have been in the middle of downtown Los Angeles had we followed the directions.We have contacted Buick - about 3 weeks ago and requested that they buy the automobile back from us and let us get on with our lives. However, we have heard nothing from either GM or the dealer we bought the car from. WILL NEVER OWN ANOTHER GM CAR AS LONG AS I LIVE! Will encourage everyone I know not to buy GM. It is unconscionable that they refuse to even talk with us!!! Dealers service person advised us that the Nav Sys is a problem with this model and there is no indication as to when or if they will have it resolved.

I received a letter from Buick saying that the timing chain on my 2011 Regal could break causing engine damage (Really?). They said I should not take it to the dealership and they would not do anything about it until it broke, so they extended the warranty on the engine. If I am on the interstate doing 70 mph and the chain breaks, the engine stops and I lose steering. That is a really comforting thought. I could get killed or even worse. How long have they been making timing chains? Do they not test components any more? Buick is supposed to be a quality vehicle. What has happened to GM? When I contacted Buick, they were very sympathetic and said they were sorry and hoped nothing happened. Me too.

I purchase my 2017 Buick Verano April 29, 2017 from Hanlee Hilltop Buick in Richmond, CA. The vehicle had under 40 miles on it when I purchase, so I felt that it was a brand new vehicle and with the deal it was great. My problems with the vehicle started in August 2017. I went out to start my vehicle one morning and it would not turn over. All my lights and radio came on when I turned the key. I called roadside service to give me a jump start and the vehicle turned over. I took the vehicle back to the dealership to get looked at and the mechanic stated that nothing wrong with the vehicle. The vehicle started up and I drove off. After that incident my vehicle start acting up again on November 23, 2017.This time the vehicle wouldnt arm and I had to lock it from the inside. November 24, 2017 the vehicle wouldnt start again. So my vehicle was towed to Lehmers Concord Buick since theyre closer to me. Concord stated that they checked my vehicle thoroughly and they couldnt find anything wrong with the vehicle. December 13, 2017 my vehicle would not start, Buick roadside came out and jumpstart my vehicle. So as of right now Im fed up, Im having more problems with this brand new vehicle. The mechanic specialist at the dealership cannot find the issue. Buick roadside service had to come out multiple times to jumpstart my vehicle or tow. Also my neighbors or family members would jump my vehicle.The service department ask me all the time, are you leaving anything on in the vehicle? No, Im not. If I was, its a new vehicle why is it shutting down. I had problem in Feb. 2018, end up getting an jump from a neighbor. My vehicle is still under warranty and Im afraid that they going find whatever is wrong with the vehicle after my warranty has expire. The wouldnt start on June 10, 2018 at a family event after the vehicle sat for five hours. I had to get a jump from a family member. Again, on June 16, 2018 went out to the vehicle after shopping with my daughter for a couple hours and the vehicle wouldnt start. I took the vehicle to Buick on June 18, 2018. They again look at my vehicle thoroughly and reset some things. Vehicle was running good for almost a month.July 13, 2018 about 1140 pm I was leaving an event went to start my vehicle and it wouldnt start. I sat on OnStar for three in half hours to try to get someone to tow the vehicle to Buick in Richmond or Concord. I end in Richmond around 430 am on Saturday and had to catch Uber from Richmond to Antioch. My vehicle was left on the streets cause Buick didnt have no open drop off location with a situation like this nor a drop box for keys. I went back to the dealership Saturday morning about 9 am. I was told that its nothing they can do to my car until Thursday or Friday of the following week. My vehicle would have to stay on the street until Monday morning. As of today Im trying to use the Buick roadside assist to tow my vehicle from the Buick in Richmond to Concord. Thats hassle, I spoke with a young man at Buick roadside and he stated that someone will give me a call within four hours due to my situation. No callback! I called this morning and received a little help, still waiting for the call back about my tow from Richmond to Concord. Im going have to take further action, cause I know Buick most likely not going to let me out of the contract. THIS VEHICLE IS A LEMON!!!

I am driving a 1992 Buick that is undoubtedly one of the finest cars ever made in America. My older brother, an engineer, worked for GM for many years. Hes the source of some of my information, the fact that with proper preventive maintenance, this vehicle is as powerful today as it was when it was produced.

New Buick Verano owned only 2 months - When driving, an RPM hits 15. Starts to shake and makes noises. Also, just tonight driving home and all my light inside and outside turned off. Couldnt see to drive. Luckily there was room to pull off highway or possible accident. Restarted car and lights came back on! GM needs to step up and make these cars better or there will be a huge lawsuit.

Never do anything like this, but if it saves someone going through the pain my family has, it is worth it. DO NOT PURCHASE A BUICK ENCLAVE. We were so proud of ours when we bought it, but have been so disappointed. Nothing but issues. Started with cracked transmission gear (which they DID fix). Then the front end issues began. Popping and rattling in the front end. Took it in and paid to have it fixed. Caused uneven wear on tires and had to replace those (and 17 tires arent cheap). Since then, have had front end done 4X!!! Finally a mechanic friend of the family told me to Google (Buick Enclave front end issues) and could not believe what I found. Evidently there are known issues that Buick has decided NOT to stand behind. Several of the complaints said that their repairs usually lasted 3k-5k miles and then came right back (at $1k-$2.5k a pop). Why do I still have it you ask? Because this issue is so known that the dealers I would like to trade with (definitely not Buick), comment on the issues. Dont take my word for it, Google it for yourselves!

Buick Envision Essence - The perfect size SUV, 4 cylinder so not so peppy. Great gas mileage 28.7 both city and highway combined for my first 15k. Roomy particularly the back seat. Have taken long trips with adult backseat passengers. Also love the blind spot warnings and the complete sunroof. Pricey though. My sticker was 40,543 but bot 15% off. Made in China. Not that many on the road.

We have a 2011 Buick Regal with 60,000 miles. Transmission went this summer. Got that fixed. Now the timing chain is broke. Because the timing chain broke the motor went. The car is an absolute lemon and we are told nothing is covered. I wish I knew how GM could get away with this.

Purchased this 2013 vehicle used in 2015 from GM dealership. Noticed immediately that the airbag warning kept coming on and going off.. When I asked about this, I was told, not a problem. Over the years, other problems are creeping up... All electrical. Car will not start for no apparent reason, (often) battery good, alternator good, starter good, but car just wont start. Ive had more jumps in the last year than I can count. In fact, Im sitting in this car now, waiting for another. Im sooooo disappointed. All I wanted was an American made car, reliable and lasting. I barely have 42k miles on this car and it is difficult for me to express just how truly disappointed I am. Although, in instances such as these, gender doesnt matter, but as a lady, this frightens me.

I had just bought a 2019 Buick Encore 7 months ago. Last week I was in a head on collision that saved myself along with the other four passages in my car. I selected this car for several reason, but one main reason was because of its safety. At the time of the head on collision all 8 or 9 airbags deployed immediately which saved all of our life’s along with wearing our seatbelts. My Buick was so beautiful inside and out and if I ever have the chance to buy me another one I will. We all were so blessed to be alive after the hard impact from the other car. Looking at my car after the accident one would wonder if the driver or passenger survived. We all had some bruising, cuts, and some loss of hearing out of my right ear, but my beautiful 2019 Buick Encore saved our life’s that day. It’s because of my Buick we are all living today. I wanted to thank the Buick people for my life.

I love the Enclave! It’s classy and spacious. I am not a huge fan of the navigation I find it outdated and dinosaur like. But overall I love it. The three row seating is ideal. The sun roof is perfect and has a screen. Heating and cooling could not be any better especially the seats.

In November 2016 we decided to own our new car (Buick Encore). Purchasing a new car is not a decision that I made lightly. I entrusted my family life and safety in Buicks hands, only to discover that they did not have my familys best interest in mind. We got older ones before, however this was the one I liked the best. It is a nice car, but with problems. This car has 2000 miles now and is in the shop for 2 weeks already to be fixed. The problem is that the engine overheated on the way home from school. I had my daughter with me which was so scary and unsafe. I got the car in the shop and they said that the cooling oil and the oil are mixing together which should not happen. They said that this will be a easy fix and the car will be good to go again in 2 weeks. 2 weeks have passed and I get a phone call from the shop that said that they need more time because some of the parts did not come yet. He ordered couple of pages of parts and will take more time. I am concerned for my safety and my family safety that this car with a couple of pages of parts being replaced and the engine being taken down... This NEW car will not function as a new car ever again. I wanted a new car for safety and comfort which I lost in the moment that all this happened. My experience with Buick Encore is not even close to comfort and safety and I dont feel safe to even try to take it back home. What I wanted and still want is a new car.

Car stalls and the crash light suddenly goes off, but Ive not crashed.

I purchased my 2012 Buick Verano when Buick introduced the new series in 2012. It was fairly loaded with many options and I have to say I thoroughly enjoyed that car. However I did have several manufacturer issues. In the first 2 years I had to 1. Force dealership to replace windshield because there was literally a full hand print within the windshield (during manufacturing someone touched either the glass or the safety plastic thats inside before glass was finished or fused together. It was right in my line of sight. Dealership went round and round finally they admitted they could see the issue and agreed to replace under warranty. 2. Rear window replaced. A strip in the heating element stopped working. Dealership had nerve to ask me if I could live with it... REALLY?? Its unset warranty of course I want it replaced. The factory paint job was sub par. I didnt realize it at first but it became obvious quickly. The bottom part of rear wheel wells behind where you catch ask the runoff and splash from tires started fading right away. Hood, bumper, roof all chipped way too easily... Regardless of these things I loved the Verano. It was totaled in an accident in 2015. I immediately bought a 2015 Verano. This one was way better, loved the build in wifi/ 4G LTE. It also came with advanced safety features and improved touchscreen infotainment.Only had 1 flaw that I didnt even realize. When I had it at a different dealership for oil change, I was going to buy touch up paint. The service manager was looking at my car and noticed few spots not quite right. Turned out after they flew someone from their GM headquarters out to Portland Oregon. He confirmed that my car was one of a select batch that had defective paint jobs. So they put me in a loaner for almost 3 weeks and my Verano had to be completely repainted. Since they contract that out, I was lucky enough to get a way better paint job than manufacturer. So as of just 2 months ago I finally got the car I always wanted but its usually way too expensive for my taste lol. I saw a 2014 Buick LaCrosse fully loaded and a premium pearl diamond paint job heads up display. This car was $47, 000 brand new. It was a one owner lease and had incredibly low miles on it. It still looked and smelled new. They were selling it for $21.000. I didnt hesitate I knew it wouldnt last long.. So far Im in heaven with my LaCrosse. I really cant find anything wrong with it. Its powerful, very quiet, feels sporty as well as elegant and comfortable... FINGERS CROSSED! So, obviously Ive had opportunity to change brands but I really do like Buick. I had never driven or owned one before 2012. Unless Buick introduces another great model I really want. I may most likely change to a different look and feel. I hope this helps anyone with questions or doubts.

Buick is the best out there. Its luxurious, beautiful and has many colors to choose from. The seats, especially the Captains chair is so comfortable I would have no problem sleeping in it. And I have kids so it must be dependable. Ive owned 2 now and when I bought my last one I wanted the security package.

I purchased a brand new 2021 Buick Encore GX AWD just back in February 27th, 2021 with 12 miles on it at signing. As of May 14th, 2021 it has been at the Belleville, IL Cardinal Buick dealership shop due to a check engine light that occurred that day. After 5 days theyve yet to call me to tell me whats going on nor how long it will take to fix or replace. I only drove 960 miles and filled the tank twice since I got it. The car upon starting made a rumbly sound shaking the left side of the car violently and the check engine light went on immediately after. Not to mention the car was sounding like a 20 year old car a few weeks prior to that but no light ever went on for that reason. I never even had that car running above 3,000rpm so its not like I was abusing it.I figure it was just because its a 3 cylinder. It sounds like a rattling can after starting it. Way too loud for a new car. I noticed there was a bolt missing on the turbo block which when I checked to see if anything liquid was leaking under the hood from the rumble. The shocks and struts are terrible, too. You go over a slight asphalt repair in the road at 10 miles per hour and youre glad you got a seat belt on. Imagine what its like on the highway. They also sold me one with a flawed paint job with poorly done spot touch ups. Theres a huge scratch that looks like some moron scratched it with a key or snow scrapper by the driver-side rear window and a huge notch by the hood like a mechanic dropped a tool on it. Why a mechanic would be under the hood of an unpurchased car with 12 miles on it is something to wonder. Makes me think some previous test driver messed it up and they tried to fix it.I didnt see any of this when I test drove it due to the dealership holding us hostage there for 8 hours with our credit credentials. By the time we actually got to test drive, it was already getting dark. This is a common theme for this dealership I later found out. I asked if they could give me a replacement when I took it in to have it looked at and they said they cant because its already financed. Translation: We know we sold you trash, that we tried to mask a previously damaged car as new that we failed to report to carfax or authorities, and were not taking it back because that admits guilt and we can be legally liable and subject to possible civil or criminal charges punishable by fines or imprisonment. They didnt even give me a loaner car while its being in their shop.Im stuck paying $25,000 on this overpriced garbage thanks to the useless Lemon Law of Illinois because it has to break a certain number of times in a 12 month period. New cars shouldnt be failing at all...period. If it breaks early on that means somebody at the factory didnt do something right and theres obviously more problems lying in wait soon due to lack of quality control. I dont want it back. I only made two payments on it and it failed. I dont trust any of their products or dealerships now. Maybe I can sell it to an art museum if Im stuck with it. Buick does not have too many models, which might be a good thing, since you dont get confused. And the models cover most of what you really need. It was white and actually the biggest car I have ever driven. The interior is pretty roomy with three sets of safe belt in front seat, so I guess it can take three people. Never seen this in other cars. It is a sedan holding six people. This is the only car I have seen with such high capacity. Although maybe you need some pretty slim passengers.

2012 LaCrosse - Heating/Cooling issues on the driver side... i.e. air conditioning on in the car, heat blasting out of driver side. Touch screen no longer works. Clear coat has failed in several spots. I have detailed cars for 25 plus years and I keep my cars paint protected better than most and I have 6 locations on the bumper where the clear coat has peeled off, and now a new 2 inch piece of clear coat missing on the driver side front fender.

For all those people out there that are having, or have had, bad experiences with the replacement of Window Regulators, there is a better way. $400.00 per is a joke. The regulators (Including Motor) cost less than $80.00 on eBay. They are fairly easy to replace with a few simple tools (and with the help of Youtube.com video) or for as little as $50.00 per at your small local garage repair shop, for cash (Not sure what I am RATING to get this to post).

Buick makes luxury sedans, suvs, and other vehicles. They are top of the line and I was very satisfied with my purchase. The car I own is an suv that has performed very well over the few years I have owned it. They offer automatic transmission, keyless entry, and push to start. I enjoyed their other features as well, such as power reclining seats and leather seats. You can purchase leather seating, and much more. I bought the 4G LTE Wifi which I use for business. It is very reliable and worth the extra money. They offer plenty of room and many ways to make extra space for added passengers. My sedan is very roomy and has no issues as far as space goes.

Bought a used 2012 Buick Enclave with just 60k miles on it. I was told it was a great safe family vehicle (by sales associate). 3 days after purchase the #2 injector failed and stranded us. We brought it back to dealership and they took it to Buick hall and had it repaired. A week later we were stranded again for the same issue (reduced power, smoking, fumes in car, stabilitrak alert all the same symptoms). This time we took it back to Buick hall and they said it was just an injector misfire, refused to replace it. We asked about recalls and they said there were none. A few weeks later all the same things happened and we called them. They wanted 200 to test fuel system, knowing we knew what the issue was, then said if it was in fact the injectors again its eight hundred per faulty injector. I have NEVER had so many issues with a vehicle in my life. We are a single income household with four young boys, we cant afford to shell out all this money and now we are stuck in an unsafe lemon that has stranded my family on the side up the road for this same issue several times since. Total of 6 months weve had this LEMON!!!

With Buick, you can have a sunroof put in, remote start, security alarm, leather seats, Bose stereo and speakers, always worth the money. DVD and CD player with USB attachments are installed too. The smooth lines of the body, the distance in the lights, without leather also, stereo, surrounding sound, feels like it had a lot of room when riding passengers. I can take myself, my mother, three other grown adults and have so much leg room to stretch out, you dont feel like youre squished, on top of each other. Park Avenue had more of a luxury feel to it, nice leather, drives easily, comfortable, feels great on the road, feels like youre in your chair at home. Definitely recommended.

Be driving down the road and the radio just stops playing and the touch screen will not work, dont know what to do. Called the dealership waiting to see if its covered.

They are amazing cars, they look amazing and they ride great. We are very happy with our purchase. They have a great look inside and out, very beautiful paint colors. I love the features of them. 2014 Buick Regal GS - First, the good about the car. It has a really nice ride and the 4 cyl turbo has plenty of power, and I come from owning vehicles with over 400 horsepower (only because I want a vehicle to do what I want it to do when I need it to do it). The Regal is nimble, agile, and comfortable even on long drives. Sound system is ok (underpowered) and I have the premium bose system (actually every option available).The bad… After about 6 months, the dash started squeaking (for lack of a better term) and rattling and I found that the trim ring around the instrument cluster is seemingly just pressed in, therefore the two plastic pieces hit each other at certain vibration thresholds. Also the center console below the radio and controls is pressed in, probably using some kind of sticky tape that is not very sticky, and it squeaks, ANNOYINGLY.The Gracenote audio software seems to take everything available in the usb, sd card, and smartphone audio inventory and initializes it each and every startup because if you play music from say the phone, then get out of the car, say to shop for a few, then get back in, it cant remember where you were at. So many pain in the ** things with the implementation of the interface that I cant believe it was actually released to the public. Seems like it was developed in a vacuum, meaning without any input from people that use media devices. A child could have tested these things. I also added about 150 lbs of batting in different areas of the car (hollow spots). Youd be amazed at what GM calls soundproofing or sound dampening.The Regal, while it looks nice and there are several other nice things I could say about it, such as whoever designed the exterior and specd the wheels and tires as well as the ground clearance in the front (so you dont rip off very expensive plastic underneath the car when parking) did a good job, also the steering wheel is a great improvement over the 2013… Anyway, one of my real concerns with quite a few cars is that it is 2015 and we still have vehicles that have chrome in either the WRONG place, or angled poorly and at certain times of the day, practically blind anyone in the front seats. This isnt just for short periods of time, say when the sun is directly overhead, or at exactly 6pm pst in the bay area California, no, this is most of the day. It was so bad I removed mine, shift trim and painted it.Follow up pics for my review showing the materials used to dampen sound in the Regal cabin. Just a small example, there are several others. Look at the little accordion style batting used in what is a very large space inside the rear trunk covers.

Many of the features that come standard are tire pressure checks, compass indicators and radios. In my Buick Lucerne it is difficult to get three passengers in the front seat because of the console between the driver seat and the passenger seat, but there is ample room for 3 people in the back seat and there is a very large luggage compartment.

I have a 2004 Buick Rainier, the gear shift is hard to get out of park. Also, the thermostat reads too far on the cold side which is making my check engine light come on. A couple of days ago, a maintenance brake system light came on. I thought Buick were supposed to be reliable.

The wide selection of new colors and new styles made my decisions so much easier. The dealership sales people were extremely helpful and this made my shopping experience a great joy. Over the years Buick was really stepped up the overall look and design of their vehicles, and the new looks are extremely stylish and great looking. We can sit 6 people comfortable in my car. There is plenty of leg room and head room and no one is crammed up. The trunk space is wider and deeper and gives me the ability to put more in there.

I have a 2001 Buick Regal and is okay but it have its kinks. Not worth the money and need to be cheaper. Have dashboard gas gauge don’t work. On many it don’t work. Mileage display goes out on most of seen. Hard to fix the issue without getting charge a high mechanic bill.

I purchased a 2007 Buick Lucerne for my mother. The car has had some issues. I currently am deployed to Afghanistan. Now, the car is making noise from the transmission, a suspected plastic plate on the flex plate between the torque converter and flex plate. I have been told this may not be covered, even with a warranty. I am now on a limited budget and will be expected to pay about $2800.00 for another bad design. I am a mechanic in the Navy and find it hard to believe that a car with less than 55,000 miles should have this kind of trouble. I am asking for some help to correct this issue.

Cars been a brilliant car. Was great on gas mileage. Smooth ride and is the older model Buick Century. Have had a lot of Buicks in the day and theyve all held up great. And theyve all been great cars. They are built safe back then and that is what else I like. Its been a real durable car. Deer have ran in it a few times and been fixed and still keeps going. I bought my car a year ago. Both interior door panels on right side are damaged. They said they would order them and replace both. I have literally called them every month and there’s some excuse! I still have never gotten a follow up call from anyone! All the managers in all departments know me because of how many times I’ve been in. Now my engine light has been on 3 days! I’ve left 7 messages between my service guy and his manager. I need to make service appt. No one will call me back! It’s horrible service. I asked to please let me know even if they are too full to fit me in. They just ignore me. Maybe I’m being too nice??? I would never buy a Buick again!!!

There are many different kinds of Buicks. Personally I like the less compact and smaller kind, but theres something for everyone. Buick has continued to make many different and great models of cars. The variety is my favorite thing about them, honestly. The appearance is one of my favorite things, too. The look of the car is what first made me want it. It was the perfect color and the perfect size, my ideal car. Its a very roomy car. Big enough for my Great Dane and my very petite friend. I would recommend it to a friend or somebody car shopping. I think the options could be better when it comes to upgrading though. But I cant complain much because Ive seen worse.

We have a 2001 Buick LeSabre with less than 70,000 miles. The dash has separated and could cause the airbags to deploy. All of the window regulators have had to be replaced. The O2 sensor has gone out three times. The plating on the hub caps is peeling. And the most stupid thing is that the battery is under the backseat. I dont know who designed these cars but they are idiots. I will NEVER buy another GM car.

You can pretty much make your own car now, haha. The capacity is whatever you want it to be. All you have to do is tell them what you want in a car and consider it done.

2011 Buick Enclave - I purchased this car new in August of 2010. Beginning December 2012, I have had it in the shop 10 times. The following items have broken down: water pump, passenger A/C temp actuator, memory seat motor, steering gear replaced, shift control and actuator, both front lower control arm bushings, brake vacuum booster, crank shaft seal, bad engine mount and the rear temperature control head which burned my daughter. The rear temperature control head that was replaced still gets so hot it could burn you. I was told there is nothing more that can be done. They suggested I turn down my interior lighting. Thats not going to happen. I am so disappointed in Buick.

I purchased my 2011 Buick Regal CXL Turbo October 2013. There has been multiple issues with this car, ALL electrical. The signals and headlights continues to blow and I had to change my battery twice in 2 years. I really like the idea of purchasing an American made car but this car is going to bankrupt me. I am now dealing with a blown fuse. GM had really failed with this vehicle. I ran into a lady with this make/model vehicle and she is experiencing the same issues. GM really needs to be held responsible for this. I have all of my receipts for service and with this vehicle, something has to be done!

In 3/2012 I had to replace the intake manifold gasket, heat upstream sensor, oil pressure switch, engine oil because of engine coolant leak that could have blown up the engine and then just today 7/16, 2014 it leaked again and I had to pay to replace the water pump and flush out the dex coolant totaling $1,142.25 in repairs because of it. I had to do other repairs not sure if the coolant caused it. This has affected my credit worthiness and resale value of vehicle.

I liked my Buick. They offer a vast variety of cars, I had a hard time choosing between a Buick LaCrosse and a Buick LeSabre. I ended up getting the LeSabre. My Buick LeSabre was red with red interior wood panelling on the dash with a wood steering wheel. It was an automatic and it drove smoothly. My Buick LeSabre had seating for six, three in the back seat and three in the front seat. There was bench seats in it and it sat each of my family members comfortably. I choose to upgrade the radio to a CD player, windows to power windows and locks to power locks upgraded to anti-lock brakes.

This car has almost 300,000 miles and is still a decent car. My Buick Lesabre has almost 300,000 miles and is still going. I purchased this vehicle due to great reviews on the engine Buick used for this vehicle. I have kept my oil changed and regular tune ups. And I believe that makes a difference in the life of your car. I recommend this vehicle. I see a lot of older Buick Lesabres on the road daily. So they must be doing something right.

Plenty of room for 5 plus passengers in basically every one of their vehicles. And plenty of room in the trunk and still more than enough room in the inside of the vehicles. No matter how many people are inside the car you are comfortable and feel like youre floating while driving. Id definitely recommend this brand to people. Very awesome, and super pleased.

It has been very reliable overall for the most part, and has served me quite well since the initial purchase. The 2016 Buick Verano is quite comfortable and quiet, though it could benefit from more accessible power in the middle part of the RPM range, where it gets a little bit boggy.

I my a 2015 Buick Enclave. Even though dealerships have asked me to trade in for new model, she is such a beauty. Im gonna keep her as long as I can. She sits nicely in the road, which is to say that she owns her space. Her interior from interior night lighting to leather seats are wonderful. She is a big girl so it does take her a few seconds to hitch up her skirt for quick move, but when she does you know that she is gone. My husband gave her to me as a Valentines gift. What a WONDERFUL Valentines day present she has been. I go in the garage sometimes just to look at her and possible think of somewhere to take her. LOL

Transmission issues with 2008 Buick Enclave. Called customer service and was advised to have vehicle diagnosed at customers cost. Dealership stated transmission was damaged due to faulty wave plate. Call customer service back and specialist advised me that I was in the time period but over the miles that they would not warrant their product. Dealership states that replacing transmission would be $4500 dollars. Car was maintenance property but faulty wave plate caused damaged and Buick will not assist with repair bill. Will not purchase another Buick vehicle in the future. Lost loyal customer forever!!!

We bought this vehicle in January 2016. 13 months after purchase the engine jumped time and the whole engine needed to be replaced to the tune of almost $10,000. Repairs are expensive on this vehicle.

There are many choices from compact to spacious, simple, and also luxury. The Encore represents a large, but not clunky, SUV, while the Envision is smaller and offering a wide variety of luxury features. Ive enjoyed everything I need and the newer vehicles have a wide variety of features that Id look forward to in the future, such as a wifi hotspot, phone integration, and auto start/stop. When purchasing, the variety of options is extensive, from a basic model, to adding AWD, leather seating, collision alerting, adjustable seats, and a premium sound system. The car has grown with me, and in the future, Ill be able to upgrade to a larger vehicle with all of the same benefits. Legroom is excellent overall!

I purchased a 2011 Buick Enclave with 35,000 miles on it a year and a half ago. First 3 months I had it the transmission went and needed new brakes. Its been in dealership 2 more times with a squeaking noise that steering wheel makes. Both times I was told it was fine. Now its back at the dealership because it suddenly wouldnt start. When I finally got it started a message appeared stating that engine only has half power. Not to mention that as you are slowing down from a speed of about 50 mph the front end feels like it is skipping. Guess I will be told that is nothing either. Each time I am without my vehicle for days. Guess I should have kept my Honda Pilot.

The different models in this brand of car come in different years which means that one car may have this one thing in it but a newer model may have something better than the other ones. The car brand is very nice and up to date, too. They have the feel of a luxury car with a price you can afford. The insides are very easy to keep up with and to keep the Car clean as well. This is a family car. It can hold up to five people which is perfect for the average family nowadays. It also has great trunk space for those big shopping trips that you take.

The Buick Envision is a joy to drive. It fits the bill for the car being not to small but not too big. Its peppy and very maneuverable. Styling is great, comfortable inside and great interior finishes. Pricing is right in-line with this type of vehicle. Long trips are a joy when driving this car on the highway. Its a great vehicle for young and old alike. You will not go wrong if you are lucky enough to purchase this vehicle.

While Toyotas are excellent vehicles, my family has always been pretty loyal to the General Motors line of vehicles. This is the second Buick I have had, and if this one is as good as the first I had, Ill be driving it for a long time. Its a good looking car, and is extremely comfortable to ride in as a driver or passenger. The Lucerne has interior features that are what I use a lot, other than Bluetooth. I could do without that. The interior is leather, with wood accents. It also has the standard AM/FM radio with a CD player. Moreover I really enjoy the air conditioning, as I had no air conditioning in my 84 Camaro, other than windows and t-tops wide open. The body lines are nicely curved, and give a bit of a different flair to it than most others have. Overall, it drives beautifully, its really comfortable.

Buick has SUVs and pretty large cars. The newer ones are really lovely. Mine is a 2003 and its given me no trouble. I love the color of my Century- hunter green. I also like the design. Mine isnt very fancy but its comfortable. The seats make it feel like Im driving around a comfy couch. :) I like the leather interior too. Its big enough for me and my big dog and the trunk has space for everything! Its very roomy and theres a lot of space for everyone to move around. Leg room galore! I love it and would definitely buy another one.

Im using Buick Enclave. Mine has 7 seats. 2 from front row with a captain seat at the 2nd row and 3 seats at the third row. Leg room is really ample and some rooms for everyone. It really runs smoothly even during snow and rainy season. The sound of the engine is very silent. You cant even distinguish if its on or not. It is innovative and the cushion are really great. Sound system is really a cutting edge and the power is really amazing. Finally chargers are in place in each rows. You need to upgrade to leather seats to experience the comfort of being a king, though. Hot and cold seat is a must especially if you have extreme temperature in your area.

Just leased a 2016 Buick Encore, base with interlink radio, non-touchscreen display. Cant see out back due to glare, fog or general distortion. This could be dangerous! I went to my Buick dealer, he took out another 2016 Encore to compare the camera. Same effect, blurry on second Encore. Appears problem is in camera lens. I tried adjusting the contrast, dark, light on the dash display switch. No effect except darker, blurry. Dealer had no remedy. I just traded in a 2013 GMC Terrain, and received a recall notice from GMC concerning the backup camera with interlink radio. There is a new software patch for the terrain. Perhaps there is a new software for the Buick Encore??? Any advice, fix??

I bought a 2014 Buick Enclave. One of the most best rides, safest, great looking, affordable and best vehicle I have ever bought. I have had no problems with this vehicle, great service at dealership and overall satisfied with my choice.

Buick has a great variety of vehicles. It was a wonderful color, kinda looked black but in the sunlight it was a deep purple. It had an on dash Gps that was placed very nicely, I didnt have to take my eyes off the road to look at it. It also had heated seats, for Michigan that is wonderful. My son is over six foot tall, and he did in the passenger side with comfort. The back seat was quite roomy as well. It had a hatchback making it easy to load and unload groceries. But I would love to buy the smaller Suv they have out now. It seems very stylish and so Good be excellent on gas mileage.

Bought a 2016 Buick Verano for my son. Monday morning he was coming home going 65 miles per hour. The car stalled or completely turned off. He managed to get to the emergency lane. Today is January 4, 2017. This car was purchased on November 29, 2016. His first payment isnt due till January 13. He called the dealership. They wanted him to bring it in the next day. I talked to the salesman. They got him a loaner car for Monday. They called me today and said there were no codes and they took it out to drive and everything is OK. Well its not OK for me. They have no idea whats wrong. The GM rep at the dealer told me the same thing Ive seen on other sites. No codes no problem it drives OK. Finally this car had 29 miles on it when bought it. Now has just under 300 and the first payment hasnt been made yet. My son is worried about driving the car. I hope this isnt a lemon.

Buick offers padded seats, tinted windows, lock box and more. Its red with the red dark windows and ashy grey seats. It has safety belts and locks on compartments. It has nice floor carpeted flooring, too. The different shift gears are also amazing. I like that I upgraded it with new LED lights on the floor and the roof. I also changed the paint job and put new tires on. The old tires werent going to make it to winter. And its very spacious. Its room for my family and a extra person to fit. We always can go on family outings and all because of the room we have in the car.

I own a 2009 Buick Lucerne and never had a problem with it. I have a friend with a 755i BMW and I would not trade even. I think that Buick has deserted a loyal following by deciding not to produce the Lucerne any longer. I also have a 2005 LeSabre, which I have never had a major problem with. Buick was so busy pushing the Lacrosse that the Lucerne was forgotten. The Lacrosse will never be the car that the Lucerne is. The next car that Ill buy will probably be a Chrysler 300.

Seats up to 5 and has lots of leg room, perfect for kids or a big family. They have many colors to chose from, Sport touring models, racing inspired, medal sports pedal. I got a small car and its a luxurious car. It has heated steering wheels, good gas mileage, power controls (8way) on the driver seats, heated seats and premium audio. Also lets you Bluetooth your phone for easy driving.

Just love how so many different modules, colors, interior and options from young to older generation. The appearance is very classy for the young and hip to the soccer mom style and keeps up with the technology changing so fast. I was given options on how I wanted the interior of my car to be, the texture of the seats to the colors of the rugs. It’s spacious and has plenty of room for my growing family and the dogs. My son’s Caraway fit perfectly, has leg room and lots of room in the back seat.

I really enjoy my car. It is really wonderful, works well, and gets everything done. It was quite easy to pick out. Buick is wonderful because they care about their customers and will help you find the car that meets all of your needs. I have a radio, television, and air bags in the front and back seats of my car. These came with a family plan that was no extra charge, just for safety. I found this to be really awesome and convenient since I have children and am generally transporting kids from school and such so it helps.Also, I got an upgraded sunroof for the summertime and it works amazing! It opens automatically with a small button that I have in the drivers seat so I dont have to fiddle with the roof while I am driving when I am in need of fresh air. And I love that this car has so much room and space for my family, kids, and even friends of friends of friends! Everyone can fit and we can carpool.

The Buick Enclave is a new SUV, and we love it. Weve never had an SUV before, and this new car rides so well. It has Bose audio, great visibility and wi-fi for my tablet, which is truly great when on a long trip. It averages 20 mpg in town and more than 26 mpg on the highway. However, it doesnt have on windshield graphics that tell you how fast you are going. We have that on our LeSabre, and its a real safety feature. Nevertheless, weve had several Buicks and highly recommend them. They are also American made!

This car was red, lovely and beautiful. It had excellent service. I never had any problems out of my car. It never broke down on me and also it was very good on gas. It drove very good and it also had brand new tires. It had bright lights. It had a lot of space in the car as well. The mirrors were automatic as well as the doors. It has a automatic starter. It was very clean also. The passenger side was lovely. All of my friends and family talked about how good it felt and how soft the seats were. They also talked about the heated seats they loved that the most.

While driving to work in a 2013 Buick Lacrosse, check engine light popped on then all lights went off, car went off. There was absolutely no power anywhere. No Radio, no light, no cell, no anything. These cars has to have a factory recall. When this car stopped, a serious accident could have happened. Gm needs to fix this problem. A class action suit is on its way!!!

Although 2016 Buick Encore is a small 4 cylinder, it has plenty of power. Enough to get in and out of traffic, fantastic gas mileage. It has a great back up camera, blind spot alert, all wheel drive, Bluetooth, Pandora, etc. Can sign up for OnStar services too. Im pleased with mine.

Ive even had some people argue with me about it being a Buick. They truly stand out among other cars and I couldnt be happier with the way it looks. The power windows and Bluetooth capability is a huge bonus. As a businessman who is on the way home a lot it allows me to continue discussing things while Im on the road. It seats 5 people comfortably. I recently took a road trip for work with some coworkers and we all traveled comfortably in the car.

Ive had nothing but problems with my 2015 Buick Encore. Radio crackles, paint is flaking, seats are impossible to get clean, and now the turbo charger needs replaced. I will never buy another Buick again.

I have a 2008 Buick Enclave, which I thought was the perfect mid-size SUV for my 3 children and I. Needing more space, I traded in a more reliable vehicle in order to purchase it. However, my vehicle has caused me nothing but grief and $$$. Today 6/2/15 I took it to the dealer again at Fremont Buick because my air conditioner stopped working about 3 weeks ago (I live in the place with the drought, California). I first reported hearing a hissing noise last December and was told that nothing was wrong, but they did say that I needed to replace my rack & pinion and that the right axle was leaking. I spent $1,000.00 on that repair. Come March, before a road trip to Southern CA from Northern CA, I took my vehicle in again to ensure that all was well (it would feel like the car wanted to cut off at random times and the hissing noise still was happening). I was told again that the boot axle was leaking and also to replace the same rack and pinion. Umm, I just had that repaired 3 months ago?! They assured me that it was under warranty and fixed it again, now for free claiming that it must have been a defective part sent. They also told me that my timing cover needed to be replaced and was leaking. I did not elect to have that work done and didnt even understand what that meant since they said I could indeed drive to San Diego fine.Now for todays repairs needed: Timing cover plus water pump (leaking) $3,200.00, rear evaporator (leaking) $1,140.00 and power steering rack $2,079.00 for a grand total of $6,419.00. I still owe about $12,000 on the car! I just sat at work fighting back the tears... What a waste of money? In addition, I kept all services/maintenance up to date and none of this is my fault. Its not even normal wear and tear on models from the last decade according to an outside mechanic. I did purchase my car certified pre-owned from the Chevrolet GM dealership. So I decide to google for recalls... none! Google for complaints/issues with Buick Enclave and I see that tons of owners are having the same 3 issues that I am having with my vehicle. Im sure that GM is aware but for us we all simply have lemons. I work hard for my money and am a divorced mother of 3... THIS IS UNFAIR!!! SOMEONE HELP ME. I cant afford $7,000.00 in repairs for a faulty design that is not my own fault. I called GM and was transferred to the rudest senior advisor who I then ended up complaining on to a different supervisor. Guess the rep that I was transferred to is beyond annoyed with us whining customers calling daily with our gripes about safety & expensive repairs. PLEASE HELP A.S.A.P. Today I paid $160.00 which was the fee for them to tell me what was wrong. As an adult woman, standing there paying at the cashier holding my three-year-old daughters hand, tears began to fall from my eyes. These are truly widespread issues and GM is doing nothing about it. In addition, there has been no media coverage whatsoever. They have to be exposed, for these vehicles are leaving entire families unsafe!

Oct. 27, 2014 - agreed to buy a 2014 Buick LaCrosse, model Leather using a trade-in low mileage 2004 Buick LaSabre Limited. The sales person provided the normal sales pitch, but neglected to tell us the car he was selling to us have been used as a loaner to folks who brought their car into the dealership for service (it had 5,654 miles on it). By the time we found this out, we had already made up our minds, the car we just took out for a test drive was the one we wanted. This was just before the dealership was to lock up for the Labor Day weekend, and we were supposed to come back the day after Labor Day and complete the transaction, which we did.Day after Labor Day - after completing the paper work to buy the car, we left with the new car. After about a week or two of use, we felt the car rode very rough, and more like a truck than a car. Unfortunately, we had to leave town until after the Christmas Holiday season, so we let the situation go until after the first of the year. Sometime in January 2015, I started writing emails directly to GM. GM responded first by having me take the car in for a check-up to be sure it didnt have a problem, which it did not in their eyes. It then instructed the dealer to contact me to see what could be done.Feb. 25, 2015 - the dealership did ask us to come in, and I met with the sales manager who turned us over to the sales person who sold us the initial car. Since I had been told they would not change the tires, I asked what it would cost to give them the car back in turn for buying the same car, but move up one year and one model (i.e. buy a 2015 Buick LaCrosse model Premium) with a better suspension system. The sales person took what seemed to be an hour, and came back with a figure of $14,141.31 in addition to the $37,050 we had already paid (including my trade-in). To that we said no way and left the dealership. Feeling there was no way we could receive any kind of justification from the dealership, we left. This was 2/25/2015, and we stopped trying to get them to do something ever since. The car is a nice car, but it still rides rough! Even with a tire reduction in air pressure! We just flat-out gave up! Hereafter, after owning a Buick over 20 years and thinking very highly of it, I doubt seriously if I will ever buy another or even a GM car in the future!

I need a part replacement for an oil or transmission leak. Its not available according to dealership and on back order...for over a week. While not a large leak, the possibility exists it may increase and prohibit further driving. Buick is a 2010 Lucerne and is also ready for a recall which was to be performed simultaneously. Is it possible a company as large as GM cannot ship said part immediately? Further, Jim **, Dealer of Orchard Park NY should return my calls and at least let me know of progress or lack thereof.

I like the look and feel of the Buick Rendezvous. It was in a price range that I could afford. I think it was a good choice and its very comparable other models but I do like a lot of the features that this car has. I have a fairly large family and the Rendezvous offered the space that we needed to travel comfortably. With 3 kids space is important. One important feature that I like is it easily accessible for my husband and I to use because hes taller than I am and the seats are just comfortably for both of us. I think I would have preferred 3 row seating instead of two and for some reason by Side mirrors seem to be bigger than most cars. The body of it is big and I prefer it to be a little smaller. But other than that Im very happy with the purchase.

Let me start out by saying that the Verano is a nice looking car. However, I have noticed that the transmission can randomly shift hard, and sometimes the car hesitates a bit when I try to accelerate. I hope this car doesnt give me any problems at all.

Replaced my very problematic 2014 Honda CR-V. Customer service at Buick was great purchasing this wonderful underrated vehicle. Love the styling, mpg, fit and finish is beautiful. Would highly recommend this vehicle.

Buick Riviera has good gas mileage and service record low cost maintenance and the service we received from Buick was of high quality. We were able to comfortably fit six adults in the car with plenty of legroom and ability to move around if needed. The cloth seat covers were very comfortable. The car has a sharp image, quality paint job, with electric windows, cruise control, automatic headlight system, moon roof that leaked and a quality seal. Also, it has a state of the art full stereo system with cd, am/fm and cassette tape option, intermittent wipers, full antilock brake system, and a heated seat option good for cold days. I would highly recommend Buick for a quality vehicle.

Buick has a very large variety of models from cars to suvs. A great addition would be trucks!!! However Buick offers great vehicles at an affordable price. I have yet to see a vehicle made by Buick that was not modeled to please the eye. While Im not fond of the Riviera many people seem to love them. Buick makes very roomy vehicles. In the Century that I had 6 people could ride comfortably while 5 could ride luxuriously. The cars are very roomy and the dubs are even roomier. Buick offers many upgrade and customization packages. I had many upgrades on my second Buick and the upgrades didnt impact the price that much.

Buick has always had a shape with the way the cars body lines are and the interior is a lot of the same as well with them all and they all have the same steering. Its a older car but still my favorite and includes bluetooth radio and remote for the radio as well. It also includes sunroof and bigger engine a 455 big block. You can add a lot of things to the cars. They have a lot customizable features and can even change the sunroof style. 4 people is good enough. Its a family car. It can do anything you need to do with your average size family and has somewhat good gas mileage as well.
