2020 Cadillac Escalade / Escalade ESV

Even though it shares parts with lesser GM products, the 2020 Escalade is unmistakably a luxury SUV. Along with its chrome-laden shell, the Escalade has a host of upscale standard features such as a leather interior, heated and ventilated front seats, self-parking assist, and more. Every Slade is motivated by a gutsy V-8 that pairs with rear- or all-wheel drive and can tow up to a hefty 8300 pounds. Both short- and long-wheelbase versions can fit up to eight people, but the extended Escalade ESV has a roomier third row and more cargo space. The Caddy looks snazzier than its corporate cousins—the GMC Yukon and the Chevy Tahoe—but it's considerably more expensive and its ride isn't any more refined. Although the 2020 Cadillac Escalade evokes the Hollywood lifestyle, it doesn't truly deliver the red-carpet experience.

The low beam headlights are so dim they are useless. New bulbs do not help. Forced to drive with high beams. Faulty designed headlights. Numerous complaints with NHTSA and Cadillac with no fix. Several lawsuits have been filed over the SRX headlight issue across the country. These cars are dangerous to drive at night.

Beware of obstacle to knees, causing personal injury upon entering and exiting the driver seat of an XTS. I have injured my knees twice and it is a bad painful abrasion. There is a protrusion above the speaker on the door liner where it integrates with the dashboard once door is closed. The injury is complicated by the dynamic force in which you enter and exit a car. Cadillac should clear the space allowing for swiveling leg rotation. Cadillac needs to protect its drivers and correct this design flaw. Yours truly, sore knees

When new, my 2006 CTS with 3.6 liter V-6 used about 3 quarts of oil per 5000 miles. At 70,000 it was using 7 to 8 quarts per 5000 miles. At 93,000 it uses 9-10 quarts per 5000 miles. I bought an after market warranty for 8 years but kept getting the song and dance from the original service desk, and the next dealer did the same, after we moved across the country. The first dealer said oil usage was tolerable and should be ignored. Second dealer said the aluminum heads caused excessive oil use, not to worry. I told him my Toyota with well over 100,000 miles had an aluminum head and had never used a drop of oil. Then the service rep said bring it in after he was free from all these recalls and hed have a look. He said the engine would be drained and Mobil 1 synthetic oil would be put in the engine and Id have to return to the garage to get oil added so the system could be monitored. I told the service rep I had Mobil 1 five-quart jugs marked with mileage readings and I had been monitoring oil consumption since the car was new. The engine burned nothing but Mobil 1 oil. I told him repairing this engine was not an option, because it burned oil when new. It needed a different engine that would bolt in. I offered to buy an engine, but not the same 3.6 liter from Opel. He said I could schedule an appointment when the engine man came back. Had I been told the engine was from Opel, I would never have bought the car. I had to learn that on the internet. I thought Cadillac learned not to do this in the 1980s after they sold a low grade Cavalier with an Opel engine and called it a Cadillac. GM used to make good engines. Cadillac was a flagship product. What has happened? I dont blame GM, since the mistake was mine in buying a Cadillac. I recognized the decision was a big risk. But mostly Im just disappointed GM continues to market Cadillac heavily with glitz and sex appeal and make such a horrible product. How many American consumers must be duped?

When I buy a Cadillac it usually is a Coupe or a Crossover. Some Coupes they make are the ATS OR ATS-V models. Then for Crossover they make a XT5 Crossover and a Escalade/ESV. Ive purchased the ATS. The car usually is very well made. The ride was always smooth, engine was quieter. The seats are leather so its a very comfortable ride. And it usually had a royal color in the inside like a nice wood. You can alter it by changing the wood and spray color or the cars color. Some have a clock in them and nice back up checkers. If you dont like the radio in it you can go buy one that you do like and install it yourself. Its like a regular typical vehicle four seats with a middle one in the back but some crossovers might have more seats.

Catera - sporty luxury Coupe. Like the illegitimate child of a Cadillac and a Corvette. Escalade - g ride suv. Not really for toting kids or soccer games. Status. ATS-V sedan - luxury sedan. Like a DeVille. For older people who still have some style. But honestly, the outside appearance isnt that different or distinctive anymore. It Looks like any other car on the road. Nice paint job and interior though. On star, leather everything, sound system, rims are offered as personalization options and Lots of paint colors and Lots of engine options, too. They all offer good legroom. With the suvs you can fit a small army in there. It has good headroom for very tall people though the 2 doors are kind of a pain to get out of the backseat.

We have enjoyed our Cadillac SRX, but have the headlight fogging issue. We were out of the country when they issued the recall but missed it when we came back. They stated basically that we were out of luck. Earlier this year they offered $200 towards a $1200 repair bill to replace both headlight assemblies. We cant see with the headlights on low beam and have to place them on high beam. In checking with Cadillac today they are standing by their offer. We will not buy another Cadillac and will be telling anyone we encounter that is looking to purchase a luxury car to stay away from Cadillac because of their lack of support. I have had much better success from Lexus and Ford with issues like this. I will stay with these brands.

Extra features make sure you are always comfortable. The seat adjustments and electronic features seem way ahead of time. I had the option for upgrades! My dashboard has really cool features, plus I can have roadside assistance if needed (which Ive not used yet). I highly recommend

I had a 2013 Cadillac ATS which I absolutely loved at the beginning. I recently had an issue with my car that had to get towed to a GM dealership where it sat for nearly 3 weeks because they couldnt figure out how to program it. Then I had to get it towed to another GM dealership where it cost me over $1,000 just for the tow. I reached out to Cadillac about this and after 2 weeks they said they can give me a $300 gift card. This Gift Card is only available to a certified GM dealer. WHY the HELL would I buy another vehicle from you when your own technicans cannot program a simple FOB, let along poor client appreciation. Cadillac may used to be Luxury and Client appreciation but not anymore. I would highly recommend another dealer who if there are any issues they will be there to help not push you aside.

In February 2018 I bought a used 2006 Cadillac CTS with 78314 miles on it. Had it 2 days and cylinder 1 started missing, took it back and they repaired the problem. No cost to me. On April 1st Easter Sunday I was driving to my familys home in Rosedale MD about 50 miles from my home. About 23 miles into the trip I looked in the rearview mirror and saw nothing but white smoke so I pulled over to the shoulder of a busy highway. Once I stopped the car, turned it off and popped the hood I saw fluid pouring out of the bottom of the car. Started the car back up to move it further in from the line of traffic but when I put it in gear it wouldnt move, turns out the fluid was Transmission fluid. Waited 3 1/2 hours for a tow and never made it to Easter Dinner. The next day I was contacted by the service station to tell me the transmission line going to the cooling radiator unit had blown and both the radiator and line needed replaced and that was gonna cost $850. So within 2 months car has been out of service twice. Not happy with Cadillac at this point as they will not stand behind any of their flaws in their cars. You would think a high quality name like Cadillac would want to keep their reputation good. I guess my next high quality vehicle will be either Lexus or BMW. Sad Cadillac doesnt have better management who cares about their reputation instead of them just getting a fat paycheck. Cadillac its time to rethink your corporate structure!!!

The Cadillac brand models are varied with respect to the type of environment where they are condescending. This brand is so recognized in the world for the quality and design of its cars. There are few updates that I made to my Cadillac since it is a classic model, however the ones that are made are excellent, you could say that they have given the size. The design of the car allows it to be more spacious, I can usually get up to 6 people of medium size in my car.

This is by far my most favorite vehicle, love this car. Smooth ride, excellent sound system, beautiful style, phenomenal presence, large trunk and prestige while driving. I like the sunroof, leather seats, back up camera, dual zones for heating and cooling, heated seats, the red color and black interior, comfortable seating, roomy, Bose speakers. It is excellent and will purchase again. But I would like cheaper parts as it is too expensive to get repairs done on the vehicle and better vision hard to see surroundings. Also, the lease terms have too few miles included.

I contact GM customer service and end up with nothing but same words and promises like the dealer. Im driving without navigation for 2 month already and who knows how long until this part will show up. My car is 2013 SRX with 50k mileage (been at the dealer before the warranty expire for that issue). Im in the point where Im looking for a new car as I usually does every 3 years and if for a minute I was considering Cadillac then after that hell NO. I am a owner of a 2012 Cadillac SRX. My husband and I had started to notice our low beam lights getting dim to the point that driving at night is next to impossible without the high beams and we were trying to figure out how to come up with the money to get our vehicle’s lights repaired thinking it was just something that happened over time. Recently 02/24/20 we received a letter in the mail that GM was offering to reimburse customers up to 800.00 per headlight who had spent money out of pocket to get the issue corrected. Well my first thought was great we don’t have to worry about how we are going come up with the money because GM is acknowledging that this is an issue on their end and we could just take our vehicle to the dealership show them the letter and they would fix our lights. WRONG! When I called the dealership we were told GM would NOT pay upfront for our repairs although they are AWARE of the issues with the SRX’s headlights. They are only willing to reimburse after repairs are done which could cost the customer up to 1,600.00. So my question next was what if the customer cannot afford the expense upfront? GM’s answer was, SORRY WE CANNOT HELP YOU....I cannot explain how taken advantage of I felt, Shame on you GM. You acknowledge upfront the problem is moisture related issues causing headlights that you placed in these vehicle to fail but you will only reimburse those who can afford to have them fixed first on their own if then.... During research I read reviews where some people have been waiting months to get their money back. I am not sure what is going to happen in my case but for anyone reading this review please beware. It is unacceptable how GM treats its customers and their their regard for customer safety. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from them!

On June 11th, I visited the Cadillac dealership and informed the repair rep. Marissa the issues I was having with my vehicle. These included my speedometer, my fog lights, and lastly my radio. When I picked up my vehicle after spending $1,100 ($400 in labor alone), it still was not functioning properly. I promptly informed Marissa that my speedometer was not working and she said to return, which I did. She left me with the impression there was no extra charge since it was not correctly repaired originally. How was this missed since it was placed on diagnostics? Nevertheless, I was charged an extra $100 in labor, inconvenienced and dissatisfied with the outcome and decided to meet with service manager, Mr. **, for a better result in regards to the labor. The only thing he could provide me was a provision for the future but nothing for now. He even informed me that the speedometer was a recall issue that I never received and he could not or would not rectify this either. I am a long time customer of this dealership and am insulted by the way I was treated.

I went to trade it in on a Lexus RX350. Dealer does not even want the car. GM dealers would only offer $4,000. They dont even want their own products back. Is that a statement in itself or what? I will never own a Cadillac again or any GM product for that matter. Absolute junk. GM should have been allowed to fail as they are failing their customers. It is criminal in my mind they can produce such a piece of junk and sell to the public as a luxury car. I consider this SRX to be the worst and most expensive car to repair I have ever owned. I purchased 2004 Cadillac SRX and thought it was a nice car. That has turned out to be the complete opposite. As of this writing, the car has only 90000 miles, the engine has been replaced, and for what my dealer said was a dropped valve. The radiator has been replaced, the transmission and/or its parts, and so many other problems that are too numerous to mention here. The car was towed in again last night with a bad water pump. The dealer said it is still under warranty and will cost me nothing, thus, being the good news. The bad news is the transfer case chain is slipping and is going to be 1,700.00 dollars. I thought, how much have I spent on that car? I called Matt, the service manager and he only said its a ridiculous amount of money. I suppose the bills on this car is well over what I spent buying the car 2-fold. I want to mention the $400.00 headlight and the $1000.00 plus radiator that got broken while fixing the engine, that I paid for. I have owned several Cadillacs and that my friend is about to change. Recently purchased this as a new car from a local dealer who used it as a courtesy vehicle. It had only 2500 miles and had most of the factory warranty remaining. I am glad I did not pay the new car price and paid at a nearly 40% discount off sticker. This Cadillac defines why discerning luxury car buyers never cross shop Cadillac and laugh at the notion of Cadillac being a luxury brand. This car is rife with rattles, poor fit and finish, low quality materials, the failure that is CUE, clouding headlamps (at 4000 miles), constant headlight malfunction warnings, misfitting panels, steering that seems to have a mind of its own often failing to turn with input or causing the wheel to jerk without input. This is the sorriest excuse for a luxury automobile ever and explains why Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Lexus, Volvo, Jaguar, and other traditional luxury brand owners will never cross shop a Cadillac.

I have a 2011 Cadillac SRX. My check engine light started coming on back in Jan of 2016 and going out on and off for three months. I had auto zone check codes. They was po171 & po174. I looked them up on the computer technical description system too lean (bank2) po171 & po174. Very similar auto zone description, said too much oxygen in exhaust so I change two O2 upstream sensor light, still on then po174 mean mass air sensor light still coming on & off. I had the dealer here in Merrillville in. They had my car all day and told me I needed to replace all 6 injector $2500. I told them to close my hood and I was picking my car up. I do all my work myself so everyone having check engine light I started to check myself. The problem was replace. The evaporative emissions purge control valve price $ 41.47 when I installed the light went out. That valve will make your car run bad, make your trans shift funny on my car. The purge valve is right behind the throttle body. I hope this will help someone having check engine. If someone need help email me. PS I purchase my SRX new in Aug 2011. I only got 65000 miles and I service my car regular and the dealer said I needed new injector. I knew that was a lie. The dealer are out to rip you off.

Last week a squeal and vibration came in it. A seized universal which you cant buy have to but the complete drive shaft, 1300.00. So put it in the dealers to get it fixed. They couldnt get the drive shaft out of the transfer case seized in and cant buy parts. Had to get a whole new transfer case that there was nothing wrong with in the first place 1795.00. I bought a used 2003 Cadillac CTS that had very low miles on it. I owned it for 20 months. $735 for the oil sending unit and valve cover gaskets, $180 crank sensor 6 days after I bought it, $700 for the third brake light, $600 for a thermostat, $1200 oil cooling unit which put oil in the cooling system and $115 for a radiator flush. Down the road, that car will need a new water pump and all new water hoses within a year after the oil incident. That may run another $1000. The car also has under 70K miles. Never again will I buy a Cadillac. Even if they address the quality issues, I will not own something that has $700 brake lights. If I fixed everything on it before I got rid of it, I would have spent a total of $4530 or $226.50/month in repairs. This is not counting everything I spent running premium fuel in it. I cannot believe the poor quality from Cadillac, the second oldest American car brand.

I have severe scratch/scuff marks on my black SRX 2012 from the door moldings rubbing against the paint on inner door frames. This happened within three months of owning the vehicle. The dealer in consultation with GM engineers tried to soften the moldings using Kry-tox lubricant and polished the existing scratches out. Within 3 weeks the problem is back.I am now in discussions with main GM office for a more long term solution. They are suggesting 3m tape but this product peels and yellows over time and I feel this is just a band aid solution. The company that does this in my town stated this to me as well. They have not agreed to putting new weather stripping on, which may not be the solution either. But they have commented that this design flaw will be addresses with future models. Great, but this does not help me...! I dont know what the answer is, but they do not appear to be that worried that I am disappointed in paying big bucks for something that is not the quality that they lead customers to believe they are paying for.If anyone has this vehicle, please check this as it is not that apparent on lighter color vehicles. I also had rust already on the cross bar under the grill, and this had to be repainted as it comes from the factory with just a coat of primer! The dealer said not many people would notice this issue but check it out. Please comment if you have had any of these concerns. Will never buy another based on this experience. You are paying for the name but not the quality, and this is not fun!

Much to my surprise, I received a call from the dealership to bring my car in to replace the whole radio/navigation unit. The total cost was picked up by Cadillac ($1400). Hats off to Cadillac for owning up to this design flaw and doing the right thing. Trust reestablished.

I have had nothing but problems, after spending 50,000 dollars on a car, you would think it would be a nice car. CUE UNIT IS DEFECTIVE!!! The dealership says a hard reset will fix it, but we have had them do this 2 minute hard reset to our C.T.S and it still does not fix the actual problem. They need to recall this CUE system. I know they have a major problem in all the models of Cadillac. But they deny it. Im so upset with this problem!!! Can anyone help us!!!

My son was involved in an accident in my 2006 Cadillac STS in the mountains of Dahlonega, Georgia. The accident was an off the road incident where son lost control of the car and impacted several trees with the side and front of the vehicle. The impact was severe enough to push the front bumper back to the radiator and front frame rail. The airbag did not deploy, and OnStar did not notify us of the accident. Though my son made it out with just mild injuries, if he hadnt we may not have known of the accident for hours. OnStar claims that they have other sensors other than the ones on the airbag deployment system. From the degree of impact they should have be notified. The airbag problem seems to fairly prevalent and there are several complaints of the failure. IT happened to my car, could it happen to yours?

Bought my XT5 in December of 2020. It has been the worst thing I could have done. I traded my Lexus and I am so disappointed in Cadillac. I took it in 3 times for them to try and fix, Parking Brake, All wheel drive system, StabiliTrak, steering assist. My dash was lit up like a Christmas tree only to find out after 3 times there was a corroded wiring harness and then a bad camera. After all of that, I had a flood under my gas pedal that soaked over to the passenger side too, so I took it in a fourth time. This vehicle stalled on me driving south bound Interstate 75. I have called Cadillac customer service 3 times to report this safety issue and they have not bothered to call me back. Shame on Cadillac on the lack of response to a serious safety concern! Really regret trading my Lexus. Dont buy Cadillac!!!! They clearly do not care about safety concerns.

Purchased new car off showroom floor on Jan. 6th. Returned car to dealer on Jan. 9th. Dealer sent car to body shop for the following: Rear passenger door, passenger door, left front fender and bumper are all out of alignment. Comparing drivers side to passenger side, passenger side doors sag and gaps between trim and body lines clearly are misaligned. Cadillac quality control missed this or sent in on anyway. Customer service center declined to become involved past calling the dealership. Dealership isnt the problem, Cadillac quality is the problem. That new car smell will now be replaced with that body shop and paint and dust smell all for $52k. We have owned Mercedes for the last ten years and thought we would go American. The 2015 Cadillac is nothing but a hot mess!! Ive dealt with headlights so dim I could not see to drive at night. After four tries, Cadillac Service finally figured out a fix. There were transmission issues: the car would hesitate when giving it the gas from a stopped or slowed position to the point it jerked you back in your seat. The battery completely died at 30,000 miles. The lift gate motor died at 32,000 miles because water from the sunroof drainage tubes literally soaked the motor, ($1800 fix). So, take my advice and just run as far away from this car as you can.

This sunroof started leaking water after I had the car about 5 years. I have a 2009 Cadillac CTS sedan. The first time this happened the car was still under warranty. Everything in the front was soaking, the dashboard, the floor, the seats, the doors. We had a hard rain the night before so I rented a carport to keep my car in. But, every year since then, any time there is any moisture or rain in the air, it affects the electrical system, the check engine light comes on, and after they get through with repairs I have at least a $500 bill. The water is still an issue with other parts of my car. Water damaged seat motor on my drivers side. $1100 bill for used motor that was in another car. The whole electrical system that controls the movements of the seats had to be replaced.

Took it to the dealership and was told that I needed both changed and new bulbs that would be covered by GM. Then I was told that I had to pay $1,500 to the dealership and file a claim with GM for reimbursement. WHAT A JOKE! If their certified tech at their branded dealership says they need replaced, why am I paying anything? Furthermore, EVEN IF I am to pay for something and wait for reimbursement, why is the LABOR and PARTS? The parts are coming form GM WHO IS REIMBURSING ME! Ugh.

My company, Yellow Cab, owns a 2003 Cadillac Deville, vin#**, that needs a lower control arm, GM part#25701173. I contacted the Cadillac dealer, Rimrock Auto, in Billings, MT parts dept (Jeff) **. He states that part is no longer made. It is now made by AC Delco. The problem is that part is not the same and does not fit. He suggested contacting Cadillac. Cindy at Cadillac said I had few options including a junk yard part. I said that would not be acceptable because of being a public transportation company safety is a concern. This car is out of service and costing money daily. Are they required to have new parts for 10 years or what? Thanks.

I watched it increase for 2 years and to prevent any rust from forming took it to Perfect Ten Auto Collision to have it repaired. Then I heard about this happening because Cadillac had used a lower grade aluminum around the hood that butts up to the hood paint. It cost me $789.61 to have this fixed. Lights come on all by itself. Had to disconnect battery. Dealership said I needed a module, I think that is what it was called. 1,900.00.. Kept car for 2 months. Whenever it would rain hard, my car would flood with water in the back floor board.. Now my car can sit for 2 days and I drive it, and make my stops 5 or 6 stops, get into car and car wont start, need a jump. Happened 2 times in 2 weeks. At 70,000 miles I needed a new engine. I can go on and on about the brand new Cadillac CTS that I bought brand new in 2003. I will never buy another Cadillac as long as I live. And this is just some of the problems that I have had. I havent even listed all of them. Car seat wouldnt go forward for 1 month, then it would. Gas hand would work and then it wouldnt. I honestly think that if you can call Onstar and they open your door for you, then they can do things to your car to make you bring it into the dealership. That is what I think. A 40,000.00 car you wouldnt think would give you so many problems, but I have learned my lesson. And they just called me yesterday to get me to try and trade it in for another Cadillac, Ha!!!

Purchased Cadillac SRX, March 15, 2014 from Valley Cadillac; 3100 Winton Ro
Purchased Cadillac SRX, March 15, 2014 from Valley Cadillac; 3100 Winton Road South, Rochester NY 14623. We took possession of the Cadillac SRX March 17, 2014 from Valley Cadillac. Problems start at 3.5 months of ownership: End of June 2014/Beginning of July 2014 rattle noises heard from the back of the car when going over any uneven pavement, potholes, turns, entering and exiting the driveway. Depending on speed and the amount the vehicle flexes determines how soft or loud the noise is. Its not always consistent either. Thought it was the storage cover took out noises still heard. Sat in the back seat while partner drove and thought maybe it was the plastic around the glass tailgate since it looked broken at the seam. After a few weeks of listening to the noise, I decided to bring into the dealership. July 17th: After hours drop at Valley Cadillac.July 18th: I left a note for the Service Rep to look at the plastic around the glass of the lift gate since it appeared broken to me and to drive the car to listen for the noise. Maybe it was the broken plastic making the noise (?) July 18th: Service Rep called that afternoon and told me I could pick up the car. Service Rep explained the problem was the liftgate wedges making the noise. They tried to lubricate and adjust the wedges but it didnt work so they replaced the tailgate/liftgate wedges and test drove the car. They said it was fixed. The minute I drove out of the parking spot at the dealership I heard the noise. I went into talk with the Service Rep and he had the mechanic that worked on the car come out to talk with me. Since the wedges didnt appear to fix the problem, I asked if he looked at the plastic around the liftgate window. He said no. I climbed into the back and showed him the broken piece and wondered if that was the problem. He wasnt sure since the wedges are known to be the culprit. I scheduled another service visit the following week.July 22nd: After hours drop at Valley Cadillac. July 23rd: They kept the car till July 25th. They said a plastic part of the tailgate had not been delivered and would it be ok for them to keep another day. I agreed. July 25th: They said they fixed the problem. They replaced the plastic on the liftgate. They replaced the liftgate actuator since it was leaking hydraulic fluid. Replaced a lift gate strut since they said the trunk support was leaking and was weak. I picked the car up. On my drive home, the car started making the noise again. When I got home, I opened the tailgate and found that the plastic that was broken around the liftgate window was secured together as if glued (This must have been the plastic piece they fixed). The interior fabric header on the left and right side was frayed away from the tailgate rubber gasket and the interior left side plastic panel wasnt attached to the metal frame. I called the Service Rep and told him the noise was a little better but not fixed. I told him about the frayed fabric and plastic piece not attached. He was very sorry as he did not inspect the car before I picked it up since the Service Rep was busy with another customer when I arrived. Not an issue. I asked the Service Rep to have a loaner car brought to my house and they can take the SRX and I can drive them around in the SRX to hear the noise and show them the interior parts not attached. Service Rep agreed. July 29th: Mechanic came to my home with the loaner car. I showed him the interior pieces that were not attached and he explained that he had to take various pieces apart to make the last repairs and had difficulty putting them back together. We rode around in the car and the Mechanic heard the noise coming from the back of the car. He said there were 10 other vehicles in the shop with the same problem. He was working with another Mechanic to try and fix the problem since GM didnt have a recommended fix. Mechanic left with my car to take back to the dealership. July 30th: Get a call from the Service Rep asking if I ever had a problem with the front passenger window not going up. I said no. He said they are unable to get the window up and will have to fix it. July 31st: The Mechanic dropped the SRX off at my home and explained what they did. He explained that the front passenger window had been adjusted and was working properly. He opened the lift gate and showed me that all the interior plastic pieces and the fabric header were repaired. The wedges and liftgate striker were shimmed and re-adjusted. I pushed the button to lower the liftgate and just as it was about to close and lock, it popped open on its own. The Mechanic said he had opened and closed the liftgate 20 times at the shop without a problem. We were able to get the liftgate shut by holding the liftgate down so it would open up on its own. We drove around the neighborhood and I thought it was better but as soon as I turned up my drive, it made a noise. I called the Service Rep and told him it wasnt fixed. I had to keep the SRX as we were going away and needed to use the car. August 1st: On a weekend trip. Had to drive to Maryland and listen to the music pretty loud since the noise in the back is unbelievably annoying. We reached our destination and dropped bags at hotel lobby. My partner pushed the liftgate close button from the driver door and started to drive away. I forgot to tell him the gate might not shut and sure enough it opened on him. He tried several times to get it shut and finally it closed by pushing down on it. (What is the point of having an auto liftgate if you have to hold it down to get it to close). August 5th: Dropped the SRX off at Valley Cadillac in an attempt to fix the noise problem again and liftgate not staying shut. A GM representative was at Valley Cadillac and our Service Rep showed him the car and explained what was going on. The GM rep said that the tailgate/liftgate noise was a known problem with the Cadillac SRX. That its a design flaw and there is no fix for it since it doesnt happen on every SRX. Valley Cadillac had a case number generated with GM since this was an apparent problem. The liftgate close switch was replaced maybe due to corrosion in the switch that made the tailgate go up on its own. I also had them do an oil change and tire rotation since we were leaving to go out of town for the week. August 6th: The car was ready to be picked up but I didnt pick up till the 7th since we didnt have time to get it until then. August 7th: I met with the Service Manager who told me he would elevate the issue to the District Manager and that the District Manager would call me. The Service Manager explained it is a problem with the SRX and that there is another individual that is having the same issues. Others that have had the issue had been fixed or have chosen to ignore it.August 8th: On my way to work the Engine light came on. I called our Service Rep. The Service Rep said to bring it in since I was leaving to go out of town at 12 noon that day. I went to the dealership. I waited for the car and the Service Rep told me it was an actuator in the emissions that had gone bad but it was replaceable. Upon leaving the Service Rep told me that the actuator wasnt broke but that it was a hose that was disconnected, probably from when the car was manufactured. At this time, I told the Service Rep that I had been patient but that I was losing my patience. He told me that he understands the car makes noises and that a luxury car such as this should not make them. He also stated that most people can ignore the noise but understands I am more sensitive to it, as he would be too. Seriously??? The car is a $47,000.00 piece of junk.August 9th: Upon arriving at our vacation destination, the front passenger side window would not go up. I called the dealership but service was closed. I called our sales rep and left a not so nice message on his voice mail. He did call us back and suggested we take the car to the nearest dealership (which was 1.5 hours away) we explained we were on vacation so we had the car towed to the dealership. We couldnt pick the car up until that Thursday 8/14 so we didnt have a car for 4 days while on vacation. August 15th: I called the Service Manager to tell him the District Manager never called me. August 18th: The District Manager finally called and I explained to him what I wanted. I want my down payment back and you take this car and cancel my lease.August 21st: Our sales rep calls and tells us we can come to the dealership and pick out any new Cadillac. I told him I didnt want another Cadillac. If I wanted another Cadillac sedan, I would have bought one in the first place and I dont trust the SRX enough to want to ever drive another one. August 22nd: I spoke with the District Manager and told him I was very unsatisfied. I explained again what I wanted. He acted like I never told him that. August 25th: The District Manager said he escalated this matter to his Regional Manager. I asked for his name and contact information and I was told the Regional Manager doesnt deal with the customer. At this point, I called the Executive branch at GM and a case number was generated with one of the customer service reps. September 5th we take a weekend trip to visit friends in PA. We arrived at their house, close the tailgate and it pops open again! 3 times! So I call the customer service rep at the executive branch so she can make a note of it in the case file. It has been 6 weeks since this issue was escalated to the District Manager and 4 weeks since it was escalated to the Executive Branch and no one has been able to give me any decision. We leave the car in the garage and dont drive it unless we have too. At this point we are wasting money on a car with known problems and problems that just appear out of nowhere. Valley Cadillac has written this off as GMs problem and GM is doing nothing to make this car go away. We need help! In Summary: Tailgate/Liftgate makes noises that sound as if the gate is not shut or the vehicle is not structurally sound. GM knows of the problem but wont fix it and tells us we just have to live with it. In for service 4 times for the same issue. Tailgate /Liftgate doesnt always shut automatically without having to hold it shut. Front Passenger Winder is fixed??? Will it break again?? The dealership has shoddy at best workmanship. Poor vehicle quality = poor resale. I would never be able to get rid of this vehicle on my own. GM does not care that every day they dont make a decision to take this vehicle back its costing me money. All we want is our down payment of $2800.00, return the vehicle and rip up the lease. It has been 6 weeks since this issue was escalated to the District Manager and 4 weeks since it was escalated to the Executive Branch and no one has been able to give me any decision.

I purchased my 2013 Cadillac SRX Luxury 14 months ago, it was a one owner car and was purchased at dealership that originally sold it. I purchased an extended warranty for 2500. About 1 week ago my infotainment in my car froze, I am unable to use navigation or access anything in the main cue. Well I called the dealership and they told me to bring it in. I brought it in and the girl working there said it had to be replaced. She called the extended warranty and was told that the warranty did not cover the radio. I was upset to say the least. 1200 for a new cue to be put in plus labor. I told the dealership that the cue was more than a radio, it is the whole center that controls radio, satellite, GPS, navigation, weather, AC controls, etc. I told the guy at the dealership that I had down my research prior to coming in and that the infotainment cue in all models of Cadillac have had issues like mine since 2013. In all models CTS, SRX, Escalade and Crossovers. I think Cadillac should be responsible for fixing these since without that feature in my car it is not a luxury model.

There once was a time when Hyundais and Kias were the cars that would have
There once was a time when Hyundais and Kias were the cars that would have folks stranded and broke from repair costs. Now do the research and see where Cadillacs/GMCs stand among consumers relative to them! Although I have exceeded 100,000 miles, I had no idea that a Cadillac product could ever be so very substandard in quality, craftsmanship, and durability. I paid a lot of money, and I only average about 15,000 miles per year. There are 8 major issues: 1. Failing paint on my hood. Its bubbling, and I did some research to discover that this problem is widespread, and is a well-known defect in the paint on the SRX. Every month, this bubbling gets a little wider and more unsightly.2. Drivers side headlight suddenly went out. I didnt realize it until I was stopped by the police near my neighborhood and given a ticket and repair order, which needed to be fulfilled in 30 days or my vehicles registration would be suspended. Unfortunately, unbelievably, and outrageously, I discovered from a Cadillac technician that I could not simply replace the burned-out bulb; that the real issue-- also a widespread issue among SRX models-- is that the seal around the entire headlight assembly had failed, thereby allowing moisture and condensation to seep through to cause the damage, and that it would cost $1,400 to fix.3. Catalytic converter has triggered the engine light, and when I had it checked, the Cadillac technician told me it was failing and could go out any moment, and that it would cost $1,800. Now I have been driving for 25 years and have owned 5 cars, and I have NEVER had a catalytic converter fail, and not in my wildest dreams had I ever thought it would happen under 120,000 miles.4. Passengers side headlight is now going in and out, perhaps for the same reasons of faulty SRX design that I experienced with the drivers side headlight barely a year ago. I see the same condensation and moisture building within the headlamp assembly as before. Once again, I will be expected to replace the entire assembly due to a manufacturers failure with the seal around the assembly, $1,400 again.5. When it rains, there is water from the storm finding its way into my cabin. A lot of water leaks onto the drivers side from under the dashboard and onto my shoes. This is also happening to the passengers side, and I have to place large bath towels on the left and right sides of my floors to catch the water-- when I expect rain. When I dont realize it will rain, water leaks in and drenches my floors, contributing to a mold and mildew issue.6. One day I tried to turn on my SRX radio, only to discover the sound system was mute. I did all I could to adjust the volume in my configuration settings, because I could not do OnStar, cannot place nor receive Bluetooth phone calls, cannot listen to AM/FM/XM or CDs, cannot hear my signals, cannot hear my door tones, cannot hear my navigation turn guides, and I cannot hear my rear camera indication warning tones. This is very frustrating and unnerving, because I have discovered that the SRX amplifier has failed, which prevents possibly life-sustaining and critical safety features!7. As I drive along with no sound, one headlight working, water leaking in on my designer shoes, mold and mildew building in my car, defective paint on my hood, and an engine that could stop working at anytime due to a shoddy catalytic converter-- the most frustrating recent development is that my engine is loud as heck. I am driving a Cadillac SRX4 but I sound like I am driving a lawnmower. It is an embarrassment as people, colleges, clients, and neighbors stare-- even deer-- while I am at stoplights, parking lots, and in my own driveway. The Cadillac dealer said this is most likely an exhaust system concern now!8. My trunk door sinks down after I open it but I dont close it. I have been caught in the trunk with the door pressing upon my back. Please do not be deceived by the sexy design of the Cadillacs. A failing commitment to quality and reliability will leave you frustrated. I understand cars need maintenance but these issues are beyond routine repair.

Drive shaft part alone is between $680 to $800 depending upon VIN. This part is a Carrier Bearing, for the rest of the world, and they have been available from every manufacturer I can think of $60-$70. And the Cadillac dealer sends me their new car literature?

Escalade ESV is a great truck to own. It is great on gas. I dont like giving a lot of rides so I like the fact that it only sits four. I also love the paint job and the leather interior. The radio is modern and I can use all of my wireless or Bluetooth devices with no problem. You can upgrade your truck to include many features like a better radio, side ramps and twenty four inch rims. You can also get an alarm package. I would also like to someday purchase the new Coup de Ville.

I purchased brand new Cadillac Xts in 2016, after being a proud cadillac owner if several prior vehicles. From day one, this car has been a nightmare! When it was delivered the paint was messed up and it took so long to repair I made my first payment before I received the vehicle (paint still not perfect). It was so bad a cadillac rep had to come view it. My car since day one has occasionally shook when being crunk. The check engine light would immediately pop on, but when car was restarted it would go away. I was told several times by the dealership that they could only fix it if the check engine light stayed on.There were other issues as well, We were told by the General Manager not to worry. Cadillac would do a buyback and gives us 10% off of msrp of a new Cadillac. The dealership has since closed, getting Cadillac to do the right thing seems to be a nightmare! We have been dedicated Cadillac owners and never had a prior issue, this is extremely disappointing!

What they had then and what they have now are different. A Cadillac no matter what model is a prime car at that time and very dependable. You cant go wrong with one. This was my 1st car in 1962. It had a sleek body style with sort of mud flaps called wings which clipped on the back tires. It had everything the cadillac had to offer. Radio, heat, air which was about it back then. The car had both a front and a back full bench seat that would ride 6 to 8, very comfortable and has plenty of leg room.

Leased a 2014 Cadillac in November of 2014. Had no issues with the car up until March of 2016, when use of the air conditioner resulted in a strong musty odor being blown in my face. Took the vehicle to the local Cadillac dealership, Holman Cadillac, in Mount Laurel, New Jersey, where I was told the musty odor was a result of mold development on the air conditioning evaporator. After treatment at HOLMAN Cadillac with some type of chemical they used, the vehicle was left reeking of a strong chemical odor. Holman service personnel told me the odor was not harmful, and would dissipate in a few days, but it did not. Six days later with the first use of the air conditioner I ended up at the emergency room after coughing and spitting up blood with use of the vehicle. Holman has denied that there is any chemical odor in the vehicle whatsoever, in spite of a GM inspector, an industrial hygienist, and another Cadillac service manager confirming the chemical odor. GM has refused to allow any Cadillac dealership to do warranty work on the 11,000 mile vehicle, as one can only presume they are concerned about possible litigation due to their defective vehicle. At this point, I have a vehicle with no HVAC system, and I am forced to drive in hundred plus degree weather with NO A/C, and in downpours with the windows open due to NO DEFROSTER. Nobody at HOLMAN Cadillac or at GM could care less if I live or die, as I have now been HOSPITALIZED a second time after an attempt to use the AC with the windows down as temperatures reached 95 degrees. I am now forced to go buy another vehicle just to go to work, as it is unsafe to drive the Cadillac. I hope that someone can benefit from what Im typing here as I had to type it four times.

Cadillac offers about 8 models, 2 crossovers and sedans. The car is easily recognized and you wont get it confused with other models. It has plenty of standard features and offers a lot of options such as all wheel drive and front wheel drive, special wheels, GPS, heated and cooled seats, accident avoidance and lane alert. Radio is very good and OnStar is great. Front seats have plenty of room but back seat is limited. Cargo space is good but rear seats fold and that you definitely have plenty of room. However, clearance for snow is poor and has a bad transmission. Would not recommend and Cadillac customer hotline is awful. They never respond and dont care.

This is great, and reliable choice of vehicle. It may be expensive to buy new, but just buy it used at a good price, and you will be more than happy. Its fancy, and makes you feel good. Its silver, with nice trim, and good rims. Its also a smooth ride. The name brand says it all, its definitely a caddy. There is many different choices you can pick from when it comes to upgrades and whatnot, but mine was bought used, so it came with whatever. You can also fit a good amount of people in the car, and still is comfortable because its such a nice car. It just depends on how large the other passengers are. Its worth every penny.

I bought this car at TnT moros in Lumberton NC with 77k miles, bought it on a Saturday in Feb and on Monday the cue went out. Since then it has started to spiderweb so you cannot even read it. I purchased a Cadillac SRX and was very excited at the time. Little did I know I was fixing to have regrets. Cadillac used to have a great reputation but not anymore. I have a car that only has 49000 miles. Bought it brand new and its been in service dept 3 times each time for a week for their poor craftsmanship. They could care less how long you go without a vehicle. Will not provide a loaner. I know friends with a Lexus, BMW get loaners and treated like they care. The problem is Cadillacs faulty design in the sunroof water cant drain properly so it runs into the car shorting out electrical. This happened not once but twice. Now I cant see at night unless my lights are on bright because of anther faulty design. Headlight covers retain moisture and become faded and cloudy. A class action lawsuit is ongoing but they are telling me I have to pay $1000 out of my pocket. I dont Think so. When I wreck because of this a lawsuit will be placed on Cadillac. They cant pick and choose who they will take care of. As Im typing this my car sits in the service dept while they dont care. Johnson motor co wont even call back. I may as well bought a cheap piece of **. It wouldnt have been any worse but better. I wouldnt have paid as much to be SCREWED!

BOUGHT 07 cts in 2010. At 34000 miles replaced 3 engine coils, fuel injection cleaned and replace all filters. In Sept of 2013 replaced radiator with hoses and Trans and water pump... In Jan 2014 replaced all 6 coils and plugs... now the recall for the airbag sensor was fixed in 2011 and has gone bad again and Im fighting with corporate to cover it again!!! $7000 later and they have the nerve to charge me 400. I told them, no you cover it, this has nothing to do with wear and tear. Not only that but 6 forums have said this is a problem around 80,000-85,000 miles, guess who has 81,000 me! The dealer is telling me to fight and not stop because they feel the same way I do! Corporate will not budge. I spoke to a lawyer who informed me since they are aware of the problem and refuse to warranty the sensor if I get into an accident I can sue the hell out them! Im 3 steps away from calling channel 7 news and channel 11... Its time Cadillac corporate gets put on blast! I have no problems showing receipts to show what kind of car I got stuck with! One more thing Cadi converter and power train and alternator was replaced also under warranty... This is by far the worst car anyone could own!!!!!!

Hello. Just wanted to seek help from this frustrating issue Ive been having with my Cadillac 2013 SRX. I purchased my vehicle in 2016 from CARMAX a certified car dealer. I drove it for about a couple weeks to have the display QUEUE system to go completely black where the radio, navigation, heat and everything couldnt be accessed and my Liftgate trunk could not open!! Carmax was very helpful to reach out to Thornton Chevrolet in getting it taken care of which I had to wait awhile due to the Radio was on back order!! My frustration is that I was told that the Cadillacs sunroofs drainage tubes are draining in the area where the Liftgate module is housed causing the motherboard to burn up or fry once the water hit it!! I feel this should be a recall and have reached out to GM with no solution being its fried again and wont open with a musty damp smell!! I am allergic to mold and have respiratory issues and I pray this situation doesnt cause a flare!! All they quoted me is a price to reseal and change the Liftgate Module out again with no guarantee that it wont happen again and Im approaching the end of my warranty!!! I feel so sad and lost because I love my SRX. Just wish they could call a recall on these issues because theres so many negative reviews about these issues!! Last it wouldve been no different had I bought this vehicle from Cadillac vs Carmax so dont say this again please, yall made the dern vehicle!!!

Most their vehicles have at least room for 3-4 in the back, 1 in the front with lots of room so they can be comfortable. Most if not all their cars have upgrade options to choose from and different engine to choose from. Their interior options are very good too.

Cadillacs are the brand of many centuries, with lots of power, stability, accommodation, etc. Cadillac has so many models I cant even name, but they have great cars (selections) to choose from. Various upgrades of the Cadillac brands vary from which make and model you choose to drive, or maybe even just test drive, cause when you step foot into one, then the adrenaline rush varies by what you would want in any brand of this great, longtime brand, with lots of media speculation. The brands passenger capacity has the most capacity in the great Cadillac Escalade, so it all varies with the model you would ask for, you have to know what you want in this great company of cars, so the choice is yours, SUV or regular. The distinct appearance of a Cadillac goes to show you quality arithmetic, in every make and model of a Cadillac, especially Cadillac CTSs, in which I believe is 2015s best model on Cadillacs behalf... so there you have it--integrity with just about any Cadillac model, new or old. So go out and buy a new or used model today.

I have a 2005 Cadillac CTS 3.6L engine with less than 87,000 miles on it. About 2 weeks ago, a screw had somehow backed itself out of one of the gears and caused major damage to my vehicle. The valve cover is shredded, cracked cylinder head and a piece broke off the cast iron timing chain cover. I reported it to Cadillac in hope of them standing by their product and customer loyalty and in turn they have said its not covered under the powertrain warranty. At Cadillacs request, I had the car towed to Don Massey Cadillac because they were supposed to have a reputation for good customer service. That is very wrong. They took almost 5 days to look at my car and give a diagnosis. Now the mechanic that is going to fix the car is on vacation and has three weeks of work before he could get to my car. If the dealership would have looked at the car in a timely manner the mechanic could have looked at it sooner and at least got the parts ordered. I am now going to be at least another month without my car because Cadillac wasted my time. I will NEVER buy another Cadillac or GM product. This car has never been abused or had modifications done to it. Every oil change has had synthetic oil put into it. I am very dissatisfied with the Cadillac brand of luxury. There is nothing luxury about how they treat their customers.

My son graduated from college last month and was lucky enough to find a job prior to graduating. He bought his first nice car, a beautiful 2005 STS Cadillac. We noticed that the car was burning oil. In 4,000 miles, the car went through 7 quarts of oil which is unbelievable for a car with 62,000 miles and had been serviced 36 times by Cadillac dealerships according to the faux report. The dealership tells us that the car needs new pistons and rings. The cost is $3,500 to fix the vehicle. When we bought the car, it had a $1,500 guarantee if there were any problems with the car. They do this on different brands of used cars. I emailed GM Cadillac division and received an email that they were happy to help and would contact us the next day which they did. I explained to them that there has been multiple complaints about that model and that this was a defect and I would hope they could help my son with the cost of the overhaul. The second person I talked to told me that the most they could help was the $1,500 from the dealership like they were involved which this was already offered from the lot where we bought the car. I then asked for the supervisor whose name is Roy. I told him that I have never heard of a car with 66,000 miles going through 7 quarts of oil in 4,000 miles and especially a high-end car. The bottom line is he said there’s nothing he could do about it. I realized that there is probably nothing that can be done but I am in customer service for a large company and cant believe that they offered no help especially with social media nowadays.

I purchased an extended warranty from Cadillac for $3,500. The warranty has the Cadillac Warranty all over the papers that were signed. My engine blew after 3 years (80k miles) and Cadillac said the manufacturers warranty was over and the warranty THEY sold me they could not support since it was a third party warranty. Facts: This is not a Cadillac Warranty. After numerous calls Cadillac informed me it was not their warranty and they could not help (even though their logo is all over what was sold). Cadillac is given incentives to sell third party warranties and allows them to put their logos on the warranty to make it appear it is a Cadillac sponsor and supported warranty. Third party warranty held my car for over month to fix while only giving 10 days of vehicle rental allowance. Third party failed to rebuild engine and it went out again and wanted to charge me additional $3,500 to fix after it. This happened the moment I drove it off of lot from dealership that was paid to replace it. Beware of what you are signing. The dealership I purchased this from has said their hands are tied due to Cadillac not supporting them in helping the consumer. After spending $90k on a vehicle I expected more from a brand and the services they sell you.

My parents have owned many older model Cadillac and had great experiences, other than any repairs are expensive. I bought a 2012 SRX used with low mileage. My repairs now on this money pit are just under $10,000. One of the problems is a particular code that is not specific to a problem but rather has a list of possible problems to be fixed. They just go down the list and keep fixing and charging you until the problem is resolved. That code has cost me about $5000 now and still not fixed. They have given me discounts on parts at times but this is still unacceptable expectations coming from such a top brand car manufacturer. Other problems, back up camera, air conditioner, oil leak...I will not buy another Cadillac and will sever my ties with the brand this week!

My wife and I recently rented a 2017 Cadillac XTS. We wanted to try it out before we bought one. Immediately after starting out we tried to use the CUE system and discovered that it is dangerous to use as it is totally distracting and takes your eyes off the road. It is very difficult to use the controls and activate them. I tried to plug my iPod in and it immediately froze up the system. It was extremely difficult to activate the A/C, heating and radio, stereo controls. This system is a complete failure and a deathtrap as it is dangerous to use. I hear as well that they are very prone to failure and not covered under the radio type warranty. What a failure for a car like a Cadillac where a person lays out high multi thousands of dollars. Cadillac needs to dump this system and replace it with one that this car should have. How disappointing. The car itself had adequate power but rode no better, braked no better or did it handle on curves and straight a ways any better than my 2010 Terrain. The seats were hard and uncomfortable on a long trip. As well the transmission did not do anything better than my 2010 Terrain. I expected a lot lot more from a Cadillac especially for the asking price but the car and the company did not deliver. Cadillac is asking way to much for this car and it does not deliver In conclusion we will not be buying any Cadillac of any kind and have decided to go with an Audi. No Spare Tire! Sorry I bought this SRX. I bought a Cadillac SRX brand new From Massey Cadillac North in Orlando. After all the paperwork I was handed the keys and the salesman and I went over the car. I asked, Where was the spare tire stored? The salesman said, It did NOT have a spare tire just a small compressor with adhesive for a flat tire. Caught up in the excitement I left but called the next day. I asked the price of a spare tire and was told $800.00. I asked why so much, the dealer spokesman said, Because we have to make the hole bigger in the rear storage compartment.I just bought a spare tire kit last week online from a Cadi dealer and paid $600.00. There was a tire, rim, jack, and jack handle everything else was FOAM painted black. What a rip-off. I have been buying Cadillacs all my adult life. I am very unhappy with what GM has done to consumers to lessen the weight to meet standards and at the same time reduce costs and the hell with the consumer. I think the dealer should have done better by me. I am done with buying Cadillacs. I will keep my SRX until... Thank you.

2001 Cadillac Seville STS 4 dr - I bought a used 2001 STS in approx 2010 with 96,000 miles on it. I’m a diehard GM man, my father was and my son is. I own 4 GMs at the moment. I’ve been reading these complaint issues, and as much as feel for the people writing them, my car has been running perfectly. I’ve replaced the HUD light as soon as I bought knowing it needed. Later, I replaced the AC Fan motor with an OEM unit and a new battery again OEM just recently as the vehicle had remained in a car storage unit for a year here in Ft. Lauderdale. The car does have a vibration between 64 and 72 MPH and seems to perform best at 80 MPH including best MPG. I love my Cadillac and maintain it to like new showroom condition. I need to replace the turn signal flasher at the moment, but just consumable items. I also noticed the relay for the starter is somewhat discolored due to heat and will replace it before anything happens.

Cadillac is above the rest of the field when it comes to luxury... I would repeat buy a Cadillac every time so you should too. Good mpg. They have push button start and leather winter packages and all wheel drive depending on where you live so it easy to get around in crap conditions. They offer a variety of different types of vehicles that cater to your needs from 2 kids and above plus DVD for kids. Cant beat it thats for sure. Also, all kinds of different types of vehicles to choose from whether you need room big trunks or class. They have it all. Just see a dealer to fit your needs.

I purchased a 2006 Cadillac CTS in May 2010. Since the purchase, I have had several car repairs resulting in thousands of dollars. I make sure that I receive regular oil changes and follow recommendations for Mobil 1 oil only. I have to purchase approximately 6 to 8 quarts of the oil to add to my engine between oil changes. I had my mechanic assess the vehicle and there are no leaks. The car simply drinks oil. This is quite an expense since an oil change is approximately $100 and a quart of Mobil 1 oil is $10 a quart. This is simply unacceptable. I have read many complaints where people have lost their engines over oil consumption. Its simply not fair to the consumer to have to bear this expense for a product that is supposed to be trusted. In addition to this, I am putting brakes on my vehicle (front and back) twice a year. This is unheard of. There needs to be some accountability and responsibility for the makers of this vehicle.

The CUE system has died, the steering wheel had to be replaced because the heater wouldnt turn off, the wiper sensors never turned off so the wipers would go off all the time so they had to be replaced. The wiper motor needed to be replaced cause it died in a storm and when they replaced it they broke my windshield. Only have 60K on it now and I cant get the air-conditioning to go to the vents as the CUE system screen is dead.

The XTS Sedan is a big car that handles really well. It was a very nice ride for a short trip down the road or to a family member a few states away. Five people can sit comfortably, and theres good trunk space to take all their stuff. Lots of leg room and the seats were nice to sit in even for long periods of time. It has very nice interior and up to date technology. The outside was very casual and not too flashy so it didnt draw too much attention. I had no trouble getting them to customize the car with upgraded stereo, 20 inch rim color of my choice. They really let you build your own.

The newest Cadillac ATS is very sporty and classy. I love the headlamps and shape much better and it feels and looks amazing. Security safety and technology included the very latest developments plus it has a great interior and maximum comfort on luxury with high quality materials and premium appearance. The passenger capacity in this vehicle was perfect for me and my family. There were also many different personalized options that were explained thoroughly to me. They were respectful and professional so I will recommend this company.
