Audi AG is a German automotive manufacturer of luxury vehicles headquartered in Ingolstadt, Bavaria, Germany. As a subsidiary of its parent company, the Volkswagen Group, Audi produces vehicles in nine production facilities worldwide.

If a nice-driving, well-equipped, and handsomely styled luxury sedan is what you're after, make sure the 2020 Audi A4 is on your shopping list. This tech-forward ride offers all of the most popular features, including Apple CarPlay/Android Auto integration, driver-assistance features, onboard Wi-Fi, and a digital gauge display, although some are optional extras. The A4 feels more like a smartphone or tablet than rivals such as the BMW 3-series or Mercedes-Benz C-class, but that's not saying this Audi doesn't have the moves of a sports sedan. Buyers can choose from one of two turbocharged four-cylinder engines and can have either front- or all-wheel drive; both powertrains offer competitive fuel economy and the more powerful of the two engines offers good accelerative punch.

Product Reviews:

Brand new car when the complete computer that is based at the dash died. It powers pretty much everything in the car. Module was changed under warranty. Since then the radio will not hold preset stations. Audi says while other customers have complained of same they have no reason to think its an Audi problem. Sent me to sirius xm who say it is an Audi module problem. That they should replace a plug in and that will solve the issue. Dealer says not their problem. So I continue paying monthly for a radio that does not do what it is designed to do. Anyone else experience this? I am in between a rock and a hard place.

Like many on here (including Javier - Dec 5, 2018), my Audi was expensive to maintain. I bought it new in 2010 and immediately it used to much oil. After many arguments with the local dealer (near Chicago), they finally got Audi America to cover the cost of fixing the issue (a piston ring issue they kept quiet). Somewhere north of 50k miles, the turbo went. Again, I had to press the local dealer and Audi was quietly fixing another issue they knew they had so they replaced the turbo. Then at 93k, my car would not start while out running local errands. I had to have it towed to an independent garage that works on Audi within the radius covered by my insurance road side assistance. This was a weekend but on Monday they called with the bad news that the tensioner on the timing chain went and damaged the valves. Their solution was to replace the engine with a used one, so I got the local Audi dealer involved. They said it was covered, so I spent $115 to have it towed to the dealer. I found out later this was part of a class action suit and the dealer wanted 8800 to replace the engine head. Audi said my warranty was voided, even though I did all my maintenance (65k, 75k,85k, etc) because I fell outside the time limit to do the maintenance (i.e. every 12 months), even though I drive few miles since retirement. I donated the car to charity and wrote a letter to the CEO of Volkswagen America, who used to be the President of Audi America. In all my years of driving and all of the cars/makes I have owned (many well over 100k), never have I had a timing belt/chain issue. Do yourself a favor and buy something other than an Audi or you do want an Audi, either lease it or trade it off before it is too old and you experience the heavy maintenance cost of owning these vehicles.

Yes. Hello! I purchased an Audi 5 Quattro in August. Recently, I was ready to turn my vehicle on when I was terrified by a loud banging on the glass. I screamed, thinking someone was trying to break into the car. I called Audi's national line, and was told that they knew of no such incidents. I called my dealer, who said it had had a couple of like reports, but no breakage. The dealer just called back to say it would need the car through the weekend to loosen and lower the moon roof, as that was Audi's international fix, and, indeed, breakage has occurred on some vehicles. I love my car, but I am very concerned, as I bought the car, specifically, to safely transport my granddaughter. Should I be assured by the "fix?" Will it compromise my vehicle? Where is Audi's recall? I am seeking a proactive v. reactive response. Thank you!

We purchased a new Audi A6 TDI in 2014. We have monitored all the court action but really just been waiting. Recently we took our car to Larson Audi in Fife for some service. The goodwill package that we had received but never activated "had expired". When we called Audi to request they reissue it they pretty much told us to get lost. We did not lie, cheat and rip off consumers but they treated us like criminals, it was horrible and embarrassing. This after we had spent nearly an hour on the phone and on hold and listening to all their recorded messages. I would never buy another Audi or Volkswagen product given how poorly we were and are being treated.

The models that Audi sells are good for driving and make everyone happy especially me. Anyone who needs a car should buy it. I love my car and it is the best ever. It is so fun to drive. I think I would never ever want to give it up for anything at all. The appearance of this car is very good. It has just enough roundness that anyone would like but has enough electronics inside the car that anyone who is technological will love it. You can have any kind of upgrades you want. If you want wifi in your car you can have it. If you want fancy tires you can have it. Heated seats yep that's featured too. It's really the Shangri-La of car dealers. The capacity is good. You can put as many people in your car that you can safely fit. The back seats fold down so you can put bigger items in your car. There is plenty of leg room and room for all your items.

The A7 is a luxury car with room enough to be useful in terms of passengers or cargo. Its styling is unique and so beautiful that most people think my 2013 is a brand new car. The supercharged 3.0L engine has plenty of power and the Quattro AWD system can't be beat.

This review is about Audi Canada and dealers In Toronto. I purchased a 2010 demo S5 in 2019 and I have not had a consecutive 6 months or more without this lemon of a vehicle breaking down. From new transmission to all sorts of electronic fixes, the radio, buzzing sounds, catalytic converter, windows, clutch, coolant reservoir, etc. etc., the most incredibly annoying is that I am on my 7th (yes, SEVENTH) thermostat replacement - the first 5 by Audi and under warranty and the last 2 on my dime! When attempting to have them recall this part and or compensate me for 6 (and ongoing) failures of the same part, they basically told me they're not responsible. Comically, one set of thermostat had to be replaced only days after Audi Midtown installed a new one. This was my first and last Audi! Never Again!

Audi has build the Q7 2007 with the wrong gaskets around the moon roof. If you check the blogs they admit it but won't pay for the damage. It drains into the SUV and burns out the electric system. Gone are your MMI etc. It starts shorting your radio, tail light bulbs, and can burn out your battery. You will also lose your total dash. They want you to pay at least 1/2 so they have no cost. This should be a worldwide recall. What will happen when your electric goes out while driving. If you are starting to replace tail light bulbs. It's just the beginning. You can also see water marks on the front floor. Join in the fight for what is fair.

They have a lot of model for every people and what they needs. I'm so glad with the service and personnel. The car is so beautiful, and cheap for what it's come. It has great balance between cost and accurate. For the new are good, and the color is very wow. The black one is very good. We used the cars for my children, my wife and me, but we are very comfortable. It's a great space for everyone. I'd recommend Audi for all my friends.
